COVID-19_Walmart

Hi! My name is Linda Garrett. I have worked for Walmart Corporation for 19 years at store 2857 Boardwalk Square. I ‘ve never taken a leave of absence. I’ve always respected TIME, DISEASE, ILLNESS, and DEATH. I was fortunate to use my Disability/PTO TIME wisely to handle my adversities. Unlike some people, I have TOTAL AUTHORITY over NOTHING. At this moment in TIME, I only wish to CONTROL my BREATHING and be surrounded by the necessary VENTILATION call FRESH AIR. Steve Collison and Maeve Reston of CNN please hear me out.

Hey! I notice an error. I am far far from perfect. I am not using Disability/PTO.  I meant to say The Family First Coronavirus Response Act Paid Leave and Paid Sick Time.

Where is the window? I need some fresh air. I can’t breathe in this filthy room. Buildings had tilted windows and push out windows many years ago. What happened? My nausea and headache would probably go away. I haven’t heard one person ask any questions about windows in relationship to COVID-19. Is it close to 7:00 am? When I step outside this building I will not take my fresh air for granted. Fresh Air.

!.) helps the digestive tract (oxygen intake digest food efficiently)

2.) helps in weight loss

3.) improves heart rate and blood pressure

4.) gives you breathing room (the body doesn’t work as hard for oxygen)

5.) increase serotonin

6.) strengthen the immune system (oxygen increases)

7.) white blood cells function properly fighting germs and killing bacteria

8.) cleans our lungs (dilated lungs more increase in oxygen, airborne toxin release when you exhale)

9.) does wonder for your brain

10.) more energy and one can concentrate and stay focus.

Reverse the airflow and no Fresh Air. What happens when you have these health conditions or everyone begins to look like they have these medical conditions? COVID-19 is knocking at the door trying to get in. Whew! I have a lot of concerns. I keep hearing the word second wave. I’m not hearing the word mutation. Coronavirus appears to have similar symptoms of the following respiratory disorder below only intensified by ¶ (pi).

At some point in time, COVID-19 will touch every human host on the planet.  It is learning the different DNAs of all different races.  This virus doesn’t care if you are Caucasoid (White): Negroid (Black): Capoid (Bushmen/Hottentots): Mongoloid(Oriental/Amerindian): Australoid(Australian Aborigine and Papuan). Whew! Reminds me of the movie 1956 Invasion Of The Body Snatchers’.   The remake of  Invasion Of The  Body Snatchers’ was filmed in 1978. COVID-19 will change or mutate along the way.  How much can the body’s immune system take?

bronchiectasis: lungs and airflow become damage It is hard to clear mucous.

Symptoms: phlegm, productive cough, recurrent infection

Pneumonia: infection that inflames the air sacs in one are both lungs, which may fill the lungs with fluid.

Symptoms: sharp chest pain, clammy skin, dehydration

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease: a group of lung diseases that blocks the airflow and make it difficult to breathe.

Acute Bronchitis: inflammation of the lining of the brachial tubes, which carry air to and from the lungs.

Symptoms: dry cough, productive cough, shortness of breath

Respiratory Disease: a condition that worsens the structure of the lungs. It can also affect the passageway that leads to the lungs.

Dr. Fauci are you there? I was in the cash office during the night preparing money to be placed in the Self-Check machines for the next day. My hand was scan by the machine. This room was small. I found it hard to breathe. Dirt and dust filled the room. The floor was filthy. Where is the mop? The money recycler was kept in this room. At the start of my shift, the recycler had run its course. Managers were constantly called to the cash office to fix the machine. When the machine was open dust and debris flew everywhere. My shift was 10:00 pm-7:00 am. I knew it would be a long night. Megan V. inform me the recycler was broke again. The machine had been having problems throughout the day.

The money recycler felt as though I was in an airplane at 30,000 feet. A passenger coughs in a compressed air chamber. Oh hell no! There is no escape. Recycled air is dangerously contaminated.  What do you think the mask is for? Two people in a fishbowl turned upside down breathing the same air. Where is the oxygen? Dr. Fauci, explains what happens when you are in a sick room or building? The light bulb flashed in my brain. I looked around and there were no windows or vents. In the corner sat an old out-dated fan. Wilmot Read Hasting Jr., co-founder, CEO of Netflix, are you there? I’ve become the leading lady in the Panic Room. My next contract movie is Box II.

Dr. Fauci, the EPA has a really good article on sick buildings. I’m reading sick_building_factsheet.pdf now. I am beginning to understand what happens when there are no windows or proper ventilation. Walmart qualifies for an Indoor Air Quality Investigation for their sick buildings. Walmarts stores across the nation and all over the world need to be checked. I am quite sure Walmart’s profit in toilet paper along should cover the charges. I’m holding Walmart Inc. and CEO Doug McMillon accountable for the lives of all Walmart associates.  COVID-19_Walmart. It felt as though I was clocking into death Monday-Friday. Pure anxiety! I’ve written stories in this blog about Walmart Home Office controlling the airflow. Thinking about the HVAC (heating and cooling system) made my hair stand on my head. Okay, my wig.  Hey, I ain’t gonna lie. I worried about pollutants, contaminates, and pathways. I was constantly staring up at the vents in the lady’s restroom. I’m bothered by the fact no one has mentioned about windows. I drove around. I couldn’t find buildings with windows or push out windows. The choice for central air and heating may not be the best option with a virus attacking one’s respiratory system. It’s cheaper for our society to pay less for central gas and air. Whew! I will leave it there.

I thought I was going to die at the self-checkout night after night. Only one cashier and I were scheduled in the front end the majority of the time. It was brutal changing out the 8 self-checks. The money cart was so heavy to push. Walmart was always thinking of ways to break down the older associates. Yeah, Joe and Mika, just get rid of the most vulnerable, old people. I wonder if Sundar Pichai can shine some light on the link and make it reappear. CEO Doug McMillon needs to take a lesson from Pichai. There were no Asset Protection at night. Walmart removed the First Responders from the store many years ago. I can think of at least 30 First Responders off the top of my head who checked on me through the night. I want to give a special shout out to KCPD, North, South, East Patrol, Platte County Sherrif Department including Shoal Creek. I want to thank each and every one of the First Responders, The Brew Top Crew, doctors, nurses, EMTs from St. Luke, and North Kansas City Hospital for showing great concern. There is a big difference between social distance and isolation. I felt totally isolated so many nights. You thought I had Ebola.

I knew I would either get rob or killed for having all that money out on the floor. I hated we were next to the airport. Every person stepping off the plane from all over the world could bring a virus from another country. It would tear my body to shreds if the cash office didn’t kill me first. All the carts collected around the store were full of returns. Clothes, toys, chemicals, meats, dairy products, all food items dumped into one basket. Returns were to be separated in customer services.

The returns were separated and returned to the floor. Bacteria on top of Bacteria. Food claims sat right on the side of the service desk next to the cash office on the floor. Spoiled frozen foods, vegetables, dairy products, and meats reeked of the foulest odor. On the grocery side, it was unbelievable. I’ll put it like this, the stench was so bad from all the grocery food claims Deffenbaugh trash trucks probably would refuse to pick up Walmart’s garbage. Hey Katy, are you still alive back there. Katy has worked many years back in the grocery receiving area. I tip my hat to Katy. I can’t believe she has survived all these years. Thank God! Katy is not old. Kiss the kids for me, Katy.

Number 44 (former President Barack Obama), Bill and Melinda Gates, I desperately need your help. On March 13th, CEO Doug McMillon was the first one to hop on the stage and rubber stamp the man’s name I can no longer speak of. There is NO TRUTH in a Rubber Stamp NO REALITY. CEO Doug McMillon is the Advisor to this man. After this man’s response to Charlottesville, McMillon stated, “he missed a critical opportunity to help bring our country together. Check out this article in Forbes. CEO Doug McMillon and Walmart not only missed critical opportunities but failed to be held accountable for the Mental Health of the associates and now their lives. I want only to be surrounded by people I can trust.

I am trying to figure out what country CEO, Doug McMillon is talking about. I’m sure Number 44(formal President Barack Obama), me, and millions of Americans do not wish to live in an Alt World that creates an atmosphere of fear and a country built on hatred and lies. Walmart employees need to change the landscape of their silence. Employees’ lives are on the line. Calling Walmart’s Ethics Hotline just won’t cut it. Walmart and CEO Doug McMillon have yet again created another highly Unethical act by keeping their employees in the dark. Let us not forget CEO Doug McMillon is the advisor to who? My point exactly.

CEO Doug McMillon missed several opportunities with Walmart employees. Work retention is inevitable. Walmarts world is not an inclusive environment for employee’s voices to be heard. Walmart’s signature is No One Will Exceed Expectation. Walmart’s behavior only instills a lack of the following: trust, loyalty, recognition, low morale of the associates, and poor management/mismanagement. Walmart and CEO Doug McMillon:

!.) Failed to keep their employees safe before and during COVID-19.

2.) Failed to care about the Mental Health of the associates.

3.) Failed to care and just be humane. (compassionate, empathetic, and supportive)

4.) Failed to hire the right people.

5.) Failed to keep compensation and benefits current.

