There is a lot of information in the syllabus SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES, WALMART STORES, INC. v. DUKE ET. AL What I find strange is the documentation from the associates supports a definite pattern of Intentional Behaviors of how Walmart takes control over everything. Do you have a breathing mask? All the oxygen gets sucked up out of the room when you mention Walmart. Why? It is Walmart’s World. You would think a new CEO coming in would want to make positive changes. No! It is initiation day for CEO Doug McMillon to show Walmart appoints all the people in their company. You can work your A** off but once again if you are not the Anointed you will not be Appointed. It has nothing to do with the size of the company but it has everything to do with how rotten the company has operated, the rights of the people in the company who are violated, and all of the labor violations that are broken. No matter how big the size of the fruit if the core is rotten the fruit is rotten and can be replaced with something else. Walmart is not the only alternative.
CEO Doug McMill0n enter this company knowing all the problems that existed at Walmart. He gets an F. A new plan was implemented to take effect on March 5, 2016. Not only did the associates get milked by Walmart but the 2% increase was a slap in the face. The associate realized they had been hosed down. The 40, 50, and 60 cents (standard, exceed, role model) went to spoiled milk. The associates are nickeled and dime to death. If you are a top worker you will receive the same as a bad worker. It will take more years to max out which is a shame when the CEO doesn’t get maxed out. None of the top Dawgs in the company are held accountable for their sins. They screw up and get GI-NOR-MOUS BONUSES, remain on the board, wreck cars, or skip prison time.
So the CEO is the Big Daddy or the highest-ranking executive in the company whose major responsibilities is making sure he is keeping all the money on company turf, for his investors, and tripling his salary instead of the associates. I thought CEO Doug McMillon main responsibilities include developing and implementing high-level strategies making major corporate decisions managing the overall operations and resource of the company. If CEO DOUG-GIE FRESH is the bullhorn for communication in Walmart, well the associates must all be deaf or need hearing aids. Who stole my battery out of my hearing aid? On top of it, all the associates got screwed again. The only growth and the development CEO DOUG-GIE FRESH or CEO Doug McMillon AKA Babyface Nelson is watching is the green growing out of his pockets. Between the board of directors and corporate operations, this brother sits in many chairs and figures out a way to bank all the dough for his crew not for me or you. November 2013-Lucy And The Football Taken Away will help connect the dots.
Read and Pay close attention to items 1-9 in this story. The new plan takes away from all long-term associates benefits. Grandfathered in associates are totally out. Every reward to benefit an older associate or associates who worked for the company many years has been taken away. The raise an associate would receive is worse than 2% milk. This plan definitely pushes the older associates away. This is what Walmart wanted to do all along. From the time Walmart has put up the Now Hiring sign, there haven’t been people knocking on Walmart’s door to get in. As a matter of fact, associates from other stores have come in to help with store #2857 inventory. Who fired and ran all the associate off? Mistreatment of associates and turnover is destroying Walmart. Let’s focus on something in the Northland that’s a major shake-up and MONUMENTAL.
Costco is coming to town. Ray Kroc (the real-estate King for putting the McDonald Burgers on the map) would be screaming from the top of his lungs, “LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.” The new Costco will be located off of 152 and Platte Purchase Drive. LOCATION baby! Here is a company that apologizes for not raising their minimum wages. A company that has invested and valued their employees. Costco focuses on minimizing their employee turnover and maximizing keeping their associates happy with good health benefits and a pretty darn good salary. A company that donated land to Platte County School District. CEO Craig Jelinek spoke out in favor of the minimum wage. After that speech, Costco profited $537 million for the business quarter. According to Fortune Magazine in 2011 the average worker at COSTCO made $45,000 compared to WALMART $17,486. Who do you think to invest in their associates? Say it with me now. COSTCO! The Assistant managers coming to Walmart only makes $43,000 to get the HELL DOG OUT. Do you hear me Sethy? Take heed! What! Shut Up! HAMMER TIME! You Can’t Touch This! A company through their lens understand what it takes to lift people out of the poverty level and sustained the middle class. Costco is on the MOVE. Other corporations are falling in line. A company who cares about their reputation and not bent on destruction. See There! It didn’t matter about Walmart size. Costco is a company with positive plans. Quality v. Quantity will win every time.
This is WHY the MEDIA should focus their TIME and ENERGY on companies or people who are doing what works for the country. My friend with the yellow pen this is KEY for the CONTENDERS also. There are many people in the Northland knows how Walmart treats their associates. It would take many years to get nowhere in a company bent on having everything for themselves and their investors. A company who will not apologize for keeping their associates down and making billions off of Welfare. Walmart has lost many customers and associates. The same will play itself out in the election. Either way, what comes down the pipeline is Lost Of Respectability. Whoever you ENDORSE your RESPECTABILITY can go right down the pipeline. You are unconventional and as useless as Tarsands. The mess will be so much harder to clean up. Keeping It Real. Charles Fishman published an article on the Walmart You Don’t know and his bestseller rated by New York Times, The Walmart Effect. The will be no more Secrecy. Strange how his article focuses on the BIG OLD COMPANIES Walmart went after. Let’s see if we can step inside and familiarize yourself with Walmart strategies of getting rid of the OLD. It was Mit Romney who said, “Corporation Are People.” Older Corporation should be able to file Age Discrimination. What is it about the aging Walmart has problems against? I’m Just Saying. If we don’t know we know now. Including into Walmart plans should be a buyout. I’m not talking about no cheesy cheap plan to pay the associates $1000 per year for every year they have worked for Walmart. Sounds like the plan offered when the ZMS positions were slashed. It has been the case where people came to Walmart and slipped on a grape and were paid a million dollars. Yet associates who have given years of loyal service is ripped off by not getting any BENEFITS from this company. Did the associates get Jacked? Yes, it is ALL ABOUT THE BENJAMINS BABY. Where is the BENEFIT BABY? A big piece of the puzzle.

This story MIRROR IMAGE the story My Friend With The Yellow Pen. The New Year was coming in. I have made several corrections since then. Here is an example. Legion was corrected to LEGEND with my new pen. Admitting you made a mistake is no sin. I will carry on then. Assistant Manager Stephanie Pope made a public service announcement. She gets on the PA or intercom system and wishes only one associate Happy New Year, Happy Birthday, and congratulates him on becoming Assistant Manager. Sad because that very announcement made a lot of associates angry at support manager Jake. Many of the associates felt they had worked they’re a** off and did not get wished a Happy New Year. Another strategy to keep the associates angry at each other so the focus is not on the real issue of the company, store manager, and the same members of management who are causing absolute chaos. Sounds familiar My Friend With The Yellow Pen. Well, Stephanie Pope is no longer at #2857 because of the RULE, an Abusive/Intolerable, Hostile environment. Now she may have gone to another store but she definitely walked out of store #2857 also because of the store manager or other members of management.
The announcement of support manager Jake taking this position sent one of the CSM into a tailspin. She eventually left the store and transferred to another Walmart store only to find out the store manager brother-in-law is now the store manager. Jake, you might want to RETHINK the tap on the shoulder. Is it worth it? CEO Doug McMillon gave his Okay Placke stamp or validation when he gave a Tap On The Shoulder to an associate who only had been with the company for two years. Associates have stood in line for years were passed up. DSW SHOE-IN ruled the market. No matter how hard you work the opportunity was not there. The very Tap on The Shoulders strips Walmart of Respectability. Walmart’s World is shrinking. The Tap on the shoulder is definitely not worth the pay. The Tap On The Shoulder is like the Adam’s Family Groove. They do what they wanna do. Say what they wanna say. Live how they wanna live. Play how they wanna play. Dance how they wanna dance. Kick and they slap a friend. The Walmart Family! This is not Legit! Whenever Doug McMillon is ready to apologize I will be listening.
