COVID-19_Walmart

Hi! My name is Linda Garrett. I have worked for Walmart Corporation for 19 years at store 2857 Boardwalk Square. I ‘ve never taken a leave of absence. I’ve always respected TIME, DISEASE, ILLNESS, and DEATH. I was fortunate to use my Disability/PTO TIME wisely to handle my adversities. Unlike some people, I have TOTAL AUTHORITY over NOTHING. At this moment in TIME, I only wish to CONTROL my BREATHING and be surrounded by the necessary VENTILATION call FRESH AIR. Steve Collison and Maeve Reston of CNN please hear me out.

Hey! I notice an error. I am far far from perfect. I am not using Disability/PTO.  I meant to say The Family First Coronavirus Response Act Paid Leave and Paid Sick Time.

Where is the window? I need some fresh air. I can’t breathe in this filthy room. Buildings had tilted windows and push out windows many years ago. What happened? My nausea and headache would probably go away. I haven’t heard one person ask any questions about windows in relationship to COVID-19. Is it close to 7:00 am? When I step outside this building I will not take my fresh air for granted. Fresh Air.

1.) helps the digestive tract (oxygen intake digest food efficiently)

2.) helps in weight loss

3.) improves heart rate and blood pressure

4.) gives you breathing room (the body doesn’t work as hard for oxygen)

5.) increase serotonin

6.) strengthen the immune system (oxygen increases)

7.) white blood cells function properly fighting germs and killing bacteria

8.) cleans our lungs (dilated lungs more increase in oxygen, airborne toxin release when you exhale)

9.) does wonder for your brain

10.) more energy and one can concentrate and stay focus.

Reverse the airflow and no Fresh Air. What happens when you have these health conditions or everyone begins to look like they have these medical conditions? COVID-19 is knocking at the door trying to get in. Whew! I have a lot of concerns. I keep hearing the word second wave. I’m not hearing the word mutation. Coronavirus appears to have similar symptoms of the following respiratory disorder below only intensified by ¶ (pi).

At some point in time, COVID-19 will touch every human host on the planet.  It is learning the different DNAs of all different races.  This virus doesn’t care if you are Caucasoid (White): Negroid (Black): Capoid (Bushmen/Hottentots): Mongoloid(Oriental/Amerindian): Australoid(Australian Aborigine and Papuan). Whew! Reminds me of the movie 1956 Invasion Of The Body Snatchers’.   The remake of  Invasion Of The  Body Snatchers’ was filmed in 1978. COVID-19 will change or mutate along the way.  How much can the body’s immune system take?

bronchiectasis: lungs and airflow become damage It is hard to clear mucous.

Symptoms: phlegm, productive cough, recurrent infection

Pneumonia: infection that inflames the air sacs in one are both lungs, which may fill the lungs with fluid.

Symptoms: sharp chest pain, clammy skin, dehydration

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease: a group of lung diseases that blocks the airflow and make it difficult to breathe.

Acute Bronchitis: inflammation of the lining of the brachial tubes, which carry air to and from the lungs.

Symptoms: dry cough, productive cough, shortness of breath

Respiratory Disease: a condition that worsens the structure of the lungs. It can also affect the passageway that leads to the lungs.

Dr. Fauci are you there? I was in the cash office during the night preparing money to be placed in the Self-Check machines for the next day. My hand was scan by the machine. This room was small. I found it hard to breathe. Dirt and dust filled the room. The floor was filthy. Where is the mop? The money recycler was kept in this room. At the start of my shift, the recycler had run its course. Managers were constantly called to the cash office to fix the machine. When the machine was open dust and debris flew everywhere. My shift was 10:00 pm-7:00 am. I knew it would be a long night. Megan V. inform me the recycler was broke again. The machine had been having problems throughout the day.

The money recycler felt as though I was in an airplane at 30,000 feet. A passenger coughs in a compressed air chamber. Oh hell no! There is no escape. Recycled air is dangerously contaminated.  What do you think the mask is for? Two people in a fishbowl turned upside down breathing the same air. Where is the oxygen? Dr. Fauci, explains what happens when you are in a sick room or building? The light bulb flashed in my brain. I looked around and there were no windows or vents. In the corner sat an old out-dated fan. Wilmot Read Hasting Jr., co-founder, CEO of Netflix, are you there? I’ve become the leading lady in the Panic Room. My next contract movie is Box II.

Dr. Fauci, the EPA has a really good article on sick buildings. I’m reading sick_building_factsheet.pdf now. I am beginning to understand what happens when there are no windows or proper ventilation. Walmart qualifies for an Indoor Air Quality Investigation for their sick buildings. Walmarts stores across the nation and all over the world need to be checked. I am quite sure Walmart’s profit in toilet paper along should cover the charges. I’m holding Walmart Inc. and CEO Doug McMillon accountable for the lives of all Walmart associates.  COVID-19_Walmart. It felt as though I was clocking into death Monday-Friday. Pure anxiety! I’ve written stories in this blog about Walmart Home Office controlling the airflow. Thinking about the HVAC (heating and cooling system) made my hair stand on my head. Okay, my wig.  Hey, I ain’t gonna lie. I worried about pollutants, contaminates, and pathways. I was constantly staring up at the vents in the lady’s restroom. I’m bothered by the fact no one has mentioned about windows. I drove around. I couldn’t find buildings with windows or push out windows. The choice for central air and heating may not be the best option with a virus attacking one’s respiratory system. It’s cheaper for our society to pay less for central gas and air. Whew! I will leave it there.

I thought I was going to die at the self-checkout night after night. Only one cashier and I were scheduled in the front end the majority of the time. It was brutal changing out the 8 self-checks. The money cart was so heavy to push. Walmart was always thinking of ways to break down the older associates. Yeah, Joe and Mika, just get rid of the most vulnerable, old people. Writer Gone Rogue_Sh*t In The Box, January 21, 2019, I used a link to show how Walmart plans to force out older associates. I click onto the link and the information was gone. Imagine That. I wonder if Sundar Pichai can shine some light on the link and make it reappear. CEO Doug McMillon needs to take a lesson from Pichai. There were no Asset Protection at night. Walmart removed the First Responders from the store many years ago. I can think of at least 30 First Responders off the top of my head who checked on me through the night. I want to give a special shout out to KCPD, North, South, East Patrol, Platte County Sherrif Department including Shoal Creek. I want to thank each and every one of the First Responders, The Brew Top Crew, doctors, nurses, EMTs from St. Luke, and North Kansas City Hospital for showing great concern. There is a big difference between social distance and isolation. I felt totally isolated so many nights. You thought I had Ebola.

I knew I would either get rob or killed for having all that money out on the floor. I hated we were next to the airport. Every person stepping off the plane from all over the world could bring a virus from another country. It would tear my body to shreds if the cash office didn’t kill me first. All the carts collected around the store were full of returns. Clothes, toys, chemicals, meats, dairy products, all food items dumped into one basket. Returns were to be separated in customer services.

The returns were separated and returned to the floor. Bacteria on top of Bacteria. Food claims sat right on the side of the service desk next to the cash office on the floor. Spoiled frozen foods, vegetables, dairy products, and meats reeked of the foulest odor. On the grocery side, it was unbelievable. I’ll put it like this, the stench was so bad from all the grocery food claims Deffenbaugh trash trucks probably would refuse to pick up Walmart’s garbage. Hey Katy, are you still alive back there. Katy has worked many years back in the grocery receiving area. I tip my hat to Katy. I can’t believe she has survived all these years. Thank God! Katy is not old. Kiss the kids for me, Katy.

Number 44 (former President Barack Obama), Bill and Melinda Gates, I desperately need your help. On March 13th, CEO Doug McMillon was the first one to hop on the stage and rubber stamp the man’s name I can no longer speak of. There is NO TRUTH in a Rubber Stamp NO REALITY. CEO Doug McMillon is the Advisor to this man. After this man’s response to Charlottesville, McMillon stated, “he missed a critical opportunity to help bring our country together. Check out this article in Forbes. CEO Doug McMillon and Walmart not only missed critical opportunities but failed to be held accountable for the Mental Health of the associates and now their lives. I want only to be surrounded by people I can trust.

I am trying to figure out what country CEO, Doug McMillon is talking about. I’m sure Number 44(formal President Barack Obama), me, and millions of Americans do not wish to live in an Alt World that creates an atmosphere of fear and a country built on hatred and lies. Walmart employees need to change the landscape of their silence. Employees’ lives are on the line. Calling Walmart’s Ethics Hotline just won’t cut it. Walmart and CEO Doug McMillon have yet again created another highly Unethical act by keeping their employees in the dark. Let us not forget CEO Doug McMillon is the advisor to who? My point exactly.

CEO Doug McMillon missed several opportunities with Walmart employees. Work retention is inevitable. Walmarts world is not an inclusive environment for employee’s voices to be heard. Walmart’s signature is No One Will Exceed Expectation. Walmart’s behavior only instills a lack of the following: trust, loyalty, recognition, low morale of the associates, and poor management/mismanagement. Walmart and CEO Doug McMillon:

!.) Failed to keep their employees safe before and during COVID-19.

2.) Failed to care about the Mental Health of the associates.

3.) Failed to care and just be humane. (compassionate, empathetic, and supportive)

4.) Failed to hire the right people.

5.) Failed to keep compensation and benefits current.

6.) Failed to engage and pay attention to what the employees feel.

7.) Failed to put the happiness of the employees as a priority.

8.) Failed to recognize and reward employees.

9.) Failed to tell the Truth. Straight Up!

Giving the associates $3oo is not a reward but an insult, VP Dan Barlett of Walmart. I just want CNN Bussiness to know the Facts. I did read the article Enough is Enough, Growth, and Development, Walmart’s Declining Profitability. Bottom line, Sell Walmart. It is not the associate’s civic duty to DIE for a company that keeps the employees in the dark. This was the Thank You Reward for store 2857 associates who worked and risk their lives through COVID-19. Where are the true incentives? Walmart employees all over the world put their lives on the line for this company. Walmart sent the message to these exhausted associates that they are Expendable.

Macy, Dillards, and many stores went on furlough. Lowes gave their associates an extra $2 for hazard pay. Frito-Lay, owned by Pepsico, pay their associates an extra $20 a day, pay associates to stay home, $100 a day to watch your kids, and a $1.00 raise. Dick’s Sporting paid their associates 3 weeks’ and the associates went on furlough. Unlike Walmart and Ceo Doug McMillon,  out in front of the camera every day telling and sell lies. The company gives 11cent raises no higher than 35 cents.  Walmart is a company that evaluates their associates before changing its format and hours in the store. The majority of the supervisors, support managers, department managers step down from their positions, The assistant managers and co-managers are demoted at the dropped of a dime. In the evaluation, Walmart failed the managers/supports/ assistant managers/supervisors in the area they do not INSPIRE their associates. Walmart and CEO Doug Mcmillon do not INSPIRE their employees. This company will HIRE 150,000 more employees to Devalue and expose to COVID-19. You call this company and CEO responsible.

ATTENTION WALMART ASSOCIATES!

Walmart removed a process connected to evaluations. The process was as followed:

1.) warning/verbal

2.) 1st coaching

3.) 2nd coaching

3.) 3rd coaching/termination

Walmart has gone straight to the heart of the matter and the associate’s pockets. Solid Performance year after year doesn’t mean an associate is safe. The needle did not move. Walmart loves to create its own rules.  Walmart does not make laws. How many times are management called out by policy flaws? The next time an associate is called to the assistant manager’s office the conversation can go like this. Walmart is hiring 150,000 new associates and I see you have not made any improvement in the last three years. How do you think this scenero will play out? Oh Wow! What happens to the associates with 3 Need Improvement in their evaluations? Need Improvement is the 3 strikes you are out of the program/job. So to all of the associates push back on your intentional negative evaluations. The law will look at age, race, gender, pay discrimination, and retaliation. Weaponizing the evaluation=wage suppression. Walmart is looking at another way to target certain employees to fire.

What has Walmart done for their associates other than risk the associate’s mental/emotional, physical health, and now the associate’s life? You will not get a copy of your evaluation unless you sign it or make a comment to acknowledge it. Don’t fret, something will go wrong with the machine and you will never see that evaluation. Walmart is very strategic at telling the associates BS and getting the associates to sign their life away. Walmart is ILLEGAL EAGLES.

I have learned so much. A special bond form between each member at MSNBC. I feel that way about the associates at Walmart. Send Sir Chris Matthews my special elbow. COVID-19 is the new sheriff in town. Walmart and CEO Doug McMillon will not play by the rules or end up in court. You can not put a price on a life. Time is the most priceless commodity. We can’t give Time Adjustments when Death waits in line at our Supercenters and Neighborhood Markets. COVID-19_Walmart. Shut the store down. Where is the Store Manager? Where is Dr. Who? Just got word he is leaving the store. Hmmm! The customers are stampeding the store with their income tax and stimulus checks. Crowd control is out of control. The employees are terrified.

A disappearing act by Walmart, CEO Doug McMillon, and the EOC (Emergency Operating Center) took place during the mental health crisis of their Employees before COVID-19? Who created the mental madness for the overworked, exhausted, abused and punished employees? Walmart along with CEO Doug McMillon got some hell-a-fie PR. The real truth has revealed itself. Death brings out the Best or the Beast. Death doesn’t care if you are the 1% or have no cents. There are no pockets in a shroud. Death does not discriminate. Death waits in line to participate. Ari Melber of MSNBC understands All Eyes on You Walmart. RIP Machiavelli.

