COVID-19_Walmart

Hi! My name is Linda Garrett. I have worked for Walmart Corporation for 19 years at store 2857 Boardwalk Square. I ‘ve never taken a leave of absence. I’ve always respected TIME, DISEASE, ILLNESS, and DEATH. I was fortunate to use my Disability/PTO TIME wisely to handle my adversities. Unlike some people, I have TOTAL AUTHORITY over NOTHING. At this moment in TIME, I only wish to CONTROL my BREATHING and be surrounded by the necessary VENTILATION call FRESH AIR. Steve Collison and Maeve Reston of CNN please hear me out.

Hey! I notice an error. I am far far from perfect. I am not using Disability/PTO.  I meant to say The Family First Coronavirus Response Act Paid Leave and Paid Sick Time.

Where is the window? I need some fresh air. I can’t breathe in this filthy room. Buildings had tilted windows and push out windows many years ago. What happened? My nausea and headache would probably go away. I haven’t heard one person ask any questions about windows in relationship to COVID-19. Is it close to 7:00 am? When I step outside this building I will not take my fresh air for granted. Fresh Air.

1.) helps the digestive tract (oxygen intake digest food efficiently)

2.) helps in weight loss

3.) improves heart rate and blood pressure

4.) gives you breathing room (the body doesn’t work as hard for oxygen)

5.) increase serotonin

6.) strengthen the immune system (oxygen increases)

7.) white blood cells function properly fighting germs and killing bacteria

8.) cleans our lungs (dilated lungs more increase in oxygen, airborne toxin release when you exhale)

9.) does wonder for your brain

10.) more energy and one can concentrate and stay focus.

Reverse the airflow and no Fresh Air. What happens when you have these health conditions or everyone begins to look like they have these medical conditions? COVID-19 is knocking at the door trying to get in. Whew! I have a lot of concerns. I keep hearing the word second wave. I’m not hearing the word mutation. Coronavirus appears to have similar symptoms of the following respiratory disorder below only intensified by ¶ (pi).

At some point in time, COVID-19 will touch every human host on the planet.  It is learning the different DNAs of all different races.  This virus doesn’t care if you are Caucasoid (White): Negroid (Black): Capoid (Bushmen/Hottentots): Mongoloid(Oriental/Amerindian): Australoid(Australian Aborigine and Papuan). Whew! Reminds me of the movie 1956 Invasion Of The Body Snatchers’.   The remake of  Invasion Of The  Body Snatchers’ was filmed in 1978. COVID-19 will change or mutate along the way.  How much can the body’s immune system take?

bronchiectasis: lungs and airflow become damage It is hard to clear mucous.

Symptoms: phlegm, productive cough, recurrent infection

Pneumonia: infection that inflames the air sacs in one are both lungs, which may fill the lungs with fluid.

Symptoms: sharp chest pain, clammy skin, dehydration

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease: a group of lung diseases that blocks the airflow and make it difficult to breathe.

Acute Bronchitis: inflammation of the lining of the brachial tubes, which carry air to and from the lungs.

Symptoms: dry cough, productive cough, shortness of breath

Respiratory Disease: a condition that worsens the structure of the lungs. It can also affect the passageway that leads to the lungs.

Dr. Fauci are you there? I was in the cash office during the night preparing money to be placed in the Self-Check machines for the next day. My hand was scan by the machine. This room was small. I found it hard to breathe. Dirt and dust filled the room. The floor was filthy. Where is the mop? The money recycler was kept in this room. At the start of my shift, the recycler had run its course. Managers were constantly called to the cash office to fix the machine. When the machine was open dust and debris flew everywhere. My shift was 10:00 pm-7:00 am. I knew it would be a long night. Megan V. inform me the recycler was broke again. The machine had been having problems throughout the day.

The money recycler felt as though I was in an airplane at 30,000 feet. A passenger coughs in a compressed air chamber. Oh hell no! There is no escape. Recycled air is dangerously contaminated.  What do you think the mask is for? Two people in a fishbowl turned upside down breathing the same air. Where is the oxygen? Dr. Fauci, explains what happens when you are in a sick room or building? The light bulb flashed in my brain. I looked around and there were no windows or vents. In the corner sat an old out-dated fan. Wilmot Read Hasting Jr., co-founder, CEO of Netflix, are you there? I’ve become the leading lady in the Panic Room. My next contract movie is Box II.

Dr. Fauci, the EPA has a really good article on sick buildings. I’m reading sick_building_factsheet.pdf now. I am beginning to understand what happens when there are no windows or proper ventilation. Walmart qualifies for an Indoor Air Quality Investigation for their sick buildings. Walmarts stores across the nation and all over the world need to be checked. I am quite sure Walmart’s profit in toilet paper along should cover the charges. I’m holding Walmart Inc. and CEO Doug McMillon accountable for the lives of all Walmart associates.  COVID-19_Walmart. It felt as though I was clocking into death Monday-Friday. Pure anxiety! I’ve written stories in this blog about Walmart Home Office controlling the airflow. Thinking about the HVAC (heating and cooling system) made my hair stand on my head. Okay, my wig.  Hey, I ain’t gonna lie. I worried about pollutants, contaminates, and pathways. I was constantly staring up at the vents in the lady’s restroom. I’m bothered by the fact no one has mentioned about windows. I drove around. I couldn’t find buildings with windows or push out windows. The choice for central air and heating may not be the best option with a virus attacking one’s respiratory system. It’s cheaper for our society to pay less for central gas and air. Whew! I will leave it there.

I thought I was going to die at the self-checkout night after night. Only one cashier and I were scheduled in the front end the majority of the time. It was brutal changing out the 8 self-checks. The money cart was so heavy to push. Walmart was always thinking of ways to break down the older associates. Yeah, Joe and Mika, just get rid of the most vulnerable, old people. I wonder if Sundar Pichai can shine some light on the link and make it reappear. CEO Doug McMillon needs to take a lesson from Pichai. There were no Asset Protection at night. Walmart removed the First Responders from the store many years ago. I can think of at least 30 First Responders off the top of my head who checked on me through the night. I want to give a special shout out to KCPD, North, South, East Patrol, Platte County Sherrif Department including Shoal Creek. I want to thank each and every one of the First Responders, The Brew Top Crew, doctors, nurses, EMTs from St. Luke, and North Kansas City Hospital for showing great concern. There is a big difference between social distance and isolation. I felt totally isolated so many nights. You thought I had Ebola.

I knew I would either get rob or killed for having all that money out on the floor. I hated we were next to the airport. Every person stepping off the plane from all over the world could bring a virus from another country. It would tear my body to shreds if the cash office didn’t kill me first. All the carts collected around the store were full of returns. Clothes, toys, chemicals, meats, dairy products, all food items dumped into one basket. Returns were to be separated in customer services.

The returns were separated and returned to the floor. Bacteria on top of Bacteria. Food claims sat right on the side of the service desk next to the cash office on the floor. Spoiled frozen foods, vegetables, dairy products, and meats reeked of the foulest odor. On the grocery side, it was unbelievable. I’ll put it like this, the stench was so bad from all the grocery food claims Deffenbaugh trash trucks probably would refuse to pick up Walmart’s garbage. Hey Katy, are you still alive back there. Katy has worked many years back in the grocery receiving area. I tip my hat to Katy. I can’t believe she has survived all these years. Thank God! Katy is not old. Kiss the kids for me, Katy.

Number 44 (former President Barack Obama), Bill and Melinda Gates, I desperately need your help. On March 13th, CEO Doug McMillon was the first one to hop on the stage and rubber stamp the man’s name I can no longer speak of. There is NO TRUTH in a Rubber Stamp NO REALITY. CEO Doug McMillon is the Advisor to this man. After this man’s response to Charlottesville, McMillon stated, “he missed a critical opportunity to help bring our country together. Check out this article in Forbes. CEO Doug McMillon and Walmart not only missed critical opportunities but failed to be held accountable for the Mental Health of the associates and now their lives. I want only to be surrounded by people I can trust.

