See what happens when you do your job. The Do-Nothing Posse don’t like your style. Hey! I see you are cool with that. Whew! You have been cracking on the brothers. You showed the world who are the rats. You did your job too well. When you woke up in the morning you were determined not to fail.  There is so much music rotating around in my head. My head began to swell.  I started singing the Jackson 5 Enjoy Yourself. Does this ring a bell?

It was Tax-Free Weekend and I needed some BIG TIME HOPE. I knew when I roll up on the job it would be on like rope-a-dope. Float like a butterfly and sting like a bee. I filed everything including EEOC. This is what happens when you do your job. Home Office gets pissed off and turn into a lynch mob.  I understand why you are laid back, calm and very cool. You can’t see what is happening to you when you are angry and acting a fool. That’s exactly what they want you to do is get mad and come unglued. DANG! If the question is ever asked, Did anything change? Hell to the ye-ah! It went from bad to worst. What The Ha Hell are they trying to do?  Stop trying to put GRANNY WHO BOO in a  hearse.  Just to let you know I am a grandmother and this is the name my grandchildren call me.  All because you have done your job so well,  this is what becomes of the situation. The company finds ways to strike back.  It’s another form of retaliation. Snoop and Dr. Dre you are on. It Ain’t Nothing But A G Thang Baby. You think I’m going to let WAL-MART drive me crazy. It’s like this and like that and like this and ugh!  I will chill until the next episode. To MSNBC this is WHY the BIRTHDAY BROTHER has to be smooth and not explode.

Evelyn Champaign King would sing SHAME. It is a low down dirty SHAME. The Legend from Australia would bellow out SHAME. You would think The Legend was confronting Tony Abbott ( Prime Minister of Australia)  once again. The Legend is not going for anyone who will not speak out against the banks. Elizabeth Warren is in and Hillary Clinton would be out. It is a SHAME if WAL-MART don’t think I  haven’t notice the following:

1.) Closing the service desk at 10:00 p.m. instead of 11:00 p.m. and leaving all the trash, claims, and 50 to 60 carts of  returns. Who’s counting?  Hey, the other shifts are on a register all day. Why?  WAL-MART is not being a job creator. Bernie Sanders would say, hire some D.. people and share the wealth. Where are the Veterans? How many has been hired?

2.) Not having people scheduled  appropriately for TAX FREE WEEKEND. Excuse me! We do not have people on a regular day. Why? There is NO PLAN TO HAVE PEOPLE ON OVERNIGHT.  Think about it. Would you really try to have additional people overnight when an associate  has decided to hold WAL-MART accountable  and have an outside agency peep into their drawers.   Sure it is all about cutting total store hours.  Who is WAL-MART really looking out for?  Whose story would that be?  Were there ever any hours designated for overnight?  Would WAL-MART fly under the radar and cut store hours for profit? How much pressure would it put on each  shift to force many of the associates out especially the associates who made $10.00 or more an hour? What about the associates whose pay are maxed out? Well, you don’t have to worry about the BLACK, BROWN, or TAN. It would be our last stand.  Oh, we can’t leave out 40 plus and elderly.  How much change and frustration will they be able to take  at that age of trying to find a new job. Let’s rile the base and give them more red meat than they can eat.  Sooo everything can be blamed on the BLACK CSM. Shut Up! No! Get out of here! I don’t mine being mirrored after Inspirational__You. It lets me know I’m handling my cool.  When you get angry you become the ignorant A.. Fool. Tis a toast on your birthday! You have taken us all to school. 🙂

3.) Why would I notice the picture has been taken down in personnel of the Assistant Manager who said I could not do my job?   Are we to assume  he doesn’t work there until he can be recycled to another store. Hmm! I wonder WHY he is still working in the store up until the 8th or 9th of August?  Why does this Assistant Manager has the opportunity to go to a market store?  You think if this had been a BLACK BROTHER he would have the OPPORTUNITY to be given another position or a Tap on the shoulders.

4.) Why would I notice the 11.8 million dollar CEO was not a DISRUPTIVE INNOVATOR  and was pushed out by the 9.6 million dollar  man who had already picked an ASIAN successor. I wonder how many people will be resigning on the  9th of August or transitioning into other stores? Strange when I look back at the months April-July  there seems to be a correlation between the time I received the focked up evaluation and a strong period of getting rid of associates. Even the CEO, BILL SIMON is on the out. At least he will remain a consultant.  Is there a bigger plan in the works to transition WAL-MART associates to all go part-time.  Hmmm!

5.) Why would they put the new assistant female manager by herself on a tax-free weekend and not schedule a co-manager to help her get through one of the busiest TIME in WAL-MART season? Is it me?  Am I seeing another Hater-aide pattern developing against this manager to one day becoming a  Co-manager? Remember she is a FEMALE.  Don’t forget about  the ONLY Black Assistant Manager that was put overnight. They brought in a WHITE female Assistant Manager to balance out or hide what they had done to the BLACK ASSISTANT MANAGER. This is the manager that got left by herself  on TAX FREE WEEKEND. Who comes to her rescue? The Dark Night with his BLACK and SHINING ARMOR to help a sister out.  Don’t you think this was really  decent of the Dark Knight?  The LEGION would say, “SHAME” trying to kill 2 birds in one stone.  “SHAME.” I just love  the LEGION. He is a real Australia media celebrity.

Ted Kennedy’s mane would fluff up. The Lion’s roar would bring excruciating pain to the Brother or the company who wasn’t  willing to set up appropriate accommodation for the disabled. Ted’s paw would reach out and extend itself into the air.  A mighty thrust of wind would strike down the BEHEMOTH COMPANY out of  Lion’s despair.  Now a Brother who is Hated so much couldn’t even go there.  Why? Big Eddie said it on his show. The Brother is Black.  Are you tripping?  What have you been smoking?  Tell me it is not crack. We are not trying to put the lens of the camera’s eye of the Canadian Mayor. There will be no stereotyping because the U.S. has crackheads, whack-heads and government criminal players.

Just off the top of my head, I could see the changes because I’m not angry. Thank you Inspirational__You. The analysts were all horrified to see you get stigmatized. It was a SHAME how they tried to constantly penalize and never wanted to apologize.  Are you really surprised? The opposite end of the spectrum did not think you were residential. Who tried to destroy your credentials? Get a piece of the Rock. It wasn’t Prudential. Now, who looks Presidential.

So it is Time to move forward.  We need to keep in step. When I heard you were coming to town I jumped to my feet. I grab a glass of sparkling water and I was dancing doing the YEET. My son stops by with his sandwich in his hand eating on some baloney.  He said hold up mom this week we’re stepping to the SCHMONEY. I know this may sound crazy. Smooth Operator once again showed the world who is lazy. Not one bill was pass as he laughed and laughed.  Who looks absolutely amazing?

#2857 Disruptive Innovation___Those Who Are Disruptive

Today is the day of resurrection. Yesterday was Easter Sunday and it is TIME to rise from the grave on mighty Monday. The nail holes in the palm of my hands were deeply driven. The impression of the thorns upon my forehead mounted my skull like a perfect crown. The stone was quite heavy to move but it is TIME to lift the burden of many. By now you understand my favorite question is WHY, Why Not and What If the Sh.. works. Doubtful Thomas no need to Doubt. The Do Nothing People have lost their Clout. Just like 8 million+ on Obamacare. Yes, being creative and gaining the TRUST of the people is pure empowerment and Healthcare will do its share. Sure the people who ask those WHY questions get on the nerve socket. This goes out to all the negative minds and nonbelievers who totally Dissed. Taking the Risk turned into heavenly Bliss. This is SHO-NUFF Disruptive Innovation if one must insist.

