The parking lot was so crowded. I sat in the car wondering if I needed to go to the store to pick up the last items for the New Year gathering. Next thing I recall a guy was knocking on the window pointing at the handicap sign. I reached into the glove compartment and pulled out my blue hang thang. He smiled and gave me a thumbs up. I hadn’t noticed before but the handicap sign had a young boy standing on crutches.  The sign said, ” Remember Me, Keep It Free.” Hotspot! Connectivity!  Yes, my Wi-Fi went into full mode and ten bars were lit. 🙂  The longer I stared at the sign I begin to see the face of the President-Elect, Poot-Butt Putin, BeBe Netanyahu.  Word to the Mother. We definitely got to ” Remember Me, Keep It Free.”   Those brothers are desperately trying to destroy our Democracy. Whew!  let me get out this D**n car.

The time is 2:47 pm. Hold Up! The time may not seem important to the readers but let me throw down a line on TIME.  Tic-Toc goes the clock and frustration are mounting. I got a lot of tasks to complete before the party jumps off.  Time lies in the House of Mind Organization. What happens when your thoughts or disorganized? People of the world you are not working off a TIME CLOCK.  Whatever was scheduled for today or down the road is not going to happen. You want a TOOL to deal with. Tool This!  What was on the Schedule when Don King appeared outside the boxing arena?  Are you getting any of this? Who hasn’t attended any Presidential Briefings?  Get Real! A Scheduled in the hands of a Disorganized Mind and a Tweeter.  Do you think Tweeting is habitual? Think again.  You really don’t know why the President-elect trust Poot-Butt Putin? Wow! It is really Time for the world to be open and focus on Mental Illness.  Neurologists had the low down over 100 years ago. Psych babies just got the news in the last 25 years. What does that tell you?  We need to take a much closer look at the window of SMI (Severe Mental Illness).  Play It Again Sam.  Brought to you by letter A the Tool to help unlock some doors is Anosognosia (Ano-sog-no-sia).

My mind began to percolate.  What runs through your mind when you talk to the conspiracy theorist? Hmm! How many people think they are followed by the FBI or God is speaking to them in Voices they hear?  How many people don’t recognize they are mentally or severely mentally ill? Just think about the people who are told they are mentally ill and don’t take medicine because they think they Don’t Have A Problem.  Before mankind starts shoveling out pills I strongly feel we need to address Mental Illness openly.  We should not make folks feel guilty, shame, or humiliate them. Education is key.  This is not what people choose to be. Mental Illness is not a Choice.  Denial of an illness is psychological in origin.  Ano-sog-no-sia is caused by physical brain damage and related to body structure/anatomy (anatomical origin).

The Time now is 3:16 pm.  I better run to the store and get my Mrs. Shebert dinner rolls.  I will make sure I get some Ben and Jerry Chunky Monkey and Cherry Garcia ice cream for Nadine. Connie likes Shattoo Whole Milk. I won’t forget to pick it up. Remember to get Eric some sweet potatoes.  He wants a pie. Dang! it is so crowded in here. Connie would pass out. She doesn’t like crowds. Time for me to check out.  Pretty good timing. The time now is 3:36 pm. I will make a mad dash to Sammy’s house and pick up my dress. My girl is one hell-of-a seamstress. She is Bi-polar. Sammy doesn’t think she is ill nor should she take medication.  Sammy hit an all-time low, the revolving door of homelessness, unemployment, being hospitalized for a short-term, and jailed struck her in the tail. Whenever Sammy has an episode, more like she goes on a journey, she has to wait forever to get a bed.  There goes Sammy locked up singing Mary J. Blige, I’m Going Down.

Did you know 40% of people diagnosed with Bi-polar and 50% diagnosed with schizophrenia lack insight, perception, cause and effect, poor observation, and not intuitive (right brain thang)? Did you know 40% of people diagnosed Bi-polar have recurring incidents and 50% of the schizophrenia refuse to take their medicine?  Oh, there is so much more to this Hotspot! Connectivity is very low and no bars are showing up. The time now is 4:45 pm.  Dress has been picked up.  Sammy hooked me up. 🙂 I sat around and shot the breeze with Sammy to see where her head is.  She will be at the New Years gathering. Gotta make sure O. G. takes her meds. A few instructions will help. Reassurance and love are in the house and the crew is there to help get her through. Also to make D**n sure she doesn’t drink on her meds.

The time now is 5:30 pm and I’m leaving Sammy’s house. I will stop by Eric to see if he is making his famous Banana pudding. On the list, I’m supposed to pick up the egg-nog happy-chino (the non-alcoholic version). Eric is the stat man on SMI (severe mental illness).  I’ve arrived. It is 6:12 pm. Lawd! Eric has sprayed his hair orange and purple. I’m cool with it because Eric likes a lot of attention and the conversation is all about Eric. Oooh! I can’t wait until Eric gets to the house. We got the Package for him. No! This is not R Kelly, In The Closet (The Package). Another topic for another day. Eric said he had been in and out of jail since he was 12 years old. Eric straight-up said jail was the new asylums for the mentally insane on the membrane. He has spent more time behind bars than in a real mental institution. What happened to the first thing first facilities to evaluate the patient needs (triage facilities). Outdated treatment, 50 years of failed mental health, and Eric made it clear at age 64 he is not singing Michael Jackson, Smooth Criminal. Things didn’t go smoothly at all. Society labeled Eric violent. He was no longer stomping in his Air Force Ones. Medicaid funding practices kicked Eric to the curve.  States failed to give the Cha-Ching to the mental health system. Putting a person in jail only makes matters worse. The burden of mental illness should not fall into the hands of law enforcement. Correctional systems or facilities DO NOT CORRECT MENTAL ILLNESS. Taxes, taxes, and more taxes! Who Benefits? Nobody! Rest assures Everybody pays to the piper.

I got some time for some Evelyn Champaign King’s Low Down Dirty Shame Stats. Go with the flow Eric. Roll it out.

1.) 8.1 million people Bi-polar and schizophrenia suffer from SMI (Severe Mental Illness)

2.) 30% of the population in the US is Bipolar, Schizophrenia, and about 1/2 goes of these people go untreated because they have no insight into their condition. “I’m not sick and don’t need medicine.” Why are you asking me if I’m F**King angry? Do I sound or act like I’m angry? Roll the Tape Baby! Have you seen any behavior which resembles violating a person 2″ perimeter around their body and blowing into the microphone making Rhino sounds? If this is not a gotcha B**ch moment. Hmmm!

3.) 20% of SMI (severe mental illness) are put in jail

4.) 50% of people diagnosed with bi-polar and schizophrenia try to commit suicide and more people without these diagnoses make attempts on their life.

5.) 29% of family homicides is by someone with SMI(severe mental illness)

6.) 30% homeless people are mentally and severely mentally ill.

7.) bed shortage or would you like to use the word deinstitutionalization, No place to roam, no more mental homes.

8.) 1.8 million locked into jails every year

9.) 7% of all homicides by someone with SMI (severe mentally ill)  presents a danger to others, 20% of law enforcement fatalities and 50% of mass homicide associate with people with severe mental illness

I bet Congress and the White House will begin to Rethink Mental Health Policies and come up with new laws for Mental Health Reform now that they are 19 Days away from the Inauguration.  These guys haven’t weighed in since 1960. What happens to Women Rights, Gun laws, Health Care and all the critical issues that will put our broken government back together again? Our broken system cannot be operated by Humpty Trumpty. Why were the words utter over and over again, We do not want the President-Elect hands on nuclear codes? Simple! He cannot run the country because he suffers from SMI (Severe Mental Illness) and an abundance of Ignorances. All the evidence is right on the tape and throughout the media. Say what it is. Now, who is rewarding who? The Electoral College observation is poor. The States that weighed indefinitely did not represent the Latino, Black, Asian, and LGBT communities.