Walmart decided to inflict pain, humiliation, hurt, shame, and wage suppression by weaponizing the evaluations. Customer Service Managers (CSMs) were devastated. Coach, Sandy Harrison played a big part in evaluating the front end. Sandy arrived from another store around September 2019. Harrison has been at store 2857 for a short period of time. The CSMs felt Coach Sandy had not been at Walmart long enough to evaluate the supervisors. I totally agree. I got an F also. Now you know what happens when you do not buy into Walmart draconian system. You can use the open door for grievances. Employee’s lives are on the line. The new method of open-door policy should extend to News Media, Advocates, and attorneys. A directory of resources is coming to a theater near you.

Sandy Harrison never worked one day overnight. My shift is 10:00 pm-7:00 am. I have no coaching on my record. The other associates say they have no coachings. I don’t remember having any conversation with Sandy Harrison about my job performance. We talk. Sandy Harrison works morning and mid shifts. How can you evaluate a person without working their shift or knowing how the overnight shift is operated? Whew! There are managers who spirits are broken by demotion from Walmart. There are managers who have an axe to grind. There are managers who are very new to the company.  Who do you have to evaluate the associates objectively? I thought it was horrible that Assistant Manager Sam was the bearer of bad news. Facial recognition speaks volumes. Sam had the butterfly over his mouth. I sat across from Sam feeling like Clarice. There sat Anthony Hopkins, Hannibal Lector eating my brains.

I went on my Star Trek journey. I went where no associates have gone before. I landed in the movie Wrong Turn. I talked to Clive Owen from the movie Derailed. I had lunch with Matt Damon and Don Cheadle. Don looked at me and said you are the star of the movie Crash. Bottom line, If Store Manager, Philip Shelton got and F you best believe the majority of the store associates would get an F also. Would it get reversed by the Walmart Ethics committee? CSM Rodney is the expert in this conversation. He needs to be heard by Regional Manager Steve and HR Dana. Hunger Games Begin. What! Regional Manager Steve is leaving too. Hmmm! CSM Rodney make sure you get hold of Dana or Steve before Walmart take out yet another market team.

Apple Tv (Tim Donald Cook, Chief Executive Officer of Apple, and his crew) thank you. Netflix (Wilmot Reed Hastings, Co-founder, and CEO and his crew) thank you. My mind is in maximum overdrive processing movies totally different. CEO Doug McMillon, the advisor to the man with no name became the star of Sleeping With The Enemy. Death had no name. My lens process the man without a name as Meet Joe Black. Joe Black’s late start on COVID-19 cost many lives in this country. Was this an act of intentional behavior against New York, California, Louisiana, Chicago, Florida, and any area that is low income, no income, and race-related. Basic Instant leads me down the path to Cape Fear. Movie watching has placed me back in my gasoline drawers. Will Walmart follow this path?. Will The Empire Strike Back?

Walmart needs to COMMIT to the Employees across the nation who are putting their life on the line keeping their stores operational. Giving their employees the necessary tools to stay SAFE and ALIVE. The employees need to know the company they work in. Jeopardizing any life is dangerous. On any given day the associates, customers, and the world need to know the Facts. Smiling Faces is Walmarts symbol and national anthem. Beware of the pat on the back. Walmart employees are afraid and under attack. COVID-19_Walmart.

Walmart needs to Rethink its operations. Close their stores especially at 2857 in Kansas City Mo. Focus on the weakest part of the store which always has been the grocery side due to lack of help. Walmart needs to lose the attitude of Business As Usual and put their associates first like Costco, Hyvees, Aldi, Price Chopper.

The award goes to Costco for the video on keeping their customers and associates safe during COVID-19 Pandemic. Costco did not take back returns and Walmart did. Walmart and CEO Doug McMillon need to takes lessons. We lost several associates to Costco. Why? Costco has a reputation for caring and treating their associates with dignity and respect. Formal Walmart employees stated Costco paid more and their benefits were way better. Word Up! What About Us! Check out Pink video. Pink and her son were affected by COVID-!9. Train the frontline of (cashiers, CSMS) to do grocery picks. Use the conveyor belts on the registers to help push the grocery orders through at a faster rate. Keep this format to boost online groceries (OGP) and stock the grocery side until this Pandemic is lifted. Kill the 6:00 am bum rush in the store. The great stampede has struck fear in the hearts of all the employees at Walmart store 2857 Boardwalk Square. It would keep the CSM safe from the money in the filthy cash office with no ventilation. CSMs and other members of management would have little to no contact with customers because of closing registers, self-checkouts, and stores.

Stores in the Kansas City area shut down at midnight before COVID-19. The store north of the river on Boardwalk Square was overwhelmed with customers. We could not provide the appropriate customer service before COVID-19. The store was not properly staffed. The schedules cut hours at the front end. Our shelves were not properly stocked. Our store has several violations. The store was contaminated before COVID-19. Regional and district managers were constantly in the store. The Store Manager, Phillip Shelton, and other members of management were warned to get the store in compliance. Walmart’s system of One Best Way is Not the Best Way. My Way or the Highway cannot be the attitude or position taken with COVID-19_Walmart. Walmart made policy changes. Not Willingly!

Thank you, Steve (Regional) and Dana(HR), for hearing me out. I give credit where credit is due. I have struggled with the Home Office throughout the years in this store. I have stated Home Office is not my friend nor my Homie due to a lack of trust. Kent Gurkie, District Manager, Mike Gray (RIP), District Manager along with his sidekick Connie Freeman were good people. They engaged the associates and made changes in the store. Hear me out once again. Walmart took out a whole market team in one swoop. Good People! The Predator has Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny Glover Pissed. It’s hard to gain trust watching Walmart takedown decent people. Every time Steve (Regional) and Dana(HR) entered the store they have always treated me with respect.

Steve (Regional) and Dana(HR), I was very disappointed with the way the front end and other employees throughout the store have been treated. It was hard to catch Store Manager Philip Shelton. I didn’t know if he had gone on vacation, in meetings, or doing his daily store walks with other members of management. I didn’t know his hours. Other store manager’s hours were much early than Philip Shelton. I notice something.

Today, I want the associates and other members of management to look at the store receipt. Do you see the entire name of the store manager? If it is there he just placed it there. One of my neighbors was kind enough to pick some milk up from the store. As of 4/17/2020, Philip Shelton’s name is not on the receipt from my purchase. I did not want to leave the store without asking Philip Shelton why did he remove his last name from the store receipt. As of 4/20/2020, Philip Shelton’s name is not on the receipt. Since Philip Shelton is leaving I guess there is no reason for his name to be on the receipt.

I went out sick on 3/24/2020. Philip Shelton’s name has been missing for quite a while. Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego? Joey Richie told me many years ago he was proud to have his name on the receipt. Joey stated, whatever happens, Joey Richy could hold his own and take responsibility and be held accountable. During that time Joey Richie was the right person and the right hire for this store. Joey Richie was proud of the associates and his achievements at store 2857. Store Manager Joey Richie did an excellent job. When Joey Richie and Co-Manager Brent got wind of a visit from Regional they would bring a set of clothes and spend the night at Walmart to be prepared for their visit in the morning. Philip Shelton will be exiting Walmart store at 2857 and will continue his journey at another store in Texas. Have a safe journey, Philip Shelton. Just a reminder, John Kennedy, Senator of Louisianna is not related to Ted Kennedy (RIP),senator of Massachusetts. Blake Shelton is not related to Philip Shelton. Love to hear Joe hammer John Kennedy on how fake he is. It brings a smile to Mika’s face.

Not one of the managers listed below ever removed their name: Martha Blood, Joey Richie, Jerry Reed, Scott Snow, Michael Hunter, Randall Addison, Mark Hoyt, and George whose name I can’t recall right now. I will come back to his name. Did you notice there was only one woman store manager mentioned? Walmart is notorious for gender, pay, and promotion. Check out Walmart Stores, Inc. v Dukes-Supreme Court. 564 U.S. 338 (2011). There were managers who would correct the customers if they didn’t say their full name. I remember a store manager informing a customer not to call him by his first name. They made it clear no first-name basis. Whew! Notice we didn’t have but one woman name on the list. Got me singing, It’s A Man’s World. Godfather of Soul, James Brown.

This was a big scene from the movie Mission Impossibles, Fallout. I was done. All I could think about was the former Store Managers introduce themselves to the customers they would say their full name. Marvin Gaye walked in the door. He begins to sing What’s Going On. What did Philip Shelton have to hide? I didn’t want to leave the associates and other members of management in the hands of a Store Manager who didn’t take responsibility for the store or doesn’t care. Don’t you think the customers deserve the right to know his name? One of Walmart’s famous principle is Lead by Example. COVID-19 is running its campaign. Death will make an example out of the lives of Walmart employees. Death will take the lead if Walmart continues to do business as usual. Hot-line time! Submit a tip to Bloomberg News, VLAD or VOX.

Jodie Foster, first lady president in outer space, stated Walmart Inc. nor CEO McMillon won’t be allowed to breathe Elysium’s air. Although- McMillon has money, Doug will always be viewed as a second class citizen and cart pusher. Michael Bloomberg views CEO Doug McMillon as a man with no Spaceballs. This is not West World but this is CEO Doug McMillon’s salary.

Where are the Walmart Employees guard shields for their registers, masks, and hand sanitizers? Okay! Guarde shields are finally up. These associates need the appropriate cleaners and approved cleaners to wipe down their areas. Concentrate on the employee’s lives instead of cleaning the d**n floor. Maintenance is so understaffed. The machines are always broken down. The machine in the cash office is a death trap, without any ventilation and no one ever has done any maintenance to its floors. What good was painting the door to the cash office? Get some ventilation in there are pull the door off. Man!

The lives of all Walmart employees are at risk. I’m sitting here reading about the 2 Walmart workers who worked at the same store passed away from COVID-19 in Evergreen Park in Chicago. How long has Walmart and every person in retail industries, banks, etc have known about COVID-19? Many of the Associates at store 2857 Boardwalk Square in Kansas City Mo. were told that big/massive changes would be taking place in April. Strange, that information was discussed around the store in mid or late December.

Walmart could not plan for success to get ahead of the virus. Walmart and CEO Doug McMillon did not serve our customers and drive customer experience. Why? Our store was dirty and had many customers complaints along with store violations before COVID-19 struck. A Now Hiring sign resides at the front entrance. Help was needed over on the grocery side. The grocery was never properly stocked for lack of associates. Walmart has the money to contract for a professional cleaning and floor crew. Old associates will be overworked and new associates will not stay. The new associates did not sign up to be pulled in a thousand different directions.

Work felt like punishment. Associates started calling in. They wanted to transfer out of the store. Transfers were blocked by Phillip Shelton, the store manager. This was before COVID-19. Now the associates in great fear of their lives want out.”Lives Do Matter”. Walmart and CEO Doug McMillon PR staff need to email Walmart INC. and let them know they are no longer in charge. Death has taken the reigns. Death has come off its intermittent leave of absence. There will be no Time Adjustments. Walmart was never in charge. The BODY COUNT will rise due to Income Tax Checks and Stimulus checks. Customers overcrowding the store and not keeping their distance once again will endanger the lives of the Employees. SHUT THE STORE DOWN!

Once again March appears to be the month for destruction and disruption. Walmart is behind the times of Netflix. Evaluations were weaponized to take the associates down to a new low. Wage suppression, pay discrimination has knocked on the door of Store 2857 at Boardwalk Square. Along comes age discrimination, race discrimination, entering through the side entrance. The bullying and harassment pimped a new style in the form of shaming members of management and associates to risk their lives for a company that has never given a d**n about the physical health or mental health of the associates. What did Netflix do with their evals?

Shaming Process:

1.) Shaming members of management and associates to come to work when they are sick. Now that COVID-19 has struck Walmart, Walmart is trying to change its tune. Before COVID-19 Walmart did not operate this way. Behind the scenes, Walmart is still shaming members for not coming to work. Visit abetterbalance.org. 2.) Shaming associates to work overtime and in return stripping the time they have put in. Overtime doesn’t pay off. This was before COVID-19.

3.) Shaming members of management of a poor job of how the store looks. There is a Now Hiring sign on the door. Where is the Beef? Where are the employees?

Associates who chose to stay and work for Walmart for years or now older. The opportunity to retire will not happen. Forced out of your job comes next. Now you can lose your life. I have always told many of the associates if it’s not life-threatening don’t fear. Death is not an open-door policy. Death is not negotiable. Death forces you out of life. Walmart Corporation and Ceo Doug McMillon have taken their employees down to the lowest point of their life. Death Takes A Holiday will not happen at Walmart.

Walmarts greatest achievement is destroying the mental health of the associates so there is no oxygen in the room to hear their voices. Associates were never given the 5Ps. 1.) Praise employees regularly. 2.) Prioritizes employee’s health and wellness. 3.) Put yourself in the employee’s shoes (empathy). 4.) Pay employees what they are worth. Do Not Have them pay with their lives. 5.) Provide growth and development. No love is given.

What is truly sad is most employees are told or feel forced to sign an evaluation they disagree with. Associates feel compelled to sign. If the evaluation is not acknowledged you can not get a copy. Unbelievable! The majority of Supervisors, Department Managers, Support Managers Assistant Managers, Co-Managers, Store Managers have either been demoted or they step down from their positions. Why? When Walmart fails the employees fail.

