Are you ready for the Truth? I was very comfortable when President O number 44, was Commander and Chief. The formal president’s executive functions were on point. President O continued to maintain his ability to show compassion, empathy, and support to the people and our nation. Gun violence ran rampant. President O number 44 was opening doors and connecting to people. Do you ever recall any tragedy that happened under Number 44 tick-tock and he was asked to stay away? When he came to the table an 8 course meal was served, 3 desserts , and a partridge in a pear tree. His smile gave reassurance to a New Day. Isolation was absent and inclusion prevailed.

The atmosphere surrounding the formal president made me feel so grateful and proud. Our nation had a role model who went abroad in many foreign countries. I never felt ashamed or embarrassed that President O’s behavior would disgrace our nation. Marvin Gaye song it to the tune of “Make Me want to Holler and Throw Up My Hands”_Retention. I never felt alone nor afraid. I never worried about President 44 opening his mouth and causing a war.

Formal Commander-In-Chief lassoed grief. The hearts and minds of people rested in peace. I witness a man not afraid to cry. President O was not an Appeaser nor a Liar. Trust is Key, not lies. Foreign countries shared a more Trusting relationship with President O. He was honored with the Nobel Peace Prize. The Leader Of The Free World knew how to deliver rewards and perks. It was not about people serving the formal President. President 44 served the people and our nation. He understood the people needs_Retention

The formal president passed his test on being able to put himself in other peoples sneakers. President O is a Reader and leader. I did not find myself afraid to breathe and plan for the next day. When President 44 resided at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue my sentiment led me to believe the people and our nation had a bright future ahead. If I did not have a plan of action or appeared clueless, processing the word FORWARD always put me on the right path. I looked FORWARD to tomorrow. In the Near Future, I want to share time with my children and great-grandbabies.

My recollection of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue had intelligent people up in the house. A real staff. A real Situation War Room. Lettuce, tomatoes and salad dressing wasn’t spilled on the table where great minds met to hold the fort down and maintain peace. President O was truly skilled. He wasn’t compulsive. You could see the wheels turning as he processed his information before he spoke. Did you ever worry about the WORDS that came out formal President O’s mouth? President O is not the Active Shooter. All the books that were written on the Active Shooter should have been published on one the most intelligent President of our day and time. Number 44, President Barack Obama. One of the most progressive doctors at the University of Kansas Medical Center told me every behavior is viewed as Intentional until proven otherwise. Well, the proof was found in Russia pudding. Strange, No one is talking about Russia. Good Lord, even before I can put this story to bed trending today is the death of Jeffrey Eppstein. Jeffrey infamous life will read like a huge spreadsheet all over the map. Sure he committed suicide. You think! What playbook was this taken from to kill off all of your enemies? Always something to distract the people and the nation. It has been one hell of an emotional roller coaster ride. Another story another day.

No one is talking about how Walmart could have done more to protect the lives of the customers and the associates. Will the shoppers feel safe? Will the associate feel safe? What challenges lie ahead for Walmart? Endangering the lives of the people and associates would be the responsibility of CEO Doug McMillan. Once again, CEO Dougie Fresh get an F. What’s the plan? For years I have been writing and telling about the dangers that exist Inside These Walls Of Existing condition. You just can’t make this sh** up.

Kansas City Police Department, Shoal Creek, Platte County Sheriff Department, KCPD North, and KCPD South are on the scene at the Northland Walmart at BoardWalk square. They were removed from the store. Lucy And The Football_Taken Away. Not a smart move. Walmart lost a lot of customers. The theft is overwhelming. The First Responders know the setup. They also know Store 2857 is in great danger. If I’m not mistaken Walmart made a public service announcement they were removing the First Responders in 2012. Walmart place police in the lower-income areas. It got pretty rough. First Responders were removed and the other stores closed at midnight.

I will not let Walmart get away with flying under the radar and not taking responsibility for doing more to manage the safety of lives. I will say what probably all Asset Protections think. Walmart, store 2857 should have been closed down at midnight many years ago. Walmart made their money. Give the associates a decent buyout. I am not talking about a measly $1000 per year served. These associates worked hard and put Walmart on the map.

I was glad to see Joe take a stand and leave the elephants whose trunks got caught in their A**. The poem was motivated by the word GOOD. The title of the poem, We Are, dedicated to Parkland mass shooting. Intervention Time! Stories and poems were written for all those who will be Forever Young. So many of the victim’s lives were that of a sprint fallen to Gun Violence.

Doctors have identified neurological disorders that will shoot off their mouth Unintentionally. The following are syndromes which are socially incompetent. NLD(Non-Verbal Learning Disabilities), Autism, Asperger, High Functioning Autism, Hyperlexia, PDD (Pervasive Development Delays), and William syndrome. Ater ever occurrence I tried desperately to put out a story to help the people, media and our nation take a different look through a different lens. Intervention was needed. So many people just couldn’t figure out what the hell was going on with the Active Shooter.

Many of the stores were selected to close at midnight. Once those stores closed the crowds leaked over into store 2857. One of the greatest benefit Walmart Corporation could have offered the customers and associates was keeping the First Responders on site_Retention. Yes Sir Chris Mathews, I am totally heartbroken for the damage Lucy And The Football has caused. I’m really sorry for all the pain the Active Shooter has caused.

I want the President contenders putting heat on Walmart and the Active Shooter. One of the biggest corporations in the world can afford First Responders but decided to only use them in the more depleted communities. El Paso thought they were safe. What will El Paso remember? The Active Shooter opened his mouth about Shithole People. I wrote Shithole Decision_Walmart. We found out what Walmart did with their empty buildings.

The same playbook of fear, retaliation, lower wages were mirrored. Let’s not forget the closing of 63 stores by Walmart and over 3,500 managers let go. How can a corporation say they are shocked or pretend they don’t know when they are the true Frankenstein. To this day Walmart, store 2857 remains in great danger. Look who made all those enemies. The same playbook as the Active Shooter.

New Wave Physicians was written, We lost many of our Icons to drugs. I was saddened by Michael Jackson, Prince, and Whitney Houston death. I remember writing the story Dash Before The Distance. We saw the Active Shooter behavior manifest. The people and the nation witness many of the Active Shooter’s meltdowns. Look at all the support the Active Shooter has received. Know This! The wrong culture has been created by the Active Shooter. You would think the Active Shooter would vet and hired the right or most intelligent employees. Did the Active Shooter ever train or upgraded the people selected to his cabinet? What guidance or feedback has the Active Shooter provided the people and the nation? A pay increase by the Active Shooter is not on his list As a result, the poor will continue on the path of remaining poor. The Active Shooter takes himself seriously and no one else There is no connection to the people. The only reward and perks are given will be to the ones who created an atmosphere of fear, hatred, greed. Who would you keep? Why would you stay? Look forward to humiliation, punishment, retaliation, and bullying. The final destination is firing. It just went South_Retention.?