The Nuclear Weapon is no longer on the launch pad. Poot-Butt Putin cannot manipulate what is already launched.  This is the mistake the Republicans made when they let the President-Elect go on and on about OUR President, Barack Obama birth certificate.  Yippy Ki-Yo-Ki-Ya Mother Duck. Who do you think will get F***?  What! Rewards are not understood by the Affluent. Who rewarded the President-Elect for his poor business management skills and granted him money for his lies and Bankruptcy? Who lets this Nuclear Weapon keep his name on buildings just to make money? Who allowed this Nuclear Time Bomb to be entitled to consumerism turn bad into a defense for Affluenza. Mr. Good Life had so much Good Life he wouldn’t know what to do if it was stripped away.  Incarceration is too good for the Affluent no matter what the crime. Spoil the man, spare the rod, and give the  Affluent less Time.  There will be No Consequences but only rewards for the bad Sh*t gone wrong.  Some judge and attorney would come along and grant Mr. Affluent immunity just because he is G-money Dog.  So I hope this helps explain the President-elect behavior when it comes to his reward system.   Regular broke A** Joe’s Consequences are listed above. Death was listed on the menu.  Yup!  We are criminalized, hospitalized, demoralized, and victimized.

You Go Ru Paul Queen of the Drag Race B**ches.  Whew!  I got just enough time to throw myself together. I’m so glad I live only 5 minutes from Eric. I could have left the car at his house and save me some gas money. While it is on my mind my crew all have something in common.  Ano-sog-no-sia (Anosognosia) is recognized in Alzheimer’s, Strokes, Huntington, Parkinson, NLD Syndrome and other neurological Syndrome/disorders. One of the crew has Huntington Disorder (HD). This disorder results in the death of brain cells. The person has jerky movement and becomes very uncoordinated. It becomes harder for them to talk.  Their gait (pattern of movement of limbs) and how well one can maneuver on solid ground or in water is crucial.  As their mental ability decline dementia becomes quite noticeable or prominent. If family, friends, and associates are aware.  Tic-Toc it’s 9:00 pm. Party Time!

It felt like the good old days when Mitt and his 47% Schlitz Malt Liquor got the best of him. D**n Right!  Smooth as Chocolate cocoa butter baby. Door Bell! NOS

Doctors never liked the label NOS.  To be more specific psychiatrist found it very difficult to place an individual in a diagnostic category or give the appropriate treatment. Did I use the word appropriate? Appropriate was recently captured from the dictionary and sealed in a vault. NOS affected school placement, treatment of patients, accommodation, insurance, and billing.  Yes, that special tailgate party pooper sent doctors, psychiatrist, teachers, therapist screaming and scrambling into the night. Oh, Lawd! If they had a name that tune it would have been possible for these physicians and practitioners to get it right.   Step back in TIME to June 20th, 2011, Fighting On The Assessment _NLD Final Frontier. Here you will find many Lessons Within A Lesson. The world has witnessed some Unremarkable Intentional Behaviors. Who do we hold accountable to Name That Tune? The American Psychiatric Association of course! It is TIME for these brothers to come out of the woodwork. Please don’t throw Ethics into the cesspool of Tar Sand. Why don’t we ask the psychiatric community and doctors why they don’t like the label NOS.

Oh No! I’m not talking about the pumped up caffeine drink. I’m talking about the special label stuck at the end of a diagnosis stipulating NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.  Please don’t tell me the APA no longer use this label.  This 3 letter dragon-tail still remain on the chart of those who are diagnosed with all types of syndromes.  I want the Psychiatric Community to tell how this little dragon-tail of a label can impact the lives of so many people. Now our entire nation will be impacted.   What happens when WRONG is merged with RIGHT? We did not bridge the gap but we merge INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS with UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS. Consequences will be very grave for behaviors which have been IDENTIFIED as neurological disorders, behavioral disorders, or sensory processing disorders.  Our country has to come to grips with placing a square peg in a round hole. Where is the Ethics behind impulsive and INTENTIONAL destructive behavior?

For many years parents in the same position at one time or another like me sat in front of the Grand Tribunal. This panel of judges consisted of the School District, Superintendents, teachers, counselors, and principals.  A blueprint of education for each individual child was drawn up for children who fell into the category of Special Education or Behavioral Problems.  This plan was called an IEP (Individualized Educational Plan). Whenever our children acted out we had to prove that it was a manifestation of their behavior.  Should we have asked the President-Elect had his behavior manifested?  The first question asked by the Grand Tribunal, “Does Your Child Understand The Difference Between Right Or Wrong?”   Many of these plans fell through the cracks because they were not properly implemented by the teachers nor the school district because our children were MAJOR Budget Cuts.

Really! Our children did not make the AAA Districts shine. Our children education was eaten alive by excessive suspension and expulsion. “Ten days suspension does not constitute a change of placement.”  Our children were humiliated,  isolated, and not integrated but placed in separate self-contained schools, detention centers or prison.  This was not much of a CHOICE.  Yeah Right!.  Guess WHO did not understand the behaviors?  A whole system who were so-called educated failed to learn how our children learn.  Desperate measures were taken to avoid educating children with a different kind of processing or a different type of brain.  Do you really think that the children who are label disable would get a fair shake in life?   What was the real plan? This system was never broken. The system had never been fixed.

The Grand tribunal had another system in place.  Due Process was put in place for a child’s day in court.  Once DUE PROCESS was manipulated it would be used to keep children with disabilities out of the mainstream. The school district and their team of attorneys found a way to become Bullet Proof.  The School system brought their team on board to document our children as a violent and dangerous student. This would create an atmosphere of fear around your child. They would go get their high power attorneys to chew the clock on your child education by getting Temporary Restraining Orders (TRO) locking him/her out of mainstream education. Just remember to have your own team of a psychiatrist. Make sure you get the proper diagnosis.  “Papers Please!”  Tell those doctors to Name That Tune. NOS ain’t happening and always need to be SPECIFIED so you know what you are up against.

Is this what happens to the election? NOS snuck in from the back of the bus.  The school districts psychologist could not diagnose a donut. Every parent I came across I suggested they get an outside independent evaluation through a reputable hospital. Many of the psychologist and psychiatrist in the private sector worked for the school districts.  The cards will be stacked against the parents. DUE PROCESS can be rigged and violated. Where does your child go after being kicked out of his/her mainstream placement? Well since there aren’t many options opens the outcome does not look promising. Guess who will be incarcerated?  Our children leave home, go to school, get ousted, and end up in jail or worse, DEAD. N.O.S. has now been specified as one of the many issues in The New Jim Crow. Hope, Change, and Prayer was kicked to the curve. NOS. behaviors became more acceptable.  The truth vanished from sight and from the pages of the dictionary.  LIES became more acceptable. Discretion and paraphrasing vanished from our thoughts. Sounds very familiar.

It is absolutely devastating to sit here and reflect back on the many hours spent on developing IEP’S.  To make matters worse the President-Elect can ridicule our children/adults. It is not okay people. The rights of children who are classified as disabled will be segregated, isolated, shamed, humiliated, retaliated against. Children with a different type of processing and a unique type of brain were not be allowed to be integrated with the so-called normal behaviors.  Once again IEP’s weren’t implemented properly because of  IDP’S (Ignorant Divisive Plan) took over. The E for Education in the plan was removed to merge Intentional Behaviors forward so they could become the New Norm. Unintentional Behaviors were masked and were harder to recognize.   As a parent, I spent many hours having my son undergo numerous diagnostic testing just to get the proper diagnosis. I wanted to make sure NOS (Not Otherwise Specified) was not at the tailgate party of his diagnosis.  How credible is the APA?  Can a psychiatrist look a person in the eye and clearly give an accurate diagnosis and tell their patient the President-Elect has normal behavior?