It is all about discovery or exploring the world around you to become the new Wrecks-N-Effects person who is so driven to Rump Shake the World Up. On The Flip Side Of The Chart, Christopher Columbus can’t get into his costume in a timely manner to explore. Connecting the dots on issues that are totally unrelated makes it hard for Christopher Columbus to navigate his world. He has a problem with TIME, boundaries (people included), judging/calculation and organization. If you try to change his outfit into Madam Frankenstein the experiment will blow the lab apart. Why? It is simple. Moving from old to new concepts or doing things in an untraditional manner with alternative methods causes one to be unable to adapt to change, transition into a new role, and be creative. Don’t forget the eyepatch over one eye which causes faulty perception. Whatever Christopher Columbus observes may cause his behavior to DISRUPT because he is not getting the full picture. Unintentional Disruption! The socialization process or networking will be cut short.

The bees wings are clipped and there will be no spreading of pollen. Reproduction of innovative ideas will cease to exist and growth will not transform the mind into a flower that will blossom due to ISOLATION. The questions asked by Christopher Columbus will not be altered nor paraphrase making him out to be rude, discourteous, and challenging the ones who feel they should not be challenged. Attention to detail digs deep into the soil and plows out the weeds. How will you behave? How will your mental processing be influenced? How will your life skills and social skills be affected? Why do we do the things we do?

Flip this over and go to the opposite end of the spectrum. Take the characteristics of becoming Madam Frankenstein, connecting the dots to related/unrelated issues and make the associations, observe through a new pair of eyeglasses instead of the eye patch. Have you got on your lab jacket? Are you ready to experiment and try new ideas? From old to new will get you through if you’re willing to try. Being able to mix it up with Black to Beige, to Brown. You let the world know you are down with the LGBT community and there are no frowns. Inclusion is the process of cross-pollination from race to race, culture to culture, and from sea to shiny sea. The wings are attached to the bee. Hit or miss taking the risk to challenge the challenger but in return to constantly challenge oneself. The breeze of knowledge whisk through the mind to change the way people look at the world, what can be done differently with speed and accuracy, and how people learn. Disruptive Innovation plays the greatest part in WHY, WHY NOT, and who said it won’t work. Don’t give me that What if Sh… unless it is on a positive note. What if it becomes a success? Did you try? Why Not?

Do you see the number in front of Disruptive Innovation? I thought I would be creative and an innovator. It is the store location of the Walmart I work in. I think this is region 43. Glenda Davis and Jarrod Jones (816-246-6364) would be the contact person for Home Office. Doug McMillon, CEO of Walmart and Bill Simon, U.S. President, and CEO, I have been through the open door so many TIMES and now it feels like our DO-NOTHING CONGRESS. Many years ago I was told by a manager that has transitioned out of the store, “Walmart works for Walmart” and not for you. That would be me. All-righty-Now! In 2007 I filed a PD-57 Red Book against a Co-Manager. PD-57 states when it is necessary to conduct an investigation regarding possible violations of Walmart policies, the investigation should be handled promptly and thoroughly. I guess HOME OFFICE did not feel the need for necessity. Therese Renzetti is still there to this day. My request fell through the crack. This Co-Manager got so many complaints and finally, she had to go to classes to learn how to interact with people (associates and management team). From that day forward a pattern of constant abuse, retaliation, psychological duress and a negative campaigns was set into motion against my son, me, and many of the associates who are berated by Co-manager Therese Renzetti. This one is for Secret Agent RA-RA. Remember the lady who made the promise to State Representative Bill Kramer and United State Senator Ron Johnson who knew about Bill Kramer’s behavior. Everyone knows but nothing is being done. Hold that thought. On April 24th it will be Time to evaluate my son. Up 99 TIMES. Shot down 99 Times. Enough is Enough! The President only does 2 terms and I have served 3 and 1/2 terms at Walmart. Eric Holder, Attorney General stood his ground against Darrell Issa, chairman of the Government Reform Committee. Harry Reid, Senator Majority Leader stood his ground against Mitch McConnell, Senator Minority Leader. President Barack Obama stood his ground with Congress, the Supreme Court, John Boehner, Speaker of the House, Vladimir Putin and many others. He is still standing. Therese Renzetti has never ceased her abuse and her management by intimidation and retaliation. I will stand my ground because the psychological trauma has been profound.

On April 9th, I stood my ground against a member of management, Richard Fransen, who talked down to me and said I had poor planning. At night we pulled the registers and he got angry because HE did not ask if the register had money in it. He rung the customer out and had to go get a bag of money to pay the customer $4.85. I took care of the customer. Another customer had to leave a cashier’s line because she did not have a liquor license. Richard Fransen did not have a liquor license and I addressed him. One week later on Wednesday the 16th, on the same day, Richard Fransen gave me a negative evaluation. He stated I would never exceed expectation and he called me weak. The Co-manager tried to say it was his opinion and it does not reflect the way she feels. Wow! Richard Fransen did not have a liquor license on Wednesday, April 9th. He came up to the register for Support manager’s Jacob alcohol and passed liquor over the counter on April the 17th. I hope he had a liquor license. It should be mandatory for any employee that comes in contact with alcohol should have their liquor license. Why did Richard Fransen do my evaluation when on several occasion he had coached my son and cut his work hours? I was given a verbal for 8 minutes, another associate was given a verbal for  22 sec. and once again my son was coached for 11 mins. You see where this pattern is going.

You know what is poor planning. When it is the Easter holiday weekend and there are no cashiers to meet the customer’s demand. #2857 is 67 cashiers down. Management is down 300 hours nightly. Friday #2857 had 7 call-ins. The grocery side is terribly understaffed. There is no proper equipment to clean the store. Our store is dirty. #2857 have no good walkie stacker. A trash compactor is always breaking. If you had equipment who would work it? The grocery side suffers. Our cash registers are broken and the band played on. The store manager walks around making the rules as he goes and does D… well what he pleases. His threatening behavior has overwhelmed the associates? Do you really think they would protest or stage a boycott against #2857? What is a democracy? It must be pretty tough living in Michigan where every day of your life there are those emergency manager laws and no D… emergency. Home Office! For real, When Randall Addison has plowed up the condos and rules from the mansion. Retaliation will come to those who reach out to HOME OFFICE. The new rule under the open door policy should state the doors of the church is open to whom you trust. Who in their right D… mind want to see the member of management dress in the HIGHLANDER OUTFIT. The one who is causing the DISRUPTION.

You talk about TRUST Doug McMillon. In your TV interview, you stated TRUST was a huge issue. I left a notebook on top of the podium only to have my rights violated and page 3 torn from my book. That didn’t take long. I called for the book on Sunday at 12:38p.m. The CSM said the book was not there. I called back and the book was returned at Sunday at 11:55p.m. Since the page was torn I will continue to stand my ground on the Store Manager’s Behavior. David Corn, Chris Hayes, Steven Kornacki I will move this story to #1802 SW Wanamaker Road Topeka, Kansas (785-271-6485) where Randell Addison was the store manager. Bring back the story. I know the story. The story has not changed neither the abuse. Why would Doug McMillon bring a store manager from another store off the clearance wall to inflict pain, humiliation, guilt, and shame on another store? Why are you recycling Managers who are so Disruptive and not Disruptive Innovators? No one will stand up because of FEAR and the FEAR of losing their job. I am not afraid. The suffering in the store has been great and it is TIME to bring in your problem solvers. It is bad when the customers start making negative remarks about how they hear the store manager talk and disrespect his management team. I have been told of the horrible backlash I will receive. Too late I have lived it already.