I am trying to figure out what country CEO, Doug McMillon is talking about. I’m sure Number 44(formal President Barack Obama), me, and millions of Americans do not wish to live in an Alt World that creates an atmosphere of fear and a country built on hatred and lies. Walmart employees need to change the landscape of their silence. Employees’ lives are on the line. Calling Walmart’s Ethics Hotline just won’t cut it. Walmart and CEO Doug McMillon have yet again created another highly Unethical act by keeping their employees in the dark. Let us not forget CEO Doug McMillon is the advisor to who? My point exactly.

CEO Doug McMillon missed several opportunities with Walmart employees. Work retention is inevitable. Walmarts world is not an inclusive environment for employee’s voices to be heard. Walmart’s signature is No One Will Exceed Expectation. Walmart’s behavior only instills a lack of the following: trust, loyalty, recognition, low morale of the associates, and poor management/mismanagement. Walmart and CEO Doug McMillon:

!.) Failed to keep their employees safe before and during COVID-19.

2.) Failed to care about the Mental Health of the associates.

3.) Failed to care and just be humane. (compassionate, empathetic, and supportive)

4.) Failed to hire the right people.

5.) Failed to keep compensation and benefits current.

6.) Failed to engage and pay attention to what the employees feel.

7.) Failed to put the happiness of the employees as a priority.

8.) Failed to recognize and reward employees.

9.) Failed to tell the Truth. Straight Up!

Giving the associates $3oo is not a reward but an insult, VP Dan Barlett of Walmart. I just want CNN Bussiness to know the Facts. I did read the article Enough is Enough, Growth, and Development, Walmart’s Declining Profitability. Bottom line, Sell Walmart. It is not the associate’s civic duty to DIE for a company that keeps the employees in the dark. This was the Thank You Reward for store 2857 associates who worked and risk their lives through COVID-19. Where are the true incentives? Walmart employees all over the world put their lives on the line for this company. Walmart sent the message to these exhausted associates that they are Expendable.

Macy, Dillards, and many stores went on furlough. Lowes gave their associates an extra $2 for hazard pay. Frito-Lay, owned by Pepsico, pay their associates an extra $20 a day, pay associates to stay home, $100 a day to watch your kids, and a $1.00 raise. Dick’s Sporting paid their associates 3 weeks’ and the associates went on furlough. Unlike Walmart and Ceo Doug McMillon,  out in front of the camera every day telling and sell lies. The company gives 11cent raises no higher than 35 cents.  Walmart is a company that evaluates their associates before changing its format and hours in the store. The majority of the supervisors, support managers, department managers step down from their positions, The assistant managers and co-managers are demoted at the dropped of a dime. In the evaluation, Walmart failed the managers/supports/ assistant managers/supervisors in the area they do not INSPIRE their associates. Walmart and CEO Doug Mcmillon do not INSPIRE their employees. This company will HIRE 150,000 more employees to Devalue and expose to COVID-19. You call this company and CEO responsible.

ATTENTION WALMART ASSOCIATES!

Walmart removed a process connected to evaluations. The process was as followed:

1.) warning/verbal

2.) 1st coaching

3.) 2nd coaching

3.) 3rd coaching/termination

Walmart has gone straight to the heart of the matter and the associate’s pockets. Solid Performance year after year doesn’t mean an associate is safe. The needle did not move. Walmart loves to create its own rules.  Walmart does not make laws. How many times are management called out by policy flaws? The next time an associate is called to the assistant manager’s office the conversation can go like this. Walmart is hiring 150,000 new associates and I see you have not made any improvement in the last three years. How do you think this scenero will play out? Oh Wow! What happens to the associates with 3 Need Improvement in their evaluations? Need Improvement is the 3 strikes you are out of the program/job. So to all of the associates push back on your intentional negative evaluations. The law will look at age, race, gender, pay discrimination, and retaliation. Weaponizing the evaluation=wage suppression. Walmart is looking at another way to target certain employees to fire.

What has Walmart done for their associates other than risk the associate’s mental/emotional, physical health, and now the associate’s life? You will not get a copy of your evaluation unless you sign it or make a comment to acknowledge it. Don’t fret, something will go wrong with the machine and you will never see that evaluation. Walmart is very strategic at telling the associates BS and getting the associates to sign their life away. Walmart is ILLEGAL EAGLES.

I have learned so much. A special bond form between each member at MSNBC. I feel that way about the associates at Walmart. Send Sir Chris Matthews my special elbow. COVID-19 is the new sheriff in town. Walmart and CEO Doug McMillon will not play by the rules or end up in court. You can not put a price on a life. Time is the most priceless commodity. We can’t give Time Adjustments when Death waits in line at our Supercenters and Neighborhood Markets. COVID-19_Walmart. Shut the store down. Where is the Store Manager? Where is Dr. Who? Just got word he is leaving the store. Hmmm! The customers are stampeding the store with their income tax and stimulus checks. Crowd control is out of control. The employees are terrified.

A disappearing act by Walmart, CEO Doug McMillon, and the EOC (Emergency Operating Center) took place during the mental health crisis of their Employees before COVID-19? Who created the mental madness for the overworked, exhausted, abused and punished employees? Walmart along with CEO Doug McMillon got some hell-a-fie PR. The real truth has revealed itself. Death brings out the Best or the Beast. Death doesn’t care if you are the 1% or have no cents. There are no pockets in a shroud. Death does not discriminate. Death waits in line to participate. Ari Melber of MSNBC understands All Eyes on You Walmart. RIP Machiavelli.

Walmart decided to inflict pain, humiliation, hurt, shame, and wage suppression by weaponizing the evaluations. Customer Service Managers (CSMs) were devastated. Coach, Sandy Harrison played a big part in evaluating the front end. Sandy arrived from another store around September 2019. Harrison has been at store 2857 for a short period of time. The CSMs felt Coach Sandy had not been at Walmart long enough to evaluate the supervisors. I totally agree. I got an F also. Now you know what happens when you do not buy into Walmart draconian system. You can use the open door for grievances. Employee’s lives are on the line. The new method of open-door policy should extend to News Media, Advocates, and attorneys. A directory of resources is coming to a theater near you.

Sandy Harrison never worked one day overnight. My shift is 10:00 pm-7:00 am. I have no coaching on my record. The other associates say they have no coachings. I don’t remember having any conversation with Sandy Harrison about my job performance. We talk. Sandy Harrison works morning and mid shifts. How can you evaluate a person without working their shift or knowing how the overnight shift is operated? Whew! There are managers who spirits are broken by demotion from Walmart. There are managers who have an axe to grind. There are managers who are very new to the company.  Who do you have to evaluate the associates objectively? I thought it was horrible that Assistant Manager Sam was the bearer of bad news. Facial recognition speaks volumes. Sam had the butterfly over his mouth. I sat across from Sam feeling like Clarice. There sat Anthony Hopkins, Hannibal Lector eating my brains.

I went on my Star Trek journey. I went where no associates have gone before. I landed in the movie Wrong Turn. I talked to Clive Owen from the movie Derailed. I had lunch with Matt Damon and Don Cheadle. Don looked at me and said you are the star of the movie Crash. Bottom line, If Store Manager, Philip Shelton got and F you best believe the majority of the store associates would get an F also. Would it get reversed by the Walmart Ethics committee? CSM Rodney is the expert in this conversation. He needs to be heard by Regional Manager Steve and HR Dana. Hunger Games Begin. What! Regional Manager Steve is leaving too. Hmmm! CSM Rodney make sure you get hold of Dana or Steve before Walmart take out yet another market team.

Apple Tv (Tim Donald Cook, Chief Executive Officer of Apple, and his crew) thank you. Netflix (Wilmot Reed Hastings, Co-founder, and CEO and his crew) thank you. My mind is in maximum overdrive processing movies totally different. CEO Doug McMillon, the advisor to the man with no name became the star of Sleeping With The Enemy. Death had no name. My lens process the man without a name as Meet Joe Black. Joe Black’s late start on COVID-19 cost many lives in this country. Was this an act of intentional behavior against New York, California, Louisiana, Chicago, Florida, and any area that is low income, no income, and race-related. Basic Instant leads me down the path to Cape Fear. Movie watching has placed me back in my gasoline drawers. Will Walmart follow this path?. Will The Empire Strike Back?