Is this normal behavior? The First Lady-Elect isn’t moving to the Trump House with her son. What is wrong with this picture? A family not showing a United Front to the highest position in the land. Okay! Who got Dumped? I guess the new norm is leaving wifey behind to take care of the kid and remain to roam along in Hells Kitchen baking cookies.  Barefoot and Pregnant! Hell To The No No! What message does this send to Women in America? Don’t tell me women will be left with the message, I am Alpha Boss Hog and I rule STOMP THE YARD now featuring Trump Dog. Well, there you have it. He named his tune and the First Lady-Elect has her tune. OH, OH, OH she has a Ring on it but she has to live at Bling Towers with no King in it. Oh, Oh, Oh will this be the First Lady-elect to get a Sting on it?  What a way to start the day!

The dam burst and destroyed the flood-gates. The Gold Water Rule has shifted to Hippocratic Mud.  Can the APA (American Psychiatric Association) overlook the behavior of the President-Elect? Is it ethical to know a person can have such Dynamite behavior and have free range over a nation?   The American Psychiatric Association (APA) has become the new Tribunal of Ignorance is allowed. The question will take me back to the table where the old Tribunal ask the question, “Do Your child understand Right from Wrong?”  Our children do grow up. Grown-up indicates one has ceased learning.   The choice was made.  The question will be asked. Does the President-Elect understand RIGHT from WRONG? Did the President-Elect really want to be the leader of the Free World or did he just want to create a movement out of FEAR and HATRED? Oscar Wilde put a move on my heart. Two of his famous quotes will always linger in my thoughts. Wilde stated, “There are only two tragedies in life: One is getting what one wants and the other is getting it.”  Oscar second ride or die quote is, “The world is a stage but the play is badly cast.” My song is The Whole World Is A Stage. The song goes on to say everybody plays a part. The stage is set the curtain goes up. The theme is a broken heart. We as a nation must remember pain can be diminished and hearts can be mended. We must continue to move FORWARD.

NOS (NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFIED) has reared its head and is coming to a White House near you soon in 2017. The bar was dropped on the floor. President-Elect standards were set quite low. We as a nation can raise the bar through Diplomacy, Civility, but also standing firm on the beliefs that everything has not been stripped away.  Rolling over is not the answer. Hatred and Fear should not take the lead.  Crystal Ball and all of y’all I hear you loud and clear. Do not panic nor fret my dear.  I went to my vault of movies and I sat back in my easy chair, ate popcorn along with my Tazo Raspberry lemonade tea and watched Half Of A Yellow Sun. I listen to several tapes to keep me from going down Black Alley. One tape that really moved me was by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, We Should All Be Feminist.  Chimamanda is the author of Americanah. Take a load off and read.

It was time to reflect and respect what is still beautiful about our country. There is still an enormous amount of good in the roots of this country.   Stop for a moment and reflect on countries who had a pure dictatorship.  Uganda and Iraq understand oh too well.  How many wars are being fought as I write this story?   Take a peek at the wars that lasted for years and years.  There is no way out until each country and the tribal wars that exist within these counties decide their own fate.  How did these tribal wars survive? Reflect back on the Nigerian/Biafran War (1967-1970). We as a nation should not be reduced to turning against one another. We have lived our Civil War and we must move forward and prevent another war from breaking out. We must continue to stand as a United Nation.  What can be done to conserve the loss of our nation? Can we stay focus on the real prize?  Democracy has been placed in the HIGH-RISK column. What strategies can be used to keep the people in our nation from destroying everything they work so hard to achieve and each other?  Let us as a nation stay focus on getting out of the HIGH-RISK COLUMN and not become a commodity of slavery once again.

NOS is no longer NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.  UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS has a target on its back and wears an identification bracelet.  The coat of Polyurethane spray has worn off its high gloss finish of INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS.  Masked behaviors can no longer hide under a coat of enhancement.  Our country will not be shellacked.  Democracy is not finished. NOS carries a spotlight of faulty perception. The Super Moon came out.  In the dark, the Super Moon reflection gave visibility to what is truly Specified.

To the United States, I want to give a big shout out for reading NLD Recognition. There is probably not one country on the list above whose Freedom has not been placed under top guns. NOS cleared the way and revealed itself. Every one of these countries had to figure out a way to regain and maintain their Freedom. It’s been a long time coming but Change is Gonna Come.  We know what our nation is up against. The Goldwater Rule is flooded.  Who will be held accountable and viewed through a shattered lens under the microscope for their unethical behavior for upholding inappropriate behaviors at its highest level of government? Hell To The No! No!

One of my favorite stories is Where Is Your Sense of Normal.  I have a gut feeling when this story is completed it will be among my favorites. I promised my granddaughter I would keep it brief and drive a stake through the heart of my point.  Reflecting back, I remember when folks on the opposite end of the spectrum wouldn’t use the word lie or call a person out as a liar. Well, the world demonstrated Top Guns of liars and behaviors that manifested with our highest ranking government officials and presidential contenders.  The new word in Mr. Rogers neighborhood is Tyranny or Tyrannical. These two words will run the gamut of Suicide By Corporation to Suicide by Government. It is all about Accountability. There is a greater story to be told. Several main ingredients have been overlooked.

Before you clock into work or pull the lever down on election day think about how your days will begin or end. Think about how the next store manager or next presidential contender will affect your life. How much quality of life will you have left to call your own? Do you really want the next store manager or the next president to be cruel, unpredictable, unreasonable, irrational, an oppressive dictator, ruthless and shows no mercy? Do you want to live in a world where tyrants rule and hold true to their heart the philosophy of ” Let Them Hate So Long As They Fear and “I Have The Right To Do Anything To Anybody.”  You are now sitting at the table and partying with the number 1 tyrant and 3rd Emperor of Rome, CALIGULA.  Humiliation was Caligula strength. As you listen to the contender’s speech you will hear him speak of Humiliation. This contender constantly Humiliates his opponents.  When hearing the words, “I Am Your Voice”  my mind went into the mode of Hell To The No! No!  A voice rose from the ashes and said: “I know the system and I along can fix it.” Well, Caligula did too. He won the hearts of the people and paid them off. Caligula won the trust of his special OMEGA Military Death Squad and paid them off.  Promise the Senate there would be no more treason against them. Yeah, Right! Every party must come to an end. Guest What! Caligula turned on everybody, trusted no one, and killed At-Will and it wasn’t in Good Faith.  Caligula changes the way Rome would be ruled forever. He wanted to be a God and worshiped as a God at the moment in time of his life.  Caligula life ended in a Blood Bath. The pain and suffering of the people, senate, and the high-ranking officials were forced to kill him.  Do you really think the contender wants to be President or God? Hell To The No! No! It ain’t happening in this life.

Many associates have lived through the first half of oppression and dictatorship with one of the largest corporation in the World, Walmart. On July 20th, 2016 our store manager stood in front of the morning meeting and announced he would be leaving the store. Randall Addison would be exploring other opportunities. Yeah, Right! Our store lost faith in Walmart’s system. Addison had adopted the policies of Caligula. “Let Them Hate So Long As They Fear” and “I Have The Right To Do Anything To Anybody.” Addison had been marched to the guillotine but no blade was placed into the machine. Randall Addison was taken in front of a firing squad many times but the guns never had ammunition. The reason could have been a rocket cart of ammunition sat next to a pallet of Federal Ammunition for 3 days in the back hallway across from the store managers office. Finally, the small shell bullets were put away. As far as the pallet of Federal Ammunition when I left on Saturday 23rd, 2016 someone had taken the time to pull the pallet of ammunition in a corner to the left of the time clock. That pallet has remained in the back hall for over a week. The Vice-President of Regional had made a store visit in the same time frame. I wonder if they notice that pallet of ammunition sitting on the floor. Wow! Talking about a violation.  Managers have been demoted for leaving pallets on the floor.  Associates are coached for petty mistakes.  It all depends on what is important to Walmart Corporation and what is in plain view.  A store manager who failed the store and failed the associates BIG TIME. No One Can Exceed Expectation or Evolve when constantly set up for failure.  It has been a long hard journey in an extreme, abusive, and hostile environment.  The associates were beaten down and mentally raped.  To keep these violations from ever happening again take the following steps:

A similar process was used by the associates calling on their Market Team to solve the problems at store #1802 Winemaker Road, Topeka Ks. Randall Addison was given the opportunity to explore other areas and landed on the doorstep of store #2857 Boardwalk Square, Kansas City Mo. in the year of our Lord 2012.