March 2015-CEO Doug McMillon__AKA Babyface Nelson
Looks can be quite deceiving. CEO Doug McMillon’s baby face didn’t fool me at all. Yep! A new CEO rolls into town with an innocent look only to rip off the associates and triple his salary. CEO Doug McMillon got an F then and he gets an F now. What did COSTCO do? They tripled the salary of the associates. Who cares about their people. Say it with me now. COSTCO! Walmart associates got less than 2% milk from the new so so-called plan that took effect on March 5, 2016. CEO Doug McMillon, you are being called out to step down from your position. COSTCO CEO rolled up and took the lead. The associates from Walmart no longer needs to be lead by a FAILED CEO who kept the great map makers in the SHADOWS. The pieces of the puzzle are lining themselves up. The role out of Walmart wage increase was an admission of guilt. Do you think CEO Doug McMillon will ever apologize? He has issued an even worse plan for the associates. All the associates reading this story can find out about Walmart team leaders. Remember the movie, Whatever Happen To Baby Jane? Whatever happened to Patrick Shanks? He was the store manager close connection for a minute. Walmart has a big problem of not taking care of the management team who creates an atmosphere of fear. The bullies can change their mind and CONVINCE their reflection (the store manager) to stay in the store and continue to terrorize the associates. It’s all good because who will they terrorized after all the associates say ENOUGH is ENOUGH and leave.
It has already come to pass. CEO Doug McMillon has continued to lead from the bottom. How can he tell his employees he has done a good deed when the CEO of COSTCO was humble enough to apologize for not giving their associates more than what Walmart associates will ever receive in their working lifetime. CEO Doug McMillon playbook will never make it to the bestseller list. CEO Doug McMillon did NOT exceed Walmart’s Expectation. COSTCO has put Walmart on Front Street. It starts from the top. So the problem will not be resolved because of FAILED LEADERSHIP. This same FAILED LEADERSHIP is the pattern of behavior of the store manager and his crew. CEO Doug McMillon is his worse PR NIGHTMARE. Walmart made out like they have done so much for the associates. YEAH RIGHT! Costco is in a league of their own. The temp agencies are scooping all the associates up from Walmart who were wrongfully fired and forced out by Constructive Discharge, an intolerable abusive hostile environment. The retaliation, harassment, and discrimination is over the top. The temp agencies place Walmart’s formal associates in higher paying jobs after 30-90 days depending on the company. It takes 30 years or more at Walmart to get a halfway decent salary and your salary is maxed out at a rate of $20.00. Unbelievable! This is not decent or Legit at all. By that time you are too tired and too old. Your health is shot to hell from the many years of Walmart stringing you along, and stressing the associates out.
March 2015-The Final Straw__CEO Doug McMillon
Well, not quite. The Empire Strikes Back. The associates got pushed off the bridge with the so-called new PTO (Paid Time Off) package. Ripped off and Jacked Up. The 1% who receives 100% increase in salaries and a whopping Bonuses never max out. Check their salaries out. Lee Scott in 2005 received $15.7 million dollars. In 2006 Lee Scott receive a package of $29.7 million dollars. Can you imagine what his package would look like today? Mike Duke salary is the kicker. Who said crime doesn’t pay. His top off was $140 million and his stock was $200 million. Good, Grief Charlie Brown! Bill Simon former CEO of Walmart salary was $ 11.8 million. CEO Doug McMillon straight out LIED. In 2015 his bonus was $1,035,019. His salary coming into Walmart was 9.5 million and skyrocketed to 25.6 million. Now you know it is time to call for CEO Doug McMillon RESIGNATION when you got Target offering $15.50, T.J. Max offering $13.50, Amazon $14.25. Come On Now! Walmart needs to cease construction of opening more stores. Stop shutting down stores and remodel the older stores with the latest technology. Get rid of the same members of management that have abused, retaliated, humiliated, and created an atmosphere of fear in an intolerable environment. Give the Associates a real PAY INCREASE and offer a decent buyout or retirement package for those who wish to move on.
It was Black Friday, November 2012 in the story Please Proceed__Get The Transcript. KORY LUNDBERG, Senior Manager and Head of Sustainability Communication stated the average Walmart associate makes an average of $12.00 an hour. He LIED! KORY LUNDBERG in 2012 was the plain old Walmart Spokesman. What a jump. Hmmm! Where is David Tovar when you need him? Tovar was picked up by a former associate of Walmart who recognized Tovar skills. Connected dots of this story can be linked to Screamers, Shouters, Shouters He overcame the lies he told, cleaned up his act and took it on the road. He was the PR President of Communication for Walmart who wasn’t the anointed. PLEASE stop lying about the associate’s salaries. Really! From $9.00 an hour to finally $10.00 an hour, Walmart will lead a Pathway to find jobs for new associates which will pay better salaries from other companies. Why worry about being terminated from a small salary but graduating with a better salary and more opportunity from companies who INVEST in their associates. Walmart will wear the stigma of Low-End Jobs targeting the communities of the impoverished, people who are not well-educated, and newcomers from foreign countries.
Once again we see the store manager and his two homies (same members of management) putting the associates through pure hell with the denial of transfers, retaliation, discrimination, excessive surveillance, forcing associates out without giving them the right to resign or retire. Personal Discussions and Coaching was a strategy used by Walmart to take your Evaluations down to totally avoid wage increase. It was also used as a means to keep associates locked in the store so they could not transfer, get promoted, or a raise. The store manager, Randall Addison locked in all of his management team with the exception of one manager who later walked out of the store.
We need Henry Waxman, former Chairman of the Government Reform Committee on the case. He held the Tobacco Industry Accountable and made them do anti-smoking ads. Henry Waxman can come back and hold Walmart accountable. Waxman can make Walmart do Human Right Commission ads and pay for all the injustice ever done to any Walmart associate. Yes, the associates jump through hoops for less pay and the wage increase as of today is not competitive. It is a suppressive wage for all the associates who have stayed. Yes, it does hinder the development of all workers in their job performance. Hours are slashed as a strategy to increase wages and bring in new associates at Walmart every day low prices. Once again the sign was up to hire more people. Maybe if Walmart stops setting people up for failure, pay their associate a decent wage, and get rid of the members of management that have called all the chaos and create an atmosphere of fear. Climate change in the environment of Walmart is very abusive, intolerable and hostile.