Did an active shooter follow him to Kansas City? How much did Walmart offer him to come to store 2857 in Kansas City, Mo.? Will this manager beat down the associates? Is he there to get rid of the older associates? Will there be success under the store manager management? What is his views on diversity? How will he interact with the associates? Did Walmart bring in a Commander in Chief or a Commander in Grief? What is his plan of Retention for store 2857? Will this store manager be willing to step up and say 2857 Boardwalk is in danger and needs to be closed at midnight? That will be Key? How much longer can this store stay open passed midnight without another tragedy? Are Walmart stores willing to put First responders back into place. Tragedy can strike in the day or anytime. It’s sitting right beside me. Strange, I did not request this package. This box weighs 3lbs. I wonder who sent it. You Call Us The Mob__Who Robs?

Our brain can be remarkable or unremarkable. The Brain is wired for survival mode. Brain road rage is very dangerous. Can the brain make it through this election cycle? The brain will produce words people will chant or repeat which can appeal to one’s emotional core.  Next, our brain goes into shut down mode The forcefulness of the tone of the word or words from our brain will cause people to react without thinking. People will begin to focus only on a single issue in their brain. Tirade mode is now in effect.  Words that are repeated got lost in the true message and the words are no longer heard. The Brain is shutting down.

Negative information or lies causes the brain to become unremarkable. The sledgehammer pounds each word in the brain building up to a crescendo.  The mob reveals their true identity. Was Frankenstein the true monster? Was his creator Dr. Frankeinstein the real monster? Did the mob monsters with their blazing torches give Frankenstein the opportunity to bear any human characteristic or develop any relationships?  Frankenstein did have a special kindness and a protection button for children. What monster wants to shoot immigrants for throwing rocks and crossing the border? Who Robs? Who Created the Mob?

The logic circuit was interrupted.   The Creator and his mob were only connected to their primitive brain. No logic or intellect button to push.   They stooped so low with an abundance of lies. Now it is time to go high using our intellect. When you see the repetition of the words Who Robbed, the good news is for each one of the questions below there are answers leading to the Truth.  The words can be heard. The words can be read in a softer tone. There will be no mob mentality or mob activity.  It feels good sporting individuality.

9.) Who robbed women their rights to be heard on sexual assault charges by electing a Supreme Court Justice who is the Perpetrator?

10.) Who robbed Immigration, stealing citizenship, and attempted to reverse naturalization?

12.) Who robbed Immigrant children/young adults the right to be with their parents causing behavioral problems and long-term mental illness?

13.) Who robbed Scientist of Climate Change not only in Florida but throughout the nation?

14.) Who robbed and raised the Tax Laws to go after Medicare, Social Security, and Medicaid?

15.) Who robbed the economy of their congressional gatekeepers on trade tariffs?

16.) Who robbed the people and the Nation of their Constitutional Rights?

Our nation was robbed on Foreign Policy.  Corporation robbed and seize jobs for a lower wage and sent our nation jobs overseas.

People normally watch what a person do rather than what they say.  Flip Side of the Chart(Neurological/brain),  watch what a person say.  What a person says on this side of the chart is not intentional.   A lot will be said but very little will be done. The brain needs a big jumpstart. Keep the cable wires charged for the brain. The Flip Side of The Chart does not wish to be set up for failure.  We understand It is a detriment not being able to read body language or put yourself in another person shoes. You are not emotionally disturbed when you lack the ability to relate to your emotions or others.

Words have to coordinate with one’s action.  Appropriate factual information and words have to be given in order for the brain to distinguish truth from lies. Behavior is considered Intentional Behavior unless proven Unintentional.  Questions from above can be answered truthfully.  Answers from the questions revealed the following.

Whew! It is a lot going on. I mean a Lot! A Lot! The music playing in my head is Marvin Gaye’s What”s Going On. The next song on the playlist is Brett Kavanaugh, Supreme Court Nominee, singing James Brown THE Big Pay Back. After that Poet and songwriter, Bobbi Womack released a song called I Can’t Understand It. The Russian Republicans will be asking that question to a man who does not read, have the ability to run the country, and probably just open the Gates of Hell on the 2 Hours Plus upon firing Rob Rosenstein or excepting his resignation. This is not a Constitutional Crisis but a D**n Bloodbath.

As the music begins to dissipate in my brain I thought I would go read a book to reset and Energize the Bunny. I wanted a cool smooth tap on the drum so the words could bring a new Funk and meaning to this poem. Mind Transformation__Other Whens And Other Wheres

Mathew 7:12 (In Everything, Do unto others what you would have them do unto you). This is Mankind Golden Rule of Conduct. In order to understand the Golden Rule Of Conduct, there is a balance. Mind Transformation holds the largest sell out in any theater in this walk of life.  We role play, jump into another person skin, and we dance in their shoes.  Empathy comes out and takes a bow. Compassion and Support are standing in the wings as the crowd roars and claps.  The other players unite with Compassion demonstrating the Big Picture.  Two men approach the stage with flowers and a huge plaque. The crowd settles down. The faces begin to change and tears begin to fall. Bishop Michael Curry and Father, James Martin presence communicated the need for prayer for all children, young adults of immigrants that have been snatched away from their parents and their home.  A voice screams out.  What If? This is the question for eons. Here comes that mighty bolt of lightning striking the brain. Pure silence.  Hearts begin to bleed and the mind begins to travel to Other Whens (TIME) and Other Wheres (Places). This is called IMAGINATION.

From the Opposite End of the Spectrum, you have Neurological Syndromes that struggle with Not Being able to understand the Code of Conduct, Not being able to put themselves in other people shoes or their skin. These Neurological Syndromes do not roleplay and can’t travel to Other Whens and Other Wheres. The Sense of Time and Place is a huge deficiency. Some of these Neurological Syndrome do not imagine nor have creative abilities. In the Psychological world, this is called ANOSOGNOSIA.

In 2012 the keyword was FORWARD.  For 2018 we understand that the administration we are dealing with has not been able to adapt, change, rise to the occasion, progress. advance or Transform. In the Final Stage of Transformation are Death and Decomposition (Decay). Our Nation can no longer stand by and let the Administration of Death and Decay destroy the Minds of Transformation__ Other Whens and Other Wheres.  Moving Foward in 2018 keyword is Transformation.

Every living being takes on some form of transformation. Even if there is partial transformation. Let’s say if the adult fly didn’t make the complete transformation. You start out with the fertilized egg. Then you have the larva. Which we know is a maggot. What! The opportunity failed and it did not liquify inside the pupa so it did not transform into a complete adult fly.  You are stuck with the maggot’s destruction. Maybe not for too much longer.   Hold that thought.