Walmart needs to COMMIT to the Employees across the nation who are putting their life on the line keeping their stores operational. Giving their employees the necessary tools to stay SAFE and ALIVE. The employees need to know the company they work in. Jeopardizing any life is dangerous. On any given day the associates, customers, and the world need to know the Facts. Smiling Faces is Walmarts symbol and national anthem. Beware of the pat on the back. Walmart employees are afraid and under attack. COVID-19_Walmart.

Walmart needs to Rethink its operations. Close their stores especially at 2857 in Kansas City Mo. Focus on the weakest part of the store which always has been the grocery side due to lack of help. Walmart needs to lose the attitude of Business As Usual and put their associates first like Costco, Hyvees, Aldi, Price Chopper.

The award goes to Costco for the video on keeping their customers and associates safe during COVID-19 Pandemic. Costco did not take back returns and Walmart did. Walmart and CEO Doug McMillon need to takes lessons. We lost several associates to Costco. Why? Costco has a reputation for caring and treating their associates with dignity and respect. Formal Walmart employees stated Costco paid more and their benefits were way better. Word Up! What About Us! Check out Pink video. Pink and her son were affected by COVID-!9. Train the frontline of (cashiers, CSMS) to do grocery picks. Use the conveyor belts on the registers to help push the grocery orders through at a faster rate. Keep this format to boost online groceries (OGP) and stock the grocery side until this Pandemic is lifted. Kill the 6:00 am bum rush in the store. The great stampede has struck fear in the hearts of all the employees at Walmart store 2857 Boardwalk Square. It would keep the CSM safe from the money in the filthy cash office with no ventilation. CSMs and other members of management would have little to no contact with customers because of closing registers, self-checkouts, and stores.

Stores in the Kansas City area shut down at midnight before COVID-19. The store north of the river on Boardwalk Square was overwhelmed with customers. We could not provide the appropriate customer service before COVID-19. The store was not properly staffed. The schedules cut hours at the front end. Our shelves were not properly stocked. Our store has several violations. The store was contaminated before COVID-19. Regional and district managers were constantly in the store. The Store Manager, Phillip Shelton, and other members of management were warned to get the store in compliance. Walmart’s system of One Best Way is Not the Best Way. My Way or the Highway cannot be the attitude or position taken with COVID-19_Walmart. Walmart made policy changes. Not Willingly!

Thank you, Steve (Regional) and Dana(HR), for hearing me out. I give credit where credit is due. I have struggled with the Home Office throughout the years in this store. I have stated Home Office is not my friend nor my Homie due to a lack of trust. Kent Gurkie, District Manager, Mike Gray (RIP), District Manager along with his sidekick Connie Freeman were good people. They engaged the associates and made changes in the store. Hear me out once again. Walmart took out a whole market team in one swoop. Good People! The Predator has Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny Glover Pissed. It’s hard to gain trust watching Walmart takedown decent people. Every time Steve (Regional) and Dana(HR) entered the store they have always treated me with respect.

Steve (Regional) and Dana(HR), I was very disappointed with the way the front end and other employees throughout the store have been treated. It was hard to catch Store Manager Philip Shelton. I didn’t know if he had gone on vacation, in meetings, or doing his daily store walks with other members of management. I didn’t know his hours. Other store manager’s hours were much early than Philip Shelton. I notice something.

Today, I want the associates and other members of management to look at the store receipt. Do you see the entire name of the store manager? If it is there he just placed it there. One of my neighbors was kind enough to pick some milk up from the store. As of 4/17/2020, Philip Shelton’s name is not on the receipt from my purchase. I did not want to leave the store without asking Philip Shelton why did he remove his last name from the store receipt. As of 4/20/2020, Philip Shelton’s name is not on the receipt. Since Philip Shelton is leaving I guess there is no reason for his name to be on the receipt.

I went out sick on 3/24/2020. Philip Shelton’s name has been missing for quite a while. Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego? Joey Richie told me many years ago he was proud to have his name on the receipt. Joey stated, whatever happens, Joey Richy could hold his own and take responsibility and be held accountable. During that time Joey Richie was the right person and the right hire for this store. Joey Richie was proud of the associates and his achievements at store 2857. Store Manager Joey Richie did an excellent job. When Joey Richie and Co-Manager Brent got wind of a visit from Regional they would bring a set of clothes and spend the night at Walmart to be prepared for their visit in the morning. Philip Shelton will be exiting Walmart store at 2857 and will continue his journey at another store in Texas. Have a safe journey, Philip Shelton. Just a reminder, John Kennedy, Senator of Louisianna is not related to Ted Kennedy (RIP),senator of Massachusetts. Blake Shelton is not related to Philip Shelton. Love to hear Joe hammer John Kennedy on how fake he is. It brings a smile to Mika’s face.

Not one of the managers listed below ever removed their name: Martha Blood, Joey Richie, Jerry Reed, Scott Snow, Michael Hunter, Randall Addison, Mark Hoyt, and George whose name I can’t recall right now. I will come back to his name. Did you notice there was only one woman store manager mentioned? Walmart is notorious for gender, pay, and promotion. Check out Walmart Stores, Inc. v Dukes-Supreme Court. 564 U.S. 338 (2011). There were managers who would correct the customers if they didn’t say their full name. I remember a store manager informing a customer not to call him by his first name. They made it clear no first-name basis. Whew! Notice we didn’t have but one woman name on the list. Got me singing, It’s A Man’s World. Godfather of Soul, James Brown.

This was a big scene from the movie Mission Impossibles, Fallout. I was done. All I could think about was the former Store Managers introduce themselves to the customers they would say their full name. Marvin Gaye walked in the door. He begins to sing What’s Going On. What did Philip Shelton have to hide? I didn’t want to leave the associates and other members of management in the hands of a Store Manager who didn’t take responsibility for the store or doesn’t care. Don’t you think the customers deserve the right to know his name? One of Walmart’s famous principle is Lead by Example. COVID-19 is running its campaign. Death will make an example out of the lives of Walmart employees. Death will take the lead if Walmart continues to do business as usual. Hot-line time! Submit a tip to Bloomberg News, VLAD or VOX.

All the associates receive is $300. PR That! Check his salary out. This is not the movie Hidden Figures. Walmart loves promoting men over women, paying women less. Where are the Walmart Employees guard shields for their registers, masks, and hand sanitizers? Okay! Guarde shields are finally up. These associates need the appropriate cleaners and approved cleaners to wipe down their areas. Concentrate on the employee’s lives instead of cleaning the d**n floor. Maintenance is so understaffed. The machines are always broken down. The machine in the cash office is a death trap, without any ventilation and no one ever has done any maintenance to its floors. What good was painting the door to the cash office? Get some ventilation in there are pull the door off. Man!

The lives of all Walmart employees are at risk. I’m sitting here reading about the 2 Walmart workers who worked at the same store passed away from COVID-19 in Evergreen Park in Chicago. How long has Walmart and every person in retail industries, banks, etc have known about COVID-19? Many of the Associates at store 2857 Boardwalk Square in Kansas City Mo. were told that big/massive changes would be taking place in April. Strange, that information was discussed around the store in mid or late December.

Walmart could not plan for success to get ahead of the virus. Walmart and CEO Doug McMillon did not serve our customers and drive customer experience. Why? Our store was dirty and had many customers complaints along with store violations before COVID-19 struck. A Now Hiring sign resides at the front entrance. Help was needed over on the grocery side. The grocery was never properly stocked for lack of associates. Walmart has the money to contract for a professional cleaning and floor crew. Old associates will be overworked and new associates will not stay. The new associates did not sign up to be pulled in a thousand different directions.

Work felt like punishment. Associates started calling in. They wanted to transfer out of the store. Transfers were blocked by Phillip Shelton, the store manager. This was before COVID-19. Now the associates in great fear of their lives want out.”Lives Do Matter”. Walmart and CEO Doug McMillon PR staff need to email Walmart INC. and let them know they are no longer in charge. Death has taken the reigns. Death has come off its intermittent leave of absence. There will be no Time Adjustments. Walmart was never in charge. The BODY COUNT will rise due to Income Tax Checks and Stimulus checks. Customers overcrowding the store and not keeping their distance once again will endanger the lives of the Employees. SHUT THE STORE DOWN!

