Well, Reuters, Glassdoor, and CNN Money I just want you to know CEO Doug McMillon and Walmart has a special place in my blog for Shit Hole Decisions. It took CEO DOUG McMILLON’s pay to jump from a whopping 19.4 million to 22.4 million in 3 years. What! The CEO got a 13% increase. Well, look who get a raise increase and bonus every year in a timely manner.  We know who hasn’t been with the company for 20 years.  Guess What! We also know Aka Babyface Doug McMillon will not receive an ONE TIME bonus for his service to the company for 20 years. Do the math (3 years of service}. Reuters, Glassdoor, and CNN Money can you believe an associate has to work 20 years for an ONE TIME Bonus of a $1000?  Walmart value the service of the associates at $50 a year.  Do you think this is a Shit Hole Decision.?

Walmart Corporation and Aka BabyFace Doug McMillon, CEO of Walmart, will take home the Global One-Eighty-Seven Award for the Murder of 63 Sam Club Stores from New York to Puerto Rico.  Seven Sam Store Clubs were closed in the Chicago area. Pretty nice neighborhoods. What’s Up with That?  Walmart associates are stun by these Shit Hole Decisions.  The associates are outraged by the one-time bonus and the numbers of years to obtain such a raise.  Walmart associates are pissed off at the suppressive wage (impede progress/delay or prevent development) for the countless years they spent at Walmart. Workers at Walmart realize NOW everyone at the entry-level will be paid more than the older associates. How does it feel to train a person that hasn’t been with the company for 2 minutes making more than an associate that has been with the company for 10 years or more?   The older workers feel this is another way of pushing them out of the company without a buyout or giving them an option to retire.  Do you think by getting rid of Sam Clubs Associate is Walmart’s way of avoiding paying benefits?   Who in the hell can afford to raise a child off of Wal-Mart so-called one-time pay increase?  Hours will be cut. The majority of managers step down to regular associates from the stress of Walmart not providing the appropriate tools to be successful in their job.  All the associates who are afraid to speak out just process what Walmart did to Sams Club.  Will store 2857 have a yellow ribbon wrap around the building for the latest crime scene? Did any of the Sams Club Stores try to form a union?  Every day when an associate pulls up on the parking lot they will wonder will their store be next.

What do Walmart associates have to lose by speaking out?  Your job could be the next One-Eighty-Seven.  I do not like those yellow vest.  If Home Office control the heat, the water, the toilet paper don’t let them control your breathing and your Voice. Stop being afraid and learn and know your rights. The Harassment, The Retaliation, The Bullying has to end. Time is truly up. The Me Too Movement is not just for the Recognizable Hollywood Swingers but for the Unrecognizable and for as Sly Stone would sing Everyday People. The Times Up MoveMent welcome you with open arms. The Seen and Not Heard will be Heard and Seen. If the associates want to start their own movement, get on it. Walmart has its website and their own radio station. This could be the associate’s hashtag CYA. Walmart Associates Movement could be COVER YOUR ASS.

Walmart Works For Walmart not for the associates.   Same deal if you have a problem and you take it to HR, Walmart Works for Walmart. So Aka Dougie Not So Fresh McMillon, CEO of Walmart, there are more movements coming into play. The Unions will not be the only ones riding your back.  To my MSNBC SWAT Team, CNN, ABC, Washington Post, Huffington Post, Daily Beast, Buzz Feed, The Root, Glassdoor,  and all the superstars of media who are under attack ask Aka CEO Doug McMillon these questions the next time he steps out front.

1.) What will Walmart do with the empty Sams Club buildings?

2.) Will these empty buildings be used for Warehouses to set up for the playbook to compete with Amazon the Great White Shark?

3.) Will  Walmart call any of the Sam Clubs Associates back?

4.) Why hasn’t Walmart stepped out front to denounce Trump Intentional Behavior because of Walmart’s 3 Basic Belief in their Company? Walmart’s 3 Basic Belief:  Serve Our Customer; Respect For The Individual; Strive For Excellence. I forgot they added the 4th one. It was Integrity. I’m still waiting for Walmart to stand by the first three beliefs. Integrity! That’s a joke.

5.) When will CEO Doug McMillon step out on the stage and say Walmart has been sold to China or maybe Russia? Who knows? They do. The Walton’s no longer own the company but has the majority of stock. Okay Then.

What is wrong with this picture?

Did you forget the millions of dollars Walmart made off of food stamps? Many of the workers carry EBT cards and receive food stamp assistance. Will the increase in their pay change the eligibility of their food stamps? Will Walmart be willing to step in and pay the difference if these associates get cut from the food stamp program?  Look at the price the associates might have to pay for Walmart Inc. and Aka BabyFace Doug McMillon Shit Hole Decision.  One Time Only Bonus can affect these associate’s livelihood.  Walmart changed their price matching policy on October the 16. The coupon policy was also changed. This took a bite out of crime. Where is the money after these losses were corrected?  How many millions did Walmart make?

The highest Award of tonight will be granted to the 1% of Walmart Corporation, Aka BabyFace McMillon, top executives and top shareholders. The Stone Cold Greed Award is the Life Time Achievement Award for not giving a damn about the associates. It also entails making sure the Rich get Richer and Walmart Corporation leads by example.  The example is Donald Trump’s, it all belongs to Trump’s Tax Break. The big money dawgs will not miss one year receiving their bonuses. For sure it won’t be a one Time Bonus. Walmart Corporation leads by example and showed the associates how Walmart really feels and who the money all belongs to.

Trump’s Penus envy button, which Cialis, Levitra, and Vardenafil cannot fix, once again let Kim Jong-un off the hook due to age discrepancy.  Before I forget, Michael Wolf,  who wrote Fire and Fury, just briefly should be informed that the childlike behavior he witnessed presents a much stronger case when you use the term developmental delays. The question to ask is: How Old Is Trump developmentally?  What level or grade level is his mental processing? Would he be capable of running the country? How pervasive are these delays?   Trump did receive the  Erectile Dysfunction and numerous dishonorable mentions for his remark on Shit Hole Countries. Trump will receive the Ignoramus Presidential Award for not knowing, not trying to find out, and not giving a damn. What Corporation lead by Example? You guess it.

It was a heartbreak Thursday night on the 11th.  What would the reaction be facing off with the associates from other countries?  Unbelievable! All those years to develop friendships and relationships and guess who drove a dagger through the heart of COMMUNICATION.  One of the associates whom I have worked with for years stated he is from Ghana. He is very proud of his country. He made it clear that the man called Trump has shamed our country and make Shit Hole Decisions.  Well, the bubble was sitting on top of my noggin and here we are with a new story.  There have been so many Shit Hole decision made by Walmart.  The new store manager, Mark Hoyt buried his head in his iPad, divided the management team due to favoritism, and continue to let Therese Renzette run the store. The last store manager, Randall Addison made it clear he ran the store and control the toilet paper. We have lost many members of management and associates based on the RULE: The RULE is stated in the story Five Days Before Christmas and once again Co-Manager Therese Renzette is the star of the Bullying, Harassment, Retaliation, Discrimination, and Race.  The focus will be on the unlawful and unethical work practice under your protected rights Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. No Corporation should be BIG TO FAIL or TO BIG TO BE SUED. These are your RIGHTS as an AT-Will Employee.

Do not let them control your VOICE, MIND, and SPIRIT. Walmart is not willing to work with you. They love setting the associates up for failure.

