Erase Away The Day

I watched the Golden Globe Awards on the carpet, not on the linoleum floor.  I could feel the pressure around my jaws as my face begin to tighten. All I could think about was my daughters and my granddaughters. Give them the opportunity to blossom into women and don’t let their self-esteem be stripped by “Shush.”  Lord don’t let a younger generation of women travel my road of Seen and Not Heard.  Women in my day were inappropriately touched by their teachers, fathers, relatives, so-called friends and ministers to be later told they would go to hell.  Who would believe them?  The greatest disappointment and the biggest Shush is when you tell your mother, guardian, or a person who you thought was a trusted friend.  The biggest hurt comes when they don’t believe you. It can shut your voice down for many years.  I pray to God Time will be Up when they embark on their journey in their lives.  Don’t get Shushed. Continue to be Heard. Continue to be Seen.

There was a voice from the late 60’s that floated through my head. As I closed my eyes I could hear Angela Davis speak about men’s power. Angela’s voice echoed, men will not cow down. Through the lens of men’s eyes, they will find a way to dismantle and manipulate any purpose or program that will put women in a position of power.  It will be done in your home, job force and government agencies (White House). Men objectify women. They feel women are their accessories (fur coat, leather glove, diamond ring, trophy wife). The abstract now becomes concrete.  Men will rise up and do everything to make women pay by lowering women into the bargain basement. It’s strange how men can drop women off into the bargain basement but don’t want to select their wives, girlfriends, or fiancée from the bargain basement. Men of power do not want their daughters dropped off at the Going Going Gone Shop in the bargain basement. Look what men do with their power.  Thinking with Penus Power has failed every time.

I found it really hard to write.  I felt my voice getting smothered and my fingers going numb. Nine months have rolled by. Hope begin to knock on my door and at my fingertips. The greatest line from the movie Scarface popped into my head. “Say Hello To My Little Friend.” The Hollywood Shoot Out of Sexual Harassment had revealed the many Scarred Faces in Hollywood.  It opens the door for the Recognizable and Unrecognizable to come forward and tell their story. Every Scarred Face and Scarred Heart across the nation would grieve, wear black, and share the global runway.  Harvey Weinstein and Kevin Spacey took the lead for pieces of the puzzle on sexual misconduct.  It was pointed out there are many more pieces of the puzzle to come.  Gorilla glue is making the case for sexual harassment.   Alabama rolled out the red carpet before the Global Awards and made it quite clear there will be no sexual predators in the United States Senate.  They too should get an award for letting the world know having a sexual predator for a senator is definitely not the norm.

There has been so much division, hatred, and the most unremarkable behavior witness in my lifetime. I looked and searched for any channel to help Erase Away The Day. I watched a lot of Jimmy Fallon because he wasn’t riding the political tidal wave.  I was so amazed how the media continue to ride their horse after being so heavily attacked.  I needed time to regroup. I had so much to reflect on. The numbness is beginning to slowly wear off at my fingertips. I recall Tweeting after the Alabama election.  After viewing the Golden Globe Awards my heartfelt much lighter. My brain didn’t look like Pin Head.  My mind felt at ease.

All that Intentional Behavior brought to the forefront by people who knew better.  These men had a choice to make the right decision and didn’t. Yes Say Hello To My Little Friends Matt Lauer, Charley Rose, Bill O’Reilly, Blake Farenthold, Roger Ailes, Russell Simons, Mario Batali, and there are so many more. I  think Clarence Thomas name can fit inside the many more.  These are the infamous master of educators to the hidden residual rule of Sexual Harassment.   Think all the people who were diagnosed with a neurological syndrome and just didn’t have a clue about sexual harassment. The abstract is now concrete.  Well, you got infamous recognizable face wear now. Thanks to Me Too Movement, Times Up Movement, and the many women’s movement growing at light speed who were Seen and Heard. Most of all Thank You for telling your story and not letting Sexual Harassment Erase Away The Day and Erase Away Your Life.

 

Outrage___Ressurection

Three Cheers and a Boom-Shaka-Laka for Ron Reagan. Baby! we are definitely on the same page, in the same book, at the same time. There will be Outrage up in the House.  Ron Reagan has the answer for Resurrection for our Nation.  Drum roll, please! IMPEACHMENT for the man who emptied out 1600 Pennsylvania Ave to take the IGNORANTARIES to meet the DIGNITARIES. Can you imagine what it is like to go from intelligent people like Barack Obama, John Kerry, Loretta Lynch, Eric Holder, Joe Biden, Hilary Clinton, Valarie Jarrett, Susan Rice, into the neighborhood with the Slum Lord Dogs? Dignitaries all over the world have to figure out how to talk to Ignorant A** people.  Whew! Think about all the photo ops taken with MAD MAX way Beyond The Thunder Dome. It gets worse. Real intelligent minds (Dignitaries) sitting at the table negotiating with KUKLA, FRAN, and OLLIE who are straight up IGNORANTARIES. OUTRAGE!

Just waiting and laying back in the cut. No! I don’t have writer’s block. It’s time to bring out the beast.  Not to say the least, I’m ready to toast and roast some A**. Why not have a feast?   Sir Lawrence O’Donnell and my Friend With The Yellow Pen did you check out the article by Valarie Strauss?   The article on Barron Trump To Attend Private St. Andrew’s Episcopal School in Maryland this fall. Valerie Strauss must don’t get out as often. She certainly doesn’t visit the Black, Brown, and Beige community. Did Valarie Strauss article ring my bell? Hell To The Yell! Look at all the amenities Barron will be provided. I thought Valarie Strauss was talking about Barron will attend School in Trump Towers or Mar-A-Largo. Am I missing something here?  I never saw the word disable. Girlfriend Valarie had such pretty words to describe Barron new educational journal. Wow! Barron school is centered around brain base research, an inclusive environment, class size 11 to 13 students, diverse community for teaching the exceptional student to achieve educational excellence.  No stereotyping here. Would you like to take a peep at Barron’s amenities? Hey! I’m not a hater but check this out.

Included in St. Andrew’s Episcopal School Package 14,000 two-story library, a multi-purpose theater, lunch space which features a stage and sound light, 2 visuals art studies with a kiln and ceramic wheel. We can’t leave out the 2 full-size basketball court, darkroom, 2 full fields for softball, fitness room, reading room, soccer, and lacrosse. What a D*** partridge in a pear tree. Valerie, Valarie, Valerie! Are you ready to visit the Opposites End Of The Spectrum? These are the children in the mainstream. The Flip  Side Of The Chart is the children who are labeled disabled and don’t get the pretty write-up. Do you know what’s in store for our children?  Betsy DeVos, Secretary of Education who doesn’t know Sh**t from Shine-ola.  Worst of all she doesn’t know anything about education nor Safeguards and Procedures.  Our children, mainstream and exceptional, will end up in prison and their lunchroom space will be overcrowded OUTRAGE!