6.) Failed to engage and pay attention to what the employees feel.

7.) Failed to put the happiness of the employees as a priority.

8.) Failed to recognize and reward employees.

9.) Failed to tell the Truth. Straight Up!

Giving the associates $3oo is not a reward but an insult, VP Dan Barlett of Walmart. I just want CNN Bussiness to know the Facts. I did read the article Enough is Enough, Growth, and Development, Walmart’s Declining Profitability. Bottom line, Sell Walmart. It is not the associate’s civic duty to DIE for a company that keeps the employees in the dark. This was the Thank You Reward for store 2857 associates who worked and risk their lives through COVID-19. Where are the true incentives? Walmart employees all over the world put their lives on the line for this company. Walmart sent the message to these exhausted associates that they are Expendable.

Macy, Dillards, and many stores went on furlough. Lowes gave their associates an extra $2 for hazard pay. Frito-Lay, owned by Pepsico, pay their associates an extra $20 a day, pay associates to stay home, $100 a day to watch your kids, and a $1.00 raise. Dick’s Sporting paid their associates 3 weeks’ and the associates went on furlough. Unlike Walmart and Ceo Doug McMillon,  out in front of the camera every day telling and sell lies. The company gives 11cent raises no higher than 35 cents.  Walmart is a company that evaluates their associates before changing its format and hours in the store. The majority of the supervisors, support managers, department managers step down from their positions, The assistant managers and co-managers are demoted at the dropped of a dime. In the evaluation, Walmart failed the managers/supports/ assistant managers/supervisors in the area they do not INSPIRE their associates. Walmart and CEO Doug Mcmillon do not INSPIRE their employees. This company will HIRE 150,000 more employees to Devalue and expose to COVID-19. You call this company and CEO responsible.

ATTENTION WALMART ASSOCIATES!

Walmart removed a process connected to evaluations. The process was as followed:

1.) warning/verbal

2.) 1st coaching

3.) 2nd coaching

3.) 3rd coaching/termination

Walmart has gone straight to the heart of the matter and the associate’s pockets. Solid Performance year after year doesn’t mean an associate is safe. The needle did not move. Walmart loves to create its own rules.  Walmart does not make laws. How many times are management called out by policy flaws? The next time an associate is called to the assistant manager’s office the conversation can go like this. Walmart is hiring 150,000 new associates and I see you have not made any improvement in the last three years. How do you think this scenero will play out? Oh Wow! What happens to the associates with 3 Need Improvement in their evaluations? Need Improvement is the 3 strikes you are out of the program/job. So to all of the associates push back on your intentional negative evaluations. The law will look at age, race, gender, pay discrimination, and retaliation. Weaponizing the evaluation=wage suppression. Walmart is looking at another way to target certain employees to fire.

What has Walmart done for their associates other than risk the associate’s mental/emotional, physical health, and now the associate’s life? You will not get a copy of your evaluation unless you sign it or make a comment to acknowledge it. Don’t fret, something will go wrong with the machine and you will never see that evaluation. Walmart is very strategic at telling the associates BS and getting the associates to sign their life away. Walmart is ILLEGAL EAGLES.

I have learned so much. A special bond form between each member at MSNBC. I feel that way about the associates at Walmart. Send Sir Chris Matthews my special elbow. COVID-19 is the new sheriff in town. Walmart and CEO Doug McMillon will not play by the rules or end up in court. You can not put a price on a life. Time is the most priceless commodity. We can’t give Time Adjustments when Death waits in line at our Supercenters and Neighborhood Markets. COVID-19_Walmart. Shut the store down. Where is the Store Manager? Where is Dr. Who? Just got word he is leaving the store. Hmmm! The customers are stampeding the store with their income tax and stimulus checks. Crowd control is out of control. The employees are terrified.

A disappearing act by Walmart, CEO Doug McMillon, and the EOC (Emergency Operating Center) took place during the mental health crisis of their Employees before COVID-19? Who created the mental madness for the overworked, exhausted, abused and punished employees? Walmart along with CEO Doug McMillon got some hell-a-fie PR. The real truth has revealed itself. Death brings out the Best or the Beast. Death doesn’t care if you are the 1% or have no cents. There are no pockets in a shroud. Death does not discriminate. Death waits in line to participate. Ari Melber of MSNBC understands All Eyes on You Walmart. RIP Machiavelli.

Walmart decided to inflict pain, humiliation, hurt, shame, and wage suppression by weaponizing the evaluations. Customer Service Managers (CSMs) were devastated. Coach, Sandy Harrison played a big part in evaluating the front end. Sandy arrived from another store around September 2019. Harrison has been at store 2857 for a short period of time. The CSMs felt Coach Sandy had not been at Walmart long enough to evaluate the supervisors. I totally agree. I got an F also. Now you know what happens when you do not buy into Walmart draconian system. You can use the open door for grievances. Employee’s lives are on the line. The new method of open-door policy should extend to News Media, Advocates, and attorneys. A directory of resources is coming to a theater near you.

Sandy Harrison never worked one day overnight. My shift is 10:00 pm-7:00 am. I have no coaching on my record. The other associates say they have no coachings. I don’t remember having any conversation with Sandy Harrison about my job performance. We talk. Sandy Harrison works morning and mid shifts. How can you evaluate a person without working their shift or knowing how the overnight shift is operated? Whew! There are managers who spirits are broken by demotion from Walmart. There are managers who have an axe to grind. There are managers who are very new to the company.  Who do you have to evaluate the associates objectively? I thought it was horrible that Assistant Manager Sam was the bearer of bad news. Facial recognition speaks volumes. Sam had the butterfly over his mouth. I sat across from Sam feeling like Clarice. There sat Anthony Hopkins, Hannibal Lector eating my brains.

I went on my Star Trek journey. I went where no associates have gone before. I landed in the movie Wrong Turn. I talked to Clive Owen from the movie Derailed. I had lunch with Matt Damon and Don Cheadle. Don looked at me and said you are the star of the movie Crash. Bottom line, If Store Manager, Philip Shelton got and F you best believe the majority of the store associates would get an F also. Would it get reversed by the Walmart Ethics committee? CSM Rodney is the expert in this conversation. He needs to be heard by Regional Manager Steve and HR Dana. Hunger Games Begin. What! Regional Manager Steve is leaving too. Hmmm! CSM Rodney make sure you get hold of Dana or Steve before Walmart take out yet another market team.

Apple Tv (Tim Donald Cook, Chief Executive Officer of Apple, and his crew) thank you. Netflix (Wilmot Reed Hastings, Co-founder, and CEO and his crew) thank you. My mind is in maximum overdrive processing movies totally different. CEO Doug McMillon, the advisor to the man with no name became the star of Sleeping With The Enemy. Death had no name. My lens process the man without a name as Meet Joe Black. Joe Black’s late start on COVID-19 cost many lives in this country. Was this an act of intentional behavior against New York, California, Louisiana, Chicago, Florida, and any area that is low income, no income, and race-related. Basic Instant leads me down the path to Cape Fear. Movie watching has placed me back in my gasoline drawers. Will Walmart follow this path?. Will The Empire Strike Back?

Walmart needs to COMMIT to the Employees across the nation who are putting their life on the line keeping their stores operational. Giving their employees the necessary tools to stay SAFE and ALIVE. The employees need to know the company they work in. Jeopardizing any life is dangerous. On any given day the associates, customers, and the world need to know the Facts. Smiling Faces is Walmarts symbol and national anthem. Beware of the pat on the back. Walmart employees are afraid and under attack. COVID-19_Walmart.

Walmart needs to Rethink its operations. Close their stores especially at 2857 in Kansas City Mo. Focus on the weakest part of the store which always has been the grocery side due to lack of help. Walmart needs to lose the attitude of Business As Usual and put their associates first like Costco, Hyvees, Aldi, Price Chopper.

The award goes to Costco for the video on keeping their customers and associates safe during COVID-19 Pandemic. Costco did not take back returns and Walmart did. Walmart and CEO Doug McMillon need to takes lessons. We lost several associates to Costco. Why? Costco has a reputation for caring and treating their associates with dignity and respect. Formal Walmart employees stated Costco paid more and their benefits were way better. Word Up! What About Us! Check out Pink video. Pink and her son were affected by COVID-!9. Train the frontline of (cashiers, CSMS) to do grocery picks. Use the conveyor belts on the registers to help push the grocery orders through at a faster rate. Keep this format to boost online groceries (OGP) and stock the grocery side until this Pandemic is lifted. Kill the 6:00 am bum rush in the store. The great stampede has struck fear in the hearts of all the employees at Walmart store 2857 Boardwalk Square. It would keep the CSM safe from the money in the filthy cash office with no ventilation. CSMs and other members of management would have little to no contact with customers because of closing registers, self-checkouts, and stores.

Stores in the Kansas City area shut down at midnight before COVID-19. The store north of the river on Boardwalk Square was overwhelmed with customers. We could not provide the appropriate customer service before COVID-19. The store was not properly staffed. The schedules cut hours at the front end. Our shelves were not properly stocked. Our store has several violations. The store was contaminated before COVID-19. Regional and district managers were constantly in the store. The Store Manager, Phillip Shelton, and other members of management were warned to get the store in compliance. Walmart’s system of One Best Way is Not the Best Way. My Way or the Highway cannot be the attitude or position taken with COVID-19_Walmart. Walmart made policy changes. Not Willingly!