Doug McMillon and Bill Simon are you excited about the stores abroad and the stores at home are left to suffer? Doug McMillon talked up the UK. Bigger is not always better. Big Stores are layered with the same Traditional Icing internally while the new cakes of today use mousse instead of icing. If you try Nutella Spread with roasted almond with coconuts it pretty darn tasty too. Too many of the older associates are being banished. Just because you see the white or gray hair it doesn’t mean we are not the great problems solvers. We are not ready for the nursing home. We could be the next Disruptive Innovator with wisdom to Boot. Walmart has a Horrible Image Problem and has lost their Legacy. How will you go about solving this problem? In the April edition of Shop Smart on page 8, Whatever you do, if you really short on TIME, skip Walmart, which got the most complaints about not having enough checkout lanes. I guess a person isn’t shopping smart if they shop at Walmart. Check this out. In the May Edition of Consumer Report on page 21, Walmart is ranked 67 at the bottom of the list. Wow! It got dark circles under its eye. My Evaluation reflects it is all my fault for not controlling the lines. I get an F in May too when it is only April. Man! I’m not in every store. I don’t do the scheduling nor the hiring and firing. So now it’s all my fault. Soooo… did management supply me with the necessary means to do an effective job? Not if I got an F in May already. Dang! I can’t control what I have not been given. Where does that leave the manager Team? On the register to be punished for their evaluation for not getting their job done. Management will never exceed expectation if they are set up for failure. You call this an Opportunity. The same vicious cycle happens to floor trained associate who cannot complete their job for being on the register. It will take the floor, cashiers and other employees forever to climb out of the poverty level if you locked down their salaries, downgrade them on evaluations, and continue to cost the taxpayers $6.2 billion in Public Assistance.

Every person has to do their fair share. Does Walmart start from the Top down? The President starts from the Middle out. Well, since I’m the low man on the totem pole I guess I need to start my program from the bottom up. Looky Here! Looky Here! There is a man on every base. Doug McMillon your overall salary was 9.6 million dollars last year. Bill Simon salary was broken down like this. Simon salary was 899,732. His bonus was 3,558,426. Bill Simon awarded stocks were 6,544,249. Bill Simon out of nowhere money was 213,615. Whew! This brought Bill Simon up to 11,216,022 total. I can’t work in a company and not know what is going on in the company. That’s not cool!

In my neighborhood, Walmart is known as the Welfare Pimps. Does Walmart want to wear this Red badge of Shame! They enforce laws that are similar to EEOC. Depending upon your case these agencies may offer greater protection. See There__I Get This. Don’t forget to request the laws from Missouri Department Of Labor And Industrial Relations__Missouri Commission On Human Rights (MCHR). Don’t wait too long. Complaints under Missouri Human Rights Act must be filed with MCHR within 180 days of alleged discrimination. Federal law allows 300 days for filing employment discrimination complaints with the Equal Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and 365 days for housing discrimination complaints with the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Make it good because I know you will dig up something. As I will say to the President of the UNITED STATES, “You just can’t make this SH… UP. #2857 Walmart is being Disruptive. Will it make me a SCREAMER? Absolutely Not! The YOUTUBE moment on “OPPORTUNITY” is all wrong. Where did they get those folks from? Whew! I did check out the TODAY SHOW with BILL SIMON, the new President and CEO of WALMART. Was there something wrong with the teleprompter MHP? The script was off. KYRSTAL BALL and all Y’all did you check it out. What do you think DAVID CORN? Do you have your PRETENDERS LIST ready to go, BIG EDDIE? Are You ready to DE-BUNKED and Funked up the Junk in the Trunk, Secret Agent RA-RA? You mean to tell me Bill Simon is happy with the associate salary. Well, I’m quite sure the associates would be real thrilled with Bill Simon’s salary. The associates would be totally ready to retire from Bill Simon’s Walmart bonus. Cross on over to the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART. What! You call it a NUCLEAR OPTION. I got to call HARRY REID, Senator Majority Leader of the BIG D and borrow his boxing gloves. WHIP IT UP! It must be nice to have an OPTION. Is it SCHICK or BIC? Depending on whose team you represent, what cd you are listening to, or video you’re watching I think the opponent is trying to cut you over your eye. Every person needs a cut man. He will keep you from losing the fight. Your chances of seeing your opponent are much better when you can determine how close or far away your opponent is before you get the hell knocked out. Did you just get so tired, worn down, and you went KABOOM? Couldn’t take it anymore. The opposite end of the spectrum went too far. INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS are rocking it again with changing the words and not matching the action to the words. Here comes the blood trickling down into the eye. DEPTH PERCEPTION!

Remember when zero was zero. Not anymore! The Crew put a new spin on zero. You had to actually count up the nothing to get the real meaning of zero. This is CONGRESS new math. Remember when Right To Work actually meant you had a Right To Work and not get screwed by your job. In this day and TIME, you work your A… off and still need government assistance to help make ends meet. Your salary is so low. Check your vocal cords. The voice has hit its last note. Can you get any poorer working full TIME? A lot of associates has EBT cards and participate in the SNAP PROGRAM. Right to be poor. Hmmm!

Opportunity is definitely not what the commercial reveals. Walmart or any other company who pays their associate’s low wages and does not put the interests of their associates first is a CRUZ shutdown. SHOUTERS from the rooftop are making it known Opportunity means Retaliation, Bullying, Cutting of hours, Coaching for failure, Locking people in their positions and they cannot transfer to another store once they are coached nor make a job request for a better position for 1 year after the coaching falls off. If an associate is good at a job the Opportunity will arise on several occasion to keep that person locked into the position. The position you applied for has already been filled by a manager’s Furby to do its bidding. Opportunity is hiring a disabled individual and providing them with no work coaches. The first TIME their disability prevents them from performing a certain task the disabled person will be fired because they are DISABLED. Hey, they did get a disabled person at WALMART with 2 coaches. He is no longer there. A very short-lived OPPORTUNITY because the people at Walmart and management did not understand how to appropriately accommodate this young man. People complained about his job performance and he just wasn’t up to speed. He couldn’t stay focus, was rude, wasn’t real sociable and talk about 1 thing all the TIME. GOOD LAWD! It was a huge part of his DISABILITY. This young man could have fallen on the AUTISM SPECTRUM or had NLD SYNDROME. There is not much in the way of job OPPORTUNITIES for the people on the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART.

