Open Mind, Open Heart__Open Door

Get in here! What a surprise! I did not expect to see you today.  I thought you were visiting with your friend and their family. I hope you did not go out your way to stop and see mom because it is Mother’s day.  What have I always taught you?  365 Days out of a year and the honey poured over the heart makes it all clear! Every day I will be kicking it.

Boo Boo:

Mom, you are still rhyming. Do you think you can get through this conversation without sounding like you are rapping? I love you for it and you keep it real.

No!  Who needed this learning style to keep from being super bored in school. Just a friendly reminder to let you know good habits die hard and I ain’t dead yet. Hah! Your brother reminded me early this morning everybody got some SLIM SHADY in them.

Boo Boo:

What does that suppose to mean? Does he think I’m Slim Shady?

Absolutely not!  I will not say this is a poor choice for a song to use as an example. On the Flip Side Of  The Chart, I could have stated you have the characteristic of NLD. In the case of SLIM SHADY, Marshall Mathers aka EMINEM, basically states don’t go hating, imitating, or race-baiting because it is all about diversity.  Focus on being true to yourself so you don’t feel the need to hide from oneself. These elements can reach out and touch me, you, and many folks across the sea. This is just another form of AT&T.  In the case of NLD (Nonverbal Learning Disability), I will lay it out so you can see.

  • Today this Sh… is not about Reading, Riting, Rithmetic (3Rs)
  • I did not send you to school for 12 years of your life and college for you, not development friends and relationships.
  • We are dealing with the social/emotional aspect of your life.
  • You have the right to choose a female for your wife.
  • Whatever role in the relationship you play.
  • In this TIME and year of 2014, it will not ISOLATE you today.
  • People are viewed as unstable, disable with no sense of community.
  • INCLUSION is the key which is one of life’s many opportunities.
  • There are similar characteristics that encompass NLD.
  • It is TIME to engage in an Open Mind, Open Heart__Open Door for Immigration and LGBT.

Boo Boo:

Momma is riding her soapbox today. I know as you would say, mom, “It is better than being the wicked B… of the West and those D… RED SHOES led me to my own backyard.”  It really didn’t make sense to go to Egypt to find myself when I could have stayed at home and kept my money in my pocket.  Pilgrimage!  Now I realize to water the flowers in my backyard and address the issues at home. How long have you known, mom?

It doesn’t matter what I have known or how long. What mattered was embracing the fact you made a life choice you could live with. Embracing your decision would never take away from the fact that you are my daughter. It is impossible to separate Blood of my Blood and Flesh of my Flesh.  I have stated on many occasions we can only live one life at a TIME. There are people in our society who feel the need to live your life when they have made such poor choices of living their own life.   Do you know how hard it is for some people to make a decision knowing there may be consequences and they can become an outcast?  Think about the people who are judged unfairly, outcasts because they process information, their environment, and the people within their environment differently.  Being born with an extraordinary mind, unique abilities, and multi-level learning style should give the people who are diagnosed with other exceptionalities and NLD an Inclusive Community.    It is not their choice to be ISOLATED. It is not their choice to fail.  Do you think your brother wants to be viewed as the odd man out or the nerd machine because of his UNINTENTIONAL NEUROLOGICAL BEHAVIORS?   It is understood by me, others, and the psychological community your brother and those who share his playground are not Emotionally Disturbed. The flesh of my Flesh and Blood of my Blood not one ounce of TIME need be wasted because of your life choice. Not one ounce of TIME should be wasted because of what he was born with and the struggle with his decision-making process.  Not one ounce of TIME should be wasted if a person is in an accident,  suffer a stroke,  a gunshot wound to the head, and it alters their lives forever. Do you throw the love and support away because what once had the appearance to be normal and accepted by our society is no longer.  Mark Kelly and Congressman Gabby  Giffords along with Robin Roberts, Ellen DeGeneres,  Quincy Jones and many others were faced with adversities and they hung tough.   TIME can be added to one’s LIFE when you Open Mind, Open Heart__Open Door.

Boo Boo:

What happens when he reads about me or himself?  Will he be ashamed of me? Will he be saddened and view himself differently? Will he think I have deceived him?

You would only deceive yourself.  He already knows.  He has never stopped loving you. You always have supported him and he has stated he will be there for you. When you got into fights in school he would always say, “My sister rolled out somebody today because they tried to say something crazy about me.”  The hardest lesson was teaching him and you it was not the way to handle the situation. Especially in this day and age of gun violence.   It is a life lesson for your brother to look down on this paper and to know that he has a support system. It is an ultimate life lesson for your brother to look down on this paper and not look down on his life. It is a life lesson when you circulate love, acceptance, adaptability.  I was never able to pimp the wings of untraditional/nonconservative methods. It helps lengthen and strengthen my playing field. Will the choices one make cause friction?  Why? Will the choices one is unable to make causes friction? Why?  The choice you made led people to perceive you as different. Being born with what people perceive as different or fail to understand is not a choice of the individual who is born with differences.  Faulty perception rests on the head of the perceiver and one who is perceived as different. UNINTENTIONAL vs INTENTIONAL! Will it be Gravity?  Will it be Friction?

