#2857 Disruptive Innovation___Those Who Are Disruptive

Today is the day of resurrection. Yesterday was Easter Sunday and it is TIME to rise from the grave on mighty Monday. The nail holes in the palm of my hands were deeply driven. The impression of the thorns upon my forehead mounted my skull like a perfect crown. The stone was quite heavy to move but it is TIME to lift the burden of many. By now you understand my favorite question is WHY, Why Not and What If the Sh.. works. Doubtful Thomas no need to Doubt. The Do Nothing People have lost their Clout. Just like 8 million+ on Obamacare. Yes, being creative and gaining the TRUST of the people is pure empowerment and Healthcare will do its share. Sure the people who ask those WHY questions get on the nerve socket. This goes out to all the negative minds and nonbelievers who totally Dissed. Taking the Risk turned into heavenly Bliss. This is SHO-NUFF Disruptive Innovation if one must insist.

It is all about discovery or exploring the world around you to become the new Wrecks-N-Effects person who is so driven to Rump Shake the World Up. On The Flip Side Of The Chart, Christopher Columbus can’t get into his costume in a timely manner to explore. Connecting the dots on issues that are totally unrelated makes it hard for Christopher Columbus to navigate his world. He has a problem with TIME, boundaries (people included), judging/calculation and organization. If you try to change his outfit into Madam Frankenstein the experiment will blow the lab apart. Why? It is simple. Moving from old to new concepts or doing things in an untraditional manner with alternative methods causes one to be unable to adapt to change, transition into a new role, and be creative. Don’t forget the eyepatch over one eye which causes faulty perception. Whatever Christopher Columbus observes may cause his behavior to DISRUPT because he is not getting the full picture. Unintentional Disruption! The socialization process or networking will be cut short.

The bees wings are clipped and there will be no spreading of pollen. Reproduction of innovative ideas will cease to exist and growth will not transform the mind into a flower that will blossom due to ISOLATION. The questions asked by Christopher Columbus will not be altered nor paraphrase making him out to be rude, discourteous, and challenging the ones who feel they should not be challenged. Attention to detail digs deep into the soil and plows out the weeds. How will you behave? How will your mental processing be influenced? How will your life skills and social skills be affected? Why do we do the things we do?

Flip this over and go to the opposite end of the spectrum. Take the characteristics of becoming Madam Frankenstein, connecting the dots to related/unrelated issues and make the associations, observe through a new pair of eyeglasses instead of the eye patch. Have you got on your lab jacket? Are you ready to experiment and try new ideas? From old to new will get you through if you’re willing to try. Being able to mix it up with Black to Beige, to Brown. You let the world know you are down with the LGBT community and there are no frowns. Inclusion is the process of cross-pollination from race to race, culture to culture, and from sea to shiny sea. The wings are attached to the bee. Hit or miss taking the risk to challenge the challenger but in return to constantly challenge oneself. The breeze of knowledge whisk through the mind to change the way people look at the world, what can be done differently with speed and accuracy, and how people learn. Disruptive Innovation plays the greatest part in WHY, WHY NOT, and who said it won’t work. Don’t give me that What if Sh… unless it is on a positive note. What if it becomes a success? Did you try? Why Not?

Do you see the number in front of Disruptive Innovation? I thought I would be creative and an innovator. It is the store location of the Walmart I work in. I think this is region 43. Glenda Davis and Jarrod Jones (816-246-6364) would be the contact person for Home Office. Doug McMillon, CEO of Walmart and Bill Simon, U.S. President, and CEO, I have been through the open door so many TIMES and now it feels like our DO-NOTHING CONGRESS. Many years ago I was told by a manager that has transitioned out of the store, “Walmart works for Walmart” and not for you. That would be me. All-righty-Now! In 2007 I filed a PD-57 Red Book against a Co-Manager. PD-57 states when it is necessary to conduct an investigation regarding possible violations of Walmart policies, the investigation should be handled promptly and thoroughly. I guess HOME OFFICE did not feel the need for necessity. Therese Renzetti is still there to this day. My request fell through the crack. This Co-Manager got so many complaints and finally, she had to go to classes to learn how to interact with people (associates and management team). From that day forward a pattern of constant abuse, retaliation, psychological duress and a negative campaigns was set into motion against my son, me, and many of the associates who are berated by Co-manager Therese Renzetti. This one is for Secret Agent RA-RA. Remember the lady who made the promise to State Representative Bill Kramer and United State Senator Ron Johnson who knew about Bill Kramer’s behavior. Everyone knows but nothing is being done. Hold that thought. On April 24th it will be Time to evaluate my son. Up 99 TIMES. Shot down 99 Times. Enough is Enough! The President only does 2 terms and I have served 3 and 1/2 terms at Walmart. Eric Holder, Attorney General stood his ground against Darrell Issa, chairman of the Government Reform Committee. Harry Reid, Senator Majority Leader stood his ground against Mitch McConnell, Senator Minority Leader. President Barack Obama stood his ground with Congress, the Supreme Court, John Boehner, Speaker of the House, Vladimir Putin and many others. He is still standing. Therese Renzetti has never ceased her abuse and her management by intimidation and retaliation. I will stand my ground because the psychological trauma has been profound.

On April 9th, I stood my ground against a member of management, Richard Fransen, who talked down to me and said I had poor planning. At night we pulled the registers and he got angry because HE did not ask if the register had money in it. He rung the customer out and had to go get a bag of money to pay the customer $4.85. I took care of the customer. Another customer had to leave a cashier’s line because she did not have a liquor license. Richard Fransen did not have a liquor license and I addressed him. One week later on Wednesday the 16th, on the same day, Richard Fransen gave me a negative evaluation. He stated I would never exceed expectation and he called me weak. The Co-manager tried to say it was his opinion and it does not reflect the way she feels. Wow! Richard Fransen did not have a liquor license on Wednesday, April 9th. He came up to the register for Support manager’s Jacob alcohol and passed liquor over the counter on April the 17th. I hope he had a liquor license. It should be mandatory for any employee that comes in contact with alcohol should have their liquor license. Why did Richard Fransen do my evaluation when on several occasion he had coached my son and cut his work hours? I was given a verbal for 8 minutes, another associate was given a verbal for  22 sec. and once again my son was coached for 11 mins. You see where this pattern is going.

You know what is poor planning. When it is the Easter holiday weekend and there are no cashiers to meet the customer’s demand. #2857 is 67 cashiers down. Management is down 300 hours nightly. Friday #2857 had 7 call-ins. The grocery side is terribly understaffed. There is no proper equipment to clean the store. Our store is dirty. #2857 have no good walkie stacker. A trash compactor is always breaking. If you had equipment who would work it? The grocery side suffers. Our cash registers are broken and the band played on. The store manager walks around making the rules as he goes and does D… well what he pleases. His threatening behavior has overwhelmed the associates? Do you really think they would protest or stage a boycott against #2857? What is a democracy? It must be pretty tough living in Michigan where every day of your life there are those emergency manager laws and no D… emergency. Home Office! For real, When Randall Addison has plowed up the condos and rules from the mansion. Retaliation will come to those who reach out to HOME OFFICE. The new rule under the open door policy should state the doors of the church is open to whom you trust. Who in their right D… mind want to see the member of management dress in the HIGHLANDER OUTFIT. The one who is causing the DISRUPTION.

You talk about TRUST Doug McMillon. In your TV interview, you stated TRUST was a huge issue. I left a notebook on top of the podium only to have my rights violated and page 3 torn from my book. That didn’t take long. I called for the book on Sunday at 12:38p.m. The CSM said the book was not there. I called back and the book was returned at Sunday at 11:55p.m. Since the page was torn I will continue to stand my ground on the Store Manager’s Behavior. David Corn, Chris Hayes, Steven Kornacki I will move this story to #1802 SW Wanamaker Road Topeka, Kansas (785-271-6485) where Randell Addison was the store manager. Bring back the story. I know the story. The story has not changed neither the abuse. Why would Doug McMillon bring a store manager from another store off the clearance wall to inflict pain, humiliation, guilt, and shame on another store? Why are you recycling Managers who are so Disruptive and not Disruptive Innovators? No one will stand up because of FEAR and the FEAR of losing their job. I am not afraid. The suffering in the store has been great and it is TIME to bring in your problem solvers. It is bad when the customers start making negative remarks about how they hear the store manager talk and disrespect his management team. I have been told of the horrible backlash I will receive. Too late I have lived it already.