Walmart is big on demoting, demeaning, and stomping on women’s self-esteem. Walmart pays women far less than they pay men. Walmart is at the top of its game on gender discrimination. I recall a conversation with Coach Sandy Harrison. I asked Coach what was her rank. Was her position like a Co-manager? Coach Sandy Harrison said, “I’m just nothing but a glorified assistant manager”. Just a what! What the hell! It was devastating to hear Sandy Harrison say those words. In my nineteen years at Walmart, I have heard those words over and over. I closed my eyes tight. My gasoline drawers turned me into a flame thrower. Whew! Writing about it piss me off! All women working for Walmart Inc. fighting for equality did not lose the battle only the lawsuit of Walmart v Dukes, 564 U.S. 388 (2011) the United States Supreme Court Case. Women will not buckle but continue to fight for their rights.

Throughout my years I witness Walmart’s cruelty, arrogance, selfishness, non-caring, narcissism, backstabbing, betrayal, not taking responsibility, shaming/blaming. Who does this sound like? Mirror image to Meet Joe Black. Who is the Advisor who missed opportunities for putting the country back together? I witness associates/members of management stressed to the max. Employees medicating themselves just to get through the night. The tears never stop flowing. I couldn’t help but notice associates who said they didn’t drink but started drinking. Liquor and cigarettes replaced eggs and pancakes. Associates turn themselves into a human chimney. I couldn’t believe the packs of cigarettes they purchased.

Walmart is terrible for women’s self-esteem. Walmart wants its employees to fall in line, do Walmarts bidding, and go along with Sh*t Hole Decisions that never work. Walmart, CEO Doug McMillon and the rest of the Hateful 8 shouldn’t tangle with Jango. I can hear Samuel Jackson now, “What The F*ck. Get your popcorn ready and check those movies out on Apple TV and Netflix. Stay in and watch movies, play games, do Tik-Tok, and stay safe.

Here’s that famous scene from The Exorcist. My head spun around and I started to piss on the carpet. We were short on maintenance and Mary was having a rough night. The wet mop machine to clean the floor was down as usual. We didn’t need two pissy associates on the floor. My face couldn’t turn any color with me being luscious dark chocolate. I started to throw my wig on the floor but I had just bought it. The floors were really dirty. Whew! Human hair is expensive.

Sandy Harrison did what she was told, instead of making the right decision. Walmart is very divisive.  You have to be very careful about doing other peoples’ bidding.  What happens when that person leaves? Who gets stuck with the blame? Walmart does not want any women associates to put their heads together with a class-action lawsuit. Discrimination in the areas of age, race, gender, sexism, wage suppression, retention, hiring, promotion, retaliation, harassment is Walmart’s way of putting women on the role back wall to clear women out. Sandy Harrison should have worked at least one month overnight. Harrison would realize Walmarts One Best Way does not work. Overnight is different from the day shift. The entire shift of overnight is understaffed. Walmart’s attendance policy failed under COVID-19. The attendance policy failed way before COVID-19.

Walmart plans to hire 50,000 more associates as of Friday, April 17th. Walmart’s total comes to a whopping 150,000 more part-time and temporary workers. Walmart is 6 weeks ahead of schedule. Wow! We have entered the movie Death Race. No matter how many associates are hired by Walmart COVID-19 will take the lead. Will Walmart be held accountable for 150,000 more lives? This world is not Walmart’s World.

Erase Away The Day

I watched the Golden Globe Awards on the carpet, not on the linoleum floor.  I could feel the pressure around my jaws as my face begin to tighten. All I could think about was my daughters and my granddaughters. Give them the opportunity to blossom into women and don’t let their self-esteem be stripped by “Shush.”  Lord don’t let a younger generation of women travel my road of Seen and Not Heard.  Women in my day were inappropriately touched by their teachers, fathers, relatives, so-called friends and ministers to be later told they would go to hell.  Who would believe them?  The greatest disappointment and the biggest Shush is when you tell your mother, guardian, or a person who you thought was a trusted friend.  The biggest hurt comes when they don’t believe you. It can shut your voice down for many years.  I pray to God Time will be Up when they embark on their journey in their lives.  Don’t get Shushed. Continue to be Heard. Continue to be Seen.

There was a voice from the late 60’s that floated through my head. As I closed my eyes I could hear Angela Davis speak about men’s power. Angela’s voice echoed, men will not cow down. Through the lens of men’s eyes, they will find a way to dismantle and manipulate any purpose or program that will put women in a position of power.  It will be done in your home, job force and government agencies (White House). Men objectify women. They feel women are their accessories (fur coat, leather glove, diamond ring, trophy wife). The abstract now becomes concrete.  Men will rise up and do everything to make women pay by lowering women into the bargain basement. It’s strange how men can drop women off into the bargain basement but don’t want to select their wives, girlfriends, or fiancée from the bargain basement. Men of power do not want their daughters dropped off at the Going Going Gone Shop in the bargain basement. Look what men do with their power.  Thinking with Penus Power has failed every time.

I found it really hard to write.  I felt my voice getting smothered and my fingers going numb. Nine months have rolled by. Hope begin to knock on my door and at my fingertips. The greatest line from the movie Scarface popped into my head. “Say Hello To My Little Friend.” The Hollywood Shoot Out of Sexual Harassment had revealed the many Scarred Faces in Hollywood.  It opens the door for the Recognizable and Unrecognizable to come forward and tell their story. Every Scarred Face and Scarred Heart across the nation would grieve, wear black, and share the global runway.  Harvey Weinstein and Kevin Spacey took the lead for pieces of the puzzle on sexual misconduct.  It was pointed out there are many more pieces of the puzzle to come.  Gorilla glue is making the case for sexual harassment.   Alabama rolled out the red carpet before the Global Awards and made it quite clear there will be no sexual predators in the United States Senate.  They too should get an award for letting the world know having a sexual predator for a senator is definitely not the norm.

There has been so much division, hatred, and the most unremarkable behavior witness in my lifetime. I looked and searched for any channel to help Erase Away The Day. I watched a lot of Jimmy Fallon because he wasn’t riding the political tidal wave.  I was so amazed how the media continue to ride their horse after being so heavily attacked.  I needed time to regroup. I had so much to reflect on. The numbness is beginning to slowly wear off at my fingertips. I recall Tweeting after the Alabama election.  After viewing the Golden Globe Awards my heartfelt much lighter. My brain didn’t look like Pin Head.  My mind felt at ease.

All that Intentional Behavior brought to the forefront by people who knew better.  These men had a choice to make the right decision and didn’t. Yes Say Hello To My Little Friends Matt Lauer, Charley Rose, Bill O’Reilly, Blake Farenthold, Roger Ailes, Russell Simons, Mario Batali, and there are so many more. I  think Clarence Thomas name can fit inside the many more.  These are the infamous master of educators to the hidden residual rule of Sexual Harassment.   Think all the people who were diagnosed with a neurological syndrome and just didn’t have a clue about sexual harassment. The abstract is now concrete.  Well, you got infamous recognizable face wear now. Thanks to Me Too Movement, Times Up Movement, and the many women’s movement growing at light speed who were Seen and Heard. Most of all Thank You for telling your story and not letting Sexual Harassment Erase Away The Day and Erase Away Your Life.

 

Don’t Want To Be Unethical

It is my ethical duty to give my crew more pieces of the puzzle.   We want to come out of the fog so we won’t be so confused. No, Trump did not write his speech. His thoughts or unorganized and scattered. Whoever processes with him, interprets, or plays the role of Trump’s Grand Guardian runs the Country. He gets it all wrong. What has Trump revealed about his academic skills?  On the right/Facebook, there would be no joking around, and everyone would have the numbers for the Nuclear Codes. He has no pragmatic skills and only ROTE MEMORY. There will be no new learning experiences. Old experiences will not be applied to new.  Let’s go back to the part of the brain that brings new memories to the table. It is called hippocampus. Go back to Breaking News and take a brief refresher course on damages to the Hippocampus. There are others in the White House Administration with massive damages. Let me walk you through the process.

There is a process but the blueprint has changed. Who will change the landscape?  Will it be Betsy De Vos?  We got a Secretary of Education who knows nothing about education, IDEA, nor disciplinary action that falls under Procedural Safeguards. De Vos should be disciplined for taking the job.  What type of disciplinary action should be given to an individual who poses a threat to Himself, We The People, and The nation?  Would it be a 10-day suspension? Their placement would be changed to an interim alternative educational setting, another setting, or services will not be provided if drugs or a weapon is involved.  If drugs are a weapon is involved that would kick the time up to 45 days or more. Disable or not the same amount of time would be given to a person for disciplinary action.  Notification of the decision and Procedural Safeguards statements will be provided. This will take place on the date on which the decision to take action is made.  Russia was brought to the playground. So what action would be the disciplinary action of the Leader of the Free World who has Divided the United States Of America?  Compared to what has happened at the White House the fall out for disciplinary action would be monumental. No parent sends their children to school for 12 years of their life and their child never makes a friend. No President should remain in Power or in Placement who INTENTIONALLY destroys what our forefathers shed their blood and died for.  A nation built on developing RELATIONSHIPS. The process got dangerous when the School District got wind of Granny Gone Wild had the authorization to swing her ax and put on her  Hi-Lander panties.  To keep my daughter from going to jail I jumped in to become a staunch advocate for her. Missouri Law 536 Administrative Review puts the child in the court system until something UNFORESEEN comes up. Yeah! Right! You know the child will have another episode. If the teachers didn’t understand then what makes you think they will understand the next time. You do not want your child/grandchild to end up in a Separate Self-Contained School. The next incident could land them in the prison system. From school to the prison pipeline the new gate-keeper is Betsy Devos.  Now you know what UNFORESEEN mean.  Reminds me of NOS (not otherwise specified).

Unbelievable! What happens to the Burden of Proof when you have people in position who do not know their job? Now, this is when I had my Granny Gone Wild Moment. Many years ago my granddaughter had a teacher just like Betsy DeVos. She didn’t know a D**n thing about education. I got a call at 1:37 pm basically stating my granddaughter had a Trump moment. I get to the school and there are 3 police cars. What the hell! My granddaughter was only 7 years old at the time. I notice her dress was wet in front. I thought at that moment, “I am about to go to jail TODAY.”  I ask the teacher what happened.  The teacher stated it appears EVERY TIME when my granddaughter has to go to the restroom she will get in her face, begin to grunt, fling out her hands, and shrug her shoulders in a repeated pattern.   TheBottomline it should never have been EVERY TIME. Really! I ask my granddaughter what happen.  She tried very hard not to wet on herself so she placed her hands in front to keep the other kids from noticing. She got so upset and tried to keep the monster from coming out.  She held off as long as she could. I asked her what Monster. This is what the teacher and all the kids in the room call her when she starts to grunt. Hell, I would grunt if I had made an urgent pit stop.  Snafu! Who gets the Oscar?  I know I’m going to jail TODAY. I do not wish to be the star in Orange Is The New Black.  The only thing that kept my head on my neck is when my granddaughter looked at me and said, “You can do this Granny.”  My response was, “You are not a monster and we have talked about your Tics.”  This will explain what you have seen and did not know or could not explain the behaviors which seem so strange.  I wasn’t going down without a fight but I knew in my heart I never wanted my granddaughter to return to that school. I wanted her to know I would fight for her at the drop of a dime. She would always be my princess.  Just to let you know I’m not a violent person but when it comes down to someone messing with your children or grandchildren, IT IS ON.  We will definitely address Tics and Stimming today.  It is my ethical duty.

There are common tics. Four characteristic that will help you identify tics are the age tics start, how long the tic last, the severity of tic, and whether or not it is a motor tic or verbal tic.  Tics are spasm like movements particular in the muscle. These habitual spasmodic/irregular contractions of the muscle around the facial area can also occur anywhere in the body.  Tics are harmless. Tics are not classified as an involuntary movement but unvoluntary meaning the person can suppress the tic for a period of time.  As discomfort continue to grow the action of the Tic will be performed as a relief. People get twitches confused with Tics. Twitches are isolated and their performances do not occur repeatedly. Twitches are involuntary and can not be controlled or suppressed.  Twitches are known as myoclonic jerks. Muscle twitches can involve eyebrows, neck, and mouth called blepharospasm. Benign essential blepharospasm (essential meaning unknown)  involuntary neurological movement around the eye. Stress, fatigue or inflammation can be a contributing factor.

Tics are viewed as behaviors of a person that is quirky, bizarre, idiosyncratic characteristic or obsessive/compulsive. You have provisional tics disorder which consists of multiple motor or phonics with duration of 4 weeks but less than a year. Chronic motor tics and Verbal tic disorder have either single or multiple motors but not both which can be present for more than a year. Verbal Tics are uttered sounds that don’t last long. Normal behavior and tics appear repetitive, numerous successive occurrences of the same action. A person blinking their eyes, head jerking, or constant nose movement. Complex series of movements in the same order (reach out and touch something, again and again, slap again and again, or kick out leg again and again).  Tourette syndrome is diagnosed when both motor and phonic tics are present for more that one year.  Tourette syndrome changes over time. The condition improves as the child gets older. Tic Disorder NOS is diagnosed when tics are present but did not meet the criteria for any specific disorder. There’s that NOS again. NOS just doesn’t name that tune and that is why a lot of doctors hate that tag at the end of a diagnosis.