Yes, Opportunity took on a new meaning when you have a co-manager go into office 100 (Asset Protection) and call over the walkie the camera number they are watching you on. Recently associates walked out the door for being bullied. This incident took place in front of customers and associates. She went for help but received no assistant. She never returned to the store. She had hopes and dreams for Walmart’s Opportunity. BILL SIMON talk to SARA PACHECO about her Opportunity at Walmart. Why isn’t management being held accountable for their action? Opportunity rolled back this associated self-esteem and made her feel cheap and low. SARA PACHECO is a human life, not a price. It brought SARA PACHECO to the brink of hurt and shame and placed her on the CLEARANCE WALL. Later she CLEARED out for she could no longer take the abuse. OPPORTUNITY has taken a new path. OPPORTUNITY punched holes in associates soul. Opportunity wiped entire market teams out after these people worked so hard to become success stories. I know the deal and I understand the drill. I sit in the PRESIDENT’s chair. No matter how hard I try to do my job it will look as though I can’t do the job. I am to be isolated, disrespected and bullied. I have lived through every store manager that has come through store #2857. WALMART creates SHOOTERS. This is the managers who are so bitter because all of their years of devotion hinges upon their last big BONUS. Now you will see the cuts in associates hours, cuts in associates, and whoever is left. This is where the store manager was once a big TIME MARKET MANAGER. He/she has been GERRYMANDER out of their district. His choice is to either step down and take a store manager, co-manager, assistant, or the janitor in a drum position. The next step is to retire him/her. The pervasive attitude of the WOUNDED SHOOTER is NO PERSON’s EVALUATION SHALL EXCEED EXPECTATION and ROLE MODEL WILL NEVER HAPPEN. From this day forward the majority of the management team and associates shall be given MEET or BELOW EXPECTATION. This was taught to me by the best MARKSMAN, SNIPERS, SPECIAL TASK FORCE UNITS that are no longer with the COMPANY.

What do you think will happen if the store manager spent all of his/her life building a career and dedicating their TIME to WALMART only to be demoted, disrespected, and given this so-called OPPORTUNITY? He was Taken Away on October 23rd at his home in his sleep. His service was on Monday, October 28th. Before he passed away he made his last rounds in the store. Many of the associates commented on the fact that LYLE did not look well. LYLE was coming to say hello and not goodbye. As Lyle approached register 22 I knew it was TIME. One of the assistant managers was taking a brief break and she acknowledged how happy she was to see him. There was a long line and LYLE waited patiently for me to get off the register. I was so hurt to make a dying man wait. Overnight needed help and I’m not talking about temporary help. How many people in those long lines might actually be dead? I step from behind the register and I gave LYLE a big hug. LYLE said, “What are you trying to do, kill me?” We both laughed. He told me his wife would be mad if she found he had snuck out the house. I wanted to cry but LYLE did not like tears. He loved his grandchildren and he wanted to show me the latest and last shots of PA PA’s babies. It was okay for the babies to cry.

LYLE had many achievements in his life. He was a mayor, volunteer firefighter, eagle scout, loved his church, worked for Donaldson Company for 29 years and was a UAW UNION PRESIDENT. Then there was WALMART. LYLE worked so hard. Here comes Lucy And The Football___Taken Away. He was shifted to automotive, sporting goods, hardware, furniture, lawn, and garden. He pulled pallets and made bales of cardboard. He always would give me that little-wicked grin and say, “You know if I worked for the other company it would never be this way.” He had become very fragile and could no longer do the work. You really think LYLE or anyone else could take on such a load if they were in better shape? All of those jobs would eventually break a person down along with their spirits. LYLE wanted to know if I was going to survive BLACK FRIDAY. It is hard for me to survive the name. It reminds me of the REDSKINS. Can we call it WHITE FRIDAY? Remember when the JONES STORE or MACY’S had their MIDNIGHT MADNESS SALES. I could not stomach that either. People actually thought BLACK FOLKS lost their minds and went berserk. What they failed to realize BLACK FOLKS couldn’t afford to purchase any items because the merchandise was still too D… high.

I have struggled with my health and I could barely talk for 6 months. This made one of the Co-Managers very happy that I could not ask her a million questions. It happened on March 6, my birthday. An associate at the stored killed me off on FACEBOOK. I got the present of my life and one hell of an opportunity to see how people really felt. I was pretty lucky with the exception of Co-Manager CONAGRA. As the saying goes “Wanted Dead or Alive.” Why are CBL’s (computer-based learning module) given to the associates for Violence in the Workplace when the associates are pushed to the brink by certain management? Coaching for failure is Walmart’s successful program. An open door policy that pushes associates out the door. TRUST is a very important factor. Who do you turn to when you no longer TRUST the BIG BEHEMOTH COMPANY?

It had been all over the news 160,000 Walmart associates would be rewarded with higher paying jobs with more responsibility. Will this be an act of Cronyism? LYLE and many other associates showed great passion and dedication to their job along with many responsibilities given but were never rewarded. Will Walmart’s money heal the scars? You would think every company out there has something to make it special. I always hear the word OPPORTUNITY stressed in Walmart. Hook, line, and sinker the associates can be a cart pusher and worked their way up to a store manager. Not if the associates are hungry and the SNAP PROGRAM gets snapped up. How is it possible to work and be hungry? Why are the associates on SNAP anyway? A company who is willing to see their employees starves. Why are the hours of long TIME associates being cut? Get off the clock if you go over your hours. Even when you are asked to stay they come back and bring Lucy And The Football__Taken Away. Wouldn’t it make more sense to honor and respect the associates that have devoted years to this company? Whatever happened to loyalty and fair pay? Walmart wouldn’t have to deal with moving associates from part-time to full-time. Seniority has no place in this company. Dependency! Who is the Corporate Welfare Office now? Nauseated isn’t the word, MHP. Thank God you have never taken radiation or chemotherapy and had to void over 20 times. It is called praying to the porcelain potty. Who needs the pink slips to know it will be a major cut around bonus TIME? You call that Opportunity. What kind of Opportunity is it to have your hours waxed at the 1st of the months when your rent is due? Those hours you thought you had for overtime has to be killed. It was a commitment to enable people with disabilities to have coaches not to be coached because they are disabled. It is a commitment to find housing for so many of the workers who are homeless. It is a commitment to reach out to the sick and extend a hand and say, “Can Walmart actually lead by example?” If the SNAP Program is cut it would be awesome for Walmart to initiate a program like the owner of PANERA BREAD, RON SHAICH. I want BILL SIMON, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Walmart to know don’t send the Walmart leadership team. It is TIME for him to get out on the road and try to restore the faith and TRUST Walmart workers have lost. MR. PRESIDENT, you took it to the streets and had to restore the faith of the people. What is the MENTAL MADNESS and INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS of the largest RETAIL COMPANY in the United States? It is Walmart’s TIME to show their BUTT-NAKEDNESS and never again say they have RESPECT FOR THE INDIVIDUAL. Walmart can say they have RESPECT FOR THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR. Walmart’s creed died with SAM WALTON. Today we will visit with GROVER NORQUIST SYNDROME (DENIABILITY), MITT ROMNEY SYNDROME (LIABILITY and LIAR ABILITY), SENATOR JOHN MCCAIN SYNDROME (DEMENTIA-ABILITY) and MITCH MCCONNELL SYNDROME (FALLIBILITY of FALLIBILISM).