Doug McMillon and Bill Simon are you excited about the stores abroad and the stores at home are left to suffer? Doug McMillon talked up the UK. Bigger is not always better. Big Stores are layered with the same Traditional Icing internally while the new cakes of today use mousse instead of icing. If you try Nutella Spread with roasted almond with coconuts it pretty darn tasty too. Too many of the older associates are being banished. Just because you see the white or gray hair it doesn’t mean we are not the great problems solvers. We are not ready for the nursing home. We could be the next Disruptive Innovator with wisdom to Boot. Walmart has a Horrible Image Problem and has lost their Legacy. How will you go about solving this problem? In the April edition of Shop Smart on page 8, Whatever you do, if you really short on TIME, skip Walmart, which got the most complaints about not having enough checkout lanes. I guess a person isn’t shopping smart if they shop at Walmart. Check this out. In the May Edition of Consumer Report on page 21, Walmart is ranked 67 at the bottom of the list. Wow! It got dark circles under its eye. My Evaluation reflects it is all my fault for not controlling the lines. I get an F in May too when it is only April. Man! I’m not in every store. I don’t do the scheduling nor the hiring and firing. So now it’s all my fault. Soooo… did management supply me with the necessary means to do an effective job? Not if I got an F in May already. Dang! I can’t control what I have not been given. Where does that leave the manager Team? On the register to be punished for their evaluation for not getting their job done. Management will never exceed expectation if they are set up for failure. You call this an Opportunity. The same vicious cycle happens to floor trained associate who cannot complete their job for being on the register. It will take the floor, cashiers and other employees forever to climb out of the poverty level if you locked down their salaries, downgrade them on evaluations, and continue to cost the taxpayers $6.2 billion in Public Assistance.

Every person has to do their fair share. Does Walmart start from the Top down? The President starts from the Middle out. Well, since I’m the low man on the totem pole I guess I need to start my program from the bottom up. Looky Here! Looky Here! There is a man on every base. Doug McMillon your overall salary was 9.6 million dollars last year. Bill Simon salary was broken down like this. Simon salary was 899,732. His bonus was 3,558,426. Bill Simon awarded stocks were 6,544,249. Bill Simon out of nowhere money was 213,615. Whew! This brought Bill Simon up to 11,216,022 total. I can’t work in a company and not know what is going on in the company. That’s not cool!

In my neighborhood, Walmart is known as the Welfare Pimps. Does Walmart want to wear this Red badge of Shame! So in the World of Disruptive Innovation Big Eddie from MSNBC would say DWIT (Do Whatever It Takes). Let’s go opens some doors. If you want to get in touch with EEOC directly 816-421-1151. Fair Employment Practices Agencies (FEPAs) and Dual Filing have their own laws prohibiting discrimination. They enforce laws that are similar to EEOC. Depending upon your case these agencies may offer greater protection. By the way, tonight the cameras will be rolling. Do you know too much camera activity on the job is a violation of your rights? Is it the left side of my profile too pretty for Walmart. Maybe they just want a photo-shoot. Whoever removed page 3 out of my notebook at Walmart did exactly what I expected. Years ago I had mail myself a letter to Walmart and it got open by mistake. See There__I Get This. Don’t forget to request the laws from Missouri Department Of Labor And Industrial Relations__Missouri Commission On Human Rights (MCHR). Don’t wait too long. Complaints under Missouri Human Rights Act must be filed with MCHR within 180 days of alleged discrimination. Federal law allows 300 days for filing employment discrimination complaints with the Equal Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and 365 days for housing discrimination complaints with the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Make it good because I know you will dig up something. As I will say to the President of the UNITED STATES, “You just can’t make this SH… UP. #2857 Walmart is being Disruptive. Stale Old White Men

You didn’t believe me. I told you my next story was going to be Stale Old White Men. This is not about Jed Bush. I will get back to him later. Sheldon Adelson! I do not write about Cro-magnon men nor dinosaurs. Paul Ryan is a young man with a stale plan. Granny is Rockin’ It and the MOMENT are NOW. I don’t care if they do have money. Those Stale Old White Men didn’t listen when the Beatles song Money Can’t By Me Love. When are these Brothers going to realize money can’t buy a President? I guess this is what the Supreme Court is worried about in protecting their stale worn out Constitution. Money can’t buy friendship. If your money buys a relationship after the witching hour brother-man or sister-girl should be ESCORTED back to the agency.

Stale Old White Men don’t get it. White crayons have transitioned from the wonderful shades of ebony to the cool shades of a mild vanilla bean. Drink up, baby! The world has taken on a new theme. If the GOP doesn’t listen they can forget about their contender becoming a King. The BIG D Full Circle will once again take over the White House and dance to a Democratic Swing. One of our greatest KING’s will rise up and sing, “Let Freedom Ring.” Stale Old White Men will be recognized and labeled the new TAR BABY. The people no longer TRUST what these brothers have to say. Stale Old White Men got in office and misuse/abuse their legislature powers and stood in our President’s way. The Pissy-Poo thing these Stale Old White Men had the OPPORTUNITY to ACT (55 TIMES on OBAMACARE) and took no ACTION. Yes, indeed the people and the Nation lost Boo-Coo RESPECT for the Brothers who got too D… Greedy. These legislators kept their jobs even though they were seedy. People who are convicted on felony charges are criminals. They are not to be TRUSTED and should lose their job right away. Not later but TODAY! TAR BABIES are Stale Old White Men without any FLAVOR. Stale Old White Men who thinks SLAVERY IS LABOR.

This label was used as a doorstop for the deep skin ebony brothers and sisters. You couldn’t go in or out nor up climb the ladder of success because the heavy steel iron (Black and Decker) was blocking your path to success. Hmm! Black and Decker never liked that name. Stale Old White Men probably assumes a Black Brother would knock a sister out. OJ Simpson Syndrome and Ray Rice Syndrome (who played for the Baltimore Ravens) do not stand alone. Strange how Plaxico Burgess of the New York Giants self-inflicted his wound and landed 2 years in prison. He was off the job immediately. It is funny how Republicans and Democrats Congressmen/Senators/Governor charged with felonies have the opportunity to remain on their job because a BLIND EYE of just these Old Stale White Men wants power and to control a human life by their MONEY. Take the Du-Rag off the eye and pull it back upon your forehead so you can see where the f… you are going. Tell me this is not the Remix of ROOTS and an extension of 12 Years A Slave.

Michael Vick got DOGGED OUT for REAL and serve 2 years at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Off the job immediately. Oscar Pistorius who is on trial for murder probably is not wearing an ankle bracelet. Pistorius can wear an armband. I’m not cool with that. George Zimmerman actually got away with murder and walked around freely. George Zimmerman took the Cake Walk hanging out and doing whatever he wanted to do while on trial. Too D… much! Unbelievable and Unforgettable! Trayvon Martin was never considered as a Child and Jordan Davis talked too loud and stood his ground. A Judge can come up with a cockamamie diagnosis to get the rich off the hook. Yet the poor and middle class are not worth the air they breathe, worth getting sufficient psychiatric treatment, and sufficient healthcare (OBAMACARE). Stale Old White Men solution is Slavery, Jail or Death. With this agenda, these Stale Old White Men should never be allowed to take over the Senate let along occupy the White House and make laws. For every VOTE a million dollars can wash away the people rights and leave our nation at the hands of THE FEW, THE DISGUSTING, and THE ENTITLED. Where in the hell are the MARINES?

Was it fair for a Supreme Court Judge (Jan Jurgens) to judge and think she was in her right D… mind to let a sexual predator (Du Pont heir) off the hook for raping his 3-year-old daughter? I forgot Mr. DuPont is AFFLUENT and is entitled. His child could not stand her ground. What if she had been older, her mind snapped, and killed her father? Oh, what the hell! Du Ponts have plenty of money. She will get the best psychiatric care. Send her to jail. NEVER! Was it fair for Judge Jean Boyd to allow a young man (ETHAN COUCH) to killed three people with a prior record, slip through the cracks of the justice system, and order a REHAB COCKTAIL? Was it fair for Marissa Alexander to be faced with a sentence of 60 years by Judge James Daniel for standing her ground? Who the hell is the VICTIM? Is it fair for the State Attorney in Florida, Angela Corey, to ever be allowed to prosecute another D… case? The judge considered the AFFLUENT with UNIQUE CIRCUMSTANCES. So INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS are masked and our JUST US Stale Old White Men is rolling in dough and paying the SUPREME COURT JUSTICES to uphold the Stale Old White Men Constitution. It is TIME to pull up the robes of Supreme Court Justices Anthony Scalia, John Roberts, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito and check to see if they have any BALLS to do what is right for the people and the nation. It is also TIME to check the BALLS of Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy to see what PENDULUM his BALLS are swinging from.

There are people who are labeled as disabled and not allowed to hold down a job, or get an appropriate education, worst of all isolated and not respected as a human life. They have no sense of community. These are people with extraordinary minds, unique abilities, and multi-level learning styles. They have unique circumstances but they do not get REHAB. They do not own a GET OUT OF JAIL FREE CARD. They are not Affluent. NLD Syndrome is a legitimate diagnosis and it did not make the DSM5. Asperger has been on the list (psychiatric diagnostic manual) for years and this diagnosis was about to get ousted. Stale Old White Men roll the dice and burn down any triage component that can free a person’s mind. The minds of the people is a purchase for the Stale Old White Men. The people’s votes shall be erased by money. Thanks to the help of the Stale Old White Men who sits on the Supreme Court. Clarence Thomas has always been White now moldy. Either way, he has surpassed Stale but he will forever be viewed as WHITE. Fairness does not ride with the poor or the people who work hard and take responsibility. Justice is Just Us Stale Old White Men who cannot let go of the past and embrace modern technology. They are willing to spend every dollar they earned, cheated, and stolen to keep the evolving chocolates in the shadows and behind the door. Stale Old White Men go back and add weights. No person can escape and no other diverse race can migrate. Stale Old White Men will lose the debate on Immigration Reform. WHY? PURE HATE!