Once again March appears to be the month for destruction and disruption. Walmart is behind the times of Netflix. Evaluations were weaponized to take the associates down to a new low. Wage suppression, pay discrimination has knocked on the door of Store 2857 at Boardwalk Square. Along comes age discrimination, race discrimination, entering through the side entrance. The bullying and harassment pimped a new style in the form of shaming members of management and associates to risk their lives for a company that has never given a d**n about the physical health or mental health of the associates. What did Netflix do with their evals?

Shaming Process:

1.) Shaming members of management and associates to come to work when they are sick. Now that COVID-19 has struck Walmart, Walmart is trying to change its tune. 2.) Shaming associates to work overtime and in return stripping the time they have put in. Overtime doesn’t pay off. This was before COVID-19.

3.) Shaming members of management of a poor job of how the store looks. There is a Now Hiring sign on the door. Where is the Beef? Where are the employees?

Associates who chose to stay and work for Walmart for years or now older. The opportunity to retire will not happen. Forced out of your job comes next. Now you can lose your life. I have always told many of the associates if it’s not life-threatening don’t fear. Death is not an open-door policy. Death is not negotiable. Death forces you out of life. Walmart Corporation and Ceo Doug McMillon have taken their employees down to the lowest point of their life. Death Takes A Holiday will not happen at Walmart.

Walmarts greatest achievement is destroying the mental health of the associates so there is no oxygen in the room to hear their voices. Associates were never given the 5Ps. 1.) Praise employees regularly. 2.) Prioritizes employee’s health and wellness. 3.) Put yourself in the employee’s shoes (empathy). 4.) Pay employees what they are worth. Do Not Have them pay with their lives. 5.) Provide growth and development. No love is given.

What is truly sad is most employees are told or feel forced to sign an evaluation they disagree with. Associates feel compelled to sign. If the evaluation is not acknowledged you can not get a copy. Unbelievable! The majority of Supervisors, Department Managers, Support Managers Assistant Managers, Co-Managers, Store Managers have either been demoted or they step down from their positions. Why? When Walmart fails the employees fail.

Walmart is big on demoting, demeaning, and stomping on women’s self-esteem. Walmart pays women far less than they pay men. Walmart is at the top of its game on gender discrimination. I recall a conversation with Coach Sandy Harrison. I asked Coach what was her rank. Was her position like a Co-manager? Coach Sandy Harrison said, “I’m just nothing but a glorified assistant manager”. Just a what! What the hell! It was devastating to hear Sandy Harrison say those words. In my nineteen years at Walmart, I have heard those words over and over. I closed my eyes tight. My gasoline drawers turned me into a flame thrower. Whew! Writing about it piss me off! All women working for Walmart Inc. fighting for equality did not lose the battle only the lawsuit of Walmart v Dukes, 564 U.S. 388 (2011) the United States Supreme Court Case. Women will not buckle but continue to fight for their rights.

Throughout my years I witness Walmart’s cruelty, arrogance, selfishness, non-caring, narcissism, backstabbing, betrayal, not taking responsibility, shaming/blaming. Who does this sound like? Mirror image to Meet Joe Black. Who is the Advisor who missed opportunities for putting the country back together? I witness associates/members of management stressed to the max. Employees medicating themselves just to get through the night. The tears never stop flowing. I couldn’t help but notice associates who said they didn’t drink but started drinking. Liquor and cigarettes replaced eggs and pancakes. Associates turn themselves into a human chimney. I couldn’t believe the packs of cigarettes they purchased.

Walmart is terrible for women’s self-esteem. Walmart wants its employees to fall in line, do Walmarts bidding, and go along with Sh*t Hole Decisions that never work. Walmart, CEO Doug McMillon and the rest of the Hateful 8 shouldn’t tangle with Jango. I can hear Samuel Jackson now, “What The F*ck. Get your popcorn ready and check those movies out on Apple TV and Netflix. Stay in and watch movies, play games, do Tik-Tok, and stay safe.

Here’s that famous scene from The Exorcist. My head spun around and I started to piss on the carpet. We were short on maintenance and Mary was having a rough night. The wet mop machine to clean the floor was down as usual. We didn’t need two pissy associates on the floor. My face couldn’t turn any color with me being luscious dark chocolate. I started to throw my wig on the floor but I had just bought it. The floors were really dirty. Whew! Human hair is expensive.

Sandy Harrison did what she was told, instead of making the right decision. Walmart is very divisive.  You have to be very careful about doing other peoples’ bidding.  What happens when that person leaves? Who gets stuck with the blame? Walmart does not want any women associates to put their heads together with a class-action lawsuit. Discrimination in the areas of age, race, gender, sexism, wage suppression, retention, hiring, promotion, retaliation, harassment is Walmart’s way of putting women on the role back wall to clear women out. Sandy Harrison should have worked at least one month overnight. Harrison would realize Walmarts One Best Way does not work. Overnight is different from the day shift. The entire shift of overnight is understaffed. Walmart’s attendance policy failed under COVID-19. The attendance policy failed way before COVID-19.

( Attn: Shoppers, TEMPORARY Store Hours. The Store will be closed 1 am to 6 am daily until further notice. Thank you, sorry for your inconvenience?. What is wrong with this picture?

I sincerely hope Walmart really evaluated the whole picture. What is the whole picture? Walmart decision was based on the safety of the people and the associated first. The other part of the picture is KCI International Airport distance from Walmart is approximately 8 miles making it 12 minutes away. Do you you think someone on the board of Walmart would keep store 2857 open at night not giving a d**n about safety?

Did Home Office or Asset protection send the police to Walmart on Boardwalk Square? Whoever made the decision did it Temporarily. Until further notice, the police will remain at Walmart. Wait for a minute, the signs are no longer on the door. I guess Walmart has made its decision. Whatever decision Walmart made I hope they realize Death is not TEMPORARY but PERMANENT.

Are you ready for the Truth? I was very comfortable when President O number 44, was Commander and Chief. The formal president’s executive functions were on point. President O continued to maintain his ability to show compassion, empathy, and support to the people and our nation. Gun violence ran rampant. President O number 44 was opening doors and connecting to people. Do you ever recall any tragedy that happened under Number 44 tick-tock and he was asked to stay away? When he came to the table an 8 course meal was served, 3 desserts , and a partridge in a pear tree. His smile gave reassurance to a New Day. Isolation was absent and inclusion prevailed.

The atmosphere surrounding the formal president made me feel so grateful and proud. Our nation had a role model who went abroad in many foreign countries. I never felt ashamed or embarrassed that President O’s behavior would disgrace our nation. Marvin Gaye song it to the tune of “Make Me want to Holler and Throw Up My Hands”_Retention. I never felt alone nor afraid. I never worried about President 44 opening his mouth and causing a war.

Formal Commander-In-Chief lassoed grief. The hearts and minds of people rested in peace. I witness a man not afraid to cry. President O was not an Appeaser nor a Liar. Trust is Key, not lies. Foreign countries shared a more Trusting relationship with President O. He was honored with the Nobel Peace Prize. The Leader Of The Free World knew how to deliver rewards and perks. The formal president passed his test on being able to put himself in other peoples sneakers. President O is a Reader and leader. I did not find myself afraid to breathe and plan for the next day. Kansas City Police Department, Shoal Creek, Platte County Sheriff Department, KCPD North, and KCPD South are on the scene at the Northland Walmart at BoardWalk square. They were removed from the store. Lucy And The Football_Taken Away. Not a smart move. Walmart lost a lot of customers. The theft is overwhelming. The First Responders know the setup. They also know Store 2857 is in great danger. If I’m not mistaken Walmart made a public service announcement they were removing the First Responders in 2012. Walmart place police in the lower-income areas. It got pretty rough. First Responders were removed and the other stores closed at midnight.

I will not let Walmart get away with flying under the radar and not taking responsibility for doing more to manage the safety of lives. I will say what probably all Asset Protections think. Walmart, store 2857 should have been closed down at midnight many years ago. Walmart made their money. Give the associates a decent buyout. I am not talking about a measly $1000 per year served. These associates worked hard and put Walmart on the map.

So many of the victim’s lives were that of a sprint fallen to Gun Violence.