Of course, I kept up to date. That was just a tinsey-winsey bit of OUTRAGE from Grandma Gone Wild. I started to write a story on May Day. Instead, I went to visit one of my long-time veteran buddies who lost his legs in the Vietnam War. He’s in and out of Jesse Brown Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. His information was a true learning experience. William looks me in the eye. You know what I found out. I am faced with brain cancer. Well, having the right to die with dignity is a struggle.  Having to live with Trump as a president is the struggle for this nation to live with the loss of dignity. They brought me all these papers to sign. Things like the power of health and those papers about do not Resurrect. William, it does not resuscitate. Hell, same! They ain’t getting up no mo. Don’t mess with a dying brother. These are my words and don’t you go prettying them up. As I was looking at those papers I realize something.  You know that do not re-whatever that fancy name means the same thing as assistant suicide. What! Shut Up! Somebody is going to assist your A** right out of this life. I don’t know why people were pissed off with Dr. Jack Kevorkian.  He was a real doctor. Trump is no real President.  Who is playing Dr. Death with our nation’s life?   The President gave our countries secrets away.  Congress, with their ignorant A**,  will let this PENIS-LESS President blow our A** to pieces.  Congress has no balls what-so-ever.  How in the hell they let Kukla, Fran, and Ollie run the D**n White House from a salad bar. If you don’t call this assistant suicide with Trump’s hands on the codes handing our nation over to Russia. OUTRAGE! PENIS-LESS and Blow in the same sentence. Hmmm! Not a good job. 🙂 Hey, it stays.

Mothers Day came and I wanted to make sure I ran across my girl, NeNe. I had to be careful with the conversation.  She might spin out of control. NeNe’s favorite radio program is D.L. Hughley.  D.L. put it out there on our Black, Brown, and Beige Women who had gone missing.  Everyone was tuned into Trumps World.  NeNe heard the broadcast. Here is what she had to say.  I don’t want to hear another thing about Russia. I’m sick and tired of this man (Trump) who don’t give a Flying F**k about women and especially children.  Oh! Oh!  Not the Flying F**k.  In my community when those words come out a person’s mouth it is really over. Not that NeNe wanted anything bad to happen.  She has made it clear she was fed up with Trump’s Ignorant A**.  He doesn’t need to be in the spotlight.  NeNe got so pissed off. She closed her Twitter account.  Intervention That! NeNe stated women rights are violated under this bully’s umbrella. Can you believe how far this man has push women back into the dark ages?  Women will be back to coat hanger abortion.   Before women got snatched off the streets this administration has tried every dirty trick to banished women and their voices.  As far as Black Lives Matter movement, gun violence didn’t matter nor Sandy Hook. Is it any way possible to give the win back to Hilary or Bernie?   Our nation can’t trust the Republican Side. D**n  James Comey couldn’t trust the President. Trump is singing to the tune of Martha and the Vandellas, Nowhere To Run, Nowhere To Hide. Comey’s theme song is Rescue Me by Fontella Bass (1965) OUTRAGE!

Now Sir Lawrence ODonnell. WHAT! Diverse race. Then you go to the WHITEWASHING LIST removing the folks that are black, beige, and brown. Hall, Perry, Reid (operating without a contract) are knocked out the loop for Megyn Kelley and Gretta Van Susteren. We do not need another D**n Fox Noise. Roger Ailes created a network that didn’t have AI (Artificial Intelligence) but a network that produced Artificial Ignorance. Andrew Lack, who has your back? Reconsider your position and renew your crew’s contracts. Brilliant minds that deliver the facts. A network of educators whose ratings haven’t fallen through the cracks. Push the issue and catch a lot of flack. Listen to your viewers will keep MSNBC on track. Go against the grain and get your A** waxed. One day you will step into the office and it will be your turn to get the ax.  Outrage!

Breaking News

We interrupt this program to bring you BREAKING NEWS.  I have nothing to lose and NO SPONSORS. The occupants residing at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue should not be allowed to give a repeat performance of Helter-Skelter Decisions.  Our special task force unit will come around to check and remove all rolls of quarters. The Super Brains of Intelligence and the Emojis of Emotional Intelligence has left the Whitehouse.  The Lights are OFF.  The departure of President Obama, First Lady Michelle Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, and Dr. Jill Biden taught skills of expressive language.  These great orators embraced the podium with their smiles, laughter, tears, and sincerity.  We The People felt the connection. We The People open our minds, hearts and were receptive.  It was not just a dream but this team took the lead.  Match Point!  President Obama, First Lady Michelle Obama, Vice President Joe Biden and Dr. Jill Biden’s intelligence reflected Equality of the People and Equality of our Nation Rights. Great minds will always Lead the Dream of Hope, Change, Diversity, and Inclusion.

Speaking of great minds, the Obama Administration had their moments.  When President Obama penned an Executive Order I don’t recall feeling threaten and bullied. LEFTY signed off on Executive Orders and I felt quite relieved as he poured the concrete.   Our Nation moved FORWARD in a positive direction. This was the moment of truth for Hope and Change.   President Obama did not send my brain and the old memories stored in my brain into fight or flight mode. I did not feel I was on the reality show SURVIVAL. The limbic system plays a huge part in our gut feelings and survival role.  My brain was in Safety Mode.  My central nervous system wasn’t singing Boyz To Mens, End Of The Road.   President Obama was my Uber driver for motivation and learning. He kept my emotional engine running.  My Limbic System was set on cruise control.  The Limbic System structure of the temporal lobe is responsible for regulating many of our emotions, as well as forming and processing memories. It’s wasn’t all about my Limbic System.  My dawgs in the carpool, Amygdala, Hippocampus, Thalamus, Hypothalamus, Cingulate Gyrus, and Basal Ganglia all played great roles.  You got to give credit where credit is due. It’s fun riding 6 deep. Just keeping it real.  Trump better keep plenty of fuel in all of his modes of transportation.  Bottom line, Trump shakes my Sh*t up. How about you America? I am not giving him a ride. Okay! A-myg-da-la plays a hell-of-role and should be nominated for the Oscars. Girlfriend is packing Fear along with her BFF, Cingulate Gyrus.

A-myg-da-la is the grand central station for emotions.  She takes her job serious integrating and coordinating emotional behavior.  There is 2 almond-shaped mass. One on each side of the brain located in the temporal lobe (hearing and memory).  Amygdala hangs out with Arousal.  She is associated with fear and anxiety disorder, OCD, Post Traumatic Stress, Social Anxiety Disorder, and Personality Disorder. My girl can jack with your blood pressure and play Fast and Furious with your heart rate.  Amygdala and fear shouldn’t hang out.  She is hard on the nervous system. My Lessons Learned is from Hard Yard University. It’s Hard in the yard.  There is a price to pay. It is called Accountability.

Hippocampus brings new memories to the table. We never forget to grab her on the way to work. Why? Without my dawg, you couldn’t live in the present.  You would be stuck in the past. When the hippocampus shrink it is said a treatment has been made available to reverse the process and help people with bipolar disorder and depression.  Hippocampus can get affected by estrogen.  Alzheimer will be looking up your address and staring you in the face. Thalamus involves sensory perception. Understanding is gained through one’s senses (sight, taste, smell, sound, hearing, touch etc.).   Thalamus functions control motor, sleep, and awake states. Memory formation, pain perception, and emotional expression is part of Thalamus function. Other functions of the Thalamus package are sensory signals to the cerebral cortex. The cerebral cortex which process the majority of our information is divided into 4 lobes.  The cortex thin layer of tissue is grey and referred to as grey matter. Nerves in this area lack insulation which makes other parts of the brain appear white.  The Thalamus process information. More functions included by the Thalamus is thinking, perceiving, producing and understanding language. My dawg has nerve connection with the cerebral cortex and the hippocampus.