Twenty-two hours ago I TWEETED the names of the finest Educators, Truth Tellers, Correction Artist that are SLAMMING THE AIRWAYS. I did not mention CHRIS MATTHEWS because I wanted to dedicate this story to CHRIS MATTHEWS. I have a lot of respect for a man who is proud of his Contender. I am very proud of Our President. Even if we agree to disagree you have come to the aid of expressing how you feel about our President. I can Boogie for that. By now I hope you understand the skin our President is it will never allow him to be the owner of the END OF STORY APP. It will never allow our President to be the CEO of the Raise Your Voice/Bully App manufactured by Chris Christie. It won’t allow the First Lady to make a Grimace App. The headlines will read, Michelle Obama Is Threatening The President And Bullied Him Out Of His Smokes (Cigarettes). 🙂 I don’t want to give John Boehner or Mitch McConnell no ammunition for their ignition. We will leave that to R. Kelly. Just another remix Baby! I hope by now you understand our President cannot be the Chief-of-Staff to the LIAR BRIGADE App. Mitt Romney is Commander-and-Chief of this App. It was okay for Willard the Rat to LIE, keep ROMNEYCARE for Massachusetts, and be considered as a Contender. When the President had his rollout he did not lie. You will never be able to convince the crazies driving the clown car. Time for our President to wear the Bragging App.

Why would any person want to deny a person health care? Simple! With a Mental Disorder, you can live for a very long TIME not realizing the sun is the sun beaming down on ones face. Who has to cover? With a physical illness, all the treatment and side effects from the medication are organ eaters, spread to other parts of the body, and the immune system will be compromised or destroyed at a higher rate. Whew! Watch out for the janitor when he comes in your room and cough. D… survived the surgery and did not survive the janitor’s cough. Mental Illness has extra weights called SHAME, HUMILIATION, and GUILT. Stale Old White Men have figured it out to pressure the people on the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART (behaviors and psychiatric diagnosis). It is called SUICIDE. News Flash! Help is on the way. Early INTERVENTION and an early diagnosis are good. It is never too late. Allen Grayson said it years ago. Stale Old White Men wants you to get sick and die quick. Patrick Kennedy opened another door. The Kennedy Family has open many doors for Mental Health. Patrick Kennedy openly admitted he had a Mental Disorder and it is TIME to remove the stigmas. The Brain is part of the body and it cannot be separated from how it will affect the physical aspects of the body. Push hard, remove the weights from the door and get help. Do not let the Stale Old White Men Win. It will be a great loss and a terrible sin.

CHRIS MATTHEWS, thank you for trying to make it work cheering the President on. Stale Old White Men could never look beyond the Black but you have. I struggle with the HILLARY APP. A contender who has not made her agenda clear. I can no longer put up with the ENTITLEMENT APP nor another WAR APP. Michelle Obama has claimed her identity and set her own agenda. HILLARY has been ENTITLED because of BILL. It is the way I feel. People can criticize me. I’m sure there are more people who feel the same way. CHRIS MATTHEWS, you have evolved from the old school lunch bucket democrat. I like the new Kenneth Cole Leather backpack you’re sporting. I do not view you as a STALE OLD WHITE MAN.

Come in a little closer. I haven’t forgotten about you, DEEP SEAL TEAM SIX (MSNBC). This is about strategies and coping skills. It was hard but I survived. I also sent a special SHOUT out to LYLE. His words rotated around in my brain. Lyle threw down and took me back with his famous quotes. As long as you know the true meaning of those famous words, the mouths those words are coming out of and the action and INTENTIONS behind those words, you will not get screwed. Exactly! Will it make me a SCREAMER? Absolutely Not! The YOUTUBE moment on “OPPORTUNITY” is all wrong. Where did they get those folks from? Whew! I did check out the TODAY SHOW with BILL SIMON, the new President and CEO of WALMART. Was there something wrong with the teleprompter MHP? The script was off. KYRSTAL BALL and all Y’all did you check it out. What do you think DAVID CORN? Do you have your PRETENDERS LIST ready to go, BIG EDDIE? Are You ready to DE-BUNKED and Funked up the Junk in the Trunk, Secret Agent RA-RA? You mean to tell me Bill Simon is happy with the associate salary. Well, I’m quite sure the associates would be real thrilled with Bill Simon’s salary. The associates would be totally ready to retire from Bill Simon’s Walmart bonus. It must be nice to have an OPTION. Is it SCHICK or BIC? Depending on whose team you represent, what cd you are listening to, or video you’re watching I think the opponent is trying to cut you over your eye. Every person needs a cut man. He will keep you from losing the fight. Your chances of seeing your opponent are much better when you can determine how close or far away your opponent is before you get the hell knocked out. INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS are rocking it again with changing the words and not matching the action to the words. Here comes the blood trickling down into the eye. DEPTH PERCEPTION!

Remember when zero was zero. Not anymore! The Crew put a new spin on zero. You had to actually count up the nothing to get the real meaning of zero. This is CONGRESS new math. Remember when Right To Work actually meant you had a Right To Work and not get screwed by your job. In this day and TIME, you work your A… off and still need government assistance to help make ends meet. Your salary is so low. Check your vocal cords. The voice has hit its last note. Can you get any poorer working full TIME? A lot of associates has EBT cards and participate in the SNAP PROGRAM. Right to be poor. Hmmm!

Opportunity is definitely not what the commercial reveals. Walmart or any other company who pays their associate’s low wages and does not put the interests of their associates first is a CRUZ shutdown. SHOUTERS from the rooftop are making it known Opportunity means Retaliation, Bullying, Cutting of hours, Coaching for failure, Locking people in their positions and they cannot transfer to another store once they are coached nor make a job request for a better position for 1 year after the coaching falls off. If an associate is good at a job the Opportunity will arise on several occasion to keep that person locked into the position. The position you applied for has already been filled by a manager’s Furby to do its bidding. Opportunity is hiring a disabled individual and providing them with no work coaches. The first TIME their disability prevents them from performing a certain task the disabled person will be fired because they are DISABLED. Hey, they did get a disabled person at WALMART with 2 coaches. He is no longer there. A very short-lived OPPORTUNITY because the people at Walmart and management did not understand how to appropriately accommodate this young man. People complained about his job performance and he just wasn’t up to speed. He couldn’t stay focus, was rude, wasn’t real sociable and talk about 1 thing all the TIME. GOOD LAWD! It was a huge part of his DISABILITY. This young man could have fallen on the AUTISM SPECTRUM or had NLD SYNDROME. There is not much in the way of job OPPORTUNITIES for the people on the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART.

Yes, Opportunity took on a new meaning when you have a co-manager go into office 100 (Asset Protection) and call over the walkie the camera number they are watching you on. Oh, by the way, I am tired of being watched on Camera 16. How bold is this? I thought I worked for Walmart not TARGET. This is a Mike Turzai moment. I am not making this SH… up. We are into the Christmas season BILL SIMON. Why are we losing associates? Opportunity is not working so well. Does less employment around BONUS TIME give OPPORTUNITY for management to increase their BONUS?

Recently associates walked out the door for being bullied. This incident took place in front of customers and associates. She went for help but received no assistant. She never returned to the store. She had hopes and dreams for Walmart’s Opportunity. BILL SIMON talk to SARA PACHECO about her Opportunity at Walmart. Why isn’t management being held accountable for their action? Opportunity rolled back this associated self-esteem and made her feel cheap and low. SARA PACHECO is a human life, not a price. It brought SARA PACHECO to the brink of hurt and shame and placed her on the CLEARANCE WALL. Later she CLEARED out for she could no longer take the abuse. OPPORTUNITY has taken a new path. OPPORTUNITY punched holes in associates soul. Opportunity wiped entire market teams out after these people worked so hard to become success stories. It turned into a red state and GERRYMANDERING is alive and well. It won’t be many BLACK to BROWN to TAN folks in upper big TIME BONUS land. Opportunity is the lock and you know who holds the key.

The latest spin is on APPRECIATION. We APPRECIATE your present to work on BLACK FRIDAY which started on Thursday. Those who work will receive a voucher of 25%. It is only good for 2 days (5th and 6th). I hope you have taken care of your rent and other bills. Good for you! You worked all those hours for BLACK FRIDAY without a Nuclear Option. WALMART knows the family Christmas TIME weakness. The extra discount is extra grease on your french fries. Check your heart. The associates are committed to their family. WALMART APPRECIATE every dime the associate work for with or without a bonus will be given back to WALMART. Who is WALMART committed to? Do not FLATLINE.

I know the deal and I understand the drill. I sit in the PRESIDENT’s chair. No matter how hard I try to do my job it will look as though I can’t do the job. I am to be isolated, disrespected and bullied. I have lived through every store manager that has come through store #2857. WALMART creates SHOOTERS. This is the managers who are so bitter because all of their years of devotion hinges upon their last big BONUS. Now you will see the cuts in associates hours, cuts in associates, and whoever is left. This is where the store manager was once a big TIME MARKET MANAGER. He/she has been GERRYMANDER out of their district. His choice is to either step down and take a store manager, co-manager, assistant, or the janitor in a drum position. The next step is to retire him/her. The pervasive attitude of the WOUNDED SHOOTER is NO PERSON’s EVALUATION SHALL EXCEED EXPECTATION and ROLE MODEL WILL NEVER HAPPEN. From this day forward the majority of the management team and associates shall be given MEET or BELOW EXPECTATION. This was taught to me by the best MARKSMAN, SNIPERS, SPECIAL TASK FORCE UNITS that are no longer with the COMPANY.