It is not over.  When you do not take a stand you will endorse everything and anybody. Do not peep through the holes of an armor and live in the Shadows of Intimidation. Hell To The No! No! Dismount and hold Walmart Corporation Accountable. The shield you wear is to protect your rights. As the changing of the guards take place to keep the guards that will help the progressiveness of policy, pay-raises, promotions and that which will move Walmart Corporation Forward. If Walmart Corporation refuses to move Forward, exit stage left Snagapus.  The associates can no longer be held hostage and can not thrive in an atmosphere induce by Hatred and Fear. Hell To The No! No!

An extra measure has been taken. I will continue to file against the assistant manager and Co-manager who followed the directives of a failed manager, Randall Addison. I have sent letters to CEO of Walmart, Doug McMillon and everybody I could think of. I will not pull the lever down and sit at the table and party with the Caligula’s of the world. Hell To The No! No!. I will no longer be placed in a strategic position by Walmart Corporation and let them blame me and other associates for a job when they failed to hire more people and provide the necessary tools to help us be successful. Moving Forward and taking a stand today and forever more We The People pay great homage to Hell To the No! No!  The associates of Walmart will no longer be forced into a SUICIDE POSITION. Hell To The No! No! Pull the lever there is another way out.

Wind Beneath My What!

Nanna Boo Who, Guess who’s here. Oh My God. Get on in here!   Let Nanna’s age-old eyes peep at you. I can’t believe what a fine young lady you have become. My Grand-baby has really shot up from a string bean to a luscious young sweet potato. Nanna Boo Who isn’t that supposed to be OMG! No, whose writing this story. Okay! What brings you to my neck of the hood. Nanna, can’t you say the neck of your woods? Nanna could say a lot of things but the last time I did your mother got a whiff of what Mr. Roger’s taught in his neighborhood when he got pissed off.  Don’t you go saying the word pissed off to your MaMa? Grandma! Oh, Lawd! What did I say wrong? What did I forget? Whenever you call me out as Grandma instead of Nanna Boo Who something has gone south. Did you forget my birthday?  Child If Nanna forgets anything it would not be your birthday. I forgot my WordPress password and the support was wonderful. I went to your favorite website, Etsy.com to buy you a gift. As you say, “Dare to be different and Dare to own it.” Who taught me that? The one and only Nanna Boo Who. I would have loved if you baked my favorite German Chocolate Cake. Well, I did better than that. I ordered you a cake from Dean and Deluca. Nanna, you are all over the grid. Sho-Nuff!  I would have gotten the cake from Yummly.com but they were fresh out. Baby girl  I really appreciate you standing there with those big pretty hazel eyes and saying to Nanna, “It would taste better if you baked it.”  First, Nanna Boo Who there will be more TIME for your days to get things done that you need to get done. Second, I’m so glad and proud I can come over here and talk to you about things that are happening in my life.  Third, Nanna Boo Who, thank you for teaching me the Ist, 2nd, and 3rd rule to help organize my thoughts. No, I like being in the day, with the moment being now, and moving FORWARD.  I really hate those Uncle Lawrence stories. This is a new era and I want to see my granddaughter stand on her own two feet and not be under someones D*** wing. Sorry about that baby girl. That was a slip of the lip. Now when you go home make sure you don’t trip and use that word because your MaMa will flip the script.

There’s no boogeyman in the closet.  You can dream and shoot for becoming the next female President. You can become Lady Braveheart of Massachusetts like Senator Elizabeth Warren, or First Lady Michelle Obama (Queen Guinevere of 2016) who took her husband place when he leaves office. What a dream!  There are so many doors opening and the struggle has been horrendous for women. Baby-girl it is so many women out there who are Stumping and Trumping the yard with such greatness. Grandma, you forgot that I don’t dream. No, I didn’t. There is no need to call Iyanla Vanzant to fix your life.  How will I work around imagining my greatness?  The same way we have always worked with your unique abilities. We will point it out, pour on the concrete ideas. It gets even better. We will StumbleUpon new ideas, FaceBook it to your friends. I don’t have many friends. It is a new day of communication and being on the Grid will help.  If you are not comfortable, there is a way to monitor any strange comment by blocking or de-friending.  Also, clean out your profile. We can build the biggest collage of your dreams on Pinterest and Instagram.  Apple laid the groundwork for a new way of educating children/adults.  You know Nanna Boo Who got your back. I must continue to keep up so I can leave the doors of communication open. Nanna Boo Who thank you for continuing to learn and grow with me. I see your white hair but I can’t ever see you growing old. That is what modern technology does for the soul.

Baby girl we have a contender who thinks he is Julius Caesar. We all know how that history lesson ended. Someone needs to Tweet to this guy and tell him he is not the dressing on the salad.  Mr. Cesspool of Intentional Behaviors is straight up berserk for ever thinking he can become the President of the United States. This is his dream but for his constituents, it is a real nightmare.  He Tweets all the time. Just think of all the people under the wing of this guy. Concretely he would rule all, incarcerate common sense, banish dreams and reasonable ideas forever. Maybe I got the song Wind Beneath My Wings Wrong. For you, on your birthday I always want you to DREAM the way we have taught you using all the tools available to help you become successful. Grandma never wants you to become the backup generator for another person dreams.  Grandma doesn’t play that energize bunny Sh**. You are allowed to have and be motivated by your own dreams concretely or not.  Society tends to crush dreams and want people to settle for mediocre things. As long as you have breath in your body you will play more than one role in life.  Speaking of Wings, Nanna Boo Who did throw down your favorite dish. Guess! 2016 NLD___Reverse Mode

You click on and you saw What? I saw the poem Through It All. I went back to the story, The Five Days Before Christmas and at the very bottom, it said 2016 NLD__Reverse Mode Coming Soon. What did you do after that? I pulled out my iPhone and Googled NLD Recognition.  When the site rolled up I saw NLD Recognition and We Need To Rethink the Way We Think. Underneath the titles, it had Snitch This. So I went to Yahoo and it said May 2011 <<NLD Recognition>> and April 2011 <<NLD Recognition>>. Did you find what you were looking for?  First, let me say this. Okay!  You update all the time so Yahoo and Bing need to place 2016 or start putting your most recent titles out there. I learned a lot from the story The Five Days Before Christmas.  That story was written in January 2016.  Girlfriend, talking about a BOOTY-SCORCHER!  You are going to have Employment Attorneys lined up everywhere. I rather sit in front of a Senate Investigating Committee or speak out to the Supreme Court on how Corporations Violate the rights of their employees.  Honestly! I don’t think you are doing too bad pointing out INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS vs UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS. Throughout this blog, you have made some hella-fide comparison and contrast to the Opposite End Of The Spectrum (the so-called normal folks) to the Flip Side Of The Chart (folks with neurological or behavioral diagnoses). Boo Boo, you covered some ground.

What I love about this blog you INCLUDED the government, corporations, media, sports world, entertainment world, LGBT community.  You spotlighted, women rights, Black Lives Matter, gun violence, and children/adults with disabilities.  Hold up, partner. Hold Up!  Whatever word you would like to use, society stigmatizes, condemn, and reach down into hell’s fire pit to label people disabled. This is exactly why so many people fail to reach out because of the Shame, Humiliation, and Guilt.  Be it medical or psychological, Intervention is mandatory and the path to discovery.  Intervention is the path to health and recovery. Oh! Did I trigger your behavior? Are you Having a PURPLE RAIN MOMENT?  No! I’m having a Let’s, Go Crazy Moment.  Help me LAWD! Just a friendly reminder to society for those individuals who are labeled as disabled can be viewed through another lens. These are the people with extraordinary minds, unique abilities, and multi-level learning styles.  I said it once and I will repeat it a thousand times.  All-righty Girlfriend! Did I touch off a nerve? No! You Pissed Me Off. More neurons were involved. Big Difference!.