Hypothalamus regulates emotional responses through its influences on the pituitary gland, skeleton muscle system, and nervous system (brain and spinal cord and complex neurons). Hunger, thirst, sleep mood, and sex in addition to stress and emotional responses are regulated by the Hypothalamus.

Who better to walk us through this unpleasant experience of fear.  The body definitely wakes and truly traumatized. I will personally fasten Cingulate Gyrus into the car. Damages to (CG) can cause cognitive, behavioral and emotional disorders. This includes Depression Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Chronic Pain, Alcohol and Drug Abuse, problems with communication dealing with changing situations, anger, easily frustrated, emotional and violent outburst linked to attention deficit disorder. Schizophrenia, Autism, and Psychiatric Disorders are inclusive when damages to the Cingulate Gyrus.

Basil Ganglia is Mr. Motor City. He is involved in a primary movement, processes information related to emotions motivations and cognitive functions. BG’s home address or location is deep within the cerebral hemisphere of the brain. Basal Ganglia is associated with a number of disorders that influence movement.  Parkinson disease demonstrates gradual loss of the ability to initiate movement.  Huntington Disease characteristics are the failure to prevent parts of the body to move unintentionally. Hemiballismus is a very rare movement disorder with involuntary flinging motions of extremities.

Future Lady President. Did He carry this action out on Twitter? LAWD! LAWD! Dear JE–SUS! Are the results in?  The New Order of White Supremacy took over the Republican Party. Well, it is the same Order of White Supremacy who held the backroom meeting to make sure President Barack Obama would only be a 1 term president. The same Order of White Supremacy dressed in suits who would not allow President Obama to select a Supreme Court Justice. Really! The idea of letting Black, Brown, Tan, Beige tell the HOODIE BROTHERS what to do. Have you forgotten already? Conversion Time! Take back the country and MAKE AMERICA WHITE AGAIN.

President Obama was called out on his Birth Certificate. He was called an appeaser.  The PRICE OF HOPE was extremely costly but through it all, he remains quite calm. I never worried about the Nuclear Codes. I’m quite sure President Obama did not sit in the SITUATION WAR ROOM and take MENTAL SHORTCUTS.  Mental Shortcuts can lead to COGNITIVE BIASES. Mental Shortcuts are used to classify and categorize people. RELEVANT information which is overlooked.  Stereotypes and Prejudiced will ascend from the ashes of hell to create a false reality.  President Obama absorbs an abundance of information.  He was there for ALL the briefings.  TWITTER IS NOT THE PLACE  to run the United States of America.

President Obama was able to apply old information to new.  He was not stuck in the past. President Obama’s hippocampus checked out perfectly. President Obama did not FADE OUR NATION TO BLACK.  We are a Nation that has Come out of the Dark no longer to live in the Shadows. YES WE CAN__FORWARD. There are times when we need to put our brain on speed dial.  Mental shortcuts (heuristics) allow us to problem solve and make decisions quickly and effectively.  The 2 most common heuristic are availability heuristic (accessing relevant information in your mind). Representative heuristics (decision-making process by comparing the Present Day situation to mental examples in your mind). These shortcuts are designed to save on time when determining risk.  This process filter through a lot of information.  Just think if our brain had to analyze every single aspect of a situation or every decision we make.  This is a nice coping skill device to keep our brain from going into maximum overdrive. If our brain takes a walk on the wild side not a D**n thing will get done.  Whew! Makes me tired just thinking about the outcome.  Okay! Reach down into your pocket and pull out your RULE-OF THUMB. We can save on brain gas and function more effectively so we don’t blow out all of the tires having to think about everything and what will be the next step of action. Lots of people don’t have a spare in the back of their trunk or a donut. These are the people using fix-a-flat. Sir Lawrence O’Donnell can you imagine fix-a-flat brain?  Mental Shortcuts  can be dangerous and can lead to the following  BIASES:

1.) confirmation bias-People refuse to listening to the other person point of view or consider facts in a logical manner. Information given only confirms what they believe.  ex., People who feel global warming doesn’t exist and confirm their belief.  People who believe there should be no background checks for Gun control. The Wayne La Pierre Syndrome, ” the only way to defeat a bad guy with a gun is to arm a good guy with a gun”.   Trump who thinks there is voters fraud. American should be White again. Trump confirms his belief that Muslims are terrorist.  I’m not hearing it. I Did It My Way Program. Even when you know there needs to be No hearing for voters fraud, Trump needs to confirm what exist in his mind only.

2.) hindsight bias-When you here, I knew it was going to happen. I knew it all along. It was inevitable. Polls being more predictable than what they truly are. I knew it syndrome. Well, that sure in the hell didn’t happen in the 2017 elections. Just venting!

3.) anchoring bias-The first piece of information we hear. Quick decisions we make when we don’t shop around. How much are we willing to pay?  The information you give your doctor can make him susceptible/influence to make the wrong diagnosis.  When you go to negotiate for a salary increase the First Lady would say, when they go low you go high. 🙂 Just letting you know I was paying attention. How long a person expect to live? When should my kid start dating?

4.) misinformation effect-The questions contain misleading information distorted by memory. The original information got mixed up with the misleading information. The misleading information took over my memory. The misleading information is more recent. Misleading information comes to mind first.  When the incident happen the information that was important got switch around in one’s head. So now their using the misleading information to fill in the gaps.  Time, discussing the events with other people/witnesses, news (especially fake news) and excessive exposure to alternative facts plays a major role in misinformation effect. 🙂 Okay!

5.)  actor-observer bias-People can’t see their own actions or behaviors. When something goes wrong they blame their action on some outside force. ex. Danny’s teacher gives long and drawn out lectures. He failed his exam. The teacher got blamed. No! Danny A** didn’t study?  As the observer people tend to blame their actions on internal causes. John is never on time for the movies (internal) John is always so tired and sleepy.

6.) false consensus effect-over value their own opinion, Overestimate how many people beliefs, behaviors attitudes and values are the same as theirs. Overestimate the vast majority think the way they do and it will benefit their self-esteem. Overestimates the people who share your political views, share your preference. The false reality if one person support you in that particular neighborhood everyone will support you. False reality if I like it or buy it everyone should follow my lead.

7.) halo effect-overall impression impacts you evaluation process.  Physical Attractive people or more favorable. Global impact of  likable personalities. (stereotype) The smart and pretty effect. Drab and not attractive would be considered not intelligent. Employers rate eye candy as smart, competent, and qualified. Marketers get a celebrity to endorse a product and the rating goes up.