What do you think will happen if the store manager spent all of his/her life building a career and dedicating their TIME to WALMART only to be demoted, disrespected, and given this so-called OPPORTUNITY? Whatever the store manager receives on his EVALUATION rest assure you will receive less. WALMART creates the SNIPER. You are out the door so angry and pissed off you are ready for the hit. WALMART creates the DRONE who hovers Inside These Wall Of Existing Conditions. It is understood if you are still with the company leave space so you can step down from the position. What’s that you got in your hand? It is a piece of stone with the word CHANGE carved into it. You didn’t steal it out of the Rose Garden. NO! Look, Newt Gingrich. Don’t even compare me to that toxic regenerating lizard. He belongs to the salamander family. NO! He belongs back in the water because his A.. has spent too much TIME on dry land. When newts are in the water they are breeding. Hell! He had three wives. I don’t care about Newt Gingrich. Did he CHANGE? NO! Now, who is sounding like NEWT? Okay, you got me. Are you going to make a story out of this stone? The story has already started. What! It started with the word CHANGE. Did the Republican Party CHANGE? Well, they changed for the worst. What would be the Acronym Baby for their Change?

C-Corruption and obstruction of the government failed to make it right for
WE THE PEOPLE (Congress, GOP, and the horrible Pee Partiers). Normal Folks!

H-Hatred for the PRESIDENT and anyone or anybody that was of a
different race had a different lifestyle or religion.

A-Anger that never ceased to exist and prevented this Party from moving FORWARD.

This is not CHANGE. Exactly! This is the real AUTOPSY. A dead Party who could not accept CHANGE. Look at the variety of flavors and the colors. Now I don’t have to worry about a person spilling hot coffee all over me. I will be mad if they spilled my cold mocha frappuccino. What do you want people to know about your Change__Acronym Baby? First I was shocked when you put Nigger down on the paper. Right! Right! Chris Matthews was shocked too but me using the word LIAR probably got on his nerves more. Saying the word Nigger is too much for the media to bear. A heavy price comes with this word. It is hard to digest in print. Do you know a big struggle for people with NLD, OCD, Asperger, and other exceptionalities are putting their thoughts on paper? It has to do with one’s ability not being able to write (dysgraphia) and the organization of one’s thoughts. It is murder for the CREW on the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART to even think about writing. If a person put too much pressure on the pencil the lead will break or the pencil markings on the paper will be so dark it looks as though the person is drawing. You sure don’t have a problem with putting it on paper. It reminds me of a song by ANN NESBY and AL GREEN, Put It On Paper. Does the song have anything to do with writing? NO! Gotcha! I’ll Take You There with what CHANGE means to me. Go head, Mavis Staple. SHUM-ON-NOW!

C-Communicate the message of Day cannot exist without Night. Happy cannot exist
without Sad. Right cannot exist without Wrong. Weak cannot exist without
Strong. One cannot exist in the same mode all the TIME without being labeled,
stereotyped, and tagged disabled.
The FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART is the state of the art which
demonstrates to the opposite end of the spectrum the INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS of
the GOP, Republicans, Pee Partiers, are not smart. Is this your norm? Oh, fart!

H-Humaneness is an area that our CREW has trouble with. Not being able to put
oneself in another person shoes makes one unable to relate to people’s hurt/
pain. Through the lens and in the reflection of the mirror people view the
CREW as insensitive, mean, rude, and insane. Isolation is NO gain. It is the
worst of a mental an emotional drain.

A-Achievement takes TIMES. We become frustrated when our behaviors
implode/explode. Our behavior will never improve if you don’t understand
the burden of our mental load. Abandonment only leaves us with no hope. So
you decided to hand us a noose on a rope.

N-Narcissism is not written down in our book. We could not decipher our image
after we took a look. Selfishness, vanity, and pride is a blank slate. The
criticism of our self-esteem can be destroyed by our loved ones, family,
friends, and mates.

G-Gaffes or social blunders is the kill all of the kill all. People cannot
believe we blurt out the wrong words and it makes us appear small.
It was hard for Chris Matthews to believe Mike Turzai would come out and give
the secret sauce away. From this day forth horrible views were displayed.
Government officials said anything and everything about the people and the
PRESIDENT. What was said was said and it was truly meant. Were they done?
NO! Are we Done? Yes! The rejection has been massive and this is no fun.

E-Effort has taken on a unique appearance in this blog. These stories put on
WORDPRESS can help MENTAL ILLNESS from being dismissed and flogged. The worst
of the behaviors just couldn’t resist. It has been proven by the highest level
of government officials INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS will always exist. Yes, it is so
wrong to lock away the meek, ill, less fortunate, and downright poor. The
behavior of government officials must be struck down forever more. UNINTENTIONAL
BEHAVIORS has paid the highest price. Compared to the power of the so-called
Normal Folks in our government it has been a tremendous sacrifice.

Whooh! You have come a very long way. I have a longer road to travel. I have learned so much about myself. I think what is really important to me is more people should learn too. There are so many people out there who are scared and too afraid to hold the conversation on any type of mental disorder. They haven’t got a clue of what is wrong with them. If they decide to seek help and get diagnosed they got some question they can ask. I hope they will turn to this blog for some answers. It is a start. Trouble Don’t Last Always___TM

The prosecution rests their case. As a mother, I will never rest my case until people understand and learn how INTENTIONAL vs UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIOR works and the mindset behind it. I guess this will be a long saga for me. I will remain the gate-keeper, grand guardian, and trusted adult. Did GZ say he was ADD? He needs to update himself. GZ stepped over to my side of the chart. I do not play when it comes to my territory. I want the TRUTH, THE WHOLE TRUTH, and NOTHING BUT THE BUTT-NAKED TRUTH. So help me, LORD! GZ crossed the line and the FLIP SIDE of the CHART. His A… is MINE. Anyone who ever read my stories or my TWEETS will find out today why I rhyme. It is not because I’m a rapper like MISSY ELLIOT, EVE, or QUEEN LATIFAH.

You think GZ can get away with being ADD/ADHD or trying to blame it on this disorder. The term ADD has outlived its use and ADHD is the new roof up in the house on the DSM. You think GZ would know that. Please don’t go blaming it on too much sugar. The cause of ADHD is unknown and not curable. What is this BS? Are we paying ATTENTION? This is a neurobehavioral developmental disorder whose symptoms occur anywhere from age 3 to 7 years of age and can carry on into adulthood. It is not classified as a neurological disease. I hope parents are paying attention. I’m talking about school age kids, young adults, and grownups. It is classified as Oppositional Defiant Behavior, conduct disorder, and having anti-social behaviors. This is the label hung around the necks of children/adults who are diagnosed with ADHD. YE-AH! BD or behavior disorder is the luggage ADHD are now packing. How do children or adults pay attention when they are all over the place and can’t remain in their seat? Even if one appears to be quiet, doesn’t appear to be talkative, and have less disruptive behavior they can be overlooked. It doesn’t mean they are paying attention. This is how ADHD is misdiagnosed or missed. Does anyone else in GZ family have this disorder?

Sometimes people with tics disorders, learning disabilities, behavior disorders, and depression confuse it with ADHD. It’s all good because sometimes they are riding the same bicycle together. They will switch up and put on their skateboard. This particular disorder rolls with other developmental problems. ADHD can hop on your HARLEY DAVIDSON. It can ride around and roll with other psychiatric diagnoses which can co-exist with ADHD. This will include bi-polar (extreme mood swings which go from mania (an extremely high elevated mood) to burnt popcorn/depression in a short TIME zone; oppositional defiant disorder (too d… stubborn or rebellious, argue with adults and refuse to obey rules); conduct disorder (lie, steal, fight, bully, destroy property, carry or use a weapon and at a higher risk of using illegal substances). Check this out! People who are labeled as conduct disorder are at greater risk of getting in trouble at school or with the police. Let’s not leave out ANXIETY (worry, nervousness, excessive uneasiness, heebie-jeebies, compulsive, irresistible urge and just couldn’t resist); and DEPRESSION (severe despondency, sad, low spirit, hopelessness, in a slump and mournful). OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder-anxiety, repetitive behavior, intrusive thoughts, paranoid behavior) believed to share a genetic component and many characteristics of ADHD.

We know the S on SUPERMAN chest meant HOPE. Although back on earth my girl LOIS LANE had to explain to SUPERMAN it was an S. What did the S on GZ chest stand for? STALKING! What planet does GZ think we are from? Coming from the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART you get a clearer and a WHOLE PICTURE of GZ MENTAL PROCESSING.