The commonality at store 2857 is many associates have suffered the abuse of harassment, retaliation, discrimination, bullying, and punishment by Therese Renzette. The fear has to stop and your voice can be heard. I extend an open door for the associates in automotive, hardware, sporting goods, HBA, DSD, pets, lawn and garden, the service desk, front end cashiers, CSM, support managers,  assistant managers, co-managers, Grocery associates, stockers,  produce, maintenance, Capt. Team 1 &2, Bakery, Deli, Frozen, jewelry, electronics, housewares, chemicals.  I want Total Store to share their comments on this story. Before you make your comment think about all the Shit-Hole decisions made at store 2857 that affected you socially/emotionally. The same decisions that affected you physically and financially. Take the time and make a list. Think about the one TIME bonus you are about to receive and tell me are you worth more for all those years of service. Think about the 4 years CEO Doug McMillon has been with Walmart and what he has received for deceiving the associates. Click the button, tell your story, make the comment. Let your voice be heard.  What happened in this store should never happen again. The associates do not come to work to exist in an atmosphere of fear. So why is customer service down? It comes from the beating down of associates self-esteem by divisive tools of harassment, bullying, retaliation, discrimination, race.  You are protected against this Intentional Behavior under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Name your work practice violation that was used to set you up for failure.  There are a lot of ME TOO’s at Walmart. We are ready for TIME’S UP.

The loss of really good workers seems so unreal. Included in the decision of the one time raise, co-managers would be step down from their position if they could not find a store within 3 years to be promoted to a store manager positions.  This was a very old decision in Walmart’s policy initiated many years ago.  Under the old policy, it was 2 years for the co-managers to find a store. I have tracked this stores behavior for many years and documented the behaviors of each and every co-manager, assistant,  and the store manager that has come to store 2857 in my TIME from 2001-2018. Walmart will rid themselves of 3,500 Co-Managers position. My name is Linda Garrett and I will be the first to say Therese Renzette should be the first Co-Manager to go. Therese Renzette came to Walmart in 2007. She creates an atmosphere of fear at store 2857 and nothing has changed as of this day.  DSD can back me up. Today, Time is Up. What is Walmart’s culture? Their basic belief is FAKE NEWS TRUMP STYLE.

Yes, the new dress code should be changed to black.  Our nation has been placed on a global carpet of mourning abuse, harassment, retaliation, discrimination, and race.  The associates at Walmart share a common interest with the whole world. This would be the biggest class action lawsuit in history. This takes me back http://www.afj.org  where the associates can retrieve a wealth of information about Walmart and other cases. For now, I will limit Rule 23 (Class Action: Federal Rules of Civil Procedure) to store 2857. Thanks to all the mentors for sharing your knowledge. Don’t Want To Be Unethical

It is my ethical duty to give my crew more pieces of the puzzle.   We want to come out of the fog so we won’t be so confused. No, Trump did not write his speech. His thoughts or unorganized and scattered. Whoever processes with him, interprets, or plays the role of Trump’s Grand Guardian runs the Country. The majority of the staffing mimics the behavior of Trump (non-intelligent).  Have you ever wonder why Trump is on Twitter and not on Facebook? Would you like to look at it from the brain side? Twitter is only 140 characters (left Side of brain-academic).  Facebook is unlimited characters (right side of brain-creativity).   Even to the left/Twitter, Trump never nails what he needs to say. He gets it all wrong. What has Trump revealed about his academic skills?  On the right/Facebook, there would be no joking around, and everyone would have the numbers for the Nuclear Codes. He has no pragmatic skills and only ROTE MEMORY. There will be no new learning experiences. Old experiences will not be applied to new.  Let’s go back to the part of the brain that brings new memories to the table. It is called hippocampus. Go back to Breaking News and take a brief refresher course on damages to the Hippocampus. There are others in the White House Administration with massive damages. Let me walk you through the process.

There is a process but the blueprint has changed. Who will change the landscape?  Will it be Betsy De Vos?  We got a Secretary of Education who knows nothing about education, IDEA, nor disciplinary action that falls under Procedural Safeguards. De Vos should be disciplined for taking the job.  What type of disciplinary action should be given to an individual who poses a threat to Himself, We The People, and The nation?  Would it be a 10-day suspension? Hey! Their placement would be changed to an interim alternative educational setting, another setting, or services will not be provided if drugs or a weapon is involved.  If drugs are a weapon is involved that would kick the time up to 45 days or more. Disable or not the same amount of time would be given to a person for disciplinary action.  Notification of the decision and Procedural Safeguards statements will be provided. This will take place on the date on which the decision to take action is made.  Russia was brought to the playground. So what action would be the disciplinary action of the Leader of the Free World who has Divided the United States Of America?  Compared to what has happened at the White House the fall out for disciplinary action would be monumental. No parent sends their children to school for 12 years of their life and their child never makes a friend. No President should remain in Power or in Placement who INTENTIONALLY destroys what our forefathers shed their blood and died for.  A nation built on developing RELATIONSHIPS. A Nation opening doors to Immigrants. A Nation sharing the Entrepreneurial Dream. A Nation whose cornerstone stands United so FREEDOM can Ring.

4.) dangerous student

5.) Stay-put under disciplinary action

6.) Protection for children not yet eligible for special services (those are the students not yet identified as disabled)

7.) Reporting crimes committed by students with disabilities.

8.) Define the following terms controlled substance, illegal drugs, substantial evidence, and weapons.

The process got dangerous when the School District got wind of Granny Gone Wild had the authorization to swing her ax and put on her  Hi-Lander panties.  To keep my daughter from going to jail I jumped in to become a staunch advocate for her. I could see my granddaughter big quarter shape eyes and hear her soft-spoken voice. The fight went to due process which the District tried to bypass.  The School District did not want to keep my granddaughter in her placement. I have been down this road before. Injunctive Relief Time! No, what the District was saying they are sick of me and my granddaughter. They are on their way to get TRO’S (temporary restraining orders) to become bulletproof and chew the clock down on the baby’s education. Missouri Law 536 Administrative Review puts the child in the court system until something UNFORESEEN comes up. Yeah! Right! You know the child will have another episode. If the teachers didn’t understand then what makes you think they will understand the next time. You do not want your child/grandchild to end up in a Separate Self-Contained School. The next incident could land them in the prison system. From school to the prison pipeline the new gate-keeper is Betsy Devos.  Now you know what UNFORESEEN mean.  Reminds me of NOS (not otherwise specified).

This homework assignment is strictly for the Secretary of Education, Betsy Devos. The burden of Proof lies on the School District.  Betsy Devos most recent lip flap was HBCU (Historical Black Colleges or Universities) represents pioneer of school choice. Excuse me! What Option?  It is called Discrimination.   It was building Black Universities out of necessity because Blacks should have the same opportunity to further their education like their white counterpart. Well, Betsy Devos just inserted her foot into her mouth and Videotaped her A **.  Telling Blacks this is a friendly reminder we will never be equal and don’t deserve a higher education of intelligence helps open a doorway.  Blacks are warned! Never be a PHOTO OP for Ignorant and Incompetent people.   Well, Blacks, Tan, Beige, and Brown do not wish to mimic the Ignorant and Incompetent Behavior of the Non- Legitimate President and his Failed Whitehouse Administration.  Trump has a BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Unbelievable! What happens to the Burden of Proof when you have people in position who do not know their job? The next assignment is for Congress?  What happens to the Burden Of proof when you failed to step outside and get an Independent Investigation?  I hope these guys can make a decision. This is a friendly reminder to the United States House of Representatives and the United States Senate: Warning! Warning! Danger! Danger! We have a man walking around with the Nuclear Codes in his pockets who is the biggest threat to himself. Trump can not Safeguard himself nor Proceed to Safeguard our Nation.