Kicked out of every corner in Walmart you will come to understand why They Painted Me As The Enemy-December 2012. Walmart is not an Inclusive Environment. It is Walmart’s World. Walmart Works For Walmart. Every right a human life need to fight for will be violated and swept under the rug by Walmart. I want the associates to understand it is not HR playground. As associates, you have the right to bring in outside help when you don’t feel your complaint has been heard and no appropriate action has been taken. It is called a check and balance system. For all those associates who feel HR will pick up the tab go with HR. I was talking to Sall, an exceptional worker who came from Africa. Sall has since left the company. Sall made it clear he came to America for liberties. Through his lens, he wanted to be so much more within the company but Walmart has its anointed. He was tired of all the switching around and working so many departments because of understaffing. He did not want to become bitter and felt there was no opportunity at store #2857. Sall did not like living in silence. He was afraid if he spoke out the consequences would be great. Well, Sall was absolutely right about the consequences. You will be harassed, retaliated under excessive surveillance, and discriminated against. As I said once before you are now the ENEMY. Hi! I’m Linda Garrett at store #2857. This story was motivated by Assistant Manager Seth Blakely. He was out doing his CBWA (Coaching By Walking Around) There were long lines at the front end and on register 1. Ms. Theresa line was backed up. I was coming down to register 5 but when I got to register 7 there was Assistant Manager Seth and support manager Jake standing out in front of the register. I approached him to ask for more assistant. He was pissed off. He turns to me and said I was a SNITCH. Yep! I knew he had read one of my stories or had been called on the carpet. Bottomline, Ms. Theresa is no longer there. Her dismissal was truly a Wrongful Termination. Assistant Manager Seth Blakely said, “If I have to get on a register I don’t need you running the front end.” Wow! Waiting for the people who pay your salary is beneath management.
I have made so many lists to see the Intentional patterns of Behaviors Walmart has inflicted on the associates. When you focus on the money you can’t see what Walmart has in store for the associates. The lists in this story consist of a website when Walmart tells us “if you don’t like it go somewhere else.” Another list in this story tells of the blacks who were fired and singled out. The lost of a black assistant manager who was replaced by another assistant black manager immediately to cover Walmart’s A**. Another list was constructed to show I have taken an interest in the associates. The associates are not to be considered as familiar strangers. Since that list was generated 11 associates are no longer on the list. Deshanti and Joey you are sadly missed.

There once was an LGBT community in Walmart. Have the list but they are all gone. Were these associates targeted? Hmm! So were the Disabled. Hmm! Have the list. This is connected to Message to the People-December 2013 where all the foreigner disappeared from the grocery side of the store. Have the list. Hmm! Something is seriously wrong with this picture. Do you think Walmart has a DISCRIMINATION PROBLEM?
Then there was the rollout of the survey on the wage increase or an admission of failure. CEO Doug McMillon gets an F big time. Once again suppressive wage not competitive with other companies. Low wages contributed to Walmart success, not the associate’s success. Costco CEO Craig Jelinek understand what turnover, low wages can do to the company and what investing in the associates can do for the company. Charlotte has left the gate and transferred to BEBE ARKANSAS. She was sick and tired of the punishment she received from Theresa (Trez) Renzetti and Diane Statler. It is TIME to learn to advocate. Charlotte’s Web__ Redemption Time will demonstrate the questions you need to ask management or someone you can place a grievance with. A list of agencies was compiled in this story so the associates would have an equal balance. Walmart is not the only option for the associates to get their problems resolve. Peep inside this story. The associates will find more help and realize they are not alone. Walmart has no inclusive environment. Developing friends and relationships is a major threat to Walmart Inc. Strategies for Walmart is to keep the chaos going among the associates and let the anger take over. It feels like you are locked inside a Trump Rally and the LIES keep pouring in.
What is important to Walmart? Check out the salaries of the Walmart family. Find out what are the salaries of the people backing the 1%. Why did Assistant Manager Stephanie Pope walk out? What is Constructive Discharge? Find out who was the only manager that did not get a development needed. So WHY would the assistant manager walk out? What Co-Manager went to the floor and discuss the lock-in of the negative evaluations handed down by the store manager Randall Addison? Who did Randall Addison CONVINCE to come to store #2857 after he had destroyed the store and the morale of store #1802 in Topeka, Kansas? Why hasn’t HR intervened? What purpose does HR serve? Who does HR work for? What action should be taken when the Store Manager and the Co-Manager failed to correct their Intentional Behavior? Who did Co-Manager Theresa Renzetti CONVINCE to stay at store #2857 after all of the years of harassment, retaliation, and discriminating against the associates? Are the daytime associates dreading her coming back to days? In the words of Baritone Barry White, Sho Your Right. Who created the abusive, intolerable, and hostile environment? What other members of management have followed the directives of the store manager and the Co-Manager? Who would the associates like to see ousted from the store?
I want to say this to Sir Lawrence O’Donnell, Knight of the Roundtable of MSNBC, I know each member of management is reading these stories. On Friday night once again another CBL was due to all of a sudden. There are keywords that are dropped by each member of management to let me know they have read the story. Co-manager Therese (Trez) Renzetti stood over my head with support manager Jake alongside her. The Key Word was Allison. It was to let me know she read the story or she is still in contact with Assistant Manager Allison out on 40 hwy. store #4553. Jake seems to keep popping up. Hmmm! Other keywords dropped by Co-Manager Trez is Reasonable Associate and Keeping It Real. Assistant Manager Seth Blakely keywords are No one is Untouchable, he will use the word harassed in a sentence, or the word excessive surveillance in a sentence. Co-Manager Ben Abbott came in one morning and said he could not speak and I knew exactly what story he had read. I was back in the office with Assistant Manager Dianne Statler and out of the clear blue, she said she liked CEO Doug McMillon. Good for Dianne Statler. He still gets an F in my book. Furthermore, we were nowhere near the subject of discussing the CEO. Reading is fundamental and I’m glad they are all reading.
This is the WORLD WIDE WEB so the rest of the world is reading also. These managers will not silence my VOICE. I will use the media, FaceBook, Twitter, StumbleUpon, WordPress and any means of communication to let the world know how rotten the associates have been treated by certain members of management, the store manager, and Walmart Corporation. In the meantime, HR stood by and did nothing. CEO Doug McMillon played on the bullies playground with the Walton family. He did not take a stand for the associates. Failure of management from the top brings failure of management to the bottom. CEO Doug McMillon filled his pockets with gold and took everything away from the associates. It was hard going back through reading all these stories and reliving what I work every night. The retaliation has never ceased, nor the harassment, nor the discrimination.
Reflecting back, so many GOOD ASSOCIATES were lost. GOOD ASSOCIATES that were denied the opportunity of a promotion because they were not the anointed. I want these members of management to look down and view what their destructive Intentional Behavior cost store #2857. I want these members of management to know when it was time to stand against the store manager they did nothing but followed a failed person lead. These managers have no balls, tenacity, or guts to stand up for the associates. Sir Lawrence O’Donnell let these words be the new keywords for these members of management who don’t give a d**n about the associates.
December 2015-Grandma Had No Thesaurus
Grandma called you out. She did not have big fancy words. Grandma thought people who were scripted are fake. Grandma believed in keeping it simple and breaking it down in laymen terms so when you walked away from you either leaked blood of you knew if you were going to either live or die. Grandma had her way of explaining the rules or the law. In this story Grandma wants you to understand why people don’t like old people and the knowledge the great ones possess. Read and learn what Grandma wanted you to know about Rule 23, Rule 68, force arbitration and cases that are debatable and when cases are considered moot. Grandma wanted you to know who are the Justices of the Supreme Court and where they stood on court issues. Grandma wanted everyone to have their day in court.
January 2016- Five Days Before Christmas
To the associates: You have more rights than you think you do. Please stand up for your rights and let your voice be heard. There were many incidences that happened. The associates may not have understood what has happened to them. Every person cannot look and learn. It is time to learn the laws or rules to keep the associates from being in the shadows. This story wraps around the pieces of the puzzle and connects all dots for a much bigger picture. I Don’t want to Spoil It. This is the Sum Of All Fears for Walmart and a must read. To my friend with the yellow pen, there was something wrong within. I just want you to know I could have started this timeline from 2007-2016 when things really began to get horribly out of control. Walking in the door in 2001-2016 is a much greater picture of living inside of Walmart. Accepting myself for who I am and using what others call a deficit has become my greatest strengths. This is my contribution to every Walmart associate around the World. Dig In. Hey, What do I know? It has only been 15 years. I lived it.