A pay increase by the Active Shooter is not on his list As a result, the poor will continue on the path of remaining poor. The Active Shooter takes himself seriously and no one else There is no connection to the people. The only reward and perks are given will be to the ones who created an atmosphere of fear, hatred, greed. Who would you keep? Why would you stay? THE QUESTION OF THE YEAR:  HOW IN THE HELL CAN WAL-MART EVALUATE ANY ASSOCIATES, NOT GIVE A PAY RAISE, NOT PROMOTE OR FIRE WITH THEIR TRACK RECORD OF UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR?  Did they DEMOTE, REMOVE, or FIRE THERESE RENZETTI?   Well, there you go. TO ALL THE ASSOCIATES REVIEW YOUR RIGHTS UNDER TITLE VII: CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964.   Wal-mart should do like Netflix and eliminate formal reviews/evaluations.

This is just another strategy of getting rid of associates to make room for the store remodeled. Walmart can offer their associates a nice severance package so they can make room for their Big Event. I’m not talking about a measly $1000 per year every year the associate worked for this company.  Good Lord! If you worked 30 years for this company $30,000 just won’t cut it.  The Black Panther’s costume cost more.  $1000 per year of service is shameful and would leave The House Of A Thousand Corpses lying around. I’m quite sure the associates are looking forward to Independence Day. I wonder what Will Smith thinks about this. Wal-mart is looking forward to Terminator V Judgement Day so no associates are left standing tall and alive. Hey! just a friendly reminder to check the coaching in your files. It has the same effect when you go to clock in and you have no task.  When you on your way to lunch ALL OF A SUDDEN you have a task. Management swears up and down it was there all the time.  The task shows up at 5:00am and you leave at 7:00am. Yeah Right. Remember the number 3 is very key.

Since it is 2018 I’m quite sure Wal-mart is in 2nd place due to GREED. In the private sector, Walmart-ranked number #1. Oh yeah, my all time favorite is GlassDoor who loves to give the people on the beat the 411. The top 10 most sought-after jobs out of 100 in 2018 World ranked as followed: 1) FaceBook, 2) Bain and Company, 3) Boston Consulting Group, 4) IN-N-Out Burger, 5) Google, 6) Lululemon, 7) HubSpot 8) World Wide Technology, 9) St. Jude Children Research Hospital, 10) Ultimate Software. You know you been robbed once you read the company’s mission statement and the cultural climate the Ceos has created for their employment. Dagger In the Heart_More Meat and suffering defeat working for the #1 largest Corporation that employes the most people in the U.S. and abroad.  Times Up! Turn up the heat Wal-mart needs to create a non-hostile cultural environment which is inclusive, supportive, with decent salaries and bonuses that will compete with other corporations.  One time Bonuses are not allowed. Big Dagger In The Heart_More Meat whenever I hear the word TRUTH. What!  Netflix eliminated formal reviews.  No more 5 point scale to grade one’s evaluation. Yes, it is a ritual. Do you get any better after being lied on? This will impede one’s development and performance.  A penny raise does not motivate one to work smart. The sad piece of this story the truth doesn’t get told on your evaluation. but the person giving you the review has never worked with you. How can a manager or co-manager evaluate an associates performance when they are not objective themselves? Passed down negative information from the only Co-manager Therese Renzetti who lack communication skills and has had several write-ups her self. Home Office, HR, Ethics Hotline is fully aware of Theresa Renzetti behavior. So they cannot say they aren’t aware. That’s like saying General Kelly didn’t know Rob Porter, White House Office Staff Secretary, did not beat his 2 ex-wives. Jennifer Willoughby, Colbie Holderness.  NOW YOU KNOW WHY THEIR ROB PORTER’S EXS. Why is Wal-mart pretending they do not know of Therese Renzetti existing Intentional Behavior. JUST A BREEDING GROUND FOR UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR.   What happens when we don’t speak out? What happens when we hide? Is this how society let people like Joe Paterno, Larry Nassar, Matt Lauer, Charlie Rose, Vincent Cirrincione, and a host of other Recognizable Personalities get away with their behavior for years. This company hires and promote the people who demonstrate the following skills.  1.) judgment 2.) communication, 3.) impact, 4.) curiosity, 5.) innovation, 6.) courage, 7.) passion, 8.) honesty, 9.) selflessness.  Uhh! This is Wal-mart.  Judgment is Judge Dredd. Who holds the power to arrest (punish/retaliate), convict, sentence, and execute (frame or fire) their associates.  You know who makes and control all of the decision. Communication there is none. The Impact associates make is based on all-time task. There is no room for creativity. It stunts the associate’s growth. The 8 hour work day for Wal-mart associates is for management to get 24 hours worth of work out of each associate.  Do you have any popcorn left? You are the rising star in 12 years Of A Slave.  As far as Curiosity Wal-mart has stripped away the desire to learn. All incentives to become a Shining Star by Earth, Wind, and Fire is over.    Associates are in constant fear of losing their job, retaliation, bullying. Why you think the associates don’t speak out?  Little Shop Of Horrors took on a new meaning.  We have no teachers but you are expected to do a job thrown at you. Get an F for what you never were taught. Sure it’s all your fault. That’s the Wal-mart Way. Wal-mart never admits they are wrong. Innovation are you kidding me. Your ideas belong to you. Wal-mart appreciates if you keep your thoughts to yourself.  Wal-Mart is not going to give up CONTROL to hear the person on the lower end of the scale,  forget it.  Change only comes from the top not the bottom in this company.  It would be a REVOLUTION if the associates take over.  Wal-mart views associate Courage as controversial, threatening to the company, troublemakers. Your courage and what you say will get you retaliated against or fired. I know this too well. Passion is a very strong emotion of enthusiasm. Wal-mart! No, especially the emotional part.  Wal-mart has no feelings. They don’t care. Honesty is definitely a No. Why? Would you like to review Wal-Mart’s Unethical Behavior again? Selflessness through the lens of Wal-mart culture is not advocating on the associate’s behalf. Being proactive in Wal-Mart’s culture of destruction and sharing ideas with other associates are taken as if the associate is trying to form a union.

Wal-mart culture is everything of MAJOR importance becomes MINOR.  Everything of MINOR importance becomes MAJOR.  Internal Behavior is cut throat and the mission statement is Sink or Swim. There is NO FREEDOM just hard work. The associates are pushed to the brink.  Creativity doesn’t exist only traditional workforce behavior. Wal-mart lead and the associates follow. The associate’s fight for their PTO, vacation time, leave of absence, any time they have earned. It is a pure dictatorship. The associates are left with the blame and shame. Leadership belongs to Walmart Corporation, not the associates. Now go get your popcorn and watch V For Vendetta. Tell me if this movie reminds you of your life inside of Walmart? Maximize rules and chaos exists within this company.  Flexibility is not allowed in a company who is behind the times. Wal-mart mimics the behavior of their competitors. Leadership cannot be developed if the company doesn’t surround you with good people to help one grow.

The store manager (Mark Hoyt) thinks management and associates lie when he can’t understand what you are trying to communicate. Is Mark Hoyt trying to understand?  He still has his Ipad by his side.  End Of Days  Co-manager Theresa Renzetti was rewarded and is on the grocery side. Although she got the most calls to Home Office for her Intentional Behavior, the ethics hotline called numerous times, targets black, white, tan, beige and LGBT community she did not get bumped to leave the store or the company.   Co-Manager Theresa Renzetti played a role in getting rid of the few black managers and other members of management in the store. The courts out on the last and only Black assistant in the store who recently walked out of the store due to massive amounts of frustration and favoritism. Did you notice how more CBL’S (computer-based learning) popped up?  I give credit where credit is due.  Well, The Umbrella Corporation only controls and never communicates. How can a company grade an evaluation when they can’t be upfront about closing 63 stores without notice?  The person handing down information can’t be trusted at all.  There were 3,500 co-managers jobs slashed.  The last co-manager standing replaced Bruce Willis in the Last Man Standing Part II.  Who made the decision to keep Co-manager Renzetti in the Store. Was it the Market Team? The Store Manager? What role did HR, Home Office, and the Ethics Hotline play knowing what they know? Times Up! Whenever I mention Co-manager Theresa Renzetti name or the Store Managers name, Mark Hoyt, my name Linda Garrett is also mention in the process.  I want real transparency, the Butt-naked truth released, and most of all I am not hear to LIE or Slander any of these people.  Walmart always wants to hold the associates accountable but never take RESPONSIBILITY for Therese Renzetti Intentional Behavior.  Just to let you know I will not be Rolled Back because I’m not afraid.  I have been retaliated and discriminated against many times by Therese Renzette and Walmart looked the other way.   I did not wish to contain this information in the boundaries of store #2857 but to let everyone across the nation here MY VOICE.   When Wal-mart decide to put me on their clearance wall and clear me out I went down for the associates who have been bullied, harassed, self-esteem was at an all-time low, retaliated against and too afraid to speak out for fear of losing their job. I want the associates to remember the Texas Chain Saw Massacre of all the jobs Wal-mart have taken away. Remember how Wal-mart Corporation views the associates through their lens. Does Wal-mart care?