MITCH MCCONNELL is the perfect example of how all the above SYNDROMES can bring about the INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS of GOVERNMENT and RETAILERS. MITCH suffers from the highest level of ONE-TERMS DENIABILITY. MITCH MCCONNELL has to face the PRESIDENT and realize what the PEOPLE wanted not what MITCH MCCONNELL wanted. This could very well be the deciding factor in what the EMPLOYEES want from Walmart. COSTCO has taken the lead. COSTCO retailers are leading by example. Walmart’s mentality is taking your A… to COSTCO. ALLEN WEST SYNDROME was, “take your message of equality and get the hell out of the UNITED STATES.” ALLEN WEST said you can take your message of equality to EUROPE, ANTARTICA or the bottom of the sea. I wonder why ALLEN WEST lost? Walmart is like the REPUBLICANS, GOP, and TEA PARTY. Walmart doesn’t wish to change. Walmart doesn’t believe in PROGRESSIVENESS. This was the mentality that cost MITT ROMNEY the PRESIDENCY.

MR. PRESIDENT if you have a moment I like to review the following dates to show you I have met the three levels of RETALIATION by Walmart. Walmart views it as ACCOUNTABILITY but it is definitely RETALIATION. Walmart adjusts their Policies and Procedures to protect them and hang their associates. The first date 5/30/2012 was for DELAY until MANAGEMENT could think of something else to get me on. The next date was 7/13/2012 was for FEAR to shake me down and have me running scared. On 7/26/2012 the pieces of the puzzle begin to validate my concern for the great set up. To seal the coffin shut on 8/30/2012 all-out war had taken place. Check out this date, 9/13/2012, this was straight up PUNISHMENT. The date, 7/13/2012 shows the ASSISTANT MANAGER was looking for something to nail me on 2 months later on the same date and TIME. Give me a break! On this date, 9/16/2012, another act of RETALIATION took place. To break me down further my son was RETALIATED against on the above date. This is how Walmart respects the individual. It doesn’t add up and it does not match the 12 years of my job performance. You cannot make these things up. What happens when you do not show FEAR and you STAND UP for your rights? The Above, a SET UP for FAILURE and not for SUCCESS!

Yeah though I walk through the valley of the shadow of DEATH I will FEAR NO EVIL for thou are with me. The FEAR of OPPRESSION rested upon my head. The FEAR that I have FEARED for others to take a STAND and SPEAK UP for themselves burden my heart. It was the echo of your voice, MR. PRESIDENT that has given me so much HOPE and I have continued to pray for CHANGE. I understand TIME is such a priceless commodity and one needs more TIME to see the effects of the CHANGES. It is the TRUTH that can bring one down to their knees. It will be the same TRUTH that will bring Walmart down because they do not wish to hear or learn the TRUTH. They have not adapted to change nor do they feel the need to change because of ENTITLEMENT. ENTITLEMENT bears more CONSEQUENCES than one can ever imagine. The DRAMA and SCANDALS of Walmart will cut their jugular veins and bleed out their reputation.

Here comes the deniability factor or we can call it the GROVER NORQUIST SYNDROME. What is Walmart most recent drama? The most recent scandal was 117 workers killed with the death toll rising in BANGLADESH FIRE. Walmart was caught lying about the connection to the workers of Bangladesh making clothing for their stores. Another incident which had taken place before the fire incident in BANGLADESH happen in DEKALB COUNTY in LITHONIA GEORGIA. A security guard put a shoplifter in a chokehold and apparently the shoplifter died. The shoplifter tried to steal 2 Blu-Ray DVD players. Shoppers have become weary of all the drama from Walmart and are quite unhappy there are NO RESPONDERS to protect them from danger. The umbilical cord from the shoppers is becoming unraveled. Shoppers have begun to disconnect from Walmart finding other shopping experiences.

Walmart is creative and innovative for themselves and their pockets. Walmart refusal to understand diversity and communicating what is needed to uplift their associates out of the poverty level has set them back and has locked this BEHEMOTH in a TIME WARP. Walmart could be the SNUFFALUFFAGUS for leading wages. Instead, they have chosen the path of the GOP who are scrambling to see where they go after a failed election. The CURSE of the REPUBLICANS is living in an unrealistic world where you can behave any way you want to, call all the shots, ignore the world has changed demographically, and buy your own PRESIDENT. The beginning of the end of Walmart will be the failure to accept CHANGE, INCLUSION, and the TRUTH. One day Walmart will realize it was the PEOPLE, not the MONEY that put them ALL OVER THE MAP. This is a lesson they should learn from MITT ROMNEY, SUPER PAC, and the GOP.

MR. PRESIDENT your voice rang out and spoke these words, “I’m doing fine but we must all pay our fair share.” From David Glass to LEE SCOTT and now MIKE DUKE the players have changed but the game remains the same at Walmart. Always low self-esteem, Always so much pain redeemed, Always some cock-a-mania scheme, Always to keep the employees from fulfilling their dream. Always, Always @ Walmart. In the election so many numbers surfaced but the math didn’t add up. The number $12.25 per hour giving a FULL-TIME ASSOCIATE a decent salary at $25,000 to lift the associates above the poverty level is doing the math. It would be a win-win situation for the company. Profits from the company should satisfy shareholders. The workers would gain dignity, feel important, and would be proud to be a part of Walmart. There are deep scars and oozing wounds. It will take many years for the healing process to take effect. The Republicans speak for the rich and the rich only (not all Republicans). The Democrats cry is for the middle class (not all Democrats). Thank you, Democrats/Republicans/Independents who have found common ground and are willing to address the needs of the poor. We cannot forget the poor. It will be this common ground which will move our nation away from AUSTERITY, hold the PEOPLE and the NATION at the top of the MOUNTAIN, and not over the CLIFF.

On BLACK FRIDAY I heard a new number come to the forefront. There were so much anger and frustration. An associate was being pushed and shoved by the crowd. In the mist of the associates, anger the associate made it clear he only made $9.72 to work on this d..n shift. They were not about to get hurt for it. I don’t know where KORY LUNDBERG got his number of Walmart associate are basically at $12.00 per hour. I tell you what it took them about 10 years to get there. When they got there it was TIME to weed out the associates who had overstayed their stay, go for part-time and reduce wages. If this young man transferred back to the day shift his $2.00 would be taken away leaving him with only $7.72 an hour. The math doesn’t add up KORY LUNDBERG. Who knows? Walmart may not be giving a $2.00 overnight differential to their new associates. It wouldn’t surprise me. The starting pay rate for years was $7.30 per hour.

PETER GOODMAN, HEATHER MCGHEE, CARMAN WONG ULRICH, AND DAN SCHLADERMAN it pains me to buy anything from Walmart. Associates purchases are put through scrutiny. I have been questioned many TIMES on sales items and please don’t buy an item you price match from another store. I am so tired of feeling like a criminal. You are weeded out by swiping your discount badge on your purchase to see if you have done something illegal. I remember one morning an associate was stopped in front of me about her purchase. She went off. She said if they had paid the associates more they wouldn’t have to worry about anyone stealing. She reached down into her purse and pulled out an EBT card. She told the door greeter from now on this would be her new identification card. We no longer have door greeters. The FIRST RESPONDERS kept us safe. They are no longer there. Many customers stop shopping at the store. Walmart does not wish to take responsibility or pay FIRST RESPONDERS for what they can blame me for. They can twist their POLICY and PROCEDURE to say I have access to people who will HELP ME exactly like MITCH MCCONNELL, JOHN BOEHNER, ERIC CANTER, MITT ROMNEY, PAUL RYAN, and the GOP. YEAH RIGHT!

