Can you Do The NaeNae?

Perfect Time! Whew!  Are you ready? Let’s rock this. Get It!  Get It! Bend those knees, rock those shoulders from side to side.   Now throw one arm up at a time and whip it. Don’t be stiff with it.  Yeah! That’s it! Do it Do it.  Throw in some extra moves What!   It caught me and everyone in the nation off Guard. I know we can sing one of Monica’s Song. It’s One Of Them Days when I want to be all along. Don’t take it personally. Come on! Michelle  O pulled it off.  She is in step with TIME. What was she doing?  Her Dougie dance. So now it is Time to move on with the decision that was designed for the LIFESTYLES of the RICH and FAMOUS.  Yeah, Baby! Ricardo Montalban got tired of playing the white suit. He jumps ship and went was no man has gone before.  RACE  is the Final  Frontier for the Robe Brothers.  Afraid Captain Smooth Operator (OB_1)  the first by the way Bi-racial commander-and-chief, would actually move our nation forward.   Sure the people and the nation’s balance is thrown off. Don’t worry we can still do this if we just keep up with the latest step and rock the dance.  The conservatives at the opposite end of the spectrum will not have the last say. Never forget with progression there are 24 hours in a day.  Once again! Bend your knees, rock your shoulders from side to side, throw one arm up at a TIME and give it a presidential wave.  You can do the NAENAE. Hey!

Hard Choices breaks down to giving people an opportunity to have more than just one choice. When you look at the choices being played down you realize no poll can measure what each one of these individuals can offer. Sooo stop playing down the other contenders who can throw their hat into the ring without their hats getting thrown back. Check this out. When polls are done in the medical world guess who gets left out. The majority of the polls that are taken are done for men and not women.  Right! Right! Women are thrown into the medical mix. There is boo-coo research handed down which helps men only.  Women aren’t considered nor included in these studies.  Women just have to go along with the program and take medicine which will not benefit them. Why? Let me know when the first man has a baby, menstrual cycle, and hassles with pre and post-menopause.  So whoever is out there doing all this D… polling I hope they can keep in step, bend your knees, move those shoulders, work their body along with their mind. Throw your arms up one at a TIME. Give it a strong presidential wave so you can do the NAENAE.

Take a look at the polls waiting for a woman to be elected. The woman who is out of step and has not made it clear what her policies are.  The woman who doesn’t want her own husband defending her.  Here is a woman who can give her spill to flirt with the nation. A woman who will be a proud grandmother soon. What will happen when the grand-baby gets older and grandma can’t evolve or relate to the boo-boo? Will grandma be able to keep up? Will she be able to dance?  Anybody care to take a poll?  The little miniature adult can and will give grandma a spanking of her life. One thing about children there are no boundaries. If you are fake, a liar, mean green stinky machine grandma you will know. I hope grandma can come out and play. Through the lens of the little one let her remain the latest, the greatest and kicking it to the NAENAE.

Ratings are down on a man who is actually doing his job.  A man who can use his penmanship to right the wrongs of the knuckleheads who can’t sign a bill into law for background checks. A man who knows an entourage is exactly the body of people who surround him and are not effective. They only want to be just as important as the person they surround but does not have the matching skill sets.   Would anyone like to take a polling on the Robe Brothers?   The last White Hopes now pimping Ricardo Montalban white suit jumped ship and got Lost In Space. Take a poll of the man who holds a gavel and cannot pass a farm bill and piss in the toilet straight.  Where are the poll and their D… pen on all the Brothers that are senators, congressmen who are under investigation for being your ROYAL SLEAZINESS?   Poll that Sh… because we all know it is true grit. Check this out. A poll will not give you the self-determination to brace yourself for the rough spots in life.  A poll will not be there to ensure your survival of the BS (and the Bush Sh..)  we lived through. The BS  and the Bush Sh… blinded the ratings for the true downgrade of the real culprit who focked up the economy.  Smooth Operator had to come in and do some operating to diminish the BS and the Bush Sh… In order to do our fair share, we must handle our  SH…  Smooth Operator taught me it was not reading between the lines but it is the BOTTOM LINE. Here is a BROTHER who deserves a break today. WHY? He can do the NAENAE.

Who are the people who are misinformed?  Does it really matter what they say?   Who are the people who are out of step, out of their mind, and not flexible with keeping up with the TIMES? Ahhh yes, polling is gathering information for your own personal agenda. It doesn’t matter if the contender can’t keep in step or LIE. How about another Margaret Thatcher to please the eye? In the real world, there is no poll to define who you are as a person. Who needs a poll to say what you have decided in your mind and in your heart what you can achieve or cannot achieve. Right There! If you take mind and heart out of the equation it reveals the peek-a-boo I see you to those who did not pick up their shield of armor and proclaim compassion, empathy, and support.  The opposite end of the spectrum demonstrates the true meaning of FECKLESS.  Yes, my Brothers and Sister, these were the people who showed their Monkey A… and was incompetent, irresponsible, worthless, and RECKLESS. Just a friendly reminder to always keep people with these traits or characteristics at bay. These are the Brothers and Sisters that CANNOT do the NAENAE.

I GOT A PEN.  I love to write. People get pissed off about what I ink. Sooo this is what I would like to share. What I found out throughout my life when I open my mouth people did not like the words they heard. I was not good at paraphrasing to ease another person pain when their A… really stunk. Here we go with the smoothie of a lie. I did not attend weight watchers to watch what I said or how much weight my words would affect people’s feeling. I did not have the style, charisma, and charm to shoot the BS and Breeze up through a person’s nose and out their A…  I never found it difficult to call a person out.  I would even stick out my tongue in the mirror and say to myself, well I can’t retrieve those words they are gone. One of my girlfriends called me BABY BRASH A… and HARD TACKS. She would say I could nail a person to the wall and never look back.   Strange, many of the people around me gravitated toward me. I was surprised I had any friends or an inclusive community. You think old dagger tongue would run everyone away.    An elderly lady, we called her GRANNY, told me this was the TIME when people wanted to be told the truth and not lied to. GRANNY said as TIME changes I would need to adjust those liver lips.  The world was changing. People would rather be lied to than told the truth. GRANNY is now in heaven on this INDEPENDENCE DAY. What a revelation! Even GRANNY rocked it to the NAENAE.