I”m sitting at the computer in my Black pants suit and my white rose is on top of the printer. An associate asks me once why I wasn’t afraid of Walmart.  My reply will always be Walmart cannot add to my Quality of Life.  Wal-mart has no Specialty to add TIME to my Life. Once you cross over into the world of the great scholars, for example, an endocrinologist, gastroenterologist, nephrologist, cardiologist, neurologist, radiologists you go to YouTube.  You turn on Jay-Z who is rapping 99 Problems So for me 99 problems and Walmart isn’t one will be my anthem to bring to the associates with Solutions.  Wal-mart started out with the lowest wages and locked many associates wages down. This corporate culture is built on Destructive, corruptible, and Intentional Behavior. Whatever Quality of Life I have left belongs to me. I own it. I live It. Wal-mart can not give me a TIME ADJUSTMENT ON MY LIFE. Wal-mart Corporations has NO CONTROL and NO POWER over my mind, body, and spirit.  Walking into a room where a doctor is holding your life chart, money and the material object will not be the first priority. Your Life and Time will rule the day. It doesn’t matter how much money Aka Babyface Doug McMillon has nor Wal-mart Corporation. They have no Power or Control over how long they will live or how much TIME.  They should put a new slogan on their wall if they can’t respect the individual or believe their own beliefs.  It should go like this.  You Thought Money was priceless. You thought Oil was priceless. You thought diamonds were priceless. Time is Priceless. Time to Respect Time and a Priceless Human’s Life.  These are people I want to know and show how the largest corporation in the world treat their employees. I am paying attention. These are progressive people on the move along with progressive movements.

Wal-Mart culture of destruction treats their associates as if they know absolutely nothing.  You have highly intelligent associates from all over the world. When I look over my shoulders I see future assistants, co-managers, and store managers within the associates. Wal-Mart is too afraid to create Teams.  The culture of Wal-mart doesn’t like teachers. Or you kidding me! They only teach you what they want you to know and that is just enough so you can’t take an assistant, co-managers, or the store manager position. Wal-mart tells their associates to upgrade their career preference when the job has been taken already. The job is posted and the management TEAM goes through the motions to fill in the blank.  As far as communication, Walmart is skilled players at miscommunication turning the associates against each other.  Their coaching process is a.) to show you are not promotable, b.) to avoid giving the associates a raise, c.) to rank your evaluation low so you or on your way out the door, d.) to keep the associates from transferring to another store. Big Picture is RETALIATION TIME.  The Hunger Games is on. Have you noticed even when you do get good evaluations you are not progressing forward toward a promotion? Do you feel you are locked into your position?  The same strategy is applied to the older associates who are locked into their salaries. The older hardworking associates get paid less. The associates who don’t work as hard or not at all get the same pay.  The new associates get paid more for no experience, less, or some experience. Bottom line is to set the Associates up for failure.

My jaw dropped when Patti McCord_former CEO of Netflix, Sundar Pichai_CEO of Google, and Susan Wojcicki_CEO of Yahoo address getting the best person for the job. All the best people are held back, force out, get fired. from Walmart.  The Team of HR. Market Managers, store manager,  Ethics Hotline all know about Co-Manager Therese Renzetti behavior.  The choice to keep Therese Renzetti in the store and put her on the Grocery Side is like jacking up the Impeachment Procedure.  The Elephants under the glass are obstructing justice placing the blame on the FBI. Did Devin Nunes (Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee whose House of Card crumbled, so did Kevin Spacey) get his message across? No, it was just like Wal-mart who never sends a message. You’re just out in the cold.

To Sundar Pichai: How many offenses would a manager or an associate have to make before you fire them? Would you be reluctant to fire a manager or an associate because of their race, sexual orientation, gender if they had been reported to HR numerous of times? Susan Wojcicki: McCord talks about the jerk on the job.  Would you fire the jerk’s when his behavior crosses the line and is not align with the company’s policy?  McCord also addresses what is best for the company. Would you fire the associate/manager whose Intentional behavior is not conducive to the work environment or both? Do you feel it was best for the company?  Do you feel it is right to aid and abet a worker because of prior lawsuits of harassment, gender stereotyping, sexual harassment, and retaliation against the company?   Would you remove an associates/manager whose Intentional behavior cause emotional distress toward their co-workers/ management and fear to the work environment? Would you keep the associate/manager out of fear they may retaliate against the company and file a suit based on their race, gender, sexual orientation?  Walmart is known for gender stereotyping and how bad they treat their employees. So it is Time to point out the wrongdoing, scandalous behavior, dishonesty, corruption, indecency, immoral, unprofessional, and whatever you observe that is not honest. We can now zero in on inappropriate language or behaviors. Now Ruby understands the meaning of IMPROPRIETIES.  It just needed to be explained. It did not go over Ruby’s head. Ruby hates to ask the question when she doesn’t understand because members of management make her feel as though she is stupid. Ruby has more pieces to the puzzle.  Well, Ruby, they may not have an answer or they may not understand themselves. If you look closer you will see who really knows. Sir Lawrence was really effective at explaining the word Treason

You would think as many times Walmart has gotten busted on their Intentional Behavior, the GINORMOUS corporation had to pay for Gender discrimination (to the tune of 11.7 million, dollars in 2013) they should exit the Titanic and try not to hitch a ride on the  Hindenburg.  Maybe this company loves being well documented. Time is up for Sexual Harassment, Harassment, Retaliation, Discrimination in the workforce. Time is Up for this negative behavior anywhere, any place at any time. Who granted the power and sent the wrong message that Intentional Behavior is the norm and Unintentional behavior should take the fall? Who put on their books Walmart is ABOVE the law? Reparation cannot take away the pain and agony one suffers or replace a human life. There is not enough money in the world to make it right.  General Snuffleupagus and his gang need to step outside their culture and see if they can Spotify a new generation, hear the Tidal Wave moving in their path and realize a new tsunami is coming to drown Walmart for their misdeeds. Sam Walton said no one should feel the need to leave the company. On that note, I say Run Forest Run.

Please don’t tell me you don’t read well.  Please don’t tell me you hate reading. There are auditory books. You listen! Okay, so you don’t have a computer. There is always the library. This is not about what you don’t have. This is about the ability to adapt to change.  We can find a way to work around the issue. If change is difficult for you to make try little baby steps. One day you will wake up and say, “I really have changed for the better.”   A library card is my golden passport to new knowledge and adventure. Thank You, Netflix for revealing the true purpose and value of HR and who they work for. HR works for the company, not for the associates. If Walmart is going to remodel their stores, go by the wayside of Automation then Walmart needs to be progressive in their policymaking. Reinvent HR or get rid of your HR. Well, Reuters, Glassdoor, and CNN Money I just want you to know CEO Doug McMillon and Walmart has a special place in my blog for Shit Hole Decisions. It took CEO DOUG McMILLON’s pay to jump from a whopping 19.4 million to 22.4 million in 3 years. What! The CEO got a 13% increase. Well, look who get a raise increase and bonus every year in a timely manner.  We know who hasn’t been with the company for 20 years.  Guess What! We also know Aka Babyface Doug McMillon will not receive an ONE TIME bonus for his service to the company for 20 years. Do the math (3 years of service}. Reuters, Glassdoor, and CNN Money can you believe an associate has to work 20 years for an ONE TIME Bonus of a $1000?  Walmart value the service of the associates at $50 a year.  Do you think this is a Shit Hole Decision.?

