June 2014- My Friend With The Yellow Pen

There is a lot of information in the syllabus SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES, WALMART STORES, INC. v. DUKE ET. AL What I find strange is the documentation from the associates supports a definite pattern of Intentional Behaviors of how Walmart takes control over everything.  Do you have a breathing mask? All the oxygen gets sucked up out of the room when you mention Walmart.  Why? It is Walmart’s World. You would think a new CEO coming in would want to make positive changes. No! It is initiation day for CEO Doug McMillon to show Walmart appoints all the people in their company. You can work your A** off but once again if you are not the Anointed you will not be Appointed. It has nothing to do with the size of the company but it has everything to do with how rotten the company has operated, the rights of the people in the company who are violated, and all of the labor violations that are broken.  No matter how big the size of the fruit if the core is rotten the fruit is rotten and can be replaced with something else.  Walmart is not the only alternative.

CEO Doug McMill0n enter this company knowing all the problems that existed at Walmart.  He gets an F.  A new plan was implemented to take effect on March 5, 2016.  Not only did the associates get milked by Walmart but the 2% increase was a slap in the face.  The associate realized they had been hosed down.  The  40, 50, and 60 cents (standard, exceed, role model) went to spoiled milk. The associates are nickeled and dime to death. If you are a top worker you will receive the same as a bad worker. It will take more years to max out which is a shame when the CEO doesn’t get maxed out. None of the top Dawgs in the company are held accountable for their sins.  They screw up and get GI-NOR-MOUS BONUSES, remain on the board, wreck cars, or skip prison time.

So the CEO is the Big Daddy or the highest-ranking executive in the company whose major responsibilities is making sure he is keeping all the money on company turf, for his investors, and tripling his salary instead of the associates. I thought CEO Doug McMillon main responsibilities include developing and implementing high-level strategies making major corporate decisions managing the overall operations and resource of the company. If CEO DOUG-GIE FRESH is the bullhorn for communication in Walmart, well the associates must all be deaf or need hearing aids. Who stole my battery out of my hearing aid?  On top of it, all the associates got screwed again. The only growth and the development CEO DOUG-GIE FRESH or CEO Doug McMillon AKA Babyface Nelson is watching is the green growing out of his pockets. Between the board of directors and corporate operations, this brother sits in many chairs and figures out a way to bank all the dough for his crew not for me or you.   November 2013-Lucy And The Football Taken Away will help connect the dots.

Read and Pay close attention to items 1-9 in this story.  The new plan takes away from all long-term associates benefits.  Grandfathered in associates are totally out. Every reward to benefit an older associate or associates who worked for the company many years has been taken away. The raise an associate would receive is worse than 2% milk. This plan definitely pushes the older associates away. This is what Walmart wanted to do all along. From the time Walmart has put up the Now Hiring sign, there haven’t been people knocking on Walmart’s door to get in. As a matter of fact, associates from other stores have come in to help with store #2857 inventory. Who fired and ran all the associate off?  Mistreatment of associates and turnover is destroying Walmart.   Let’s focus on something in the Northland that’s a major shake-up and MONUMENTAL.

Costco is coming to town. Ray Kroc (the real-estate King for putting the McDonald Burgers on the map)  would be screaming from the top of his lungs, “LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.”  The new Costco will be located off of 152 and Platte Purchase Drive. LOCATION baby! Here is a company that apologizes for not raising their minimum wages. A company that has invested and valued their employees. Costco focuses on minimizing their employee turnover and maximizing keeping their associates happy with good health benefits and a pretty darn good salary.  A company that donated land to Platte County School District. CEO Craig Jelinek spoke out in favor of the minimum wage. After that speech, Costco profited $537 million for the business quarter.  According to Fortune Magazine in 2011 the average worker at COSTCO made $45,000 compared to WALMART $17,486. Who do you think to invest in their associates? Say it with me now. COSTCO! The Assistant managers coming to Walmart only makes $43,000 to get the HELL DOG OUT. Do you hear me Sethy? Take heed! What! Shut Up!  HAMMER TIME! You Can’t Touch This!  A company through their lens understand what it takes to lift people out of the poverty level and sustained the middle class.  Costco is on the MOVE.  Other corporations are falling in line.  A company who cares about their reputation and not bent on destruction.  See There! It didn’t matter about Walmart size. Costco is a company with positive plans. Quality v. Quantity will win every time.

This is WHY the MEDIA should focus their TIME and ENERGY on companies or people who are doing what works for the country.  My friend with the yellow pen this is KEY for the CONTENDERS also. There are many people in the Northland knows how Walmart treats their associates.  It would take many years to get nowhere in a company bent on having everything for themselves and their investors. A company who will not apologize for keeping their associates down and making billions off of Welfare. Walmart has lost many customers and associates. The same will play itself out in the election. Either way, what comes down the pipeline is Lost Of Respectability.  Whoever you ENDORSE your RESPECTABILITY can go right down the pipeline.  You are unconventional and as useless as Tarsands. Let’s take a look at all the INTENTIONAL BEHAVIOR and COVERS ups to keep the money in their home court.  This story takes a glimpse of how corporations and franchises invest in themselves and let their employees suffer abuse in their home court from physical, social/emotional, psychological damages. Investment in Investors instead of the people who put these companies and franchises all over the map. Charles Fishman published an article on the Walmart You Don’t know and his bestseller rated by New York Times, The Walmart Effect.  The will be no more Secrecy.   Strange how his article focuses on the BIG OLD COMPANIES Walmart went after. Let’s see if we can step inside and familiarize yourself with Walmart strategies of getting rid of the OLD. It was Mit Romney who said, “Corporation Are People.”   Older Corporation should be able to file Age Discrimination. What is it about the aging Walmart has problems against? I’m Just Saying. If we don’t know we know now. Including into Walmart plans should be a buyout. I’m not talking about no cheesy cheap plan to pay the associates $1000 per year for every year they have worked for Walmart. Sounds like the plan offered when the ZMS positions were slashed. It has been the case where people came to Walmart and slipped on a grape and were paid a million dollars. Yet associates who have given years of loyal service is ripped off by not getting any BENEFITS from this company. Did the associates get Jacked?  Yes, it is ALL ABOUT THE  BENJAMINS BABY. Where is the BENEFIT BABY? A big piece of the puzzle.

This story MIRROR IMAGE the story My Friend With The Yellow Pen. The New Year was coming in. I have made several corrections since then. Here is an example.  Legion was corrected to LEGEND with my new pen. Admitting you made a mistake is no sin. I will carry on then.   Assistant Manager Stephanie Pope made a public service announcement. She gets on the PA or intercom system and wishes only one associate Happy New Year, Happy Birthday, and congratulates him on becoming Assistant Manager. Sad because that very announcement made a lot of associates angry at support manager Jake. Many of the associates felt they had worked they’re a** off and did not get wished a Happy New Year. Another strategy to keep the associates angry at each other so the focus is not on the real issue of the company, store manager, and the same members of management who are causing absolute chaos. Sounds familiar My Friend With The Yellow Pen. Well, Stephanie Pope is no longer at #2857 because of the RULE, an Abusive/Intolerable, Hostile environment.  Now she may have gone to another store but she definitely walked out of store #2857 also because of the store manager or other members of management.

The announcement of support manager Jake taking this position sent one of the CSM into a tailspin.  She eventually left the store and transferred to another Walmart store only to find out the store manager brother-in-law is now the store manager. Jake, you might want to RETHINK the tap on the shoulder. Is it worth it?   CEO Doug McMillon gave his Okay Placke stamp or validation when he gave a Tap On The Shoulder to an associate who only had been with the company for two years. Associates have stood in line for years were passed up. DSW SHOE-IN ruled the market.  No matter how hard you work the opportunity was not there. The very Tap on The Shoulders strips Walmart of Respectability. Walmart’s World is shrinking. The Tap on the shoulder is definitely not worth the pay.  The Tap On The Shoulder is like the Adam’s Family Groove.  They do what they wanna do. Say what they wanna say. Live how they wanna live. Play how they wanna play. Dance how they wanna dance. Kick and they slap a friend. The Walmart Family!  This is not Legit!  Whenever Doug McMillon is ready to apologize I will be listening.

March 2015-CEO Doug McMillon__AKA Babyface Nelson

Looks can be quite deceiving.  CEO Doug McMillon’s baby face didn’t fool me at all. Yep! A new CEO rolls into town with an innocent look only to rip off the associates and triple his salary. CEO Doug McMillon got an F then and he gets an F now. What did COSTCO do? They tripled the salary of the associates. Who cares about their people. Say it with me now. COSTCO!  Walmart associates got less than 2% milk from the new so so-called plan that took effect on March 5, 2016.  CEO Doug McMillon, you are being called out to step down from your position. COSTCO CEO rolled up and took the lead. The associates from Walmart no longer needs to be lead by a FAILED CEO who kept the great map makers in the SHADOWS.   The pieces of the puzzle are lining themselves up. The role out of Walmart wage increase was an admission of guilt. Do you think CEO Doug McMillon will ever apologize? He has issued an even worse plan for the associates.  All the associates reading this story can find out about Walmart team leaders.  Remember the movie, Whatever Happen To Baby Jane? Whatever happened to Patrick Shanks?  He was the store manager close connection for a minute. Walmart has a big problem of not taking care of the management team who creates an atmosphere of fear. The bullies can change their mind and CONVINCE their reflection (the store manager) to stay in the store and continue to terrorize the associates.  It’s all good because who will they terrorized after all the associates say ENOUGH is ENOUGH and leave.

It has already come to pass. CEO Doug McMillon has continued to lead from the bottom. How can he tell his employees he has done a good deed when the CEO of COSTCO was humble enough to apologize for not giving their associates more than what Walmart associates will ever receive in their working lifetime. CEO Doug McMillon playbook will never make it to the bestseller list. CEO Doug McMillon did NOT exceed Walmart’s Expectation. COSTCO has put Walmart on Front Street. It starts from the top. So the problem will not be resolved because of FAILED LEADERSHIP. This same FAILED LEADERSHIP is the pattern of behavior of the store manager and his crew.  CEO Doug McMillon is his worse PR NIGHTMARE.  Walmart made out like they have done so much for the associates.  YEAH RIGHT! Costco is in a league of their own. The temp agencies are scooping all the associates up from Walmart who were wrongfully fired and forced out by Constructive Discharge, an intolerable abusive hostile environment.  The retaliation, harassment, and discrimination is over the top.  The temp agencies place Walmart’s formal associates in higher paying jobs after 30-90 days depending on the company. It takes 30 years or more at Walmart to get a halfway decent salary and your salary is maxed out at a rate of $20.00. Unbelievable! This is not decent or Legit at all. By that time you are too tired and too old.  Your health is shot to hell from the many years of Walmart stringing you along,  and stressing the associates out.