Later in life, I had a son who sounds just like me. He struggled with families, friends, and enemies. I understand it now. Granny was right.  My son could be killed for the very things I said years up the road. Just one wink and a blink ago a policeman, an attorney, or a person who wants to play super cop can take my son right out of the box. It is essential and mandatory to open the conversation about RACE and MENTAL ILLNESS. That could have been me years ago but the world was in a different phase. Even though my son has been diagnosed with a neurological neurobehavioral disorder he does not fall under the category as the AFFLUENT. An attorney placed a dagger in my heart when he said a young man was killed because he had a big mouth.  This same attorney was on the case of a young man who lost his life trying to defend his life.  The president was criticized for saying this young man could have been his son.  A court system who could not adjust to change and denounce race because they could not say the rules of the court has mold and decay. My point__exactly!  The Justice System is light bright white, out of touch, and CANNOT do the NAENAE.

It is hard for the Robe Brothers to accept change.  Same Game with different players who want to keep their old rules (constitution) for their outdated world. It was hard for many people in the nation to accept our leader.  The opposite end of the spectrum said whatever they wanted to say. Intentional behavior failed the people and the nation and was totally out of step.  The AFFLUENT got away with murder,  what they said and how they acted.   Too strung out and to the extreme right, the conservatives will never be able to go Dancing With The Stars. This is what it is all about. Never assume a person knows the rules. You must be willing to teach the rules. The behavior will manifest out of the frustration of not knowing. Don’t walk away or give up. Help walk the individual through changes so they can adapt and transition in or out certain situations.  Step by Step.Those who are out of sync,  lose their balance, appear awkward and rude do not choose to fail nor display INTENTIONAL BEHAVIOR The rules must change in order for growth and development. Are you ready to bend your needs, rock them shoulders from side to side, throw one arm up at a TIME,  give it the presidential wave, and add more movement to the mix. Yeah!  That’s it! Get It Get It. The Men Who Transcends

Are you ready to do this?  It is long overdue. Why today?  This is my way of giving back and moving forward with my life. I want the men out there who are struggling with their baby’s mommas to know they can be good fathers no matter where they are. Whether or not they live in the home, outside the home,  in another city, state, or country.  The biggest mistake I made was using the children for chess pieces to get back at Andre. My anger led me to put him in court, tie his money up, and deny him access to the kids.  When it was time for him to pick up the kids I made all type of flimsy excuses.  Any person Andre attempted to start a relationship with I was up in the mix destroying the path with my pack of lies making him out to be a rotten father and poor provided to his kids.

Why? Did he cheat on you? I believe I was cheated out of TIME. Andre missed school plays, lose track of time, never could remember my birthday or the kids.  He never was able to read me. Andre was slow at figuring things out.  Andre’s mind was like a blank slate. I got tired of feeling in the pieces of the puzzle.  It appeared as though Andre got along with his partners and he would rather be with them more than me. I always felt the people around Andre guarded him. There were times I felt l excluded.  There was so much I thought Andre should know but he didn’t understand.  Did you try to explain it to him? No! So you just assumed Andre knew.  You said you got tired of feeling in the pieces of the puzzle. I meant I just went ahead with my own program. At this point, I was so frustrated.  I stop caring. Andre could figure out his own program.  He never saw the writing on the wall.

What do you mean by the writing on the wall?  I decided to leave him. Where did you move to? Did you take the kids? No! I couldn’t afford to financially leave at the time because I was not financially able. My body was still located at the same address but my mind had moved out. So when I got financially able I would pack my bags and move everything which included my body,  kids,  and all. I decided I would put him through a living hell.  Did you ever stop and think Andre may have felt as if he was in a living hell?   He loved you but it was so much in your relationship which needs to be pointed out and explained.

What attracted you to Andre? He acted like a big kid. It may not have been an act. What do you mean?  Did Andre need more guidance or direction than any of your other male friends? Yes, but a lot of times I played it off and thought he was being silly.  Andre appeared to be so immature.   I thought Andre wanted me to run the show.  Now that I am reflecting back on our relationship I did make the majority of the decisions. So you were the one who always had a plan. That is right. Andre would always tell me to go ahead and do what makes me happy and he would be happy.  Whenever we got into the planning phase he would get frustrated. What happens next? I would get angry and tell him I would do it myself. How did he react? He would retreat to his man-cave and would not come out for hours. Sometimes he would go sit in the park and listen to his iPod.  Was Andre angry when he returned home?   No, it was as though he had forgotten what happen or he just did not want to discuss the issue.  His favorite saying was, “Let’s not do this again, I hate repeating myself.”  One thing I did learn you could never win an argument it would go on and on. Andre knew a lot of information. You just had to cut him off when the conversation seemed to be going nowhere.  Did he get mad? No! The conversation would end. He would move to the next topic.

How did Andre react toward the kids?  He was great with the kids. As a matter of fact, he was the biggest kid of all.  So why were you so hell-bent on destroying the relationship and keeping him away from his children. I didn’t feel as though I  knew how to be a good wife. What did you feel like? Honestly! I felt more like I needed more attention but he was draining the life out of me. Andre was the 3rd child. Did you ever seek to counsel?  No!  I had become so frustrated I  just wanted out. Did you ever think Andre needed help with his mental processing? I don’t know, by this time I felt so worn down the only option for me was to get a divorce.