Thank you for bringing up Prince’s song. He was Mr. Edwardian Architect.  He was the creator of kicking Traditional to the curb. Prince Body Language was definitely a Sign of the Times.   Prince personality was one of a Good-Hearted King.  He owns the title better known as your Royal Purpleness. He mastered the art of caring. His sharing was prolific.  Van Jones has made it clear that it should be POINTED OUT Prince was not only the man out in front of his music but an Iconic Philanthropist who held many keys and open many doors.   Prince style was built from boulders of confidence. Brick by brick and stone by stone he endured hurt and pain. Prince rose to the occasion of becoming better and not bitter.  He was the Pied Piper of Diversity. The colors Prince bathe his life it was the representation of inclusion.  Even Prince the Genius was excluded because of his unique dress did not impress nor did it fit in with the average rocker. Clothing is on the top 100 Bill Board of Non-Verbal Communication. Clothing speaks when words aren’t present.  It was his flair, the ability to change in style and in his music.

Humanity was served on Prince’s versatile guitars, pianos, and the multiple instruments which he charmed our hearts and mesmerized our minds. After all, he served the people.  Was he viewed through the lens of being weird and strange?   Absolutely?  Prince represented the Purple EMOJI of Self Confidence wrapped in a cloud of INDIVIDUALITY.  Different is OKAY. The Royal Purpleness in all his shyness roared letting nothing stand in his way of building his dream. In return, he helps many people build their dreams. In the face of disaster, Prince suited up and rescued the needy from their nightmares.   Fabrics of purple silk ripple in the high winds now flying at half-mast.  The lesson Prince bestowed upon me was Wear You, Be For Real With You,  Accept You, You are You, Be ever so Merciful To You and Others.

This brings me to the question again. Did you find the story 2016 NLD__Reverse Mode?  No, I  didn’t. The story is taking place right here right now. How is that possible?  It’s happening all around us on a daily basis.  We see it all the time yet we ignore or take it for granted.   People who are put under the microscope, viewed differently, condemned, punished, and isolated for being born with neurological disorders and Unintentional Behaviors do not choose to fail.  NLD Syndrome is an excellent example of neurological disorders whereabout people who are diagnosed with this particular disorder aren’t Emotionally disturbed or behavioral problems. Let’s get it, straight people. When you see the word neurological connect the dots to the nervous system. Before I go any further NLD (Nonverbal Learning Disability) encompass three areas: Social,  Motoric, and Visual-Spatial.

Nonverbal Learning Disability (NLD) is a developmental disability in which the individual demonstrates a mature vocabulary, rote memory skills, and an excellent reading ability,  Children/adults have a difficult time interacting with others, transitioning to new settings, working with new people, trouble with writing/fine motor coordination.

1.) motor impairment-causing difficulty in tasks that requires dexterity, manipulating small objects, coordinated handling tasks, such as writing, typing, and buttoning buttons

2.) attentional deficits-causing difficulty in coping with over-stimulating or distracting environments and requiring the person to have limited distractions and assistance in focusing oneself.

3.) difficulties in performing multiple tasks simultaneously causing in the individual to only need to do one thing at a time and limit the amount of information he/she can take in at the same time (he/she cannot follow multiple commands given at once).

4.) difficulty organizing material on their own-requiring the person to receive assistance in writing outlines, determining how to sequence/order, and prioritizing, and planning, and transitioning from one idea aspect of a project to another.

5.) visual-perceptual/visual-spatial deficits-difficulty reading maps, differentiating left and right, drawing complex figures, and understanding higher levels of arithmetic (such as geometry).

6.) social miscueing-causing the individual to have difficulty interpreting body language and facial expressions, knowing when the person is too close or too far away from someone with whom he/she is conversing, and understanding pragmatics.

7.) difficulty thinking creatively or abstractly causing the individual to think in “black or white” instead of considering the gray area and to have difficulties being flexible instead of rigid in their ideas.

These character traits with the proper support of family, friends, and other trusted relationships will help the individual EXCEED EXPECTATION. People with Neurological Unintentional Behavior do not wish to fail. The core problem of NLD Syndrome is putting the pieces of the puzzle together and getting the whole picture. If the whole picture does not come together the BOTTOM LINE will be quite sufficient. Super Bowl 2016__Evolutionary Swing

I don’t know who thought the Super Bowl kicked off on Sunday at 5:30pm Central Time. It has been a long time coming but I know A Change Is Gonna Come. Sam Cook put it out there. His VOICE carries the reflection of emotions and memories that will trigger the Revolution. If We The People will not Progress and Accept Evolution our Nation will be doom without Progressive Solutions.   What did you see through your lens? I guess it all depends. Were you watching the game?  I saw more than just a Game. I did roll those 50 years back. America came together and push FORWARD.  A brilliant teaching tool was released by the flip of a coin. You got CHANGE.  DIVERSITY led the KICKOFF. Everyone did their fair share.  Time to Roll Back!

I remember sitting on the floor with my son rambling through all of his football and baseball major league cards. He could see the great despair on my face. He would always say, “Don’t worry MaMa one day we will have black quarterbacks.”  When the GAME was the GAME and money wasn’t thrown around like water all the big time quarterbacks were white.  All I could see at that time was Terry Bradshaw, Len Dawson, Roger Staubach, Fran Tarkenton, Bob Griese, Joe Namath, Dan Marino, Joe Montana and Johnny Unitas. If you got a card with Bart Starr’s picture it was a Great Kodak Moment. Another doorway was open by a young man name Doug Williams who played with the Washington Redskin.  He was the only black quarterback at the times paving the way for Randall Cunningham, Warren Moon, Cam Newton, Donovan McNabb, James Winston, Colin Kaepernick, Russell Wilson and Robert Griffin III (RG3).   Teddy Riley crossed over to mix it up with the Gospel Group, The Winans. Yes, it is Time To Make That Change. Rolling my mental processing forward A Change did come. Flipping the coin backward here is what I recall.

My son was so hopeful. He would say, “Time to put a smile on your face.” He would call out Christian Okoye (The Nigerian Nightmare), Marcus Allen, Ickey Woods (fullback), Tony Dorsett, Jamal Anderson, Roger Craig, Walter Payton all of his favorite Running Backs. He carried in his back pocket the cards of Deron Cherry and Ronnie Lott (Defensive Safety favorites).   Underneath his pillow, the cards of Deon Sanders (Corner), Charles Woodson (Corner/Safety) Albert Lewis (Corner) protected him from the Shadow Creeper.  In his shoebox, his ultimate warrior Wide Receivers were placed in those little cellophane pouches.  Jerry Rice, Tim Brown, Mark Ingram Sr., John Taylor and Mark Clayton would last forever. Offensive Lineman and Linebackers were off-limits. My son said he had to keep some secrets. I was cool with that. Roll It FORWARD.

As I watch the game there was an ease of my breathing and no tension on my shoulders.  In Super Bowl 2016  your white quarterback was Payton Manning. On the opposite end of the spectrum, your black quarterback was Cam Newton. There was a Hispanic coach, Ron Rivera.  There was a white Coach Gary Kubiak. Half-time demonstrated a balance.  DIVERSITY was the star.  No headliner could be found to give DIVERSITY the proper introduction. DIVERSITY stood on its own. What a send-off!  As I watch the game I could say,  “ALRIGHTY THEN”  instead of “ALL WHITEY THEN.”  TouchDown for DIVERSITY.  From Remembering The Titans to the movie 42 everyone came together and did what they do. Bruno Mars, Lady GaGa, Beyonce, and Cold Play pointed it out on  Super Bowl 2016 day.  Are you ready to move the needle?