Which brings me to this question? How in the fock you are down with the police, all up in their KOOL-AID, and you are ADHD. If you are sporting oppositional defiant disorder or considered as a behavior problem (BD) you are not rolling with the PO PO. This individual feels the police do not understand their behavior and view the police as untrustworthy, corrupt, and will lock your A… up. It doesn’t add up with ADHD whose behavior will work against them. Whose interest is GZ protecting? Is GZ working the opposite side of the spectrum? What role is GZ playing? Didn’t SANDFORD POLICE DEPARTMENT have a poor history of race relation? Was GZ the NEIGHBORHOOD SNITCH instead of the NEIGHBORHOOD WATCHMAN? WHO is ZOOMING WHO? Who has the most to lose? Is it TIME for the police department’s dirty laundry to get cleaned. Who wanted to be a policeman? WHAT!

The detective gets on the stand and validates GZ’s INTENTIONAL BEHAVIOR. Well, look-a-here! Look-a-here! What happens to all the people who are diagnosed with NEUROLOGICAL UNINTENTIONAL DISABILITIES? This behavior would not be understood and you better have a lot of documentation at the TIME of your court date. With a detective like my man on GZ case, you’re going down and going to jail. Does this detective have any type of psychological training? How many years? Some detective, hey! He didn’t detect GZ problems or he would have never made that dumb A… statement. Does this detective have something to hide? Now you can understand why our jails are filling up with people who have disabilities. These brothers need intense training. It starts at home. Parents need to take responsibility, learn, and address their children problems. This will help diminish the incarceration and death of children or adults who are being wrongfully imprisoned. Prisons are not MENTAL HOSPITALS nor TRIAGE FACILITIES for individuals who are disabled.

Which brings me to another question? Let’s pretend we are in ARIZONA. PAPER PLEASE! I hope GZ got his paperwork in order and has all of his psychological evaluations done throughout his ADHD life. He stated he was ADD so I take it he was diagnosed early. Most adults have no clue and are diagnosed at a later date. What made him get diagnosed? Was he recently diagnosed because of TM’s death to back up his ADHD comment? Had GZ had problems before? Did his neighbors complain? Apparently, GZ was the policeman special kind of friend. Was the police aware at anytime GZ was ADHD? He made a lot of trips to the police station. Did this ever raise a RED FLAG with the police or any of GZ friends? Was GZ boat (MIND) attached to the rope on the dock and his thoughts put him in total shock (his mind is not secure)? What does his school records indicate? He tried to drum up TM school records, TM behavior, and TM FACEBOOK page.

ADHD evaluation is a 6 month or more process to get some real results up in the house. The trial is moving forward and that is a lot of information GZ would have to gather up in such a shot TIME span. Parents if you suspect your child has any type of problem. Please seek out help and get an independent evaluation from a licensed facility with licensed doctors. This isn’t for schools years but for the years ahead in your child’s now adult life. See how SH.. can happen. The greatest hurt for me is to see TM’s mother defending her son’s LIFE and behavior in TIME of his DEATH, not his breath of LIFE today. It is very sad for TM’s mother, many parents, and family members like her have to defend and advocate for the DEATH of their CHILDREN in order for our nation to learn the LESSON on gun violence. Sandy Hook and the many lives of children taken so soon and TOO YOUNG TO DIE and LOST TO GUNFIRE TYTD is HORRIFIC. From my heart to your heart a BIG SHOUT OUT to MSNBC for CARING and PAYING ATTENTION. THANK YOU.

Good Lord! Was GZ on medication? Has GZ ever taken or was prescribed ADDERALL, ADDERALL XR, CONCERTA, DAYTRANA, DESOXYN, DEXEDRINE, DEXTROSTAT, FOCALIN, FOCALIN XR, METADATE ER, METADATE CD, METHYLIN, RITALIN, RITALIN SR, RITALIN LA, STRATTERA, VYVANSE? What is the side effect of these drugs? How long can a person with ADHD take them? Has anyone seen any of these drugs lying around GZ house? Mr. COOL HAND LUKE got to be taking some sort of medication to sustain his behavior in the courtroom. Is GZ taking medication during this court procedure? Is GZ under a physician care? If not, where is GZ getting his meds from or any substance to help control his attention and behavior? Does he drink? How much? This reminds me of the movie FLIGHT but DENZEL WASHINGTON was more convincing. GZ is trying to take FLIGHT but his lies and inconsistent behavior are going nowhere.

Here are some of the question I would be asking. At what age was GZ diagnosed? Did the behavior GZ displayed last for a period of 6 months or more? Was GZ behavior observed by a licensed psychiatrist or a licensed mental health facility? Has GZ ever taken any of the following drugs listed above? Was GZ a premature baby? Did his mother drink during her pregnancy or smoke? Does GZ father have any types of behavior problems or ADHD? You got to get a family history, medical history, and psychological history. What does GZ take if he goes off medication? Are stimulates safe for an extended period of TIME? Can any of the non-stimulate drugs cause suicidal tendencies? Does GZ have problems sleeping? Did GZ drink or has been known to take any other narcotics? Did GZ take any medication that night or have anything to drink? Is there a problem with GZ’s appetite? Has there been any weight gain or weight loss? Why? Is this weight gain or weight loss due to medication or overeating? I notice GZ has picked up some weight since last year. Did GZ need to get his papers in order to cover up the loop-hole for making the statement he was ADD?

Does GZ suffer from any cardiovascular disease? He could be at a greater risk of stroke, heart attack and drop dead death. Would this impair GZ struggle in the fight against TM and prevent him from using his gun? What makes GZ forget? Has GZ suffered any TIA’s(mini strokes) which can cause confusion briefly? What happens to the bushes? There is some confusion in this story. Has GZ ever told anyone he hears voices? Does GZ hallucinate? I wonder if GZ ever had any scans on his brain?

What encompasses ADHD? You would have a problem staying focus, paying attention, difficulty controlling behavior, and being overactive or hyper. These are key behaviors of ADHD. Many children may display some of these behaviors. Once you add Habanero peppers to the mix of the behavior it will kick out more unwanted, reckless A… ACT before one THINK behaviors. The person is more impulsive and does not understand the cause nor effect this would have on his/her behaviors nor the consequences that will come along with the package. So it is not PLANNED or PREMEDITATED. GZ stated he was scared and afraid. Strange! The biggest inconsistency for me was GZ FEAR STATEMENT and the way he behaved. Who was behind the wheel of the car? Who was following or stalking? What was he THINKING? GZ had TIME to THINK behind the wheel of his car. GZ mind was not a BLANK SLATE. How many TIMES had GZ taken this route and PLANNED what to do with a person if felt they did not belong in his neighborhood? He was very familiar with his environment. The more you interact with your environment and the more information you gather the better you are at resolving the conflict. He was not ISOLATED from his environment. GZ knew what to do, how to act, learn the rules, and learn the appropriateness of one’s behavior. Was there a set TIME for GZ to make his move? What was GZ planning and plotting behind the wheel of his vehicle? The wheels on the bus ain’t going round and round. I am not buying the ADHD diagnosis. Unless he is so heavily medicated it has masked his disability.

When you ACT BEFORE YOU THINK you are not riding around with the FEAR FACTOR? Impulsive behaviors do not realize the FEAR FACTOR nor death may be the final consequences of their actions. Impulsive behavior does not understand the domino effect nor the impact their action will have on another love one’s life if their action cost them their LIFE or someone else’s LIFE. Impulsive Behavior is a BLURTER. They blurt out their emotions never realizing it can hurt someone’s feelings never realizing the consequences of what they say can cause so much damage. They are very impatient and feel the need to act without realizing the consequences. If they did they would THINK BEFORE THEY ACT. This is not PLANNED, ORGANIZE, or PREMEDITATED. It is purely UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIOR. Bottom line you need evidence and papers to prove it. Keep PAPER PLEASE UPDATED. This is a major shout out to PARENTS.

LET’S DO THIS:

GZ wasn’t distracted when he was pursuing TM. He didn’t seem to miss giving details to the police and SHAWN HANNITY. He said he forgets information but he gave out a lot of information to the media. TM was GZ target. GZ did not switch back and forth to another activity trying to avoid the situation. He was focused on TM and he stayed focus. Did GZ get bored with pursuing ™ after a few minutes of stalking him? Unless GZ was doing something he really enjoyed doing he would hang with the program. I supposed GZ enjoyed playing TOP COP.

A person diagnosed with ADHD gets bored. Look out! You have to find a way to hold their interest. Teaching becomes a major job. You have to do a song and dance act. That is correct, an even RHYME. It is a major teaching tool for the little NANA WHO BOOS (grandchildren) and their mother my daughter. This is why I put the little … on the words because they are still trying to figure them out. I give them a list of words that start with the same letter of my connect the dot word. They are pretty smart and they realize the words in the column just don’t add up. If my story is too long I tell them to read only half and read the other half in a few hours. If it is someone in the story they don’t like it will not get read. It is how your brains learn and process information producing and understanding language. It zeros in on reasoning, problem-solving skills, and your decision-making process. Well, GZ got an F in all of those classes. TM would be alive if GZ got an A in those CLASSES. How can you be the NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH if you lack the ability to reason, problem solve, and make the right decision? GZ couldn’t watch nothing for me. WHEW!