After Andre and I got a divorce he went into a deep depression. His sister stepped in and she immediately sought out help. How did you feel about his sister?  I was so jealous of her because she always had Andre’s back. Did she take sides in the marriage? No! She was always trying to give me advice on things that could help us get through the rough spots. It made me think she was always around the corner. I was his wife and I wanted her to back off. This may sound so wrong but I felt at the time he got what he deserved. It was very wrong.  It took Andre about 6 years to recover himself. He remained a good father and he continued to support me and the children. Andre wrote a book on his struggles and the new women in his life. He told of how she helped him recover through his crisis. I was pissed and went into a rage. Why?  It felt as though I was invisible and our marriage had never existed.  His life took a different path.  He had become successful and moved on.I felt isolated and left behind.  What did you do? I took him back to court.  I was so angry and so determined to destroy Andre. The judge ruled in his favor and my request for additional child support was denied.

I went home and I thought the only recourse to take was denied him the right to see the children. The kids began to turn on me and began to express how they hated staying with me. Their school grades began to drop. Trouble began to show up on my doorstep. The rebellion was on. They wanted to see their dad. I realized I had messed up. What made you change? He invited me over so we could talk about the kids. I was very reluctant to go. I went and his wife, Sandra answered the door.   I held my breath. She was really friendly. She escorted me into the dining room. I was feeling very nervous and anxious. Andre came out and gave me a big hug. He really looked happy. I could not sense any resentment or hostility from Andre nor his wife. He began to talk about the kids and how he missed them. There was such a glow in his eyes. I began to feel horrible for robbing him of his time with the kids. Sandra, Andre’s wife,  went on and on about the kids and how they were her big helpers. As I watch both of them together I realize she understood him.  Sandra responded to Andre in a manner that I had a very difficult time with.   My heart was put at ease.  Sandra was good for Andre. As the evening came to a close Sandra got up to go into the kitchen to bring out her surprise dessert. She had baked a red velvet cake. I love red velvet cake. Inscribed in the middle of the cake it said,  “The Men Who Transcends Respect, Support And Love Their Children And Families To The End. Happy Father Day!”

Doug McMillon, Ceo of Walmart,  I have read the Syllabus, SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES, WAL-MART STORES, INC. v. DUKES ET AL.    I just wanted to add to the Roberts Courts decision-making process. This is how it looks from the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART.  Doug McMillon, it just can’t be all about WAL-MART.   The CEO stepped upon the stage and had a YOUTUBE MOMENT.  I am not a HATER. Two thumbs up and a WOOPTY-DOO for the Walmart stock associate, IWALANI JANANN MUIFA OPUPELE PSZYK who was promoted to an assistant manager.  The video Walmart Associate Receive Promotion Live On Stage gave validation to the unjust ways of  Wal-Mart’s promotion practices.   The native-born Hawaiian moves from store 1456 in Evanston Wyoming to store 1461 in Rock Springs Wyoming.

Now let me move this story over. There are so many associates across the nation who has been standing in line and waiting for years for their turn to be promoted into a program which is practically non-existence due to their race.  The associates who do their jobs so well are tight cast in.  It is a detrimental sin. Associates have stood by and watch management’s Families, Bro’s, and In-laws (FBI)  crush their dreams while they are pushed back to the floor to remain.  Near the end of their shift, they had to go to the back room and bend once again.

Reading through the Syllabus, the Ceo, Doug McMillon, demonstrated the following on stage.  The appointment of an associate for the assistant manager program carried out by the tap on the shoulders whether they deserve it or not.   I am not saying she doesn’t deserve it. Did Doug McMillon stop and think about all the associates that have worked for WAL-MART for many years vs. two years?   Dreams shattered and stolen for all the associates who will be overlooked because there is no real assistant manager program to apply for. What are the criteria for the assistant management program?  What will IWALANI JANANN MUIFA OPUPELE PSZYK training consist of?   There is no written information on what she will be training for.  How can other associates apply?  Where is it posted? Is it on the Wal-Mart wire? Anytime management wants to pull a rabbit out of their  A.. they will. WAL-MART has the rights to change their policy and procedure at any given TIME to benefit their needs. “WAL-MART works for WAL-MART.”  Wal-Mart has a No-Fault Policy.  The state I live in, which is Missouri, is a No-Fault State.   It will never be Wal-Mart’s fault.  Why?  You can terminate your relationship with Wal-Mart at any TIME for no reason. Wal-Mart can divorce you any TIME for no reason and keep all their money throughout the entire season. I want to make it clear to Robin Thicke, Harry Connick Jr., Sarah McLaughlan, and Pharrell who sings Happy. Next TIME you guys get your A…on stage please do your research and learn this company has treated many of their associates, especially women,  pretty D… Crappy.

It has nothing to do with Wal-Mart D…  size.  It keeps the associates in the dark and confused by all the LIES. This Behemoth is a true monster but Walmart keeps it legal.  The Roberts Court is not Ladybug friendly.  It has swooped down like an eagle.  The Roberts Court has adjusted its safety belt and voted against women so they cannot find their way around the town. The great directional boulder has been removed and the Roberts Court is taking strategic steps to take Title Vll Of The Civil Rights Act Of 1964 down.  Who will the people turn to if EEOC is kicked out the door?  The Roberts Court will win a victory and the laws quote the raven,  “Nevermore.”  The Women Of Walmart who filed workplace discrimination will dance to Beyonce Run the World(Girl).  Wal-Mart v. Dukes must go forward to give the same pay and promotion to women a Rump-Shaking Twirl.   The Roberts Court has weakened the laws in Wal-Mart v. Dukes. Didn’t the Koch Brothers and Citizen United follow the same suit? The Roberts Courts have not invested in the people as far as my lens can see. The Roberts Court has turned their backs and invested in the money tree.  Why was Clarence Thomas ever in this case? Doesn’t he have a problem with women and race?