None of these contenders took the course. Well, it was reported 4 of the contenders took the course. Who did the reporting? B.C. said he had special knowledge. Yeah! I wrote the Koran. Steven Spielberg and George Lucas are going to produce my biopic. I won’t bother to come to the Academy Awards. Know This! I am going to win. This brother is definitely Before Christ. Did they fail the course? Did they cut class? What happens to their mental processing? Who took the class? It’s too embarrassing to say out loud. Psssssssk! No! Get out of here! Zip It. This is too juicy. Come On! Let me drop a few hints. The man behind the Iron Rag. What! Don’t you mean the man behind the Iron Mask? Just think about it for a second. I get it. He wanted to build a wall. Remember the Iron Curtain? What would you do when you want your hair to stay in place? I go get my Doo-Rag. There you go, Iron Rag. This Brother needs to wrap his head in Iron to keep his poison thoughts from seeping and creeping into the minds of We The People. This next person is on a Lou-Lou. Maybe he watches too much Hulu. Is that an owl with a hat sitting over there on a branch. Those are Bushes who got left on the ranch. No! This brother believed he was a famous character back in 1960 chilling with his friend Zeus. The Greek God Zeus. No! Dr. Zeus. You sound like Newt. This brother needs to lay off the Spam. What do you think about this, Pam? Hey! I don’t eat green eggs and ham. Has anyone talk to Sam. He’s bent on government shutdowns. D**n! Have you ever talk to a person and your mouth started to get dry? Why did I ever stop to say, Hi? Did you feel really thirsty? The conversation went nowhere and this brother wasn’t worthy. He grabs my bottle of water and he took a drink. Ohooo! Pissed me off. Did he not think? How can you trust this brother when he doesn’t pay his own bills. He calls in for work and uses the EXCUSE he’s ill. How can you trust a brother who will never be able to negotiate our nation a deal? Tough course! Bring your heart, soul, and brain You’re right. I had to take this course more than twice. On the For Real Side, I probably will be enrolled in this course for the rest of my life. Biden_Ology! The science of a man packing the Truth and Facts. Biden_ology! It is the science of a real human being with a tremendous amount of compassion. This course demonstrated how the older man delivered a political spanking. The younger opponent got spanked. Hey, that statement sounds weird but I was just reflecting back on the 2012 debate. My mind has fast forwarding to 2015 debates and the movie Friday. The Speaker of the House Paul Ryan (censored version) You got knocked the F**k out. Did Biden react like an old man? Guess who will be on the cover of Eternal Magazine? We know it won’t be Jeb Bush. Biden_ology tossed AGE right out the window in 2012. Biden delivered right hooks, left hooks, uppercuts and constant jabs to the REAL old man who holds the gavel on a shrimp platter. This brother got doused with Joe’s secret sauce. How ironic! The Speaker of the House, Paul Ryan, will be reminded every time his gavel swings Biden_ology will take him down. Biden laughed his way through the debate barely making any frowns. Biden_Ology made Ryan look like the Actress who played Murphy Brown (Candice Bergen) real-life father’s puppet clown. Science is a Branch of knowledge. Wait a minute! We are talking about Biden_Ology. We are talking about the whole Tree. Look at all those contenders who don’t have a leaf to stand on and will not be included in the forest. Why? They don’t believe in science because they are climate deniers and liars. Let it be told by the opposite end of the spectrum this course was too brutal with too many interruptions.
Biden answers were to the point, not exaggerated, and very witty. Bro can hang with Jay-Z, Maroon 5, and P Diddy. Yes, 2016 election is going to Hurt Like A Mother F**ker. Maroon 5 sings it better than none other. So be it if the title of Maroon 5 song comes out of Biden mouths used in a different context, Ye better know it! Biden will say what he means and means what he says. Gaffe! Get out your deck of cards and deal. Time to call a SPADE a SPADE. Here comes the aromatic flavor of Unintentional Behavior. Look at all the crap the new Hammer of the House has said Intentionally. Look how the man behind the science handle the response of the so-called Gaffes. Play the 2012 debate tape again. Just think what would happen if you encounter Biden at least 3 Times a day or 3 times a week. The path you have chosen will lower your risk of a heart attack or stroke. A real combination of sweet cinnamon to help control weight, lower blood sugar, and help neutralize odors. Do you feel the urge to eat yourself into a coma while talking to people who nauseate you? The man behind the science will help you control your appetite, stay focus, and remain alert. Your blood sugar will stabilize. The dizziness and nausea will go away. The stench will be removed from the room. Everyone seems to agree Biden is a MIGHTY GOOD MAN. So does Salt and Pepper who sings this song. Black pepper generates hydrochloric acid to help reduce the heartburn and indigestion. I will get my amounts of money worth in taking this course and pour in the honey. If I could only nail down the ability to establish friendships and develop long-lasting relationships it would make me so happy. People would realize I’m not rude at all. Biden_ology is just the course I need. Biden is quite recognizable except to the ladies in Trump’s beauty pageant. These women couldn’t tell the moderator who is the Vice-President of the United States. Look at this book. It has a lot of factual information and no fluff. Readers Digest was the condensed version and had more substance in its cup. The last book I read was so big I felt as though I would throw up. Peppermint, Spearmint, and Chamomile Tea will help relieve this symptom.
Ginger is in the mix. It will help with nausea and your loss of appetite. Ginger helps with the digestive problem. Throw out the tummy tums and relax. Don’t worry about acid reflux. You’re safe. This is the science behind the man who knows how to roll and treat people gingerly. Add a star of anise. Don’t use the Japanese version of a star of anise. You might get poison. Use the Chinese version. Trump would like the China version. Get rid of inflammation and the yeast in your system. Everyone has probably encountered a fungus in their life. Did you get poison? Perhaps the wrong brand was used. You’re rolling with the wrong crew. We know who is the STAR of anise.
Go ahead! Take the course and learn how to deal with the beast. Here come the smile and the laughter. “Malarky” Thereafter! BIDEN shut down the debate. We can’t leave out the clove. Left Brain/Right Brain___Whatever!
Hmmm! I guess we are not rocking the emotions today. Are you just not feeling it? I would love to feel it but my Right brain has some damages. Whatever! My body has a lot of damages. You don’t understand. Break it down to me. When the Right Brain is damaged I lack the ability to decipher emotional information. I’m not ignoring the body language, facial expression, gesture, or the tone in people’s voices. I just can’t interpret nonverbal communication. So the key to your ignition doesn’t ignite your engine and you are left with the remix of cold cognition. Sounds like R. Kelly Trapped In The Closet to me. Who is R. Kelly? A soulful songwriter and producer whose ignition had a lot of issues. He steps away from the spotlights into his closet so his behavior would go into remission.
Basically, it just hard for you to put yourself in others people’s NIKES and you could not afford AIR JORDANS. The price should not be so high that people assume you know how to behave and you really don’t. The key to unlocking the door is to TEACH. Oooh! I have a great mentor out there who taught me the bottom line is what you need to know. One cannot go from zero to one hundred. There are small steps we must take to reach our goal. One day you will reach one hundred. I can see why a person behavior would go off the chain when you are singing to the tune of Alicia Keys song, NO ONE. I struggle big time socially. I struggle big time medically. So, Whatever! You are no different from me. There are many things in my life that need improvement. Every person on this planet needs to improve something in their life.