March 2015-The Final Straw__CEO Doug McMillon

Well, not quite.  The Empire Strikes Back. The associates got pushed off the bridge with the so-called new PTO (Paid Time Off) package. Ripped off and Jacked Up.   The 1% who receives 100% increase in salaries and a whopping Bonuses never max out. Check their salaries out. Lee Scott in 2005 received $15.7 million dollars. In 2006 Lee Scott receive a package of $29.7 million dollars. Can you imagine what his package would look like today?  Mike Duke salary is the kicker. Who said crime doesn’t pay. His top off was $140 million and his stock was $200 million. Good, Grief Charlie Brown!  Bill Simon former CEO of Walmart salary was $ 11.8 million.  CEO Doug McMillon straight out LIED.  In 2015 his bonus was $1,035,019. His salary coming into Walmart was 9.5 million and skyrocketed to 25.6 million. Now you know it is time to call for CEO Doug McMillon RESIGNATION when you got Target offering $15.50, T.J. Max offering $13.50, Amazon $14.25. Come On Now! Walmart needs to cease construction of opening more stores.   Stop shutting down stores and remodel the older stores with the latest technology.  Get rid of the same members of management that have abused, retaliated, humiliated, and created an atmosphere of fear in an intolerable environment. Give the Associates a real PAY INCREASE and offer a decent buyout or retirement package for those who wish to move on.

It was Black Friday, November 2012 in the story Please Proceed__Get The Transcript.  KORY LUNDBERG, Senior Manager and Head of Sustainability Communication stated the average Walmart associate makes an average of $12.00 an hour. He LIED! KORY LUNDBERG in 2012 was the plain old Walmart Spokesman. What a jump. Hmmm!  Where is David Tovar when you need him? Tovar was picked up by a former associate of Walmart who recognized Tovar skills. Connected dots of this story can be linked to Screamers, Shouters, Shouters   He overcame the lies he told, cleaned up his act and took it on the road. He was the PR President of Communication for Walmart who wasn’t the anointed.  PLEASE stop lying about the associate’s salaries. Really! From $9.00 an hour to finally $10.00 an hour, Walmart will lead a Pathway to find jobs for new associates which will pay better salaries from other companies.  Why worry about being terminated from a small salary but graduating with a better salary and more opportunity from companies who INVEST in their associates.  Walmart will wear the stigma of Low-End Jobs targeting the communities of the impoverished, people who are not well-educated, and newcomers from foreign countries.

Once again we see the store manager and his two homies (same members of management) putting the associates through pure hell with the denial of transfers, retaliation, discrimination, excessive surveillance, forcing associates out without giving them the right to resign or retire. Personal Discussions and Coaching was a strategy used by Walmart to take your Evaluations down to totally avoid wage increase. It was also used as a means to keep associates locked in the store so they could not transfer, get promoted, or a raise. The store manager, Randall Addison locked in all of his management team with the exception of one manager who later walked out of the store.

We need Henry Waxman, former Chairman of the Government Reform Committee on the case. He held the Tobacco Industry Accountable and made them do anti-smoking ads. Henry Waxman can come back and hold Walmart accountable.   Waxman can make Walmart do Human Right Commission ads and pay for all the injustice ever done to any Walmart associate. Yes, the associates jump through hoops for less pay and the wage increase as of today is not competitive.  It is a suppressive wage for all the associates who have stayed. Yes, it does hinder the development of all workers in their job performance. Hours are slashed as a strategy to increase wages and bring in new associates at Walmart every day low prices.  Once again the sign was up to hire more people. Maybe if Walmart stops setting people up for failure, pay their associate a decent wage, and get rid of the members of management that have called all the chaos and create an atmosphere of fear. Climate change in the environment of Walmart is very abusive, intolerable and hostile.

Kicked out of every corner in Walmart you will come to understand why They Painted Me As The Enemy-December 2012. Walmart is not an Inclusive Environment. It is Walmart’s World. Walmart Works For Walmart. Every right a human life need to fight for will be violated and swept under the rug by Walmart. I want the associates to understand it is not HR playground. As associates, you have the right to bring in outside help when you don’t feel your complaint has been heard and no appropriate action has been taken. It is called a check and balance system. For all those associates who feel HR will pick up the tab go with HR.  For the associates who feel they have exhausted talking to management and their team of people, you can bring in Human Rights Commission. I was talking to Sall, an exceptional worker who came from Africa. Sall has since left the company. Sall made it clear he came to America for liberties.  Through his lens, he wanted to be so much more within the company but Walmart has its anointed.   He was tired of all the switching around and working so many departments because of understaffing.  He did not want to become bitter and felt there was no opportunity at store #2857.  Sall did not like living in silence.  He was afraid if he spoke out the consequences would be great. Well, Sall was absolutely right about the consequences. You will be harassed, retaliated under excessive surveillance, and discriminated against. As I said once before you are now the ENEMY. We can connect the dots to Message To The People-December 2013. Why did all of the foreigners disappear? What really happened.

Hi! I’m Linda Garrett at store #2857. This story was motivated by Assistant Manager Seth Blakely. He was out doing his CBWA (Coaching By Walking Around) There were long lines at the front end and on register 1. Ms. Theresa line was backed up. I was coming down to register 5 but when I got to register 7 there was Assistant Manager Seth and support manager Jake standing out in front of the register. I approached him to ask for more assistant. He was pissed off. He turns to me and said I was a SNITCH. Yep! I knew he had read one of my stories or had been called on the carpet. Bottomline, Ms. Theresa is no longer there. Her dismissal was truly a Wrongful Termination. Assistant Manager Seth Blakely said, “If I have to get on a register I don’t need you running the front end.”  Wow! Waiting for the people who pay your salary is beneath management.

I have made so many lists to see the Intentional patterns of Behaviors Walmart has inflicted on the associates. When you focus on the money you can’t see what Walmart has in store for the associates. The lists in this story consist of a website when Walmart tells us “if you don’t like it go somewhere else.”  Another list in this story tells of the blacks who were fired and singled out. The lost of a black assistant manager who was replaced by another assistant black manager immediately to cover Walmart’s A**. Another list was constructed to show  I have taken an interest in the associates. The associates are not to be considered as familiar strangers.  Since that list was generated 11 associates are no longer on the list. Deshanti and Joey you are sadly missed.

There once was an LGBT community in Walmart. Have the list but they are all gone. Were these associates targeted? Hmm! So were the Disabled. Hmm! Have the list. This is connected to Message to the People-December 2013 where all the foreigner disappeared from the grocery side of the store. Have the list. Hmm! Something is seriously wrong with this picture. Do you think Walmart has a DISCRIMINATION PROBLEM?

Then there was the rollout of the survey on the wage increase or an admission of failure.  CEO Doug McMillon gets an F big time.  Once again suppressive wage not competitive with other companies. Low wages contributed to Walmart success, not the associate’s success. Costco CEO Craig Jelinek understand what turnover, low wages can do to the company and what investing in the associates can do for the company. Walmart wants ultimate control even over the air you breathe. There was a disconnect in the store with the store manager Randall Addison. If you want to connect with HR call 913-268-7904. October 2015-Charlotte’s Web__Redemption Times

Charlotte has left the gate and transferred to BEBE ARKANSAS. She was sick and tired of the punishment she received from Theresa (Trez) Renzetti and Diane Statler.  It is TIME to learn to advocate. Charlotte’s Web__ Redemption Time will demonstrate the questions you need to ask management or someone you can place a grievance with. A list of agencies was compiled in this story so the associates would have an equal balance. Walmart is not the only option for the associates to get their problems resolve. Peep inside this story. The associates will find more help and realize they are not alone. Walmart has no inclusive environment. Developing friends and relationships is a major threat to Walmart Inc.  Strategies for Walmart is to keep the chaos going among the associates and let the anger take over. It feels like you are locked inside a Trump Rally and the LIES keep pouring in.

What is important to Walmart?  Check out the salaries of the Walmart family. Find out what are the salaries of the people backing the 1%.  Why did Assistant Manager Stephanie Pope walk out? What is Constructive Discharge?  Find out who was the only manager that did not get a development needed.  So WHY would the assistant manager walk out?  What Co-Manager went to the floor and discuss the lock-in of the negative evaluations handed down by the store manager Randall Addison? Who did Randall Addison CONVINCE to come to store #2857 after he had destroyed the store and the morale of store #1802 in Topeka, Kansas?  Why hasn’t HR intervened?  What purpose does HR serve?  Who does HR work for? What action should be taken when the Store Manager and the Co-Manager failed to correct their Intentional Behavior? Who did Co-Manager Theresa Renzetti CONVINCE to stay at store #2857 after all of the years of harassment, retaliation, and discriminating against the associates? Are the daytime associates dreading her coming back to days? In the words of Baritone Barry White, Sho Your Right.   Who created the abusive, intolerable, and hostile environment?  What other members of management have followed the directives of the store manager and the Co-Manager?  Who would the associates like to see ousted from the store?

I want to say this to Sir Lawrence O’Donnell, Knight of the Roundtable of MSNBC, I know each member of management is reading these stories. On Friday night once again another CBL was due to all of a sudden.  There are keywords that are dropped by each member of management to let me know they have read the story.  Co-manager Therese (Trez) Renzetti stood over my head with support manager Jake alongside her.  The Key Word was Allison. It was to let me know she read the story or she is still in contact with Assistant Manager Allison out on 40 hwy. store #4553.  Jake seems to keep popping up. Hmmm!  Other keywords dropped by Co-Manager Trez is Reasonable Associate and Keeping It Real.  Assistant Manager Seth Blakely keywords are No one is Untouchable, he will use the word harassed in a sentence, or the word excessive surveillance in a sentence. Co-Manager Ben Abbott came in one morning and said he could not speak and I knew exactly what story he had read.  I was back in the office with Assistant Manager Dianne Statler and out of the clear blue, she said she liked CEO Doug McMillon. Good for Dianne Statler. He still gets an F in my book. Furthermore, we were nowhere near the subject of discussing the CEO. Reading is fundamental and I’m glad they are all reading.

This is the WORLD WIDE WEB so the rest of the world is reading also. These managers will not silence my VOICE.  I will use the media, FaceBook, Twitter, StumbleUpon, WordPress and any means of communication to let the world know how rotten the associates have been treated by certain members of management, the store manager, and Walmart Corporation. In the meantime, HR stood by and did nothing.  CEO Doug McMillon played on the bullies playground with the Walton family.  He did not take a stand for the associates. Failure of management from the top brings failure of management to the bottom. CEO Doug McMillon filled his pockets with gold and took everything away from the associates.  It was hard going back through reading all these stories and reliving what I work every night. The retaliation has never ceased, nor the harassment, nor the discrimination.

Reflecting back, so many GOOD ASSOCIATES were lost.  GOOD ASSOCIATES that were denied the opportunity of a promotion because they were not the anointed.  I want these members of management to look down and view what their destructive Intentional Behavior cost store #2857. I want these members of management to know when it was time to stand against the store manager they did nothing but followed a failed person lead. These managers have no balls, tenacity, or guts to stand up for the associates. Sir Lawrence O’Donnell let these words be the new keywords for these members of management who don’t give a d**n about the associates.

December 2015-Grandma Had No Thesaurus

Grandma called you out. She did not have big fancy words.  Grandma thought people who were scripted are fake.  Grandma believed in keeping it simple and breaking it down in laymen terms so when you walked away from you either leaked blood of you knew if you were going to either live or die. Grandma had her way of explaining the rules or the law. In this story Grandma wants you to understand why people don’t like old people and the knowledge the great ones possess. Read and learn what Grandma wanted you to know about Rule 23, Rule 68, force arbitration and cases that are debatable and when cases are considered moot. Grandma wanted you to know who are the Justices of the Supreme Court and where they stood on court issues.  Grandma wanted everyone to have their day in court.