It took years and years of steps and gradual CHANGE.  The INCLUSION of all these UNIQUE people to come together at Levi’s Stadium was remarkable. Fifty years have passed. UnBelievable! Yet Super Bowl 2016 looked so different to me.   Through my lens, I was caught up in the moment of viewing people of different races, ethnicities, and ages. Regardless of their incomes, physical abilities, religious beliefs, sexual orientations and different ideologies these people were all under one roof. The United States of America is under one roof.  If the people in our nation could surround themselves with ACCEPTANCE, RESPECT, UNDERSTANDING, and get over their petty biases we could move the needle FORWARD once again. None of these contenders took the course. Well, it was reported 4 of the contenders took the course. Who did the reporting? B.C. said he had special knowledge. Yeah! I wrote the Koran.  Steven Spielberg and George Lucas are going to produce my biopic.  I won’t bother to come to the Academy Awards. Know This! I am going to win.  This brother is definitely Before Christ. Did they fail the course? Did they cut class? What happens to their mental processing? Who took the class?  It’s too embarrassing to say out loud. Psssssssk! No!  Get out of here! Zip It. This is too juicy. Come On! Let me drop a few hints.  The man behind the Iron Rag. What! Don’t you mean the man behind the Iron Mask? Just think about it for a second. I get it. He wanted to build a wall. Remember the Iron Curtain? What would you do when you want your hair to stay in place?   I go get my Doo-Rag.  There you go, Iron Rag. This Brother needs to wrap his head in Iron to keep his poison thoughts from seeping and creeping into the minds of We The People. We know it won’t be Jeb Bush.  Biden_ology tossed AGE right out the window in 2012.  Biden delivered right hooks, left hooks, uppercuts and constant jabs to the REAL old man who holds the gavel on a shrimp platter. This brother got doused with Joe’s secret sauce.  How ironic!  The Speaker of the House, Paul Ryan, will be reminded every time his gavel swings Biden_ology will take him down. Biden laughed his way through the debate barely making any frowns.  Biden_Ology made Ryan look like the Actress who played Murphy Brown (Candice Bergen) real-life father’s puppet clown.   Science is a Branch of knowledge. Wal-mart has lost many associates to GM, Costco, US Postal Service, Hallmark and other business. Walmart invests in their investors and not their employees. Rob Walton, the now-ousted Board of Chairman, never was concern about the associate’s troubles in Walmart. As I recall my last name is not Walton.  Another family member has locked down the position of Chairman of the Board. John Penner, son-in-law of the Walton, will share the nameplates along with CEO Doug McMillon.  The associate’s certificates who dedicated their lives to put Walmart on the map will share a new signature.   All that money Rob Walton spent on races. I’m sitting here admiring Charlotte’s’ beautiful card. Thank You for acknowledging me as a True Friend, Charlotte.  I thought I would wait and let you burn off some steam. Girlfriend, when you left Walmart in Missouri you were HOT ABOUT IT.  The greatest gift of all is to be True to yourself so you can reach out and be True to others.  Some relationships last and some fade away.  No matter if it was a Marathon or Sprint there was something about the person that made you want to stay. Hoping the relationship would last forever and never decay. Why do people run away?  On the Flip Side Of The Chart, there are many people who don’t have a clue on how to begin. Opening one’s mouth will be the end of the beginning of establishing a new friend.   Their body language is awkward and they just can’t seem to win. Developing friends and relationships in the World of Walmart is a crime and a sin.  Isolation will be your destiny because you are tagged as a whistle-blower and the enemy from within.  In the World of Wal-Mart, there is a disconnect without any respect when you advocate for your Human Rights. Taking on a corporate giant can turn into a messy fight. Stand up for what you believe and do not take flight. Walmart World Project Their Fears Upon You.  When all is said and done this is what WAL-MART say the associates do.  Who is always in the news for getting sued?  Exactly!  WAL-MART!

You see the word Chart, Charlotte? When something doesn’t appear quite right I begin to chart a person.  I am acknowledging that a problem or problems exist.  In order to find the solution to the problem, I start tracking, mapping out, or documenting. If I do not track, map out, or document the problem, I am giving POWER to the person, or persons, or entity.  It will give them the power to punish and enslave me.  Management and the company can be an A**Hole but it boils down to the Law. Shonda Rhimes the creator, producer/writer of Scandal, Grey’s Anatomy, and How To Get Away with Murder have a No A**hole policy. Rhimes like the fact that her crew all get along. Walmart has constantly gotten away with Murder (downright cruelty/abuse to the associates). It is sad to say the associates are commodities. Walmart is neither loyal are dedicated no matter how long we as associates serve Walmart. Stay off of FACEBOOK talking about your drawers. Puts some quality time in and learn about the LAWS. When the customers roll up to the counter they have their SMARTPHONES out. They keep Walmart ever-changing policies in their hand so they won’t get jilted. Keep the LAWS by your side so you won’t get jilted.

How is it possible to serve 15, 20, 25, or 30 years to a company and all of a sudden the company has begun to look for anything to nail you on?  What is your theory on WHY you are now being treated so poorly?  The associates are the engines that make the train run in Walmart World.  Without the engines, Walmart would not have a World.  How is it possible associates who have served the World of Walmart for all those years go from Sugar To S***  in 2:00 minutes?  Nothing the associates do is right.  When Walmart wants the associates to go away they are picked apart at the seams.  Who made the work environment INTOLERABLE?  Why have the REASONABLE people all transferred, left or gotten fired?  Walmart is a company whose accountability is based on Denial.  Denial of request for the associate’s needs is a major strategy to frustrate, anger, force out, transfer, or make associates quit.  How many Wrongful terminations have there been at store #2857? Walmart E-commerce (online shopping) will never be able to compare to the Great White Shark__Amazon. Why? Sustainability and Consistency! Amazon has reached out to the World not just their family. If you can’t step outside the box and hire a Board of Chairman outside of the family then it tells the world you are only looking out for #1. Time to get a new dance. The Wally Cheer is out. Uptown Funk would be good.  Sustainability encompasses not the ability for the Walton family to keep all the money for themselves. Sustainability encompasses the outside world.  The Ecology, Politics, Technology, and Ethics. Walmart failed their Ethics course. Walmart is Global Warming deniers.  They want to control the air you breathe. Freaking Fracking is destroying the planet and Walmart invested in the Keystone Pipeline. Drill baby Drill will destroy the planet. Walmart interest would be the oil and their gas station.  Walmart wants to privatize education.

Walmart takes a very literal meaning of Sustainability. The 3Rs for the Walton Family is Reduce the associates. Reuse the old equipment and bypass modern technology.  Recycle bad management who bullies, intimidate, harass, and threaten the associates.  Sustainability includes public opinion, cultural diversity, and social change.  Walmart does not want your advice nor does it wants to change. They want you to follow DIRECTIVES. The politics of Walmart is to protect their world from crumbling from the Deniability Accountability their business was built on. The Politics of sustainability is to protect and prevent environmental damages to the planet.  Walmart does not own the Environment. Wal-mart specializes in Greed.  Science needs to be funded so the government will not shut out new technology. No one will be beaten for using old technology.  Look at the wealth modern technology will bring to our economy. Look at the wealth Walmart has brought to themselves.

Once again Walmart PROJECT their fears upon the associates. Management turns the tables and labeled the associates as bullies. As the late Gilda Radner of  Saturday Night Live (SNL) would say “Isn’t that special.”  Tony, are you and Tara a product of your environment?  Have you been labeled as Bullies?  Don’t be afraid to speak out. Who taught you this skill? You both hold a key. What members of management have you seen as a bully, other associates if you are bullies?  Turn the lock. What! If word comes out the office you both will be punished.  Who is out there on the floor wheeling and dealing undermining different departments?  What happens when you promise you will come on your day off and the deal falls through. Punished!  I can tell by the expression on the associates face when they clock in and look at their task for the night you guys probably feel punished. Make a mistake and get coached and you are punished for a year. Warning! Warning! Danger! Danger! The rotation ends in February. It’s sad to hear the associates say they may be unable to make it through the end of this shift rotation for fear of being coached or fired by Co-Manager Trez and Assistant Mgr. Dianne.  It’s sad to hear the morning shift dread these 2 managers are coming back in February.