Thank you, Steve (Regional) and Dana(HR), for hearing me out. I give credit where credit is due. I have struggled with the Home Office throughout the years in this store. I have stated Home Office is not my friend nor my Homie due to a lack of trust. Kent Gurkie, District Manager, Mike Gray (RIP), District Manager along with his sidekick Connie Freeman were good people. They engaged the associates and made changes in the store. Hear me out once again. Walmart took out a whole market team in one swoop. Good People! The Predator has Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny Glover Pissed. It’s hard to gain trust watching Walmart takedown decent people. Every time Steve (Regional) and Dana(HR) entered the store they have always treated me with respect.

Steve (Regional) and Dana(HR), I was very disappointed with the way the front end and other employees throughout the store have been treated. It was hard to catch Store Manager Philip Shelton. I didn’t know if he had gone on vacation, in meetings, or doing his daily store walks with other members of management. I didn’t know his hours. Other store manager’s hours were much early than Philip Shelton. I notice something.

Today, I want the associates and other members of management to look at the store receipt. Do you see the entire name of the store manager? If it is there he just placed it there. One of my neighbors was kind enough to pick some milk up from the store. As of 4/17/2020, Philip Shelton’s name is not on the receipt from my purchase. I did not want to leave the store without asking Philip Shelton why did he remove his last name from the store receipt. As of 4/20/2020, Philip Shelton’s name is not on the receipt. Since Philip Shelton is leaving I guess there is no reason for his name to be on the receipt.

I went out sick on 3/24/2020. Philip Shelton’s name has been missing for quite a while. Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego? Joey Richie told me many years ago he was proud to have his name on the receipt. Joey stated, whatever happens, Joey Richy could hold his own and take responsibility and be held accountable. During that time Joey Richie was the right person and the right hire for this store. Joey Richie was proud of the associates and his achievements at store 2857. Store Manager Joey Richie did an excellent job. When Joey Richie and Co-Manager Brent got wind of a visit from Regional they would bring a set of clothes and spend the night at Walmart to be prepared for their visit in the morning. Philip Shelton will be exiting Walmart store at 2857 and will continue his journey at another store in Texas. Have a safe journey, Philip Shelton. Just a reminder, John Kennedy, Senator of Louisianna is not related to Ted Kennedy (RIP),senator of Massachusetts. Blake Shelton is not related to Philip Shelton. Love to hear Joe hammer John Kennedy on how fake he is. It brings a smile to Mika’s face.

Not one of the managers listed below ever removed their name: Martha Blood, Joey Richie, Jerry Reed, Scott Snow, Michael Hunter, Randall Addison, Mark Hoyt, and George whose name I can’t recall right now. I will come back to his name. Did you notice there was only one woman store manager mentioned? Walmart is notorious for gender, pay, and promotion. Check out Walmart Stores, Inc. v Dukes-Supreme Court. 564 U.S. 338 (2011). There were managers who would correct the customers if they didn’t say their full name. I remember a store manager informing a customer not to call him by his first name. They made it clear no first-name basis. Whew! Notice we didn’t have but one woman name on the list. Got me singing, It’s A Man’s World. Godfather of Soul, James Brown.

This was a big scene from the movie Mission Impossibles, Fallout. I was done. All I could think about was the former Store Managers introduce themselves to the customers they would say their full name. Marvin Gaye walked in the door. He begins to sing What’s Going On. What did Philip Shelton have to hide? I didn’t want to leave the associates and other members of management in the hands of a Store Manager who didn’t take responsibility for the store or doesn’t care. Don’t you think the customers deserve the right to know his name? One of Walmart’s famous principle is Lead by Example. COVID-19 is running its campaign. Death will make an example out of the lives of Walmart employees. Death will take the lead if Walmart continues to do business as usual. Hot-line time! Submit a tip to Bloomberg News, VLAD or VOX.

All the associates receive is $300. PR That! Check his salary out. This is not the movie Hidden Figures. Walmart loves promoting men over women, paying women less. Although- McMillon has money, Doug will always be viewed as a second class citizen and cart pusher. Michael Bloomberg views CEO Doug McMillon as a man with no Spaceballs. This is not West World but this is CEO Doug McMillon’s salary.

Where are the Walmart Employees guard shields for their registers, masks, and hand sanitizers? Okay! Guarde shields are finally up. These associates need the appropriate cleaners and approved cleaners to wipe down their areas. Concentrate on the employee’s lives instead of cleaning the d**n floor. Maintenance is so understaffed. The machines are always broken down. The machine in the cash office is a death trap, without any ventilation and no one ever has done any maintenance to its floors. What good was painting the door to the cash office? Get some ventilation in there are pull the door off. Man!

The lives of all Walmart employees are at risk. I’m sitting here reading about the 2 Walmart workers who worked at the same store passed away from COVID-19 in Evergreen Park in Chicago. How long has Walmart and every person in retail industries, banks, etc have known about COVID-19? Many of the Associates at store 2857 Boardwalk Square in Kansas City Mo. were told that big/massive changes would be taking place in April. Strange, that information was discussed around the store in mid or late December.

Walmart could not plan for success to get ahead of the virus. Walmart and CEO Doug McMillon did not serve our customers and drive customer experience. Why? Our store was dirty and had many customers complaints along with store violations before COVID-19 struck. A Now Hiring sign resides at the front entrance. Help was needed over on the grocery side. The grocery was never properly stocked for lack of associates. Walmart has the money to contract for a professional cleaning and floor crew. Old associates will be overworked and new associates will not stay. The new associates did not sign up to be pulled in a thousand different directions.

Work felt like punishment. Associates started calling in. They wanted to transfer out of the store. Transfers were blocked by Phillip Shelton, the store manager. This was before COVID-19. Now the associates in great fear of their lives want out.”Lives Do Matter”. Walmart and CEO Doug McMillon PR staff need to email Walmart INC. and let them know they are no longer in charge. Death has taken the reigns. Death has come off its intermittent leave of absence. There will be no Time Adjustments. Walmart was never in charge. The BODY COUNT will rise due to Income Tax Checks and Stimulus checks. Customers overcrowding the store and not keeping their distance once again will endanger the lives of the Employees. SHUT THE STORE DOWN!

Once again March appears to be the month for destruction and disruption. Walmart is behind the times of Netflix. Evaluations were weaponized to take the associates down to a new low. Wage suppression, pay discrimination has knocked on the door of Store 2857 at Boardwalk Square. Along comes age discrimination, race discrimination, entering through the side entrance. The bullying and harassment pimped a new style in the form of shaming members of management and associates to risk their lives for a company that has never given a d**n about the physical health or mental health of the associates. What did Netflix do with their evals?

Shaming Process:

1.) Shaming members of management and associates to come to work when they are sick. Now that COVID-19 has struck Walmart, Walmart is trying to change its tune. Before COVID-19 Walmart did not operate this way. Behind the scenes, Walmart is still shaming members for not coming to work. Visit abetterbalance.org. 2.) Shaming associates to work overtime and in return stripping the time they have put in. Overtime doesn’t pay off. This was before COVID-19.

3.) Shaming members of management of a poor job of how the store looks. There is a Now Hiring sign on the door. Where is the Beef? Where are the employees?

Associates who chose to stay and work for Walmart for years or now older. The opportunity to retire will not happen. Forced out of your job comes next. Now you can lose your life. I have always told many of the associates if it’s not life-threatening don’t fear. Death is not an open-door policy. Death is not negotiable. Death forces you out of life. Walmart Corporation and Ceo Doug McMillon have taken their employees down to the lowest point of their life. Death Takes A Holiday will not happen at Walmart.

Walmarts greatest achievement is destroying the mental health of the associates so there is no oxygen in the room to hear their voices. Associates were never given the 5Ps. 1.) Praise employees regularly. 2.) Prioritizes employee’s health and wellness. 3.) Put yourself in the employee’s shoes (empathy). 4.) Pay employees what they are worth. Do Not Have them pay with their lives. 5.) Provide growth and development. No love is given.

What is truly sad is most employees are told or feel forced to sign an evaluation they disagree with. Associates feel compelled to sign. If the evaluation is not acknowledged you can not get a copy. Unbelievable! The majority of Supervisors, Department Managers, Support Managers Assistant Managers, Co-Managers, Store Managers have either been demoted or they step down from their positions. Why? When Walmart fails the employees fail.

Walmart is big on demoting, demeaning, and stomping on women’s self-esteem. Walmart pays women far less than they pay men. Walmart is at the top of its game on gender discrimination. I recall a conversation with Coach Sandy Harrison. I asked Coach what was her rank. Was her position like a Co-manager? Coach Sandy Harrison said, “I’m just nothing but a glorified assistant manager”. Just a what! What the hell! It was devastating to hear Sandy Harrison say those words. In my nineteen years at Walmart, I have heard those words over and over. I closed my eyes tight. My gasoline drawers turned me into a flame thrower. Whew! Writing about it piss me off! All women working for Walmart Inc. fighting for equality did not lose the battle only the lawsuit of Walmart v Dukes, 564 U.S. 388 (2011) the United States Supreme Court Case. Women will not buckle but continue to fight for their rights.