Tics are there for the long haul. Tics are unlikely to change and cannot be removed.  There are times when people lose hope in communicating with others because their vocal tics are so uncontrollable. The COMPULSIVE and REPEATED WORDS or PHRASES takes over their communication skills leaving the person feeling very abnormal.  The end results the person stops communicating. Motor Tics include SLAPPING, JUMPING, flapping, biting, blinking, grimacing, HAND MOVEMENTS, FINGER MOVEMENT, tapping, smelling, shrugging, flicking one’s hair, sneezing, clearing one’s throat, coughing, holding one’s breath. There is more. We will not get Tics mixed up with Stimming. Tics can be mistaken for voluntary indulgence. Here’s a Flashback:

Shall we move to Stimming? We will not hang this label on the Autistic Spectrum. No more stereotyping. Stimming is short for self-stimulation of one’s behavior or activity. There are times when you need to feel in control of what you are experiencing.  Stimming helps with:

Emotional Regulation-It helps put our emotions in check without our cup runneth over. It manages the wide overload of sadness, anxiety, anger so you won’t flip the script and lose your cool. When you want to incorporate the happy feeling moment one might flap their hands, bounce, or toe walk to regulate positive behavior.

Sensory regulation-We have high stimmers and autistic individuals who experience extreme sensation (hypersensitivity). We have stimmers that experience dull or muted sensations (hypo-sensitivity). Depending on the situation or whatever senses are involved people can experience more or less of a good feeling. There are times when we want to feel in control and hold on to a consistent, familiar and good sensation. Makes me want to sing Janet Jackson’s, Control.

Social Regulation-When you are not comfortable in a social setting but want to participate. Stimming helps us to interact with others on our own terms. Introverts find ways to relieve the pressure of socializing. Some of us are social creatures who crave daily social interaction but need to stay in the moment without our pots boiling over. We have those who are ambivert (need social stimulation and the safety of isolation) who feel the need to use an escape hatch for waiting to be along or the desire to be around others.

Pragmatic Regulation-Distracting stims that annoy other from home to school to work. A person of the media become so engaged, keeps bouncing up and down, hands, flying in the air, out of their chair trying to ask a gazillion questions. You look over and your mind process the Sit Your A** Down Syndrome. Now you know they are stimming or they could have Tics. Remember not to get these 2 confused.

Stimming is not to be viewed as bad or good. A good therapist would be out of their mind to discourage stimming.  Repressing stimming would be counterproductive and quite harmful. What works for one person may not work for another. Stimming should be safe. Stopping an unsafe stim will not solve the problem. Another harmful stim may occur in its place. Continue to teach new skills and process new ways of looking at people when they appear a bit odd.  I hope this helps the MEDIA and OUR NATION to get a better view of the countryside.  It is now Time for the Process to take place in removing the President. He kept my emotional engine running.  My Limbic System was set on cruise control.  The Limbic System structure of the temporal lobe is responsible for regulating many of our emotions, as well as forming and processing memories. It’s wasn’t all about my Limbic System.  My dawgs in the carpool, Amygdala, Hippocampus, Thalamus, Hypothalamus, Cingulate Gyrus, and Basal Ganglia all played great roles.  You got to give credit where credit is due. There are times when we need to put our brain on speed dial.  Mental shortcuts (heuristics) allow us to problem solve and make decisions quickly and effectively.  The 2 most common heuristic are availability heuristic (accessing relevant information in your mind). Representative heuristics (decision-making process by comparing the Present Day situation to mental examples in your mind). These shortcuts are designed to save on time when determining risk.  This process filter through a lot of information.  Just think if our brain had to analyze every single aspect of a situation or every decision we make.  This is a nice coping skill device to keep our brain from going into maximum overdrive. If our brain takes a walk on the wild side not a D**n thing will get done.  Whew! Makes me tired just thinking about the outcome.  Okay! Reach down into your pocket and pull out your RULE-OF THUMB. We can save on brain gas and function more effectively so we don’t blow out all of the tires having to think about everything and what will be the next step of action. Lots of people don’t have a spare in the back of their trunk or a donut. These are the people using fix-a-flat. Sir Lawrence O’Donnell can you imagine fix-a-flat brain?  Mental Shortcuts  can be dangerous and can lead to the following  BIASES:

1.) confirmation bias-People refuse to listening to the other person point of view or consider facts in a logical manner. Information given only confirms what they believe.  ex., People who feel global warming doesn’t exist and confirm their belief.  People who believe there should be no background checks for Gun control. The Wayne La Pierre Syndrome, ” the only way to defeat a bad guy with a gun is to arm a good guy with a gun”.   Trump who thinks there is voters fraud. American should be White again. Trump confirms his belief that Muslims are terrorist.  I’m not hearing it. I Did It My Way Program. Even when you know there needs to be No hearing for voters fraud, Trump needs to confirm what exist in his mind only.

2.) hindsight bias-When you here, I knew it was going to happen. I knew it all along. It was inevitable. Polls being more predictable than what they truly are. I knew it syndrome. Well, that sure in the hell didn’t happen in the 2017 elections. Just venting!

3.) anchoring bias-The first piece of information we hear. Quick decisions we make when we don’t shop around. How much are we willing to pay?  The information you give your doctor can make him susceptible/influence to make the wrong diagnosis.  When you go to negotiate for a salary increase the First Lady would say, when they go low you go high. 🙂 Just letting you know I was paying attention. How long a person expect to live? When should my kid start dating?

4.) misinformation effect-The questions contain misleading information distorted by memory. The original information got mixed up with the misleading information. The misleading information took over my memory. The misleading information is more recent. Misleading information comes to mind first.  When the incident happen the information that was important got switch around in one’s head. So now their using the misleading information to fill in the gaps.  Time, discussing the events with other people/witnesses, news (especially fake news) and excessive exposure to alternative facts plays a major role in misinformation effect. 🙂 Okay!

5.)  actor-observer bias-People can’t see their own actions or behaviors. When something goes wrong they blame their action on some outside force. ex. Danny’s teacher gives long and drawn out lectures. He failed his exam. The teacher got blamed. No! Danny A** didn’t study?  As the observer people tend to blame their actions on internal causes. John is never on time for the movies (internal) John is always so tired and sleepy.

6.) false consensus effect-over value their own opinion, Overestimate how many people beliefs, behaviors attitudes and values are the same as theirs. Overestimate the vast majority think the way they do and it will benefit their self-esteem. Overestimates the people who share your political views, share your preference. The false reality if one person support you in that particular neighborhood everyone will support you. False reality if I like it or buy it everyone should follow my lead.

7.) halo effect-overall impression impacts you evaluation process.  Physical Attractive people or more favorable. Global impact of  likable personalities. (stereotype) The smart and pretty effect. Drab and not attractive would be considered not intelligent. Employers rate eye candy as smart, competent, and qualified. Marketers get a celebrity to endorse a product and the rating goes up.

8.) self-serving bias-Give themselves credit for SUCCESS and lay the blame for FAILURES on others. TRUMP SYNDROME. LLC Incorporation! Since people became INCORPORATION let’s include Mitch McConnell (Senator Majority Leader of Kentucky), Paul Ryan (House Speaker), Reince Priebus (Chief-of-staff). This is the New Order. The self-esteem protector leads to faulty attributes such as blaming others for their shortcomings.  It also keeps the self-esteem intact by blaming a person age, gender, race, and DISABILITY.  NOT MY FAULT, NEVER! NO APOLOGIES.

9.) availability heuristics mental shortcuts design to save time when determining risk. Relying on this way of thinking lead to bad decisions and poor estimates. ex. Lotto time. I need to start buying tickets. What are your chances of winning. Making judgements on what is readily brought to mind. Man! There have been a lot of airplane crashes. Hmm! I bet not take a plane. Whatever comes to mind you base your decision on that information. Even if the information is not relevant.  Ford had 64 layoffs. I probably be next.

10.) optimism bias-Too optimistic for your own good. It can happen to you not me. Why me! Our rational and logical brain goes south. Ain’t no way in the world I’m suppose to lose my house, get a divorce, diagnose with an incurable disease. You are vulnerable and suffer illusions of vulnerability. We believe we are less likely to suffer misfortunes and more likely to be successful.  What are the odds of being struck by lightning? The odds of a tornado striking because one has not hit the area you live in.  Impacts of false optimism is health risk, drinking, drugs, gambling, and smoking. The God will take care of it Syndrome. God needs your undivided attention, cooperation and participation. This Bias isn’t all bad. We need optimism with a sense of REALTY to move forward and look toward the future. Giving hope and motivation so when we do fail we will take responsibility and not blame others.

What! Trump has no THUMBS. That is NO EXCUSE he has feet. He needs to be held ACCOUNTABLE for whatever body part he has left.  Trump has more biases than what I listed.  Donald Trump stepped on a lot of toes and pissed a lot of people off. Has anyone checked on Mitt, Chris, and Rudy? We thought we give them some time and space to cool off. Well, you better ship them to Alaska because I don’t think it will be no time soon. Do you think they were committed? No!  This is what happens when Affluent Mental Illness Goes Untreated. This is the facts, not alternative facts. What is Affluent Mental Illness gone untreated? The high dollar privileged individual (Richey Rich) folks that are let off the hook for their disruptive and violent Intentional Behaviors by their peers, a judge, and society.  Even when mental illness can be a factor in their national cheerleaders don’t seem to care and encourage more negative behaviors. All sins are forgiven and it is okay for the person or persons to pay for their sins with cash, corporate credit cards donate high dollars to affluent judges or charities. The list gets better. Sleeping With The Enemy Part II influences a Nation Election being compromised.  BECOME THE PRESIDENT, LIE, CHEAT, STEAL, and even RISK the lives of the many troops for the Dumb A** oil statement.  Speaking of OIL, Trump even pissed Dick Cheney off. Wow! Cheney said he went too far on the Muslin ban. Unbelievable! Even Cheney changed his position. What do you think Sr? Chris Matthew? You think Dick just want a piece of the Spotlight? Make me smile and say CHENEY for me. Come on!

Trump does not reside in Reality Boulevard.  The President lacks information, gullible, lack wisdom, experience, lacks judgment, especially in foreign affairs. These are the components of NAIVENESS. Who can benefit from exploiting Trump deficiencies?  Say It With Me Now! Vladimir Putin! Who will feed Trump the BS he wants to here so he thinks he is King? Who wants to control the WORLD? Who played Russian Roulette with our Nation’s Election? Everyone in the Nation has witnessed Trump out of control behaviors. The media and the Democrats are looking in the wrong spot. Revealed through the lens under the surface of one’s skin a passageway has open and revealed what is deep within. There is nothing for you to attain. Right before your lens, the answer lies in Trump’s Brain. The RNC wants an AUTOPSY. Well here’s my Contribution. December 2011-Lessons Within A Lesson:

Timelines are really good. They tell a magnificent story. Hanging out at Appreciation Park,  Ms. Shirley points out to her co-worker how hard it has been to get promoted because of her age. She points out in the story people with disabilities were not accommodated appropriately.  Visit dol.gov for more protected rights.  Associates with disabilities are not included and have vanished in the workforce.  Their rights are protected under ADA (American Disability Act). Visit United States Department of Labor for more information click on dol.gov.   There are so many things wrong at WAL-MART store #2857.   The associate lives have been shattered.   Their self-esteem has been scattered.  The associate’s rights are stripped away.  The Associates haven’t the slightest clue of how their rights are violated.   Yes! Of course, it really does matter. Awareness will come if the associates are reading.

Associates who are 40+ (Age Discrimination) had gone missing. Many of these associates were Grandfather in.  Bullying, intimidation, micromanagement ran amok throughout the store. Who set up this climate change?  Associates are set up for Failure and not for Success.  The turnover is great.  The most used strategy in the store is turning the associates against one another. Cronyism ranks #1.  In my neck of the woods, it is called the FBI. This meant you got your job through Family, Bro, and In-Laws. IF YOU ARE NOT THE ANOINTED YOU WON’T BE APPOINTED. How much room is there at the top?  Who will get left behind? The Tap on the shoulder can be challenged under hiring practices. This wide range practice is very common at Walmart and throughout Corporate America.

Certain members of management did not like to be questioned.  Associates are to follow directives only.  Store #2857 is the breeding ground for chaos. Associates were a lockout, forced out, isolated, denied promotions and vacations, wrongfully terminated. Internal Suppression is the Red Carpet and the Walk Of Shame.  GOOD MEMBERS of management that could actually train the associates for another level of management have their marching orders.   Inside These Walls of Existing Conditions  at store #2857, there is a “Climate Change of Fear.” It remains a Pressure Cooker and ignites the fuel of Intimidation. The Gauge goes up and the flames turn into an inferno of Retaliation.  The Heat Is On.  Certain members of management had more options to cheat, lie, and only worry about their Bonuses and salary. Inequality and Injustice! Yes, Corporate America invested with their investors instead of investing in a human life. It is called Corporate Greed.

Truth is a great Power. Consequences ride by its side. It is up to the individual whether or not if he/she can live with the path they’ve chosen.  Lies will Blacken any day. Let your VOICE BE HEARD and Restore Trust.  Speak out! Remain true to yourself, credible, respectable, and believable. You have more rights than you think. Our nation was rolling into an election of a new Presidential Candidate in the year of our LORD 2012. The INVESTMENT was placed with We The People. The vote was for THE INTELLIGENT MIND.  The OUTCOME was MONUMENTAL  Focusing on MONEY only stimulates CORRUPTION. YOU ARE THERE! This is just the beginning.