Boo Boo:

My greatest life lesson for today and going FORWARD is making the decision, accepting the decision and to know it can or will be consequences for my life choices.  I will cease to fear to address who I am and I will no longer hide behind what others desire for me to be. My life is not a covert operation. I will no longer slither through the back door.  I will Open Mind, Open Heart__Open Door. What brought you to this brink of accepting what people fear so much?

Learning the lesson of Losses and how to respect the Loss as a gain. Sitting in the front row or in the CHAIR knowing I gave it my all and I did my best.  There shall be no regrets.  When people demanded 100% I knew in my heart where to stop so I would not drop at the end of the day. The demand for 100% was their perfect.  They had to deal with their perfect because it only involved satisfying them and no one else.  I am not perfect and one should never give it all away.   Embedded into one’s soul something needs be left to fight back.   I know what 100% looks like for me and it is caring for others.  You have to be able to identify UNREALISTIC DEMANDS. Those who are unable to identify the UNREALISTIC DEMANDS need to have them pointed out by someone who can be trusted.   You land in tattered shoes and you must choose. Reality is the shock of one’s dues.   I would be able to take the loss and learn the lesson to gain and maintain my strengths. The loss would tilt the needle toward my weakness. In return change and adaptability would shift the needle and strengths would be built.  You know what Boo Boo? You think this is Happy Mother’s Day. No sweetheart!  I am so Happy to be your mother and proud of your life choices 365 days out of the year.  Well, most of your decisions. Open Mind, Open Heart__Open Door.

 

Unjustifiable__Negative Evaulations

You are you and I am me.
Evaluations should be based on INDIVIDUALITY.
Your performance should not be based on a group.
Sooo I would collect from all the D… troops.

I would raise hell and hit the floor.
It is TIME for you to knock on an OPEN DOOR.
Should I get an F because the store manager got one?
It is like treason which is unreasonable because this BROTHER is done.

Why is your help documented on paper only?
You suffer for years and years, isolated and left lonely.
Thanks to all the people who offered and helped.
I am sorry you were chastised and eaten like kelp.

Sooo all your help went out to the floor.
It depends on the manager who knows the score.
I understand now why they make you wait.
This is how managers retaliate.

The store performance went to hell.
Under whose tick-tock did it fail?
Whose shrinkage was 1.3 mill?
Hiring more people would be a wiser deal.

One should not rob Peter to pay Paul.
Taking from the floor was not successful at all.
All the people on TIME TASK cannot finish their jobs.
So don’t coach or bully them, I find it rather odd.

Are you berated, bullied, under surveillance, and stripped of one’s dignity?
These conditions will never produce an employee’s loyalty.
My God, this is straight up Gross Misconduct.
Termination should be immediate, what the F….!

That F has really circulated around the town.
It reached out and touched many on my workaround.
It hampers your ability to make it to the top.
What! There are only 10 points and 8 were dropped.

Get your last year eval compare and contrast.
Somebody needs to answer all the questions you will ask.
WOW! There is a big discrepancy.
Point out what is wrong. I don’t think it is me.

Do not be afraid to go through any OPEN DOOR.
I got my pen, paper, Title VII of 8-I of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
The F you received represents the Fight.
Educate yourself, no fear, no flight.

To discriminate against associates who have been there too long.
It is inexcusable/unforgivable and totally wrong.
Of course, it is wrong to discriminate because of age.
It is unreasonable to work your A… off for only the minimum wage.

Who is seeking out the person who has capped out of their salary?
Is it the one your Evaluation was based on not INDIVIDUALITY?
Store Manager, Group, and Store Performance are not me.
I hope walking through the OPEN DOORS one can plainly see.

Do you do the store manager job?
I looked at my paycheck and I think I’ve been robbed.
We all tried our best I must confess.
Is this what happens when the store ends up in a mess?

What happens when you receive an unjustifiable negative evaluation?
This is WHY “NO ONE WILL EXCEED EXPECTATION.”
What is contained in Title VII of 8-I of the Civil Rights Act of 1964?
Age Discrimination in Employment Act, American Disabilities Act, Equal Pay Act,
prohibit retaliation by an employer, employment agency, or labor organization because an individual has engaged in protected activity and there is so much more.