Instead of bringing the CANNOLI I hope Walmart is able to digest the CHICKEN SPIEDINI. Walmart needs to stop being in DENIAL about the TRUTH of how they treat their employees and savor the flavor of the ROASTED ROSEMARY POTATOES. Maybe this will help Walmart realize people do have choices on their LIFE’S MENU. There is diversity up in Walmart’s house. Walmart needs to adapt to changes and respect the demographics have evolved from WHITE to BROWN and flowing into deeper SHADES of COLOR. The deeper shades are out of the shadows and kicking A.. LAURA FLANDERS, DAN DICKER, JOY ANNE REID, and ARI MELBER, Walmart doesn’t care about loyalty. They only care about what associate they can use to turn each person against one another to prevent a UNION from ever coming to pass. Walmart doesn’t want the employees to develop friends and relationship. ISOLATION is their KEY FOR FEAR but it is also the death of the associate’s job. DAVID TOVAR of Walmart, you may not be worried about the strikes but the associates get sick and tired of GETTING JACKED. Management by retaliation or intimidation is not managing. If you cannot manage yourself you should never be placed in a position to manage others. I am AB-SO-LUTE-LY certain if you came after the PRESIDENTS and disrespected his family, his cabinet, and inflicted pain on the PEOPLE or the NATION you will hear him say, “PLEASE PROCEED, GET THE TRANSCRIPT, and CAN YOU SAY THAT A LITTLE LOUDER CANDY.” My translation would be “I am NOT PLAYING WITH your A.., IT HAS BEEN DOCUMENTED, and I am THE PRESIDENT.” OKAY! “CANDY GIVE Walmart a SHOUT OUT so they won’t say no more DUMB SH…. like MITT. 🙂 Did JOE BIDEN stop in at Walmart? I like to take this opportunity to thank MSNBC for the continuing coverage of the workers of Walmart and the strikes across the nation. I appreciate the information from RETAILERS HIDDEN POTENTIAL. This information is located at http://www.demos.org. MR. PRESIDENT, I did go to HR for help but HR works for Walmart. I was RETALIATED AGAINST but Walmart said they held me ACCOUNTABLE. Why should Walmart take responsibility when they can distance themselves via contract and shift the blame elsewhere? Walmart practice would be the same when it comes to an associate. Shift the blame, lie, and reach into their policy and procedural manual and let the associate know it is the Walmart way. The blame will be shifted to cover Walmart A… to hell with LOYALTY. Walmart mentality is they can find new employees “A DIME A DOZEN.”

The spirits at this store are battered, torn, and BROKEN. If you are BROWN you’re disrespected and just another TOKEN. This store is understaffed, the workers are too beaten down to be OUTSPOKEN. The good managers are freaking fracking frazzled and fried. Tis the season to be jolly. I’m sorry Walmart associates are barely alive. This is the Walmart way. FEAR PREVAILS! No employee should be paid the lowest amount of wages, cannot speak out for themselves, or not have representation to speak for them. I always wonder why the associates could be coached on productivity when the company failed to properly train, expected associates to be TIMED TASK on TASKS that are already thrown OFF TASK, and there isn’t enough TIME in the day for the associates to do the TASK. The BIG KICKER is Walmart takes NO RESPONSIBILITY in working the associates like HEBREW SLAVES. Help will not be given to the associates that are designated 16 hours in an 8-hour shift depending on the shift manager. The associates are set up for FAILURE NOT FOR SUCCESS and the cycle of coaching for productivity continues until the associate is coached out the door.

BOTTOM LINE: From the youngest to the oldest, non-disabled to the disabled, everyone should have the right to speak on their behalf. NO employee should be intimidated, retaliated or punished in the workforce for standing up for their own rights or the rights of others. If associates are not sure what their rights are they should be educated, advised on their rights, not be isolated, or kept from other associates who can help A SISTER or BROTHER OUT. MR. PRESIDENT, I hope Walmart understands WHY THE REPUBLICANS LOST BIG, GOT JACKED and MONEY cannot buy everything. No matter how BIG the KOCH BROTHERS, KARL ROVE, SHELDON ADELSON and the droves of SUPER PAC MEGA MONEY who showered MITT’S BS. It still boiled down to what the PEOPLE wanted and who would STAND UP for our NATION. FORWARD was selected for the countries new slogan. Walmart can delete ALWAYS and use CHANGE for their new slogan. Yes, you are THE PRESIDENT, you have FOUR MORE YEARS and a LEGACY FOR A LIFETIME. You are the greatest CHANGE our nation has ever had since SLAVERY. Walmart LEGACY will be holding their employee’s hostage with everyday low wages and ALWAYS IN SLAVERY @ WALMART.

Chris MATTHEWS would be disappointed but he would not be surprised. What made the associate become disgruntled? What did management do for the associate to respond in this manner? The climate has changed inside these walls. Global Warming does exist.

Cannons to the right of me. These are the angry customers who are totally dissatisfied with our services. Cannons to the left of me. These are the associates or other members of management who cannot communicate with HURRICANE RANDI. This is the new storm in town that is destroying the self-confidence of the employees like BAIN CAPITAL destroyed GS STEELE. If changes aren’t made, problems aren’t addressed and resolved, this store will be headed down a dangerous path. The COLORADO MOVIE SHOOTING, CON AGRA FOODS, and the latest edition added to this list of many tragedies was PATHMARK STORE in New Jersey. The last management was the failed Bush Era but Dick Cheney remains behind. The suffering has not ceased but has increased. HURRICANE ROMNEY/RYAN can increase the PEOPLE and NATION suffering.

Our NATION is headed on a dangerous path with the SPLIT SCREEN of HURRICANE ROMNEY/RYAN. This is the platform of DIVISION. The EYE of THE STORM is not the CALM of their POLICIES.

I do not wish to look back and think I could have been the solution to the problem but failed to reach out. I understand the weight on my shoulders. When a customer comes inside the store and says, “TIMES have gotten hard and you have been here a long TIME.”
I know the wind is about to shift. When the customer says, “I would never want to hurt you but in the mist of my madness, I can’t think clearly. I might accidentally hurt you.” I’m listening closely and PAYING ATTENTION. I can’t count the TIMES I have been called a NIGGER in the FRONT END. Customers get pissed off at the lines and say all the TIME I’m going to blow this BI–ATCH UP.

I had a customer who was cussing, ranting, and raving because he did not make the alcohol sale in TIME. His solution was to blow the store up. He said he would let me go because I reminded him of his grandmother. I can live with that but this is what I couldn’t live with. I would get the opportunity to walk away and everyone else goes down. That’s not cool at all. Are you really getting away? Can you live with the fact you left so many lives behind to be destroyed without warning? I understand PRESIDENT OBAMA second term. He would not walk out on the nation without putting POLICIES in place that everyone could benefit from. He would not walk out on a NATION and say, “YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.” PRESIDENT OBAMA would not walk us BACKWARD into SLAVERY. PRESIDENT OBAMA would not leave our lives in shambles nor in a pool of blood. CONGRESS blew the PRESIDENT UP TIME after TIME. He has taken a risk for our NATION. He is our FIRST RESPONDER and has RESPONDED every time. President Obama is at HOME. This BROTHER HERE, GOT BRAGGING RIGHTS UP IN THE HOUSE! THIS BROTHER WILL ALWAYS HAVE A HOME. He has BONDED WITH THE PEOPLE AND THE NATION.