Throughout my years I witness Walmart’s cruelty, arrogance, selfishness, non-caring, narcissism, backstabbing, betrayal, not taking responsibility, shaming/blaming. Who does this sound like? Mirror image to Meet Joe Black. Who is the Advisor who missed opportunities for putting the country back together? I witness associates/members of management stressed to the max. Employees medicating themselves just to get through the night. The tears never stop flowing. I couldn’t help but notice associates who said they didn’t drink but started drinking. Liquor and cigarettes replaced eggs and pancakes. Associates turn themselves into a human chimney. I couldn’t believe the packs of cigarettes they purchased.

Walmart is terrible for women’s self-esteem. Walmart wants its employees to fall in line, do Walmarts bidding, and go along with Sh*t Hole Decisions that never work. Walmart, CEO Doug McMillon and the rest of the Hateful 8 shouldn’t tangle with Jango. I can hear Samuel Jackson now, “What The F*ck. Get your popcorn ready and check those movies out on Apple TV and Netflix. Stay in and watch movies, play games, do Tik-Tok, and stay safe.

Here’s that famous scene from The Exorcist. My head spun around and I started to piss on the carpet. We were short on maintenance and Mary was having a rough night. The wet mop machine to clean the floor was down as usual. We didn’t need two pissy associates on the floor. My face couldn’t turn any color with me being luscious dark chocolate. I started to throw my wig on the floor but I had just bought it. The floors were really dirty. Whew! Human hair is expensive.

Sandy Harrison did what she was told, instead of making the right decision. Walmart is very divisive.  You have to be very careful about doing other peoples’ bidding.  What happens when that person leaves? Who gets stuck with the blame? Walmart does not want any women associates to put their heads together with a class-action lawsuit. Discrimination in the areas of age, race, gender, sexism, wage suppression, retention, hiring, promotion, retaliation, harassment is Walmart’s way of putting women on the role back wall to clear women out. Sandy Harrison should have worked at least one month overnight. Harrison would realize Walmarts One Best Way does not work. Overnight is different from the day shift. The entire shift of overnight is understaffed. Walmart’s attendance policy failed under COVID-19. The attendance policy failed way before COVID-19.

Created Mental Madness__The Wall

There is a different point of view behind the transformation of minds moving to the next generation. Would you like to join me over on the Flip Side Of The Chart? I call the Flip Side the Neuropsychological Side.  The children and the young adults have been taken from their homes and strip away from their parents. The children are the bricks to the future. A strong foundation can’t stand if the mind has been traumatized.  Many of the construction sites have been robbed.  The bricks have been removed. The progress of the transformation has been disrupted. A wall goes up and wraps around the brain. The hearts of children are broken.  Their minds are shattered and the spirit is demolished by a wrecking ball. Whatever these children/ young adults observe in life can put them at a disadvantage because their ability to problem solve has been disrupted.

What are the dreams of these children when they go to bed? How many times have they called out for their loved ones?  Their imagination has been confiscated. The ability to role-play and go Other When(Times) and Other Where (Places) have put them at high risk to be the next generation to show lack of empathy, compassion, and support.  The shackles have been removed from the feet to the mind.  A wall of Hatred, Resentment, Mistrust will be constructed.

In life stages of Transformation, our nation will not be able to flourish, reproduce children, provide shelter and food for the nation. What happens to the survival rate of our nation? Building a wall around the mind has grave consequences. We can not become a competitive nation or be considered as a Super Power. What happens to an Inclusive Nation?

Proper development of these children/young adults or with their parents, caregivers, or loved ones.  Mercury crippled the development of children handing down consequences of developmental delays, neurological injuries, and cerebral palsy.  The brain is very sensitive to lead. Damages to the brain caused by lead affect memory, cause the inability to have children, results in behavioral problems, intellectual disability, seizures, anemia, anxiety disorders, iron deficiency, comas, and death.  Whose Intentional Behavior in Michigan cost the children and the people in this state a lifetime of hurt, pain, and mental destruction? As the foundation of the mind gets reduce from bricks to rocks, to grains of sands the consequences become more grave. You are staring down the throat of mix development disorder. Interruption of these children development is as follows:

Lack of growth/progress in the following areas of math, language, speech, receptive-expressive learning, motor coordination, reading, auditory processing, developmental coordination, developmental dyspraxia, gross motors delays, neuromuscular disorder, clumsiness, fine motor skills.

Many children were snatched away from their parents at a very young age.  Keep in mind that none of these children are placed in a conducive environment in order for the brain to TRANSFORM.  The following detriment in the area of Sensory Integration Interruption and Destruction are listed below:

Once the brain develops bilateral integration (the brain’s ability to allow the right and left side to work together) here is what comes next, if you are in the right environment.  We all know these children are not out riding bikes, playing ball, skipping, running and jumping (Body Coordination). The younger children will be unable to use their sensory motor skills abilities to develop their perceptual motor skills. Eye/Hand Coordination will be disrupted. The children will be unable to tie their shoes, write, button their clothes. Perceiving Relationships Of Objects In Space including the position of one’s body in relation to objects. Putting the pieces of a puzzle together or trying to get through an obstacle course will be extremely difficult. Since the children are not allowed conversation and not allowed to be touched Hearing and Speaking Skills will practically be destroyed. How will the children remember and repeat words in a list? If you send any one of these children to shop and ask to pick up an onion, grape juice, bread, and one pound of ground chuck it will not happen. We all know the children are not out shopping.

The older children use a more mature brain. Disruptions at any early stages of brain activity can affect higher levels of learning skills such as reading, writing, thinking, behavior control and working independently in a child’s seat.  Our nation does not have a clue or access to exactly where or what these children are doing. The Social and Emotional maturity has been stripped away from the children/young adults. These two major ingredients are the Chicken Soup To The Souls to organize and develop Sensory Integration. When our children have success in the following areas listed above their self-esteem soars. The early kidnapping of immigrant children builds a wall around the mind and Mental Madness has been created.

Organization of Sensory Integration is used in our daily lives. What harm has been done to the children (Sensory) hearing, sight, smell, taste, touch, the perception of motion/movement and gravity? These children are in lockdown. Integration is the process of making whole, unifying letting the brain gather information our senses take in.  How will these children organize and process their information?   Taken away from their homes, developing relationships and interactions with others will be a monumental concern. How much information can these children gather in a cage? Have these children endured any physical injuries?

Who Created Mental Madness__The Wall in the Social/ Emotional and Psychological/Physical domain? Who brought the children over to the Neuropsychological Side of the chart? Why hasn’t mental illness been address on a regular basis? Who will need Rehabilitation in the areas of Learning and Behavioral Disorders? Who will be Developmentally Delayed? Who will be Visually and Hearing Impaired? Who will be Emotionally Disturbed? Who will end up with Physical Handicaps? What percentage of the children will survive? Why is it necessary to destroy the foundation of bricks for the mind? Is this a strategy to keep the old empowered, rich, and preparation for dictatorship? Left Brain/Right Brain___Whatever!

Hmmm! I guess we are not rocking the emotions today. Are you just not feeling it? I would love to feel it but my Right brain has some damages.  Whatever! My body has a lot of damages.  You don’t understand. Break it down to me.  When the Right Brain is damaged I lack the ability to decipher emotional information. I’m not ignoring the body language, facial expression, gesture, or the tone in people’s voices. I just can’t interpret nonverbal communication. So the key to your ignition doesn’t ignite your engine and you are left with the remix of cold cognition.  Sounds like R. Kelly Trapped In The Closet to me. Who is R. Kelly?  A soulful songwriter and producer whose ignition had a lot of issues. He steps away from the spotlights into his closet so his behavior would go into remission.

Basically, it just hard for you to put yourself in others people’s NIKES and you could not afford AIR JORDANS.  The price should not be so high that people assume you know how to behave and you really don’t.  The key to unlocking the door is to TEACH. Oooh! I have a great mentor out there who taught me the bottom line is what you need to know.  One cannot go from zero to one hundred. There are small steps we must take to reach our goal.  One day you will reach one hundred.  I can see why a person behavior would go off the chain when you are singing to the tune of Alicia Keys song, NO ONE.  I struggle big time socially.  I struggle big time medically.  So, Whatever! You are no different from me. There are many things in my life that need improvement. Every person on this planet needs to improve something in their life.

What did you say your name is?  I didn’t but people call me NLD Syndrome. I’m talking about the name on your birth certificate. Oh! My for real name is Constance. Well, for real Constance if I had to put my name down for every infected body part or missing part there would be no room for my parent’s name, date of birth, time, and the stamp of approval that the birth certificate is legitimate. See that long sentence I just wrote. Yeah! It is called a run on sentence.  I don’t need an English lesson. Constance, the point is my name would look just like that sentence on the birth certificate. That is what I’m trying to tell you.  I don’t get the whole picture. So, Whatever! If my body was a puzzle, BABY, there are pieces missing but I still can function. Another part of my body will pick up the tab.  In the medical community, a doctor will explain that you are born with 2 lungs. If one lung goes the other one is set up to carry on. This is the BIGGEST mistake the psychiatric community makes. Some other plan of action can be put into place.   The tab can be picked up to keep people with mental illness from feeling hopeless, a shame, and humiliated. We want you to seek help. People view mental illness as prolonged. A physical illness will take the body out quicker.