#2857 Disruptive Innovation___Those Who Are Disruptive

Today is the day of resurrection. Yesterday was Easter Sunday and it is TIME to rise from the grave on mighty Monday. The nail holes in the palm of my hands were deeply driven. The impression of the thorns upon my forehead mounted my skull like a perfect crown. The stone was quite heavy to move but it is TIME to lift the burden of many. By now you understand my favorite question is WHY, Why Not and What If the Sh.. works. Doubtful Thomas no need to Doubt. The Do Nothing People have lost their Clout. Just like 8 million+ on Obamacare. Yes, being creative and gaining the TRUST of the people is pure empowerment and Healthcare will do its share. Sure the people who ask those WHY questions get on the nerve socket. This goes out to all the negative minds and nonbelievers who totally Dissed. Taking the Risk turned into heavenly Bliss. This is SHO-NUFF Disruptive Innovation if one must insist.

It is all about discovery or exploring the world around you to become the new Wrecks-N-Effects person who is so driven to Rump Shake the World Up. On The Flip Side Of The Chart, Christopher Columbus can’t get into his costume in a timely manner to explore. Connecting the dots on issues that are totally unrelated makes it hard for Christopher Columbus to navigate his world. He has a problem with TIME, boundaries (people included), judging/calculation and organization. If you try to change his outfit into Madam Frankenstein the experiment will blow the lab apart. Why? It is simple. Moving from old to new concepts or doing things in an untraditional manner with alternative methods causes one to be unable to adapt to change, transition into a new role, and be creative. Don’t forget the eyepatch over one eye which causes faulty perception. Whatever Christopher Columbus observes may cause his behavior to DISRUPT because he is not getting the full picture. Unintentional Disruption! The socialization process or networking will be cut short.

The bees wings are clipped and there will be no spreading of pollen. Reproduction of innovative ideas will cease to exist and growth will not transform the mind into a flower that will blossom due to ISOLATION. The questions asked by Christopher Columbus will not be altered nor paraphrase making him out to be rude, discourteous, and challenging the ones who feel they should not be challenged. Attention to detail digs deep into the soil and plows out the weeds. How will you behave? How will your mental processing be influenced? How will your life skills and social skills be affected? Why do we do the things we do?

Flip this over and go to the opposite end of the spectrum. Take the characteristics of becoming Madam Frankenstein, connecting the dots to related/unrelated issues and make the associations, observe through a new pair of eyeglasses instead of the eye patch. Have you got on your lab jacket? Are you ready to experiment and try new ideas? From old to new will get you through if you’re willing to try. Being able to mix it up with Black to Beige, to Brown. You let the world know you are down with the LGBT community and there are no frowns. Inclusion is the process of cross-pollination from race to race, culture to culture, and from sea to shiny sea. The wings are attached to the bee. Hit or miss taking the risk to challenge the challenger but in return to constantly challenge oneself. The breeze of knowledge whisk through the mind to change the way people look at the world, what can be done differently with speed and accuracy, and how people learn. Disruptive Innovation plays the greatest part in WHY, WHY NOT, and who said it won’t work. Don’t give me that What if Sh… unless it is on a positive note. What if it becomes a success? Did you try? Why Not?

Do you see the number in front of Disruptive Innovation? I thought I would be creative and an innovator. It is the store location of the Walmart I work in. I think this is region 43. Glenda Davis and Jarrod Jones (816-246-6364) would be the contact person for Home Office. Doug McMillon, CEO of Walmart and Bill Simon, U.S. President, and CEO, I have been through the open door so many TIMES and now it feels like our DO-NOTHING CONGRESS. Many years ago I was told by a manager that has transitioned out of the store, “Walmart works for Walmart” and not for you. That would be me. All-righty-Now! In 2007 I filed a PD-57 Red Book against a Co-Manager. PD-57 states when it is necessary to conduct an investigation regarding possible violations of Walmart policies, the investigation should be handled promptly and thoroughly. I guess HOME OFFICE did not feel the need for necessity. Therese Renzetti is still there to this day. My request fell through the crack. This Co-Manager got so many complaints and finally, she had to go to classes to learn how to interact with people (associates and management team). From that day forward a pattern of constant abuse, retaliation, psychological duress and a negative campaigns was set into motion against my son, me, and many of the associates who are berated by Co-manager Therese Renzetti. This one is for Secret Agent RA-RA. Remember the lady who made the promise to State Representative Bill Kramer and United State Senator Ron Johnson who knew about Bill Kramer’s behavior. Everyone knows but nothing is being done. Hold that thought. On April 24th it will be Time to evaluate my son. Up 99 TIMES. Shot down 99 Times. Enough is Enough! The President only does 2 terms and I have served 3 and 1/2 terms at Walmart. Eric Holder, Attorney General stood his ground against Darrell Issa, chairman of the Government Reform Committee. Harry Reid, Senator Majority Leader stood his ground against Mitch McConnell, Senator Minority Leader. President Barack Obama stood his ground with Congress, the Supreme Court, John Boehner, Speaker of the House, Vladimir Putin and many others. He is still standing. Therese Renzetti has never ceased her abuse and her management by intimidation and retaliation. I will stand my ground because the psychological trauma has been profound.