To the associates: You have more rights than you think you do. Please stand up for your rights and let your voice be heard. There were many incidences that happened.  The associates may not have understood what has happened to them. Every person cannot look and learn.  It is time to learn the laws or rules to keep the associates from being in the shadows.  This story wraps around the pieces of the puzzle and connects all dots for a much bigger picture. Walking in the door in 2001-2016 is a much greater picture of living inside of Walmart. Accepting myself for who I am and using what others call a deficit has become my greatest strengths. Trenches

I listen for many years to the media hype and BS. I would constantly think about if it was only some kind of way to reach these people and let them know the Sh… you are reporting is what we are living. Get your A… from behind your desk and get into the TRENCHES and find out the TRUTH.  Well, I guess some of the media found that out with Ferguson. The story is not flowing like you are reporting it. What comes next was absolutely wonderful. Thank You, FACEBOOK, TWITTER, INSTAGRAM, PINTEREST, and the many social network sites. Now I could reach out and express how I felt about the tired butter glazed A.. that sat on the couches too long and called themselves the media. I was so sick of that old George Will and Corky Roberts set up. The Knights of the round table who couldn’t tell if it was day or night. There were three letters in the alphabet I really did not care if my children learned and that was ABC. I thought George Will was the most prejudice, insensitive commentator ABC ever had. Now George Will is RECYCLABLE to FOX NEWS.  You know what is disturbing to me, I don’t want to ever see that frozen look on any commentators face like Corky Roberts had in fear she may lose her job if she challenged George Will.  Fox News Media outlet never gets from behind their desk and seek the TRUTH.

Mika Brzezinski ain’t no way  Rachel Maddow, Melissa Harris-Perry, Joy Reid, Krystal Klear Ball, and Karen Finney would let Joe Scarborough get away with the comments he gets away with on the Morning Show. Don’t you become a Corky Roberts?  Let Joe Scarborough know this is not  Scarborough Country. Get in Joe’s grill and get out and into the TRENCHES  so you don’t look so passive or despondent. James Brown said It Is A Man World but he was like Ike Turner’s brother. ABUSIVE! Here we go with the Knights of the round table whose A… need to be checked at the door by one of the above commentators. Bill Kristol got to go. Get an update. To MHP this is my answer to the Angry Black Woman Comment. The jokes are no longer funny nor cute. What female commentator will try to stroke one of the men who come off like a total A… hole? That would be you, Joe Scarborough. This is the only part of the MSNBC format that I don’t like. It is not because these guys are Republicans but are total A…  While it is on my mind Mashable came out with a really good article on Sunday written by Heather Pool. Check out 35,000 Feet: Where Sexual Harassment Can Still Get A Pass. No! Ray Rice does not get a Pass Regardless if he told the TRUTH. Social Media or TMZ  put a big dent in Ray Rice career. Why do you think people hate the TRUTH? It does not make a ship sail smoothly because one tell the TRUTH. People prefer a LIE or MIT.

Where is Jane Skinner? Jane Skinner is the wife of Roger Goodell. I haven’t seen here come out and stand by her man or does this signal a different viewpoint.What Is Happening Now With Jane Skinner? How is it earthly possible to live with a woman who doesn’t know anything about domestic violence?  Don’t you find that a little strange?  She was a commentator for FOX NEWS and you mean to tell me this subject has never come across her desk in all the years she was on FOX NEWS. If Jane Skinner had gotten out in the TRENCHES and learn about the abuse that women have gone through for many years maybe Roger Goodell wouldn’t be scrambling for help.  Roger Goodell could not find one African-American Female On The Road To Recovery. Shut Up! Is it just me?  Do people who become so filthy rich detach themselves from the outside world, turn a blind eye, and say their money will make it go away?  The rich sure don’t resign from their jobs, do they? I wonder what kind of answer Ann Romney would give on domestic abuse. Hey! I’m just saying.

Roger Goodell is the poster child for breaking the cycle of TOO BIG TOO FAIL. He failed miserably. Get into the Trenches with me. He wheeled all the power and made money for all of the Billion Dollar Babies.  Goodell is not along. J.P. Morgan and Chase, Goldman Sachs, Bill Simon, Lee Scott, Mike Duke (RECYCLABLES of Walmart), all the governors, senators, congressman, judges (Mark Fuller especially)  and a host of major players who keep their jobs and refuse to resign or step down. What a culture! Why can’t the cycle of abuse start at the top and not at the bottom?  Can we just get started?  What messages does this send to women and children?  Is it okay to beat the hell out of a woman and child because people like  Roger Goodell made money for their owners and they are fully vested in their culture?  I guess in this case old habits will die hard. These habits need to die.

Civilization has evolved. Abusing women and dragging their bodies around is very uncivilized. Beating children until their body look likes a grill rump roast doesn’t fly. INTENTIONAL behaviors had been inflicted on many women and children. Who tried to mask the behaviors?  What happens when denial is part of your game plan? How much psychological damage is done? How many years will it take?  How much trust can you put into a culture which only has the players and top money dawgs interest as their first priority?  In the African-American community mental Illness, domestic violence, rape, child abuse are very hard topics to talk about to people.  I am African-American and I will gladly spin out a story on what happens when you start talking about Mental Illness.  Get into the TRENCHES with me for now.

Doug McMillon, Ceo of Walmart,  I have read the Syllabus, SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES, WAL-MART STORES, INC. v. DUKES ET AL.    I just wanted to add to the Roberts Courts decision-making process. This is how it looks from the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART.  Doug McMillon, it just can’t be all about WAL-MART.   The CEO stepped upon the stage and had a YOUTUBE MOMENT.  I am not a HATER. Two thumbs up and a WOOPTY-DOO for the Walmart stock associate, IWALANI JANANN MUIFA OPUPELE PSZYK who was promoted to an assistant manager.  The video Walmart Associate Receive Promotion Live On Stage gave validation to the unjust ways of  Wal-Mart’s promotion practices.   The native-born Hawaiian moves from store 1456 in Evanston Wyoming to store 1461 in Rock Springs Wyoming.

Now let me move this story over. There are so many associates across the nation who has been standing in line and waiting for years for their turn to be promoted into a program which is practically non-existence due to their race.  The associates who do their jobs so well are tight cast in.  It is a detrimental sin. Associates have stood by and watch management’s Families, Bro’s, and In-laws (FBI)  crush their dreams while they are pushed back to the floor to remain.  Near the end of their shift, they had to go to the back room and bend once again.

Reading through the Syllabus, the Ceo, Doug McMillon, demonstrated the following on stage.  The appointment of an associate for the assistant manager program carried out by the tap on the shoulders whether they deserve it or not.   I am not saying she doesn’t deserve it. Did Doug McMillon stop and think about all the associates that have worked for WAL-MART for many years vs. two years?   Dreams shattered and stolen for all the associates who will be overlooked because there is no real assistant manager program to apply for. What are the criteria for the assistant management program?  What will IWALANI JANANN MUIFA OPUPELE PSZYK training consist of?   There is no written information on what she will be training for.  How can other associates apply?  Where is it posted? Is it on the Wal-Mart wire? Anytime management wants to pull a rabbit out of their  A.. they will. WAL-MART has the rights to change their policy and procedure at any given TIME to benefit their needs. “WAL-MART works for WAL-MART.”  Wal-Mart has a No-Fault Policy.  The state I live in, which is Missouri, is a No-Fault State.   It will never be Wal-Mart’s fault.  Why?  You can terminate your relationship with Wal-Mart at any TIME for no reason. Wal-Mart can divorce you any TIME for no reason and keep all their money throughout the entire season. I want to make it clear to Robin Thicke, Harry Connick Jr., Sarah McLaughlan, and Pharrell who sings Happy. Next TIME you guys get your A…on stage please do your research and learn this company has treated many of their associates, especially women,  pretty D… Crappy.

It has nothing to do with Wal-Mart D…  size.  It keeps the associates in the dark and confused by all the LIES. This Behemoth is a true monster but Walmart keeps it legal.  The Roberts Court is not Ladybug friendly.  It has swooped down like an eagle.  The Roberts Court has adjusted its safety belt and voted against women so they cannot find their way around the town. The great directional boulder has been removed and the Roberts Court is taking strategic steps to take Title Vll Of The Civil Rights Act Of 1964 down.  Who will the people turn to if EEOC is kicked out the door?  The Roberts Court will win a victory and the laws quote the raven,  “Nevermore.”  The Women Of Walmart who filed workplace discrimination will dance to Beyonce Run the World(Girl).  Wal-Mart v. Dukes must go forward to give the same pay and promotion to women a Rump-Shaking Twirl.   The Roberts Court has weakened the laws in Wal-Mart v. Dukes. Didn’t the Koch Brothers and Citizen United follow the same suit? The Roberts Courts have not invested in the people as far as my lens can see. The Roberts Court has turned their backs and invested in the money tree.  Why was Clarence Thomas ever in this case? Doesn’t he have a problem with women and race?

I hope this help the Roberts Court with their decision-making process.  If Judge Roberts worked in this store he would realize racism is alive and will continue to thrive. Racism has not taken a nose dive.

1.) Store #2857 has a 90 day treatment program. New associates are hired and fired before, on and after 90 days. It is impossible for all the new hires to have an attendance problem or productivity problem when they have never been properly trained.  What! The majority of these associates were African Americans and other diverse races. This is very important. Some of the associates were not allowed to get their exit papers. Whatever is written on your exit papers determine whether you will be rehired at Wal-Mart in 30 days.  Longtime associates that are fired can now be rehired at a much lower wage.  Associates  will be in a total rage. To later find out their exit papers were written dirty to enslaved and caged. This is not an OPPORTUNITY when you are fired to later find out you have been robbed from another job.  Shut Up!

2.) It shouldn’t take years to become a cashier. One young lady who is a stocker has waited years and years to be trained on the register.   At least 8 years that I know management has held this young lady, (Samka) back.  She asked and beg but have received nothing but static and  flack. The door greeter, JESUS, wants to come inside out of the rain.  He only wants to be trained in another area in the store.  My GOD! Can this Brother be placed at the door? The carts and the weather has taken its toll.  Jesus little old soul has been drenched and is cold.  You would not believe how hard the associates work and bust their A..  These associates should never have been bypassed. It is TIME for their Pay and Promotion without a doubt or a notion.  Supreme Court Justice John Roberts is there any way to set the wheels of Justice in Motion?   CEO Doug McMillon this is why Wal-Mart is sued and the court cost can run into billions. It has nothing to do with WAL-MART being so BIG. It has everything to do with how Unfair Labor Practices are rigged. There is no Justification for RETALIATION and DISCRIMINATION.  No company should to be too BIG to be tried, convicted, and JAILED.  There should NEVER be a company too BIG to FAIL. This is a special SHOUT OUT to Senator Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts, Attorney General Eric Holder, and Secretary of Labor, Thomas Perez, and Senator Bernie Sanders.