Have you ever notice how President Obama always wait until the crowd settles down?  Trump, The Hand That Rocks The Cradle gets in a squatted position.  He is off and running moving those hands going back and forth working up the crowd. Who is clapping for himself while speaking?  President Obama waited for the crowd to stop clapping.

Now, this is when I had my Granny Gone Wild Moment. Many years ago my granddaughter had a teacher just like Betsy DeVos. She didn’t know a D**n thing about education. I got a call at 1:37 pm basically stating my granddaughter had a Trump moment. I get to the school and there are 3 police cars. What the hell! My granddaughter was only 7 years old at the time. I notice her dress was wet in front. I thought at that moment, “I am about to go to jail TODAY.”  I ask the teacher what happened.  The teacher stated it appears EVERY TIME when my granddaughter has to go to the restroom she will get in her face, begin to grunt, fling out her hands, and shrug her shoulders in a repeated pattern.   TheBottomline it should never have been EVERY TIME. Really! I ask my granddaughter what happen.  She tried very hard not to wet on herself so she placed her hands in front to keep the other kids from noticing. She got so upset and tried to keep the monster from coming out.  She held off as long as she could. I asked her what Monster. This is what the teacher and all the kids in the room call her when she starts to grunt. Hell, I would grunt if I had made an urgent pit stop.  Snafu! Who gets the Oscar?  I know I’m going to jail TODAY. I do not wish to be the star in Orange Is The New Black.  The only thing that kept my head on my neck is when my granddaughter looked at me and said, “You can do this Granny.”  My response was, “You are not a monster and we have talked about your Tics.”  This will explain what you have seen and did not know or could not explain the behaviors which seem so strange.  I wasn’t going down without a fight but I knew in my heart I never wanted my granddaughter to return to that school. I wanted her to know I would fight for her at the drop of a dime. She would always be my princess.  Just to let you know I’m not a violent person but when it comes down to someone messing with your children or grandchildren, IT IS ON.  We will definitely address Tics and Stimming today.  It is my ethical duty.

There are common tics. Four characteristic that will help you identify tics are the age tics start, how long the tic last, the severity of tic, and whether or not it is a motor tic or verbal tic.  Tics are spasm like movements particular in the muscle. These habitual spasmodic/irregular contractions of the muscle around the facial area can also occur anywhere in the body.  Tics are harmless. Tics are not classified as an involuntary movement but unvoluntary meaning the person can suppress the tic for a period of time.  As discomfort continue to grow the action of the Tic will be performed as a relief. People get twitches confused with Tics. Twitches are isolated and their performances do not occur repeatedly. Twitches are involuntary and can not be controlled or suppressed.  Twitches are known as myoclonic jerks. Muscle twitches can involve eyebrows, neck, and mouth called blepharospasm. Benign essential blepharospasm (essential meaning unknown)  involuntary neurological movement around the eye. Stress, fatigue or inflammation can be a contributing factor.

Tics are viewed as behaviors of a person that is quirky, bizarre, idiosyncratic characteristic or obsessive/compulsive. You have provisional tics disorder which consists of multiple motor or phonics with duration of 4 weeks but less than a year. Chronic motor tics and Verbal tic disorder have either single or multiple motors but not both which can be present for more than a year. Verbal Tics are uttered sounds that don’t last long. Normal behavior and tics appear repetitive, numerous successive occurrences of the same action. A person blinking their eyes, head jerking, or constant nose movement. Complex series of movements in the same order (reach out and touch something, again and again, slap again and again, or kick out leg again and again).  Tourette syndrome is diagnosed when both motor and phonic tics are present for more that one year.  Tourette syndrome changes over time. The condition improves as the child gets older. Tic Disorder NOS is diagnosed when tics are present but did not meet the criteria for any specific disorder. There’s that NOS again. NOS just doesn’t name that tune and that is why a lot of doctors hate that tag at the end of a diagnosis.

Tics are there for the long haul. Tics are unlikely to change and cannot be removed.  There are times when people lose hope in communicating with others because their vocal tics are so uncontrollable. The COMPULSIVE and REPEATED WORDS or PHRASES takes over their communication skills leaving the person feeling very abnormal.  The end results the person stops communicating. Motor Tics include SLAPPING, JUMPING, flapping, biting, blinking, grimacing, HAND MOVEMENTS, FINGER MOVEMENT, tapping, smelling, shrugging, flicking one’s hair, sneezing, clearing one’s throat, coughing, holding one’s breath. There is more. We will not get Tics mixed up with Stimming. Tics can be mistaken for voluntary indulgence. Here’s a Flashback:

Shall we move to Stimming? We will not hang this label on the Autistic Spectrum. No more stereotyping. Stimming is short for self-stimulation of one’s behavior or activity. There are times when you need to feel in control of what you are experiencing.  Stimming helps with:

Emotional Regulation-It helps put our emotions in check without our cup runneth over. It manages the wide overload of sadness, anxiety, anger so you won’t flip the script and lose your cool. When you want to incorporate the happy feeling moment one might flap their hands, bounce, or toe walk to regulate positive behavior.

Sensory regulation-We have high stimmers and autistic individuals who experience extreme sensation (hypersensitivity). We have stimmers that experience dull or muted sensations (hypo-sensitivity). Depending on the situation or whatever senses are involved people can experience more or less of a good feeling. There are times when we want to feel in control and hold on to a consistent, familiar and good sensation. Makes me want to sing Janet Jackson’s, Control.

Social Regulation-When you are not comfortable in a social setting but want to participate. Stimming helps us to interact with others on our own terms. Introverts find ways to relieve the pressure of socializing. Some of us are social creatures who crave daily social interaction but need to stay in the moment without our pots boiling over. We have those who are ambivert (need social stimulation and the safety of isolation) who feel the need to use an escape hatch for waiting to be along or the desire to be around others.

A person of the media become so engaged, keeps bouncing up and down, hands, flying in the air, out of their chair trying to ask a gazillion questions. You look over and your mind process the Sit Your A** Down Syndrome. Now you know they are stimming or they could have Tics. Remember not to get these 2 confused.

Stimming is not to be viewed as bad or good. A good therapist would be out of their mind to discourage stimming.  Repressing stimming would be counterproductive and quite harmful. What works for one person may not work for another. Stimming should be safe. Stopping an unsafe stim will not solve the problem. Another harmful stim may occur in its place. Continue to teach new skills and process new ways of looking at people when they appear a bit odd.  I hope this helps the MEDIA and OUR NATION to get a better view of the countryside.  It is now Time for the Process to take place in removing the President. The limbic system plays a huge part in our gut feelings and survival role.  My brain was in Safety Mode.  My central nervous system wasn’t singing Boyz To Mens, End Of The Road.   President Obama was my Uber driver for motivation and learning. He kept my emotional engine running.  My Limbic System was set on cruise control.  The Limbic System structure of the temporal lobe is responsible for regulating many of our emotions, as well as forming and processing memories. It’s wasn’t all about my Limbic System.  My dawgs in the carpool, Amygdala, Hippocampus, Thalamus, Hypothalamus, Cingulate Gyrus, and Basal Ganglia all played great roles.  You got to give credit where credit is due. There are times when we need to put our brain on speed dial.  Mental shortcuts (heuristics) allow us to problem solve and make decisions quickly and effectively.  The 2 most common heuristic are availability heuristic (accessing relevant information in your mind). Representative heuristics (decision-making process by comparing the Present Day situation to mental examples in your mind). These shortcuts are designed to save on time when determining risk.  This process filter through a lot of information.  Just think if our brain had to analyze every single aspect of a situation or every decision we make.  This is a nice coping skill device to keep our brain from going into maximum overdrive. If our brain takes a walk on the wild side not a D**n thing will get done.  Whew! Makes me tired just thinking about the outcome.  Okay! Reach down into your pocket and pull out your RULE-OF THUMB. We can save on brain gas and function more effectively so we don’t blow out all of the tires having to think about everything and what will be the next step of action. Lots of people don’t have a spare in the back of their trunk or a donut. These are the people using fix-a-flat. Sir Lawrence O’Donnell can you imagine fix-a-flat brain?  Mental Shortcuts  can be dangerous and can lead to the following  BIASES:

1.) confirmation bias-People refuse to listening to the other person point of view or consider facts in a logical manner. Information given only confirms what they believe.  ex., People who feel global warming doesn’t exist and confirm their belief.  People who believe there should be no background checks for Gun control. The Wayne La Pierre Syndrome, ” the only way to defeat a bad guy with a gun is to arm a good guy with a gun”.   Trump who thinks there is voters fraud. American should be White again. Trump confirms his belief that Muslims are terrorist.  I’m not hearing it. I Did It My Way Program. Even when you know there needs to be No hearing for voters fraud, Trump needs to confirm what exist in his mind only.

2.) hindsight bias-When you here, I knew it was going to happen. I knew it all along. It was inevitable. Polls being more predictable than what they truly are. I knew it syndrome. Well, that sure in the hell didn’t happen in the 2017 elections. Just venting!

3.) anchoring bias-The first piece of information we hear. Quick decisions we make when we don’t shop around. How much are we willing to pay?  The information you give your doctor can make him susceptible/influence to make the wrong diagnosis.  When you go to negotiate for a salary increase the First Lady would say, when they go low you go high. 🙂 Just letting you know I was paying attention. How long a person expect to live? When should my kid start dating?

4.) misinformation effect-The questions contain misleading information distorted by memory. The original information got mixed up with the misleading information. The misleading information took over my memory. The misleading information is more recent. Misleading information comes to mind first.  When the incident happen the information that was important got switch around in one’s head. So now their using the misleading information to fill in the gaps.  Time, discussing the events with other people/witnesses, news (especially fake news) and excessive exposure to alternative facts plays a major role in misinformation effect. 🙂 Okay!

5.)  actor-observer bias-People can’t see their own actions or behaviors. When something goes wrong they blame their action on some outside force. ex. Danny’s teacher gives long and drawn out lectures. He failed his exam. The teacher got blamed. No! Danny A** didn’t study?  As the observer people tend to blame their actions on internal causes. John is never on time for the movies (internal) John is always so tired and sleepy.

6.) false consensus effect-over value their own opinion, Overestimate how many people beliefs, behaviors attitudes and values are the same as theirs. Overestimate the vast majority think the way they do and it will benefit their self-esteem. Overestimates the people who share your political views, share your preference. The false reality if one person support you in that particular neighborhood everyone will support you. False reality if I like it or buy it everyone should follow my lead.

7.) halo effect-overall impression impacts you evaluation process.  Physical Attractive people or more favorable. Global impact of  likable personalities. (stereotype) The smart and pretty effect. Drab and not attractive would be considered not intelligent. Employers rate eye candy as smart, competent, and qualified. Marketers get a celebrity to endorse a product and the rating goes up.

8.) self-serving bias-Give themselves credit for SUCCESS and lay the blame for FAILURES on others. TRUMP SYNDROME. LLC Incorporation! Since people became INCORPORATION let’s include Mitch McConnell (Senator Majority Leader of Kentucky), Paul Ryan (House Speaker), Reince Priebus (Chief-of-staff). This is the New Order. The self-esteem protector leads to faulty attributes such as blaming others for their shortcomings.  It also keeps the self-esteem intact by blaming a person age, gender, race, and DISABILITY.  NOT MY FAULT, NEVER! NO APOLOGIES.

Ain’t no way in the world I’m suppose to lose my house, get a divorce, diagnose with an incurable disease. You are vulnerable and suffer illusions of vulnerability. We believe we are less likely to suffer misfortunes and more likely to be successful.  What are the odds of being struck by lightning? The odds of a tornado striking because one has not hit the area you live in.  Impacts of false optimism is health risk, drinking, drugs, gambling, and smoking. The God will take care of it Syndrome. God needs your undivided attention, cooperation and participation. This Bias isn’t all bad. We need optimism with a sense of REALTY to move forward and look toward the future. Giving hope and motivation so when we do fail we will take responsibility and not blame others.

What! Trump has no THUMBS. That is NO EXCUSE he has feet. He needs to be held ACCOUNTABLE for whatever body part he has left.  Trump has more biases than what I listed.  Donald Trump stepped on a lot of toes and pissed a lot of people off. Has anyone checked on Mitt, Chris, and Rudy? We thought we give them some time and space to cool off. Well, you better ship them to Alaska because I don’t think it will be no time soon. Do you think they were committed? No!  This is what happens when Affluent Mental Illness Goes Untreated. This is the facts, not alternative facts. What is Affluent Mental Illness gone untreated? The high dollar privileged individual (Richey Rich) folks that are let off the hook for their disruptive and violent Intentional Behaviors by their peers, a judge, and society.  Even when mental illness can be a factor in their national cheerleaders don’t seem to care and encourage more negative behaviors. All sins are forgiven and it is okay for the person or persons to pay for their sins with cash, corporate credit cards donate high dollars to affluent judges or charities. The list gets better. Sleeping With The Enemy Part II influences a Nation Election being compromised.  BECOME THE PRESIDENT, LIE, CHEAT, STEAL, and even RISK the lives of the many troops for the Dumb A** oil statement.  Speaking of OIL, Trump even pissed Dick Cheney off. Wow! Cheney said he went too far on the Muslin ban. Unbelievable! Even Cheney changed his position. What do you think Sr? Chris Matthew? You think Dick just want a piece of the Spotlight? Make me smile and say CHENEY for me. Come on!

Trump does not reside in Reality Boulevard.  The President lacks information, gullible, lack wisdom, experience, lacks judgment, especially in foreign affairs. These are the components of NAIVENESS. Who can benefit from exploiting Trump deficiencies?  Say It With Me Now! Vladimir Putin! Who will feed Trump the BS he wants to here so he thinks he is King? Who wants to control the WORLD? Who played Russian Roulette with our Nation’s Election? Everyone in the Nation has witnessed Trump out of control behaviors. The media and the Democrats are looking in the wrong spot. Doctors never liked the label NOS.  To be more specific psychiatrist found it very difficult to place an individual in a diagnostic category or give the appropriate treatment. Did I use the word appropriate? Appropriate was recently captured from the dictionary and sealed in a vault. NOS affected school placement, treatment of patients, accommodation, insurance, and billing.  Yes, that special tailgate party pooper sent doctors, psychiatrist, teachers, therapist screaming and scrambling into the night. Oh, Lawd! If they had a name that tune it would have been possible for these physicians and practitioners to get it right.   Step back in TIME to June 20th, 2011, Fighting On The Assessment _NLD Final Frontier. Here you will find many Lessons Within A Lesson. The world has witnessed some Unremarkable Intentional Behaviors. Who do we hold accountable to Name That Tune? The American Psychiatric Association of course! It is TIME for these brothers to come out of the woodwork. Please don’t throw Ethics into the cesspool of Tar Sand. Why don’t we ask the psychiatric community and doctors why they don’t like the label NOS.