What did you say your name is? I didn’t but people call me NLD Syndrome. I’m talking about the name on your birth certificate. Oh! My for real name is Constance. Well, for real Constance if I had to put my name down for every infected body part or missing part there would be no room for my parent’s name, date of birth, time, and the stamp of approval that the birth certificate is legitimate. See that long sentence I just wrote. Yeah! It is called a run on sentence. I don’t need an English lesson. Constance, the point is my name would look just like that sentence on the birth certificate. That is what I’m trying to tell you. I don’t get the whole picture. So, Whatever! If my body was a puzzle, BABY, there are pieces missing but I still can function. Another part of my body will pick up the tab. In the medical community, a doctor will explain that you are born with 2 lungs. If one lung goes the other one is set up to carry on. This is the BIGGEST mistake the psychiatric community makes. Some other plan of action can be put into place. The tab can be picked up to keep people with mental illness from feeling hopeless, a shame, and humiliated. We want you to seek help. People view mental illness as prolonged. A physical illness will take the body out quicker.
You are NOT terminally ill if you have been diagnosed with a mental illness. How does the Left Brain pick up the tab? I have so much verbiage. I’m talking all over the place. Wow! You become the VOICE. Have you ever watch that show? There is a lot of body language and begging on that show. Adam Levine stretches across his desk as if he is the most desperate artist begging to win the next season over Blake Shelton. Pharrell with that baby-face smile leaning forward poking out his neck signaling, “Come Home.” Christine Aguilera using her hand movements to rope people in to be on her team. Blake Shelton watching those cowboy boots, beating on his desk, and giving a friendly reminder to the new artist he has won three times.
My writing can go on for eons without me getting to the point. My friend’s last story was like that but she had a lot of points to make. 🙂 I starting reading early and my teacher thought I was gifted. When I was promoted to the next grade it took me too long to write and my hands got sore. It looks like I was coloring instead of writing. I couldn’t keep up because I was so unorganized. I got into trouble so many times when the teacher would say, “can you just imagine.” It would piss me off and my behavior begins to boil over like rice. Oh God, when the teacher starts repeating lessons my head would spin around. At that moment I felt as though I needed a priest to keep me from peeing on the carpet. I got this. I have the HERE-SAY PROGRAM. I’m auditory-verbal At the end of the school day my brain felt like it had heard it all and I had said TOO much. Math became complex because it was so abstract. I would use all these big words in my writing but the paper said nothing.
I have a lot of memory but it is hard for me to take my old thoughts and transfer what I had learned to a new situation. I have come a long way and I have gotten much better. Good for you Constance. I want to make friends and develop relationships. After reading my friend’s story I realized the corporate community are afraid people will band together, make policy changes, defend their human/civil rights. If she struggled with her job and nothing was put in place for her to do an effective job, I will have a much tougher path to follow. True Dat! When my mother found out the final word on my diagnoses she was relieved but she cried for days. My mother came across a chart. Listed on the chart was Syndromes With Social Incompetencies. It listed Williams Syndrome (WS), Autism, High Function Autism (HFA) Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD), Hyperlexia, Asperger’s Syndrome (AS), and Nonverbal Learning Disabilities (NLD). On the left-hand side of the chart, it has Speech, IQ, Motor, and Behavior.
Nonverbal Learning Disabilities (NLD) has early speech and vocabulary development. Pragmatic and prosody is poor. One may not be tactful when knowing when to end a conversation or how fast they are talking. As the saying goes silence can be golden but if you don’t know when to stop talking a problem exist big time. Common sense and being realistic is the ruler of today. Hey! Good news, it can be taught. IQ for Nonverbal Learning Disability is normal to superior. VIQ>PIQ means Verbal Intelligence is much greater than the actual Performance. Whatever! Donald Trump is leading in the polls and he’s a Billionaire. As a matter of fact, The DONALD has inspired me to write this story and the next story coming your way real soon. There are a lot of people who talk a GOOD GAME and still get paid. One of my favorite people was Darrell Issa. Issa reasoning, abstract or not was shot to hell. He never found any criminal activity against former Attorney General Eric Holder. I can’t really say Issa talked a GOOD GAME but he talked a lot, had no common sense, and was very unrealistic. He is the richest member of Congress. Dang! Consultants are the new VIQ>PIQ and any person that fall into this category. Motor skills for NLD dexterity is a problem. The skill to paint, eat with a chopstick or a fork takes eye-hand coordination. So, Jack be nimble Jack be quick is hard for Jack to comprehend. Jack can learn and start to mend. Writing, typing cutting with scissors and buttoning clothes can be a pain in the a**. People diagnosed with NLD have a tendency to sit on the floor to eat to help maintain their balance. As far as NLD Behavior goes people who are diagnosed with this syndrome lack skills in receptive and expressive language hindering their verbal communication skills.
The biggest problem I have is when I become angry no one wants to help me or give me strategies and coping skills. They want to shove a bunch of pills down my throat. So they bring out Austin Powers and tell me to, “Oh Behave Baby!” I have had the police called on me. People want to lock me away. I have been kicked out of those so-called self-righteous NLD groups. They just want to talk about NLD Syndrome. I live in the real world, not a thread. What I say can get me killed outside that thread. You don’t have to say anything and can get killed. I am at a greater risk if NO ONE understands that my behavior is UNINTENTIONAL. I strongly feel the psychiatric community should address race, politics, cultural diversity. NLD is not the biggest problem I have. There have been several Black women and Black males shot down by the police. You haven’t forgotten Sandy Hook? The school located in Sandy Hook was not for children with extraordinary minds, unique abilities, and multi-level learning styles. Our society labels children/adults mentally disabled.
You have 16 contenders running for 2016. These contenders have made several social blunders, gaffes, faux pas, and slip-ups INTENTIONALLY. You better know who is MENTALLY CHALLENGED. If the psychiatric community can’t address this conversation in their group maybe they need to be turned over to the Citizen Commission On Human Right (CCHR). These are the watchdog investigating and exposing Psychiatric Human Rights Violation. BOW WOW WOW YIPPY YO YIPPY YEAH! Turn the Dogcatcher loose. While we’re at it let’s turn over the 16 contenders for next year Presidency to CCHR. It is Time for the NLD Community to visit http://www.cchr.org. It took me years to be diagnosed with NLD Syndrome. NLD Syndrome is not on my birth certificate. You have people in the next election singing, “If I Only Had A Brain.” They should be singing, “I Sure Got A Lot Of Nerves.” Has anyone stopped you and asked if you used your Left Brain/Right Brain__Whatever!
Them There Papers__Time
Where have you been Ms. Linda? Chilling and watching the rain. I hadn’t forgotten about you, Ms. Tracey. I have been doing a lot of reading and writing. The rain puts me in a special place to reflect and share some powerful life learned lessons. Well, Ms. Linda, I’m glad you are in a peaceful place. Would you like to blow the wind of positive thoughts my way? I can use some help because Momma D is very ill. Our family is coming apart at the seams. Everyone is holding on to the matriarch of the family. Momma D is the gorilla glue in our lives. How old is Delores? She is 89 years old. I know you guys are very close. Did Delores share her wishes with you before she became bedridden? She did. What seems to the be the problem? I don’t know if I can carry out her wishes. So you are going to carry out your wishes?