3.) Speaking of old, Victor  Salve (Jack), Vicky Salve (Janice, Sue, me) and the rest of the gang who are no longer the BOLD  AND THE BEAUTIFUL.   We are  viewed by Wal-Mart as the OLD and LESS DUTIFUL.  Why?  We can think.   Our VERA WANG SWANG is gone and management thinks we stink.  We are no longer the anointed. Why? Our bodies are laced with liniment and  ointment.   Age plays a big factor. Seniority has no place. If you are salary capped (you must be white) you have run your last race. African Americans don’t make it that far. Why? We are forced out, fired, and if you are Black you are made to feel like you ain’t no superstar.

4.) In the 13 years I have worked for Wal-mart there were only 6 black assistant managers.  What happen?  Well, One stepped down and was force out. Three transferred with no hope and lots of doubt.  Co-managers was the position they all hope to be. They did not get a pat on the back,  a tap on the shoulder, no YOUTUBE MOMENT to see.  It was all downhill for at least 7 years. An African-American has arrived, oh my dear! Mr. Ricky started his TIME overnight. Not one white male assistant manager had to deal with this fight. Why did the store manager not start Mr. Ricky off right?  Every white male and  white female assistance manager started in the day. I hope Mr. Ricky is not being set up for failure and can continuing his stay. Do Say! Do Say!

5.) To Emanuel, Rose, Solome, Japanese, to our latest cashiers Brie and Ashley. I have fought for years and years over all the horrible controversy.  This is for all of the overnight crew. Your Promotion and Pay Increases are long overdue. It is Time for you guys to take a stand and fight. Do not waver,  do not accept NO for an answer nor take flight.  Do not crumble, stutter or stumble. In life risks are taken and one will fumble. Tony,  Daniel, Brady, it all feels so rotten, messed up and shady.  You guys are pretty D… smart. The tap on the shoulder for the assistant manager who was chosen didn’t come close and they aren’t the state of the arts.

6.) CSM Marie, I am so sorry you have been treated so poorly.  Just remember one thing I truly adore you.  It is has only been 3 months and you put in for a transfer. When a transfer is pending you may get deferred. CSM Cynthia I will miss you too. Has it only been three months?  I hated they kept you out to the floor and not let you come up to the front. Just to let you know there is always a target on my back.  Every new management that comes into their job is to get promoted by attacking the one who is Black.

7.) Baby BOI from the grocery side. You lost your whole night crew. Every one of the 6 Blacks were under surveillance. What the Ha-Hell did they all do?  About 6-8 cashiers were fired all at one given TIME. The majority were mostly black. Can somebody tell me what’s up with that?   It’s a shame and a D… crime. This is the moment you would not believe. I am tired of being deceived. ZMS Jackson understands how we are perceived. It keeps us down so we can’t succeed. Certain Co-Managers has told the floor trained associates not to come to the register when I call. So now WAL-MART is in the business of not serving the customers at all. Our front end is rated by Consumer Report 67 out of 100 stores with poor customer service support. Wal-Mart is not standing tall. Do you really think this company is too big too fall?

8.) What really hurts me most of all. I know my back is up against a brick wall.  This is what the FLIP SIDE of the CHART needs to see.   This Wal-Mart store lack the knowledge to accommodate and hire people with disabilities. Wal-mart has not worked well with students who are trying to get their degrees.  Alisha who served this store for many years was not appropriately accommodated and needed a better deal. Like her job back for real.

9.) Yes,  I was dealt a mighty blow when the floor trained associates refuse to show. The customers cut coupons, and price match adds. What! Walmart not serve the people, D… this is really bad.  The Assistant Manager stated I had only one single skill set. It was communicating and serving the people. I guess my job has been met. I serve the people and I have no regrets. See Chris Mathews when I asks too may question like Why, Why not, What if.   I have failed to follow Directives. Brian Murphy watch and see what I will get. It is not a lack of curiosity. The order came from the top.  CC doesn’t want to take responsibility. Just like Wal-Mart, we all know they are both guilty.  The shoe is about to drop.

Sooo NAN ARON and KATRINA VANDEN HEUVEL this is another Wal-Mart story. The Roberts Court needs to come to their senses and send  DUKES out in a blaze of glory.  This is my footprint in the sand to encourage my employees to take a stand.  Title VII of the Civil Rights Act Of 1964 will regain its strength and run the marathon length so the Roberts Court will be unable to say “nevermore.”

NICKY or NICHOLAS hasn’t figured out the different usages of contraceptives How can a person afford to hold a job down when they are sick most of the TIME? There are some women with large families. Every Time one of the kids are sick their illness travels around the whole household. It will take a while for everyone in the household to recover from their illness. Some jobs don’t want to hear or even care that your kids are ill.

The REPUBLICANS can’t get upon OBAMA’S shot without GOALTENDING. The BIG D gets the POINT. They tried to mess with the BIG D’S FREE THROW. The REPUBLICANS have interfered with the backboard of WOMEN’S last nerve, above the rim, and before entering the basket for the LAST TIME. SMOOTH OPERATOR is looking PURTY PURTY. I won’t use the word MARVELOUS it just doesn’t fit. This is not a BUTTER COMMERCIAL.

THE REPUBLICANS have more than 2 technical fouls. They are ONE and DONE. Now they want to call the PRESIDENT a BULLY. WHAT THE HAH HELL! You know the REPUBLICANS are shooting AIRBALLS and BRICKS. JACK-ASUS is totally in denial and states there is NO WAR AGAINST WOMEN.

He can’t understand why Alice In Wonderland is angry. She tried to explain to REINCE PRIEBUS there is a WAR AGAINST WOMEN. Finally, Alice had the MAD HATTER cut the SHROOMS down. Where did it go? What happened to your ability to separate RIGHT from WRONG? Where are your morals? So I guess you don’t visit the TRUTHS playground. Why would you ENDORSE a liar, a cheater, a deceiver, and a heart-breaker?

Whatever happened to TRUST? It all boils down to YOUR SENSE Of NORMAL. My journey to your side of the chart wasn’t easy. As my feet touch down on the pavement I recognize so many people have lost their SENSE OF NORMAL.

They have been in their IVORY TOWER too long. Whomever their circle of friends is, this is who and what they relate to.

The ENVIRONMENT, the PEOPLE you surround yourself with, and the PEOPLE you ENDORSE play a big part in YOUR SENSE OF NORMAL. The bottom line is knowing who you are as a person, to evaluate and separate the truth from a lie.

Most important of all is walking away with your self-esteem intact and not letting those who challenge your action/behaviors make you feel bad about yourself. Now you are on my turf, THE FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART.

The grass is definitely a different color and the turf is not the same nor the people. I came to you to discuss the UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS of NLD SYNDROME and bring AWARENESS.

My deal was to help you understand how people who are diagnosed with NLD Syndrome are shamed, embarrassed, humiliated, and isolated because of their NEUROLOGICAL DISORDER. Do they have a CHOICE?

Are you beginning to understand why this diagnosis has been overlooked by the AMERICAN PSYCHIATRIC ASSOCIATION(APA) for 41 years? The APA hasn’t done a good job. They have not been able to arrive at an intelligent decision regarding the DSMIV. They couldn’t “DIAGNOSE a DONUT.”

APA has a very strong correlation with SPEAKER JOHN BOEHNER, REPUBLICANS, and PRETENDERS/CONTENDERS. NONE of these people have been able to do an effective job. It ain’t personal. Need I say MO!

The burden of wearing just a few characteristics such as rude, cruel, unintelligent, awkward, angry, social blunders, and “an oddball” rests on the shoulders of those diagnosed with NLD SYNDROME.

People who are diagnosed with a NEUROLOGICAL DISORDER and UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS have been misjudged, misinterpreted, and punished. In contrast, the REPUBLICANS have literally gotten away with murder and their INTENTIONAL behaviors have been rewarded many TIMES.

People with NLD SYNDROME are highly criticized for their poor choices and left without a voice. They are often presented with too many choices and have difficulty with organizational skills, and much more.

In comparison to NLD’ERS, The REPUBLICANS and PRETENDERS/CONTENDERS have similar difficulty with organization, decision-making, social blunders, and lack of communication skills.

So the PEOPLE of OUR NATION are expected to get on board and ENDORSE one of these KNUCKLEHEADS. NO! I don’t think so. Where is YOUR SENSE OF NORMAL? So the REPUBLICANS BEHAVIOR is STRAIGHT UP INTENTIONAL.

Did you forget this word ANOSOGNOSIA? ANOSOGNOSIA is one of the strongest CHARACTERISTICS OF NLD SYNDROME. I don’t mind having a review. We can work this out. No matter how many TIMES I have to go over this word I will.

In the PRESIDENT’S speech, he mentioned the word JOBS many TIMES. OH WELL! ANOSOGNOSIA generally means that due to the nature of NLD SYNDROME, people diagnosed with this disability do not have the ability to recognize the seriousness of their own problems.

They see their peers as they see themselves, not having a problem. When faced with pain, hurt, and sorrow these EMOTIONS need to be POINTED OUT to a person with NLD SYNDROME. They are unable to process another’s life experience.

They are unable to put themselves in your shoes or in your place. However, it is not a hopeless situation and NLDERS can learn compassion, empathy, and support if given the opportunity.

Emotions can be very difficult to teach unless you are willing to break yourself down to the lowest denominator. The mantra becomes: “YOU TEACH, and YOU TEACH, and YOU TEACH.”

For example, a stroke victim may need REhabilitation and occupational therapy to relearn life skills, NLD’ERS need habilitation to be taught life skills.

This is mandatory teaching before they are ridiculed, their self-esteem is taken out of the box, and they become isolated from society.

Annoyance and frustration ride on the backs of people who have come into contact with NLD’ERS for an extended period of time. Guess who is the first one that is cast aside and thrown into the lion’s den. Need I say MO!

The REPUBLICANS have used this characteristic of NLD SYNDROME, ANOSOGNOSIA, along with their RADICAL INTENTIONAL BEHAVIOR. They MAXED OUT their BEHAVIORAL credit cards and the 18 numbers to boot. The PRETENDERS/CONTENDERS used it in the DEBATES. Where was the AUDIENCES’ SENSE OF NORMAL?

What have you learned after COMPARING and CONTRASTING the REPUBLICANS RADICAL INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS to NLD SYNDROME? Bottom line is CHOICE. PEOPLE with NLD SYNDROME do not choose to FAIL. The REPUBLICANS and the PRETENDERS/CONTENDERS pride themselves on making POOR CHOICES.

They want to see THE PEOPLE, THE PRESIDENT, and THE NATION FAIL. The REPUBLICANS are CHOMPING AT THE BITS. Where is the SENSE OF NORMAL in FAILURE when it cannot strengthen one’s ability to learn from the outcome? This is food for thought.

How did we regress and get onto PERSONHOOD RIGHTS? What is the REPUBLICANS SENSE OF NORMAL on WOMEN’S RIGHTS? What is the REPUBLICANS SENSE OF NORMAL on being HUMANE? Do the REPUBLICANS have any SENSE? The key to being HUMANE is giving WOMEN the RIGHTS to make their OWN CHOICES.