MC HAMMER broke it down to the  ADAM’s FAMILY GROOVE.  We do what we want to do and say what we want to say.   We are the WAL-MART FAMILY. Keeping it legal is their key. Are they wrong? Yes!  Internally Wal-mart is out of step with today.   Did they listen to their lawyer they hired years go to cut out the BS? NO! Wal-mart VCR is flashing 12:00. The Operational Manuel is Home Office Operating everything and taking responsibility for  NOTHING. D…! I hope this help the Roberts Court with their decision-making process.  If Judge Roberts worked in this store he would realize racism is alive and will continue to thrive. Racism has not taken a nose dive.

1.) Store #2857 has a 90 day treatment program. New associates are hired and fired before, on and after 90 days. It is impossible for all the new hires to have an attendance problem or productivity problem when they have never been properly trained.  What! The majority of these associates were African Americans and other diverse races. This is very important. Some of the associates were not allowed to get their exit papers. Whatever is written on your exit papers determine whether you will be rehired at Wal-Mart in 30 days.  Longtime associates that are fired can now be rehired at a much lower wage.  Associates  will be in a total rage. To later find out their exit papers were written dirty to enslaved and caged. This is not an OPPORTUNITY when you are fired to later find out you have been robbed from another job.  Shut Up!

2.) It shouldn’t take years to become a cashier. One young lady who is a stocker has waited years and years to be trained on the register.   At least 8 years that I know management has held this young lady, (Samka) back.  She asked and beg but have received nothing but static and  flack. The door greeter, JESUS, wants to come inside out of the rain.  He only wants to be trained in another area in the store.  My GOD! Can this Brother be placed at the door? The carts and the weather has taken its toll.  Jesus little old soul has been drenched and is cold.  You would not believe how hard the associates work and bust their A..  These associates should never have been bypassed. It is TIME for their Pay and Promotion without a doubt or a notion.  Supreme Court Justice John Roberts is there any way to set the wheels of Justice in Motion?   CEO Doug McMillon this is why Wal-Mart is sued and the court cost can run into billions. It has nothing to do with WAL-MART being so BIG. It has everything to do with how Unfair Labor Practices are rigged. There is no Justification for RETALIATION and DISCRIMINATION.  No company should to be too BIG to be tried, convicted, and JAILED.  There should NEVER be a company too BIG to FAIL. This is a special SHOUT OUT to Senator Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts, Attorney General Eric Holder, and Secretary of Labor, Thomas Perez, and Senator Bernie Sanders.

3.) Speaking of old, Victor  Salve (Jack), Vicky Salve (Janice, Sue, me) and the rest of the gang who are no longer the BOLD  AND THE BEAUTIFUL.   We are  viewed by Wal-Mart as the OLD and LESS DUTIFUL.  Why?  We can think.   Our VERA WANG SWANG is gone and management thinks we stink.  We are no longer the anointed. Why? Our bodies are laced with liniment and  ointment.   Age plays a big factor. Seniority has no place. If you are salary capped (you must be white) you have run your last race. African Americans don’t make it that far. Why? We are forced out, fired, and if you are Black you are made to feel like you ain’t no superstar.

4.) In the 13 years I have worked for Wal-mart there were only 6 black assistant managers.  What happen?  Well, One stepped down and was force out. Three transferred with no hope and lots of doubt.  Co-managers was the position they all hope to be. They did not get a pat on the back,  a tap on the shoulder, no YOUTUBE MOMENT to see.  It was all downhill for at least 7 years. An African-American has arrived, oh my dear! Mr. Ricky started his TIME overnight. Not one white male assistant manager had to deal with this fight. Why did the store manager not start Mr. Ricky off right?  Every white male and  white female assistance manager started in the day. I hope Mr. Ricky is not being set up for failure and can continuing his stay. Do Say! Do Say!

5.) To Emanuel, Rose, Solome, Japanese, to our latest cashiers Brie and Ashley. I have fought for years and years over all the horrible controversy.  This is for all of the overnight crew. Your Promotion and Pay Increases are long overdue. It is Time for you guys to take a stand and fight. Do not waver,  do not accept NO for an answer nor take flight.  Do not crumble, stutter or stumble. In life risks are taken and one will fumble. Tony,  Daniel, Brady, it all feels so rotten, messed up and shady.  You guys are pretty D… smart. The tap on the shoulder for the assistant manager who was chosen didn’t come close and they aren’t the state of the arts.

6.) CSM Marie, I am so sorry you have been treated so poorly.  Just remember one thing I truly adore you.  It is has only been 3 months and you put in for a transfer. When a transfer is pending you may get deferred. CSM Cynthia I will miss you too. Has it only been three months?  I hated they kept you out to the floor and not let you come up to the front. Just to let you know there is always a target on my back.  Every new management that comes into their job is to get promoted by attacking the one who is Black.

7.) Baby BOI from the grocery side. You lost your whole night crew. Every one of the 6 Blacks were under surveillance. What the Ha-Hell did they all do?  About 6-8 cashiers were fired all at one given TIME. The majority were mostly black. Can somebody tell me what’s up with that?   It’s a shame and a D… crime. This is the moment you would not believe. I am tired of being deceived. ZMS Jackson understands how we are perceived. It keeps us down so we can’t succeed. Certain Co-Managers has told the floor trained associates not to come to the register when I call. So now WAL-MART is in the business of not serving the customers at all. Our front end is rated by Consumer Report 67 out of 100 stores with poor customer service support. Wal-Mart is not standing tall. Do you really think this company is too big too fall?

8.) What really hurts me most of all. I know my back is up against a brick wall.  This is what the FLIP SIDE of the CHART needs to see.   This Wal-Mart store lack the knowledge to accommodate and hire people with disabilities. Wal-mart has not worked well with students who are trying to get their degrees.  Alisha who served this store for many years was not appropriately accommodated and needed a better deal. Like her job back for real.