On April 9th, I stood my ground against a member of management, Richard Fransen, who talked down to me and said I had poor planning. At night we pulled the registers and he got angry because HE did not ask if the register had money in it. He rung the customer out and had to go get a bag of money to pay the customer $4.85. I took care of the customer. Another customer had to leave a cashier’s line because she did not have a liquor license. Richard Fransen did not have a liquor license and I addressed him. One week later on Wednesday the 16th, on the same day, Richard Fransen gave me a negative evaluation. He stated I would never exceed expectation and he called me weak. The Co-manager tried to say it was his opinion and it does not reflect the way she feels. Wow! Richard Fransen did not have a liquor license on Wednesday, April 9th. He came up to the register for Support manager’s Jacob alcohol and passed liquor over the counter on April the 17th. I hope he had a liquor license. It should be mandatory for any employee that comes in contact with alcohol should have their liquor license. Why did Richard Fransen do my evaluation when on several occasion he had coached my son and cut his work hours? I was given a verbal for 8 minutes, another associate was given a verbal for  22 sec. and once again my son was coached for 11 mins. You see where this pattern is going.

You know what is poor planning. When it is the Easter holiday weekend and there are no cashiers to meet the customer’s demand. #2857 is 67 cashiers down. Management is down 300 hours nightly. Friday #2857 had 7 call-ins. The grocery side is terribly understaffed. There is no proper equipment to clean the store. Our store is dirty. #2857 have no good walkie stacker. A trash compactor is always breaking. If you had equipment who would work it? The grocery side suffers. Our cash registers are broken and the band played on. The store manager walks around making the rules as he goes and does D… well what he pleases. His threatening behavior has overwhelmed the associates? Do you really think they would protest or stage a boycott against #2857? What is a democracy? It must be pretty tough living in Michigan where every day of your life there are those emergency manager laws and no D… emergency. Home Office! For real, When Randall Addison has plowed up the condos and rules from the mansion. Retaliation will come to those who reach out to HOME OFFICE. The new rule under the open door policy should state the doors of the church is open to whom you trust. Who in their right D… mind want to see the member of management dress in the HIGHLANDER OUTFIT. The one who is causing the DISRUPTION.

You talk about TRUST Doug McMillon. In your TV interview, you stated TRUST was a huge issue. I left a notebook on top of the podium only to have my rights violated and page 3 torn from my book. That didn’t take long. I called for the book on Sunday at 12:38p.m. The CSM said the book was not there. I called back and the book was returned at Sunday at 11:55p.m. Since the page was torn I will continue to stand my ground on the Store Manager’s Behavior. David Corn, Chris Hayes, Steven Kornacki I will move this story to #1802 SW Wanamaker Road Topeka, Kansas (785-271-6485) where Randell Addison was the store manager. Bring back the story. I know the story. The story has not changed neither the abuse. Why would Doug McMillon bring a store manager from another store off the clearance wall to inflict pain, humiliation, guilt, and shame on another store? Why are you recycling Managers who are so Disruptive and not Disruptive Innovators? No one will stand up because of FEAR and the FEAR of losing their job. I am not afraid. The suffering in the store has been great and it is TIME to bring in your problem solvers. It is bad when the customers start making negative remarks about how they hear the store manager talk and disrespect his management team. I have been told of the horrible backlash I will receive. Too late I have lived it already.

Doug McMillon and Bill Simon are you excited about the stores abroad and the stores at home are left to suffer? Doug McMillon talked up the UK. Bigger is not always better. Big Stores are layered with the same Traditional Icing internally while the new cakes of today use mousse instead of icing. If you try Nutella Spread with roasted almond with coconuts it pretty darn tasty too. Too many of the older associates are being banished. Just because you see the white or gray hair it doesn’t mean we are not the great problems solvers. We are not ready for the nursing home. We could be the next Disruptive Innovator with wisdom to Boot. Walmart has a Horrible Image Problem and has lost their Legacy. How will you go about solving this problem? In the April edition of Shop Smart on page 8, Whatever you do, if you really short on TIME, skip Walmart, which got the most complaints about not having enough checkout lanes. I guess a person isn’t shopping smart if they shop at Walmart. Check this out. In the May Edition of Consumer Report on page 21, Walmart is ranked 67 at the bottom of the list. Wow! It got dark circles under its eye. My Evaluation reflects it is all my fault for not controlling the lines. I get an F in May too when it is only April. Man! I’m not in every store. I don’t do the scheduling nor the hiring and firing. So now it’s all my fault. Soooo… did management supply me with the necessary means to do an effective job? Not if I got an F in May already. Dang! I can’t control what I have not been given. Where does that leave the manager Team? On the register to be punished for their evaluation for not getting their job done. Management will never exceed expectation if they are set up for failure. You call this an Opportunity. The same vicious cycle happens to floor trained associate who cannot complete their job for being on the register. It will take the floor, cashiers and other employees forever to climb out of the poverty level if you locked down their salaries, downgrade them on evaluations, and continue to cost the taxpayers $6.2 billion in Public Assistance.