When someone comes in and tries to strip you of your dignity and humiliate you it is TIME TO BRING IT. The RICK-HEADS in CONGRESS wants to joke around and devalue the lives of WOMEN.

I want you Ladies to find the fanciest words regarding the VAGINA to see if The House of Delegates of Virginia can pronounce or even INTERPRET the meaning. It is a shame that CONGRESS has not only devalued the lives of WOMEN but has tried to cripple the entire Nation.

Throughout this rigorous journey in seeking INTERVENTION for my son, I ran across many doctors who only wanted to medicate my son. When I questioned their authority I was informed that they were the doctors and that they knew what they were doing.

WHAT THE HAH HELL did that mean? It gets even better. I was told by one doctor to go ahead and spank him, like “you folks” normally do, give him some orange juice with Robitussin, and that should solve the problem. Oh hell NO!

Is this the reason why we have so many children who later in life are strung out on drugs?

Is this the reason why we see our children/adults die because of lack of INTERVENTION, dedication, and advocacy from the parents? Is this the reason why so many of our most talented entertainers are taken out by drugs because they are enabled by family, friends, associates, and doctors?

Where is the DOCTOR’S SENSE OF NORMAL? Where is the PARENT’S SENSE OF NORMAL? Where is SOCIETY’S SENSE OF NORMAL? If any of these people listed above enabled a HUMAN LIFE down the PATH of DESTRUCTION they had NO SENSE OF NORMAL.

I was finally given options when I rolled across a TEAM of doctors who were willing to take the risk and learn by doing extensive research on my son. Through their hope and encouragement, the Neuro-psychologists at KU MED have given validation and recognition. They were caring and humane.

This TEAM of doctors had a strong SENSE OF NORMAL. Who we need to endorse will either make us a winner or a loser. It has taken me countless years to realize I didn’t need validation from the APA.

Yes, LORD! Medication would be weighed in as the very last resort. HALLELUJAH! It was all about coping skills, strategies, and teaching/focusing on life skills in order to have a successful program.

President Obama said it best. Whoever told you that it will take a silver bullet to drill your way out of lower gas prices is not telling the TRUTH. It will take TIME and a COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH. The same goes for the people who are diagnosed with NLD SYNDROME.

When the PRESIDENT and his wife was ready to buy a condo they openly admitted, even though they are attorneys, they could not understand the language in the mortgage agreement. WOW! He developed a simpler package to help homeowners get through the process.

An IEP is a blueprint that lays out a program for disabled and learning disabled children. Who did I think I was telling these educators what to do? They were a AAA DISTRICT. They didn’t have to accommodate something they never heard of or the doctors had little knowledge in.

The atmosphere turned into DEEP SPACE NINE. Where was their SENSE Of NORMAL? I could bring milk and cookies to the in-service meetings but I would have NO CHOICE or say in my son’s education. I remember being told in one meeting they were the real educators. WHAT! My reply was this.

Where were you on the countless nights when I was reading to my child his bedtime stories? Where were you on the countless days of breastfeeding and I was trying to teach my son how to walk and talk? Where were you when I was teaching my son how to sink the cheerios in the toilet?

Where were you when he was given his immunization shots and I was up all night trying to soothe his aches and pains? “I think you need to rethink your position and realize who is the TRUE EDUCATOR and rephrase your question.”

The child diagnosed with NLD IS a masterful educator. My son has educated me with his extraordinary mind, his unique abilities, and multi-level learning styles.

This is going to be a long battle. Children with disabilities are a budget cut. The NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND under the BUSH ADMINISTRATION was a BUST. It will take TIME but the OBAMA ADMINISTRATION has made changes to the school systems. Hey, they are getting there.

Ladies you are going to love this one. You go to the doctor and everyone has the same scheduled appointment TIME. You’re sitting in the office waiting. There are people who have arrived way later than you but your name hasn’t been called. They walk straight through and get waited on.

Finally, it is your turn and the doctor comes in takes a seat and reminds you he’s on a tight schedule. Okay, I have sat there all day, the first one in, last one out, and treated with disrespect. The doctor pats his feet, checks his watch, no eye contact, and flips over the chart.

Then he says, ” I am here to conserve your breast.” What I have decided to do is…… Where was this doctor’s SENSE OF NORMAL? HOLD UP! HOLD UP! Unless doc you are ROCKIN THE LIST and you cannot give me eye contact, I understand.

His body language wasn’t too friendly. Cancer patients got tired of being beaten down and needed more hope. The CANCER TREATMENT CENTER Of AMERICA was established. People got tired of doctors talking smack. BIG TIME SENSE OF NORMAL

On this note, it is called a second opinion. I have decided to conserve my LIFE by my own CHOICE. I’m up for grabs again but I’m cool. You don’t get silly and fight over one breast. This is MY SENSE OF NORMAL.

Today is a very special day for many of the young men and women going forth into the world. It’s very frightening not knowing what you will be up against. It gets more complex when there is no VALIDATION of who you are, what you can achieve, or who you may become.

There is greater complexity when you have an extraordinary mind, unique abilities, with multiple learning styles and multiple intelligence. Different learning styles need to be incorporated. You were BORN WITH and will continue to LIVE WITH these unique abilities.

Your struggles in school were difficult and your education is based on UNTRADITIONAL METHODS with many ACCOMMODATIONS. The school of today is slowly RECOGNIZING every child cannot be taught by TRADITIONAL methods. TRADITIONAL METHODS, logical and linguistic, hinder your learning. The world is not a TRADITIONAL PLACE and you will make many changes in your life adjusting and readjusting those ACCOMMODATIONS suited for your LIFESTYLE. Change and Adaptability are difficult for many. It gets really hard for some folks. WEE-DOGGY! I know that sounds strange.

Now you young folks of today would say YO-DIGGITY NO DOUBT. I’m getting there. This was taken from an old guy name JED CLAMPETT from the BEVERLY HILLBILLIES. JED was a 1% who had NO SENSE about money. He struck oil and moved next door to SPEAKER BOEHNER, and Mitch McConnell. Things haven’t been right for these guys since JED came to town. BLACK WALNUT, BLACK GOLD, BLACK IS THE NEW PINK, BLACK FRIDAY, BLACK ME, is very disturbing to the GOP. The BLACK GOLD spikes their GREED and their NEEDS are always placed above others.

The HILLBILLIES we are dealing with today care only about themselves, and TAX CUTS for the RICH. Let the POOR BE POOR, to hell with jobs and infrastructure, and screw the MIDDLE CLASS. Ask the GOP, REPUBLICANS, TEA PARTY, the PRETENDERS/CONTENDERS how they really feel.

The bottom line, you might not have this label that society has bestowed upon you if they had stepped up their game and had become more flexible, adaptable, and willing to change. In the mainstream, you were considered to be a “BRIGHT STUDENT”. In SPECIAL EDUCATION you were labeled as “DISABLED”. The RIGHT WING may not have been labeled HILLBILLIES if they weren’t so “DOG-GONE CONSERVATIVE.” WEE-DOGGY! UNDER the BUSH ADMINISTRATION you were an ENDANGERED SPECIES, a TAX CUT, and you would be LEFT BEHIND. The schools continued to force down the throats of the students who sit here before me repetition, book-based learning, and they used many types of examination to pressure students for review and reinforcement. The teachers were forced to lie to keep from educating the DISABLED. You were viewed as broken and damaged. You were cast aside and you were ON YOUR OWN. I’m proud to say, “YOU ENDURED IT and MADE IT” through all the changes even though you were not properly ACCOMMODATED.

You suffered when you showed perseverance and impulsive tendencies. It was a toss-up between RICK PERRY and NEWT GINGRICH. You were bullied and made fun of because of the many blunders due to the lack of expressive-receptive language. MITT ROMNEY, RICK PERRY, NEWT GINGRICH fought hard over this characteristic/trait and pulled MICHELLE BACHMAN’S hair out of her head for beating the GANG of THREE. You were accused of harassment because you were unable to understand boundaries. You did not understand how to initiate conversation. Once you got started you did not understand how to end the conversation. You needed someone there to cue you in, to cut you off, and say to move away from the individual so you would not look as though you were “CREEPY”.

HERMAN CAIN was at the top of his game on this one. HERMAN was disqualified because he “CHEATED” in more ways than one. He knew exactly where he was standing when he was talking to his accuser. He demonstrated the height of the lady and compared her height to his wife. Now he knows where he stands. OUT THE DOOR. He was disqualified from the DEBATES and the PRETENDERS RACE. He really is “CREEPY”. You have difficulty identifying with figures of authority. People think of you as arrogant, disrespectful with implosive/explosive behaviors. NEWT GINGRICH and DONALD TRUMP have a TUG-OF-WAR over this characteristic/trait. You were taunted and teased because you lacked organization skills. TIMING was off and you could not be TIMED TESTED, pushed for deadline dates, and had problems with EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONS.

CONGRESS is the LEGISLATIVE BRANCH they ROCK this characteristic/trait. They have nothing on you and they own this one. You were ridiculed for your clumsiness, coordination, and you had to try really hard to participate in sports. Any type of competition or debate would manifest your TRUE BEHAVIOR. Debates are not a format that you can handle due to the inability to stay focused. RICK PERRY is the KING. In one of his debates, he proved this to be a straight-up FACT. RICK PERRY exceeded with flying colors. He got into a Debate that set him up for failure due to the way he processes information,  the organization of the information, and the amount of TIME he had to process the information in. Once the environment becomes overstimulating and distracting, the attentional deficit kicks in. All of the PRETENDERS/CONTENDERS DEBATES are held in a large arena. If the question is given with any abstract language then the answer can become “OOPS, I MADE A BOO BOO!”

It is hard for some of you to think creatively or abstractly. Yes, today you have become MASTERFUL EDUCATORS. You are the TRUE PROFESSIONALS and TRUE TEACHING TOOLS. YOU WILL SURVIVE. It is NOT to say that you are incapable of learning strategies and coping skills to help with the multiple deficits you have in your life. It is NOT to say you are entirely incapable of controlling your behavior once it has manifested. It IS to say you can go out into the world and LAUNCH your LIFE with the continued teaching of the APPROPRIATE BEHAVIORS, SOCIAL SKILLS, and LIFE SKILLS given the OPPORTUNITY. You have a jump-start on those who have not been tested. It is very hard to deal with the unknown.

You were once UNRECOGNIZED. You are NOW RECOGNIZABLE.

In 1869 HARVARD COLLEGE was the first in the UNITED STATES to bestow the highest distinction of honors to their graduates. From the period of 1872-1879 based on your grade point average of 90% or better the highest Latin honorary distinction of SUMMA-CUM-LAUDE was awarded. The LATIN honorary distinction of CUM-LAUDE graduating with honors was also awarded during this TIME period. IN 1880 based on your grade point average of 80%, the LATIN term magna-cum-laude was bestowed. Today, I look upon this entire class as VALEDICTORIANS. I know we can all sing together. There was a TIME when we would say we cannot talk at the same TIME. Even this has changed with the HUMAN MICROPHONES dishing out the microphone checks.