9.) Yes,  I was dealt a mighty blow when the floor trained associates refuse to show. The customers cut coupons, and price match adds. What! Walmart not serve the people, D… this is really bad.  The Assistant Manager stated I had only one single skill set. It was communicating and serving the people. I guess my job has been met. I serve the people and I have no regrets. See Chris Mathews when I asks too may question like Why, Why not, What if.   I have failed to follow Directives. Brian Murphy watch and see what I will get. It is not a lack of curiosity. The order came from the top.  CC doesn’t want to take responsibility. Just like Wal-Mart, we all know they are both guilty.  The shoe is about to drop.

Sooo NAN ARON and KATRINA VANDEN HEUVEL this is another Wal-Mart story. The Roberts Court needs to come to their senses and send  DUKES out in a blaze of glory.  This is my footprint in the sand to encourage my employees to take a stand.  Title VII of the Civil Rights Act Of 1964 will regain its strength and run the marathon length so the Roberts Court will be unable to say “nevermore.”

Just Last Wink And A Few Blinks Ago__Eye Guide

What did you do with the other story?  It’s there  What made you change your mind?  The last visit to the eye doctor. What happen?  Everything!  I got into this conversation and I thought if I get out of this office with my eyeballs attached to my head  I will be batting more than 1000. Was it intense?  Intense isn’t the word. It changed the meaning of See all you can See. Here was this young African-American male explaining to me what will happen once I go beyond the door. He was so encouraging and so knowledgeable about eye diseases. He stated he was not diagnosed early with glaucoma. When he was diagnosed with glaucoma it had taken a toll on his left eye and it was beginning to work on his right eye.  He shared some very interesting information.  He stated depending on your race, open-angle glaucoma is 3 times more likely to affect African Americans and 6 times more likely to cause blindness in the African-American community compared to non-Hispanics whites. Is that the type of glaucoma he had?  He mentioned pigmentary glaucoma, secondary glaucoma, congenital glaucoma,  and we got off into the different types of treatments.  To be honest with you I don’t recall him saying what type of glaucoma he had.  I remember him saying whenever he was active his eyes would hurt. He did say his eyes would get red.  There was Times he felt nauseated and he would vomit a lot. He said he no longer could see out of the side of his eyes and everything looked like he was seeing through a tunnel. Then the lights went out in his left eye.

This young man got into the Did you know conversation. Whew! If I didn’t know I know now. He said the reason why so many people go blind is they do not follow their doctor’s plan especially taking the eye drops. Most people feel no pain so they think they’re okay. They stop taking the medicine and so much damage is done to their eyes. It gets too late and the damage cannot be reversed.  Stick to your treatment. Find out how long the treatment will last. What do you do if your eyes are not responding to treatment?   Do you need a special diet?  Can exercise help my condition? If I continue to drive are there any extra precautions or special arrangements I  should make. I noticed it was many people scheduled.  It takes 2 or 4 hours per person. I truly appreciated the conversation. It was this young man was trying to prepare me.  He sensed I wasn’t afraid.  Why?  I came prepared with those questions people are afraid to ask.  Whatever the doctor rolled out on me I was going to make the doctor sing Michael Jackson’s Let’s Dance Let’s Shout Shake Your Body Down To The Ground.  I care about my Eye Guide and all the people, places, and things I have not seen before the Wink goes on the Blink. Here are some of the questions you need to ask your doctor.

1.) What is glaucoma?

2.) What type of glaucoma do I have?

3.) What causes glaucoma?

4.) Was it another condition that causes me to have glaucoma?

5.) Is glaucoma hereditary?

6.) Can diabetes, vascular disease, or hypertension cause glaucoma?

7.) What is eye pressure?

8.) What is the range of eye pressure?

9.) How often should ones eye pressure be measured?

10.) How much damage has been done to my optic nerve?

11.) What is my prognosis?

12.) What type of treatments are available?

13.) Do we take the next step and move to laser if the medicine (eye drops) doesn’t work?

14) Shouldn’t  surgery be the last recourse? Why?

15.) What happens if I  go without treatment?

16.) What types of medication are offered?

17.) What are the results of the medications and side effects?

18.) How will this medication interact with other prescription medicines I’m taking?

I felt it was an honor for this young man to reach out and try to comfort me. One of the greatest honors in my life are the people who have included me in their lives.  They were born blind, had eye injuries that later caused blindness but still, they were willing to share their experiences with me. They were not bitter.  Strange how we look through our lens and do so much damage to our perception by sending the wrong message to our brain using the wrong elements of HATRED blocking the fluids in the eye.  Hatred is not a medication that can cure any disease. Hatred is not a POWER that can lift one out of poverty. Hatred cannot bring success but only duress.  Hatred is the key element for absolute BLINDNESS. Hatred has led men who have never fought in a War to leave a Soldier behind which is AB-SO-LUTE-LY MINDLESS. Hatred is the Cadillac of Cataracts to denounce the individuals whose skin is of Ebony, Bronze, and Ivory.   Stale Old White Men with profound Glaucoma needs emergency surgery.  What happens when you cannot look through the lens of one’s eyes and accept change or diversity? The pressure builds up and before you know it Hatred has destroyed your perception of we the people, our nation, and the presidency who has been all he could be.  It was Just Last Wink And A Few Blinks Ago__Eye Guide has given me another life’s lesson to See all that one can See.  Truthfully!

 

Open Mind, Open Heart__Open Door

Absolutely not!  I will not say this is a poor choice for a song to use as an example. On the Flip Side Of  The Chart, I could have stated you have the characteristic of NLD. In the case of SLIM SHADY, Marshall Mathers aka EMINEM, basically states don’t go hating, imitating, or race-baiting because it is all about diversity.  Focus on being true to yourself so you don’t feel the need to hide from oneself. These elements can reach out and touch me, you, and many folks across the sea. This is just another form of AT&T.  In the case of NLD (Nonverbal Learning Disability), I will lay it out so you can see.

  • I did not send you to school for 12 years of your life and college for you, not development friends and relationships.
  • We are dealing with the social/emotional aspect of your life.