Every person has to do their fair share. Does Walmart start from the Top down? The President starts from the Middle out. Well, since I’m the low man on the totem pole I guess I need to start my program from the bottom up. Looky Here! Looky Here! There is a man on every base. Doug McMillon your overall salary was 9.6 million dollars last year. Bill Simon salary was broken down like this. Simon salary was 899,732. His bonus was 3,558,426. Bill Simon awarded stocks were 6,544,249. Bill Simon out of nowhere money was 213,615. Whew! This brought Bill Simon up to 11,216,022 total. I can’t work in a company and not know what is going on in the company. That’s not cool!

Why can’t you give back and dance with me on Pharrell’s Happy and bring your employee’s salary up out of the poverty zone by increasing the minimum wage? Start there with your IMAGE. In my neighborhood, Walmart is known as the Welfare Pimps. Does Walmart want to wear this Red badge of Shame! So in the World of Disruptive Innovation Big Eddie from MSNBC would say DWIT (Do Whatever It Takes). Let’s go opens some doors. Get in touch with Human Rights Commission in your neighborhood who will actually file an EEOC complaint about you. In Missouri the number is 573-522-1023. Get in touch with NAACP (816-421-1191). If you want to get in touch with EEOC directly 816-421-1151. Fair Employment Practices Agencies (FEPAs) and Dual Filing have their own laws prohibiting discrimination. They enforce laws that are similar to EEOC. Depending upon your case these agencies may offer greater protection. Visit your website, one of the innovative tools of today, and see what FEPA has to offer. All that modern technology that puts you on the GRID. WOW-WEE!.

By the way, tonight the cameras will be rolling. Do you know too much camera activity on the job is a violation of your rights? Is it the left side of my profile too pretty for Walmart. Maybe they just want a photo-shoot. Whoever removed page 3 out of my notebook at Walmart did exactly what I expected. Years ago I had mail myself a letter to Walmart and it got open by mistake. See There__I Get This. Don’t forget to request the laws from Missouri Department Of Labor And Industrial Relations__Missouri Commission On Human Rights (MCHR). Don’t wait too long. Complaints under Missouri Human Rights Act must be filed with MCHR within 180 days of alleged discrimination. Federal law allows 300 days for filing employment discrimination complaints with the Equal Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and 365 days for housing discrimination complaints with the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Make it good because I know you will dig up something. As I will say to the President of the UNITED STATES, “You just can’t make this SH… UP. #2857 Walmart is being Disruptive. Find out who your problem solvers are.  Don’t forget to review the Laws the National Relations Board have for you.   The National Labor Relation Act (NLRA of 1935) section 7-Rights of Employees and section 8-1 (A) Unfair Labor Practices.  Changing the world! Changing Walmart! Become a Disruptive Innovator!

Stale Old White Men

You didn’t believe me. I told you my next story was going to be Stale Old White Men. This is not about Jed Bush. I will get back to him later. Sheldon Adelson! I do not write about Cro-magnon men nor dinosaurs. Paul Ryan is a young man with a stale plan. Granny is Rockin’ It and the MOMENT are NOW. I don’t care if they do have money. Those Stale Old White Men didn’t listen when the Beatles song Money Can’t By Me Love. When are these Brothers going to realize money can’t buy a President? I guess this is what the Supreme Court is worried about in protecting their stale worn out Constitution. Money can’t buy friendship. If your money buys a relationship after the witching hour brother-man or sister-girl should be ESCORTED back to the agency.