Walmart Corporation and Aka BabyFace Doug McMillon, CEO of Walmart, will take home the Global One-Eighty-Seven Award for the Murder of 63 Sam Club Stores from New York to Puerto Rico.  Seven Sam Store Clubs were closed in the Chicago area. Pretty nice neighborhoods. What’s Up with That?  Walmart associates are stun by these Shit Hole Decisions.  The associates are outraged by the one-time bonus and the numbers of years to obtain such a raise.  Walmart associates are pissed off at the suppressive wage (impede progress/delay or prevent development) for the countless years they spent at Walmart. Workers at Walmart realize NOW everyone at the entry-level will be paid more than the older associates. How does it feel to train a person that hasn’t been with the company for 2 minutes making more than an associate that has been with the company for 10 years or more?   The older workers feel this is another way of pushing them out of the company without a buyout or giving them an option to retire.  Do you think by getting rid of Sam Clubs Associate is Walmart’s way of avoiding paying benefits?   Who in the hell can afford to raise a child off of Wal-Mart so-called one-time pay increase?  Hours will be cut. The majority of managers step down to regular associates from the stress of Walmart not providing the appropriate tools to be successful in their job.  All the associates who are afraid to speak out just process what Walmart did to Sams Club.  Will store 2857 have a yellow ribbon wrap around the building for the latest crime scene? Did any of the Sams Club Stores try to form a union?  Every day when an associate pulls up on the parking lot they will wonder will their store be next.

What do Walmart associates have to lose by speaking out?  Your job could be the next One-Eighty-Seven.  I do not like those yellow vest.  If Home Office control the heat, the water, the toilet paper don’t let them control your breathing and your Voice. Stop being afraid and learn and know your rights. The Harassment, The Retaliation, The Bullying has to end. Time is truly up. The Me Too Movement is not just for the Recognizable Hollywood Swingers but for the Unrecognizable and for as Sly Stone would sing Everyday People. The Times Up MoveMent welcome you with open arms. The Seen and Not Heard will be Heard and Seen. If the associates want to start their own movement, get on it. Walmart has its website and their own radio station. This could be the associate’s hashtag CYA. Walmart Associates Movement could be COVER YOUR ASS.

Walmart Works For Walmart not for the associates.   Same deal if you have a problem and you take it to HR, Walmart Works for Walmart. So Aka Dougie Not So Fresh McMillon, CEO of Walmart, there are more movements coming into play. The Unions will not be the only ones riding your back.  To my MSNBC SWAT Team, CNN, ABC, Washington Post, Huffington Post, Daily Beast, Buzz Feed, The Root, Glassdoor,  and all the superstars of media who are under attack ask Aka CEO Doug McMillon these questions the next time he steps out front.

1.) What will Walmart do with the empty Sams Club buildings?

2.) Will these empty buildings be used for Warehouses to set up for the playbook to compete with Amazon the Great White Shark?

3.) Will  Walmart call any of the Sam Clubs Associates back?

4.) Why hasn’t Walmart stepped out front to denounce Trump Intentional Behavior because of Walmart’s 3 Basic Belief in their Company? Walmart’s 3 Basic Belief:  Serve Our Customer; Respect For The Individual; Strive For Excellence. I forgot they added the 4th one. It was Integrity. I’m still waiting for Walmart to stand by the first three beliefs. Integrity! That’s a joke.

5.) When will CEO Doug McMillon step out on the stage and say Walmart has been sold to China or maybe Russia? Who knows? They do. The Walton’s no longer own the company but has the majority of stock. Okay Then.

Did you forget the millions of dollars Walmart made off of food stamps? Many of the workers carry EBT cards and receive food stamp assistance. Will the increase in their pay change the eligibility of their food stamps? Will Walmart be willing to step in and pay the difference if these associates get cut from the food stamp program?  Look at the price the associates might have to pay for Walmart Inc. and Aka BabyFace Doug McMillon Shit Hole Decision.  One Time Only Bonus can affect these associate’s livelihood.  Walmart changed their price matching policy on October the 16. The coupon policy was also changed. This took a bite out of crime. Where is the money after these losses were corrected?  How many millions did Walmart make?

The highest Award of tonight will be granted to the 1% of Walmart Corporation, Aka BabyFace McMillon, top executives and top shareholders. The Stone Cold Greed Award is the Life Time Achievement Award for not giving a damn about the associates. It also entails making sure the Rich get Richer and Walmart Corporation leads by example.  The example is Donald Trump’s, it all belongs to Trump’s Tax Break. The big money dawgs will not miss one year receiving their bonuses. For sure it won’t be a one Time Bonus. Walmart Corporation leads by example and showed the associates how Walmart really feels and who the money all belongs to.

Trump’s Penus envy button, which Cialis, Levitra, and Vardenafil cannot fix, once again let Kim Jong-un off the hook due to age discrepancy.  Before I forget, Michael Wolf,  who wrote Fire and Fury, just briefly should be informed that the childlike behavior he witnessed presents a much stronger case when you use the term developmental delays. The question to ask is: How Old Is Trump developmentally?  What level or grade level is his mental processing? Would he be capable of running the country? How pervasive are these delays?   Trump did receive the  Erectile Dysfunction and numerous dishonorable mentions for his remark on Shit Hole Countries. Trump will receive the Ignoramus Presidential Award for not knowing, not trying to find out, and not giving a damn. What Corporation lead by Example? You guess it.

It was a heartbreak Thursday night on the 11th.  What would the reaction be facing off with the associates from other countries?  Unbelievable! All those years to develop friendships and relationships and guess who drove a dagger through the heart of COMMUNICATION.  One of the associates whom I have worked with for years stated he is from Ghana. He is very proud of his country. He made it clear that the man called Trump has shamed our country and make Shit Hole Decisions.  Well, the bubble was sitting on top of my noggin and here we are with a new story.  There have been so many Shit Hole decision made by Walmart.  The new store manager, Mark Hoyt buried his head in his iPad, divided the management team due to favoritism, and continue to let Therese Renzette run the store. The last store manager, Randall Addison made it clear he ran the store and control the toilet paper. We have lost many members of management and associates based on the RULE: The RULE is stated in the story Five Days Before Christmas and once again Co-Manager Therese Renzette is the star of the Bullying, Harassment, Retaliation, Discrimination, and Race.  The focus will be on the unlawful and unethical work practice under your protected rights Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. No Corporation should be BIG TO FAIL or TO BIG TO BE SUED. These are your RIGHTS as an AT-Will Employee.

1.) Types of Discrimination-age, disability, equal pay/compensations, genetic information, harassment, retaliation, sexual harassment,  national origin, pregnancy, race/color, religion, sex,  You have more protective rights.

2.) Promoting, pay raises, training, recruiting, hiring, firing, workplace testing, challenging a job loss, wages and overtime, family and medical leave, on the job safety and health, health insurance and retirement plans, unemployment disability and workers compensation insurance, union rights. Whether or not you work at Walmart. Learn about the Employment At-Will doctrine and the Three Major Exceptions: a.) Public Exception 43-50 states adopted this policy including Missouri. b.) Implied Contract Exception 38-50 states adopted this policy. c.) Covenant of Good Faith-11 states only. This is the most progressive policy.

THE RULE: CONSTRUCTIVE DISCHARGE ARISES WHEN AN EMPLOYER CAUSES AN EMPLOYEE WORK CONDITION TO BE SO DIFFICULT OR UNPLEASANT THAT A REASONABLE EMPLOYEE IN A SIMILAR POSITION WOULD FEEL COMPELLED TO RESIGN. THE EMPLOYERS ACTION MUST HAVE BEEN TAKEN WITH THE INTENTION OF FORCING THE EMPLOYEE TO QUIT. FOR WORK CONDITION TO BE SO INTOLERABLE AS TO ESTABLISH CONSTRUCTIVE DISCHARGE, THEY MUST BE INTOLERABLE NOT ONLY TO THE EMPLOYEE INVOLVED, BUT ALSO TO A REASONABLE AND OBJECTIVE EMPLOYEE IN A SIMILAR CIRCUMSTANCE.  AN EMPLOYEE WHO QUITS WITHOUT GIVING HER EMPLOYER A REASONABLE CHANCE TO WORK OUT THE PROBLEM IS NOT CONSTRUCTIVELY DISCHARGE.  Don’t worry Walmart culture is to be in CONTROL of the water, heat, toilet paper. Do not let them control your VOICE, MIND, and SPIRIT. Walmart is not willing to work with you. They love setting the associates up for failure.