Strange! My daughter and the little NANA WHO BOOs will avoid any task that will tax their brain. Thank god for IPAD and all the different NOTEBOOKS that are now accessible to children and adults. Going to school was a task for my daughter. It is a greater task for my grandchildren. It sure makes the job so much easier and learning is a navigational playbook. Just think if one of the NANA WHO BOOs had TOURETTE SYNDROME they would know what the dots are. WOW! Whatever GZ is taking it has his behavior on lockdown and it is definitely working. I wonder how fast he would become unglued? Anybody got a PEE CUP? Flip the chart over and it doesn’t look like GZ has displayed any HYPERACTIVITY symptoms.

Are parents willing to go the BUTT-NAKED mile, educate themselves, get evaluations, work with licensed facilities or license psychiatrists? Medication is an option. Depending on the severity of GZ’s conditions, medication would be an option followed by consistent visits to the doctor for checkups and monitoring the medication. ADHD is a long-term BABY and if it goes untreated it can lead to drug and alcohol abuse, failure in school, problems maintaining a job, and it will keep you in trouble with the PO PO.

The prosecution rests their case. As a mother, I will never rest my case until people understand and learn how INTENTIONAL vs UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIOR works and the mindset behind it. I guess this will be a long saga for me. I will remain the gate-keeper, grand guardian, and trusted adult. Did GZ say he was ADD? He needs to update himself. GZ stepped over to my side of the chart. I do not play when it comes to my territory. I want the TRUTH, THE WHOLE TRUTH, and NOTHING BUT THE BUTT-NAKED TRUTH. So help me, LORD! GZ crossed the line and the FLIP SIDE of the CHART. You think GZ can get away with being ADD/ADHD or trying to blame it on this disorder. The term ADD has outlived its use and ADHD is the new roof up in the house on the DSM. You think GZ would know that. Please don’t go blaming it on too much sugar. The cause of ADHD is unknown and not curable. What is this BS? Are we paying ATTENTION? This is a neurobehavioral developmental disorder whose symptoms occur anywhere from age 3 to 7 years of age and can carry on into adulthood. It is not classified as a neurological disease. I hope parents are paying attention. I’m talking about school age kids, young adults, and grownups. It is classified as Oppositional Defiant Behavior, conduct disorder, and having anti-social behaviors. This is the label hung around the necks of children/adults who are diagnosed with ADHD. YE-AH! BD or behavior disorder is the luggage ADHD are now packing. How do children or adults pay attention when they are all over the place and can’t remain in their seat? Even if one appears to be quiet, doesn’t appear to be talkative, and have less disruptive behavior they can be overlooked. It doesn’t mean they are paying attention. This is how ADHD is misdiagnosed or missed. Does anyone else in GZ family have this disorder?

Sometimes people with tics disorders, learning disabilities, behavior disorders, and depression confuse it with ADHD. It’s all good because sometimes they are riding the same bicycle together. They will switch up and put on their skateboard. This particular disorder rolls with other developmental problems. ADHD can hop on your HARLEY DAVIDSON. It can ride around and roll with other psychiatric diagnoses which can co-exist with ADHD. This will include bi-polar (extreme mood swings which go from mania (an extremely high elevated mood) to burnt popcorn/depression in a short TIME zone; oppositional defiant disorder (too d… stubborn or rebellious, argue with adults and refuse to obey rules); conduct disorder (lie, steal, fight, bully, destroy property, carry or use a weapon and at a higher risk of using illegal substances). Check this out! People who are labeled as conduct disorder are at greater risk of getting in trouble at school or with the police. Let’s not leave out ANXIETY (worry, nervousness, excessive uneasiness, heebie-jeebies, compulsive, irresistible urge and just couldn’t resist); and DEPRESSION (severe despondency, sad, low spirit, hopelessness, in a slump and mournful). OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder-anxiety, repetitive behavior, intrusive thoughts, paranoid behavior) believed to share a genetic component and many characteristics of ADHD.

We know the S on SUPERMAN chest meant HOPE. Although back on earth my girl LOIS LANE had to explain to SUPERMAN it was an S. What did the S on GZ chest stand for? STALKING! What planet does GZ think we are from? Coming from the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART you get a clearer and a WHOLE PICTURE of GZ MENTAL PROCESSING.

Which brings me to this question? How in the fock you are down with the police, all up in their KOOL-AID, and you are ADHD. If you are sporting oppositional defiant disorder or considered as a behavior problem (BD) you are not rolling with the PO PO. This individual feels the police do not understand their behavior and view the police as untrustworthy, corrupt, and will lock your A… up. It doesn’t add up with ADHD whose behavior will work against them. Whose interest is GZ protecting? Is GZ working the opposite side of the spectrum? What role is GZ playing? Didn’t SANDFORD POLICE DEPARTMENT have a poor history of race relation? Was GZ the NEIGHBORHOOD SNITCH instead of the NEIGHBORHOOD WATCHMAN? WHO is ZOOMING WHO? Who has the most to lose? Is it TIME for the police department’s dirty laundry to get cleaned. Who wanted to be a policeman? WHAT!

The detective gets on the stand and validates GZ’s INTENTIONAL BEHAVIOR. Well, look-a-here! Look-a-here! What happens to all the people who are diagnosed with NEUROLOGICAL UNINTENTIONAL DISABILITIES? This behavior would not be understood and you better have a lot of documentation at the TIME of your court date. With a detective like my man on GZ case, you’re going down and going to jail. Does this detective have any type of psychological training? How many years? Some detective, hey! He didn’t detect GZ problems or he would have never made that dumb A… statement. Does this detective have something to hide? Now you can understand why our jails are filling up with people who have disabilities. These brothers need intense training. It starts at home. Parents need to take responsibility, learn, and address their children problems. This will help diminish the incarceration and death of children or adults who are being wrongfully imprisoned. Prisons are not MENTAL HOSPITALS nor TRIAGE FACILITIES for individuals who are disabled.

Which brings me to another question? Let’s pretend we are in ARIZONA. PAPER PLEASE! I hope GZ got his paperwork in order and has all of his psychological evaluations done throughout his ADHD life. He stated he was ADD so I take it he was diagnosed early. Most adults have no clue and are diagnosed at a later date. What made him get diagnosed? Was he recently diagnosed because of TM’s death to back up his ADHD comment? Had GZ had problems before? Did his neighbors complain? Apparently, GZ was the policeman special kind of friend. Was the police aware at anytime GZ was ADHD? He made a lot of trips to the police station. Did this ever raise a RED FLAG with the police or any of GZ friends? Was GZ boat (MIND) attached to the rope on the dock and his thoughts put him in total shock (his mind is not secure)? What does his school records indicate? He tried to drum up TM school records, TM behavior, and TM FACEBOOK page.

ADHD evaluation is a 6 month or more process to get some real results up in the house. The trial is moving forward and that is a lot of information GZ would have to gather up in such a shot TIME span. Parents if you suspect your child has any type of problem. Please seek out help and get an independent evaluation from a licensed facility with licensed doctors. This isn’t for schools years but for the years ahead in your child’s now adult life. See how SH.. can happen. The greatest hurt for me is to see TM’s mother defending her son’s LIFE and behavior in TIME of his DEATH, not his breath of LIFE today. It is very sad for TM’s mother, many parents, and family members like her have to defend and advocate for the DEATH of their CHILDREN in order for our nation to learn the LESSON on gun violence. Sandy Hook and the many lives of children taken so soon and TOO YOUNG TO DIE and LOST TO GUNFIRE TYTD is HORRIFIC. What is the side effect of these drugs? How long can a person with ADHD take them? Has anyone seen any of these drugs lying around GZ house? Mr. COOL HAND LUKE got to be taking some sort of medication to sustain his behavior in the courtroom. Is GZ taking medication during this court procedure? Is GZ under a physician care? If not, where is GZ getting his meds from or any substance to help control his attention and behavior? Does he drink? How much? This reminds me of the movie FLIGHT but DENZEL WASHINGTON was more convincing. GZ is trying to take FLIGHT but his lies and inconsistent behavior are going nowhere.

Here are some of the question I would be asking. At what age was GZ diagnosed? Did the behavior GZ displayed last for a period of 6 months or more? Was GZ behavior observed by a licensed psychiatrist or a licensed mental health facility? Has GZ ever taken any of the following drugs listed above? Was GZ a premature baby? Did his mother drink during her pregnancy or smoke? Does GZ father have any types of behavior problems or ADHD? You got to get a family history, medical history, and psychological history. What does GZ take if he goes off medication? Are stimulates safe for an extended period of TIME? Can any of the non-stimulate drugs cause suicidal tendencies? Does GZ have problems sleeping? Did GZ drink or has been known to take any other narcotics? Did GZ take any medication that night or have anything to drink? Is there a problem with GZ’s appetite? Has there been any weight gain or weight loss? Why? Is this weight gain or weight loss due to medication or overeating? I notice GZ has picked up some weight since last year. Did GZ need to get his papers in order to cover up the loop-hole for making the statement he was ADD?

Does GZ suffer from any cardiovascular disease? He could be at a greater risk of stroke, heart attack and drop dead death. Would this impair GZ struggle in the fight against TM and prevent him from using his gun? What makes GZ forget? Has GZ suffered any TIA’s(mini strokes) which can cause confusion briefly? What happens to the bushes? There is some confusion in this story. Has GZ ever told anyone he hears voices? Does GZ hallucinate? I wonder if GZ ever had any scans on his brain?