You are NOT terminally ill if you have been diagnosed with a mental illness.  How does the Left Brain pick up the tab?  I have so much verbiage.  I’m talking all over the place. Wow! You become the VOICE.  Have you ever watch that show? There is a lot of body language and begging on that show. Adam Levine stretches across his desk as if he is the most desperate artist begging to win the next season over Blake Shelton.  Pharrell with that baby-face smile leaning forward poking out his neck signaling,  “Come Home.”  Christine Aguilera using her hand movements to rope people in to be on her team.  Blake Shelton watching those cowboy boots, beating on his desk, and giving a friendly reminder to the new artist he has won three times.

My writing can go on for eons without me getting to the point. My friend’s last story was like that but she had a lot of points to make. 🙂 I starting reading early and my teacher thought I was gifted. When I was promoted to the next grade it took me too long to write and my hands got sore. It looks like I was coloring instead of writing.  I couldn’t keep up because I was so unorganized. I got into trouble so many times when the teacher would say,  “can you just imagine.” It would piss me off and my behavior begins to boil over like rice.  Oh God, when the teacher starts repeating lessons my head would spin around.  At that moment I felt as though I needed a priest to keep me from peeing on the carpet. I got this. I have the HERE-SAY PROGRAM. I’m auditory-verbal  At the end of the school day my brain felt like it had heard it all and I had said TOO much. Math became complex because it was so abstract. I would use all these big words in my writing but the paper said nothing.

I have a lot of memory but it is hard for me to take my old thoughts and transfer what I had learned to a new situation. I have come a long way and I have gotten much better. Good for you Constance. I want to make friends and develop relationships. After reading my friend’s story I realized the corporate community are afraid people will band together, make policy changes, defend their human/civil rights. If she struggled with her job and nothing was put in place for her to do an effective job, I will have a much tougher path to follow.  True Dat! When my mother found out the final word on my diagnoses she was relieved but she cried for days. My mother came across a chart. Listed on the chart was Syndromes With Social Incompetencies. It listed Williams Syndrome (WS), Autism, High Function Autism (HFA) Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD), Hyperlexia, Asperger’s Syndrome (AS), and Nonverbal Learning Disabilities (NLD). On the left-hand side of the chart, it has Speech, IQ, Motor, and Behavior.

Nonverbal Learning Disabilities (NLD) has early speech and vocabulary development. Pragmatic and prosody is poor. One may not be tactful when knowing when to end a conversation or how fast they are talking. As the saying goes silence can be golden but if you don’t know when to stop talking a problem exist big time. Common sense and being realistic is the ruler of today. Hey! Good news, it can be taught.  IQ for Nonverbal Learning Disability is normal to superior. VIQ>PIQ means Verbal Intelligence is much greater than the actual Performance. Whatever! Donald Trump is leading in the polls and he’s a Billionaire. As a matter of fact, The DONALD has inspired me to write this story and the next story coming your way real soon. There are a lot of people who talk a GOOD GAME and still get paid. One of my favorite people was Darrell Issa. Issa reasoning, abstract or not was shot to hell.  He never found any criminal activity against former Attorney General Eric Holder.  I can’t really say Issa talked a GOOD GAME but he talked a lot, had no common sense, and was very unrealistic. He is the richest member of Congress. Dang!  Consultants are the new VIQ>PIQ and any person that fall into this category.  Motor skills for NLD dexterity is a problem. The skill to paint, eat with a chopstick or a fork takes eye-hand coordination. So, Jack be nimble Jack be quick is hard for Jack to comprehend.  Jack can learn and start to mend. Writing, typing cutting with scissors and buttoning clothes can be a pain in the a**.  People diagnosed with NLD  have a tendency to sit on the floor to eat to help maintain their balance.  As far as NLD Behavior goes people who are diagnosed with this syndrome lack skills in receptive and expressive language hindering their verbal communication skills.

The biggest problem I have is when I become angry no one wants to help me or give me strategies and coping skills. They want to shove a bunch of pills down my throat. So they bring out Austin Powers and tell me to, “Oh Behave Baby!”  I have had the police called on me. People want to lock me away. I have been kicked out of those so-called self-righteous NLD groups.  They just want to talk about NLD Syndrome.  I live in the real world, not a thread.  What I say can get me killed outside that thread. You don’t have to say anything and can get killed. I am at a greater risk if NO ONE understands that my behavior is UNINTENTIONAL.  I strongly feel the psychiatric community should address race, politics, cultural diversity.   NLD is not the biggest problem I have. There have been several Black women and Black males shot down by the police. You haven’t forgotten Sandy Hook?   The school located in Sandy Hook was not for children with extraordinary minds, unique abilities, and multi-level learning styles.  Our society labels children/adults mentally disabled.

You have 16 contenders running for 2016.  These contenders have made several social blunders, gaffes, faux pas, and slip-ups INTENTIONALLY.   You better know who is MENTALLY CHALLENGED.  If the psychiatric community can’t address this conversation in their group maybe they need to be turned over to the Citizen Commission On Human Right (CCHR). These are the watchdog investigating and exposing Psychiatric Human Rights Violation. BOW WOW WOW YIPPY YO YIPPY YEAH!  Turn the Dogcatcher loose.   While we’re at it let’s turn over the 16 contenders for next year Presidency to CCHR. It is Time for the NLD Community to visit http://www.cchr.org.  It took me years to be diagnosed with NLD Syndrome.  NLD Syndrome is not on my birth certificate.  You have people in the next election singing, “If I Only Had A Brain.”   They should be singing, “I Sure Got A Lot Of Nerves.”  Has anyone stopped you and asked if you used your Left Brain/Right Brain__Whatever!

Self-Talk___Say It Out Loud!

What happens when you dish out those F’s? Do you have knobs on your mirror?  Baby get ready because the dirt is about to fly in your face.  If you throw shades on a low-grade get ready to duck your head.  I looked into the square box.  There were some words that didn’t describe me at all. What was my reaction? I threw my head back and laughed. It gets better. I recalled a song recorded by Christopher Williams that was perfect for my internal hard drive.  Are you ready for the YOUTUBE MOMENT? Hit It! I Talk To Myself when there ain’t no one to talk to. People ask me why I do what I do. Hell! It is a strategy for keeping your self-esteem intact when the haters pour on the hot wax. Bottom line, just remembers when you KNOW you have certain strengths and somebody send you an email, fax, text, FACEBOOK, and state those skills are nonexistence within you, this is what you tell them. Better yet, go the butt-naked mile and show them. I think the public use the word transparency.

In the morning when I arise there are moments in my life that I don’t like myself and I disagree with my thought processing. So when another person crosses my path and tell me they don’t like me or disagree with me I am ever so cool with that.  I think they are right on target. I am not tripping off of what they think about me. Developing a strategy to put me back in circulation without being down on myself is ever so important. There is nothing wrong with talking to yourself. As long as you are giving yourself positive feedback about what you can achieve.  Even when you fail to give yourself positive credit for trying the task.  Words such as stupid, dumb, and especially the word retarded should not be in one’s vocabulary. We will leave Anne Coulter with the word “retarded.”   It is one of her favorite words to call people. Who is Anne Coulter? Every minute of a person breath counts. I won’t waste my breath.

Talking to oneself is a tool for loneliness and can help you tighten up loose ends on your decision. Come along with me and sing The Staple Singers, Respect Yourself. It is Time to bellow out some positive self-talking dialogue. We can sing through the dialogue with Michael Jackson’s, “I’m Bad.” Are you ready to Ease On Down The Road with Stephanie Mills and listen to some motivational tapes by Tony Robbins or Les Brown?  Go treat yourself to a psychological sit in with Dr. Phil or a medical spinoff with Dr. Oz. When you gather up the strength to reject that whirlwind shopping spree or turn down that molting triple chocolate cupcake lace with homemade vanilla ice cream go on the VOICE and sing with Bon Jovi, Hallelujah, or an updated version of Hallelujah with Susan Boyle. Take a deep breath and exhale with BabyFace singing this is For The Cool In You.  Every small accomplishment carries its weight in gold and needs to be acknowledged. For one person it may be tying their shoe and for another person, it may be brushing their teeth. It is an achievement and it is all good. Can you say it with me?  “It is all Good.” You don’t need to tip-toe through the tulips. Go ahead and get your sprint on.  You Can Say It To Yourself Or Out Loud!  Self-talk is cool.  Going after the pros and cons in the mooch-o grande decision helps bring clarity to your choice. You are listening to your external hard drive and can hear what may be the best decision for you.  YE-AH!