I am not afraid to say Co-Manager Trez and Assistant Manager Dianne has made this rotation a living hell (intolerable, hostile, and unfavorable).  I did not break the law. That is just my opinion.  Now when it comes down to the facts I will be able to back up what I said.  Bring It! These 2 managers have their opinion of me. Associates get in trouble when they hold all of the animosity in and feel they can’t trust management to do what is right. Management has their favorites. HR has not jumped in. Management love painting negative pictures of their associates who bust their A** every night. I’m bringing it downtown. That’s why I’m putting this information out here so the ASSOCIATES can fight back. People ask me all the Time am I afraid of getting fired for speaking out. My reply is, “you should be afraid of imploding or exploding when all you had to do talk to someone and let them know something is seriously wrong.”  You should not be AFRAID to come to your job. You should not be AFRAID of certain members of management. The crying, headaches, nervousness, drinking, pill taking, low self-esteem needs to END. AFRAID in the workplace. NO!

Walmart has their inconsistent policy and you should know your rights. I don’t want any associate running in the office saying CSM Linda said. I always think of Big Eddie saying, “get out your cell phone and let’s get to work.”  Management needs to see it in print. I have never in my life seen managers who don’t want to get on a register and serve the people who pay their salary. How can you hold a management position and lack communication skill? Bottom line management doesn’t know how to talk to the associates. Management doesn’t know how to treat the associates. The associates are not second class citizens. Get Real! The associates make management look good. Stop putting so much wax on the floors and pay attention to the associates. They are the Gorilla Glue to Wal-marts. Weigh In. How do you feel?

I strongly feel the associates have been treated poorly. The associates have been shuffled around from area to area.  They are working 3 to as many as 5 departments a night. Management EXPECTATION is unbelievable. It has been so understaffed. Here we are approaching Black Friday and Christmas and once again our store is not prepared. Look at management. Who in their right mind wants to do overtime for a company that will later take the associates overtime away? Who in their right mind wants to do overtime for managers who undermine the associate’s promotions?  Telling the associates one thing but another associate walks away with the position that is promised. This authoritarian management needs you to be afraid. You know WHY? You will find out what management really knows. Walmart hasn’t changed.  Whenever Walmart is under fire Walmart wants you to think they are making changes because they are under a microscope.  Out of all the Co-managers I have seen as a teacher it would be Co-Manager Barbecue Man Himself. Co-Manager Keith. Sorry, Co- Keith I am not trying to get you shipped out of the store. I don’t view you as a Failure.

The store manager lost the associates because he never stayed in touch.  Before Randall Addison arrived other members of management and the associates had taken a beating off Co-Manager Trez arriving at our store in 2007. I will not go down for slander. I like the Truth and I really despise a person lying on me and trying to set me up, my family, or my friends. If Wal-marts goes down it should not be for SLANDER nor SCANDAL. It should be the TRUTH. Some people call it transparency. I call it the BUTT-NAKED TRUTH. There are consequences for telling the TRUTH. I am able to live with myself at the end of the day.   The SLANDER and SCANDAL is a slap on the wrist for Wal-mart overdue BS.  Stop the SLANDER and bring the TRUTH to the table. This store is way overdue for an INTERNAL INVESTIGATION. If Home Office or HR wants to know where the problems exist or can eradicate the problems, they are more than welcome to start here at this blog and work their way through the associates. In the meantime, I will keep working on my end to continue to shine the light on store #2857.

Walmart policy changes in a blink of an eye to fending off the constant laws they break. Consistency goes out the window.  Who make the policy changes? Did corporate make the policies?  Did the store managers, Randall Addison dictate the policies to control management and the associates?   Tara, what happens when you thought you were doing a good deed for Walmart and it went sour? Many years ago I thought I was doing a good deed by going to management with concerns of one of the CSM having some drug-related issues.  That didn’t go well. I caught the worst end.  The CSM got a promotion and a transfer.  To all the associates around the world Weigh In. It doesn’t matter who you work for.   Tara, make sure you tell HR it was Co-manager Trez who went to the floor and discuss the other members of management who received Development Needed on their Evaluations.  Do not hide your key under the rug. The only manager who did not receive a Development Needed was Assistant Manager Stephanie. All the managers are locked in and cannot transfer to another store for at least 1 year because of Randall Addison.  So now we understand what happens when Sh*t the fan.  A member of management transferred to another store but it was not considered a store other members of management would race too.  Hmm! I can’t think of her name right now. I thought of her name and it was Co-Manager Shanna. The store manager and Co-manager Trez treated this Co-Manager very poorly. She probably doesn’t care what store she transferred to. Come on!  A Co-Manager left the store very angry. You are not going to make me believe HR doesn’t know WHY.

How can Randall Addison Evaluate anyone when he has ousted/town hall out from store #1802 in Topeka Kansas? Management failed to fight on the assessment. This store manager weakens, humiliated, harassed, induce fear, discriminated, retaliated and broke down the self-esteem of the associates.  My theory is Randall Addison past failures strategy was to reduce the job performance of the associates/management so he could reign as a powerful person.  This gives the store manager the opportunity to pick people he wanted for the job qualified or not. Only the people he can control will serve his purpose.  Once management starts chipping away at your evaluations on your job performance you lose confidence.  Addison sends his Crew out with crowbars, drills, hammers. The conditions of one’s mind may not be able to focus on the job due to a hostile environment.   You must remember Reasonable people spirit and mind must be broken in order to diminish their self-esteem. Working conditions are very unfavorable/intolerable/hostile at store #2857.

Any behavior can be labeled Intentional unless proven otherwise Unintentional. We will not weave a Web of deceit. There is a Lock and a Key. Which key do you hold Charlotte that will set you free? Why do you think Walmart has the sign up saying NOW HIRING?  Would it have anything to do with the way Walmart treats their associates? Would it have anything to do with the way certain members of management talk to their associates? How about the way the store manager talk to other members of management and the associates?   Walmart, Big Snuffleupagus, the Behemoth towering over many businesses has violated the rights of many associates.  Falling from grace to the tune of 11 billion dollars on Monday and Wednesday losing 21 billion dollars,  Walmart has destroyed the Legacy of Sam Walton. Why! Pure Greed and not investing in their associates only to invest in their investors.

UnBelievable!  How scripted can a person get? This is what makes a person appear not credible or not believable.   CEO Doug McMillon stood in front of the cameras and LIED. CEO McMillon said, ” Clean up your house before you invite people over.” Pinesol has more fresh scents. Maybe he should try using Fabulosa  You can bring people over to your house.  Your house may appear to be clean. What has Walmart swept up under their rugs? What has Walmart hid up under the bed? What skeletons lie in Walmart closet?  What broken toys are in Walmart’s attic? Who broke them? What has Walmart buried in their basement? Walmart needs to be held accountable. Time for the associates to clean house on a regular basis. Forget about Spring Cleaning. Charlotte I brought some people from the Walton family into this story so they can see how to correct the global problems at Walmart. I hope Rob Walton participate because he doesn’t appear to be willing to address the concerns of the associate nor did he answer the question on climate change.  You know the associates are quite concerned about their overtime, Time Theft involved around their hours being cut, and Time took back from the company. Walmart has come up with the strategy of labeling associates as managers to avoid paying overtime pay. If you want more information read the article put out by Think Progress back in April of 2015. This potential lawsuit is taking place in Alameda County. Walmart manipulates associates all the TIME. Associates can’t be manipulated if they step outside of Walmart World and educate themselves about the company. Associates cannot be manipulated if they know their Human Rights. Send letters to US Attorney General General-Loretta Lynch, Attorney General of Missouri-Chris Koster, Claire McCaskill-senator of Missouri. Send a letter to Thomas Perez-Secretary of Labor. Get in contact with Human Rights Commission. Seek out an Employment Attorney for Advice. Contact the media. Use social media. I feel like I’m in a beauty pageant.  I got the answer right.