We are Black, Brown, and Beige who didn’t commit a felony but was quickly introduce to a jail cell.

If you could just pull CEO Doug McMillon and Walmart over to your point of view it may reshape Wal-mart culture. I never want to walk away feeling issues that need to be resolved have no solution or a treatment plan.  Wal-mart leaves their employees emotionally drained. The associates feel the insurmountable pain.  I hope you are well aware of who’s gonna take the blame. The only subject matter is Wal-Mart’s money, power, control and their capital gain.  So I’m here to shine the light on Wal-mart infamous reign.  Thank you for addressing Gender Diversity, Sexual Harassment, Artificial Intelligence, Changing the World, Global Warming, languages, Photos, Immigration, Automation, Women place in the tech industry,  and driving the point home on how technology is so valuable to the medical industry. Walmart doesn’t believe their own beliefs.  Aka Babyface Doug McMillon probably walk by and say, Who the Hell put that up?  Call up Lee Daniels. Remind Lee who has total control and Power to this sequel. Please return the Lion before Queen Sugar returns home from Falcon Crest.  Who is on their way to Dallas?  Where is JR Ewing when you need him?   Wal-Mart’s Final Destination is the corporation who denies Freedom, except no Responsibility and seek Excellence to fulfill their pockets only.  Wal-mart going to Spring Break? No, they’re leaving for Peru with their Tax Break. We Know What You Did Last Summer? As far as Wal-mart Changing The World, Wal-mart took away the employees livelihood.  It was a Nuclear Holocaust. Why? Wal-Mart is The Hand That Rocks The Cradle. Killing jobs, taking control, being obsessed with money and Wal-Mart investors are their Fatal Attraction.

Sorry, this corporation does not value what we value. Integrity, Communication, Respect, Excellence is not aligned with Big Snuffy.  This is not a walk down Sesame Street.  Hell, This Is A Nightmare On Elm Street. Who is that over in the corner with the red and green striped sweater, pimped out brim, and razor-sharp claws on one hand? Who slash all those jobs and got rid of their co-managers?   The real teachers of Wal-mart got cut not rewarded.  Wal-Mart has no values. Don’t say that. They value their money. The associates are just not included. Walmart’s high performance is base on the element of beating the associates down by Control. There is no Freedom just shackles on the feet and chains wrapped around the employee’s brains.  What about Context? You have no ideas at Walmart. Your situation is your own. Creativity, absolutely not. I repeat you follow Directive. Wal-mart doesn’t care about what you think.  Management doesn’t want to hear your voice and don’t give a d**n about your opinion.

Netflix embraces the best people for the job. Yes, brother man is an “A” player and d**n good at his job. Whew! There will be fewer mistakes for the company to fix. On the other hand when you do the dance of favoritism, nepotism, and the pat on the back you get the most unqualified, unintelligent, White House/Walmart staff in the nation. Nothing will pass. Nothing achieved. The achievement will be for the money dawgs at the top who kills all the growth and development of people at the bottom.  Oh excuse me, the rules of the game has changed. Who changed the rules. The Men In Black in favor of the big corporation.  Even if you were a “B” player at Netflix and you had consistency when it was time to say bounce baby bounce they still gave you a decent severance package to help you land on your feet Somewhere Over The Rainbow. This is a real Dagger In The Heart_More Meat. Walmart is not in the business of helping their associates start over. Time to hit up Indeed.com.  You are viewed as  The Expendable, not valuable. If you work for Walmart you will be escorted out. The associates get no severance package. The associates have to fight like hell to draw unemployment. What associate will last at this corporation to receive retirement without being forced out?  Make sure you get rid of all the older associates or force them into a part-time position. Order 66 has now taken effect. Kill everyone connected to the Jedi Order. What! no more intelligent scholars left on the planet. D**n are we back at the White House? No, we are inside of Wal-mart.  The Umbrella Corporation thinks their associates are straight up ignorant.    This corporation will do or say anything to AVOID paying out any type of benefits. Not a dime for workman compensation, unemployment or whatever ails you. How can you establish trust with a company who rid themselves of 63 stores and never gave the associates any notices?  Did Wal-mart give any of these associates severance pay to restart their career? Hell To The No No.  Trust, Honesty, I don’t think so. Nice sounding valued no one believes in.  Sorry! Wishmaster was canceled.  All the wishing in the world will not change Wal-mart Corporation downright hostility. Turning people against one another (divisiveness) is the big gulp of hot chocolate made with Shatto milk topped with heavy whip cream and Ghiradelli double chocolate syrup on to the top. Yummy!  Whatever an associate enjoy Walmart takes great pleasure to destroy. I just wanted to spell it out. Can we bring Stacy Brown Philpot_CEO of Task Rabbit (IKEA) to help us put the pieces of the puzzle together?

What the hell do we know?  Come on! you know Dark Shadows don’t have any grown-ups in the room. For Walmart, it is always company first.   Are you a Walton? HR policies are always enforced. You don’t talk to the bosses, managers, subordinates or colleagues. Retaliation comes into play with the Open Door Policy. Sun Down Rule means keep waiting. Cheryl, are you wearing the clothes from yesterday?  I have been standing out here by the assistant office for someone to get back with me. I guess I will see you in that dress tomorrow. She will figure it out.  When she realizes her personal hygiene is attracting attention.  When Ge Ge arrives at work, ask management to get keys, and management shows up 30 minutes later, it is not her fault her job starts late.  Then GE GE is asked why she got a late start. It’s pretty cool knowing Somewhere Out There companies give 10 days PTO and 10 days holiday pay. Go Netflix!  Wow!  The associates Inside These Walls Of Existing Conditions get rejected for days earned at Walmart. The rejected button is pushed and the slave masters let you know who is Boss Hog. Days! It took years to accumulate TIME under Dark Vader rule.  The force was not with the associates  Maybe if they gave the associates their time in a timely manner much of the PTO TIME would not be paid out in February. The Queen of Good Goodbyes worried about fairness and consistency. Well, that is not a problem at the Big Snuffleupercus Company.  Fairness and consistency are not in Wal-Mart’s dictionary nor embedded in Wal-Mart company’s policy. McCord felt she would get better results when you rely on logic and common sense. That lets me know McCord hasn’t visited the White House or Wal-Mart Corporation. Taking a trip to Resident Evil would be equivalent.   I repeat Directives are given not options. How Loyal are You? Oh! Oh! Is that McCord picture on the wall with  Sally Yates, James Comey (not the president Homey) and the rest of the gang.