8.) self-serving bias-Give themselves credit for SUCCESS and lay the blame for FAILURES on others. TRUMP SYNDROME. LLC Incorporation! Since people became INCORPORATION let’s include Mitch McConnell (Senator Majority Leader of Kentucky), Paul Ryan (House Speaker), Reince Priebus (Chief-of-staff). This is the New Order. The self-esteem protector leads to faulty attributes such as blaming others for their shortcomings.  It also keeps the self-esteem intact by blaming a person age, gender, race, and DISABILITY.  NOT MY FAULT, NEVER! 9.) availability heuristics mental shortcuts design to save time when determining risk. Relying on this way of thinking lead to bad decisions and poor estimates. ex. Lotto time. I need to start buying tickets. What are your chances of winning. Making judgements on what is readily brought to mind. Man! There have been a lot of airplane crashes. Hmm! I bet not take a plane. Whatever comes to mind you base your decision on that information. Even if the information is not relevant.  Ford had 64 layoffs. I probably be next.

10.) optimism bias-Too optimistic for your own good. It can happen to you not me. Why me! Our rational and logical brain goes south. Ain’t no way in the world I’m suppose to lose my house, get a divorce, diagnose with an incurable disease. You are vulnerable and suffer illusions of vulnerability. We believe we are less likely to suffer misfortunes and more likely to be successful.  What are the odds of being struck by lightning? The odds of a tornado striking because one has not hit the area you live in.  Impacts of false optimism is health risk, drinking, drugs, gambling, and smoking. The God will take care of it Syndrome. God needs your undivided attention, cooperation and participation. This Bias isn’t all bad. We need optimism with a sense of REALTY to move forward and look toward the future. Giving hope and motivation so when we do fail we will take responsibility and not blame others.

The parking lot was so crowded. I sat in the car wondering if I needed to go to the store to pick up the last items for the New Year gathering. Next thing I recall a guy was knocking on the window pointing at the handicap sign. I reached into the glove compartment and pulled out my blue hang thang. He smiled and gave me a thumbs up. Connectivity!  Yes, my Wi-Fi went into full mode and ten bars were lit. 🙂  The longer I stared at the sign I begin to see the face of the President-Elect, Poot-Butt Putin, BeBe Netanyahu.  Word to the Mother. We definitely got to ” Remember Me, Keep It Free.”   Those brothers are desperately trying to destroy our Democracy. Whew!  let me get out this D**n car.

Education is key.  This is not what people choose to be. Mental Illness is not a Choice.  Denial of an illness is psychological in origin.  Ano-sog-no-sia is caused by physical brain damage and related to body structure/anatomy (anatomical origin).

She doesn’t like crowds. Time for me to check out.  Pretty good timing. The time now is 3:36 pm. I will make a mad dash to Sammy’s house and pick up my dress. My girl is one hell-of-a seamstress. She is Bi-polar. Sammy doesn’t think she is ill nor should she take medication.  Sammy hit an all-time low, the revolving door of homelessness, unemployment, being hospitalized for a short-term, and jailed struck her in the tail. Whenever Sammy has an episode, more like she goes on a journey, she has to wait forever to get a bed.  There goes Sammy locked up singing Mary J. Blige, I’m Going Down.

Did you know 40% of people diagnosed with Bi-polar and 50% diagnosed with schizophrenia lack insight, perception, cause and effect, poor observation, and not intuitive (right brain thang)? Did you know 40% of people diagnosed Bi-polar have recurring incidents and 50% of the schizophrenia refuse to take their medicine?  Oh, there is so much more to this Hotspot! Connectivity is very low and no bars are showing up. The time now is 4:45 pm.  Dress has been picked up.  Sammy hooked me up. 🙂 I sat around and shot the breeze with Sammy to see where her head is.  She will be at the New Years gathering. Gotta make sure O. G. takes her meds. A few instructions will help. Reassurance and love are in the house and the crew is there to help get her through. Also to make D**n sure she doesn’t drink on her meds.

The time now is 5:30 pm and I’m leaving Sammy’s house. I will stop by Eric to see if he is making his famous Banana pudding. On the list, I’m supposed to pick up the egg-nog happy-chino (the non-alcoholic version). Eric is the stat man on SMI (severe mental illness).  I’ve arrived. It is 6:12 pm. Lawd! Eric has sprayed his hair orange and purple. I’m cool with it because Eric likes a lot of attention and the conversation is all about Eric. Oooh! I can’t wait until Eric gets to the house. We got the Package for him. No! This is not R Kelly, In The Closet (The Package). Another topic for another day. Eric said he had been in and out of jail since he was 12 years old. Eric straight-up said jail was the new asylums for the mentally insane on the membrane. He has spent more time behind bars than in a real mental institution. What happened to the first thing first facilities to evaluate the patient needs (triage facilities). Outdated treatment, 50 years of failed mental health, and Eric made it clear at age 64 he is not singing Michael Jackson, Smooth Criminal. Things didn’t go smoothly at all. Society labeled Eric violent. He was no longer stomping in his Air Force Ones. Medicaid funding practices kicked Eric to the curve.  States failed to give the Cha-Ching to the mental health system. Putting a person in jail only makes matters worse. The burden of mental illness should not fall into the hands of law enforcement. Correctional systems or facilities DO NOT CORRECT MENTAL ILLNESS. Taxes, taxes, and more taxes! Who Benefits? Nobody! Rest assures Everybody pays to the piper.

1.) 8.1 million people Bi-polar and schizophrenia suffer from SMI (Severe Mental Illness)

2.) 30% of the population in the US is Bipolar, Schizophrenia, and about 1/2 goes of these people go untreated because they have no insight into their condition. “I’m not sick and don’t need medicine.” Why are you asking me if I’m F**King angry? Do I sound or act like I’m angry? Roll the Tape Baby! Have you seen any behavior which resembles violating a person 2″ perimeter around their body and blowing into the microphone making Rhino sounds? If this is not a gotcha B**ch moment. Hmmm!

3.) 20% of SMI (severe mental illness) are put in jail

4.) 50% of people diagnosed with bi-polar and schizophrenia try to commit suicide and more people without these diagnoses make attempts on their life.

5.) 29% of family homicides is by someone with SMI(severe mental illness)

6.) 30% homeless people are mentally and severely mentally ill.

7.) bed shortage or would you like to use the word deinstitutionalization, No place to roam, no more mental homes.

8.) 1.8 million locked into jails every year

9.) 7% of all homicides by someone with SMI (severe mentally ill)  presents a danger to others, 20% of law enforcement fatalities and 50% of mass homicide associate with people with severe mental illness

I bet Congress and the White House will begin to Rethink Mental Health Policies and come up with new laws for Mental Health Reform now that they are 19 Days away from the Inauguration.  These guys haven’t weighed in since 1960. What happens to Women Rights, Gun laws, Health Care and all the critical issues that will put our broken government back together again? Our broken system cannot be operated by Humpty Trumpty. Why were the words utter over and over again, We do not want the President-Elect hands on nuclear codes? Simple! He cannot run the country because he suffers from SMI (Severe Mental Illness) and an abundance of Ignorances. All the evidence is right on the tape and throughout the media. Say what it is. Now, who is rewarding who? The Electoral College observation is poor. The States that weighed indefinitely did not represent the Latino, Black, Asian, and LGBT communities.