It doesn’t matter what I have known or how long. What mattered was embracing the fact you made a life choice you could live with. Embracing your decision would never take away from the fact that you are my daughter. It is impossible to separate Blood of my Blood and Flesh of my Flesh.  I have stated on many occasions we can only live one life at a TIME. There are people in our society who feel the need to live your life when they have made such poor choices of living their own life.   Do you know how hard it is for some people to make a decision knowing there may be consequences and they can become an outcast?  Think about the people who are judged unfairly, outcasts because they process information, their environment, and the people within their environment differently.  Being born with an extraordinary mind, unique abilities, and multi-level learning style should give the people who are diagnosed with other exceptionalities and NLD an Inclusive Community.    It is not their choice to be ISOLATED. It is not their choice to fail.  Do you think your brother wants to be viewed as the odd man out or the nerd machine because of his UNINTENTIONAL NEUROLOGICAL BEHAVIORS?   It is understood by me, others, and the psychological community your brother and those who share his playground are not Emotionally Disturbed. The flesh of my Flesh and Blood of my Blood not one ounce of TIME need be wasted because of your life choice. Not one ounce of TIME should be wasted because of what he was born with and the struggle with his decision-making process.  Not one ounce of TIME should be wasted if a person is in an accident,  suffer a stroke,  a gunshot wound to the head, and it alters their lives forever. Do you throw the love and support away because what once had the appearance to be normal and accepted by our society is no longer.  Mark Kelly and Congressman Gabby  Giffords along with Robin Roberts, Ellen DeGeneres,  Quincy Jones and many others were faced with adversities and they hung tough.   TIME can be added to one’s LIFE when you Open Mind, Open Heart__Open Door.

What happens when he reads about me or himself?  Will he be ashamed of me? Will he be saddened and view himself differently? Will he think I have deceived him?

You would only deceive yourself.  He already knows.  He has never stopped loving you. You always have supported him and he has stated he will be there for you. When you got into fights in school he would always say, “My sister rolled out somebody today because they tried to say something crazy about me.”  The hardest lesson was teaching him and you it was not the way to handle the situation. Especially in this day and age of gun violence.   It is a life lesson for your brother to look down on this paper and to know that he has a support system. It is an ultimate life lesson for your brother to look down on this paper and not look down on his life. It is a life lesson when you circulate love, acceptance, adaptability.  I was never able to pimp the wings of untraditional/nonconservative methods. It helps lengthen and strengthen my playing field. Will the choices one make cause friction?  Why? Will the choices one is unable to make causes friction? Why?  The choice you made led people to perceive you as different. Being born with what people perceive as different or fail to understand is not a choice of the individual who is born with differences.  Faulty perception rests on the head of the perceiver and one who is perceived as different. UNINTENTIONAL vs INTENTIONAL! Will it be Gravity?  Will it be Friction?

My greatest life lesson for today and going FORWARD is making the decision, accepting the decision and to know it can or will be consequences for my life choices.  I will cease to fear to address who I am and I will no longer hide behind what others desire for me to be. My life is not a covert operation. I will no longer slither through the back door.  I will Open Mind, Open Heart__Open Door. What brought you to this brink of accepting what people fear so much?

Learning the lesson of Losses and how to respect the Loss as a gain. Sitting in the front row or in the CHAIR knowing I gave it my all and I did my best.  There shall be no regrets.  When people demanded 100% I knew in my heart where to stop so I would not drop at the end of the day. The demand for 100% was their perfect.  They had to deal with their perfect because it only involved satisfying them and no one else.  I am not perfect and one should never give it all away.   Embedded into one’s soul something needs be left to fight back.   I know what 100% looks like for me and it is caring for others.  You have to be able to identify UNREALISTIC DEMANDS. Those who are unable to identify the UNREALISTIC DEMANDS need to have them pointed out by someone who can be trusted.   You land in tattered shoes and you must choose. Reality is the shock of one’s dues.   I would be able to take the loss and learn the lesson to gain and maintain my strengths. The loss would tilt the needle toward my weakness. In return change and adaptability would shift the needle and strengths would be built.  You know what Boo Boo? You think this is Happy Mother’s Day. No sweetheart!  I am so Happy to be your mother and proud of your life choices 365 days out of the year.  Well, most of your decisions. Open Mind, Open Heart__Open Door.

 

Unjustifiable__Negative Evaulations

You are you and I am me.
Evaluations should be based on INDIVIDUALITY.
Your performance should not be based on a group.
Sooo I would collect from all the D… troops.

It is like treason which is unreasonable because this BROTHER is done.

You suffer for years and years, isolated and left lonely.

#2857 Disruptive Innovation___Those Who Are Disruptive

Today is the day of resurrection. Yesterday was Easter Sunday and it is TIME to rise from the grave on mighty Monday. The nail holes in the palm of my hands were deeply driven. The impression of the thorns upon my forehead mounted my skull like a perfect crown. The stone was quite heavy to move but it is TIME to lift the burden of many. By now you understand my favorite question is WHY, Why Not and What If the Sh.. works. Doubtful Thomas no need to Doubt. The Do Nothing People have lost their Clout. Just like 8 million+ on Obamacare. Yes, being creative and gaining the TRUST of the people is pure empowerment and Healthcare will do its share. Sure the people who ask those WHY questions get on the nerve socket. This goes out to all the negative minds and nonbelievers who totally Dissed. Taking the Risk turned into heavenly Bliss. This is SHO-NUFF Disruptive Innovation if one must insist.