It has taken your NEUROLOGICAL DISORDER with UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS to POINT OUT and have others PAY CLOSE ATTENTION to the INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS of the GOP, CONGRESS, REPUBLICANS, TEA PARTY, BLUE DOG DEMOCRATS and those members of the BLACK CONGRESSIONAL CAUCUS with their own agendas. In life, we are sometimes given the worse scenario to rule out the characteristics and traits of the most common diagnosis. If you had no clue why the WORDS did not match the RESPONSE and ACTION of the INDIVIDUAL, YOU DO NOW. It is the POWER of APPROPRIATE WORDS that if given to the individual which will IGNITE the APPROPRIATE RESPONSE and ACTION, to keep the individual from being listed on the CHART of STUPIDITY. Worse scenario, when there is no INTERVENTION the individual is ranked high on the IGNORANT LIST.

Whenever there is BLUNDER it is to be CORRECTED and REDIRECTED IMMEDIATELY. No corrections or redirections of the PRETENDERS/CONTENDERS dialogue were made when they had their BLUNDERS and the audience clapped. No corrections or redirecting took place when the PRESIDENT was CALLED a LIAR. No correction or redirection was given to MITCH McCONNELL, JOHN BOEHNER, ERIC CANTOR, PAUL RYAN, MICHELLE BACHMAN, ALAN WEST, JIM DEMINT, SARAH PALIN and many others in the GOP. Today they will graduate with honors in the areas of OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE and INEQUALITY for WE THE PEOPLE and OUR NATION.(MAGNA-CUM-LAUDE) Take a closer look at the BEHAVIORS of BILL O’REILLY, SHAWN HANNITY, ANN COULTER (WHO HAS HER OWN BLACKS), STEVE DEUCY, GRETCHEN CARLSON, BRIAN KILMEADE, ERIC BOLLING all at FOX NEWS. Today they will graduate with honors of INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIORS(CUM-LAUDE).

You wonder why NEWT GINGRICH is out of control, has explosive/implosive behaviors, something just doesn’t add up and many others who display INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIORS. He has plenty of role models. Take a look at the environment and what the people ACCEPT as ACCEPTABLE. The UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS with neurological deficits want to COMPLY because they are tired of being punished, isolated, and labeled as being UNACCEPTABLE. The INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS purpose is to destroy and break down the EMOTIONS and the SELF-WORTH of the individual.

It took the WORD APPEASER to put the INTENTIONAL BLUNDERS at the top of the IGNORANT CHART. It took MARTIN BASHIR LESSON WITHIN LESSONS to show the INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS of MITT ROMNEY. ED SCHULTZ played sound bites to demonstrate how the PRETENDERS/CONTENDERS all jumped on board. They failed to do any research. It took those very sound bites from ED SCHULTZ’S SHOW to demonstrate the dignity, grace, and respect the PRESIDENT of our NATION displayed to give credit to the TROOPS. GOP did not get the message because they are so busy trying to APPEASED the 1%. In the paper, it was printed in BOLD TYPED LETTERS, THE GOP JUST DON’T CARE by ROLAND MARTIN. It was RACHEL MADDOW overhead sign that displayed the WORD BLUNDER. I knew it was “COMMENCEMENT TIME”. This would be the making of another LIFE MOVIE, “INCEPTION 2.”

CHA-CHING! We all have come so far. We have higher mountains to climb and roads to travel when looking at the BEHAVIORS from the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART. It has been a challenge but we must continue to LOOK “OUTSIDE OF THE BOX” and be DIVERGENT THINKERS.

To the GRADUATING CLASS of 2012, those who sit before me diagnosed with NLD SYNDROME, hold your heads up high. You are a HUMAN LIFE beyond the SYNDROME and the DIAGNOSIS. Today you will graduate with the highest honors.(SUMMA-CUM-LAUDE)

NLD SYNDROME has opened the eyes of many. You have sung SMOKEY ROBINSON’S song, POINTED OUT. The traits/characteristic of NLD SYNDROME has brought CLARITY to many and CLOSURE to others. It made the DEMOCRATS, the MEDIA, attorneys, parents, and people all over the WORLD PAY CLOSE ATTENTION. It is truly an HONOR to be in the PRESENCE of the graduating class with NLD SYNDROME. It took everything that you were unable to do, struggle with, being ostracized, and punished to call out the GOP, REPUBLICANS, and the TEA PARTY.

This is not a DEFICIT. This is NLD SYNDROMES GREATEST STRENGTH. You have revealed to the WORLD who are the COWARDS, who showed WEAKNESS, who DENOUNCE POLICIES, and who OBSTRUCTED JUSTICE AND EQUALITY FOR ALL. YES, WE CAN understand and can distinguish INAPPROPRIATE INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS. It took some TIME but we have chosen to continue to LEARN and LEARN MORE. The BEHAVIORS of RUSH LIMBAUGH, GLEN BECK (A.K.A. HAROLD HILL), RUPERT MURDOCK and the FAST 5, the GREED of the BANKS, and the 1% demonstrated denouncement of PROGRESSIVENESS. They did not CARE.

At this TIME, can I have the entire class of VALEDICTORIANS please stand(everyone rises). I have been accused of being a SOCIALIST, MARXIST, and I’m definitely not the FLAVOR OF THE MONTH. I’m not a bragger but I’m PERSISTENT. I have been told NO every step of the way.I have flaws. I’m HUMAN. I’M FOR THE PEOPLE and the needs of the PEOPLE come FIRST. Today is the first day of LIFE’S NEW CHALLENGES. You were born with many NEW CHALLENGES. You were rejected many TIMES because of the CHALLENGES. Right now on stage, front and center, we have the Pretenders. MITT ROMNEY, is Mr. Vaseline Vacillator, sliding all over the place with his indecisiveness. Do you want him to be Baptist? No problem Mitt Romney doesn’t mind switching.

Rick Perry, Raging Ricky, who makes Texas Chain Saw Massacre look like a lullaby.The thought of EXECUTION makes him get a good night sleep and ready for the campaign trail in the morning.

Michelle Bachman is the founder and CEO of Conspiracy Theories. X-Files is her true files. She put Dana Scully and Fox Mulder out of business. Newt Gingrich,”Mr.CRYBABY” who will shut down the government if he is snub at Muammar Gaddafi’s funeral.

NEWT made this same play on Formal President Clinton and sat on the back of an airplane. This could have been the “single most avoidable mistake as the SPEAKER”. He wanted to drive Formal President Clinton’s ratings down.

The government shutdown could be blamed on Clinton. The last TIME it was at Yitzah Rabin’s funeral in Israel. This TIME Newt Gingrich can ride on the back of the bus. Newt is probably telling John Boehner to use this same old play on President Obama.

The bottom line, formal President Clinton’s rating rose once again. The same thing happened with President Obama’s rating. Congress game of politics is tired just like their policies.

Ron Paul, the godfather of the original TEA PARTY, is “Mr.Critic” of saying what he says. He was a medical doctor and worked as an OBGYN during the years of 1960-1970.

Maybe Ron Paul could have explained to Mitt Romney the position on birth control taken by Mitt was wrong. Instead, Rachel Maddow had to go to her Man Cave and tell Mitt Romney how it works. She tried to dig his butt out of a hole.

Keep the vaseline close by Mitt Romney. Rick Santorum, Mr. Candy Man, had too much sugar in his tank. Sitting at the candy desk, Rick Santorum’s judgment could be cloudy on his true position of Gay Rights. The sugar could have gotten to Rick Santorum.

This desk was only located on the Republican side of their chambers. Rick Santorum sat at this desk for a 10 year period(1997-2007). When Rick lost in 2007 that ended the real story of Candy Man. Let’s see what happens if we say Candy Man three Times.

Maybe all the Pretenders will go away and the real Contenders will show up as true competition.

Last but not least we have Herman Cain. Don’t Make Me Put On My Gasoline Drawers. This Pretender has redefined the words, black, Negro, and African-American. Of course, we know the word colored did not stick around long. Herman Cain chased it off.

Herman Cain is not on the Flip Side of the Chart. He has created his own diagnosis under the heading of, There Is No Black Inside This Body. Martin Luther King Jr used the word Negro and black in his I Have A Dream speech.

The term black was used throughout the 60’s. It coincided with both leaders teaching of racism, segregation, slavery, and discrimination. Malcolm X and Martin Luther King Jr did not see eye to eye, Martin Luther King respected Malcolm X’s teachings.

“What the Hah Hell” is wrong with Herman Cain? I understand when some people look in the mirror they see themselves as larger than their actual size. Others may look in the mirror and feel they need more surgery to improve their looks.

A young lady told me once she saw herself as a rotted out house with condemned signs everywhere. Hey, you got me on that one. Maybe she could be reconstructed at a later date. Herman Cain There Is No Black, Negro, or African-American inside of your body.

The mention of Herman Cain’s name infuriated the African Americans I talked to. It totally embarrassed many of the whites. The Latinos want to know what is wrong with OUR homeboy. The lady in the grocery store took it to a new level.

I tweeted on Twitter about my brief survey of Herman Cain. This lady pulled out her handkerchief, wiped her butt, and explained sometimes we forget where we come from. I wished Herman Cain could have been there. I respect Twitter and I respect WordPress.

It gets worse. Herman Cain stands in front of his mirror with his boxing gloves and shorts on. Herman Cain visualizes himself as Occupying Wall Street controlled by the 1% as the last of the Great White Hopes. Look out, Rocky Balboa!

Fighting On The Assessment__NLD Final Frontier

Scene:   Smokelbg has left the office of Dr. Phil and is on her way to see Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. Drew. Earlier in the day she had an appointment with Dr. OZ who referred her to Dr. Phil. It is very significant to show the New Wave Doctors what will happen to NLD Syndrome if it is not given the support of a community and the opportunities to become successful in today’s society. Smokelbg wants to enlist the help of the most innovative doctors to RECOGNIZE the importance of consistent testing of NLD Syndrome. NLD Syndrome may be more common. She wants the New Wave Doctors to understand how unilateral decisions have discriminated against and found a way to avoid giving support to children/adults with extraordinary minds, unique abilities, and multi-level learning styles whom our society has labeled disabled. Smokelbg can’t believe how a school for young pregnant mothers in the mainstream has also been affected just recently by unilateral decisions. It is time for Smokelbg to  FIGHT LIKE HELL on the assessment. This story will explain to the New Wave Doctors – the medical, psychological, social/emotional effect it places on NLD Syndrome, other exceptionalities, and the mainstream. It will compare/contrast NLD Syndrome to the mainstream RECOGNIZABLE and UNRECOGNIZABLE.

I understand when there is a problem with reading words, the spacing of letters, or even seeing the word for the first time it can be pronounced wrong. People with Dyslexia and NLD Syndrome have problems in this area.

Do you mispronounce words?  Do you run the lettering of the words together? Have you ever been tested on word reading or pseudoword decoding (ability to pronounce nonsense words)?

Thank you for coming. We received your packages of information and I appreciate the books. This is short notice and I have not had the time to brief myself on all information, but this is very fascinating.

Smoklbg, the books are much appreciated and I haven’t had the opportunity to review all of the information on NLD Syndrome. I am not familiar with Nonverbal Learning Disability. You have a lot of concerns. How can we help you?