The Nuclear Weapon is no longer on the launch pad. Poot-Butt Putin cannot manipulate what is already launched.  This is the mistake the Republicans made when they let the President-Elect go on and on about OUR President, Barack Obama birth certificate.  Yippy Ki-Yo-Ki-Ya Mother Duck. Who do you think will get F***?  What! Rewards are not understood by the Affluent. Who rewarded the President-Elect for his poor business management skills and granted him money for his lies and Bankruptcy? Who lets this Nuclear Weapon keep his name on buildings just to make money? Who allowed this Nuclear Time Bomb to be entitled to consumerism turn bad into a defense for Affluenza. Mr. Good Life had so much Good Life he wouldn’t know what to do if it was stripped away.  Incarceration is too good for the Affluent no matter what the crime. Spoil the man, spare the rod, and give the  Affluent less Time.  There will be No Consequences but only rewards for the bad Sh*t gone wrong.  Some judge and attorney would come along and grant Mr. Affluent immunity just because he is G-money Dog.  So I hope this helps explain the President-elect behavior when it comes to his reward system.   Regular broke A** Joe’s Consequences are listed above. While it is on my mind my crew all have something in common.  Ano-sog-no-sia (Anosognosia) is recognized in Alzheimer’s, Strokes, Huntington, Parkinson, NLD Syndrome and other neurological Syndrome/disorders. One of the crew has Huntington Disorder (HD). This disorder results in the death of brain cells. The person has jerky movement and becomes very uncoordinated. It becomes harder for them to talk.  Their gait (pattern of movement of limbs) and how well one can maneuver on solid ground or in water is crucial.  As their mental ability decline dementia becomes quite noticeable or prominent. If family, friends, and associates are aware.  Tic-Toc it’s 9:00 pm. Party Time!

NOS

Doctors never liked the label NOS.  To be more specific psychiatrist found it very difficult to place an individual in a diagnostic category or give the appropriate treatment. Did I use the word appropriate? Appropriate was recently captured from the dictionary and sealed in a vault. NOS affected school placement, treatment of patients, accommodation, insurance, and billing.  Yes, that special tailgate party pooper sent doctors, psychiatrist, teachers, therapist screaming and scrambling into the night. Oh, Lawd! If they had a name that tune it would have been possible for these physicians and practitioners to get it right.   Step back in TIME to June 20th, 2011, Fighting On The Assessment _NLD Final Frontier. Here you will find many Lessons Within A Lesson. The world has witnessed some Unremarkable Intentional Behaviors. Who do we hold accountable to Name That Tune? The American Psychiatric Association of course! It is TIME for these brothers to come out of the woodwork. Please don’t throw Ethics into the cesspool of Tar Sand. Why don’t we ask the psychiatric community and doctors why they don’t like the label NOS.

Oh No! I’m not talking about the pumped up caffeine drink. I’m talking about the special label stuck at the end of a diagnosis stipulating NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.  Please don’t tell me the APA no longer use this label.  This 3 letter dragon-tail still remain on the chart of those who are diagnosed with all types of syndromes.  I want the Psychiatric Community to tell how this little dragon-tail of a label can impact the lives of so many people. Now our entire nation will be impacted.   What happens when WRONG is merged with RIGHT? We did not bridge the gap but we merge INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS with UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS. Consequences will be very grave for behaviors which have been IDENTIFIED as neurological disorders, behavioral disorders, or sensory processing disorders.  Our country has to come to grips with placing a square peg in a round hole. Where is the Ethics behind impulsive and INTENTIONAL destructive behavior?

For many years parents in the same position at one time or another like me sat in front of the Grand Tribunal. This panel of judges consisted of the School District, Superintendents, teachers, counselors, and principals.  A blueprint of education for each individual child was drawn up for children who fell into the category of Special Education or Behavioral Problems.  This plan was called an IEP (Individualized Educational Plan). Whenever our children acted out we had to prove that it was a manifestation of their behavior.  Should we have asked the President-Elect had his behavior manifested?  The first question asked by the Grand Tribunal, “Does Your Child Understand The Difference Between Right Or Wrong?”   Many of these plans fell through the cracks because they were not properly implemented by the teachers nor the school district because our children were MAJOR Budget Cuts.

Really! Our children did not make the AAA Districts shine. Our children education was eaten alive by excessive suspension and expulsion. “Ten days suspension does not constitute a change of placement.”  Our children were humiliated,  isolated, and not integrated but placed in separate self-contained schools, detention centers or prison.  This was not much of a CHOICE.  Yeah Right!.  Guess WHO did not understand the behaviors?  A whole system who were so-called educated failed to learn how our children learn.  Desperate measures were taken to avoid educating children with a different kind of processing or a different type of brain.  Do you really think that the children who are label disable would get a fair shake in life?   What was the real plan? This system was never broken. The system had never been fixed.

The Grand tribunal had another system in place.  Due Process was put in place for a child’s day in court.  Once DUE PROCESS was manipulated it would be used to keep children with disabilities out of the mainstream. The school district and their team of attorneys found a way to become Bullet Proof.  The School system brought their team on board to document our children as a violent and dangerous student. This would create an atmosphere of fear around your child. They would go get their high power attorneys to chew the clock on your child education by getting Temporary Restraining Orders (TRO) locking him/her out of mainstream education. Just remember to have your own team of a psychiatrist. Make sure you get the proper diagnosis.  “Papers Please!”  Tell those doctors to Name That Tune. NOS ain’t happening and always need to be SPECIFIED so you know what you are up against.

Is this what happens to the election? NOS snuck in from the back of the bus.  The school districts psychologist could not diagnose a donut. Every parent I came across I suggested they get an outside independent evaluation through a reputable hospital. Many of the psychologist and psychiatrist in the private sector worked for the school districts.  The cards will be stacked against the parents. DUE PROCESS can be rigged and violated. Where does your child go after being kicked out of his/her mainstream placement? Well since there aren’t many options opens the outcome does not look promising. Guess who will be incarcerated?  Our children leave home, go to school, get ousted, and end up in jail or worse, DEAD. N.O.S. has now been specified as one of the many issues in The New Jim Crow. Hope, Change, and Prayer was kicked to the curve. NOS. behaviors became more acceptable.  The truth vanished from sight and from the pages of the dictionary.  LIES became more acceptable. Discretion and paraphrasing vanished from our thoughts. Sounds very familiar.

It is absolutely devastating to sit here and reflect back on the many hours spent on developing IEP’S.  To make matters worse the President-Elect can ridicule our children/adults. It is not okay people. The rights of children who are classified as disabled will be segregated, isolated, shamed, humiliated, retaliated against. Children with a different type of processing and a unique type of brain were not be allowed to be integrated with the so-called normal behaviors.  Once again IEP’s weren’t implemented properly because of  IDP’S (Ignorant Divisive Plan) took over. The E for Education in the plan was removed to merge Intentional Behaviors forward so they could become the New Norm. Unintentional Behaviors were masked and were harder to recognize.   As a parent, I spent many hours having my son undergo numerous diagnostic testing just to get the proper diagnosis. I wanted to make sure NOS (Not Otherwise Specified) was not at the tailgate party of his diagnosis.  How credible is the APA?  Can a psychiatrist look a person in the eye and clearly give an accurate diagnosis and tell their patient the President-Elect has normal behavior?