August 2012-Inside These Walls__Existing Conditions

Do your company understand Diversity? What happens to Inclusion?  Who benefits from the company’s policy? Whatever happen to Safety in the workplace? Who is Dr. Larry Barton? Don’t worry, Dr. Larry Barton is strictly a company man. He doesn’t work for the associates. He is Mr. CBL (computer-based learning) of WAL-MART.  Dr. Barton’s training is based on shifting all the responsibility on the Problem Associates vs Associates With Problem. Boot camp is over.  The associates are not getting brainwashed by Dr. Larry Barton seminar.  Dr. Larry Barton failed to teach Management RETALIATION is NOT ACCOUNTABILITY.  Dr. Larry Barton states the best Crisis is one we can prevent. What about the crisis which is initiated?  Who is the real threat in store #2857?  What about the problem with the same Management or certain members of management?  Why did the associates become so disgruntled? What did management do for the associates to become UNREASONABLE? Temperature Rising and Global Warming has struck. An Atmosphere of FEAR has been created. By Who?   Where did OPPORTUNITY go?  Maybe Opportunity ran off with another lover. Valentines Day has passed. Maybe it is time for a new love.  There is no love up in the house at  Wal-Mart store #2857.   No love for all people of a diverse race and culture. Can the associates become successful in Wal-Mart’s World?  Say it with me now!  If You Are Not The Anointed You Won’t Be Appointed.    The associates aren’t the ones with the high-powered attorneys. The associates definitely aren’t packing a psychiatrist that is carrying a roll of quarters in one hand and a pitcher of KOOL-AID in the other hand.  There will be no more brainwashing.  It’s time for “WHO” to take responsibility. Say it with me now. WAL-MART!  You Got It! The associates need an equal playing field. They don’t need HR or Home Office kicking them around like a ball on a played out football field.  Dr. Barton needs to be investigated by the Citizen Commission on Human Rights (CCHR) or the associate’s Commission on Human Rights. Either way, this Dude needs to be investigated. Dr. Barton needs to realize laws are made to protect the individuals right against their employers.  Review At-Will Employment and Constructive Discharge.

New Hurricane has blown in.  I have noticed hurricanes are usually named after ladies. I do recall Hurricane Andrew. NOT GOOD!  This hurricane was named after our new store manager. Hurricane Randi. Other members of management call him DADDY! I wouldn’t want a father like that. Nor would I want a MOMMY DEAREST. His undesirable cleaning equipment starts with berating, demeaning, shouting and screaming at his management team.  The store manager takes pride in stripping management of their self-esteem. Management then comes to the floor to wax the associates. There is no shine left on the associates behind.  The shackles once placed on your feet are shackles placed upon your mind. An ankle bracelet of FEAR, INTIMIDATION, and RETALIATION gets wrapped around the mind of the associates induced by the store manager.  The same or certain members of management follow the store managers directives. Management has their CBBD (Coaching BY Beat Down) orders never questioning RIGHT or WRONG of the directives and NEVER standing up for the associates.

RETALIATION is very much alive. DELAY is the waiting game. You think management will get back to the associates. Walmart has a sundown rule.  Are you the new star of Pitch Black?  Welcome to Van Diesel world.  FEAR creeps in. You are all alone and own your own.  No responders. It is definitely an unsafe environment. There is only one way.  It certainly doesn’t favor the associates. PUNISHMENT is at the top of the ladder.  All hell breaks loose.  The lies, deceit, and obstruction of justice take its toll. The associate will not be the winner of the VOICE and will not return for the next season.

Violations in the store are monumental. Of course, I know what they are. These violations run the gamut from ATF, OSHA, HEALTH and SAFETY, FIRE CODES and much more.  Associates constitutional rights are violated on a daily basis. Human Rights and Civil Rights take a backseat.  Violations of this nature are hidden under the carpet. Walmart strategy is to have the associates focus on the money. In the meantime, Walmart will get away with Corporate Greed, Force Arbitration, and the ability to assassinate Class Action Law Suits by getting a PASS. This will ultimately shut down the associates day in court. It is not the VOICE of one injured party but the Voices of the massively injured.  Everyone must have their day in court.   I have my sword of accountability with me.  Management will RETALIATE against you for Reporting to HR and HOME OFFICE.  If Walmart says they won’t they are a Ball Face Lie and their Nickname is MIT. Why do you think I have written all of these stories?  I am not singing Daryl Hall and John Oates, Say It Isn’t So. I know it is so. I have lived it.

November 2012- Please Proceed__Get The Transcript

The Sum Of All Fears. The new store manager has arrived on the scene. It is election time. Guess Who is up for grabs. Time for me to frame and be held accountable for a crime that I did not commit in the year of our Lord 2012.  The Co-manager, Ben Abbott,  wants to become a store manager.   So the Black or if you prefer to use African-American CSM can be sacrificed.  It is only fitting and appropriate that I call my name out also. Hello! My name is Linda Garrett the overnight CSM at store #2857.   I am the one with the rope burns around my neck.  Coming atcha live from the front burner.  Are you ready to review  INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS at its finest?  These dates are very significant-5/30/2012 (given a verbal); 7/13/2012 (coached); 7/26/2012 (Asst. Manager Stephanie validated by the time clock at 4:07 a.m. that it was her and Co-Manager Ben who was under a lot of pressure by the new store manager, Randall Addison to clean house) big piece of the puzzle; 8/30/2012 (all hell breaks loose); 9/13/2012 and 9/22/2012 (coached again). Notice the pattern in these dates. Every 2 months and the dates 7/13/2012; 9/13/2012 are two months apart on the same day. On 9/16/2012 Kyndell Garrett, my son was coached the next week. I wanted the PYRAMID of RETALIATION to once again reveal itself. Under the PYRAMID of RETALIATION, you have DELAY, FEAR, and PUNISHMENT (All Out War). Well, at least Assistant Manager Stephanie got promoted to Co-Manager and she no longer works at store #2857.   You wrong a person and you get promoted. The other Co-Manager, Allison, stepped down and went to another store. The law of Constructive Discharge knocked down Allison’s door.

I would like to point out to Human Rights Commission, the United States Attorney General Loretta Lynch, State Attorney General Chris Koster, Secretary of Labor Thomas Perez and President Barack Obama a new set of numbers have arrived on the scene as of February 26, 2016. My watch said 5:50am. The other White or Caucasian female CSM had to go home. I did show her the list and she thought it was strange. Me too. Strange I did not see her name on the list. Should I be surprised?   This time register numbers are used.  Register 3, 29, 28, 17, 22, 17, 21, and 22. Each register shows the date, negative or plus the amount, and to be verified as a multi-user. This is the killer. On that sheet, I was at the very top of the list. I was listed nine times.  There are nine register numbers. Either I’m on every register because we are so short of help or my numbers are used on registers I’m not on. I’m looking at some registers that I have not been on. Every morning I leave out Let The Games Begin.  The order is given to aim at the yellow target on my back.  The same Co-Manager makes his way down to 100 to see who will be under surveillance and who he can put the screws to.  Who gave the order?   Here we are election time again in the year of our Lord 2016 with the same Co-manager, Ben Abbott, directly in the cash office where it is so much easier to set me up or ask any person he is surrounded by to do something unethical so he can become a store manager. How sad! I went to the cash office at the request of an associate. He had printed his schedule out. He could not remember what printer it had printed on. I checked and VOILA! The paper on top had my name listed 9 times. The paper underneath was the associate’s schedule.  The associate said he was surprised I found his schedule because he had printed his schedule out a day ago. I was not surprised to see the SETUP take shape again.

Walmart doesn’t own their mistakes and will never apologize. Walmart will never say they learn from their mistakes because they keep making the same mistakes. Walmart will never tell what they have done wrong. So I thought I would get out in front and shine the light on their wrongdoing before they give me a coaching or fire me in this year before the old system goes out.  Walmart will dirty up your work record. You just have to stay on top.  A new system will be put in place on March 5, 2016. Every person who needs to be locked in by a coaching will be. Any associate under the old system will be fired before the new system takes effects.  That’s right!  MARCH 6th, 2016 is my birthday.  It would be awesome for the same Co-manager, Ben Abbott, to make another attempt to assassinate my character on the day before my birthday.   Do we have a theory for March 5th?

Walmart probably doesn’t want to remember David Tovar. He was Walmart Vice-President for Corporate Communications. The PR person should never become the story. Well, David Tovar forgot that he did not graduate from college, In other words, he Lied on his resume. Well, David Tovar got out in front and corrected his errors. He was Dropped by Walmart but picked up by a marksman(ex- Walmart employee who now works for Sprint). David Tovar did not let his mistakes define him but got out in front and now he is the Come Back Kid. Walmart let all of their mistakes define who they are. Who cares about REPUTATION when you are the world largest employee. Money is  Walmart only interest and pleases their investors.

CEO, Doug McMillon I’m on every list to be targeted at store #2857.  I remember Co-Manager Therese (Trez) Renzetti approach me to finish 2 CBL on Friday, February 5, 2016, at the beginning of my shift. My shift starts at 10:00 am.  There was no Emergency Manager Meeting. I had just 2 compliance CBL’s. I completed the Ethic CBL but the Tobacco and FireArm went down while I tried to complete it. Co-Manager Therese Renzetti had 9 CBL’s at that time. Listed below as followed:

CEO Doug McMillon these are the people you have chosen to keep around. The harassment did not stop there. Assistant Mgr. Seth Blakely continued his harassment and bullying. He made it clear that no one is untouchable and he would be back for the next cycle to fire me. I do have the list of the people he coached and the people he fired.  He may state he tells everyone this but I made the list to prove he is not joking.  This is what happens when associates hold management accountable. This is the FEAR that your TEAM of people holds over the associates. That is WHY the associates are afraid to come forward.  As the President of the United States would say, “You can’t make this up.” Yes, I will call my name out again. Hello! My name is Linda Garrett. December 2012-Painted Me As The Enemy

The top strategy of Walmart is turning associates against one another. There will ALWAYS be a NO FRIENDS CONTRACT. Friendships and relationships will be broken by promises made by Walmart. There will be NO ACCOUNTABILITY for management as long as associates cannot UNITE. The money will be used as the Dog Catchers Bone. The Open Door Policy is to protect Walmart.  The information you bring to HR will be shared with the store managers and other members of management. Once you go through Walmart’s Open Door and they find out what you know from that day FORWARD you will be forever Painted As The Enemy.

November 2013-Lucy And The Football Taken Away

Reflects back on the life of Lyle Streich a long-term associate who passed away on October 23rd, 2013. Kansas City Star rolled out Lyle’s obituary on October 25th, 2013.  His funeral services held on October 28th, 2013. At the time of Lyle Streich death, Bill Simon was the CEO of Walmart. Lyle was a GOOD MAN and had accomplished many achievements. Before Lyle passed away he came to visit me. I was so glad to see him. He was so frail. He joked about me being on register 22. He said, ” You know they are going to try to hang you on that register. You better switch up.” Lyle was right. He knew Black Friday was just around the corner. Lyle came to check up on me to see if I would survive.   My voice had diminished greatly and I told Lyle I had a lot of concerns. I remember an associate approached me and said one of the Co-managers had told her I was faking and I wanted people to feel sorry for me.  No! I really want to maintain my health. Unlike the associates who clock in and want to be sick and go home to avoid the stress of the job at Walmart.  Boy with my voice being out of commission for 6 months it was party time for the same Co-manager because I could not ask her questions. An associate kills me off on my birthday.   When you get to the paragraph Mr. President I attended Lyles services something happens and it explains WHY MARCH 5th leads into MARCH 6 which is my birthday.  It will give you a recipe and explains what happens in Please Proceed__Get The Transcript in 2012.  It also shapes what is a plan for March 5th and March 6 of 2016.  At that particular time in 2013, 160,000 Walmart workers will be rewarded to high paying jobs and more opportunity is emphasized. Here we are at the gate.   It is now  2016 and a new pay increase will be initiated and put into effect by March 5, 2016.  Yes, the beauty of TIMELINES.

Lyle was very ill.  The associates in the store expressed great concerns. Lyle was moved from Automotive, Hardware, Sporting Goods, Furniture, Toys, and Lawn & Garden. Lyle made it clear he would never have been treated this way on his other job. Lyle said Walmart does not care about the associate. Eventually, Lyle became too ill to work. Even after he left the store it felt as though Lyle was there watching over me and the other associates. I made a commitment to Lyle. When the voice return I would not waste my breath nor my voice on a Store Manager, Randall Addison, Co-Manager Therese Renzetti, or Co-Manager Ben Abbott who berates, bully associates, retaliate,  set associates up for failure and use excessive surveillance to harass and intimidate.  Once again, I’m Linda Garrett at store #2857. My voice is to be used to advocate, uplift, and motivate. Yes,  Lyle was taken away but his spirit is a beacon of light for me to carry on my fight. Truly Respect For The Individual. Truly Respect For A Human Life. The commitment for success and not failure; the commitment to enable the disable to be provided with work coaches and appropriate accommodation to do their job successfully; the commitment to finding associates who are homeless, homes; the commitment to the associates to provide them with the necessary tools to do their job effectively; the commitment to consider having Walmart invest in transportation for workers. Provide a bus pass allowance. The school districts provided bus and meal allowances. Can Walmart make the COMMITMENT?  LYLE’s exit from this life has given me a greater strength.  His beacon is the flame of HOPE and OPPORTUNITY to lead a path to one day restore Dignity back into Walmart.  Lucy and her football ran away with TRUST but we will not let Lucy take DIPLOMACY away.