Smokelbg:

I consider you both as New Wave Doctors. Dr.Chopra your strong connection to MIND, BODY, SPIRIT, and the relationship with LOVE, HEALTH, HAPPINESS is vastly needed. These components would be very essential in helping people with NLD Syndrome become successful. Dr.Drew your straightforwardness on drugs and alcohol addictions will help many individuals realize the changes in one’s behavior and the harm it causes to the body.  The end results will cost the individual his life or another innocent bystander their life. You both have lost people very close to you. Dr. Chopra, I’m deeply sorry for the lost of your longtime friend of 20 yrs., Michael Jackson.

Dr. Drew, I am deeply sorry for the lost of your most recent patient and friend Jeff Conaway.  The key word today is INTERVENTION. I understand that both of you have been criticized for your methods, techniques, and the sincerity of your positions. I need your help in giving RECOGNITION to NLD Syndrome. You both can help me with the importance of showing the world how people diagnosed with NLD syndrome need an inclusive protective environment. They need to be surrounded by those who are committed, educated about NLD Syndrome, and willing to make accommodations for NLD’s unique learning style. Strategies and developing coping skills for the manifestation of their behavior needs to be put in place. DEDICATION without MEDICATION and INTERVENTION can be very productive for NLD Syndrome. SOCIAL SKILLS and LIFE SKILLS  would be the primary teaching of their program. These are very key elements for inclusion in the community and society. I want the American Psychiatric Association (APA) to feel the heat from the grill. They need to be held accountable for not incorporating a syndrome that can interact with other disorders but is left out of a diagnostic manual. The APA did not RECOGNIZE  the damage it has caused by not enlisting NLD Syndrome for as funding, insurance, and school placement. A psychiatric community that has contradicted themselves. They have 38,000 psychiatrists under their umbrella. This is a large COMMUNITY. NLD Syndrome has no supports, no umbrella, no COMMUNITY and is left out in the rain. Hell, even Dan Akroyd and John Belushi in the Blues Brothers were a team. Sam had Dave. Gladys Knight had the Pips. Ike Turner had Tina Turner until he messed up.  I want my New Wave Doctors bringing in NLD Syndrome on the note of the Blues Brothers, “Everybody Needs Somebody”.(Everyone in the room puts on their dark shades, fedoras (hats), and starts imitating the Blues Brothers)

1.) We meet people who may appear different, but they shouldn’t change themselves to fit our mold or our way of thinking.

2.) Before we judge them, we first need to learn about them.

INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS:

1.) We judge people and convict them before we ever get the facts.

2.) We are not trying to learn about others. They will be excluded if they don’t click with our way of thinking.

UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS

Hey Those Are Not My Eyeglasses

1.) A person with a right hemisphere disorder only has use of one side of the brain making it uni-modal. The creative side has damages which cause problems in the 4Rs (reading, riting, rithmetic, and relationships). NLD Syndrome central nervous system is out of whack causing them to have a severe coordination problem. They are at risk for depression, anxiety, stress, and panic attacks. NLDers appear to be annoying, very loud, awkward, and it is very difficult for them to express themselves appropriately. It is hard for them to initiate a conversation but once they get going, the conversation is on. The conversation is relevant to them. The conversation may not be relevant to you. In the mainstream, there are lots of people who intentionally want everything to be about them. People with NLD Syndrome have no clue. We need to TEACH them to understand how to share, take a turn, not to view everyone is just like them, emotions of themselves and understanding emotions of others.  It is very important for NLDers to learn and understand what happens when they act out impulsively and the consequences of their actions.

2.) Their view is very distorted and it causes faulty perception. They miss a lot of information, cannot read people, read between the line, and do not interact with their environment. NLDers want to interact with their environment but don’t know how to interact. They can be taught.

3.) People with NLD Syndrome are NOT EMOTIONALLY DISTURBED and their BEHAVIORS are UNINTENTIONAL.

4.)  Give them an explanation and SPELL IT OUT.

INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS:

1.) Unilateral Decisions are made. The people who make these decisions have a one-sided view.  It is by their OWN CHOICE not to be connected to his/her environment. They do not desire to interact with other cultures or understand cultural diversity.

2.) Their views are distorted and their one’s size fits all decision-making process is very disturbing. They will go through back doors and do whatever is necessary to get the results they want. They have a Duncan MacLeod Highlander  Effect. “THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE.”

3.)Those who make unilateral decisions are bound and determined to keep out programs that are effective and have shown positive results. People who make unilateral decision strategies are saying, YOU ARE A BUDGET CUT.

EXAMPLE: Rick Snider, the Governor of Michigan, made a decision that was quite disturbing against Catherine Ferguson Academy. He sent a strong message to WOMEN AROUND THE  WORLD. Rick Snider’s decision stripped African-American Women of their right to be educated in an environment which gives them the opportunity to succeed regardless of their plight of being single mothers and continuing their education. Why would you want to cancel a school with a high success rate? Rick Snider and his financial manager Dave Thomas’ message rang out to African-American Women and the African-American Communities, “YOU ARE BLACK AND BACK IN THE KITCHEN BAREFOOT AND PREGNANT”. “YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO MOVE AHEAD.”  Wow! Big time DISCRIMINATION AGAINST WOMEN across the nation. This message reaches out to all diverse cultures and has been pointed out in the story, Got No Time To Be Disabled (located in the March 2011 archives), and the Look Of Love Valentine’s Day (located in the February 2011 archives).

The closing of the school has been OVERTURNED but the scent and the taste linger on. You can reverse the decision but the hurt and pain will last a lifetime, especially for those of us who have lived this already and to see it happen all over again. So you see Dr. Chopra and Dr. Drew, CHOICES  are very key elements when Unilateral Decisions are being made.  The biggest picture involved RACE, DISCRIMINATION, EDUCATION, WOMEN, FUNDING, ACHIEVEMENTS, GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION and much more concerning Catherine Ferguson Academy. I mention in my tweets that RACE is a key element but it does not ride alone. The following factors are integrated into the unilateral decision of the closing of Catherine Ferguson Academy.  WE KNOW THE DEAL. WE KNOW THE DRILL. There are a lot of CHOICES of CARDS to PLAY from. We don’t always have to play the same card. The CONSERVATIVES and the REPUBLICANS hand REALLY ROCK THE CRADLE on the above issues.

We now have a clearer picture of how these men feel about Cultural Diversity. We are back to the Highlander Effect, “THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE”. So if you deny certain under-privilege cultures the opportunity to succeed, you are denying them their right to SURVIVE.  The NO CHOICE people will LOSE.

Whatever we assumed about the Conservative and the Republican Party we no longer have to Assume. One thing about NLDers you will never have to assume how they feel about you. They will always tell you, Truth By No-Fault.

They hope people with NLD Syndrome will one day learn to paraphrase their statements, sugarcoat, or lie. Would you rather be lied to? Do you what to know the truth? Can you handle the truth?  Is this one of the reasons why people are so annoyed with those who have NLD Syndrome?  Do you have this characteristic or trait of NLD Syndrome that turns people off?

1.)  NLDers can’t interpret body language, abstract language, and are unable to communicate socially. It causes a massive amount of confusion within the person which in return causes them to act out UNINTENTIONALLY and their behavior to manifest. They need a verbal explanation.

2.) Grand Guardians-trusted adults who give verbal and concrete explanations to NLDers to help interpret the world around them. They mentor, develop strategies, coping skills, provide accommodations to help people with NLD Syndrome to work around their deficits. Grand Guardians help advocate the needs of NLDers in order for those with NLD Syndrome to one day be able to advocate for themselves.

3.) Take the fluff out of NLDers program and make their life-like The Reader’s Digest Books_Condensed.

4.) Give them factual information and documentation. Only teach BENEFICIAL SKILLS.

INTERPRETERS FOR EXTRAORDINARY MINDS, UNIQUE ABILITIES, AND MULTI-LEVEL LEARNING STYLES

1.) Grand Guardians, mentors, psychiatrists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, attorneys, advocates, family and friends who are knowledgeable and trustworthy.

INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS:

1.) People who are very familiar with their friend/associates behaviors INTENTIONALLY create havoc to make them act out. They set people up for failure.

2.) They will make negative comments to always break the self-esteem down of their peers. It is the negative nucleus I factor of you need me, I don’t need you. I am better than you. I made you who you are. I have more money than you. I YI YI! Fighting the Fight by Proxy. Don’t let them wine you up. Don’t let people light your fuse.

3.) As far as friendships and relationships, they choose to unfriend you at the drop of a dime and manipulate behaviors of others. Let them fight their own fight and don’t let them pull you into their fight. What you need to understand there are many people who appear very likable but these are the Rump-Shakers who will get other people involved to do all the dirty work and never have a blemish on their record. Come on people! Where are the dogs that will watch out for NLD Syndrome? Snoop Dogg watches out for his Doggs. NLD Syndrome ends up in the Dog’s House. Why would you vanish Asperger Syndrome to lump these other syndromes all together?  Why would the American Psychiatric Association avoid putting NLD Syndrome on their list?  What is the American Psychiatric Association’s real agenda? Does the APA have a problem with cultural diversity? Go back and read Got No Time To Be Disabled. Is the American Psychiatric Association going through the back door to discriminate against those who are underprivileged? Is this one of the ways the American Psychiatric Association can institutionalize and imprison a diverse culture of people by denying them the opportunity of educational accommodation, job accommodation, funding, insurance, and support from a community.  Will the APA decision for the DSM-5  resemble the Catherine Ferguson Academy decision? Now pay close attention. If you have a disorder that is RECOGNIZED by the AMERICAN PSYCHIATRIC ASSOCIATION with UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS how will  NLD Syndrome/other exceptionalities and behaviors be judged against the mainstream behaviors?  There have been numerous outbreaks of behaviors by government officials, RECOGNIZABLE AND UNRECOGNIZABLE.

Why would the APA want to close the gap and make it appear that all BEHAVIORS ARE INTENTIONAL?  Who is the AMERICAN PSYCHIATRIC ASSOCIATION really trying to get rid of?  Who are they trying to set up for failure?  Can we trust the APA? Do we assume they work in the best interest of the people?  WE KNOW THE  DRILL.

WE KNOW THE DEAL.  We no longer need to assume anymore about the APA  and who they are connected to.  The key words are UNINTENTIONAL VS INTENTIONAL. Close the gap and everyone will be judged on INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS by conservative judges that may not Flinch. Go to my blog and read the stories and tell me what you think.

No Shame In Their Game On ST. Patrick’s Day

Scene: Tyrone Tourette, known as TS (cousin of Bobby Tourette), is having drinks and conversing at an Iris Pub called Slimery Otoole. Tyrone Tourette and Catrina Schizophrenia give some background information on themselves. Nicky NLD is waiting for the story to be told on how St.Patrick’s Day got started.  Tyrone Tourettes, before he gets too much green beer in his system, will tell the story. Nicky NLD is running out of patience.

Tyrone Tourette:

Nicky,  look at how crowded Slimery Otoole is tonight. It’s jammed packed. Tyrone is going to take you on his TS tour. I’ll Take You There just like the Staple Singers and tell you how St. Patrick’s Day came into existence.