Is this normal behavior? The First Lady-Elect isn’t moving to the Trump House with her son. What is wrong with this picture? A family not showing a United Front to the highest position in the land. Okay! Who got Dumped? I guess the new norm is leaving wifey behind to take care of the kid and remain to roam along in Hells Kitchen baking cookies.  Barefoot and Pregnant! Hell To The No No! What message does this send to Women in America? Don’t tell me women will be left with the message, I am Alpha Boss Hog and I rule STOMP THE YARD now featuring Trump Dog. Well, there you have it. He named his tune and the First Lady-Elect has her tune. OH, OH, OH she has a Ring on it but she has to live at Bling Towers with no King in it. Oh, Oh, Oh will this be the First Lady-elect to get a Sting on it?  What a way to start the day!

The dam burst and destroyed the flood-gates. The Gold Water Rule has shifted to Hippocratic Mud.  Can the APA (American Psychiatric Association) overlook the behavior of the President-Elect? Is it ethical to know a person can have such Dynamite behavior and have free range over a nation?   The American Psychiatric Association (APA) has become the new Tribunal of Ignorance is allowed. The question will take me back to the table where the old Tribunal ask the question, “Do Your child understand Right from Wrong?”  Our children do grow up. Grown-up indicates one has ceased learning.   The choice was made.  The question will be asked. Does the President-Elect understand RIGHT from WRONG? Did the President-Elect really want to be the leader of the Free World or did he just want to create a movement out of FEAR and HATRED? Oscar Wilde put a move on my heart. Two of his famous quotes will always linger in my thoughts. Wilde stated, “There are only two tragedies in life: One is getting what one wants and the other is getting it.”  Oscar second ride or die quote is, “The world is a stage but the play is badly cast.” My song is The Whole World Is A Stage. The song goes on to say everybody plays a part. The stage is set the curtain goes up. The theme is a broken heart. We as a nation must remember pain can be diminished and hearts can be mended. We must continue to move FORWARD.

At this moment please fast forward to The Truth About NLD And Who It can Resemble located in the May 2011 archive. NOS (NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFIED) has reared its head and is coming to a White House near you soon in 2017. The bar was dropped on the floor. President-Elect standards were set quite low. We as a nation can raise the bar through Diplomacy, Civility, but also standing firm on the beliefs that everything has not been stripped away.  Rolling over is not the answer. Hatred and Fear should not take the lead.  Crystal Ball and all of y’all I hear you loud and clear. Do not panic nor fret my dear.  I went to my vault of movies and I sat back in my easy chair, ate popcorn along with my Tazo Raspberry lemonade tea and watched Half Of A Yellow Sun. I listen to several tapes to keep me from going down Black Alley. One tape that really moved me was by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, We Should All Be Feminist.  Chimamanda is the author of Americanah. Take a load off and read.

It was time to reflect and respect what is still beautiful about our country. There is still an enormous amount of good in the roots of this country.   Stop for a moment and reflect on countries who had a pure dictatorship.  Uganda and Iraq understand oh too well.  How many wars are being fought as I write this story?   Take a peek at the wars that lasted for years and years.  There is no way out until each country and the tribal wars that exist within these counties decide their own fate.  How did these tribal wars survive? Reflect back on the Nigerian/Biafran War (1967-1970). We as a nation should not be reduced to turning against one another. We have lived our Civil War and we must move forward and prevent another war from breaking out. We must continue to stand as a United Nation.  What can be done to conserve the loss of our nation? Can we stay focus on the real prize?  Democracy has been placed in the HIGH-RISK column. What strategies can be used to keep the people in our nation from destroying everything they work so hard to achieve and each other?  Let us as a nation stay focus on getting out of the HIGH-RISK COLUMN and not become a commodity of slavery once again.

NOS is no longer NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.  UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS has a target on its back and wears an identification bracelet.  The coat of Polyurethane spray has worn off its high gloss finish of INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS.  Masked behaviors can no longer hide under a coat of enhancement.  Our country will not be shellacked.  Democracy is not finished. NOS carries a spotlight of faulty perception. The Super Moon came out.  In the dark, the Super Moon reflection gave visibility to what is truly Specified.

To the United States, I want to give a big shout out for reading NLD Recognition. There is probably not one country on the list above whose Freedom has not been placed under top guns. NOS cleared the way and revealed itself. Every one of these countries had to figure out a way to regain and maintain their Freedom. It’s been a long time coming but Change is Gonna Come.  We know what our nation is up against. The Goldwater Rule is flooded.  Who will be held accountable and viewed through a shattered lens under the microscope for their unethical behavior for upholding inappropriate behaviors at its highest level of government? Tricked And Mistreated

I did write the story Dedicated to MO.  The timing was off. Where is the story?  I left it on my blog for another day. Yes, I will get around to publishing the story. Today of all days this is the story for this moment in Time.  Lots of people come out of their inner shell.  Here is the perfect opportunity to dress up and become the person of their dream or the person of their undercover nightmare. What costume did you get this year? I’m coming as myself. Wow! A real intelligent human being full of compassion, support, empathy, and a fitness director who can dance.  What did you decide on? I thought I had it all figured out until I received this flyer in the mail. What did it say? Well BO said, “I will consider it a personal insult, an insult to my legacy if this community lets down its guard and fails to activate itself in this election.  GO VOTE!”  Whew!  My head spun around and I restrain myself from peeing on the carpet. Don’t worry it’s Halloween and I had a brief flashback of the EXORCIST.  My voice shifted into drop-down gear and the gates of hell closed their doors. How did that happen? The outfit I had originally plan on wearing disappeared and my body transformed into a lever.  All of a sudden there were red capes flying around placing crowbars, gigantic bolt and long rods of steel across the gate.  I didn’t want to get into hell. I just wanted the red capes to pull the lever or Ring My Bell and change their capes to Blue. I wanted them to come out and play and feel what it’s like to make choices, have plans, be intelligent, cut out all that BS Hateful Intentional Behavior, and stop trying to shut down the town.  I hope the red capes was paying attention to what happens to brothers who were dressed as clowns.

I’m really liking this lever. Man! To get locked out of Hell speaks volumes. Change scares the Hell out of people.  Eight days away from living Halloween out for the next 4 years or longer. What would you say to the people about how your costume work. I will be brief. You brief. Yes because my granddaughter is standing here pointing to outdoors. Dusk has fallen and it is time to go Trick-or-Treating and she is pulling my lever. BO message was brief and I really get the point.  Here’s my message.

Staying at home will not bring good results.

This would be a world-wide insult.

A Legacy lost banished by fear and hate.

You let your guard down, stayed at home and fail to activate.

History of doom and gloom must not be repeated.

On this Election Day get out and vote so you won’t be Tricked and Mistreated.

The Ears Have It!