The commonality at store 2857 is many associates have suffered the abuse of harassment, retaliation, discrimination, bullying, and punishment by Therese Renzette. The fear has to stop and your voice can be heard. I extend an open door for the associates in automotive, hardware, sporting goods, HBA, DSD, pets, lawn and garden, the service desk, front end cashiers, CSM, support managers,  assistant managers, co-managers, Grocery associates, stockers,  produce, maintenance, Capt. Team 1 &2, Bakery, Deli, Frozen, jewelry, electronics, housewares, chemicals.  I want Total Store to share their comments on this story. Before you make your comment think about all the Shit-Hole decisions made at store 2857 that affected you socially/emotionally. The same decisions that affected you physically and financially. Take the time and make a list. Think about the one TIME bonus you are about to receive and tell me are you worth more for all those years of service. Think about the 4 years CEO Doug McMillon has been with Walmart and what he has received for deceiving the associates. Click the button, tell your story, make the comment. Let your voice be heard.  What happened in this store should never happen again. The associates do not come to work to exist in an atmosphere of fear. So why is customer service down? It comes from the beating down of associates self-esteem by divisive tools of harassment, bullying, retaliation, discrimination, race.  You are protected against this Intentional Behavior under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Name your work practice violation that was used to set you up for failure.  There are a lot of ME TOO’s at Walmart. We are ready for TIME’S UP.

The loss of really good workers seems so unreal. Included in the decision of the one time raise, co-managers would be step down from their position if they could not find a store within 3 years to be promoted to a store manager positions.  This was a very old decision in Walmart’s policy initiated many years ago.  Under the old policy, it was 2 years for the co-managers to find a store. I have tracked this stores behavior for many years and documented the behaviors of each and every co-manager, assistant,  and the store manager that has come to store 2857 in my TIME from 2001-2018. Walmart will rid themselves of 3,500 Co-Managers position. My name is Linda Garrett and I will be the first to say Therese Renzette should be the first Co-Manager to go. Therese Renzette came to Walmart in 2007. She creates an atmosphere of fear at store 2857 and nothing has changed as of this day.  DSD can back me up. Today, Time is Up. What is Walmart’s culture? Their basic belief is FAKE NEWS TRUMP STYLE.

Yes, the new dress code should be changed to black.  Our nation has been placed on a global carpet of mourning abuse, harassment, retaliation, discrimination, and race.  The associates at Walmart share a common interest with the whole world. This would be the biggest class action lawsuit in history. This takes me back http://www.afj.org  where the associates can retrieve a wealth of information about Walmart and other cases. For now, I will limit Rule 23 (Class Action: Federal Rules of Civil Procedure) to store 2857. Thanks to all the mentors for sharing your knowledge. Hell To The No! No!

One of my favorite stories is Where Is Your Sense of Normal.  I have a gut feeling when this story is completed it will be among my favorites. I promised my granddaughter I would keep it brief and drive a stake through the heart of my point.  Reflecting back, I remember when folks on the opposite end of the spectrum wouldn’t use the word lie or call a person out as a liar. Well, the world demonstrated Top Guns of liars and behaviors that manifested with our highest ranking government officials and presidential contenders.  The new word in Mr. Rogers neighborhood is Tyranny or Tyrannical. These two words will run the gamut of Suicide By Corporation to Suicide by Government. It is all about Accountability. There is a greater story to be told. Several main ingredients have been overlooked.

Before you clock into work or pull the lever down on election day think about how your days will begin or end. Think about how the next store manager or next presidential contender will affect your life. How much quality of life will you have left to call your own? Do you really want the next store manager or the next president to be cruel, unpredictable, unreasonable, irrational, an oppressive dictator, ruthless and shows no mercy? Do you want to live in a world where tyrants rule and hold true to their heart the philosophy of ” Let Them Hate So Long As They Fear and “I Have The Right To Do Anything To Anybody.”  You are now sitting at the table and partying with the number 1 tyrant and 3rd Emperor of Rome, CALIGULA.  Humiliation was Caligula strength. As you listen to the contender’s speech you will hear him speak of Humiliation. This contender constantly Humiliates his opponents.  When hearing the words, “I Am Your Voice”  my mind went into the mode of Hell To The No! No!  A voice rose from the ashes and said: “I know the system and I along can fix it.” Well, Caligula did too. He won the hearts of the people and paid them off. Caligula won the trust of his special OMEGA Military Death Squad and paid them off.  Promise the Senate there would be no more treason against them. Yeah, Right! Every party must come to an end. Guest What! Caligula turned on everybody, trusted no one, and killed At-Will and it wasn’t in Good Faith.  Caligula changes the way Rome would be ruled forever. He wanted to be a God and worshiped as a God at the moment in time of his life.  Caligula life ended in a Blood Bath. The pain and suffering of the people, senate, and the high-ranking officials were forced to kill him.  Do you really think the contender wants to be President or God? Hell To The No! No! It ain’t happening in this life.

Many associates have lived through the first half of oppression and dictatorship with one of the largest corporation in the World, Walmart. On July 20th, 2016 our store manager stood in front of the morning meeting and announced he would be leaving the store. Randall Addison would be exploring other opportunities. Yeah, Right! Our store lost faith in Walmart’s system. Addison had adopted the policies of Caligula. “Let Them Hate So Long As They Fear” and “I Have The Right To Do Anything To Anybody.” Addison had been marched to the guillotine but no blade was placed into the machine. Randall Addison was taken in front of a firing squad many times but the guns never had ammunition. The reason could have been a rocket cart of ammunition sat next to a pallet of Federal Ammunition for 3 days in the back hallway across from the store managers office. Finally, the small shell bullets were put away. As far as the pallet of Federal Ammunition when I left on Saturday 23rd, 2016 someone had taken the time to pull the pallet of ammunition in a corner to the left of the time clock. That pallet has remained in the back hall for over a week. The Vice-President of Regional had made a store visit in the same time frame. I wonder if they notice that pallet of ammunition sitting on the floor. Wow! Talking about a violation.  Managers have been demoted for leaving pallets on the floor.  Associates are coached for petty mistakes.  It all depends on what is important to Walmart Corporation and what is in plain view.  A store manager who failed the store and failed the associates BIG TIME. No One Can Exceed Expectation or Evolve when constantly set up for failure.  It has been a long hard journey in an extreme, abusive, and hostile environment.  The associates were beaten down and mentally raped.  To keep these violations from ever happening again take the following steps:

If this process works for you, Cool! The associates can also go outside the system and get in touch with Human Rights Commission, EEOC, and FEPA or get an Employment Attorney.

A similar process was used by the associates calling on their Market Team to solve the problems at store #1802 Winemaker Road, Topeka Ks. Randall Addison was given the opportunity to explore other areas and landed on the doorstep of store #2857 Boardwalk Square, Kansas City Mo. in the year of our Lord 2012.

It is not over.  When you do not take a stand you will endorse everything and anybody. Do not peep through the holes of an armor and live in the Shadows of Intimidation. Hell To The No! No! Dismount and hold Walmart Corporation Accountable. The shield you wear is to protect your rights. As the changing of the guards take place to keep the guards that will help the progressiveness of policy, pay-raises, promotions and that which will move Walmart Corporation Forward. If Walmart Corporation refuses to move Forward, exit stage left Snagapus.  The associates can no longer be held hostage and can not thrive in an atmosphere induce by Hatred and Fear. Hell To The No! No!

An extra measure has been taken. I will continue to file against the assistant manager and Co-manager who followed the directives of a failed manager, Randall Addison. I have sent letters to CEO of Walmart, Doug McMillon and everybody I could think of. I will not pull the lever down and sit at the table and party with the Caligula’s of the world. Hell To The No! No!. I will no longer be placed in a strategic position by Walmart Corporation and let them blame me and other associates for a job when they failed to hire more people and provide the necessary tools to help us be successful. Moving Forward and taking a stand today and forever more We The People pay great homage to Hell To the No! No!  The associates of Walmart will no longer be forced into a SUICIDE POSITION. Hell To The No! No! Pull the lever there is another way out.