BREAKING NEWS; IT IS EVALUATION TIME AGAIN.  THE STORE MANAGER MARK HOYT IS PUSHING FOR EVALUATIONS TO BE COMPLETED. WHY? IS IT BONUS TIME AGAIN? HAVE YOU FORGOTTEN ABOUT THE ONE TIME. BONUS THE ASSOCIATES WILL RECEIVE? IF THE ASSOCIATE GO MISSING IN ACTION (STARRING CHUCK NORRIS) DO YOU THINK IT WILL INCREASE THE GODFATHERS BONUSES? THINK ABOUT IT.  DO YOU THINK THE 15-20+ LIFERS IS AT RISK? COULD THIS BE A  STRATEGY TO TARGET THE ASSOCIATES BEFORE BONUS TIME? HEY, GOT TO GET THE STORE NUMBERS DOWN AND MAKE WAY FOR A NEW PROGRAM.  WHAT ABOUT THE ASSOCIATES OR MEMBERS OF MANAGEMENT THAT HAS 2 STRIKES/WRITE-UPS AND PUSHING FOR THE 3RD OUT THE DOOR? HOW FAR WILL MANAGEMENT GO TO PUSH AN ASSOCIATE OUT THE DOOR ON WAL-MART 3 STRIKES PROGRAM? WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A MEMBER OF MANAGEMENT THAT HAS 2 STRIKES AND A FOOT IN THE GRAVE EVALUATES THE ASSOCIATES? DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT PARTICULAR MEMBER OF MANAGEMENT WILL BE OBJECTIVE? WHY NOT TAKE A FEW GOOD MEN OUT THE BOX (I LIKE BOTH OF THESE movies). WHAT ABOUT THE ASSOCIATES THAT ARE SALARY CAPPED? DO YOU THINK THIS IS WAL-MART STRATEGY TO TARGET THIS GROUP OF ASSOCIATES TO MAKE WAY FOR AUTOMATION? IS THIS ANOTHER WAY OF WALMART SAYING NO SEVERANCE PACKAGES, NO BENEFITS? WHEW! WHOEVER THE MANAGERS ARE IN THE POSITION OF EVALUATING THE ASSOCIATES IS ABOUT TO BE SET UP FOR FAILURE. THE QUESTION OF THE YEAR:  HOW IN THE HELL CAN WAL-MART EVALUATE ANY ASSOCIATES, NOT GIVE A PAY RAISE, NOT PROMOTE OR FIRE WITH THEIR TRACK RECORD OF UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR?  Did they DEMOTE, REMOVE, or FIRE THERESE RENZETTI?   Well, there you go. TO ALL THE ASSOCIATES REVIEW YOUR RIGHTS UNDER TITLE VII: CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964.   Wal-mart should do like Netflix and eliminate formal reviews/evaluations.

This is just another strategy of getting rid of associates to make room for the store remodeled. Walmart can offer their associates a nice severance package so they can make room for their Big Event. I’m not talking about a measly $1000 per year every year the associate worked for this company.  Good Lord! If you worked 30 years for this company $30,000 just won’t cut it.  The Black Panther’s costume cost more.  $1000 per year of service is shameful and would leave The House Of A Thousand Corpses lying around. I’m quite sure the associates are looking forward to Independence Day. I wonder what Will Smith thinks about this. Wal-mart is looking forward to Terminator V Judgement Day so no associates are left standing tall and alive. Hey! just a friendly reminder to check the coaching in your files. It has the same effect when you go to clock in and you have no task.  When you on your way to lunch ALL OF A SUDDEN you have a task. Management swears up and down it was there all the time.  The task shows up at 5:00am and you leave at 7:00am. Yeah Right. Remember the number 3 is very key.

Oh yeah, my all time favorite is GlassDoor who loves to give the people on the beat the 411. The top 10 most sought-after jobs out of 100 in 2018 World ranked as followed: 1) FaceBook, 2) Bain and Company, 3) Boston Consulting Group, 4) IN-N-Out Burger, 5) Google, 6) Lululemon, 7) HubSpot 8) World Wide Technology, 9) St. Jude Children Research Hospital, 10) Ultimate Software. You know you been robbed once you read the company’s mission statement and the cultural climate the Ceos has created for their employment. Dagger In the Heart_More Meat and suffering defeat working for the #1 largest Corporation that employes the most people in the U.S. and abroad.  Times Up! Turn up the heat Wal-mart needs to create a non-hostile cultural environment which is inclusive, supportive, with decent salaries and bonuses that will compete with other corporations.  One time Bonuses are not allowed. Back to those evaluations.

Big Dagger In The Heart_More Meat whenever I hear the word TRUTH. What!  Netflix eliminated formal reviews.  No more 5 point scale to grade one’s evaluation. Yes, it is a ritual. Do you get any better after being lied on? This will impede one’s development and performance.  A penny raise does not motivate one to work smart. The sad piece of this story the truth doesn’t get told on your evaluation. but the person giving you the review has never worked with you. How can a manager or co-manager evaluate an associates performance when they are not objective themselves? Passed down negative information from the only Co-manager Therese Renzetti who lack communication skills and has had several write-ups her self. Home Office, HR, Ethics Hotline is fully aware of Theresa Renzetti behavior. So they cannot say they aren’t aware. That’s like saying General Kelly didn’t know Rob Porter, White House Office Staff Secretary, did not beat his 2 ex-wives. Who holds the power to arrest (punish/retaliate), convict, sentence, and execute (frame or fire) their associates.  You know who makes and control all of the decision. Communication there is none. The Impact associates make is based on all-time task. There is no room for creativity. It stunts the associate’s growth. The 8 hour work day for Wal-mart associates is for management to get 24 hours worth of work out of each associate.  Do you have any popcorn left? You are the rising star in 12 years Of A Slave.  As far as Curiosity Wal-mart has stripped away the desire to learn. All incentives to become a Shining Star by Earth, Wind, and Fire is over.    Associates are in constant fear of losing their job, retaliation, bullying. Why you think the associates don’t speak out?  Little Shop Of Horrors took on a new meaning.  We have no teachers but you are expected to do a job thrown at you. Get an F for what you never were taught. Sure it’s all your fault. That’s the Wal-mart Way. Wal-mart never admits they are wrong. Innovation are you kidding me. Your ideas belong to you. Wal-mart appreciates if you keep your thoughts to yourself.  Wal-Mart is not going to give up CONTROL to hear the person on the lower end of the scale,  forget it.  Change only comes from the top not the bottom in this company.  It would be a REVOLUTION if the associates take over.  Wal-mart views associate Courage as controversial, threatening to the company, troublemakers. Your courage and what you say will get you retaliated against or fired. I know this too well. Passion is a very strong emotion of enthusiasm. Wal-mart! No, especially the emotional part.  Wal-mart has no feelings. They don’t care. Honesty is definitely a No. Why? Would you like to review Wal-Mart’s Unethical Behavior again? Selflessness through the lens of Wal-mart culture is not advocating on the associate’s behalf. Being proactive in Wal-Mart’s culture of destruction and sharing ideas with other associates are taken as if the associate is trying to form a union.