What encompasses ADHD? You would have a problem staying focus, paying attention, difficulty controlling behavior, and being overactive or hyper. These are key behaviors of ADHD. Many children may display some of these behaviors. Once you add Habanero peppers to the mix of the behavior it will kick out more unwanted, reckless A… ACT before one THINK behaviors. The person is more impulsive and does not understand the cause nor effect this would have on his/her behaviors nor the consequences that will come along with the package. So it is not PLANNED or PREMEDITATED. GZ stated he was scared and afraid. Strange! The biggest inconsistency for me was GZ FEAR STATEMENT and the way he behaved. Who was behind the wheel of the car? Who was following or stalking? What was he THINKING? GZ had TIME to THINK behind the wheel of his car. GZ mind was not a BLANK SLATE. How many TIMES had GZ taken this route and PLANNED what to do with a person if felt they did not belong in his neighborhood? He was very familiar with his environment. The more you interact with your environment and the more information you gather the better you are at resolving the conflict. He was not ISOLATED from his environment. GZ knew what to do, how to act, learn the rules, and learn the appropriateness of one’s behavior. Was there a set TIME for GZ to make his move? What was GZ planning and plotting behind the wheel of his vehicle? The wheels on the bus ain’t going round and round. I am not buying the ADHD diagnosis. Unless he is so heavily medicated it has masked his disability.

When you ACT BEFORE YOU THINK you are not riding around with the FEAR FACTOR? Impulsive behaviors do not realize the FEAR FACTOR nor death may be the final consequences of their actions. Impulsive behavior does not understand the domino effect nor the impact their action will have on another love one’s life if their action cost them their LIFE or someone else’s LIFE. Impulsive Behavior is a BLURTER. They blurt out their emotions never realizing it can hurt someone’s feelings never realizing the consequences of what they say can cause so much damage. They are very impatient and feel the need to act without realizing the consequences. If they did they would THINK BEFORE THEY ACT. This is not PLANNED, ORGANIZE, or PREMEDITATED. It is purely UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIOR. Bottom line you need evidence and papers to prove it. Keep PAPER PLEASE UPDATED. This is a major shout out to PARENTS.

The last management was the failed Bush Era but Dick Cheney remains behind. The suffering has not ceased but has increased. HURRICANE ROMNEY/RYAN can increase the PEOPLE and NATION suffering.

Our NATION is headed on a dangerous path with the SPLIT SCREEN of HURRICANE ROMNEY/RYAN. This is the platform of DIVISION. The EYE of THE STORM is not the CALM of their POLICIES.
The EYE of THE STORM is who their POLICIES will FAIL to HELP and who will benefit the most under their FAILED POLICIES. ROMNEY/RYAN refuses to listen to the people’s needs but is willing to destroy everything within its path. I do not wish to look back and think I could have been the solution to the problem but failed to reach out. I understand the weight on my shoulders. When a customer comes inside the store and says, “TIMES have gotten hard and you have been here a long TIME.”

I had a customer who was cussing, ranting, and raving because he did not make the alcohol sale in TIME. His solution was to blow the store up. He said he would let me go because I reminded him of his grandmother. I can live with that but this is what I couldn’t live with. I would get the opportunity to walk away and everyone else goes down. That’s not cool at all. Are you really getting away? Can you live with the fact you left so many lives behind to be destroyed without warning? I understand PRESIDENT OBAMA second term. He would not walk out on the nation without putting POLICIES in place that everyone could benefit from. He would not walk out on a NATION and say, “YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.” PRESIDENT OBAMA would not walk us BACKWARD into SLAVERY. PRESIDENT OBAMA would not leave our lives in shambles nor in a pool of blood. CONGRESS blew the PRESIDENT UP TIME after TIME. He has taken a risk for our NATION. He is our FIRST RESPONDER and has RESPONDED every time. President Obama is at HOME. This BROTHER HERE, GOT BRAGGING RIGHTS UP IN THE HOUSE! THIS BROTHER WILL ALWAYS HAVE A HOME. He has BONDED WITH THE PEOPLE AND THE NATION.

They don’t check in on our lives. They have NOT RESPONDED. Outside These Walls, it would be how much BAIN CAPITAL gain versus the people lose. It could be their job or LIFE. It is hard to separate the two for most people.

Do you know any single person that want so much control and power they manage by INTIMIDATION/RETALIATION? Do you Richard Branson? Do you BILL Gates? What about you Warren Buffett? It sounds familiar inside and outside of these walls.

LARRY BARTON states the best crisis is the one we can prevent. What about the crisis that is INITIATED? What about the crisis that is put in place beforehand so you will never be able to succeed, especially if you are of a diverse race. What happens Inside These Walls of the Existing Condition that no matter what you do it has already been a plan for you to be set up for failure? It has happened Outside These Walls. The Existing Condition is the Conservative Values of the ELITE who are so ELITE our vote doesn’t matter and their program is EXCLUSION ACT 2012.

Why would you go to a member of Management when Inside These Walls the Existing Condition will not get resolved? You will be RETALIATE against by MANAGEMENT? Fighting On The Assessment__NLD Final Frontier

Scene:   Smokelbg has left the office of Dr. Phil and is on her way to see Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. Drew. Earlier in the day she had an appointment with Dr. OZ who referred her to Dr. Phil. It is very significant to show the New Wave Doctors what will happen to NLD Syndrome if it is not given the support of a community and the opportunities to become successful in today’s society. Smokelbg wants to enlist the help of the most innovative doctors to RECOGNIZE the importance of consistent testing of NLD Syndrome. NLD Syndrome may be more common. She wants the New Wave Doctors to understand how unilateral decisions have discriminated against and found a way to avoid giving support to children/adults with extraordinary minds, unique abilities, and multi-level learning styles whom our society has labeled disabled. Smokelbg can’t believe how a school for young pregnant mothers in the mainstream has also been affected just recently by unilateral decisions. It is time for Smokelbg to  FIGHT LIKE HELL on the assessment. This story will explain to the New Wave Doctors – the medical, psychological, social/emotional effect it places on NLD Syndrome, other exceptionalities, and the mainstream. It will compare/contrast NLD Syndrome to the mainstream RECOGNIZABLE and UNRECOGNIZABLE.

I understand when there is a problem with reading words, the spacing of letters, or even seeing the word for the first time it can be pronounced wrong. People with Dyslexia and NLD Syndrome have problems in this area.

I am neither one.  It was just an error on my part.

Do you mispronounce words?  Do you run the lettering of the words together? Have you ever been tested on word reading or pseudoword decoding (ability to pronounce nonsense words)?

I think it is time to turn her desk away from the RED ROOM. Maybe a cooler view of just looking at a picture of the ocean waves would loosen her rigid behavior (thinking to herself). Dr. Chopra and Dr. Drew, thank you, both for letting me have this opportunity to visit with you today.

Smoklbg, the books are much appreciated and I haven’t had the opportunity to review all of the information on NLD Syndrome. I am not familiar with Nonverbal Learning Disability. You have a lot of concerns. How can we help you?

Smokelbg:

I consider you both as New Wave Doctors. Dr.Chopra your strong connection to MIND, BODY, SPIRIT, and the relationship with LOVE, HEALTH, HAPPINESS is vastly needed. These components would be very essential in helping people with NLD Syndrome become successful. Dr.Drew your straightforwardness on drugs and alcohol addictions will help many individuals realize the changes in one’s behavior and the harm it causes to the body.  The end results will cost the individual his life or another innocent bystander their life. You both have lost people very close to you. Dr. Chopra, I’m deeply sorry for the lost of your longtime friend of 20 yrs., Michael Jackson.

Dr. Drew, I am deeply sorry for the lost of your most recent patient and friend Jeff Conaway.  The key word today is INTERVENTION. I understand that both of you have been criticized for your methods, techniques, and the sincerity of your positions. I need your help in giving RECOGNITION to NLD Syndrome. You both can help me with the importance of showing the world how people diagnosed with NLD syndrome need an inclusive protective environment. They need to be surrounded by those who are committed, educated about NLD Syndrome, and willing to make accommodations for NLD’s unique learning style. Strategies and developing coping skills for the manifestation of their behavior needs to be put in place. DEDICATION without MEDICATION and INTERVENTION can be very productive for NLD Syndrome. SOCIAL SKILLS and LIFE SKILLS  would be the primary teaching of their program. These are very key elements for inclusion in the community and society. I want the American Psychiatric Association (APA) to feel the heat from the grill. They need to be held accountable for not incorporating a syndrome that can interact with other disorders but is left out of a diagnostic manual. The APA did not RECOGNIZE  the damage it has caused by not enlisting NLD Syndrome for as funding, insurance, and school placement. A psychiatric community that has contradicted themselves. They have 38,000 psychiatrists under their umbrella. This is a large COMMUNITY. NLD Syndrome has no supports, no umbrella, no COMMUNITY and is left out in the rain. Hell, even Dan Akroyd and John Belushi in the Blues Brothers were a team. Sam had Dave. Gladys Knight had the Pips. Ike Turner had Tina Turner until he messed up.  I want my New Wave Doctors bringing in NLD Syndrome on the note of the Blues Brothers, “Everybody Needs Somebody”.(Everyone in the room puts on their dark shades, fedoras (hats), and starts imitating the Blues Brothers)

1.) We meet people who may appear different, but they shouldn’t change themselves to fit our mold or our way of thinking.