Stale Old White Men don’t get it. White crayons have transitioned from the wonderful shades of ebony to the cool shades of a mild vanilla bean. Drink up, baby! The world has taken on a new theme. If the GOP doesn’t listen they can forget about their contender becoming a King. The BIG D Full Circle will once again take over the White House and dance to a Democratic Swing. One of our greatest KING’s will rise up and sing, “Let Freedom Ring.” Stale Old White Men will be recognized and labeled the new TAR BABY. The people no longer TRUST what these brothers have to say. Stale Old White Men got in office and misuse/abuse their legislature powers and stood in our President’s way. The Pissy-Poo thing these Stale Old White Men had the OPPORTUNITY to ACT (55 TIMES on OBAMACARE) and took no ACTION. Yes, indeed the people and the Nation lost Boo-Coo RESPECT for the Brothers who got too D… Greedy. These legislators kept their jobs even though they were seedy. People who are convicted on felony charges are criminals. They are not to be TRUSTED and should lose their job right away. Not later but TODAY! TAR BABIES are Stale Old White Men without any FLAVOR. Stale Old White Men who thinks SLAVERY IS LABOR.

This label was used as a doorstop for the deep skin ebony brothers and sisters. Is it fair for the State Attorney in Florida, Angela Corey, to ever be allowed to prosecute another D… case? The judge considered the AFFLUENT with UNIQUE CIRCUMSTANCES. So INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS are masked and our JUST US Stale Old White Men is rolling in dough and paying the SUPREME COURT JUSTICES to uphold the Stale Old White Men Constitution. It is TIME to pull up the robes of Supreme Court Justices Anthony Scalia, John Roberts, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito and check to see if they have any BALLS to do what is right for the people and the nation. Doesn’t stale mean old? Exactly! So is the name of this story old white man? No! Is it stale white man? No! How many sentences do we have in this story? Why? If you let me finish writing the story you will get the meaning of the story. Macadamia! What is that supposed to mean? It is a nut. Are you calling me a nut? Yes, a faraway nut from Australia. Brazil nuts are good. What! The color of the nut is… Shut it down. We ain’t doing color. We are doing people and how people are supposed to be treated regardless of color, disability, sexuality, religious beliefs, money, neighborhood and so forth and so on. The next story can be Stale Old White Men.

What is bothering you? I wonder why people always ask the question, Was he or she Black are White? You mean African-American. No! I mean exactly what I said and I mean what I have written down. Whose writing this D… story anyway? When people look at the skin you are in and cannot figure out who or where you have been it moves a mountain. You moved more than mountains. You got rid of the D… street signs and caused pure road hazard. Look at the feedback you got from the story Our First Michelle Obama. Girlfriend I was totally shocked when I clicked on. The way I processed the takeover of Crimea it’s a small region and a small man took it over. It reminded me when the President change the wording War on Terrorism to the War on al-Qaeda. Talk about a breast reduction. The 44 D-cups was reduced to a 32-A cup. Saddam Hussein world was crushed. There is nothing wrong with a 32-A. There is nothing wrong with not having any breast when you know it was the best decision to save your life. You got that right. Saddam Hussein absent save many lives. Right! Right!

Are you going to tell me your husband name? To be honest with you it was his behavior that made me want to forget everything about him. Ooooh! So his behavior totally wiped out who he was as a person. Color and everything? You know when you lose TRUST in a person, their ACTION does not match any words that come out their mouth, and RESPECT flies out the window it boils down to TAR. TAR covers up a lot of Sh… TAR is the destruction of dark color materials. It is humiliation, beat down, severe punishment, the guilt someone or something will have a person process their misdeeds. Now that is DEEP! You are singing with the group OUTKAST. I feel-yah! On the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART, the same TAR is smeared over people with UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS with neurological disorders. No one wants to work with the behavior and a really good person gets the chance to star in the Biblical series, Left Behind.

It would be so nice if everyone could vindicate themselves, have a track record with no blemishes like the FBI. Chris Christie and Darrell Issa should try out for FBI recruits? As the song rotates in my mind That’s Why The Lady Is A Tramp I get the feeling Christie is throwing shades of gray to cast poison and TAR those with Unintentional Behaviors to cover his A… so he can get off the hook. Thinking about everything that has been said here today the opposite end of the spectrum has been key model images for the change in color and not being able to identify the skin one is in. The color is green. The person is inhumane. The status is the rich 1%. This has gotten to be quite stale. Progress will not evolve out of this behavior only injustice.

I took a long deep breath as I sat next to my sons. Today was the official rollout and I needed a lot of help to get me through. As I closed my eyes tightly I reached for my heart. Where is my suit of armor? It is TIME! Why are they playing that song? That’s it! Invite the music so when I get knocked off my horse I will be able to recover my balance, reflect on the good memories and not feel the hurt and pain of today. Looking over at my sons I wanted to step into the role of Joan Of Arc. Oooh Boy! This dude on this horse was using the latest technology in horsepower. Dang his lance looks mighty sharp and extra long. The only appropriate sport suited for this occasion was jousting. I really didn’t want to participate. Sports meant everything to this mighty TRAILBLAZER. Oh No! Here it comes. Bam! I got to push back the tears so I won’t upset myself. From this angle, my sons appear to be holding up pretty good. I’m going to reach over and grab their hands so I can regroup. These two young men got some positive energy and I think I need to borrow some of their wattages before my bulb gets dim.