Wal-mart culture is everything of MAJOR importance becomes MINOR.  Everything of MINOR importance becomes MAJOR.  Internal Behavior is cut throat and the mission statement is Sink or Swim. There is NO FREEDOM just hard work. The associates are pushed to the brink.  Creativity doesn’t exist only traditional workforce behavior. Wal-mart lead and the associates follow. The associate’s fight for their PTO, vacation time, leave of absence, any time they have earned. It is a pure dictatorship. The associates are left with the blame and shame. Leadership belongs to Walmart Corporation, not the associates. Now go get your popcorn and watch V For Vendetta. Tell me if this movie reminds you of your life inside of Walmart? Maximize rules and chaos exists within this company.  Flexibility is not allowed in a company who is behind the times. Wal-mart mimics the behavior of their competitors. Leadership cannot be developed if the company doesn’t surround you with good people to help one grow.

The store manager (Mark Hoyt) thinks management and associates lie when he can’t understand what you are trying to communicate. Is Mark Hoyt trying to understand?  He still has his Ipad by his side.  End Of Days  Co-manager Theresa Renzetti was rewarded and is on the grocery side. Although she got the most calls to Home Office for her Intentional Behavior, the ethics hotline called numerous times, targets black, white, tan, beige and LGBT community she did not get bumped to leave the store or the company.   Co-Manager Theresa Renzetti played a role in getting rid of the few black managers and other members of management in the store. The courts out on the last and only Black assistant in the store who recently walked out of the store due to massive amounts of frustration and favoritism. Did you notice how more CBL’S (computer-based learning) popped up?  I give credit where credit is due.  Well, The Umbrella Corporation only controls and never communicates. How can a company grade an evaluation when they can’t be upfront about closing 63 stores without notice?  The person handing down information can’t be trusted at all.  There were 3,500 co-managers jobs slashed.  The last co-manager standing replaced Bruce Willis in the Last Man Standing Part II.  Who made the decision to keep Co-manager Renzetti in the Store. Was it the Market Team? The Store Manager? What role did HR, Home Office, and the Ethics Hotline play knowing what they know? Times Up! Whenever I mention Co-manager Theresa Renzetti name or the Store Managers name, Mark Hoyt, my name Linda Garrett is also mention in the process.  I want real transparency, the Butt-naked truth released, and most of all I am not hear to LIE or Slander any of these people.  Walmart always wants to hold the associates accountable but never take RESPONSIBILITY for Therese Renzetti Intentional Behavior.  Just to let you know I will not be Rolled Back because I’m not afraid.  I have been retaliated and discriminated against many times by Therese Renzette and Walmart looked the other way.   I did not wish to contain this information in the boundaries of store #2857 but to let everyone across the nation here MY VOICE.   When Wal-mart decide to put me on their clearance wall and clear me out I went down for the associates who have been bullied, harassed, self-esteem was at an all-time low, retaliated against and too afraid to speak out for fear of losing their job. I want the associates to remember the Texas Chain Saw Massacre of all the jobs Wal-mart have taken away. Remember how Wal-mart Corporation views the associates through their lens. I”m sitting at the computer in my Black pants suit and my white rose is on top of the printer. An associate asks me once why I wasn’t afraid of Walmart.  My reply will always be Walmart cannot add to my Quality of Life.  Wal-mart has no Specialty to add TIME to my Life. Once you cross over into the world of the great scholars, for example, an endocrinologist, gastroenterologist, nephrologist, cardiologist, neurologist, radiologists you go to YouTube.  You turn on Jay-Z who is rapping 99 Problems So for me 99 problems and Walmart isn’t one will be my anthem to bring to the associates with Solutions.  Wal-mart started out with the lowest wages and locked many associates wages down. This corporate culture is built on Destructive, corruptible, and Intentional Behavior. Whatever Quality of Life I have left belongs to me. I own it. I live It. Wal-mart can not give me a TIME ADJUSTMENT ON MY LIFE. Wal-mart Corporations has NO CONTROL and NO POWER over my mind, body, and spirit.  Walking into a room where a doctor is holding your life chart, money and the material object will not be the first priority. Your Life and Time will rule the day. It doesn’t matter how much money Aka Babyface Doug McMillon has nor Wal-mart Corporation. They have no Power or Control over how long they will live or how much TIME.  They should put a new slogan on their wall if they can’t respect the individual or believe their own beliefs.  It should go like this.  You Thought Money was priceless. You thought Oil was priceless. You thought diamonds were priceless. Time is Priceless. Time to Respect Time and a Priceless Human’s Life.  These are people I want to know and show how the largest corporation in the world treat their employees. I am paying attention. These are progressive people on the move along with progressive movements.

Wal-Mart culture of destruction treats their associates as if they know absolutely nothing.  You have highly intelligent associates from all over the world. When I look over my shoulders I see future assistants, co-managers, and store managers within the associates. Wal-Mart is too afraid to create Teams.  The culture of Wal-mart doesn’t like teachers. Or you kidding me! They only teach you what they want you to know and that is just enough so you can’t take an assistant, co-managers, or the store manager position. Wal-mart tells their associates to upgrade their career preference when the job has been taken already. The job is posted and the management TEAM goes through the motions to fill in the blank.  As far as communication, Walmart is skilled players at miscommunication turning the associates against each other.  Their coaching process is a.) to show you are not promotable, b.) to avoid giving the associates a raise, c.) to rank your evaluation low so you or on your way out the door, d.) to keep the associates from transferring to another store. Big Picture is RETALIATION TIME.  The Hunger Games is on. Have you noticed even when you do get good evaluations you are not progressing forward toward a promotion? Do you feel you are locked into your position?  The same strategy is applied to the older associates who are locked into their salaries. The older hardworking associates get paid less. The associates who don’t work as hard or not at all get the same pay.  The new associates get paid more for no experience, less, or some experience. Bottom line is to set the Associates up for failure.