2.) Before we judge them, we first need to learn about them.

INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS:

1.) We judge people and convict them before we ever get the facts.

2.) We are not trying to learn about others. They will be excluded if they don’t click with our way of thinking.

UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS

Hey Those Are Not My Eyeglasses

1.) A person with a right hemisphere disorder only has use of one side of the brain making it uni-modal. The creative side has damages which cause problems in the 4Rs (reading, riting, rithmetic, and relationships). NLD Syndrome central nervous system is out of whack causing them to have a severe coordination problem. They are at risk for depression, anxiety, stress, and panic attacks. NLDers appear to be annoying, very loud, awkward, and it is very difficult for them to express themselves appropriately. It is hard for them to initiate a conversation but once they get going, the conversation is on. The conversation is relevant to them. The conversation may not be relevant to you. In the mainstream, there are lots of people who intentionally want everything to be about them. People with NLD Syndrome have no clue. We need to TEACH them to understand how to share, take a turn, not to view everyone is just like them, emotions of themselves and understanding emotions of others.  It is very important for NLDers to learn and understand what happens when they act out impulsively and the consequences of their actions.

2.) Their view is very distorted and it causes faulty perception. They miss a lot of information, cannot read people, read between the line, and do not interact with their environment. NLDers want to interact with their environment but don’t know how to interact. They can be taught.

3.) People with NLD Syndrome are NOT EMOTIONALLY DISTURBED and their BEHAVIORS are UNINTENTIONAL.

4.)  Give them an explanation and SPELL IT OUT.

INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS:

1.) Unilateral Decisions are made. The people who make these decisions have a one-sided view.  It is by their OWN CHOICE not to be connected to his/her environment. They do not desire to interact with other cultures or understand cultural diversity.

2.) Their views are distorted and their one’s size fits all decision-making process is very disturbing. They will go through back doors and do whatever is necessary to get the results they want. They have a Duncan MacLeod Highlander  Effect. “THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE.”

3.)Those who make unilateral decisions are bound and determined to keep out programs that are effective and have shown positive results. People who make unilateral decision strategies are saying, YOU ARE A BUDGET CUT.

EXAMPLE: Rick Snider, the Governor of Michigan, made a decision that was quite disturbing against Catherine Ferguson Academy. He sent a strong message to WOMEN AROUND THE  WORLD. Rick Snider’s decision stripped African-American Women of their right to be educated in an environment which gives them the opportunity to succeed regardless of their plight of being single mothers and continuing their education. Why would you want to cancel a school with a high success rate? Rick Snider and his financial manager Dave Thomas’ message rang out to African-American Women and the African-American Communities, “YOU ARE BLACK AND BACK IN THE KITCHEN BAREFOOT AND PREGNANT”. “YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO MOVE AHEAD.”  Wow! Big time DISCRIMINATION AGAINST WOMEN across the nation. This message reaches out to all diverse cultures and has been pointed out in the story, Got No Time To Be Disabled (located in the March 2011 archives), and the Look Of Love Valentine’s Day (located in the February 2011 archives).

The closing of the school has been OVERTURNED but the scent and the taste linger on. You can reverse the decision but the hurt and pain will last a lifetime, especially for those of us who have lived this already and to see it happen all over again. So you see Dr. Chopra and Dr. Drew, CHOICES  are very key elements when Unilateral Decisions are being made.  The biggest picture involved RACE, DISCRIMINATION, EDUCATION, WOMEN, FUNDING, ACHIEVEMENTS, GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION and much more concerning Catherine Ferguson Academy. I mention in my tweets that RACE is a key element but it does not ride alone. The following factors are integrated into the unilateral decision of the closing of Catherine Ferguson Academy.  WE KNOW THE DEAL. WE KNOW THE DRILL. There are a lot of CHOICES of CARDS to PLAY from. We don’t always have to play the same card. The CONSERVATIVES and the REPUBLICANS hand REALLY ROCK THE CRADLE on the above issues.

We now have a clearer picture of how these men feel about Cultural Diversity. We are back to the Highlander Effect, “THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE”. So if you deny certain under-privilege cultures the opportunity to succeed, you are denying them their right to SURVIVE.  The NO CHOICE people will LOSE.

Whatever we assumed about the Conservative and the Republican Party we no longer have to Assume. One thing about NLDers you will never have to assume how they feel about you. They will always tell you, Truth By No-Fault.

They hope people with NLD Syndrome will one day learn to paraphrase their statements, sugarcoat, or lie. Would you rather be lied to? Do you what to know the truth? Can you handle the truth?  Is this one of the reasons why people are so annoyed with those who have NLD Syndrome?  Do you have this characteristic or trait of NLD Syndrome that turns people off?

We Need An Interpreter

1.)  NLDers can’t interpret body language, abstract language, and are unable to communicate socially. It causes a massive amount of confusion within the person which in return causes them to act out UNINTENTIONALLY and their behavior to manifest. They need a verbal explanation.

2.) Grand Guardians-trusted adults who give verbal and concrete explanations to NLDers to help interpret the world around them. They mentor, develop strategies, coping skills, provide accommodations to help people with NLD Syndrome to work around their deficits. Grand Guardians help advocate the needs of NLDers in order for those with NLD Syndrome to one day be able to advocate for themselves.

3.) Take the fluff out of NLDers program and make their life-like The Reader’s Digest Books_Condensed.

4.) Give them factual information and documentation. Only teach BENEFICIAL SKILLS.

INTERPRETERS FOR EXTRAORDINARY MINDS, UNIQUE ABILITIES, AND MULTI-LEVEL LEARNING STYLES

1.) Grand Guardians, mentors, psychiatrists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, attorneys, advocates, family and friends who are knowledgeable and trustworthy.

INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS:

1.) People who are very familiar with their friend/associates behaviors INTENTIONALLY create havoc to make them act out. They set people up for failure.

2.) They will make negative comments to always break the self-esteem down of their peers. It is the negative nucleus I factor of you need me, I don’t need you. I am better than you. I made you who you are. I have more money than you. I YI YI! Fighting the Fight by Proxy. Don’t let them wine you up. Don’t let people light your fuse.

3.) As far as friendships and relationships, they choose to unfriend you at the drop of a dime and manipulate behaviors of others. Let them fight their own fight and don’t let them pull you into their fight. What you need to understand there are many people who appear very likable but these are the Rump-Shakers who will get other people involved to do all the dirty work and never have a blemish on their record. INTERPRETERS FOR THE MAINSTREAM, RECOGNIZABLE AND UNRECOGNIZABLE(Good and Bad)

5.) Clarence Thomas-Supreme Court Justice-Conservative who will not flinch when it comes to judging the consequences of others. (He has to learn and understand the whole picture) UNINTENTIONAL VS INTENTIONAL A Supreme Court Justice bent on closing the gap so one can think the INTENTIONAL Behaviors are now the New Norm.

NLD Syndrome is the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART.  Choices and opportunities are not provided to them in order to have support from a community.   People with NLD Syndrome without the necessary support will end up being institutionalized, imprisoned, or dead.  I am quite sure this is not the choices they would make for themselves.

Companies support one another. They either merge together, interconnect or buy each other out to keep themselves from failing. Banks and the Auto Industry do it all the times.

Come on people! Where are the dogs that will watch out for NLD Syndrome? Snoop Dogg watches out for his Doggs. NLD Syndrome ends up in the Dog’s House. Why would you vanish Asperger Syndrome to lump these other syndromes all together?  Why would the American Psychiatric Association avoid putting NLD Syndrome on their list?  What is the American Psychiatric Association’s real agenda? Does the APA have a problem with cultural diversity? Go back and read Got No Time To Be Disabled. Is the American Psychiatric Association going through the back door to discriminate against those who are underprivileged? Is this one of the ways the American Psychiatric Association can institutionalize and imprison a diverse culture of people by denying them the opportunity of educational accommodation, job accommodation, funding, insurance, and support from a community.  Will the APA decision for the DSM-5  resemble the Catherine Ferguson Academy decision? Now pay close attention. If you have a disorder that is RECOGNIZED by the AMERICAN PSYCHIATRIC ASSOCIATION with UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS how will  NLD Syndrome/other exceptionalities and behaviors be judged against the mainstream behaviors?  There have been numerous outbreaks of behaviors by government officials, RECOGNIZABLE AND UNRECOGNIZABLE.

Why would the APA want to close the gap and make it appear that all BEHAVIORS ARE INTENTIONAL?  Who is the AMERICAN PSYCHIATRIC ASSOCIATION really trying to get rid of?  Who are they trying to set up for failure?  Can we trust the APA? Do we assume they work in the best interest of the people?  WE KNOW THE  DRILL.

WE KNOW THE DEAL.  We no longer need to assume anymore about the APA  and who they are connected to.  The key words are UNINTENTIONAL VS INTENTIONAL. Close the gap and everyone will be judged on INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS by conservative judges that may not Flinch. Go to my blog and read the stories and tell me what you think.