She was a ROADRUNNER BABY. Jr Walker and the ALL STARS threw it out there. I’m gonna live the life I love and I’m gonna love the life I live because I’m a ROADRUNNER BABY. INCLUSIONARY SPECIALIST INDEEDY! She loved Barry White. Yes, she had so much to give and it took her whole lifetime. Of course “SHE” has a name. Not now! I will get to it. There wasn’t any way the accommodation I ask for would be carried out in my son IEP (Individual Educational Program) because he looked like Who___JOSE FELICIANO. Don’t you mean he had the skin tone of Barack Obama? Exactly! Baby, talking about LIGHT MY FIRE. I need to take a really deep breath. Let me close my eyes again. I hope they get here soon. I Feel So Bad Feel Like A Ball Game On A Rainey Day. Ed Hooker tried to express how he felt in his song and now I get it. Where is that Handkerchief? Is it? Thank God they made it.

I’m so glad you came today. I know your schedules are full. It is truly an honor for First Lady Michelle, the President, the Vice President and your wife Jill to take the TIME out of your lives and attend the service today. I wanted you to meet Our First Michelle Obama. Why do you have your eyes closed? Knock it off Joe. You know if I open my eyes it gonna hurt more than I can bear. She helped many children across the board.  Race was never an issue. She was a staunch advocate and protector of the universe. She felt every child should have the same opportunity no what matter neighborhood they were from. Girlfriend showed some love and it was enough to love to go around. She shared her friends, family, and she means dance moves. The pictures of her life reached across the largest sand dunes in the world. The ultimate challenge for any teacher is for each student to reach their full potentials. If there were any barriers which impeded a child’s ability to learn she would bring out her Thor Hammer and tear the walls down.

First Lady Michelle Obama meets the Queen Of Fitness. She was all about health and she would have loved your BA-RAC-COLI. She had to define herself separate from her husband of 50 years who preceded her in life. He was the man of Diplomacy She was the women who stood by her man but had her own MOJO working. It happens all the Time on the Flip Side Of The Chart. When our mouths open the words devour our friends, family, and associates. Our mannerism can be awkward and the words cut like a sword. We spit out the hard-core TRUTH but it is not welcomed. We ask a lot of questions and we really want to know “WHY” It is our style of learning. Most people feel like we are interrogating them. What pissed us off is when we discovered you have no factual information. What happens after this encounter? Pure Isolation and we have to walk home from the D.. golf course. It’s too much for the opposite end of the spectrum. The Flip Side Of The Chart golf’s game has been permanently called off. We made lots of enemies for today. All our donors slipped away. Well, You know it makes me wanna shout. Kick my heels up. Throw my hands up. Throw my head back. Come on now! Say you will. I really appreciate this tune by the Isley Brothers. I found just the man who wears his tongue with honor just like he carries his wakizashi sword when he guards our president. A Friend INDEEDY when it’s SHO-NUFF NEEDY.

This Brother did not MUDDY the WATERS. JOE BIDEN got his MOJO working. Not only MUDDY WATERS but a lot of people understand what it feels like when your hoo-doo/voodoo, charm, charisma, fire, and passion doesn’t work. You are not appealing. The drive and power are gone. Check the gas. The tank is on E. Rejection stares you in the eyes and makes it clear to get a loss and take a hike. You’re not going to be the next Boss Of The Mic. Bottom line, you stink! The only problem is when I am me I don’t get Joe’s treatment. Joe can work the room because he has the Va-Va Vroom. When I open my mouth I will be shown the door real soon. It was the intonation of Joe’s speech that sweeps the people off their feet. The pitch in my voice led to my total defeat. This is what happens to the people who struggle with social skills. When there is impaired social interaction, eye contact is avoided, all the cues for proper communication are missed. If you can’t read a person facial expression serious may turn to funny and funny can turn into anger. The Flip Side Of The Chart struggle with the swerve to curve paraphrasing. Paraphrasing is a “SMOOTHIE OF A LIE.” It masks and covers up what you really need to tell a person. The MO__JOE is working it. On the opposite end of the spectrum, Mitch McConnell works it. See There. Do you get it? Paraphrasing is a delay tactic. It delays the inevitable.