My jaw dropped when Patti McCord_former CEO of Netflix, Sundar Pichai_CEO of Google, and Susan Wojcicki_CEO of Yahoo address getting the best person for the job. All the best people are held back, force out, get fired. from Walmart.  The Team of HR. Market Managers, store manager,  Ethics Hotline all know about Co-Manager Therese Renzetti behavior.  The choice to keep Therese Renzetti in the store and put her on the Grocery Side is like jacking up the Impeachment Procedure.  The Elephants under the glass are obstructing justice placing the blame on the FBI. To Sundar Pichai: How many offenses would a manager or an associate have to make before you fire them? Would you be reluctant to fire a manager or an associate because of their race, sexual orientation, gender if they had been reported to HR numerous of times? Susan Wojcicki: McCord talks about the jerk on the job.  Would you fire the jerk’s when his behavior crosses the line and is not align with the company’s policy?  McCord also addresses what is best for the company. Would you fire the associate/manager whose Intentional behavior is not conducive to the work environment or both? Do you feel it was best for the company?  Do you feel it is right to aid and abet a worker because of prior lawsuits of harassment, gender stereotyping, sexual harassment, and retaliation against the company?   Would you remove an associates/manager whose Intentional behavior cause emotional distress toward their co-workers/ management and fear to the work environment? Would you keep the associate/manager out of fear they may retaliate against the company and file a suit based on their race, gender, sexual orientation?  Walmart is known for gender stereotyping and how bad they treat their employees. So it is Time to point out the wrongdoing, scandalous behavior, dishonesty, corruption, indecency, immoral, unprofessional, and whatever you observe that is not honest. We can now zero in on inappropriate language or behaviors. Now Ruby understands the meaning of IMPROPRIETIES.  It just needed to be explained. It did not go over Ruby’s head. Ruby hates to ask the question when she doesn’t understand because members of management make her feel as though she is stupid. Ruby has more pieces to the puzzle.  Well, Ruby, they may not have an answer or they may not understand themselves. If you look closer you will see who really knows. You would think as many times Walmart has gotten busted on their Intentional Behavior, the GINORMOUS corporation had to pay for Gender discrimination (to the tune of 11.7 million, dollars in 2013) they should exit the Titanic and try not to hitch a ride on the  Hindenburg.  Maybe this company loves being well documented. Time is up for Sexual Harassment, Harassment, Retaliation, Discrimination in the workforce. Time is Up for this negative behavior anywhere, any place at any time. Who granted the power and sent the wrong message that Intentional Behavior is the norm and Unintentional behavior should take the fall? Who put on their books Walmart is ABOVE the law? Reparation cannot take away the pain and agony one suffers or replace a human life. There is not enough money in the world to make it right.  General Snuffleupagus and his gang need to step outside their culture and see if they can Spotify a new generation, hear the Tidal Wave moving in their path and realize a new tsunami is coming to drown Walmart for their misdeeds. Sam Walton said no one should feel the need to leave the company. On that note, I say Run Forest Run.

This is not about what you don’t have. This is about the ability to adapt to change.  We can find a way to work around the issue. If change is difficult for you to make try little baby steps. It took CEO DOUG McMILLON’s pay to jump from a whopping 19.4 million to 22.4 million in 3 years. What! The CEO got a 13% increase. Well, look who get a raise increase and bonus every year in a timely manner.  We know who hasn’t been with the company for 20 years.  Guess What! We also know Aka Babyface Doug McMillon will not receive an ONE TIME bonus for his service to the company for 20 years. Do the math (3 years of service}. Reuters, Glassdoor, and CNN Money can you believe an associate has to work 20 years for an ONE TIME Bonus of a $1000?  Walmart value the service of the associates at $50 a year.  Do you think this is a Shit Hole Decision.?

Walmart Corporation and Aka BabyFace Doug McMillon, CEO of Walmart, will take home the Global One-Eighty-Seven Award for the Murder of 63 Sam Club Stores from New York to Puerto Rico.  Seven Sam Store Clubs were closed in the Chicago area. Pretty nice neighborhoods. What’s Up with That?  Walmart associates are stun by these Shit Hole Decisions.  The associates are outraged by the one-time bonus and the numbers of years to obtain such a raise.  Walmart associates are pissed off at the suppressive wage (impede progress/delay or prevent development) for the countless years they spent at Walmart. Workers at Walmart realize NOW everyone at the entry-level will be paid more than the older associates. How does it feel to train a person that hasn’t been with the company for 2 minutes making more than an associate that has been with the company for 10 years or more?   The older workers feel this is another way of pushing them out of the company without a buyout or giving them an option to retire.  Do you think by getting rid of Sam Clubs Associate is Walmart’s way of avoiding paying benefits?   Who in the hell can afford to raise a child off of Wal-Mart so-called one-time pay increase?  Hours will be cut. The majority of managers step down to regular associates from the stress of Walmart not providing the appropriate tools to be successful in their job.  All the associates who are afraid to speak out just process what Walmart did to Sams Club.  Will store 2857 have a yellow ribbon wrap around the building for the latest crime scene? Did any of the Sams Club Stores try to form a union?  Every day when an associate pulls up on the parking lot they will wonder will their store be next.

What do Walmart associates have to lose by speaking out?  Your job could be the next One-Eighty-Seven.  I do not like those yellow vest.  If Home Office control the heat, the water, the toilet paper don’t let them control your breathing and your Voice. Stop being afraid and learn and know your rights. The Harassment, The Retaliation, The Bullying has to end. Time is truly up. I’m still waiting for Walmart to stand by the first three beliefs. Integrity! That’s a joke.

What is wrong with this picture?

Did you forget the millions of dollars Walmart made off of food stamps? Many of the workers carry EBT cards and receive food stamp assistance. Will the increase in their pay change the eligibility of their food stamps? Will Walmart be willing to step in and pay the difference if these associates get cut from the food stamp program?  Look at the price the associates might have to pay for Walmart Inc. and Aka BabyFace Doug McMillon Shit Hole Decision.  One Time Only Bonus can affect these associate’s livelihood.  Walmart changed their price matching policy on October the 16. The coupon policy was also changed. This took a bite out of crime. Where is the money after these losses were corrected?  How many millions did Walmart make?

The highest Award of tonight will be granted to the 1% of Walmart Corporation, Aka BabyFace McMillon, top executives and top shareholders. The Stone Cold Greed Award is the Life Time Achievement Award for not giving a damn about the associates. It also entails making sure the Rich get Richer and Walmart Corporation leads by example.  The example is Donald Trump’s, it all belongs to Trump’s Tax Break. The big money dawgs will not miss one year receiving their bonuses. For sure it won’t be a one Time Bonus. Walmart Corporation leads by example and showed the associates how Walmart really feels and who the money all belongs to.