Oh No! I’m not talking about the pumped up caffeine drink. I’m talking about the special label stuck at the end of a diagnosis stipulating NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.  Please don’t tell me the APA no longer use this label.  This 3 letter dragon-tail still remain on the chart of those who are diagnosed with all types of syndromes.  I want the Psychiatric Community to tell how this little dragon-tail of a label can impact the lives of so many people. Now our entire nation will be impacted.   What happens when WRONG is merged with RIGHT? We did not bridge the gap but we merge INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS with UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS. Consequences will be very grave for behaviors which have been IDENTIFIED as neurological disorders, behavioral disorders, or sensory processing disorders.  Our country has to come to grips with placing a square peg in a round hole. Where is the Ethics behind impulsive and INTENTIONAL destructive behavior?

For many years parents in the same position at one time or another like me sat in front of the Grand Tribunal. This panel of judges consisted of the School District, Superintendents, teachers, counselors, and principals.  A blueprint of education for each individual child was drawn up for children who fell into the category of Special Education or Behavioral Problems.  This plan was called an IEP (Individualized Educational Plan). Whenever our children acted out we had to prove that it was a manifestation of their behavior.  Should we have asked the President-Elect had his behavior manifested?  The first question asked by the Grand Tribunal, “Does Your Child Understand The Difference Between Right Or Wrong?”   Many of these plans fell through the cracks because they were not properly implemented by the teachers nor the school district because our children were MAJOR Budget Cuts.

Really! Our children did not make the AAA Districts shine. Our children education was eaten alive by excessive suspension and expulsion. “Ten days suspension does not constitute a change of placement.”  Our children were humiliated,  isolated, and not integrated but placed in separate self-contained schools, detention centers or prison.  This was not much of a CHOICE.  Yeah Right!.  Guess WHO did not understand the behaviors?  A whole system who were so-called educated failed to learn how our children learn.  Desperate measures were taken to avoid educating children with a different kind of processing or a different type of brain.  Do you really think that the children who are label disable would get a fair shake in life?   What was the real plan? This system was never broken. The system had never been fixed.

The Grand tribunal had another system in place.  Due Process was put in place for a child’s day in court.  Once DUE PROCESS was manipulated it would be used to keep children with disabilities out of the mainstream. The school district and their team of attorneys found a way to become Bullet Proof.  The School system brought their team on board to document our children as a violent and dangerous student. This would create an atmosphere of fear around your child. They would go get their high power attorneys to chew the clock on your child education by getting Temporary Restraining Orders (TRO) locking him/her out of mainstream education. Just remember to have your own team of a psychiatrist. Make sure you get the proper diagnosis.  “Papers Please!”  Tell those doctors to Name That Tune. NOS ain’t happening and always need to be SPECIFIED so you know what you are up against.

Is this what happens to the election? NOS snuck in from the back of the bus.  The school districts psychologist could not diagnose a donut. Every parent I came across I suggested they get an outside independent evaluation through a reputable hospital. Many of the psychologist and psychiatrist in the private sector worked for the school districts.  The cards will be stacked against the parents. DUE PROCESS can be rigged and violated. Where does your child go after being kicked out of his/her mainstream placement? Well since there aren’t many options opens the outcome does not look promising. Guess who will be incarcerated?  Our children leave home, go to school, get ousted, and end up in jail or worse, DEAD. N.O.S. has now been specified as one of the many issues in The New Jim Crow. Hope, Change, and Prayer was kicked to the curve. NOS. behaviors became more acceptable.  The truth vanished from sight and from the pages of the dictionary.  LIES became more acceptable. Discretion and paraphrasing vanished from our thoughts. Sounds very familiar.

It is absolutely devastating to sit here and reflect back on the many hours spent on developing IEP’S.  To make matters worse the President-Elect can ridicule our children/adults. It is not okay people. The rights of children who are classified as disabled will be segregated, isolated, shamed, humiliated, retaliated against. Children with a different type of processing and a unique type of brain were not be allowed to be integrated with the so-called normal behaviors.  Once again IEP’s weren’t implemented properly because of  IDP’S (Ignorant Divisive Plan) took over. The E for Education in the plan was removed to merge Intentional Behaviors forward so they could become the New Norm. Unintentional Behaviors were masked and were harder to recognize.   As a parent, I spent many hours having my son undergo numerous diagnostic testing just to get the proper diagnosis. I wanted to make sure NOS (Not Otherwise Specified) was not at the tailgate party of his diagnosis.  How credible is the APA?  Can a psychiatrist look a person in the eye and clearly give an accurate diagnosis and tell their patient the President-Elect has normal behavior?

Is this normal behavior? The First Lady-Elect isn’t moving to the Trump House with her son. What is wrong with this picture? A family not showing a United Front to the highest position in the land. Okay! Who got Dumped? I guess the new norm is leaving wifey behind to take care of the kid and remain to roam along in Hells Kitchen baking cookies.  Barefoot and Pregnant! Hell To The No No! What message does this send to Women in America? Don’t tell me women will be left with the message, I am Alpha Boss Hog and I rule STOMP THE YARD now featuring Trump Dog. Well, there you have it. He named his tune and the First Lady-Elect has her tune. OH, OH, OH she has a Ring on it but she has to live at Bling Towers with no King in it. Oh, Oh, Oh will this be the First Lady-elect to get a Sting on it?  What a way to start the day!

The dam burst and destroyed the flood-gates. The Gold Water Rule has shifted to Hippocratic Mud.  Can the APA (American Psychiatric Association) overlook the behavior of the President-Elect? Is it ethical to know a person can have such Dynamite behavior and have free range over a nation?   The American Psychiatric Association (APA) has become the new Tribunal of Ignorance is allowed. The question will take me back to the table where the old Tribunal ask the question, “Do Your child understand Right from Wrong?”  Our children do grow up. Grown-up indicates one has ceased learning.   The choice was made.  The question will be asked. Does the President-Elect understand RIGHT from WRONG? Did the President-Elect really want to be the leader of the Free World or did he just want to create a movement out of FEAR and HATRED? Oscar Wilde put a move on my heart. Two of his famous quotes will always linger in my thoughts. Wilde stated, “There are only two tragedies in life: One is getting what one wants and the other is getting it.”  Oscar second ride or die quote is, “The world is a stage but the play is badly cast.” My song is The Whole World Is A Stage. The song goes on to say everybody plays a part. The stage is set the curtain goes up. The theme is a broken heart. We as a nation must remember pain can be diminished and hearts can be mended. We must continue to move FORWARD.

At this moment please fast forward to The Truth About NLD And Who It can Resemble located in the May 2011 archive. NOS (NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFIED) has reared its head and is coming to a White House near you soon in 2017. The bar was dropped on the floor. President-Elect standards were set quite low. We as a nation can raise the bar through Diplomacy, Civility, but also standing firm on the beliefs that everything has not been stripped away.  Rolling over is not the answer. Hatred and Fear should not take the lead.  Crystal Ball and all of y’all I hear you loud and clear. Do not panic nor fret my dear.  I went to my vault of movies and I sat back in my easy chair, ate popcorn along with my Tazo Raspberry lemonade tea and watched Half Of A Yellow Sun. I listen to several tapes to keep me from going down Black Alley. One tape that really moved me was by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, We Should All Be Feminist.  Chimamanda is the author of Americanah. Take a load off and read.