December 2013-Message to the People

Nelson Mandela passed away. I went over to the Grocery side to ask all the associates from another country how would they express their grief or say Good-bye. When I look back on this story the question was raised because other associated with foreign countries were being harassed, bullied, Wrongfully Terminated. All the foreign associates who were on the grocery side are no longer there. Hmmm! Were the foreign associates targeted because they are vulnerable and do not wish to compromise their citizenship? Were the foreign associates targeted because they do not understand their rights in the United States? Hmmm!

December 2013-Screamers, Shouters, Shooters__Scarred Opportunity

This story reflects the associates who are no longer there or no longer works for Walmart. It tells how the associates are so underpaid.  The associates receive food-stamps and have EBT cards working their scheduled hours.  Bill Simon at this time was still the CEO of Walmart.  Visit demos.org and read Retails Hidden Potentials: How Raising Wages Would Benefit Workers, the Industry, and the Overall Economy. This is one of the Presidential Contenders of 2016, Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont platform.  He speaks on many platforms. Hillary Clinton also speaks on wage increases.

This story is the mirror image of Five Days Before Christmas released on June 14, 2016.  Only the associate in Screamers, Shouters and Shooters__Scarred Opportunity was Sarah who was bullied and walked off the job by the same Co-Manager, Therese Renzetti. Sarah is Mexican. Her job was restored. Just like Anna, who is Philippine, is the associate in the other story Five Days Before Christmas. Her job was restored.  Do you understand WHY?  Were the associates in an abusive, hostile, and an unsafe work environment?  These 2 associates seem to be very REASONABLE.  Had it gotten to the point their work environment was intolerable? This is all too familiar and another repeat performance.  The question has been raised many times. Are foreigners targeted at Walmart? Why? Who created this atmosphere of FEAR?  Go back and review Constructive Discharge.

The Wounded Shooter is the man behind NO ONE WILL EXCEED EXPECTATION, Randall Addison.  His failure has now become management and the associate’s failure. Marksman and Snipers no longer work for Walmart and are now recruiters for other companies. They see the true worth of the individual who was let go by Walmart. Just ask David Tovar ex-Vice President of Walmart Communication. He was recruited by an ex Walmart employee (sniper) who works for Sprint. Walmart will never admit to their mistakes.

A new CEO has arrived on the scene. His name is Doug McMillon. Bill Simon has not been booted out of the picture yet. Your evaluation should be based on your performance and not the failures of the Store Manager’s performance and how poor inventory was. Here we are once again rolling into inventory in 2016. The Dash Before The Distance

It’s very cold today. My body is engulfed by high-speed winds. The wind is circling around my ears and gnawing at my fingertips. The weather is not favorable. There are many days in our life where conditions are not favorable. It has become a long and exhausting day.

Taking this trip was hard but it is TIME. Yes, another ICON’s ship has sailed into the night. Her glow from life’s candle shifted as the wind-swept around the flame. The flicker of the light struggled but another strong wind caught her breath.

This moment of darkness and silence has claimed yet another ICON. DESTINATION has caught up with her. She has now boarded a cruise liner to ease her from this life of hurt, pain, and sorrow. In our hearts, we pray her spirit will be guided by an eternal beacon.

Let her soul be at rest for a pleasurable journey.

In life, some of us will run a MARATHON. The MARATHON is so rigorous with so many obstacles and hurdles to jump over. There are those who will SPRINT through life. If you’re a SPRINTER it is TIME to reflect. Don’t be in such a hurry to run a short race through THE DISTANCE.

You will meet with an early DESTINATION. When you hear someone make the comment “GONE TO SOON,” you’re beginning to understand life’s race can be shortened. Why are we in a hurry? We feel everything needs to be taken care of immediately.

How many laps can we run once the START button is pushed? Will we need to reset the start button because we have jumped the gun? Some of us will not get the opportunity to reset the start button in our lives. Will your life be a SPRINT? Can you endure the MARATHON?

A chain of events will take place on our life journey. There are TIMES when we will peek over into someone else’s life. We assume they have everything to live for. We are plagued by SHADOWING the lives of others. Our hearts are overcome with resentment, bitterness, and jealousy.

Finally, we graduated from HATRED ACADEMY. All the happiness, wealth, and power we assume an ICON lived, lies right there before our own two feet. What did we do? We stepped right over the most priceless commodity, TIME. We continued our HATRED CAMPAIGN.

This type of campaign diminishes one’s health and one’s life. The SHADOWING which is done to the lives of others has set us on a course for destruction. We yearn and grasp for what we think have made ICONS and other people successful. It blinded us and we lost track of who we could become.

We lost ourselves and we lost RESPECT for TIME. Reality is beginning to sink in. As the media reflects back on the IMAGE of the LIFE of an ICON, we realize we could never make the sacrifices in life to maintain the ICON lifestyle.

Bottom line: Never want what others have because you may not be willing to take the beat up for it.

Her music is beginning to rotate through my brain. As I walk through the stone garden, I hear her strong vocals bellow out “I Have Nothing.” The wind has picked up, my legs are beginning to weaken. The sorrow and sadness are starting to creep up on me.

I heard another rendition of the songbird voice. The tune was “I Look To You.” Many people say they never saw it coming. Did we PAY ATTENTION? She delivered a strong message in her MUSIC and in her BEHAVIOR. She went back to her gospel roots preparing for the journey home.

She was there to sing her last song with Kelly Price, “Jesus Loves Me.” She stopped in on CLIVE DAVIS, her long TIME mentor. She visited with Ray J, Brandi, and Monica. Bobbi Kristina got a chance to briefly visit with her Godfather. Brandi will never forget this birthday.

Sitting here on this stone, right at my eye level, is the DASH. From the day we are born to the day we die and have met our ESTIMATED TIME of ARRIVAL(ETA), there is THE DASH BEFORE THE DISTANCE.

The DASH is all the life one is living and what goes on in between one’s life BEFORE they run THE DISTANCE. As the leaves crackle beneath my feet, I notice on the carving of the stones there are a lot of SPRINTERS here today. I came across this magnificent marble stone.

The birth date is here, and the DASH is here, but no DESTINATION date. I wonder if the person was a SPRINTER or A MARATHON RUNNER? Was this someone who had not been found and declared dead? Maybe the person was found and no one knew the DATE of his DESTINATION.

People in our lives demand so much from us. We cannot possibly meet all their requests. When it is TIME for us to meet the demands of our lives, so much Time has been devoured. The DASH BEFORE THE DISTANCE is much shorter.

Every day from this moment on our ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL(ETA) draws near. We are so much closer to our DESTINATION. ALPHA is the beginning and OMEGA is the end. The DASH BEFORE THE DISTANCE is the life we are now living. RESPECT TIME!

A door has not closed. The door is wide open. It will give others the opportunity to reflect on their lives and make changes and seek INTERVENTION.

Lessons Within Lessons

Scene: Smokelbg and a dear friend meet at APPRECIATION PARK to review and share lessons they have learned. They discuss how they feel about the work environment in Corporate America and changes they would make to have an effective/productive workplace.

Each person shares their views on CRONYISM, how it has affected the workplace, the political arena, business world, entertainment industry, and the effect it has on our lives daily. Opinions are shared on the Presidential Pretenders/Contenders and the behaviors they have displayed.

Views will be shared on the media and their instrumental role in keeping the public well-informed. How the media have put their lives on the line to get the WORLD to PAY ATTENTION. Which media matters and which media doesn’t.

Their reaction to Congress, Occupying Wall Street Movement, the Pepper Spraying of UC Berkeley, Icons, Penn State, Syracuse University, Citadel University and why this has broken trust for the American dream. Stay tuned, Smokelbg and her friend will spend the wheel on Black Friday.

Last but not least they will share their opinions on the failure of the Super Committee.

Smokelbg:

Surprise! Here you are in the next story. The NANA WHO BOOs are so excited. When I told my grandchildren it would be you, Mrs. Shirley, they laughed and laughed. Boodah stated her grandma was finally going to talk to a real person. She doesn’t want people to think NANA has lost it.

Whenever I mention the TEA PARTY she thought I was sitting around the table with these imaginary characters and a giant bunny rabbit. Boodah knows you and feels relieved. Boodah thought NANA’s creative writing had got the best of her.

The American Psychiatric Association(APA) probably thinks the same. I appreciate you coming to APPRECIATION PARK. How are you and the grandchildren getting along?

Mrs. Shirley:

Ms. Linda, you don’t mind if I call you Ms. Linda? I don’t think I will remember Smokelbg. I will end up calling you Ms. Linda anyway. Yeah, yeah, yeah, the grandchildren are fine and they are growing so fast. I can barely keep up with them. They keep me so busy but I’m loving every minute. Well, I’m doing okay but I was upset that I didn’t get the job. I have put in for that job at least four times. The people they pick is unreal. Ms. Linda, I wouldn’t be so offended if the people they had picked could at least do the job or pretend to know the job.

Smokelbg:

Of course, I don’t mind you calling me Ms. Linda. Whatever makes you feel comfortable. Right now, Mrs. Shirley, I see you are not comfortable. You have worked very hard for this company. Everyone knows you are the best-qualified candidate for the job and will do justice for your staff.

Mrs. Shirley:

Why do they keep passing me up?

Smokelbg:

We all have sat in this Chamber of Horrors. You look over into the next cubicle and you say, “What The Hah Hell!” I know I have worked my but off and they gave this position to CAPTAIN APPLE-HEAD. Yes, this is CRONYISM at its finest. In my neighborhood, we say the FBI is working the case. Somebody at the job site is either FAMILY(F), BRO(B), or an IN-LAW(I). The FBI has reached a decision and you are an OUTLAW to the INSTITUTION. Since you are NOT a RELATIVE you are NOT RELEVANT. This happens all the TIME in government and in every job sector across the world.

How do you think we got those PRETENDERS/CONTENDERS as front-runners? Our government has to come up with a better evaluation system to keep the riff-raff out. Check out their behavior and their mental processing. Who will control or be their BRAIN? Can you see LESSONS WITHIN LESSONS?

Mrs. Shirley:

You know Ms. Linda I was beginning to think I just couldn’t do a good job. I was really getting pretty depressed. I thought my co-workers had lost RESPECT for me. On a scale of 1-10, my self-esteem has dropped to 5 and the RESPECT I have for myself was halfway out the door.

Smokelbg:

It has nothing to do with whether or not you can do the job. It is the person ahead of you that feels threatened and wants to make sure they can CONTROL YOU in order for you to not come after their job. Mrs. Shirley whatever you do don’t give up. CAPTAIN APPLE-HEAD won’t last. They want you to feel just how you are feeling and even lower so you will not have the courage to reapply. Have any of the PRETENDERS/CONTENDERS lasted? They all have been the flavor of the month.

Mrs. Shirley:

You know I really thought HERMAN CAIN could pull it off. If he had only came forward and admitted the TRUTH before everything got so out of hand. This really hurt him. Ms. Linda, they don’t mention HERMAN CAIN. Where is he and his 9-9-9 PLAN?

Smokelbg:

Mrs. Shirley, he is over in the junkyard being a TRUE DECEPTICON. He is the white Monte Carlo that has the sign on it that says, “Controlled, Bought, and will only be Sold by the Koch Brothers.” HERMAN CAIN has to FACE THE MUSIC. He is no longer a BROTHER FROM ANOTHER MOTHER.

He is the REAL MOTHER FOR YA, originally a song by JOHNNY “GUITAR” WATSON. I know BILL WOLFF will love this song. Play It Again Sam! Mrs. Shirley, I got to get you some of those motivational tapes by SIR RICHARD BRANSON. He will tell you SCREW IT! Let’s DO IT! By the way, Mrs. Shirley, HERMAN CAIN doesn’t know what the TRUTH is. Go back and review Don’t Make Me Put On My Gasoline Drawers. There are women coming out of the woodwork and HERMAN CAIN will never admit his guilt nor give up his dream of becoming President. HERMAN CAIN believes his own lies. Let’s see if his wife continues to believe in him or will she accept her husband is mentally ill. HERMAN CAIN will always be the PRESIDENT OF THE LADIES CLUB in his own MIND in his own TIME. He could have really used, DON’T ASK DON’T TELL.

Mrs. Shirley:

Finally, I am beginning to understand the message in your blog, NLD RECOGNITION, and how it is applied to the workforce. You wanted Corporate America to understand the mental processing of individuals on the job. Ms.Linda, there are so many people on the job that are set up for failure. They are placed in tasks in which they will not be successful due to the lack of education of Corporate America. They are not provided with the appropriate accommodations to do their job whether they are disabled or not. Opportunities are not given to employees. When the opportunity is given it is a PROMOTION for FAILURE not to SUCCEED. The majority of the employees prefer not to go to management because they feel nothing will ever come of it. Employees in Corporate America feel bullied. Management gets away with managing by intimidation and micromanagement.