Well, You know it makes me want to shout, kick my heels up, throw my hands up, throw my head back. Come on now! Don’t forget to say you will.  Those of you who have problems with your attention span can reel in your emotions, strengthen your communication, focus on your mental processing.  For Real! For Real! You are not crazy. Unless you found some way to separate yourself from yourself you will be living with yourself when everyone else splits the scene.  Mavis Staple has started singing “Respect Yourself ” again.  Put A Little Love In Your Heart and Talk To Yourself when there is no one else to talk to. People try to bring you down. Worst of all, most people don’t need other people to bring them down because they do a good job of bringing themselves down.  All negative feedback takes them clean out of the box.  Turn your mirror on and adjust those knobs for some positive Mirror Radio-Hope. This is the mental Selfie uplift without the iPhone. Okay! If you find it difficult to give yourself some Radio-Hope it is TIME to get a grand guardian who will help you cheer through the tough spots.

If constant testing would have been done by the American Psychiatric Association (APA) there would not be so many people wondering why they talk to themselves out loud.  NLD should have made the DSM5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manuel of Mental Disorders).   Individuals who are diagnosed with NLD (Nonverbal Learning Disability) are auditory-verbal and process out loud all the time.  Giving Recognition to a hidden diagnosis, NLD is a developmental disability in which individuals demonstrate a mature vocabulary, rote memory skills, and excellent reading abilities. Children/adults can have difficulty interacting with other individuals, transitioning to new settings and working new changes (teachers, peers, associates etc.) and trouble with writing/fine motor coordination.  Reading skills are exemplary, abstract concepts need to be explained in detail because individuals with NLD have difficulty understanding metaphors, emotional nuances, multiple levels of meaning, and relationship issues. Descriptions of abstract concepts must be given simply and with patients.   If you want to give a real Impression along with Curtis Mayfield, concrete factual information is the narrative for We’re A Winner.  People with NLD are not EMOTIONALLY DISTURBED and never let anyone say boy you can’t make it because a feeble mind is in your way. No more tears do we cry because we have finally dried our eyes and we’re moving on up, moving on up. LAWD! Ham-Mercy we’re moving on up. Positively Positive!

Three areas are encompassed by NLD: Motoric (coordination), Visual-Spatial (Blind Mines Eye/can’t form visual images or gestalt impression/whole picture) and Social (English language is so abstract and have hidden meanings).  Social interaction is very easily misjudged and misinterpreted.  Awareness is brought to you just in case you see a person with no earplugs and no phone and talking to themselves. Don’t freak out it might just be the hidden disability with UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS whom the American Psychiatric Association (APA) failed to put on THE LIST.  The guy with the iPhone and the ear-plugs may not have anyone on the other end.  A good strategy for fitting in and not having people stare or calling you crazy.  Don’t be afraid. Go ahead and be Proud. Self-Talk__Say It Out Loud!

Walmart CEO Doug McMillon__Aka BabyFace Nelson

Good morning Doug McMillon! This is Linda from store #2857 in Kansas City Missouri. I read the interview CEO Inherited Big Problems.  Whatever you inherited the associates/management inherited 3 times as worst. Their voices, spirits, and the ability to fight back has been stripped away.  I wish Money.cnn.com had gotten in contact with me.  Grading your performance would be very easy.   You get an F. Why? Doug, you weren’t honest with the associates. You know Doug, it’s very troubling the associates at store #2857  hasn’t taken an interest to learn more about the company. The associates/management rights are violated on a daily basis. Through the fog, there is not one glimmer of HOPE or CHANGE.  There is no OPPORTUNITY at Walmart. The biggest confusion for the associates is focusing on the money and not understanding how Walmart really works.  Maybe you could give me a glimmer of HOPE and CHANGE on my belated birthday by answering some of my questions.  How would you restore TRUST to the associates?  Do you think the associates will be able to TRUST you when they find out your raise increased by 168%?   Why were the associates hours cut?  Why did the associates have to kill their overtime? What! Profit before the people. Is this the reason why Walmart remained neutral in the debate of raising the minimum wage?

Doug increase had to come first. Doug came into the company at 9.5 million dollars and his salary has skyrocketed to 25.6 million dollars.  WOW!  Can you explain how your money package work? The associates worked extremely hard to keep Walmart on the map. Don’t you think the associates raise should be increased to $15.00 dollars an hour? Bernie Sanders, senator from Vermont, strongly advocates for increase wages of associates to help lift Walmart associates out of the poverty level. I just wanted to let Senator Bernie Sanders know I agree with him wholeheartedly and I was paying attention. The 2% increase for the associates with the salary cap was quite disturbing. I feel the associates got milked. Why hasn’t there been a salary cap on David Glass, Lee Scott, Mike Duke, and Bill Simon Salaries? How is it possible that the 1%  is rewarded for their INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS? These guys handle the scandals,  got paid, and remain on Walmart’s board. Why didn’t everyone from Walmart get a salary increase across the board?  Doug McMillon did not fail to almost TRIPLE his salary but he cares about the ASSOCIATES. Who wears the face of INEQUALITY?  Aka Babyface Nelson steps out on stage to appear innocent and naive knowing all along it is about POWER, CONTROL, and MONEY.  Walmart brought along the face of Doug McMillon to convince the associates and the people Doug is a sheep and not a wolf dressed up in sheep clothing.  Body language tells more than words. In Doug’s interview with  CNN Money, he stated he listen to his critics Mike Duke and Lee Scott. I found the article about Mike Duke, Ex Walmart CEO’s Deferred pay: $140 million dollars quite interesting. WHOOO! I feel like I’m reading about Alphonse “Al” Capone and his strong-arm guy Frank Nitti (Francesco Raffaele Nitto).   Reading about Mike Duke and Lee Scott the 1% People Behind  The Walmart Empire is quite an educational moment. WOW! Lee Scott at that Time owned $200 million dollars in stock shares. In the year 2006 Lee Scott receive one of those packages that boosted his salary to $29.7 million dollars. Doug needs to explain what is inside those PACKAGES. What is wrong with the associate’s PACKAGES?  Why is it always the person at the bottom who has to sacrifice so much?  In 2005 Lee Scott salary was $15.7 million dollars. Lee Scott got a 100% increase the next year.  Is Doug McMillon trying to become the next 140 million dollars man?  What is Doug McMillon trying to learn from his critics? I guess the associates really did not get a real increase nor escape from poverty.  How can Doug McMillon convince the associates he is listening to the people instead of listening to the 1% and their money? How can Doug McMillon convince the associates that Walmart works for the associates and customers?

Has the minimum wage Rolled Out an admission of guilt or shame on Walmart behalf? I never like 2% milk but WHOLE milk is fattening. The perception of low-end jobs will always remain at Walmart as long as the 1% Of Walmart’s Empire receive 100% plus in salary increases with no caps.  It looks like it doesn’t matter what  INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS the 1% Force Behind Walmart’s Empire displays.  Where are the OPPORTUNITIES in Walmart? Who benefits the most from Walmart’s Opportunities? Is this how the Empire Strikes Back? The salaries Doug McMillon’s crew received made me see STARS.  Money matters can definitely cause WARS. All those years George Lucas was watching The Walton’s.  John Boy and his brothers are now the upgraded version of the Koch Brothers.  Who are the UNTOUCHABLES?

Our President had a town hall meeting. He pointed out the laws Congress would not pass to promote equality for the people.  The President gave me a huge birthday president.  His Selma Speech was riveting.  “Don’t throw away your voice.”   I will try to strike every chord.  Appeasement had no place in the President decision-making process.  We have a President who understands the development of cognitive abilities.  The associate’s voices are in a coma. Store #2857 is in great danger. This is the next ConAgra incident waiting to happen. The Congress in this region would be Gerald Hendrickson-Market Team Manager, Patrick Shanks-Director of Operations, Delinda Davis-HR. This store is in big trouble psychologically, physically, and emotionally. Why? Randall Addison wants control over the register tape, boxes of bags at the front-end, and the toilet tissue in the bathroom. The worse message any corporation can send is you can get any employee for a dime a dozen. Randall Addison has sent the message.  The associates/management is in FEAR of losing their jobs and pushed out before they can retire. The retaliation,  verbal abuse, harassment, discrimination (age/race) and the excessive surveillance is blatant. Many associates have fled the store to other stores. It is TIME for their Congress to get off their A… and do something. Many complaints have been reported and their Congress has turned a blind eye.  The associates/management is in FEAR of worse punishment if they step outside of Walmart and ask for help. It is Time for their Congress do their part before someone die from the stress of all the unrealistic demands made by Randall Addison, before the associates drink themselves to death,  over medicate themselves or someone gets killed.  I care about the associates and the customers, I am not afraid, and appeasement ain’t happening.  I  requested that an Independent Investigation by both Attorney Generals (Federal and State) and the Department of Labor Secretary Thomas Perez be brought in.  The mental abuse the associates/management has suffered is UNBELIEVABLE! This will be the second store Randall Addison would have taken down. Stop recycling people who need to be fired. Take responsibility! What happens when the pattern of behavior doesn’t change? INTENTIONAL BEHAVIOR!