Nicky NLD:

Tyrone are you sure you don’t want me to tell the story?

Tyrone Tourette:

Why should you tell the story?

Once your tics kick in, it could get messy.

What are Tics?

Tyrone Tourette:

Catrina Schizo, I have this neurological disorder where people describe me as having strange body movement over and over.  Some people have this image in their head of me having involuntary movement and making noises called tics. I don’t like to be stereotyped.

Catrina Schizo:

I feel you on that one Tyrone. I have this severe brain disorder that disables me from being able to carry out my life. People try to stereotype me and say that I hear voices others don’t hear. They say I believe other people are reading my mind, controlling my thoughts, and I’m plotting to harm someone.

Tyrone Tourette:

Catrina Schizo that IS what you do.

Catrina Schizo:

Wait a minute Tyrone… The key word is I MAY do these things… MAY, okay?

Tyrone Tourette:

Let me get your key and unlock your door. You are talking to Tyrone baby, I know what you do.

Nicky NLD;

Come on TS,  ease up off of Catrina  Schizo. This is a big deal for her. Remember we use to force her to talk. We knew when she didn’t take her medication and wasn’t in therapy.  I did not like seeing her in a catatonic state. She shut down as tight as a drum and was upset about it. I mean agitated.

Tyrone Tourette:

Look at you Nicky NLD, using analogies. I remember when you didn’t do double meanings.

Nicky NLD:

I have gotten better. As long as the person who uses the analogy explains it right away.  I won’t get lost in the conversation. Are you going to tell the story or not?

Tyrone Tourette:

Be patient Nicky NLD. I want people to know some things about me and Catrina Schizo. There is no shame in our game.

Nicky NLD:

You are right. People learned about me in the Who In The World Is NLD. Go ahead, man. Do your thang.

Tyrone Tourette:

Tourette’s syndrome (TS) is noticed around 7-10 years of age. It shows no prejudice. Tourette’s syndrome can affect anyone. Men are affected three times more than women. It can last a lifetime. In one’s teens, it can get butt-ugly. Later on, they may improve in the late teens on into their adulthood.

Catrina Schizo:

I want to learn more about your motor tics.

Tyrone Tourette:

Sure, sometimes they are simple motor tics. These are brief and I don’t use a lot of muscles. I can have eye blinking, making faces (grimaces),  jerking the head or shoulders or shrugging shoulders. With vocalizing tics I will clear my throat repetitively, sniffing, making grunting sounds, or barking. I use more muscle with complex tics. You can get the combo like at McDonald. I can make faces, twist my head and shrug my shoulders. There are times when people think that I’m doing the other complex tics on purpose. These are hopping, jumping, bending, sniffing, twisting, and touching objects. There are times when I have phrases of words that sound like jibber-jabber. It can get really bad if I do harm to myself and I punch myself in the face, or the cursing (coprolalia) or echolalia (repeating word or phrases of others).  Who do you know that does that hopping around thing?  Don’t answer that. That is another story another day.

Catrina Schizo:

I bet people think you are crazy.

Tyrone Tourette:

How are you going to call somebody crazy?  Are you sure this is me you are talking to and not someone you think you see or hear?

Catrina Schizo:

Do you really want to find out if I’m violent are not? You know, I have grown pretty fond of you. Sometimes we have the tendency to hurt the ones we are closest to.

Tyrone Tourette:

Girl, don’t make me unfriend you and push the button. I do have a Facebook account and I will Tweet you out.

Nicky NLD:

Is your collar on that shirt too tight around your neck? I hope your shirt is the right size. The last time you had neck tics.

Tyrone Tourette:

It’s all good. The last time I had tried to suppress my tics,  it only made them worse. I do better when my tics are expressed. Letting it build up is not good for me at all. A lot of times people think I’m doing this on purpose. I don’t know what causes Tourettes Syndrome. Let’s put it this way, I have unintentional behaviors that I don’t plan. It happens and my brains play a big part in the way I react. These neuro-behavioral problems can be caused by not paying attention, hyperactivity, and being impulsive. The guys (disorders) that hang out with me and are associated with me is OCD and ADHD. Even though my buddies know I can suffer from depression and anxiety they still remain to be my friends.

Hey, Catrina Schizophrenia you are up to bat. Tell us about yourself.

Catrina Schizo:

I have some positive symptoms about me.

Nicky NLD:

Is that positive good or positive bad?

Tyrone Tourette:

How can a positive symptom be bad?

Nicky NLD:

Tyrone TS, you are full of your ignorant oil (liquor). You can be HIV Positive, that is not good, and you could be like Catrina Schizophrenia, very delusional and not being able to face reality.

Catrina Schizo:

If you guys let me finish, I’ll tell you the rest.

Tyrone Tourette:

Ahhhhh Yeah Baby, Take us there (too much to drink).

Catrina Schizo:

As long as I take my meds, I’ll do okay. I do have psychotic behavior. Sometimes I lose touch with reality. This can come or go. Right now I’m not the healthiest person.Yes, I do hallucinate. I just really need to keep up with my treatment.

Tyrone Tourette:

I’m hallucinating right now.

Nicky NLD:

Tyrone you have enough green beer and Irish cream Whiskey in you already. I can’t tell you from Catrina Schizo.

Catrina Schizo:

It’s not like that Tyrone. I hear voices. My voices talk to me about the way I’m behaving. My voices order me to do things, alert me to dangers, and my voices can talk to each other.I had been hearing voices for a very long time before my family found out.  Bruce Willis could see people in the movie Sixth Sense. I see people too. I can feel people touching me. I can smell odors that others can”t smell. People try to tell me it’s nothing there but I know for a fact I see objects.

Tyrone Tourette:

You got some skills. Did you take your meds before you came out? You still go to treatment?

Nicky NLD:

Let her finish.

Tyrone Tourette:

Just checking Baby, this is the TS.  I did not want my tics to come out and play.

Catrina Schizo:

I am delusional. Many times people have proven me wrong and showed me what I am believing isn’t true. My delusions can get pretty bizarre. One time I thought Rachel Maddow was broadcasting my thoughts on her  TV program. Chaka Khan was out impersonating me. My boyfriend, Kanye West was mad because my album came out before his. He started cheating on me, then he tried to poison me. I reported him to the police for harassment. He had been spying on me for months.

Tyrone Tourette:

Your mind works like that for real?  Girl, I will trade you my disorder. I hope Jennifer Hudson got over me. I know she got married but she still wants me. Right.

Catrina Schizo:

These are things I believe. It is called delusions of persecution.

Tyrone Tourette:

Wooooh, I think you sobered me up. I have got to keep my eyes on you.

Catrina Schizo:

Sometimes it’s hard organizing my thoughts to make logical sense. I talk nonsensical and in garble. It is hard to understand me. I have thought to block. When I am talking to a person it feels like someone kidnapped my thoughts. You know what, I can even make up meaningless words called neologisms.

Nicky NLD:

I know someone who acts this way.

Tyrone Tourette:

Who?

Nicky NLD:

My girlfriend.

Tyrone Tourette:

Oh Man, you sure you don’t want to crash at my house until you have a talk with your girlfriend?

Nicky NLD:

Thanks for the offer but I can’t prolong what I suspected all the time.

Tyrone Tourette:

The offer stands whenever you are ready.

Catrina Schizo:

I’m not finished. I have body movement that I do over and over when I get agitated but not like yours Tyrone Tourette. Back in the day when there was little treatment, I would be in that catatonic state not responding to others. My main course meal is I hear voices. The negative symptoms are tricky and hard to identify. People mistake them for depressions or other symptoms. It disrupts ones normal emotion and behaviors. You notice how Meridia’s face doesn’t move (flat affect) and her voice is dull. It always seems to be monotone. No matter how hard she tries she never sticks to her planned activities. You have to stick a crowbar in her mouth to force her to speak.  She needs help with everyday tasks and I would constantly get on her about her hygiene. She was a hot mess. I thought she was lazy and trifling but this was all because she is schizophrenic. Nicky NLD you remember Rita?

Nicky NLD:

Yeah, I had a crush on Rosy Cheeks Rita. What happens to her?

Catrina Schizo:

She had some psychological testing. Her working memory wasn’t working. She didn’t have the ability to use information immediately after she learned it. Rita never stayed in focus or paid attention. Rita had problems with understanding the information to make a decision. This is called poor executive functioning. Cognitive symptoms are hard to find unless they are tested for.  These symptoms are understated. It was hard for her to keep a job, lead her life, and she was emotionally stressed out.

Nicky NLD;

That is a lot of information on my homegirl. Hey, can we get to the story now?

Tyrone Tourette:

Yeah, this is the new and improved Clarence Update.  St. Patrick’s Day is celebrated on March the 17. This is the day that St.Patrick died. We associate this day with the color green,  leprechauns, fairies, shamrocks, snakes, corn beef and cabbage, Irish music, green beer and Irish Creme Whiskey, and of course the St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

The Shamrock was a sacred plant that represented the rebirth of spring. The Celts called it a “seamroy”. The shamrock later represented the Irish breaking out and expressing themselves and taking pride in their culture and advocating for rights to be who they are. The English began to take over the Irish land and they didn’t want the Irish to speak their language nor practice their religion, which was Catholicism. The Irish said, “screw this we are wearing our shamrock and since we like the music we are going to sing it to the tune of Kool Moe Dee, How You Like Me Now”.  This pissed Queen Lizzy No.1 off.  Every artist and piper that was Irish got the ax. Nicky NLD you really are going to like this.

The Celts expressed themselves verbally. Since the APA(American Psychiatric Association) won’t open up a community for you this would have been the perfect place.  They rocked the house with their verbal expression of storytelling, singing, and dancing. Their oral culture of religion, history, and their folklore was passed down through the ages.

They got a little depressed but they never stopped singing “I’m Coming Out” by Diana Ross. Since they never gave up, today they’ve got popular bands like the Chieftains, Clancy Brothers, and Tommy Makem. You just keep singing that tune “Hold on I’m Coming” by Sam and Dave.

That story about the snakes was made up. St Patrick didn’t go up on a rock and banish thousands of snakes.  He took his behind up there. He drove his Orkin’s truck and pulled out his Real Kill snake spray gun. The snakes were a metaphor to get rid of the idea of worshiping all those crazy statutes the English worshiped.  Their traditional meal was always cabbage and corn beef.  Corn beef didn’t show up until the turn of the century.  The corned beef got pricy. So the Irish immigrants, now living in New York City on the lower east side, found a way to save money by bringing home the bacon and frying it up in a pan. They got the hook up from their Jewish neighbors and all went well.  Then you had shorty running around. These were the leprechauns known as “”.

Little dudes with tree stump bodies.  They were so paranoid about their pot of gold. They used voodoo, hoodoo, and doo doo to protect their funds.  The Leprechauns didn’t have anything to do with St. Patrick’s day. Do you see how lies get started?  In 1959 Walt Disney got creative and threw the leprechauns in the mix.  In 1962 Chicago River has become famous for being dyed green on St. Patrick’s Day.  The Irish grew in numbers and became the Green Machine and gain Respect just like Aretha Franklin’s song. They are no longer considered the Drunken Monkeys.