Trump’s Penus envy button, which Cialis, Levitra, and Vardenafil cannot fix, once again let Kim Jong-un off the hook due to age discrepancy.  Before I forget, Michael Wolf,  who wrote Fire and Fury, just briefly should be informed that the childlike behavior he witnessed presents a much stronger case when you use the term developmental delays. The question to ask is: How Old Is Trump developmentally?  What level or grade level is his mental processing? Would he be capable of running the country? How pervasive are these delays?   Trump did receive the  Erectile Dysfunction and numerous dishonorable mentions for his remark on Shit Hole Countries. The last store manager, Randall Addison made it clear he ran the store and control the toilet paper. We have lost many members of management and associates based on the RULE: The RULE is stated in the story Five Days Before Christmas and once again Co-Manager Therese Renzette is the star of the Bullying, Harassment, Retaliation, Discrimination, and Race.  The focus will be on the unlawful and unethical work practice under your protected rights Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. No Corporation should be BIG TO FAIL or TO BIG TO BE SUED. These are your RIGHTS as an AT-Will Employee.

Take the time and make a list. Think about the one TIME bonus you are about to receive and tell me are you worth more for all those years of service. Think about the 4 years CEO Doug McMillon has been with Walmart and what he has received for deceiving the associates. Click the button, tell your story, make the comment. Let your voice be heard.  What happened in this store should never happen again. The associates do not come to work to exist in an atmosphere of fear. So why is customer service down? It comes from the beating down of associates self-esteem by divisive tools of harassment, bullying, retaliation, discrimination, race.  You are protected against this Intentional Behavior under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Name your work practice violation that was used to set you up for failure.  There are a lot of ME TOO’s at Walmart. We are ready for TIME’S UP.

The loss of really good workers seems so unreal. Included in the decision of the one time raise, co-managers would be step down from their position if they could not find a store within 3 years to be promoted to a store manager positions.  This was a very old decision in Walmart’s policy initiated many years ago.  Under the old policy, it was 2 years for the co-managers to find a store. I have tracked this stores behavior for many years and documented the behaviors of each and every co-manager, assistant,  and the store manager that has come to store 2857 in my TIME from 2001-2018. Walmart will rid themselves of 3,500 Co-Managers position. My name is Linda Garrett and I will be the first to say Therese Renzette should be the first Co-Manager to go. Therese Renzette came to Walmart in 2007. She creates an atmosphere of fear at store 2857 and nothing has changed as of this day.  DSD can back me up. Today, Time is Up. What is Walmart’s culture? Their basic belief is FAKE NEWS TRUMP STYLE.

Yes, the new dress code should be changed to black.  Our nation has been placed on a global carpet of mourning abuse, harassment, retaliation, discrimination, and race.  The associates at Walmart share a common interest with the whole world. This would be the biggest class action lawsuit in history. This takes me back http://www.afj.org  where the associates can retrieve a wealth of information about Walmart and other cases. For now, I will limit Rule 23 (Class Action: Federal Rules of Civil Procedure) to store 2857. Thanks to all the mentors for sharing your knowledge. Erase Away The Day

I watched the Golden Globe Awards on the carpet, not on the linoleum floor.  I could feel the pressure around my jaws as my face begin to tighten. All I could think about was my daughters and my granddaughters. Give them the opportunity to blossom into women and don’t let their self-esteem be stripped by “Shush.”  Lord don’t let a younger generation of women travel my road of Seen and Not Heard.  Women in my day were inappropriately touched by their teachers, fathers, relatives, so-called friends and ministers to be later told they would go to hell.  Who would believe them?  The greatest disappointment and the biggest Shush is when you tell your mother, guardian, or a person who you thought was a trusted friend.  The biggest hurt comes when they don’t believe you. It can shut your voice down for many years.  I pray to God Time will be Up when they embark on their journey in their lives.  Don’t get Shushed. Continue to be Heard. Continue to be Seen.

There was a voice from the late 60’s that floated through my head. As I closed my eyes I could hear Angela Davis speak about men’s power. Angela’s voice echoed, men will not cow down. Through the lens of men’s eyes, they will find a way to dismantle and manipulate any purpose or program that will put women in a position of power.  It will be done in your home, job force and government agencies (White House). Men objectify women. They feel women are their accessories (fur coat, leather glove, diamond ring, trophy wife). The abstract now becomes concrete.  Men will rise up and do everything to make women pay by lowering women into the bargain basement. It’s strange how men can drop women off into the bargain basement but don’t want to select their wives, girlfriends, or fiancée from the bargain basement. Men of power do not want their daughters dropped off at the Going Going Gone Shop in the bargain basement. Look what men do with their power.  Thinking with Penus Power has failed every time.

I found it really hard to write.  I felt my voice getting smothered and my fingers going numb. Nine months have rolled by. Hope begin to knock on my door and at my fingertips. The greatest line from the movie Scarface popped into my head. “Say Hello To My Little Friend.” The Hollywood Shoot Out of Sexual Harassment had revealed the many Scarred Faces in Hollywood.  It opens the door for the Recognizable and Unrecognizable to come forward and tell their story. Every Scarred Face and Scarred Heart across the nation would grieve, wear black, and share the global runway.  Harvey Weinstein and Kevin Spacey took the lead for pieces of the puzzle on sexual misconduct.  It was pointed out there are many more pieces of the puzzle to come.  Gorilla glue is making the case for sexual harassment.   Alabama rolled out the red carpet before the Global Awards and made it quite clear there will be no sexual predators in the United States Senate.  They too should get an award for letting the world know having a sexual predator for a senator is definitely not the norm.

There has been so much division, hatred, and the most unremarkable behavior witness in my lifetime. I looked and searched for any channel to help Erase Away The Day. I watched a lot of Jimmy Fallon because he wasn’t riding the political tidal wave.  I was so amazed how the media continue to ride their horse after being so heavily attacked.  I needed time to regroup. I had so much to reflect on. The numbness is beginning to slowly wear off at my fingertips. I recall Tweeting after the Alabama election.  After viewing the Golden Globe Awards my heartfelt much lighter. My brain didn’t look like Pin Head.  My mind felt at ease.

All that Intentional Behavior brought to the forefront by people who knew better.  These men had a choice to make the right decision and didn’t. Yes Say Hello To My Little Friends Matt Lauer, Charley Rose, Bill O’Reilly, Blake Farenthold, Roger Ailes, Russell Simons, Mario Batali, and there are so many more. I  think Clarence Thomas name can fit inside the many more.  These are the infamous master of educators to the hidden residual rule of Sexual Harassment.   Think all the people who were diagnosed with a neurological syndrome and just didn’t have a clue about sexual harassment. The abstract is now concrete.  Well, you got infamous recognizable face wear now. Thanks to Me Too Movement, Times Up Movement, and the many women’s movement growing at light speed who were Seen and Heard. Most of all Thank You for telling your story and not letting Sexual Harassment Erase Away The Day and Erase Away Your Life.