Employees rights are being stripped away every day. It has gotten so bad employees change their shifts, cut their hours back, and won’t show up if they know that certain management teams are working in the same TIME frame of their schedule. The turnover is great. Attendance will be the number 1 problem as long as they have management who lack social communication skills, managers who are not qualified for the position, and managers who are not properly evaluated and brought in by a system who rewards cronyism or by the FBI. Management who breed only chaos and bring the morale down of the employees should be shipped out right away. Employees are used by those management teams to turn employees against one another. Management can’t stand those who question their authority or ask too many questions.

Management in Corporate America, just like the SCHOOL SYSTEMS, failed to understand this could be the individual mode of learning and ONE SIDE OF LEARNING DOES NOT FIT ALL. Yet the individual who looks different, learns different, or does not work as fast, is DISABLED. Ms. Linda, you would say, “How can management manage others when they are incapable of managing themselves?” I can see LESSONS WITHIN LESSONS.

Smokelbg:

What happens Ms.Shirley is the management team who are supportive, respected, get in the trenches with you, and are team players, get forced out. They are isolated and locked into their position. Good managers are denied promotions and they eventually leave Corporate America altogether. Does this ring a bell? Do you sometimes feel isolated within the workplace? The good team of management is not allowed to associate themselves with employees for fear the employees just might get properly trained. This is really sad. (Internal suppression)

When the employees come to work and feel like they are SUSPECTS, there is something definitely wrong with this picture. INEQUALITY and INJUSTICE for ALL take place in the workplace throughout the music, entertainment, sports, and many other work-related industries. You come on board, Mrs. Shirley would be another good manager who could think for themselves, would not stand for anyone trying to manipulate your work ethics, and wearing your GASOLINE DRAWERS. Any employees or new management coming into a new position in Corporate America would be provided with serious social communication classes to attend. If they process information differently, the company should provide the necessary accommodation to help the individual maintain their job.

Mrs. Shirley:

Ms. Linda, it would be a great start but I doubt if it will happen. Everyone is so worried about FUNDING and they worry less about people’s lives. Speaking of funding, what do you think about PENN STATE, SYRACUSE, and CITADEL UNIVERSITY? The sexual misconduct of those children/young adults was so terrible. It is beyond my thinking of how they could let something like this happen for so long. ICON or Not. No Life can become so big that other Lives are looked over are put at risk.

Smokelbg:

Many years ago BILL COSBY stated it was the parent’s responsibility to be vigilant over their child’s education and their lives. He was heavily criticized for it. CHARLES BARKLEY was criticized for stating to the public he was not a role model but their parents should be. Many parents across the nation, including myself, have suffered the INEQUALITY and INJUSTICE for our children/adults. It is painful and devastating to live in a society that has become INHUMANE and BARBARIC.

Our government, GOP, CONGRESS, REPUBLICANS, TEA PARTY, are not team players. They do not understand that our NATION is INTERDEPENDENT on other NATIONS. Our government has made very poor decisions. The PEOPLE of OUR NATION have taken it to the streets and now OCCUPY WALL STREET. This movement is for EQUALITY and JUSTICE. “What the Hah Hell” the 1% get subsidized by the government. It is just a play on words. They are the BIG BALLERS of WELFARE.

Mrs. Shirley, it is frightening to think that our society has become so materialistic, money driven, and willing to sacrifice the lives of the poor and middle class to protect the 1% funding. The lives of children were sacrificed just to protect the schools, funding, and their ICONS. Schools would cheat on test scores just to say our children have made improvements when they can barely read, spell, or write. Atlanta had the biggest cheating scandal in the country that was under investigation back in 2009. Their dishonesty finally caught up with Atlanta School District on 7/5/2011.

There were 56 schools examined and 44 schools got busted which was 178 of their teachers and principals cheating (78%). Governor NATHAN DEAL released a statement. It was first reported by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Atlanta was the first to openly admit their cheating. Earlier, cheating scandals were found in Washington DC. They are not the only schools. This has taken place for many years. It now involves more money, real estate, and their AAA (triple-A rating). Do you know what brings about this corruption, Mrs.Shirley?

Mrs. Shirley:

I’m really not sure. I know you probably found an answer.

Smokelbg:

Better than that, I have LIVED IT. The Government, Workforce Industries, Schools, Financial Institutions, and other Nations around the World strategically “CREATE AN ATMOSPHERE OF FEAR.” This climate of fear works like a PRESSURE COOKER. It ignites the fuel for INTIMIDATION. The gauge goes up and the flames turn into a greater FEAR of RETALIATION. Once the heat of this pressure is applied, the individual has the option of cheating, lying stealing and others will go so far as to kill another human being. You are now just as CORRUPT as the INSTITUTION.

You can tell the TRUTH. Consequences ride with this POWER. If you are isolated and punished for telling the TRUTH, at the end of the day you are still CREDIBLE, BELIEVABLE, and RESPECTABLE. Your VOICE can still be heard and you can restore TRUST. I prefer the TRUTH and PEACE OF MIND.

Mrs.Shirley:

Well, Ms. Linda, that is never going to happen with the PRETENDERS/CONTENDERS. They have all stored their lies under RICK PERRY’S ROCK. I give them credit for letting us know where we really stand. They ain’t no SMOOTH OPERATOR. I will go back and read this story again.

The only SUPER COMMITTEE we need is to balance the MINDS of those who are IMBALANCED. This is the greatest DEFICIT in our NATION. You wanted us to see the INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS who “CREATE THE ATMOSPHERE OF FEAR.” I can see for the first time. The lies, deceit, and cover-ups hurt the mainstream. The action and decision of the GOP, REPUBLICANS, TEA PARTY and BLUE DOG DEMOCRATS crippled and DISABLED our NATION. Where will the line be drawn for the DISABLED and a DISABLED NATION?

This is a LESSON WITHIN LESSONS when you realize everything you fought for is right there for the world to see and needs to be POINTED OUT From PENN STATE to the worthless DEBATES… all of it is really the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART. Everyone is at risk not just NLD Syndrome and other exceptionalities.

Take a good look at the hands that our lives and our children’s lives have fallen into. You call this NORMAL. I hope the 36,000 thousand physicians under the Umbrella of the AMERICAN PSYCHIATRIC ASSOCIATION (APA) vote for an INTELLIGENT MIND, bypass the COLOR and not focus on funding. It was the funding that stimulated the corruption, devalued the lives of the poor and middle class, divided the nation, and placed MONEY over a HUMAN LIFE. Something massive had to occur to reach back in and draw out the hidden stories. PENN STATE did its job.

Mrs.Shirley:

Every time I talk to you, Ms. Linda, it feels like I am at a seminar. You really got me PAYING ATTENTION. I can’t stay away from ED SCHULTZ and RACHEL MADDOW SHOW. I have learned so much. I want Bill WOLFF to have his music back. He may be more productive in his environment with it. I am not saying BILL WOLFF isn’t productive. He needs to be happy. Did you see how the PRESIDENT handled his Microphone Checks? He embraced his MIC CHECK, handled the voices of the people, and sent a message with his smile.

Scott Walker, the governor of Wisconsin, got shut down. Michele Bachman ran off. Karl Rove got P.O. Where was his BRAIN? Ron Paul was condescending with his remark of “Feel Better”. The media have been so instrumental in bringing the public so much information and news coverage. I’m quite sure the rest of the world appreciated the charts to see how the 99% have FLATLINED and the 1% have FLOURISHED. It is so helpful to know which media is worth watching. I don’t watch FOX NEWS, they get everything twisted. They do not matter.

I did get upset with the college kids getting pepper sprayed. This was a peaceful movement. Everyone involved should have gotten fired for the way those students were treated. They could have gone to some of the retails stores on BLACK FRIDAY.

There wasn’t anything peaceful about BLACK FRIDAY. Where did all those people come from? Where did they get all that money? Every store I went to people were giving the clerks money not plastic. Ms. Linda, why do they really call it BLACK FRIDAY? I heard a horrible comment in one of the stores. I was so embarrassed. Does race have anything to do with Black Friday?

Smokelbg:

You know what, Mrs. Shirley, that is another LESSON WITHIN LESSONS. In the meantime, we are going to go and get us a bite to eat. You are going to get that promotion and this was A VERY GOOD DAY.

Smooth Operator

I tried to catch up with you the other day. The pace was too much for me. It felt like a marathon. My legs are so much shorter. Just when I thought I had caught up with your stride, my body hit pay dirt. You left me hanging off the rail wishing I had a bottle of Primestine Mist. One thing about it, you were dressed to impress. The navy blue suit you wore was raising hell and the lavender tie set it off. The look on your face was serious. Your arms swung out evenly from side to side. It didn’t matter how many emergencies the city had, you looked as though you were ready to put them all out. Are you wearing your Gasoline Drawers?

Every person you encountered on the streets was given a strong handshake. Your smile came bursting through. Words of hope were given to all the people who felt beaten down by the economy. Then all of a sudden you sat down on the curb in your nice suit. Do you think Eric Cantor or Paul Ryan would have given an uplifting curb service speech to the people in their high dollar cha-ching suit? Don’t answer!

Wherever you were headed it didn’t seem important anymore. You were answering questions about concerns of jobs, infrastructure, voters suppression, and the Big 3(Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid). An old lady appeared from out of nowhere. Silence came over the crowd. You looked directly into her eyes and you reached out and held her hand. Then you said, “How can I help you?” She responded, “You have helped me.” You are learning to ask the questions. Inclusions make you a part of us.

Sitting here among the people you have included yourself. The Republicans tried to divide you from WE THE PEOPLE and OUR NATION. You have not let Pride override the welfare of the People. The Republicans tried to make the American people feel in taking out the dictators, it was only your victory. WE THE PEOPLE and OUR NATION understood it was a victory for all. You are starting to learn from your MISTAKES. Achievement comes with ACKNOWLEDGING your MISTAKES and taking RESPONSIBILITY for your MISTAKES. You have shown the American People deference.Through all the criticism you did not let your head drop below the water. The eternal flame burns deep inside of you. The Human Factor works in your favor. You have remained HUMANE.

The Presidents before you made mistakes. The PRETENDERS/CONTENDERS have taken it to a new level of mistakes. Herman Cain is the cousin of the other mother, Oscar OCD, who is always entertaining the NO NO THOUGHTS. Go back and refresh your memory. Oscar OCD was in EASTER UNDER THE UMBRELLA_FOR NLD. He has so many characters to TRANSFORM into. If I was Herman Cain I would stay with the TRANSFORMERS. He’s going to need a hideout within himself and a new theme song. No one will ever notice the White 1999 MONTE CARLO is Herman Cain in the junkyard. The sign will read We BUY, SELL, and OWN previous DECEPTICONS by the Koch Brothers. The DEMOCRATS need to speak out and be compassionate about their leader. You have come a very long way. We can see your growth. Your message has gotten stronger. Son, I ain’t stopped BELIEVING in you. So you better not stop BELIEVING. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. BELIEVE IN YOUR PURPOSE. BELIEVE IN YOUR VISION. BELIEVE you are a SMOOTH OPERATOR.

Chris Wallace broke down and told John Stewart that Fox News is Conservative. John Stewart of the DAILY SHOW keeps his Gasoline Drawers on and uses his flamethrower to set Fox News on fire. Fox News thinks this is the story of ROOTS 999. They made a lot of people have a “What The Hah Hell” moment. I guess Herman Cain is their Black. “What the Hah Hell” do they mean by your black/my black. Let’s send a friendly reminder to FOX NEWS letting them know that Slave Days Are Over.

Do they really have a Candidate? A young lady’s voice in the crowd rang out. With everything the Republicans have done to you, I would have blown a gasket. SMOOTH OPERATOR smiles and replies, “I need YOUR support.” War within Wars is no good. I am here for the People. The losses have made me gain great knowledge and great strength. Just Remember the Herman Cain Theory, 4+5=9 and you take out the (+5=) and you got 49. Maybe he will get 49 years for the 4 women he sexually harassed.

Why did it take 4 women and not just 1 of these charges to be acknowledged and taken seriously? Is it possible that a SUPREME COURT JUSTICE may have slipped through the cracks? Is it okay to label the poor and middle-class behavior? Why are we not acknowledging the behaviors of the rich and high-profile government officials? ADVISORY ALERT: It is hard for people diagnosed with NLD Syndrome and other exceptionalities to come off as SMOOTH OPERATORS. Some may lack the social communication skills, inability to read social cues, and interpreting body language. Others may have trouble with personal hygiene, and cocktail party speech. They have difficulty interpreting facial expression. It is hard for them to initiate a conversation or end a conversation. Their social judgment is poor. NLDers are not sure where his or her space is and cannot judge the distance(space invaders). This is due to visual-spatial organization. They are labeled by others as annoying, ill-mannered, rude, discourteous, and smart “aleck.”

People diagnosed with NLD Syndrome cannot detect hidden meanings of language and social interactions aren’t detected There will be many outbursts, social blunders, misinterpretations, and misjudgments. NLDers end up being the victims and are victimized because they are naively trusting. They DO NOT understand a person that is deceitful, cunning, or who manipulates others. They have faulty spatial perception only getting half of the picture.

Their behaviors are misinterpreted by our society as being INTENTIONAL. Their neurological and neuro-behavior right hemisphere disorder is UNINTENTIONAL. Sexual Harassment is a term that is very vaguely defined. It happens a lot in the workplace. It entails social situations, the making of unwanted sexual advances, and obscene remarks. How would it be possible to charge a person with NLD SYNDROME with sexual harassment if they have these characteristics and traits? People with NLD SYNDROME will not have a clue to what sexual harassment or any other type of harassment is due to the nature of their neurological disorder and their UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS.