Remember Granny? Ms. Linda, I remember Granny. Who can forget Granny? She was one feisty, ballsy and I can’t say, old lady. She just seemed to evolve with time. Granny was 96 years old. Granny made sure she had Them There Papers. Them There Papers meant Do Not Resuscitate. Granny took it down to the Y. Bottom line she made it clear not to use her body as a Mexican piñata. The doctors would keep running in your room asking the family to sign all types of papers for all types of procedures until every organ in your body is dead. Granny said the doctors were crazy and would watch the numbers get better but couldn’t see the patient was dying, had lost the will to live, or dead. Granny rocked it. She made it clear. Granny said to make sure your Pull The Plug order don’t get knocked out of the box. Once you sign a paper for a procedure you are headed on the path of delaying the original order. Them folks would run in your room with the big candlesticks putting the paddle to the heart. I’m almost sure Granny said they don’t need an order for that particular procedure. Next, they will be trying to stick a tube down your throat. Before you know it you got all types of feeding tubes. Make sure you keep Them There Papers in place.
Reflecting back, Granny remembered when she went to visit her longtime friend Maxine. She thought Maxine had suffered a stroke. Maxine’s face was drooping. Granny accidentally knocked over the water picture and water splashed on Maxine’s face. Granny thought Maxine would flinch from the noise but she didn’t. Maxine’s eyes did not blink and her eyes remained in a stare. Maxine showed no reflex to block the water from her face. Granny said she pulled out a hanky and began to wipe the water away from around Maxine’s eyes. Maxine never blinked or responded to Granny voice. Granny said Maxine’s eyes reminded her of a fish. Granny notice Maxine’s neck stuck out more than normal. Granny stated she tried to push Maxine head back onto the pillow but it would not budge. Granny said she found another small pillow to stick up under Maxine’s next so she wouldn’t look so uncomfortable. The nurse came into the room and Granny asked when was the last time Maxine had eaten. The nurse dropped her head and told Granny to wait until Dr. McNair come. He would explain more about Maxine’s condition when he arrived. Really! The reality wasn’t about an explanation but more about acceptance. Maxine was such a health nut. Granny would say she would eat the paste/yogurt because Maxine always got on to her about having good gut bacteria in the stomach. Maxine explained not having a good gut could lead to bowel death. Bertha was Maxine’s mother. I remember the night Maxine call Granny. She was crying and told Granny BeBe could not eat. BeBe loved to eat. The doctors came into the room and explain that Bertha was experiencing some stomach bleeding and could not eat. Maxine said it was TIME. Go get Them There Papers__Time to reflect on Time. Granny notice as she waited at the edge of the bed a strange sound was coming from Maxine’s throat. It didn’t sound like breathing but more like a low animal sound or the hum of a small engine. Granny said she thought she would have noticed this sound before but the TV was on, not to mention the fact she had spilled water all over Maxine and there was no response. Maxine made it clear, as the saying goes today, if she could not be all up in your business it was her TIME. Granny said as nosey as Maxine was she had a good heart and love interacting with people. From the looks of things, there was no interaction.
Now, Mrs. Tracy, it is TIME to reflect on Delores life. What did she want? What did she want you to do if she could no longer do the things that brought quality to her life? Are you trying to live out Delores’s Life? Are you trying to ease the pain of your life while Delores suffer? Look at all the quality of life Delores gave to your family and everyone that surrounded her. You got a scratch sheet of paper. Let’s make a quick acronym of TIME.

E-Enlighten an enrich the lives you surround and the impression in the sand of your footprint will burn like an eternal flame.
Granny taught me that Do Not Resuscitate takes the same form in life as it would in Death. Never go to anyone that will not bring quality to your life and extend your TIME. If at all possible try not to include people in your life who can not make a positive impact. If you are experiencing poor images or painful memories don’t close your eyes but open your eyes and pay attention so you can find a solution to eradicate the problem. If you are surrounded by people who cannot enlighten are enrich your life forget about the footprints in the sand. The Eternal Flame is out and the lessons will be lost.

Mommie Dearest___The Elevator
What a day! The time just seems to fly. Visiting with old friends and sharing all those wonderful Mother’s Day story was so much fun. Bernice’s story really made me come away with a different perspective. I was scared she was going to do it. Do what! You know the thing with the elevator. Did that really bother you? Yes, it did. Girl, when I made a reservation I wanted to make sure we did not have to go up to some sky-scraper restaurant and use an elevator. So how many places did you call? I only called 42 restaurants. Get out of here! What made you change your mind? I was curious to see if she would do it after all of these years had passed. Were you disappointed when Bernice got on the elevator and didn’t do her spill? Part of me felt relieved and the other part of me felt as though Bernice had let go of some really dark secret in her life. It just always bothered me because she has never uttered one word.
So What did you think? I will never forget the life lesson she taught me on this Mother’s Day. It drove me nuts when Bernice would get on the elevator and face the opposite way. All I could think of was being stampeded by the people on the elevator for thinking we had a nutcase with us. No matter where we would go she always finds a store or building with an elevator. Here comes her cheerleader always encouraging Bernice to do her “thang.” You would get on the elevator and act like it was a normal day in the neighborhood and the queen had her clothes on. This where I wanted to pull out the Comet Can and get the Wire Hangers and spank you and Bernice A… For some reason the people on the elevator never seem to get indignant. What’s Up with that? You are so good at imitating Bernice. Do it! Go ahead and Do It. Okay, if you insist. Hel….looo! Hel…looo! I’m Bernice but you can call me Bern. I’m just here checking out your eyes, mouths and whatever you got to remind me of myself and family. You sound so much like her. After all this time it all makes sense.
I saw Bernice grab your hand as she got on the elevator. It felt as though she was my daughter and we were having our first Mother’s Day Dinner together. All through the dinner, she didn’t have much to say. She had a lot on her mind. After we left the restaurant and got back on the elevator she grabs my hand again. She laid her head on my shoulders. What was going on inside of your head? I felt as though I needed to protect her. Once we got to Justine house Bernice leaned over and ask me could she sit next to me. It was fine with me. I did not want you to feel left out. Hey! I was always cool with you and Bernice relationship. I felt we were the 3 musketeers and could conquer all together, “One for all and all for one.” Relationships get messed when one person in the group began to act as though they need all the attention. Here we go with the I Nucleus Factor. Everything is centered around me. I control everything and everybody. I take all the credit. Some people have some of these characters and traits or all of them. WHEW! Our friendship lasted all these years because we gave credit where credit was due. It’s always enough love to go around.
After everyone told their Mother’s Day story with the exception of Bernice, Justine brought out those famous cinnamon rolls packed with much love. Justine can throw down when it comes to cooking. That is Bernice favorite dessert. Hey! Did you call ahead and ask Justine to cook those rolls for Bernice. Yes, I thought it would help her get through her story. All 8 of us (me, Justine, Bev-lo, Bernice, Avis, Paula, Gina and you Melody) are looking like the Boo-Hoo sisters. Bernice cleared her throat and proceeded to tell her story. She turned her body toward Melody and her eye contact put Melody’s face in a vice grip. This would be the first Time the crew would learn Bernice tried to take her life as a child.