Stop clicking on your CBL’s and really start reading the rules on overtime.  Walmart has to pay you for half your shift when they call you in. Check out what the 24-hour rule if a member of management gets ahold of an associate to come in and later tell you to get off the clock.  Who is stealing TIME? Shut up! Who made you kill your overtime? NO EXCUSES!  Check out the latest strategy of Walmart stripping the titles off the associate’s badge. Everybody has their name badge with no specific job title. Wow! If this ain’t cross-country instead of cross training. You know longer have cashiers identified as a cashier.  Stockmen are no longer identified stock-men and so forth and so on.  Just your name. Every associate will be pulled in every direction to do every job. It’s what the associates have done anyway all the time. This is probably to avoid another class action lawsuit to rip the levels and pay grades away comparing a person on a level 2 getting paid more than a level 6. Everyone will be considered as equal and has to do every job. Trained or not everyone doesn’t get the same pay. Everyone isn’t treated equally. Everyone doesn’t work at the same pace.  Everyone certainly doesn’t have the same set of skills. It boils down to major unproductivity, more accidents, transfers, and straight out Firing. What a scheme! Look at the name badge. You are now associates without job titles, no promotions, and kind of sorta without a store. You are now on an island and you definitely stand along. It is Walmart’s World and the people who put the Walton family on the map do not belong.  In the world of Walmart Time Theft and Wage Theft are pervasive by members of management.

This would be the last Time I would hear Charlotte raspy voice passing register 21.  If steam could come out of her nose and ears, Charlotte would be the upgraded model of Amtrak.   Both hands were placed in her back pant pockets. Charlotte made her way over to the vending machine where she picked up a cherry coke. As she walked further down the aisle I could see that she had picked up a bag of peanuts. “Dude, it is hard being your friend. Co-Manager Therese (Trez) has put me over on the grocery side and tells me I need to redeem myself.  Co-manager Trez wants to punish me. I bet she puts me over on grocery side until I get the hell out of here. What the hell did I do that I have to redeem myself?  Assistant Manager “Dianne did not understand I was in cosmetics not because I wanted to be it was because of my injury.” Weigh In Charlotte and tell us the rest. Thank you, Charlotte for hanging out with me and being a real friend. You caught hell but you hung tough. Not many people would have stuck around. Don’t feel bad Charlotte.

Assistant Manager Dianne has isolated communication.  The other CSM is not allowed to give me certain information. Assistant Manager Dianne calls the CSM on the phone so I will not hear any information about the walker.  This is no way to build communication and team skills. When an associate is fired I am not to be told. Whatever information Assistant Mgr. Dianne wants to withhold she has her own system. Other information is relayed to me by support managers or the other CSM. Really!  Just suppose no one relates any information because I am the enemy of who wants what is best for the associates.  It does violate my communication rights.   Dude, I’m so glad I’m gone. I got my work done faster when Co-Manager Trez and Assistant Mgr. Dianne wasn’t there. I really did struggle.  The night went by slow when Co-manager Trez and Assistant Manager Dianne worked overnight.  Dude! It was torture. Who in their right mind want to do overtime for those two managers.  You can take a poll and I bet a lot of people feel the same way I do. The atmosphere was less stressful when Assistant Mgr. Dianne and Co-Manager Trez weren’t there. Tell Assistant Manager Seth Hello. Dude is Dianne still driving him crazy.  Poor Seth! At least he ain’t a pain in the A**.  He can be an A**Hole. Don’t forget to let the associates know Co-Manager Trez punishment for them was putting the associates in the can good aisle. Did Shooki ever get out that aisle? I haven’t seen Snooki.

Weigh in Sarah Q.  I forgot she has defected from store #2857 and now she is at a Walmart store in Camden.  Sarah Q. tell us why you left so angry?  Hopefully, she will get back with us. Sarah worked on the grocery side a few times. Once you go over to the grocery side it is hard as hell to get out of there. Look at all the associates who have been asking for years to be moved.”  So many associates were DENIED the right of PROMOTIONS.  Even worse the associates did not appear to be informed about the different levels and pay grade.  If the associates worked out of their area they were never paid.   Some of the associates have suffered injuries and their job code needed to be changed. Just another Walmart strategy to break the associate down.  Speaking on Sustainability the welfare of the individual is not sustained. Attorneys should be lining up outside store #2857.  Really! You don’t think HR has any of this information? Get Real! Right, Teresita.

People fail to report the events because they think the corporation is too BIG.  Yes, those policies that play to an audience of not doing a lot of damage and appear to be minor policy changes is really Hurricane Cleo. Further up the road, the changes here and there made on your Evaluation will later signify you can no longer do the job. Guess What? You will be out of a job later.  ADVERSE ACTION.  It really did seem harmless at the time and the associates will suffer the horrible consequence.   Remember when Walmart brought in a CSM from Maryville but she never got the opportunity to be a front-in supervisor.  Her name was Cynthia. I remember her telling me she had received several talks but she didn’t know she was being coached. She said management would pull here over on the floor and she thought they were giving her directions.  Later when she was called to the office she realized the directions she was given was the direction for out the door. Management did not identify what those talks really were. Those personal discussions added up to coaching for failure and not for success. Walmart put associates under surveillance. They track, monitor, and document associates to avoid paying any benefits to the associates once they are fired.  How does your work record look at the end of the day? You thought it was a harmless policy change.  Redemption Time! Get Them Their Papers and line up your witnesses. It doesn’t need to be in order. It is Time for Show and Tells. Keep it Simple and organize your paperwork.

As I was writing this story something strange happen. A part of the story was snatched out. I went through every revision but it is gone. What was written has been lived and will never be forgotten.  The young man who lived that part of the story remembered a quote from Co-Manager Trez who fired him at 9:15 pm on 11/15/2007 in the ad office. “Since you know your rights, you can have your meeting, but it will be harder on the outside looking in.”  On 11/16/2007 this young man was reinstated by phone at 11:00 am by Market Manager, Mike Gray. This sounds like this would be a sign of REDEMPTION for this young man, his family, and friends it led to 8 years of RETRIBUTION. There are many keys to unlock this story of RETRIBUTION. Ye better know it!

I am inserting the piece of the puzzle that got snatched from the story.  A young man arrives at his job around 2:00 pm on 11/15/2007. He clocks in and runs into another associate from the back room.   The unloader greets the young man who works in automotive and tells him how much he is going to miss him.   The unloader tells the automotive associate how much he appreciated all the support he has given the unloaders.  The unloader tells the automotive associate he is sorry about him getting fired.  The young man never utters a word of his firing because he did not know himself.  Imagine how this could really work on a person’s nerve.  This could turn a very Reasonable associate into an UNREASONABLE ASSOCIATE after waiting all that time and not having a clue why he was getting fired. The clock is ticking. The time now is 9:15 pm and the young man is called into the ad office where he is fired. For Real!  Another one of Walmart nasty and dangerous labor practice.  If you are going to fire an individual they should be told not to come in on their scheduled shift. Things can get quite ugly. The rest of this story is UNREAL. You just can’t make this up.

Bottom line, in order to fix a problem you must realize a problem exists. Fixing the problem you need to show concerns and want change.  Rob Walton showed no concerns for the associates. His family interest is the investors. As for Walmart, they are in denial.  This is the only accountability Walmart/Walton rely on. Certain members of management have caused major problems at Wal-mart. HR stood by and let the behavior continue.  It will take a big key to unlock the problems at store #2857.  Who holds the key? The Associates! EXACTLY! This store probably doesn’t realize the problem exists. Hint: It started with the Pilot Program of 4 C0-managers being in the store.  At one time there was the market manager and the store manager in the store. This arrangement didn’t survive because everyone went to the market manager to get their problem resolve.  The 4 Co-managers are locked in.  “NO ONE WILL EXCEED EXPECTATION.”  NO ONE WILL BE PROMOTED.  NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO RISE ABOVE THOSE WHO CANNOT HANDLE THEIR OWN FAILURES. NO EXCUSES!