All in favor say AYE. Eye! Sorry, the EARS Have it. How did that happen?  You were not listening. Listening in itself is a monumental skill.  But! No Buts! You had your back turned. As soon as the voice open up you could hear the Hater-Aid coming through. When your back was turned it gave the person on the other side a chance to not be judged harshly.  Visual contact is a monster. Once we see a person doesn’t quite fit the mold we quickly throw them to the wind without even giving the person a chance to fall on our deaf ears.  For real! Absolutely! There are many people who can’t judge a person and become very trusting of what they hear. Why? Well, there are some people who don’t explore the world around them. Information gathered from others can be taken as believable because the person or persons cannot hear the tone in their voice, read their facial expression, or decipher their body language.  Thank you for the information because I’m one of those people.  I knew it! I knew it! I just couldn’t put my finger on it.  Shall I continue? Do your thing Ellery Queen.

What is achieved scholastically is based on what is communicated through our speech, conversation, writing, words, DEBATES, talking, and vocabulary? Come on down front,  grab a plate of pot roast,  serve  yourself some buttered cornbread and just say plain old “Language.”  We need a big measuring cup to measure the Intelligence of nonverbal and verbal characteristic.  We tend to fall short by completely ignoring the nonverbal deficits which will brand the individual as troubled or as a problem. Language plays a big part in our daily lives. Competency of an individual is judged by their verbal proficiencies. You got your smooth talkers out there who appear to be more credible than the mumble jumble grammar makers and those who fall short on their vocabulary. The smooth talker could be just a smooth talker and have trouble with reading, spelling, and expressive language.  The same smooth talker can have problems in the areas of organization, attention, social understanding, anxiety and fear, nonverbal and spatial thinking, motor coordination, math, and handwriting.

So what is it we need to do? Understanding and giving Recognition to the Unrecognized is key. We got to make sure the right diagnosis is given.  Pay very close attention to what you hear and what is being said. Remember the Ears Have it. There is such an inadequate awareness of hidden causes to people who suffer from neurological disorders and are labeled behavior problems and emotionally disturbed.  You mean to tell me they are not. “NOT!”  I recently kept hearing the word “NOT” in a DEBATE. We will “NOT” get this confused with people who are UNINTELLIGENT with INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS.  Based on what the Eyes saw and what the Ears heard, the Ears Have It. Why? What the people heard was a bunch of BS.  From the answers given was from an Emotionally Disturbed individual. In no way, shape, or form can he use this story against the Intelligent Individual. “NOT” even the part stating the smooth talker with strong verbal language proficiencies. How will you lock it down in this story? Simple! I saw her medical chart. It came from the HILL 🙂 either way. It indicated she was “NOT” a Behavior Problem, “NOT” Emotionally Disturbed, Mental Processing had no blemishes. Okay! So this is what needs to be revealed about Unintentional Behaviors.

What I want Jay T, Robert, and the rest of  Kool and The Gang to know is for many years you guys compensated your non-verbal weakness and used language skills in its place which gave a false impression. To your teachers, it appeared to be no problems in your early years of schooling. As time went on it became obvious other problems raised their ugly head. The anxiety and fear kicked in and everyone started labeling you guys as behavior problems. See, you proved them all wrong. Yelp, it was said time and time again y’ all talk too much. I was fully aware you relied on speech to cope with relating to people socially, information gathering, and coping with anxiety.  The core problem that exists is gathering multiple pieces of information and pulling them together to form a single idea. Now it becomes a whole picture and all those pieces of information lock the puzzle together.

Resources are slim in the public and private sector. There are many doctors who never heard or have a clue about NLD Syndrome nor professionals in education,  A syndrome that was discovered back in the early part of 1970 was considered as low-incidence because someone dropped Miley Cyrus Wrecking Ball and failed to continue to test more individuals.   This is the first time you mentioned the name. People act as though this diagnosis is a death sentence. “NOT!” It was like being on the Voice. When my chair turned I knew the person standing in front of me behaviors could be explained. I will never forget what Dr. Monica Kurylo from the University of Kansas Medical Center gave me. She gave me a book by Jim Wooten named We Are All The Same. I will cherish that book for a lifetime. Dr. Albert Buddy Poje of the University of Kansas Medical Center was so instrumental in my life. He told me any behavior is Intentional unless proven otherwise. Hell To The No! No!

One of my favorite stories is Where Is Your Sense of Normal.  I have a gut feeling when this story is completed it will be among my favorites. I promised my granddaughter I would keep it brief and drive a stake through the heart of my point.  Reflecting back, I remember when folks on the opposite end of the spectrum wouldn’t use the word lie or call a person out as a liar. Well, the world demonstrated Top Guns of liars and behaviors that manifested with our highest ranking government officials and presidential contenders.  The new word in Mr. Rogers neighborhood is Tyranny or Tyrannical. These two words will run the gamut of Suicide By Corporation to Suicide by Government. It is all about Accountability. There is a greater story to be told. Several main ingredients have been overlooked.

Before you clock into work or pull the lever down on election day think about how your days will begin or end. Think about how the next store manager or next presidential contender will affect your life. How much quality of life will you have left to call your own? Do you really want the next store manager or the next president to be cruel, unpredictable, unreasonable, irrational, an oppressive dictator, ruthless and shows no mercy? Do you want to live in a world where tyrants rule and hold true to their heart the philosophy of ” Let Them Hate So Long As They Fear and “I Have The Right To Do Anything To Anybody.”  You are now sitting at the table and partying with the number 1 tyrant and 3rd Emperor of Rome, CALIGULA.  Humiliation was Caligula strength. As you listen to the contender’s speech you will hear him speak of Humiliation. This contender constantly Humiliates his opponents.  When hearing the words, “I Am Your Voice”  my mind went into the mode of Hell To The No! No!  A voice rose from the ashes and said: “I know the system and I along can fix it.” Well, Caligula did too. He won the hearts of the people and paid them off. Caligula won the trust of his special OMEGA Military Death Squad and paid them off.  Promise the Senate there would be no more treason against them. Yeah, Right! Every party must come to an end. Guest What! Caligula turned on everybody, trusted no one, and killed At-Will and it wasn’t in Good Faith.  Caligula changes the way Rome would be ruled forever. He wanted to be a God and worshiped as a God at the moment in time of his life.  Caligula life ended in a Blood Bath. The pain and suffering of the people, senate, and the high-ranking officials were forced to kill him.  Do you really think the contender wants to be President or God? Hell To The No! No! It ain’t happening in this life.

Many associates have lived through the first half of oppression and dictatorship with one of the largest corporation in the World, Walmart. On July 20th, 2016 our store manager stood in front of the morning meeting and announced he would be leaving the store. Randall Addison would be exploring other opportunities. Yeah, Right! Our store lost faith in Walmart’s system. Addison had adopted the policies of Caligula. “Let Them Hate So Long As They Fear” and “I Have The Right To Do Anything To Anybody.” Addison had been marched to the guillotine but no blade was placed into the machine. Randall Addison was taken in front of a firing squad many times but the guns never had ammunition. The reason could have been a rocket cart of ammunition sat next to a pallet of Federal Ammunition for 3 days in the back hallway across from the store managers office. Finally, the small shell bullets were put away. As far as the pallet of Federal Ammunition when I left on Saturday 23rd, 2016 someone had taken the time to pull the pallet of ammunition in a corner to the left of the time clock. That pallet has remained in the back hall for over a week. The Vice-President of Regional had made a store visit in the same time frame. I wonder if they notice that pallet of ammunition sitting on the floor. Wow! Talking about a violation.  Managers have been demoted for leaving pallets on the floor.  Associates are coached for petty mistakes.  It all depends on what is important to Walmart Corporation and what is in plain view.  A store manager who failed the store and failed the associates BIG TIME. No One Can Exceed Expectation or Evolve when constantly set up for failure.  It has been a long hard journey in an extreme, abusive, and hostile environment.  The associates were beaten down and mentally raped.  To keep these violations from ever happening again take the following steps:

A similar process was used by the associates calling on their Market Team to solve the problems at store #1802 Winemaker Road, Topeka Ks. Randall Addison was given the opportunity to explore other areas and landed on the doorstep of store #2857 Boardwalk Square, Kansas City Mo. in the year of our Lord 2012.