HOME OFFICE is the HOME of the TOO BIG TO FAIL COMPANY. It is not my HOME. I’M JUST SAYING. HOME OFFICE concern is how well the store looks not how well the employees are. What about the crisis that is put in place beforehand so you will never be able to succeed, especially if you are of a diverse race. The Existing Condition is the Conservative Values of the ELITE who are so ELITE our vote doesn’t matter and their program is EXCLUSION ACT 2012.

Why would you go to a member of Management when Inside These Walls the Existing Condition will not get resolved? You will be RETALIATE against by MANAGEMENT? Lessons Within Lessons

Scene: Smokelbg and a dear friend meet at APPRECIATION PARK to review and share lessons they have learned. They discuss how they feel about the work environment in Corporate America and changes they would make to have an effective/productive workplace.

Each person shares their views on CRONYISM, how it has affected the workplace, the political arena, business world, entertainment industry, and the effect it has on our lives daily. Opinions are shared on the Presidential Pretenders/Contenders and the behaviors they have displayed.

Views will be shared on the media and their instrumental role in keeping the public well-informed. How the media have put their lives on the line to get the WORLD to PAY ATTENTION. Which media matters and which media doesn’t.

Their reaction to Congress, Occupying Wall Street Movement, the Pepper Spraying of UC Berkeley, Icons, Penn State, Syracuse University, Citadel University and why this has broken trust for the American dream. Stay tuned, Smokelbg and her friend will spend the wheel on Black Friday.

Surprise! Here you are in the next story. The NANA WHO BOOs are so excited. When I told my grandchildren it would be you, Mrs. Shirley, they laughed and laughed. Boodah stated her grandma was finally going to talk to a real person. She doesn’t want people to think NANA has lost it.

Whenever I mention the TEA PARTY she thought I was sitting around the table with these imaginary characters and a giant bunny rabbit. Boodah knows you and feels relieved. Boodah thought NANA’s creative writing had got the best of her.

The American Psychiatric Association(APA) probably thinks the same. I appreciate you coming to APPRECIATION PARK. How are you and the grandchildren getting along?

Mrs. Shirley:

Ms. Linda, you don’t mind if I call you Ms. Linda? I don’t think I will remember Smokelbg. I will end up calling you Ms. Linda anyway. Yeah, yeah, yeah, the grandchildren are fine and they are growing so fast. I can barely keep up with them. They keep me so busy but I’m loving every minute. Well, I’m doing okay but I was upset that I didn’t get the job. I have put in for that job at least four times. The people they pick is unreal. Ms. Linda, I wouldn’t be so offended if the people they had picked could at least do the job or pretend to know the job.

Smokelbg:

Of course, I don’t mind you calling me Ms. Linda. Whatever makes you feel comfortable. Right now, Mrs. Shirley, I see you are not comfortable. You have worked very hard for this company. Everyone knows you are the best-qualified candidate for the job and will do justice for your staff.

Mrs. Shirley:

Why do they keep passing me up?

We all have sat in this Chamber of Horrors. You look over into the next cubicle and you say, “What The Hah Hell!” I know I have worked my but off and they gave this position to CAPTAIN APPLE-HEAD. Yes, this is CRONYISM at its finest. In my neighborhood, we say the FBI is working the case. Somebody at the job site is either FAMILY(F), BRO(B), or an IN-LAW(I). The FBI has reached a decision and you are an OUTLAW to the INSTITUTION. Since you are NOT a RELATIVE you are NOT RELEVANT. This happens all the TIME in government and in every job sector across the world.

How do you think we got those PRETENDERS/CONTENDERS as front-runners? Our government has to come up with a better evaluation system to keep the riff-raff out. Check out their behavior and their mental processing. Who will control or be their BRAIN? Can you see LESSONS WITHIN LESSONS?

Mrs. Shirley:

You know Ms. Linda I was beginning to think I just couldn’t do a good job. I was really getting pretty depressed. I thought my co-workers had lost RESPECT for me. On a scale of 1-10, my self-esteem has dropped to 5 and the RESPECT I have for myself was halfway out the door.

Smokelbg:

It has nothing to do with whether or not you can do the job. It is the person ahead of you that feels threatened and wants to make sure they can CONTROL YOU in order for you to not come after their job. Mrs. Shirley whatever you do don’t give up. CAPTAIN APPLE-HEAD won’t last. They want you to feel just how you are feeling and even lower so you will not have the courage to reapply. Have any of the PRETENDERS/CONTENDERS lasted? They all have been the flavor of the month.

Mrs. Shirley:

You know I really thought HERMAN CAIN could pull it off. If he had only came forward and admitted the TRUTH before everything got so out of hand. This really hurt him. Ms. Linda, they don’t mention HERMAN CAIN. Where is he and his 9-9-9 PLAN?

Smokelbg:

Mrs. Shirley, he is over in the junkyard being a TRUE DECEPTICON. He is the white Monte Carlo that has the sign on it that says, “Controlled, Bought, and will only be Sold by the Koch Brothers.” HERMAN CAIN has to FACE THE MUSIC. He is no longer a BROTHER FROM ANOTHER MOTHER.

He is the REAL MOTHER FOR YA, originally a song by JOHNNY “GUITAR” WATSON. I know BILL WOLFF will love this song. Play It Again Sam! Mrs. Shirley, I got to get you some of those motivational tapes by SIR RICHARD BRANSON. He will tell you SCREW IT! Let’s DO IT! By the way, Mrs. Shirley, HERMAN CAIN doesn’t know what the TRUTH is. Go back and review Don’t Make Me Put On My Gasoline Drawers. There are women coming out of the woodwork and HERMAN CAIN will never admit his guilt nor give up his dream of becoming President. HERMAN CAIN believes his own lies. Let’s see if his wife continues to believe in him or will she accept her husband is mentally ill. HERMAN CAIN will always be the PRESIDENT OF THE LADIES CLUB in his own MIND in his own TIME. He could have really used, DON’T ASK DON’T TELL.

Mrs. Shirley:

Finally, I am beginning to understand the message in your blog, NLD RECOGNITION, and how it is applied to the workforce. You wanted Corporate America to understand the mental processing of individuals on the job. Ms.Linda, there are so many people on the job that are set up for failure. They are placed in tasks in which they will not be successful due to the lack of education of Corporate America. They are not provided with the appropriate accommodations to do their job whether they are disabled or not. Opportunities are not given to employees. When the opportunity is given it is a PROMOTION for FAILURE not to SUCCEED. The majority of the employees prefer not to go to management because they feel nothing will ever come of it. Employees in Corporate America feel bullied. Management gets away with managing by intimidation and micromanagement.

Employees rights are being stripped away every day. It has gotten so bad employees change their shifts, cut their hours back, and won’t show up if they know that certain management teams are working in the same TIME frame of their schedule. The turnover is great. Attendance will be the number 1 problem as long as they have management who lack social communication skills, managers who are not qualified for the position, and managers who are not properly evaluated and brought in by a system who rewards cronyism or by the FBI. Management who breed only chaos and bring the morale down of the employees should be shipped out right away. Employees are used by those management teams to turn employees against one another. Management can’t stand those who question their authority or ask too many questions.

Management in Corporate America, just like the SCHOOL SYSTEMS, failed to understand this could be the individual mode of learning and ONE SIDE OF LEARNING DOES NOT FIT ALL. Yet the individual who looks different, learns different, or does not work as fast, is DISABLED. Ms. Linda, you would say, “How can management manage others when they are incapable of managing themselves?” I can see LESSONS WITHIN LESSONS.