It was time to reflect and respect what is still beautiful about our country. There is still an enormous amount of good in the roots of this country.   Stop for a moment and reflect on countries who had a pure dictatorship.  Uganda and Iraq understand oh too well.  How many wars are being fought as I write this story?   Take a peek at the wars that lasted for years and years.  There is no way out until each country and the tribal wars that exist within these counties decide their own fate.  How did these tribal wars survive? Reflect back on the Nigerian/Biafran War (1967-1970). We as a nation should not be reduced to turning against one another. We have lived our Civil War and we must move forward and prevent another war from breaking out. We must continue to stand as a United Nation.  What can be done to conserve the loss of our nation? Can we stay focus on the real prize?  Democracy has been placed in the HIGH-RISK column. What strategies can be used to keep the people in our nation from destroying everything they work so hard to achieve and each other?  Let us as a nation stay focus on getting out of the HIGH-RISK COLUMN and not become a commodity of slavery once again.

NOS is no longer NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.  UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS has a target on its back and wears an identification bracelet.  The coat of Polyurethane spray has worn off its high gloss finish of INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS.  Masked behaviors can no longer hide under a coat of enhancement.  Our country will not be shellacked.  Democracy is not finished. NOS carries a spotlight of faulty perception. The Super Moon came out.  In the dark, the Super Moon reflection gave visibility to what is truly Specified.

To the United States, I want to give a big shout out for reading NLD Recognition. There is probably not one country on the list above whose Freedom has not been placed under top guns. NOS cleared the way and revealed itself. Every one of these countries had to figure out a way to regain and maintain their Freedom. It’s been a long time coming but Change is Gonna Come.  We know what our nation is up against. The Goldwater Rule is flooded.  Who will be held accountable and viewed through a shattered lens under the microscope for their unethical behavior for upholding inappropriate behaviors at its highest level of government? The Ears Have It!

All in favor say AYE. Eye! Sorry, the EARS Have it. How did that happen?  You were not listening. Listening in itself is a monumental skill.  But! No Buts! You had your back turned. As soon as the voice open up you could hear the Hater-Aid coming through. When your back was turned it gave the person on the other side a chance to not be judged harshly.  Visual contact is a monster. Once we see a person doesn’t quite fit the mold we quickly throw them to the wind without even giving the person a chance to fall on our deaf ears.  For real! Absolutely! There are many people who can’t judge a person and become very trusting of what they hear. Why? Well, there are some people who don’t explore the world around them. Information gathered from others can be taken as believable because the person or persons cannot hear the tone in their voice, read their facial expression, or decipher their body language.  Thank you for the information because I’m one of those people.  I knew it! I knew it! I just couldn’t put my finger on it.  Shall I continue? Do your thing Ellery Queen.

What is achieved scholastically is based on what is communicated through our speech, conversation, writing, words, DEBATES, talking, and vocabulary? Come on down front,  grab a plate of pot roast,  serve  yourself some buttered cornbread and just say plain old “Language.”  We need a big measuring cup to measure the Intelligence of nonverbal and verbal characteristic.  We tend to fall short by completely ignoring the nonverbal deficits which will brand the individual as troubled or as a problem. Language plays a big part in our daily lives. Competency of an individual is judged by their verbal proficiencies. You got your smooth talkers out there who appear to be more credible than the mumble jumble grammar makers and those who fall short on their vocabulary. The smooth talker could be just a smooth talker and have trouble with reading, spelling, and expressive language.  The same smooth talker can have problems in the areas of organization, attention, social understanding, anxiety and fear, nonverbal and spatial thinking, motor coordination, math, and handwriting.

So what is it we need to do? Understanding and giving Recognition to the Unrecognized is key. We got to make sure the right diagnosis is given.  Pay very close attention to what you hear and what is being said. Remember the Ears Have it. There is such an inadequate awareness of hidden causes to people who suffer from neurological disorders and are labeled behavior problems and emotionally disturbed.  You mean to tell me they are not. “NOT!”  I recently kept hearing the word “NOT” in a DEBATE. We will “NOT” get this confused with people who are UNINTELLIGENT with INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS.  Based on what the Eyes saw and what the Ears heard, the Ears Have It. Why? What the people heard was a bunch of BS.  From the answers given was from an Emotionally Disturbed individual. In no way, shape, or form can he use this story against the Intelligent Individual. “NOT” even the part stating the smooth talker with strong verbal language proficiencies. How will you lock it down in this story? Simple! I saw her medical chart. It came from the HILL 🙂 either way. It indicated she was “NOT” a Behavior Problem, “NOT” Emotionally Disturbed, Mental Processing had no blemishes. Yes, I just violated the HIPAA  law. Well, Bill won’t mine he signed it in 1996. Okay! So this is what needs to be revealed about Unintentional Behaviors.

What I want Jay T, Robert, and the rest of  Kool and The Gang to know is for many years you guys compensated your non-verbal weakness and used language skills in its place which gave a false impression. To your teachers, it appeared to be no problems in your early years of schooling. As time went on it became obvious other problems raised their ugly head. The anxiety and fear kicked in and everyone started labeling you guys as behavior problems. See, you proved them all wrong. Yelp, it was said time and time again y’ all talk too much. I was fully aware you relied on speech to cope with relating to people socially, information gathering, and coping with anxiety.  The core problem that exists is gathering multiple pieces of information and pulling them together to form a single idea. Now it becomes a whole picture and all those pieces of information lock the puzzle together.

Resources are slim in the public and private sector. There are many doctors who never heard or have a clue about NLD Syndrome nor professionals in education,  A syndrome that was discovered back in the early part of 1970 was considered as low-incidence because someone dropped Miley Cyrus Wrecking Ball and failed to continue to test more individuals.   This is the first time you mentioned the name. People act as though this diagnosis is a death sentence. “NOT!” It was like being on the Voice. When my chair turned I knew the person standing in front of me behaviors could be explained. Whatever behaviors had been displayed and the audience reacted negatively to were UNINTENTIONAL. The Ears Have It! So listen carefully while the Eyes read it. Please take this time and cruise through the Archives of NLD Recognition. There is so much to learn and I promise you will not be left in a fog. Well, I know you made me feel a lot better about myself. I feel there is so much hope and people will begin to listen to me. Their Ears Have It. I will never forget what Dr. Monica Kurylo from the University of Kansas Medical Center gave me. She gave me a book by Jim Wooten named We Are All The Same. I will cherish that book for a lifetime. Dr. Albert Buddy Poje of the University of Kansas Medical Center was so instrumental in my life. He told me any behavior is Intentional unless proven otherwise. Hell To The No! No!

One of my favorite stories is Where Is Your Sense of Normal.  I have a gut feeling when this story is completed it will be among my favorites. I promised my granddaughter I would keep it brief and drive a stake through the heart of my point.  Reflecting back, I remember when folks on the opposite end of the spectrum wouldn’t use the word lie or call a person out as a liar. Well, the world demonstrated Top Guns of liars and behaviors that manifested with our highest ranking government officials and presidential contenders.  The new word in Mr. Rogers neighborhood is Tyranny or Tyrannical. These two words will run the gamut of Suicide By Corporation to Suicide by Government. It is all about Accountability. There is a greater story to be told. Several main ingredients have been overlooked.