Bernice told of the day she was cleaning out the attic and she ran across some old newspapers. Underneath were adoption papers. She said she freaked out and went downstairs and start attacking everyone about how the family had all lied to her. Bernice couldn’t think about all the sacrifices her parents went through for her. She ran from the house and no one heard from her for hours. When Bernice was found she was in an elevator with her wrist slit. My family got the called around 4:30 p.m. We all rushed over to Barnes Hospital to see what was Bernice condition. It was hard for me to think about killing myself but I was not in Bernice shoes. At the Time both Bernice and I was only 13 years old. I was so glad and thankful for my parents. Hey! I thought parents were parents no matter where they came from. When it was my turn to go in to see Bernice I had never seen so much machinery and tubing in my life. I was so scared. All I could think about was How Could I Ease The Pain. That is one of my favorite records by Lisa Fisher. I have never prayed so hard in my life. Bernice looked like a little gray ghost and her arms were bruised from where the nurse had tried to find her veins. My parents were comforting the Davis family and I felt emotionally drained. It seemed too much to comprehend as I listen to Bernice tell what happened.
Bernice said the only thing she remembered is running and running. She didn’t remember stopping off getting any blades to hurt herself. She ran into an elevator and backed into a corner and the lights went out. It was hard for me to hold back the tears. Bernice said that morning she felt as though she was at the top of her game. Her favorite place in the house was the attic. She felt untouchable in her make-believe castle. Bernice curious mind leads her to open this big old trunk with dragons layered on the front and back side. The trunk’s top was so heavy she found a rod to prop the lid up. As she began to dig there was a small jade box underneath the papers. When she opened the box and unfolded the papers. She became unglued. This couldn’t be true. Bernice felt shafted. From the top of the attic to rock bottom, the elevator came crashing down fast. She doesn’t remember having the blowout with her family. Anger can really do a lot of damage and thinking straight will not happen. Suicide is not the answer. Opening up about her attempt to commit suicide was a big leap. Something happened in her life that made her realize she could lose the most important people she loves.
All I wanted was for Bernice to heal but I knew it would take a long time. It was Time for me to go in search of a support team. I was on a mad search for some really good peer buddies that could help Bernice get through her crisis. Bernice anger isolated me but I had to give her some space to process what had happened. It took little brother Bobby getting hit by a car to snap her out of her I Nucleus World. Bobby got banged up pretty bad. His legs had gotten crushed and he suffered severe spinal injuries. Bobby would never walk again. Bernice began to focus on Bobby’s care and I could see her getting back on the elevator on her way to the top. That is how Avis, Paula, Bev-lo, Justine, Gina, me and you Melody came together. Bernice really took to Melody. It was all good!
Man, a lot of years have passed. Our crew got through it. We all have witnessed births, marriages, graduations, divorces, deaths all sort of life skills lesson. Do you know anyone that has perfected the lesson of life skills? No! These lessons are not to be perfect. You can become very skilled, knowledgeable, or an expert in your field. They can become your greatest strengths and achievements. Look at Bernice accomplishments. She is a renown Psychologist and looks what we would have missed in our lives if she had been successful the day she attempted suicide. Look at all the people she has helped take the elevator ride to the top.
We all shared a common denominator. Some of the crew shared more. We all had adopted parents. Bernice clinched Melody’s hand tighter. “Are you ready to take the elevator ride to the top?” Melody all teared up and the rest of the crew breaking down. Bernice asks Melody, “Will you marry me?” I pulled out my comet can along with my wire hanger and began to tap them lightly. It took you guys forever. Jaron is Melody’s son from a previous marriage. Melody found out she couldn’t have any children and Jaron was adopted. Melody’s husband wanted his own kids. Whatever the hell that means. Mr. I Nucleus Factor never excepted Jaron as his child. Jaron is crazy about Bernice. This kid is so fortunate. Jaron will have a wonderful set of parents. Are you ready to take the elevator ride to the top? Do not let your elevator crash to the bottom by not evolving and appreciating other people lifestyles. Of course, you know where the wedding will take place. 🙂
Self-Talk___Say It Out Loud!
What happens when you dish out those F’s? Do you have knobs on your mirror? Baby get ready because the dirt is about to fly in your face. If you throw shades on a low-grade get ready to duck your head. I looked into the square box. There were some words that didn’t describe me at all. What was my reaction? I threw my head back and laughed. It gets better. I recalled a song recorded by Christopher Williams that was perfect for my internal hard drive. Are you ready for the YOUTUBE MOMENT? Hit It! I Talk To Myself when there ain’t no one to talk to. People ask me why I do what I do. Hell! It is a strategy for keeping your self-esteem intact when the haters pour on the hot wax. Bottom line, just remembers when you KNOW you have certain strengths and somebody send you an email, fax, text, FACEBOOK, and state those skills are nonexistence within you, this is what you tell them. Better yet, go the butt-naked mile and show them. I think the public use the word transparency.
In the morning when I arise there are moments in my life that I don’t like myself and I disagree with my thought processing. So when another person crosses my path and tell me they don’t like me or disagree with me I am ever so cool with that. I think they are right on target. I am not tripping off of what they think about me. Developing a strategy to put me back in circulation without being down on myself is ever so important. There is nothing wrong with talking to yourself. As long as you are giving yourself positive feedback about what you can achieve. Even when you fail to give yourself positive credit for trying the task. Words such as stupid, dumb, and especially the word retarded should not be in one’s vocabulary. We will leave Anne Coulter with the word “retarded.” It is one of her favorite words to call people. Who is Anne Coulter? Every minute of a person breath counts. I won’t waste my breath.
Talking to oneself is a tool for loneliness and can help you tighten up loose ends on your decision. Come along with me and sing The Staple Singers, Respect Yourself. It is Time to bellow out some positive self-talking dialogue. We can sing through the dialogue with Michael Jackson’s, “I’m Bad.” Are you ready to Ease On Down The Road with Stephanie Mills and listen to some motivational tapes by Tony Robbins or Les Brown? Go treat yourself to a psychological sit in with Dr. Phil or a medical spinoff with Dr. Oz. When you gather up the strength to reject that whirlwind shopping spree or turn down that molting triple chocolate cupcake lace with homemade vanilla ice cream go on the VOICE and sing with Bon Jovi, Hallelujah, or an updated version of Hallelujah with Susan Boyle. Take a deep breath and exhale with BabyFace singing this is For The Cool In You. Every small accomplishment carries its weight in gold and needs to be acknowledged. For one person it may be tying their shoe and for another person, it may be brushing their teeth. It is an achievement and it is all good. Can you say it with me? “It is all Good.” You don’t need to tip-toe through the tulips. Go ahead and get your sprint on. You Can Say It To Yourself Or Out Loud! Self-talk is cool. Going after the pros and cons in the mooch-o grande decision helps bring clarity to your choice. You are listening to your external hard drive and can hear what may be the best decision for you. Well, You know it makes me want to shout, kick my heels up, throw my hands up, throw my head back. Come on now! Don’t forget to say you will. Those of you who have problems with your attention span can reel in your emotions, strengthen your communication, focus on your mental processing. For Real! For Real! You are not crazy. Unless you found some way to separate yourself from yourself you will be living with yourself when everyone else splits the scene. Mavis Staple has started singing “Respect Yourself ” again. Put A Little Love In Your Heart and Talk To Yourself when there is no one else to talk to. People try to bring you down. Worst of all, most people don’t need other people to bring them down because they do a good job of bringing themselves down. All negative feedback takes them clean out of the box. Turn your mirror on and adjust those knobs for some positive Mirror Radio-Hope. This is the mental Selfie uplift without the iPhone. Okay! If you find it difficult to give yourself some Radio-Hope it is TIME to get a grand guardian who will help you cheer through the tough spots.