 

Outrage___Ressurection

Three Cheers and a Boom-Shaka-Laka for Ron Reagan. Baby! we are definitely on the same page, in the same book, at the same time. There will be Outrage up in the House.  Ron Reagan has the answer for Resurrection for our Nation.  Drum roll, please! IMPEACHMENT for the man who emptied out 1600 Pennsylvania Ave to take the IGNORANTARIES to meet the DIGNITARIES. Can you imagine what it is like to go from intelligent people like Barack Obama, John Kerry, Loretta Lynch, Eric Holder, Joe Biden, Hilary Clinton, Valarie Jarrett, Susan Rice, into the neighborhood with the Slum Lord Dogs? Dignitaries all over the world have to figure out how to talk to Ignorant A** people.  Whew! Think about all the photo ops taken with MAD MAX way Beyond The Thunder Dome. It gets worse. Real intelligent minds (Dignitaries) sitting at the table negotiating with KUKLA, FRAN, and OLLIE who are straight up IGNORANTARIES. OUTRAGE!

Just waiting and laying back in the cut. No! I don’t have writer’s block. It’s time to bring out the beast.  Not to say the least, I’m ready to toast and roast some A**. Why not have a feast?   Sir Lawrence O’Donnell and my Friend With The Yellow Pen did you check out the article by Valarie Strauss?   The article on Barron Trump To Attend Private St. Andrew’s Episcopal School in Maryland this fall. Valerie Strauss must don’t get out as often. She certainly doesn’t visit the Black, Brown, and Beige community. Did Valarie Strauss article ring my bell? Hell To The Yell! Look at all the amenities Barron will be provided. I thought Valarie Strauss was talking about Barron will attend School in Trump Towers or Mar-A-Largo. Am I missing something here?  I never saw the word disable. Girlfriend Valarie had such pretty words to describe Barron new educational journal. Wow! Barron school is centered around brain base research, an inclusive environment, class size 11 to 13 students, diverse community for teaching the exceptional student to achieve educational excellence.  No stereotyping here. Would you like to take a peep at Barron’s amenities? Hey! I’m not a hater but check this out.

Included in St. Andrew’s Episcopal School Package 14,000 two-story library, a multi-purpose theater, lunch space which features a stage and sound light, 2 visuals art studies with a kiln and ceramic wheel. We can’t leave out the 2 full-size basketball court, darkroom, 2 full fields for softball, fitness room, reading room, soccer, and lacrosse. What a D*** partridge in a pear tree. Valerie, Valarie, Valerie! Are you ready to visit the Opposites End Of The Spectrum? These are the children in the mainstream. The Flip  Side Of The Chart is the children who are labeled disabled and don’t get the pretty write-up. Do you know what’s in store for our children?  Betsy DeVos, Secretary of Education who doesn’t know Sh**t from Shine-ola.  Worst of all she doesn’t know anything about education nor Safeguards and Procedures.  Our children, mainstream and exceptional, will end up in prison and their lunchroom space will be overcrowded OUTRAGE!

Of course, I kept up to date. That was just a tinsey-winsey bit of OUTRAGE from Grandma Gone Wild. I started to write a story on May Day. Instead, I went to visit one of my long-time veteran buddies who lost his legs in the Vietnam War. He’s in and out of Jesse Brown Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. His information was a true learning experience. William looks me in the eye. You know what I found out. I am faced with brain cancer. Well, having the right to die with dignity is a struggle.  Having to live with Trump as a president is the struggle for this nation to live with the loss of dignity. They brought me all these papers to sign. Things like the power of health and those papers about do not Resurrect. William, it does not resuscitate. Hell, same! They ain’t getting up no mo. Don’t mess with a dying brother. These are my words and don’t you go prettying them up. As I was looking at those papers I realize something.  You know that do not re-whatever that fancy name means the same thing as assistant suicide. What! Shut Up! Somebody is going to assist your A** right out of this life. I don’t know why people were pissed off with Dr. Jack Kevorkian.  He was a real doctor. Trump is no real President.  Who is playing Dr. Death with our nation’s life?   The President gave our countries secrets away.  Congress, with their ignorant A**,  will let this PENIS-LESS President blow our A** to pieces.  Congress has no balls what-so-ever.  How in the hell they let Kukla, Fran, and Ollie run the D**n White House from a salad bar. If you don’t call this assistant suicide with Trump’s hands on the codes handing our nation over to Russia. OUTRAGE! PENIS-LESS and Blow in the same sentence. Hmmm! Not a good job. 🙂 Hey, it stays.

Mothers Day came and I wanted to make sure I ran across my girl, NeNe. I had to be careful with the conversation.  She might spin out of control. NeNe’s favorite radio program is D.L. Hughley.  D.L. put it out there on our Black, Brown, and Beige Women who had gone missing.  Everyone was tuned into Trumps World.  NeNe heard the broadcast. Here is what she had to say.  I don’t want to hear another thing about Russia. I’m sick and tired of this man (Trump) who don’t give a Flying F**k about women and especially children.  Oh! Oh!  Not the Flying F**k.  In my community when those words come out a person’s mouth it is really over. Not that NeNe wanted anything bad to happen.  She has made it clear she was fed up with Trump’s Ignorant A**.  He doesn’t need to be in the spotlight.  NeNe got so pissed off. She closed her Twitter account.  Intervention That! NeNe stated women rights are violated under this bully’s umbrella. Can you believe how far this man has push women back into the dark ages?  Women will be back to coat hanger abortion.   Before women got snatched off the streets this administration has tried every dirty trick to banished women and their voices.  As far as Black Lives Matter movement, gun violence didn’t matter nor Sandy Hook. Is it any way possible to give the win back to Hilary or Bernie?   Our nation can’t trust the Republican Side. D**n  James Comey couldn’t trust the President. Trump is singing to the tune of Martha and the Vandellas, Nowhere To Run, Nowhere To Hide. Comey’s theme song is Rescue Me by Fontella Bass (1965) OUTRAGE!

Hell To The NO! NO! I know D**n well Andrew Lack, President of NBC is not messing with Sir Lawrence O’Donnell. First, we go through this brief list.   Olbermann, Bashir missing in action. Now Sir Lawrence ODonnell. WHAT! Diverse race. Then you go to the WHITEWASHING LIST removing the folks that are black, beige, and brown. Hall, Perry, Reid (operating without a contract) are knocked out the loop for Megyn Kelley and Gretta Van Susteren. We do not need another D**n Fox Noise. Roger Ailes created a network that didn’t have AI (Artificial Intelligence) but a network that produced Artificial Ignorance. Andrew Lack, who has your back? Reconsider your position and renew your crew’s contracts. Brilliant minds that deliver the facts. A network of educators whose ratings haven’t fallen through the cracks. Push the issue and catch a lot of flack. Listen to your viewers will keep MSNBC on track. Go against the grain and get your A** waxed. One day you will step into the office and it will be your turn to get the ax.  Outrage!