Before you clock into work or pull the lever down on election day think about how your days will begin or end. Think about how the next store manager or next presidential contender will affect your life. How much quality of life will you have left to call your own? Do you really want the next store manager or the next president to be cruel, unpredictable, unreasonable, irrational, an oppressive dictator, ruthless and shows no mercy? Do you want to live in a world where tyrants rule and hold true to their heart the philosophy of ” Let Them Hate So Long As They Fear and “I Have The Right To Do Anything To Anybody.”  You are now sitting at the table and partying with the number 1 tyrant and 3rd Emperor of Rome, CALIGULA.  Humiliation was Caligula strength. As you listen to the contender’s speech you will hear him speak of Humiliation. This contender constantly Humiliates his opponents.  When hearing the words, “I Am Your Voice”  my mind went into the mode of Hell To The No! No!  A voice rose from the ashes and said: “I know the system and I along can fix it.” Well, Caligula did too. He won the hearts of the people and paid them off. Caligula won the trust of his special OMEGA Military Death Squad and paid them off.  Promise the Senate there would be no more treason against them. Yeah, Right! Every party must come to an end. Guest What! Caligula turned on everybody, trusted no one, and killed At-Will and it wasn’t in Good Faith.  Caligula changes the way Rome would be ruled forever. He wanted to be a God and worshiped as a God at the moment in time of his life.  Caligula life ended in a Blood Bath. The pain and suffering of the people, senate, and the high-ranking officials were forced to kill him.  Do you really think the contender wants to be President or God? Hell To The No! No! It ain’t happening in this life.

Many associates have lived through the first half of oppression and dictatorship with one of the largest corporation in the World, Walmart. On July 20th, 2016 our store manager stood in front of the morning meeting and announced he would be leaving the store. Randall Addison would be exploring other opportunities. Yeah, Right! Our store lost faith in Walmart’s system. Addison had adopted the policies of Caligula. “Let Them Hate So Long As They Fear” and “I Have The Right To Do Anything To Anybody.” Addison had been marched to the guillotine but no blade was placed into the machine. Randall Addison was taken in front of a firing squad many times but the guns never had ammunition. The reason could have been a rocket cart of ammunition sat next to a pallet of Federal Ammunition for 3 days in the back hallway across from the store managers office. Finally, the small shell bullets were put away. As far as the pallet of Federal Ammunition when I left on Saturday 23rd, 2016 someone had taken the time to pull the pallet of ammunition in a corner to the left of the time clock. That pallet has remained in the back hall for over a week. The Vice-President of Regional had made a store visit in the same time frame. I wonder if they notice that pallet of ammunition sitting on the floor. Wow! Talking about a violation.  Managers have been demoted for leaving pallets on the floor.  Associates are coached for petty mistakes.  It all depends on what is important to Walmart Corporation and what is in plain view.  A store manager who failed the store and failed the associates BIG TIME. No One Can Exceed Expectation or Evolve when constantly set up for failure.  It has been a long hard journey in an extreme, abusive, and hostile environment.  The associates were beaten down and mentally raped.  To keep these violations from ever happening again take the following steps:

An extra measure has been taken. I will continue to file against the assistant manager and Co-manager who followed the directives of a failed manager, Randall Addison. I have sent letters to CEO of Walmart, Doug McMillon and everybody I could think of. I will not pull the lever down and sit at the table and party with the Caligula’s of the world. Hell To The No! No!. I will no longer be placed in a strategic position by Walmart Corporation and let them blame me and other associates for a job when they failed to hire more people and provide the necessary tools to help us be successful. Moving Forward and taking a stand today and forever more We The People pay great homage to Hell To the No! No!  The associates of Walmart will no longer be forced into a SUICIDE POSITION. Hell To The No! No! Pull the lever there is another way out.

Nanna Boo Who, Guess who’s here. Oh My God. Get on in here!   Let Nanna’s age-old eyes peep at you. I can’t believe what a fine young lady you have become. My Grand-baby has really shot up from a string bean to a luscious young sweet potato. Nanna Boo Who isn’t that supposed to be OMG! No, whose writing this story. Okay! What brings you to my neck of the hood. Nanna, can’t you say the neck of your woods? Nanna could say a lot of things but the last time I did your mother got a whiff of what Mr. Roger’s taught in his neighborhood when he got pissed off.  Don’t you go saying the word pissed off to your MaMa? Grandma! Oh, Lawd! What did I say wrong? What did I forget? Whenever you call me out as Grandma instead of Nanna Boo Who something has gone south. Did you forget my birthday?  Child If Nanna forgets anything it would not be your birthday. I forgot my WordPress password and the support was wonderful. I would have loved if you baked my favorite German Chocolate Cake. Well, I did better than that. I ordered you a cake from Dean and Deluca. Nanna, you are all over the grid. Sho-Nuff!  I would have gotten the cake from Yummly.com but they were fresh out. Baby girl  I really appreciate you standing there with those big pretty hazel eyes and saying to Nanna, “It would taste better if you baked it.”  First, Nanna Boo Who there will be more TIME for your days to get things done that you need to get done. Second, I’m so glad and proud I can come over here and talk to you about things that are happening in my life.  Third, Nanna Boo Who, thank you for teaching me the Ist, 2nd, and 3rd rule to help organize my thoughts. No, I like being in the day, with the moment being now, and moving FORWARD.  I really hate those Uncle Lawrence stories. This is a new era and I want to see my granddaughter stand on her own two feet and not be under someones D*** wing. Sorry about that baby girl. That was a slip of the lip. Now when you go home make sure you don’t trip and use that word because your MaMa will flip the script.

There’s no boogeyman in the closet.  You can dream and shoot for becoming the next female President. You can become Lady Braveheart of Massachusetts like Senator Elizabeth Warren, or First Lady Michelle Obama (Queen Guinevere of 2016) who took her husband place when he leaves office. What a dream!  There are so many doors opening and the struggle has been horrendous for women. Baby-girl it is so many women out there who are Stumping and Trumping the yard with such greatness. There is no need to call Iyanla Vanzant to fix your life.  How will I work around imagining my greatness?  The same way we have always worked with your unique abilities. We can build the biggest collage of your dreams on Pinterest and Instagram.  Apple laid the groundwork for a new way of educating children/adults.  You know Nanna Boo Who got your back. I see your white hair but I can’t ever see you growing old. That is what modern technology does for the soul.

Baby girl we have a contender who thinks he is Julius Caesar. We all know how that history lesson ended. Someone needs to Tweet to this guy and tell him he is not the dressing on the salad.  Mr. Cesspool of Intentional Behaviors is straight up berserk for ever thinking he can become the President of the United States. This is his dream but for his constituents, it is a real nightmare.  He Tweets all the time. Just think of all the people under the wing of this guy. Concretely he would rule all, incarcerate common sense, banish dreams and reasonable ideas forever. Maybe I got the song Wind Beneath My Wings Wrong. For you, on your birthday I always want you to DREAM the way we have taught you using all the tools available to help you become successful. Grandma never wants you to become the backup generator for another person dreams.  Grandma doesn’t play that energize bunny Sh**. You are allowed to have and be motivated by your own dreams concretely or not.  Society tends to crush dreams and want people to settle for mediocre things. It is the yum-yum eat em up of the digestive tract. So if you don’t eat healthy the liver can’t take what you’ve eaten and make it useful for your body. The liver neutralizes harmful substances that enter the bloodstream Your point is.  Baby girl you and Donald Trump have no filter. There is no need to bring a plumber. As for as my processing goes I think this is a great feature that you possess.  Good news, it’s not INTENTIONAL BEHAVIOR.  As far as The Donald he is not fake. Left Brain/Right Brain___Whatever!

Hmmm! I guess we are not rocking the emotions today. Are you just not feeling it? I would love to feel it but my Right brain has some damages.  Whatever! My body has a lot of damages.  You don’t understand. Break it down to me.  When the Right Brain is damaged I lack the ability to decipher emotional information. I’m not ignoring the body language, facial expression, gesture, or the tone in people’s voices. I just can’t interpret nonverbal communication. So the key to your ignition doesn’t ignite your engine and you are left with the remix of cold cognition.  Sounds like R. Kelly Trapped In The Closet to me. Who is R. Kelly?  A soulful songwriter and producer whose ignition had a lot of issues. He steps away from the spotlights into his closet so his behavior would go into remission.

