I had a customer who was cussing, ranting, and raving because he did not make the alcohol sale in TIME. His solution was to blow the store up. He said he would let me go because I reminded him of his grandmother. I can live with that but this is what I couldn’t live with. I would get the opportunity to walk away and everyone else goes down. That’s not cool at all. Are you really getting away? Can you live with the fact you left so many lives behind to be destroyed without warning? I understand PRESIDENT OBAMA second term. He would not walk out on the nation without putting POLICIES in place that everyone could benefit from. He would not walk out on a NATION and say, “YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.” PRESIDENT OBAMA would not walk us BACKWARD into SLAVERY. PRESIDENT OBAMA would not leave our lives in shambles nor in a pool of blood. CONGRESS blew the PRESIDENT UP TIME after TIME. He has taken a risk for our NATION. He is our FIRST RESPONDER and has RESPONDED every time. President Obama is at HOME. This BROTHER HERE, GOT BRAGGING RIGHTS UP IN THE HOUSE! THIS BROTHER WILL ALWAYS HAVE A HOME. He has BONDED WITH THE PEOPLE AND THE NATION.

In the mist of fear and chaos inside these walls there are managers that rule with an iron fist(no we are not talking about Tony Stark’s Iron Man but Ivan the terrible). These managers are like the Klingon warships Birds of Prey who are cloaked and ready to take out or destroy any star ship or in this case associates who stand in their way of their personal agendas. they will lay low like cobras and strike without any moments notice. they will wait and plot in the office and compile stuff of false facts against an associate which set up the environment of F.E.A.R.( false evidence appearing real).
They prey on the associates who doesn’t know policies and and their worker rights. Those associates who know their rights and take a stand are a target for retaliation, character assassination, or out the door. Does this scenario sound familiar like a slave plantation or Mother Russia with Joseph Stalin at the helm. We could say the Adolph Hitler affect of if you not for us then you are against us; a certain race; political view;or if you have any health issues then you are in deep dodo and it gets even uglier up in their. Remember the Holocaust and the camps in Germany? Brings back ugly memories doesn’t it? Today inside of these walls there is a new holocaust and it is created by management at Wal-Mart.
Each associate has a mark or number like the Jewish people in the concentration camps. If you got a certain or an existing condition that can or will effect your live and that you have to see a doctor; then it is sorry Charlie it is into the oven you go or management will threaten you with a write up. Sad isn’t it? Inside these walls there is a Joseph Stalin(and I am not mentioning his name because we all know who he is because he is in this story. Just saying). He push his employees to a brink of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual breakdown where there is no hope. He must had taken notes from Hitler and his SS crew to put fear and intimidation in people’s eyes.
If you think there is democracy or open door policy behind these walls without retaliation then you have been told a bold face lie. Try to use open door policy and you are the next targeted associate(no i don’t mean Target as a company either). They say you have rights but it is all a smoke screen for a dictatorship for a new Saddam Hussein.It is all a ploy to give associates false hopes of thinking they belong and being brain washed into a failed system. If you think you get a position for your hard work; then think again it is the Bush Era Cronyism back into full effect. For those who don’t make the final cut, you might as well prepare yourself to take a number and stand in the bread line because you have served your purpose and poof be gone.
There was once a time in a land far far away, where there was democracy and associates had a voice and a choice but those days in that land are no more because of the toxin stench of greed, envy, and fear had destroyed the land. There once was pride and happiness but now there is fear and shame. There was a time when an associate felt safe but now they are clocking in to death and fighting a battle for their life to stay alive with customer who is angry with the service and management who is bent on trying to get rid of people because they don’t meet his quota or inquiry. It is sad when an associate wonder when it is the next Final Destination or his/her time to go because the work place isn’t a work place but a war zone. With Wal-mart there is everyday low wage and everyday slaves.