Doug McMillon had a town hall meeting.  For years different teams handpick by Walmart stood by and acted just like Congress.  Associates in the store lost faith in HR.   Directives were followed and HR did ab-so-lute-ly nothing.  They had no plan. Appeasement is the number one rule for a solution.  Walmart works for Walmart and not the associates.   Just like our Congress works for the 1% and NOT the people, Walmart is the 1%.  Yes, I did see the Town Hall Meeting.  I would like for the associates to turn their attention to the World’s High Net Worth Selfie: 1 Trillion Dollars.  Look whose face is gleaming over the 257.4 Billion dollar company he runs.  Doug McMillon of course!  This was the net worth of Walmart in 2014. Makes your head spin.  I recall Doug McMillon stated he had issues with Trust.  The moderator asked questions of the Disruptive Innovators! World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2014 which can be revisited on YOUTUBE.   I have issues with all the money Walmart receives and their employees got nothing but abused. I like to hold a letter town hall meeting. It is too cold in Kansas City, Missouri for outside protesting. I thought it would be innovative and sit by the computer with my favorite cup of tea. Maharaja Chai Oolong tea which is really good and protests against Walmart. Walmart the ones with Bad Business Practices and False Information. Walmart gets everything wrong about the associates and destroys the Credibility of the associated. One of  Walmart strategies to get away with not paying UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS to the associates whom they fire. Constructive Discharge is the bigger picture. NOT THE MONEY but the BENEFIT. Who escape paying? Welcome To Walmart.

Will Doug McMillon ever consider cutting the big dollar salaries and bonuses off the board?   This would be a way to really increase the employee’s salaries.   Doug McMillon can take a lesson from Raymond Burse.  This is what I call leading by example. Raymond Burse,  President Of Kentucky University, Takes $90,000 Pay Cut To Give 24 Minimum Wage Workers A Wage.  Just think Doug McMillon if the Empire Strike Back and start donating parts of their salary who knows it might help restore faith and hope. That’s right, Walmart foundation has a policy if you don’t like the foundation’s agenda the people behind the scene cannot be voted out.  That idea might really piss your boss off and Doug may no longer be allowed on the trillion Dollar Selfie. Can CEO Doug McMillon say “Ya-Hoo-oo-oo?  The same model probably would apply to their board members and management in the stores.  Bottom line, there is no job creation in the world of Walmartization.  Who runs a nation of privatization of schools? Walmart supports charter schools and vouchers. When Public Schools fail they are out. Private sector fails they get bailed out.  What areas are always targeted? Exactly! Low-income areas are always the mark. Look what Scott Walker, governor of Wisconsin did to Wisconsin University. Scott Walker cut 300 million dollars from this public university. Scott Walker privatized K-12 educations.  This undermines public education.  Was this a scene taken right out of Walton’s playbook?   Who contributed mega bulks to the Keystone XL Tar Sand Pipeline?  Correct! The Walton’s shuffled out mega bulk to have the pipeline go through. It boils down to damaging the environment (sustainability), low-wage jobs, and undermining education through privatization. We are back to POWER, CONTROL, and MONEY. How can Doug McMillon separate himself from the ideology of WALTON’S PLAYBOOK and say he cares about the associates and the people? Are we looking at a failing Dynasty without a legacy?

Doug McMillon (CEO Walmart Inc.), Judith McKenna (Chief Operating Officer US Walmart), and Gregg Foran (President and CEO Walmart the US) you wanted to know what the associates Hear See, and Feel. The associates at store #2857 HEAR they are worthless, they can be replaced, NO ONE WILL EXCEED EXPECTATION, management vacations will be stripped away if they do not have the back room straighten out in 2 weeks, NO EXCUSES, they work too slow, constant shouting, bullying, and cursing. The associates/management SEE a store manager spiraling downward out of control, manipulative, angry, a bully, and insecure along with 2 co-managers as his watchdogs.  The associates/management see themselves being ripped apart and demeaned in front of each other and customers. The associates/management can no longer believe in Walmart 3 basis beliefs when the store manager has violated every belief.   The associate FEEL the hurt, pain, shame, of never being able to do enough.  The appeasement has caused a mental death and a coma induced by FEAR.  There is no HOPE, CHANGE, OPPORTUNITY and FUTURE in Walmart at least not at store #2857 location.

I am not the Voice of Walmart but an associate who truly cares. I have a VOICE and a CHOICE and I will not throw my VOICE away. I am not asking the associates/management to believe in me but to BELIEVE IN THEMSELVES. I understand the consequences of standing up and holding Walmart accountable. Walmart size should never matter when it comes to accountability.  I have paid the price over and over again.  I will continue to file with HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION whenever my rights are violated.  There is a path we must all choose.  My walk has brought me back home. I understand the meaning of I will cross that bridge when I get there.   SELMA is the reflection of TIME to look back and move FORWARD and to continue to Hope for Change.

You’ve Given So Much

I’m rocking Stevie Wonder song in my ear.  The birth of this young man taught many lessons.  His life and all the things defined in the life that he could not do paved the way for new choices, changes,  and accommodations.  Whatever was defined as his deficit gave our family a great strength to go and do research.   This would help find this young man a way to navigate a path to success.  Yes, it landed on our doorstep.  Our family was not afraid to tackle the frustration. For some family members, there were moments of embarrassment, tears, and laughter. This was an educational moment! The greatest teaching moments of all TIMES was not to be viewed as all the things he could not do. It gave each family member the opportunity to see what they were not to take for granted and appreciate what they had the ability to do.

Coming from the Flip Side Of The Chart as the diagnosis was handed down at that very moment in TIME I realize my diagnosis was more of the killer.  Cancer is a systemic disease and can spread like a wild-fire.  Nonverbal Learning Disability is encompassed by social, motoric, and visual-spatial components. This is not a killer.  Secondary to the initial diagnosis, anxiety, panic, stress, and depression can raise its ugly head.  Don’t be afraid it is TIME to develop strategies and coping skills.   The only thing which would be a killer about my son diagnosis is not knowing, not having a support system, and understanding that his behavior was UNINTENTIONAL.  My son is not Emotionally Disturbed. He cannot read or understand people emotions because of impaired social interaction.  This happens when he or others fail to respond to their name and often avoid eye contact with other people. He has difficulty interpreting what others are thinking and feeling because he can’t understand social cues such as facial expression, the intonation of one’s speech, body language, and he doesn’t watch others facial expression to gather social cues.  His behavior would seem inappropriate because he lacks the ability to show empathy, compassion, and support. The good news is he is willing to learn.  Was his behavior Intentional? No! Parents, relatives, friends, and associates need to learn and realize about people we encounter in life as awkward or may not be considered as social butterflies. The OSCARS proved that by a young man admission of feeling rejection and had attempted to take his life at the age of 16.  Now it was his moment in TIME to shine. Bottom line, the opposite end of the spectrum should not judge the behaviors of others because they can choose and make the right decision.   They choose to throw it all away because of selfishness and greed. Every individual does not have that choice.  Neurological disorders rob many individuals of that choice.

All that Psychological jargon or babble and all it boils down to helping the individual put the pieces of the puzzle together when they don’t get the whole picture. It is making the person aware that if he sounds rude or terse point it out and helps him use more constructive words. Give the individual HOPE and let them know everyone makes mistakes.  Make it clear it is not one person on this planet that knows everything or can do everything.  Make it clear there are 24 hours in a day and they did not mess up all 24 hours. Whatever you do always INCLUDE the individual. Never assume the individual knows always TEACH.  Life is a thread. Through the eye of the needle, our stitches must be bound tight and we must pay attention and stay focus. For those who cannot stay focus another route can be taken.

When he became frustrated with tying his shoes he wore slip on and velcro. It was his choice to learn to tie his shoes and he did it after 11 years.  No pressure!  No big deal or rush.  He got sick of people saying use your imagination. We came up with the appropriate words to help people understand abstract concept needs to take shape on concrete planes. This is not Christopher Columbus you are dealing with. In today’s TIME, it would be Dora The Explorer. You are working with the ultimate construction worker who needs the concrete poured on. In today’s TIME, it is Bob The Builder.  So what if you couldn’t use a mop or a bucket because it is hard for you to measure. Check out that Swifter you are slinging around like Zorro.  Washing your clothes has become a breeze using those new PODs. No longer will you need liquid bleach now that they have Evolve Bleach Tablets.  Man, there are so many wipes.  There are furniture wipes, glass wipes, electronic wipes,  and disinfectant wipes. Spray bottles would slip out of your hands.  As Seen On Tv has developed so many inventions to keep you from ever using a knife because of coordination problems.  It lowers the risk of you cutting yourself.  The injuries had diminished since platform beds are now the trend. To make life more bearable the sofa bed and the hide-a-way sofa beds inside the chest is ever so awesome. Forget about getting frustrating because you can’t put the sheet on the bed. Who cares!  Just shove that bed back down in the chest and Voila! These Chest sofa beds can be found on Amazon.com, Costco.com, Overstock.com, Tuesday Morning and HomeGoods. So we are not tripping off the fact you can’t fold your oversized comforter. Now we have throws 50×60 or 60×72.  Make sure they are nice and soft if you have sensory integration issues.  Those wonderful swivel chairs.  Don’t forget the swinging chair from Pier One. Make sure you got your flavored tea, coffee, and scented candles ready to go.  What about the sensor trash can you run your hand over or the Perfect One-Touch Tea Pot. Oh, Lawd!  Otto-mation! Those oversized ottomans which are really chest and no more anger with the hangers.  Just put your clothes in the chest and have an organized room.  The navigation device on your iPad and all the Apps that have brought your world into clear focus. It’s all about CHANGE and the ability to make CHANGES.