My advice to all parents is finding a neuro-psychologist or psychiatrist that has had years of knowledge, training, and experience in the field of Nonverbal Learning Disability. It is very essential that you have your child tested early. This diagnosis has been overlooked for 41 years and has not been placed on the DSM4. This is a great disservice to millions of people who are looking for answers for their children/adults. When AUTISM, ASPERGER, ADD, ADHD, PDD-NOS, OCD, TOURETTES SYNDROME, ANXIETY DISORDER, TIC DISORDER, just doesn’t add up, PLEASE turn YOUR ATTENTION to NLD SYNDROME

How many TIMES have people with NLD SYNDROME diagnosed/undiagnosed been falsely accused, misjudged, socially isolated, and punished repeatedly because society has failed to be educated about this neurological disorder?
How many people are locked away in institutions, given a counterproductive treatment plan, or heavily medicated because they have gone undiagnosed, the diagnosis is ignored/is hidden or the diagnoses were not understood?

How many people with this diagnosis have been falsely accused of a crime they didn’t commit or understand it was a crime due to the nature of their disability and their UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS? How many people with this diagnosis have been incarcerated? How many lives have been lost and our society will continue to lose due to the secondary diagnosis of anxiety, stress, depression, and panic attack? Think about it. I hope this will help millions of people.

Refreshers Course In NLD

There are many viewers who are coming to this blog for the first TIME. Here we are 10 months later and unless you started from the January Archives you probably don’t have a clue about NLD Syndrome. I could tell you to go back and read the stories in the January Archives. It’s really Time for a refresher course on NLD. NLD (Nonverbal Learning Disability) is a developmental disability that affects the right-hemisphere of the brain. NLDers process information differently because they miss a lot of information. This contributes to misinterpretation of the world around them. Without the whole piece of the puzzle, it causes them to act out inappropriately or unexpectedly.

If you can’t understand the tone of a person’s voice, give eye contact, or read the person’s body language there are going to be several misunderstandings. This is a neuro-behavioral disorder and the person with NLD has UNINTENTIONAL behaviors. They are NOT EMOTIONALLY DISTURBED.

This neurological disorder goes UNRECOGNIZED and unattended by professionals, teachers, parents, and society. Individuals who are diagnosed with NLD Syndrome demonstrate a mature vocabulary/very language proficient, rote memory skills (mechanical, habitual, repetition), and an excellent reading ability. People with this disorder can have difficulty interacting with others, transitioning to new settings, adapting to changes, working with new people, and trouble with writing/fine motor coordination. Although reading skills are exemplary, abstract concepts need to be explained in detail. Individuals with NLD Syndrome have difficulty understanding metaphors (a figure of speech), emotional nuances (may not be able to understand the expression on a persons face, the sound of their voice, or body language), multiple levels of meanings, relationship issues. My advice to you if you are talking with a person with NLD Syndrome, give a simple description, explicit explanations, and be very patient.

The three areas that encompass or surround NLD Syndrome is Motoric, Visual-Spatial/visual perceptual, and Social. Let’s start with Motoric. This deals with dexterity: the task of manipulating small objects, writing, typing, buttoning buttons. Riding a bike is grueling. Tying shoes may take years. It is hard for them to catch their balance, secure their equilibrium or bounce back with their balance. NLDers really work hard to master athletic skills. Sitting and eating on the floor is preferable.

I hope you’ve got other silverware because NLDers may resist eating with a fork or spoon. They are not interrogating you. NLDers full-fledged learning mode is when they are asking questions. They have problems on the left side of their body. Psycho-motor skills involve the thinking through the process of physical movements such as coordination, speed, manipulation of the object, agility, dexterity, strength, and grace. Bottom line, if you are still holding the ball, you are thinking about it for an extended period of TIME, or trying to figure out “What The Hah Hell” to do with the ball, you have poor psychomotor coordination.

You are not going to be on DANCING WITH THE STARS. You are no MARIO ANDRETTI, and there will be NO KAREEM ABDUL JABAAR SKYHOOK. The key is it comes easy or more automatic and you have not spent so much time processing out every little detail. Are you still sitting in the parking lot? Are you trying to figure out why you keep getting so many driving violations? Driving is major coordination. NLDers can succeed in these tasks but it may take a very long TIME and please be PATIENT.

In the area of visual-perception/visual-spatial, people with NLD have difficulty understanding and reading maps, charts, graphs, left, right, drawing complex figures, and understanding higher math such as geometry. Thank God for GPS, color by number, etch of a   sketch, and all the wonderful apps that are put on the magnificent IPAD for learning. STEVE JOBS and his wonderful team revolutionized the world. NLDers talk their way through a situation. They are auditory-verbal learners and they need to hear what is being processed. A blue-tooth solves this problem of everyone staring when NLDers are processing out loud. From bumping into people, struggling with concept formation, and not getting the whole picture, they have the market cornered.

Social miscueing causes problems interpreting body language, and facial expression. People with NLD have problems in this area. Sometimes they stand too close (space invaders), or too far away when engaging in a conversation. It is hard for them to understand how to start a conversation or for them to end the conversation. If you can get them to deal with the situation in a practical, sensible, and realistic manner versus philosophical or theoretical manner you are batting a thousand (pragmatic skills). They have outbursts, are labeled annoying, or want to get all the attention. NLDers just won’t let go, they hold on, have many social blunders, are abrupt/have knife cutting responses, and they have difficulty thinking creatively or abstractly. They have problems with identifying faces or reading the person’s face, interpreting gestures/deciphering body posture, An NLDer doesn’t change their speech, have a monotone voice, and constantly misjudge or misinterpret what is being put before them or said to them.

NLDers have attentional deficits causing difficulty in coping with over-stimulating or distracting environments and requiring them to have limited distractions and assistance in focusing themselves. They have difficulty in performing multiple tasks simultaneously causing them to need to do one thing at a TIME and LIMIT the amount of information they can take in at the same TIME(They CANNOT follow multiple commands given at once). Organizational skills are a huge problem area with NLDers. They have a very hard TIME organizing material on their own. Assistance is needed in the area of writing outlines, sequencing/order, planning, prioritizing, transitioning from one idea or aspect of a project/problem to another. Does this remind you of anyone? DEDICATED: Everyone across America, take a closer look at this diagnosis. I wonder why the AMERICAN PSYCHIATRIC ASSOCIATION(APA), with 38,000 psychiatrists under their UMBRELLA failed to put NLD SYNDROME on the map after 41 years?

Why did the APA see fit to enlist diagnoses, such as sex addiction or internet addiction or other impertinent diagnoses that let people ESCAPE from being held ACCOUNTABLE for their INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS?

Dr. PHIL, DR. DREW, DR. OZ, DEEPAK CHOPRA and many other specialists in the field of medicine and psychiatry would probably agree with me. Too many people are severely hurt and have died from not being properly diagnosed or overlooked altogether.

Should the APA be held accountable for leaving Nonverbal Learning Disability(NLD), a neurological disorder with UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS off of their diagnostic manual? They are well aware that people who are diagnosed with this disorder can suffer from severe depression. Why did the APA stop testing? Why has there not been more information distributed on NLD Syndrome? Has the AMERICAN PSYCHIATRIC ASSOCIATION been corrupted by money and politics to protect their funding?

Is the AMERICAN PSYCHIATRIC ASSOCIATION trying to close the GAP on INTENTIONAL versus UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS? Or would it be our GOVERNMENT? Our government has been very dysfunctional. Take a look at the contenders for PRESIDENCY. Look even closer at the GOP, REPUBLICANS, TEA PARTY, BLUE DOG DEMOCRATS and some members of the CONGRESSIONAL BLACK CAUCAS. We can tell from watching the debates the front-runners have serious problems. The weakest links will once again be controlled by the 1%. Who’s brain will be used if one of the contenders is chosen for President? Our JUSTICE SYSTEM has been very UNJUST. Our Supreme Court System is totally out of BOUNDS and off the Court. Our Constitution needs to be revamped.

Think about it AMERICA! Something is seriously wrong. Who should be held ACCOUNTABLE? Who is covering up?

Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep__An NLD Mother’s Prayer

It appears that certain government officials didn’t like the language of President Barack Obama’s Speech. I did not come here to defend the President because this is a man who can PRESS ON.

MAXINE WATERS, you may like your HIGH HEELS, you may not like wearing SLIPPERS. You say you work, you march, but you are sending a mixed message to the people. There are many ways which each individual can convey their message.

It appears you have a problem with understanding what others are trying to convey or even say. Are YOU listening? Do YOU have your own AGENDA?

Being candid can give people the impression in which your straightforwardness reflects no COMPASSION, EMPATHY, or SUPPORT. My son speaks candidly. He was diagnosed with NLD Syndrome at the age of 4 years 10 months. Now that he is older he has a very strong voice and tone. He is more like Chris Christie only a DEMOCRAT. Chris Christie has a very strong tone and so far there is no recanting of what he may say. I asked my son what is it about MAXINE WATERS that is disturbing about her political stance. He said, “If you go to the CREW you will find 15 MOST CORRUPT MEMBERS of CONGRESS on this LIST”. Yes, she is on the list and she has her own agenda. He also stated she was listed for the year 2006, 2007, and 2009. The future of government lies in the hands of our younger adults. How can we trust the platform of government officials if our elder’s behaviors are so poorly?

The behavior of Elected officials in government doesn’t match the words that come from their mouths. Maxine Waters has continued to insert her foot in her mouth and videotaped her A… Yet rudeness has been placed upon the backs of those with NLD Syndrome. People diagnosed with NLD Syndrome bear the scars and wear the banners of curtness, inappropriate/unexpected behavior, behavior problems, angry/explosive and implosive behavior. Our society accused those with NLD Syndrome with acting out intentionally. Yet this behavior has been relentlessly displayed by Maxine Waters and many other government officials. You are in for a rude awakening if you know someone diagnosed with NLD Syndrome.They will wax your A… and continue to buff.

Sugar coating will never happen. Loyalty is a strong trait that NLDers carry which political officials need to borrow. Maxine Waters’ sense of loyalty will reveal itself on the evening news by once again recanting her statements. Showing her loyalty lies with her own personal agenda of having a political position in the year 2012. We are tired of our Government officials throwing each other under the bus. The behavior of our government is deplorable.

My son’s political stance is not to go golfing with John Boehner and feel comfortable with Mitch McConnell. We all know where he stands. Eric Canter blocks all and keeps everything to himself. Jim Demint’s followers, the Tea Party, are out of control. The Republicans and the Tea Party recant their statements all the TIME. As a race of people, we need to support the INTELLIGENCE OF THE MIND and those decisions which will affect the lives of not just one RACE of people but for ALL the people.

Our young adults are taking a closer look at the political figures. Herman Caine announced he was a real black man. If you have to do a public service announcement on your manhood you fall short in a lot of areas. Herman Cain, Alan West, Jessie Lee Peterson, Lloyd Marcus, Star Parker and many others who are attached at the right hip of the Right Wing Extremists will get a friendly reminder from their GRAND MOO FA.

Rush Limbaugh, Grand MOO FA, his second in command Glenn Beck, and all of FOX NEWS will make a public service announcement to Herman Caine and his BLACK JACK GANG. It will be brief. The Grand Moo FA doesn’t think that African Americans are INTELLIGENT. Herman Caine shares those same beliefs and thinks we have been brainwashed into becoming DEMOCRATS. “You People” have confused the younger African Americans and we have accomplished our goal, stated the GRAND MOO FA. On the Tyra Banks show, we saw African Americans wanting to be white. Younger adults wanting to belong to the KKK. Hell, even in grade school, smaller children are beginning to think dark skin is ugly and natural hair is nappy.

When smaller children are asked to pick out who is the smarter child, they picked out the one who is white. You guys have been just great in screwing up your race. You have served your Purpose and your services are no longer needed. “Herman Caine while you were out trying to discover your identity and put your BLACKNESS under the Microscope, I Rush Limbaugh, the Grand Moo FA, discovered something better.” You are not FREE to go. We Own you. What a Sell-Out. Price of Success.

The Congressional BLACK CAUCUS and the BLUE DOG DEMOCRATS need to understand it is not just about the POLITICS of our government. This is about the lives of the PEOPLE and what is best for the PEOPLE.

Our children’s lives should pave the way for a brighter future. Our children’s lives are at great risk and they are no longer living out the full term of their life. A parent’s worst nightmare is to see their child in a coffin surrounded by other young adults. This is a permanent TIME OUT and Recess is over. Even if our children grow up it is hard to see them incarcerated, on death row, and murdered by a senseless death. Before my children were put to bed at night they would get on their knees and pray.

Now I lay me down to sleep. I pray the Lord My soul shall keep. If I should die before I wake. I pray the Lord my soul shall take. This prayer has been modified for today’s children and young adults. Before I lay my head to rest. I pray to God I have done my best. When death comes to my soul, I pray to God my children grow old. AMEN! It is TIME TO PRESS ON. It is TIME for TIME_EXTENSION OF LIFE.

DENIAL of the TRUTH shortens the desire to fight the LATCH of DISEASE and DEATH when you finally come to grips with the TRUTH.