If constant testing would have been done by the American Psychiatric Association (APA) there would not be so many people wondering why they talk to themselves out loud. NLD should have made the DSM5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manuel of Mental Disorders). Individuals who are diagnosed with NLD (Nonverbal Learning Disability) are auditory-verbal and process out loud all the time. Giving Recognition to a hidden diagnosis, NLD is a developmental disability in which individuals demonstrate a mature vocabulary, rote memory skills, and excellent reading abilities. Children/adults can have difficulty interacting with other individuals, transitioning to new settings and working new changes (teachers, peers, associates etc.) and trouble with writing/fine motor coordination. Reading skills are exemplary, abstract concepts need to be explained in detail because individuals with NLD have difficulty understanding metaphors, emotional nuances, multiple levels of meaning, and relationship issues. Descriptions of abstract concepts must be given simply and with patients. If you want to give a real Impression along with Curtis Mayfield, concrete factual information is the narrative for We’re A Winner. People with NLD are not EMOTIONALLY DISTURBED and never let anyone say boy you can’t make it because a feeble mind is in your way. Three areas are encompassed by NLD: Motoric (coordination), Visual-Spatial (Blind Mines Eye/can’t form visual images or gestalt impression/whole picture) and Social (English language is so abstract and have hidden meanings). Social interaction is very easily misjudged and misinterpreted. Awareness is brought to you just in case you see a person with no earplugs and no phone and talking to themselves. Don’t freak out it might just be the hidden disability with UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS whom the American Psychiatric Association (APA) failed to put on THE LIST. The guy with the iPhone and the ear-plugs may not have anyone on the other end. A good strategy for fitting in and not having people stare or calling you crazy. Don’t be afraid. Go ahead and be Proud. Self-Talk__Say It Out Loud!

I’m rocking Stevie Wonder song in my ear. The birth of this young man taught many lessons. His life and all the things defined in the life that he could not do paved the way for new choices, changes, and accommodations. Whatever was defined as his deficit gave our family a great strength to go and do research. This would help find this young man a way to navigate a path to success. Yes, it landed on our doorstep. Our family was not afraid to tackle the frustration. For some family members, there were moments of embarrassment, tears, and laughter. This was an educational moment! The greatest teaching moments of all TIMES was not to be viewed as all the things he could not do. It gave each family member the opportunity to see what they were not to take for granted and appreciate what they had the ability to do.
Coming from the Flip Side Of The Chart as the diagnosis was handed down at that very moment in TIME I realize my diagnosis was more of the killer. Cancer is a systemic disease and can spread like a wild-fire. Nonverbal Learning Disability is encompassed by social, motoric, and visual-spatial components. This is not a killer. Secondary to the initial diagnosis, anxiety, panic, stress, and depression can raise its ugly head. Don’t be afraid it is TIME to develop strategies and coping skills. The only thing which would be a killer about my son diagnosis is not knowing, not having a support system, and understanding that his behavior was UNINTENTIONAL. My son is not Emotionally Disturbed. He cannot read or understand people emotions because of impaired social interaction. This happens when he or others fail to respond to their name and often avoid eye contact with other people. He has difficulty interpreting what others are thinking and feeling because he can’t understand social cues such as facial expression, the intonation of one’s speech, body language, and he doesn’t watch others facial expression to gather social cues. His behavior would seem inappropriate because he lacks the ability to show empathy, compassion, and support. The good news is he is willing to learn. Was his behavior Intentional? No! Parents, relatives, friends, and associates need to learn and realize about people we encounter in life as awkward or may not be considered as social butterflies. The OSCARS proved that by a young man admission of feeling rejection and had attempted to take his life at the age of 16. Now it was his moment in TIME to shine. Bottom line, the opposite end of the spectrum should not judge the behaviors of others because they can choose and make the right decision. They choose to throw it all away because of selfishness and greed. Every individual does not have that choice. Neurological disorders rob many individuals of that choice.
All that Psychological jargon or babble and all it boils down to helping the individual put the pieces of the puzzle together when they don’t get the whole picture. It is making the person aware that if he sounds rude or terse point it out and helps him use more constructive words. Give the individual HOPE and let them know everyone makes mistakes. Make it clear it is not one person on this planet that knows everything or can do everything. Make it clear there are 24 hours in a day and they did not mess up all 24 hours. Whatever you do always INCLUDE the individual. Never assume the individual knows always TEACH. Life is a thread. Through the eye of the needle, our stitches must be bound tight and we must pay attention and stay focus. For those who cannot stay focus another route can be taken.

When he became frustrated with tying his shoes he wore slip on and velcro. It was his choice to learn to tie his shoes and he did it after 11 years. No pressure! No big deal or rush. He got sick of people saying use your imagination. We came up with the appropriate words to help people understand abstract concept needs to take shape on concrete planes. This is not Christopher Columbus you are dealing with. In today’s TIME, it would be Dora The Explorer. You are working with the ultimate construction worker who needs the concrete poured on. In today’s TIME, it is Bob The Builder. So what if you couldn’t use a mop or a bucket because it is hard for you to measure. Check out that Swifter you are slinging around like Zorro. Washing your clothes has become a breeze using those new PODs. No longer will you need liquid bleach now that they have Evolve Bleach Tablets. Man, there are so many wipes. There are furniture wipes, glass wipes, electronic wipes, and disinfectant wipes. Spray bottles would slip out of your hands. As Seen On Tv has developed so many inventions to keep you from ever using a knife because of coordination problems. It lowers the risk of you cutting yourself. The injuries had diminished since platform beds are now the trend. To make life more bearable the sofa bed and the hide-a-way sofa beds inside the chest is ever so awesome. Forget about getting frustrating because you can’t put the sheet on the bed. Who cares! Just shove that bed back down in the chest and Voila! These Chest sofa beds can be found on Amazon.com, Costco.com, Overstock.com, Tuesday Morning and HomeGoods. So we are not tripping off the fact you can’t fold your oversized comforter. Now we have throws 50×60 or 60×72. Make sure they are nice and soft if you have sensory integration issues. Those wonderful swivel chairs. Don’t forget the swinging chair from Pier One. Make sure you got your flavored tea, coffee, and scented candles ready to go. What about the sensor trash can you run your hand over or the Perfect One-Touch Tea Pot. Oh, Lawd! Otto-mation! Those oversized ottomans which are really chest and no more anger with the hangers. Just put your clothes in the chest and have an organized room. The navigation device on your iPad and all the Apps that have brought your world into clear focus. It’s all about CHANGE and the ability to make CHANGES.

I’m quite sure it was Katt Williams who said don’t hate the player hate the game. Now that it is 2015 this saying needs an update with an additional frame. Let’s take it a step further. Don’t hate the hater the game remains the same. Hating the hater will leave you emotionally drained. The Hater is a Hater because they are never willing to change. Learn from the Hater and never forget from which you came.
Haters:
Never willing to cooperate but always ready to isolate.
Moaners, criers, and complainers never believe their disclaimer.
No fault of Accountability lacking integrity and credibility.
Haters never care how you feel because haters are out for the kill.
Always ready to instigate, never ready to investigate, only to manipulate.
Who are the killers to the bone that wants to rule and rock the throne?
If you are doing well Haters will send you to jail or hell.
Haters information is neither beneficial nor reliable and will always be deniable.
Haters will never admit they are wrong? Are you ready for the dance and song?
Corruption, Bribery and Lies, Haters thinks it can all be justified.