Make sure you address any type of deception.

Isolation is used for man’s transgression.

Inclusion, Strategies and Coping Skills is used for man’s progression.

 

Whatever was lost it can become one’s gains.

The lesson to learn is to reduce the hurt and pain.

Make changes in your life and banish the stains.

The Greatest Love Of All will always remain.

 

My son opened a doorway and handed me a key.

Reflecting on his life will help him be the best he can be.

It knocked on our door for us to see.

He is a masterful educator for you and me.

That’s not right! You are so wrong. Are we there yet? Let’s Roll! What do you Think? Can you believe that? Shut Up! I’m cool with that. Check this out. DUDE! It is MIGHTY MANTRA TIME. Why are you staring at me? It’s okay for you to repeat yourself and be ever so cool. When I start repeating myself it becomes a problem. What! I see how you are.  So if you are on the opposite end of the spectrum, mainstream, or the normal who really ain’t normal at all, your words become buzzwords and catchy phrases. Don’t give me that SH…. about a slogan. Slogan This! Now there’s a catchy phrase. 🙂 I could have added an extra word after Slogan This but I promise to stay on track, focus, hold my concentration, or even meditate to keep from going off the deep end. How About That!

Why in the world if you are on FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART your buzzword turns into a big psychiatric disorder?  You find yourself on the DSM5 as a characteristic that needs to be medicated.  Shut Up!  People diagnosed with NLD repeat themselves and they have a CHANT or MANTRA.  So you think our words are meaningless. By now you know words can cause a WAR. Not understanding the person whose mouth it comes from makes another person feel the words have gone too far.  The OPPOSITE END OF THE SPECTRUM is chewing on their tongue. They think anybody that is not on their friend’s list and not trending today is permanently locked away in the film, One Who Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest. Jack did escape.  So did Anjelica Huston out of a Rocky Horror Picture Show love affair.  Did you receive your oscar?  The FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART brought the curtain down with taking home a slew of academy awards.

Who said people who are diagnosed with NLD SYNDROME do not possess creativity?  It just takes TIME like a bottle of wine to savor the flavor with extra labor. Creativity will arrive on the scene. Development may take a little longer but can you see what TIME brings.  Repeat yourself too much and you will end up under the UMBRELLA. Sad to say you and your speech will be viewed as not stronger.  RHIANA’s song did have that ECHO of UM-BREL-LA LA LA LA.  For some people, Rhianna’s song may have been meaningless.  Start repeating yourself and you are viewed as DELAYED.  Strange how one person can be a sultry singer.  The other person will fall on the AUTISM SPECTRUM with echolalia and judge as low-grade.

Politicians use SOUND BITES to manipulate and give misleading information, to sum up, the real meaning of the conversation. Politicians shadow box all the TIME. Those SOUND BITES are repeated over and over again.  A person who is ECHOLALIA sounds like repeated SOUND BITES. The validity of their speech is misrepresented because they are parroting another person speech who may be very misleading and manipulative. Oh, GOD! SCRIPTED is even worse. Before you say anything look at the verse. The rehearsed verse makes ones terse. It sort of like plagiarism in vocal reverse. That would surely make me curse. How About That!

Look across the field at all the different shirts made up of slogans out of hurt and pain. Continue to march and work on your PEACE because there is so much to be gained.   The unrest of gun violence ran rapidly throughout our nation. Police turning their backs on Mayor Bill de Blasio attempted to taint the movement of  “Hands Up Don’t Shoot” and the “I Can’t Breath” conversation. Stay on your path and give recognition to your manta/chant/slogan/buzzword indeed.  Indoctrination of police protection has to be weeded and re-seeded. Plow out the old and sow in the new.   Trust between the police, the people and their communities will take the removal of police brutality, removal of blood from all hands and removal of gunpowder residue.  From the Opposite End Of The Spectrum to the Flip Side Of The Chart it is Time to put our heads together and let’s get smart.   We must all do our fair share.  Let’s not react to negative situations on race, gun violence, and address mental illness to educate our nation to show we care. Start the Conversation. How About That!

I am cool with the mantra. It means on the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART we are being repetitive and mimicking the words and behaviors of people who we think have legitimate speech that might be meaningful and it won’t get our A… in trouble. Guess what!  We discovered the words and behavior of the so-called politically correct aren’t correct at all and is worthless as hell.  Such doubled standards!  The not so opportunity has struck and we are knee-deep in trouble. The OPPOSITE END OF THE SPECTRUM have high-profile jobs and get the opportunity to spit out their venomous mantras every day.  While the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART is labeled with pervasive developmental delays, locked up and the keys are thrown away. How About That!

We all seek help so our words may be repetitive. It is neither black or white or trying to be competitive. Standing at the crossroad where there is a great division. Our nation must find a way to prevent the Precision On Collision.  Turning one’s back fuels the flames of  NO MERCY. Showing disrespect lies in the lap of police controversy.  The echoes are the cries of the ones we mourn and wipe tears from our eyes.  The police disrespect demonstrates the frustration, anger, and the possibility of a decision someone else might die.  Repeat the mantra. It doesn’t matter what side of the universe you represent. Who cares if you are called crazy as long as we can diminish the murders and show the progress of less violence by a huge dent.  We have witnessed every race coming together to repeat the words and action for PEACE. Stop the violence and the murdering it is TIME for all to cease. How About That!

Precision On Collision

It happened countless of Times. The door opens up and it is Time for the routine walk. You both make eye contact and the words are spoken. “I will stay on my path and I will be extra careful.” Of course, your son or daughter will do exactly what they set out to do.  Who are you worried about? You are worried about their life and the skin they are in. Whether or not if your child has a diagnosis of any type of syndrome/disorder it will always be Secondary.  This wasn’t for me but for you. All I could think of if the dots were being connected and the pieces of the puzzle were beginning to fit together. Will we get a whole puzzle? Will some of the pieces come up missing and the story will never be told correctly.

Wow! Mark Zuckerberg got up and put on his sweats and hoodie but he probably didn’t get stopped by the cops for looking suspicious. I had to make sure my son was not wearing a hoodie but there was no guarantee he would make it back home in one piece. He was not dressed to impress but for safety.  Guess what?  Is there such a thing as safety?   Throughout my child’s life, he suffered from asthma and the medication he had taken made it hard for him to lose weight. I don’t know if Mark was sleek all of his life. Mark was socially awkward but it never stopped him from reaching his full potentials. I bet Mark’s hoodies became more of a popular dress code than a non-verbal threat to his community.  It is a shame how the coin is so unpolished on the Flip Side Of The Chart.

There is something about a young black overweight male that is perceived as a gentle giant, a bully, or a huge Mandinka slave.  How did anyone derive from this perception? When my son was in middle school I noticed whenever he would become frustrated the teacher’s documentation read like a horror story. Not only that my son began to look more grown up on paper than his actual age. Something was really wrong with this picture. How can you be only in middle school but look like a full-size adult on paper?  Even at the manifestation hearings, I had to remind the superintendent, the principal, and the teachers my son was a child, not an adult. Was the school system documenting my child for the prison system or for an early grave?  Did the test scores of the schools and their triple-A rating mean more to them than the child? It must have meant something.  So much pressure was put on testing the school districts got busted for cheating nationwide. Many children fell through the cracks when it came to their mental stability. Who was going to be the first draft pick? It sure wasn’t going to be the children whom the school districts stigmatized for many years entering the small yellow bus with Special Education written all over it. Where in the hell does this concept come from when your child acted out he would immediately be thrown in a separate self-contained school better known as the DAY SCHOOL? Parents stay on top of your child’s documentation.

This is probably the hardest stories I have ever written. Knowing for years what the outcome was going to be before the barrage of murders had taken place.  Going from doctor to doctor and the doctors not addressing the race issue. Moving within your family and they didn’t want to address mental illness. Being Black an under attack spelled it in the story Got No Time To be Disabled. My son said it best. “They Can Kill Us With Impunity.” NLD will always be Secondary. Just as he was diagnosed with NLD, panic, anxiety, stress, and depression is Secondary to the original diagnosis of NLD.  This is not an NLD’s world. Inclusiveness instead of isolation is the key.   Having a diagnosis of NLD does not define the person he is.  He has to live in the skin that he is in.  Being Black is not a disability. He now understands he cannot exist inside a group’s thread but has to live with the reality of being Black.   Those prayers were just not for my son.  Knowing the Truth is tough. The Truth rides alongside consequences. The conversation has always existed and the doors of the church will always be open for change.

The sharpness of my son’s tongue is Precision. It is always what he says make people so pissed off and angry. He does not recognize that he has insulted you are if a person thinks he sounds threatening.  There will always be Collision with people who do not want to hear or know the Truth. These are the people who act on their words. Not the ones who speak with a sharp tongue, Precision.  Collision will always turn their back, react, and attack.