It is all about discovery or exploring the world around you to become the new Wrecks-N-Effects person who is so driven to Rump Shake the World Up. On The Flip Side Of The Chart, Christopher Columbus can’t get into his costume in a timely manner to explore. Connecting the dots on issues that are totally unrelated makes it hard for Christopher Columbus to navigate his world. He has a problem with TIME, boundaries (people included), judging/calculation and organization. If you try to change his outfit into Madam Frankenstein the experiment will blow the lab apart. Why? It is simple. Moving from old to new concepts or doing things in an untraditional manner with alternative methods causes one to be unable to adapt to change, transition into a new role, and be creative. Don’t forget the eyepatch over one eye which causes faulty perception. Whatever Christopher Columbus observes may cause his behavior to DISRUPT because he is not getting the full picture. Unintentional Disruption! The socialization process or networking will be cut short.

The bees wings are clipped and there will be no spreading of pollen. Reproduction of innovative ideas will cease to exist and growth will not transform the mind into a flower that will blossom due to ISOLATION. The questions asked by Christopher Columbus will not be altered nor paraphrase making him out to be rude, discourteous, and challenging the ones who feel they should not be challenged. Attention to detail digs deep into the soil and plows out the weeds. How will you behave? How will your mental processing be influenced? How will your life skills and social skills be affected? Why do we do the things we do?

Flip this over and go to the opposite end of the spectrum. Take the characteristics of becoming Madam Frankenstein, connecting the dots to related/unrelated issues and make the associations, observe through a new pair of eyeglasses instead of the eye patch. Have you got on your lab jacket? Are you ready to experiment and try new ideas? From old to new will get you through if you’re willing to try. Being able to mix it up with Black to Beige, to Brown. You let the world know you are down with the LGBT community and there are no frowns. Inclusion is the process of cross-pollination from race to race, culture to culture, and from sea to shiny sea. The wings are attached to the bee. Hit or miss taking the risk to challenge the challenger but in return to constantly challenge oneself. The breeze of knowledge whisk through the mind to change the way people look at the world, what can be done differently with speed and accuracy, and how people learn. Disruptive Innovation plays the greatest part in WHY, WHY NOT, and who said it won’t work. Don’t give me that What if Sh… unless it is on a positive note. What if it becomes a success? Did you try? Why Not?

Do you see the number in front of Disruptive Innovation? I thought I would be creative and an innovator. It is the store location of the Walmart I work in. I think this is region 43. Glenda Davis and Jarrod Jones (816-246-6364) would be the contact person for Home Office. Doug McMillon, CEO of Walmart and Bill Simon, U.S. President, and CEO, I have been through the open door so many TIMES and now it feels like our DO-NOTHING CONGRESS. Many years ago I was told by a manager that has transitioned out of the store, “Walmart works for Walmart” and not for you. That would be me. All-righty-Now! In 2007 I filed a PD-57 Red Book against a Co-Manager. PD-57 states when it is necessary to conduct an investigation regarding possible violations of Walmart policies, the investigation should be handled promptly and thoroughly. I guess HOME OFFICE did not feel the need for necessity. Therese Renzetti is still there to this day. My request fell through the crack. This Co-Manager got so many complaints and finally, she had to go to classes to learn how to interact with people (associates and management team). From that day forward a pattern of constant abuse, retaliation, psychological duress and a negative campaigns was set into motion against my son, me, and many of the associates who are berated by Co-manager Therese Renzetti. This one is for Secret Agent RA-RA. Remember the lady who made the promise to State Representative Bill Kramer and United State Senator Ron Johnson who knew about Bill Kramer’s behavior. Everyone knows but nothing is being done. Hold that thought. On April 24th it will be Time to evaluate my son. Up 99 TIMES. Shot down 99 Times. Enough is Enough! The President only does 2 terms and I have served 3 and 1/2 terms at Walmart. Eric Holder, Attorney General stood his ground against Darrell Issa, chairman of the Government Reform Committee. Harry Reid, Senator Majority Leader stood his ground against Mitch McConnell, Senator Minority Leader. President Barack Obama stood his ground with Congress, the Supreme Court, John Boehner, Speaker of the House, Vladimir Putin and many others. He is still standing. Therese Renzetti has never ceased her abuse and her management by intimidation and retaliation. I will stand my ground because the psychological trauma has been profound.

On April 9th, I stood my ground against a member of management, Richard Fransen, who talked down to me and said I had poor planning. At night we pulled the registers and he got angry because HE did not ask if the register had money in it. He rung the customer out and had to go get a bag of money to pay the customer $4.85. I took care of the customer. Another customer had to leave a cashier’s line because she did not have a liquor license. Richard Fransen did not have a liquor license and I addressed him. One week later on Wednesday the 16th, on the same day, Richard Fransen gave me a negative evaluation. He stated I would never exceed expectation and he called me weak. The Co-manager tried to say it was his opinion and it does not reflect the way she feels. Wow! Richard Fransen did not have a liquor license on Wednesday, April 9th. He came up to the register for Support manager’s Jacob alcohol and passed liquor over the counter on April the 17th. I hope he had a liquor license. It should be mandatory for any employee that comes in contact with alcohol should have their liquor license. Why did Richard Fransen do my evaluation when on several occasion he had coached my son and cut his work hours? I was given a verbal for 8 minutes, another associate was given a verbal for  22 sec. and once again my son was coached for 11 mins. You see where this pattern is going.

You know what is poor planning. When it is the Easter holiday weekend and there are no cashiers to meet the customer’s demand. #2857 is 67 cashiers down. Management is down 300 hours nightly. Friday #2857 had 7 call-ins. The grocery side is terribly understaffed. There is no proper equipment to clean the store. Our store is dirty. #2857 have no good walkie stacker. A trash compactor is always breaking. If you had equipment who would work it? The grocery side suffers. Our cash registers are broken and the band played on. The store manager walks around making the rules as he goes and does D… well what he pleases. His threatening behavior has overwhelmed the associates? Do you really think they would protest or stage a boycott against #2857? What is a democracy? It must be pretty tough living in Michigan where every day of your life there are those emergency manager laws and no D… emergency. Home Office! For real, When Randall Addison has plowed up the condos and rules from the mansion. Retaliation will come to those who reach out to HOME OFFICE. The new rule under the open door policy should state the doors of the church is open to whom you trust. Who in their right D… mind want to see the member of management dress in the HIGHLANDER OUTFIT. The one who is causing the DISRUPTION.