It is not over.  When you do not take a stand you will endorse everything and anybody. Do not peep through the holes of an armor and live in the Shadows of Intimidation. Hell To The No! No! Dismount and hold Walmart Corporation Accountable. The shield you wear is to protect your rights. As the changing of the guards take place to keep the guards that will help the progressiveness of policy, pay-raises, promotions and that which will move Walmart Corporation Forward. If Walmart Corporation refuses to move Forward, exit stage left Snagapus.  The associates can no longer be held hostage and can not thrive in an atmosphere induce by Hatred and Fear. Hell To The No! No!

An extra measure has been taken. I will continue to file against the assistant manager and Co-manager who followed the directives of a failed manager, Randall Addison. I have sent letters to CEO of Walmart, Doug McMillon and everybody I could think of. I will not pull the lever down and sit at the table and party with the Caligula’s of the world. Hell To The No! No!. I will no longer be placed in a strategic position by Walmart Corporation and let them blame me and other associates for a job when they failed to hire more people and provide the necessary tools to help us be successful. Moving Forward and taking a stand today and forever more We The People pay great homage to Hell To the No! No!  The associates of Walmart will no longer be forced into a SUICIDE POSITION. Hell To The No! No! Pull the lever there is another way out.

Wind Beneath My What!

Nanna Boo Who, Guess who’s here. Oh My God. Get on in here!   Let Nanna’s age-old eyes peep at you. I can’t believe what a fine young lady you have become. My Grand-baby has really shot up from a string bean to a luscious young sweet potato. Nanna Boo Who isn’t that supposed to be OMG! No, whose writing this story. Okay! What brings you to my neck of the hood. Nanna, can’t you say the neck of your woods? Nanna could say a lot of things but the last time I did your mother got a whiff of what Mr. Roger’s taught in his neighborhood when he got pissed off.  Don’t you go saying the word pissed off to your MaMa? Grandma! Oh, Lawd! What did I say wrong? What did I forget? Whenever you call me out as Grandma instead of Nanna Boo Who something has gone south. Did you forget my birthday?  Child If Nanna forgets anything it would not be your birthday. I forgot my WordPress password and the support was wonderful. It has been so long since I had a new password. Thank You, WordPress! 🙂 Give Credit Where Credit is Due.

I went to your favorite website, Etsy.com to buy you a gift. As you say, “Dare to be different and Dare to own it.” Who taught me that? The one and only Nanna Boo Who. I would have loved if you baked my favorite German Chocolate Cake. Well, I did better than that. I ordered you a cake from Dean and Deluca. Nanna, you are all over the grid. Sho-Nuff!  I would have gotten the cake from Yummly.com but they were fresh out. Baby girl  I really appreciate you standing there with those big pretty hazel eyes and saying to Nanna, “It would taste better if you baked it.”  First, Nanna Boo Who there will be more TIME for your days to get things done that you need to get done. Second, I’m so glad and proud I can come over here and talk to you about things that are happening in my life.  Third, Nanna Boo Who, thank you for teaching me the Ist, 2nd, and 3rd rule to help organize my thoughts. The greatest gift shared is you accepting me and still being able to communicate with me as if you were my age. 🙂 Nope! Nope! I don’t want to be that age again.

So my Grand-baby is Sweet Sixteen. Girl, you are getting old. Step up here and give me a big hug and kiss. What do those little ears and big mind want to learn today? Nanna Boo Who,  what is your spin on the song Wind Beneath My Wings?  I never did like that song. Maybe I got the wrong meaning but that song rubs me the wrong way. As women growing up we weren’t taught to dream or nurture the thoughts of our ambitions.  Nanna, I thought you were going to say back in the day. No, I like being in the day, with the moment being now, and moving FORWARD.  I really hate those Uncle Lawrence stories. This is a new era and I want to see my granddaughter stand on her own two feet and not be under someones D*** wing. Sorry about that baby girl. That was a slip of the lip. Now when you go home make sure you don’t trip and use that word because your MaMa will flip the script.

There’s no boogeyman in the closet.  You can dream and shoot for becoming the next female President. You can become Lady Braveheart of Massachusetts like Senator Elizabeth Warren, or First Lady Michelle Obama (Queen Guinevere of 2016) who took her husband place when he leaves office. What a dream!  There are so many doors opening and the struggle has been horrendous for women. Baby-girl it is so many women out there who are Stumping and Trumping the yard with such greatness. Grandma, you forgot that I don’t dream. No, I didn’t. There is no need to call Iyanla Vanzant to fix your life.  How will I work around imagining my greatness?  The same way we have always worked with your unique abilities. We will point it out, pour on the concrete ideas. It gets even better. We will StumbleUpon new ideas, FaceBook it to your friends. I don’t have many friends. It is a new day of communication and being on the Grid will help.  If you are not comfortable, there is a way to monitor any strange comment by blocking or de-friending.  Also, clean out your profile. Tweet out your ideas or face-off with SnapChap. We can build the biggest collage of your dreams on Pinterest and Instagram.  Apple laid the groundwork for a new way of educating children/adults.  You know Nanna Boo Who got your back. I must continue to keep up so I can leave the doors of communication open. Nanna Boo Who thank you for continuing to learn and grow with me. I see your white hair but I can’t ever see you growing old. That is what modern technology does for the soul.

Baby girl we have a contender who thinks he is Julius Caesar. We all know how that history lesson ended. Someone needs to Tweet to this guy and tell him he is not the dressing on the salad.  Mr. Cesspool of Intentional Behaviors is straight up berserk for ever thinking he can become the President of the United States. This is his dream but for his constituents, it is a real nightmare.  He Tweets all the time. Just think of all the people under the wing of this guy. Concretely he would rule all, incarcerate common sense, banish dreams and reasonable ideas forever. Maybe I got the song Wind Beneath My Wings Wrong. For you, on your birthday I always want you to DREAM the way we have taught you using all the tools available to help you become successful. Grandma never wants you to become the backup generator for another person dreams.  Grandma doesn’t play that energize bunny Sh**. You are allowed to have and be motivated by your own dreams concretely or not.  Society tends to crush dreams and want people to settle for mediocre things. As long as you have breath in your body you will play more than one role in life.  Speaking of Wings, Nanna Boo Who did throw down your favorite dish. Guess! By the way, I did not forget the Louisiana Hot sauce. Happy Birthday, Baby Girl!