What happens Ms.Shirley is the management team who are supportive, respected, get in the trenches with you, and are team players, get forced out. They are isolated and locked into their position. Good managers are denied promotions and they eventually leave Corporate America altogether. Does this ring a bell? Do you sometimes feel isolated within the workplace? The good team of management is not allowed to associate themselves with employees for fear the employees just might get properly trained. This is really sad. (Internal suppression)

When the employees come to work and feel like they are SUSPECTS, there is something definitely wrong with this picture. INEQUALITY and INJUSTICE for ALL take place in the workplace throughout the music, entertainment, sports, and many other work-related industries. You come on board, Mrs. Shirley would be another good manager who could think for themselves, would not stand for anyone trying to manipulate your work ethics, and wearing your GASOLINE DRAWERS. Any employees or new management coming into a new position in Corporate America would be provided with serious social communication classes to attend. If they process information differently, the company should provide the necessary accommodation to help the individual maintain their job.

Mrs. Shirley:

Ms. Linda, it would be a great start but I doubt if it will happen. Everyone is so worried about FUNDING and they worry less about people’s lives. Speaking of funding, what do you think about PENN STATE, SYRACUSE, and CITADEL UNIVERSITY? The sexual misconduct of those children/young adults was so terrible. It is beyond my thinking of how they could let something like this happen for so long. ICON or Not. No Life can become so big that other Lives are looked over are put at risk.

Smokelbg:

Many years ago BILL COSBY stated it was the parent’s responsibility to be vigilant over their child’s education and their lives. He was heavily criticized for it. CHARLES BARKLEY was criticized for stating to the public he was not a role model but their parents should be. Many parents across the nation, including myself, have suffered the INEQUALITY and INJUSTICE for our children/adults. It is painful and devastating to live in a society that has become INHUMANE and BARBARIC.

Our government, GOP, CONGRESS, REPUBLICANS, TEA PARTY, are not team players. They do not understand that our NATION is INTERDEPENDENT on other NATIONS. Our government has made very poor decisions. The PEOPLE of OUR NATION have taken it to the streets and now OCCUPY WALL STREET. This movement is for EQUALITY and JUSTICE. “What the Hah Hell” the 1% get subsidized by the government. It is just a play on words. They are the BIG BALLERS of WELFARE.

Mrs. Shirley, it is frightening to think that our society has become so materialistic, money driven, and willing to sacrifice the lives of the poor and middle class to protect the 1% funding. The lives of children were sacrificed just to protect the schools, funding, and their ICONS. Schools would cheat on test scores just to say our children have made improvements when they can barely read, spell, or write. Atlanta had the biggest cheating scandal in the country that was under investigation back in 2009. Their dishonesty finally caught up with Atlanta School District on 7/5/2011.

There were 56 schools examined and 44 schools got busted which was 178 of their teachers and principals cheating (78%). Governor NATHAN DEAL released a statement. It was first reported by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Atlanta was the first to openly admit their cheating. Earlier, cheating scandals were found in Washington DC. They are not the only schools. This has taken place for many years. It now involves more money, real estate, and their AAA (triple-A rating). Do you know what brings about this corruption, Mrs.Shirley?

Mrs. Shirley:

I’m really not sure. I know you probably found an answer.

Better than that, I have LIVED IT. The Government, Workforce Industries, Schools, Financial Institutions, and other Nations around the World strategically “CREATE AN ATMOSPHERE OF FEAR.” This climate of fear works like a PRESSURE COOKER. It ignites the fuel for INTIMIDATION. The gauge goes up and the flames turn into a greater FEAR of RETALIATION. Once the heat of this pressure is applied, the individual has the option of cheating, lying stealing and others will go so far as to kill another human being. You are now just as CORRUPT as the INSTITUTION.

You can tell the TRUTH. Consequences ride with this POWER. If you are isolated and punished for telling the TRUTH, at the end of the day you are still CREDIBLE, BELIEVABLE, and RESPECTABLE. Your VOICE can still be heard and you can restore TRUST. I prefer the TRUTH and PEACE OF MIND.

Mrs.Shirley:

Well, Ms. Linda, that is never going to happen with the PRETENDERS/CONTENDERS. They have all stored their lies under RICK PERRY’S ROCK. I give them credit for letting us know where we really stand. They ain’t no SMOOTH OPERATOR. I will go back and read this story again.

The only SUPER COMMITTEE we need is to balance the MINDS of those who are IMBALANCED. This is the greatest DEFICIT in our NATION. You wanted us to see the INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS who “CREATE THE ATMOSPHERE OF FEAR.” I can see for the first time. The lies, deceit, and cover-ups hurt the mainstream. The action and decision of the GOP, REPUBLICANS, TEA PARTY and BLUE DOG DEMOCRATS crippled and DISABLED our NATION. Where will the line be drawn for the DISABLED and a DISABLED NATION?

This is a LESSON WITHIN LESSONS when you realize everything you fought for is right there for the world to see and needs to be POINTED OUT From PENN STATE to the worthless DEBATES… all of it is really the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART. Everyone is at risk not just NLD Syndrome and other exceptionalities.

Take a good look at the hands that our lives and our children’s lives have fallen into. You call this NORMAL. I hope the 36,000 thousand physicians under the Umbrella of the AMERICAN PSYCHIATRIC ASSOCIATION (APA) vote for an INTELLIGENT MIND, bypass the COLOR and not focus on funding. It was the funding that stimulated the corruption, devalued the lives of the poor and middle class, divided the nation, and placed MONEY over a HUMAN LIFE. Something massive had to occur to reach back in and draw out the hidden stories. PENN STATE did its job.

Mrs.Shirley:

Every time I talk to you, Ms. Linda, it feels like I am at a seminar. You really got me PAYING ATTENTION. I can’t stay away from ED SCHULTZ and RACHEL MADDOW SHOW. I have learned so much. I want Bill WOLFF to have his music back. He may be more productive in his environment with it. I am not saying BILL WOLFF isn’t productive. He needs to be happy. Did you see how the PRESIDENT handled his Microphone Checks? He embraced his MIC CHECK, handled the voices of the people, and sent a message with his smile.

Scott Walker, the governor of Wisconsin, got shut down. Michele Bachman ran off. Karl Rove got P.O. Where was his BRAIN? Ron Paul was condescending with his remark of “Feel Better”. The media have been so instrumental in bringing the public so much information and news coverage. I’m quite sure the rest of the world appreciated the charts to see how the 99% have FLATLINED and the 1% have FLOURISHED. It is so helpful to know which media is worth watching. I don’t watch FOX NEWS, they get everything twisted. They do not matter.

I did get upset with the college kids getting pepper sprayed. This was a peaceful movement. Everyone involved should have gotten fired for the way those students were treated. They could have gone to some of the retails stores on BLACK FRIDAY.

There wasn’t anything peaceful about BLACK FRIDAY. Where did all those people come from? Where did they get all that money? Every store I went to people were giving the clerks money not plastic. Ms. Linda, why do they really call it BLACK FRIDAY? I heard a horrible comment in one of the stores. I was so embarrassed. Does race have anything to do with Black Friday?

You know what, Mrs. Shirley, that is another LESSON WITHIN LESSONS. In the meantime, we are going to go and get us a bite to eat. You are going to get that promotion and this was A VERY GOOD DAY.