You talk about TRUST Doug McMillon. In your TV interview, you stated TRUST was a huge issue. I left a notebook on top of the podium only to have my rights violated and page 3 torn from my book. That didn’t take long. I called for the book on Sunday at 12:38p.m. The CSM said the book was not there. I called back and the book was returned at Sunday at 11:55p.m. Since the page was torn I will continue to stand my ground on the Store Manager’s Behavior. David Corn, Chris Hayes, Steven Kornacki I will move this story to #1802 SW Wanamaker Road Topeka, Kansas (785-271-6485) where Randell Addison was the store manager. Bring back the story. I know the story. The story has not changed neither the abuse. Why would Doug McMillon bring a store manager from another store off the clearance wall to inflict pain, humiliation, guilt, and shame on another store? Why are you recycling Managers who are so Disruptive and not Disruptive Innovators? No one will stand up because of FEAR and the FEAR of losing their job. I am not afraid. The suffering in the store has been great and it is TIME to bring in your problem solvers. It is bad when the customers start making negative remarks about how they hear the store manager talk and disrespect his management team. I have been told of the horrible backlash I will receive. Too late I have lived it already.

Doug McMillon and Bill Simon are you excited about the stores abroad and the stores at home are left to suffer? Doug McMillon talked up the UK. Bigger is not always better. Big Stores are layered with the same Traditional Icing internally while the new cakes of today use mousse instead of icing. If you try Nutella Spread with roasted almond with coconuts it pretty darn tasty too. Too many of the older associates are being banished. Just because you see the white or gray hair it doesn’t mean we are not the great problems solvers. We are not ready for the nursing home. We could be the next Disruptive Innovator with wisdom to Boot. Walmart has a Horrible Image Problem and has lost their Legacy. How will you go about solving this problem? In the April edition of Shop Smart on page 8, Whatever you do, if you really short on TIME, skip Walmart, which got the most complaints about not having enough checkout lanes. I guess a person isn’t shopping smart if they shop at Walmart. Check this out. In the May Edition of Consumer Report on page 21, Walmart is ranked 67 at the bottom of the list. Wow! It got dark circles under its eye. My Evaluation reflects it is all my fault for not controlling the lines. I get an F in May too when it is only April. Man! I’m not in every store. I don’t do the scheduling nor the hiring and firing. So now it’s all my fault. Soooo… did management supply me with the necessary means to do an effective job? Not if I got an F in May already. Dang! I can’t control what I have not been given. Where does that leave the manager Team? On the register to be punished for their evaluation for not getting their job done. Management will never exceed expectation if they are set up for failure. You call this an Opportunity. The same vicious cycle happens to floor trained associate who cannot complete their job for being on the register. It will take the floor, cashiers and other employees forever to climb out of the poverty level if you locked down their salaries, downgrade them on evaluations, and continue to cost the taxpayers $6.2 billion in Public Assistance.

Every person has to do their fair share. Does Walmart start from the Top down? The President starts from the Middle out. Well, since I’m the low man on the totem pole I guess I need to start my program from the bottom up. Looky Here! Looky Here! There is a man on every base. Doug McMillon your overall salary was 9.6 million dollars last year. Bill Simon salary was broken down like this. Simon salary was 899,732. His bonus was 3,558,426. Was it fair for Marissa Alexander to be faced with a sentence of 60 years by Judge James Daniel for standing her ground? Who the hell is the VICTIM? Is it fair for the State Attorney in Florida, Angela Corey, to ever be allowed to prosecute another D… case? The judge considered the AFFLUENT with UNIQUE CIRCUMSTANCES. So INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS are masked and our JUST US Stale Old White Men is rolling in dough and paying the SUPREME COURT JUSTICES to uphold the Stale Old White Men Constitution. It is TIME to pull up the robes of Supreme Court Justices Anthony Scalia, John Roberts, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito and check to see if they have any BALLS to do what is right for the people and the nation. It is also TIME to check the BALLS of Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy to see what PENDULUM his BALLS are swinging from.

They are willing to spend every dollar they earned, cheated, and stolen to keep the evolving chocolates in the shadows and behind the door. Stale Old White Men go back and add weights. We are doing people and how people are supposed to be treated regardless of color, disability, sexuality, religious beliefs, money, neighborhood and so forth and so on. I took a long deep breath as I sat next to my sons. Today was the official rollout and I needed a lot of help to get me through. As I closed my eyes tightly I reached for my heart. Where is my suit of armor? It is TIME! Why are they playing that song? That’s it! Invite the music so when I get knocked off my horse I will be able to recover my balance, reflect on the good memories and not feel the hurt and pain of today. Looking over at my sons I wanted to step into the role of Joan Of Arc. Oooh Boy! This dude on this horse was using the latest technology in horsepower. Dang his lance looks mighty sharp and extra long. The only appropriate sport suited for this occasion was jousting. I really didn’t want to participate. Sports meant everything to this mighty TRAILBLAZER. Oh No! Here it comes. Bam! I got to push back the tears so I won’t upset myself. From this angle, my sons appear to be holding up pretty good. I’m going to reach over and grab their hands so I can regroup. These two young men got some positive energy and I think I need to borrow some of their wattages before my bulb gets dim.

She was a ROADRUNNER BABY. Jr Walker and the ALL STARS threw it out there. I’m gonna live the life I love and I’m gonna love the life I live because I’m a ROADRUNNER BABY. Don’t you mean he had the skin tone of Barack Obama? Exactly! Baby, talking about LIGHT MY FIRE. I need to take a really deep breath. Let me close my eyes again. I hope they get here soon. If there were any barriers which impeded a child’s ability to learn she would bring out her Thor Hammer and tear the walls down.