Basically, it just hard for you to put yourself in others people’s NIKES and you could not afford AIR JORDANS.  The price should not be so high that people assume you know how to behave and you really don’t.  The key to unlocking the door is to TEACH. Oooh! I have a great mentor out there who taught me the bottom line is what you need to know.  One cannot go from zero to one hundred. There are small steps we must take to reach our goal.  One day you will reach one hundred.  I can see why a person behavior would go off the chain when you are singing to the tune of Alicia Keys song, NO ONE.  I struggle big time socially.  I struggle big time medically.  So, Whatever! You are no different from me. There are many things in my life that need improvement. Every person on this planet needs to improve something in their life.

What did you say your name is?  I didn’t but people call me NLD Syndrome. I’m talking about the name on your birth certificate. Oh! My for real name is Constance. Well, for real Constance if I had to put my name down for every infected body part or missing part there would be no room for my parent’s name, date of birth, time, and the stamp of approval that the birth certificate is legitimate. See that long sentence I just wrote. Yeah! It is called a run on sentence.  I don’t need an English lesson. Constance, the point is my name would look just like that sentence on the birth certificate. That is what I’m trying to tell you.  I don’t get the whole picture. So, Whatever! If my body was a puzzle, BABY, there are pieces missing but I still can function. Another part of my body will pick up the tab.  In the medical community, a doctor will explain that you are born with 2 lungs. If one lung goes the other one is set up to carry on. This is the BIGGEST mistake the psychiatric community makes. Some other plan of action can be put into place.   The tab can be picked up to keep people with mental illness from feeling hopeless, a shame, and humiliated. We want you to seek help. People view mental illness as prolonged. A physical illness will take the body out quicker.

You are NOT terminally ill if you have been diagnosed with a mental illness.  How does the Left Brain pick up the tab?  I have so much verbiage.  I’m talking all over the place. Wow! You become the VOICE.  Have you ever watch that show? There is a lot of body language and begging on that show. Adam Levine stretches across his desk as if he is the most desperate artist begging to win the next season over Blake Shelton.  Pharrell with that baby-face smile leaning forward poking out his neck signaling,  “Come Home.”  Christine Aguilera using her hand movements to rope people in to be on her team.  Blake Shelton watching those cowboy boots, beating on his desk, and giving a friendly reminder to the new artist he has won three times.

My writing can go on for eons without me getting to the point. My friend’s last story was like that but she had a lot of points to make. 🙂 I starting reading early and my teacher thought I was gifted. When I was promoted to the next grade it took me too long to write and my hands got sore. It looks like I was coloring instead of writing.  I couldn’t keep up because I was so unorganized. I got into trouble so many times when the teacher would say,  “can you just imagine.” It would piss me off and my behavior begins to boil over like rice.  Oh God, when the teacher starts repeating lessons my head would spin around.  At that moment I felt as though I needed a priest to keep me from peeing on the carpet. I got this. I have the HERE-SAY PROGRAM. I’m auditory-verbal  At the end of the school day my brain felt like it had heard it all and I had said TOO much. Math became complex because it was so abstract. I would use all these big words in my writing but the paper said nothing.

I have a lot of memory but it is hard for me to take my old thoughts and transfer what I had learned to a new situation. I have come a long way and I have gotten much better. Good for you Constance. I want to make friends and develop relationships. After reading my friend’s story I realized the corporate community are afraid people will band together, make policy changes, defend their human/civil rights. If she struggled with her job and nothing was put in place for her to do an effective job, I will have a much tougher path to follow.  True Dat! When my mother found out the final word on my diagnoses she was relieved but she cried for days. My mother came across a chart. Listed on the chart was Syndromes With Social Incompetencies. It listed Williams Syndrome (WS), Autism, High Function Autism (HFA) Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD), Hyperlexia, Asperger’s Syndrome (AS), and Nonverbal Learning Disabilities (NLD). On the left-hand side of the chart, it has Speech, IQ, Motor, and Behavior.

Nonverbal Learning Disabilities (NLD) has early speech and vocabulary development. Pragmatic and prosody is poor. One may not be tactful when knowing when to end a conversation or how fast they are talking. As the saying goes silence can be golden but if you don’t know when to stop talking a problem exist big time. Common sense and being realistic is the ruler of today. Hey! Good news, it can be taught.  IQ for Nonverbal Learning Disability is normal to superior. VIQ>PIQ means Verbal Intelligence is much greater than the actual Performance. Whatever! Donald Trump is leading in the polls and he’s a Billionaire. As a matter of fact, The DONALD has inspired me to write this story and the next story coming your way real soon. There are a lot of people who talk a GOOD GAME and still get paid. One of my favorite people was Darrell Issa. Issa reasoning, abstract or not was shot to hell.  He never found any criminal activity against former Attorney General Eric Holder.  I can’t really say Issa talked a GOOD GAME but he talked a lot, had no common sense, and was very unrealistic. He is the richest member of Congress. Dang!  Consultants are the new VIQ>PIQ and any person that fall into this category.  Motor skills for NLD dexterity is a problem. The skill to paint, eat with a chopstick or a fork takes eye-hand coordination. So, Jack be nimble Jack be quick is hard for Jack to comprehend.  Jack can learn and start to mend. Writing, typing cutting with scissors and buttoning clothes can be a pain in the a**.  People diagnosed with NLD  have a tendency to sit on the floor to eat to help maintain their balance.  As far as NLD Behavior goes people who are diagnosed with this syndrome lack skills in receptive and expressive language hindering their verbal communication skills.

The biggest problem I have is when I become angry no one wants to help me or give me strategies and coping skills. They want to shove a bunch of pills down my throat. So they bring out Austin Powers and tell me to, “Oh Behave Baby!”  I have had the police called on me. People want to lock me away. I have been kicked out of those so-called self-righteous NLD groups.  They just want to talk about NLD Syndrome.  I live in the real world, not a thread.  What I say can get me killed outside that thread. You don’t have to say anything and can get killed. I am at a greater risk if NO ONE understands that my behavior is UNINTENTIONAL.  I strongly feel the psychiatric community should address race, politics, cultural diversity.   NLD is not the biggest problem I have. There have been several Black women and Black males shot down by the police. You haven’t forgotten Sandy Hook?   The school located in Sandy Hook was not for children with extraordinary minds, unique abilities, and multi-level learning styles.  Our society labels children/adults mentally disabled.

You have 16 contenders running for 2016.  These contenders have made several social blunders, gaffes, faux pas, and slip-ups INTENTIONALLY.   You better know who is MENTALLY CHALLENGED.  If the psychiatric community can’t address this conversation in their group maybe they need to be turned over to the Citizen Commission On Human Right (CCHR). These are the watchdog investigating and exposing Psychiatric Human Rights Violation. BOW WOW WOW YIPPY YO YIPPY YEAH!  Turn the Dogcatcher loose.   While we’re at it let’s turn over the 16 contenders for next year Presidency to CCHR. It is Time for the NLD Community to visit http://www.cchr.org.  It took me years to be diagnosed with NLD Syndrome.  NLD Syndrome is not on my birth certificate.  You have people in the next election singing, “If I Only Had A Brain.”   They should be singing, “I Sure Got A Lot Of Nerves.”  Has anyone stopped you and asked if you used your Left Brain/Right Brain__Whatever!