Biden has Lou Rawls song gliding off his lips. He is a Natural Man. Come on down Joe and take a stand. Joe walks across the ice to meet the everyday people and he will mingle with the band. He is out and about doing what Ordinary People do. This Vice President has never come across as a star. He’s swimming, skating, and he loves his car. He is Just a regular Joe. For Real! His blubbers, gaffes, or social blunders are accepted right away. Joe’s voice can roar like a lion with thunder. He was informing Paul Ryan, Joe doesn’t play. Biden’s smile, the distance he holds when he talks to people, his great ability to reach out and embrace the living and to preach at your funeral once you’re dead. Into each life, rain will fall. Biden will catch a train to embrace the smallest of the small. (children or included). Joe is There in the mix. He is not the candidate of a quick fix. Joe wants it, deserve it, and he is no Tricky Dick Nix.

Why do you think every person in their right mind wants to be the Pope? It is not because he is dress to impress. He turned down the fancy Pope Robe and the fancy Pope House. The Pope doesn’t drive a fancy car. For a minute I thought I was referring to Warren Buffett. He sneaks out at night to be with the people and he has definitely made the connection. It is the level of comfort Pope Francis has incorporated into his unlimited heart and soul. I wouldn’t be intimidated or feel as if I have to say 22 Hail Mary’s just to talk to Pope Francis. I wouldn’t be nervous because the Pope makes you feel at home and not along. I can relate. It nice to have a rap session before I get to the pearly gates.

You want to be able to relate and share life experiences whether or not it is a male or female. Here’s the deal Hill and Bill! You have the BUZZ, lots of money, and the experience. Is Hill connected to the people? Hill has dangled and pranced around like an entitlement queen. I am not feeling the Ann Romney Syndrome. I’m not waiting for Hill because there are a lot of good women in the democratic party who can step up to the plate and rock the shoes as President. Don’t throw my Sisters under the bus. I named the women in my tweets whom I thought it would be hard as hell to defeat. Bill recently walked out on the stage as if the president didn’t exist. Ooooh! That was a very bad move on Bill’s part. When you make moves like that it MUDDY THE WATERS. Do not change the Pledge of Alliance to One Nation Under God Divisible. Hill and Bill have become disrespectful to the Republicans. It is to the Republic for which we stand One Nation Under God INDIVISIBLE. If Hill and Bill continue on with the strategy of trying to make the President of the United States, Barack Obama, Invisible, before his term is over you, will divide the Democratic party. The Koch Brothers and the whole Republican crew will be so happy. I do not wish to explain to my grand-babies anymore that the president is not Bill Clinton. Nor do I wish to have them in fear if Hill gets in will Bill take over. You talk about the Banks are too Big to Fail. Well, you set Hill up as Too Big To Fail. Hill can strike out again by losing the African Americans, Latinos, Asians, and
other diverse votes. This race should be for the people and the nation and not ran on one’s ambitions of personal gain. Bill may feel the need to fulfill Hill’s I.O.U. The people and the nation need another great leader that can work the Peace Deals. End of Story.

Working The Mo__Joe swings it swords in many directions. Once you Muddied the Water it becomes the Chris Christie Syndrome. Like my Boi said he can tell the people anything because he is a trained lawyer. Hills a trained lawyer also. She is qualified to do many things. I need to know who Hill rocks, the Corporate Crats or the People. There is a lot of money flying around and it can work against Hill. Hill will be working with an impoverished, underprivileged nation of people who don’t TRUST the government to do what is morally right. Hills hawkishness may work against her also. Many people no longer want to be caught in another war. Especially a make-believe War Hill validated. That really wasn’t cool. I haven’t heard Hill come out on her friends in Arkansas. Joe and President Obama praised Costco. What is Hill’s position on Walmart? This Behemoth company battled for women’s rights. I never heard Hill speak out. What is her belief on Opportunity for the people who work so hard, underpaid, and still needs government, assistant? Are you trying to protect an extra wallet for your campaign? Are you packing any of the Wall Street F.. You money around? Bring It! What is your Stand Hill? I want to know the Deal.

Bottom line, before I lay my head to rest I want to feel our country has fallen into the hands of the next GRAND GUARDIAN. On the Flip Side Of The Chart “Trust”
ranks very high on the Priority List. We tend to be too TRUSTING or too NAIVE. The UNINTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS gets SCREWED. The Opposite End Of The Spectrum has the same problem. With Intent there lies the agenda of suppressing the vote and serving ones on purpose and becoming wealthy. Wow! Believing in TED CRUZ (Mr. No Plan Of Action), Chris Christie (Under the YUM YUM Bridge), (re-electing) Scott Walker, John Kasich (sign the bill to suppress votes and cut women’s health care), Rick Perry (Trap Law whose mine is trapped inside), along (with Mississippi Burning) Governor Phil Bryant, Bobby Jendel (a road scholar who has been on the D… road too long), Rick Snider (Mr. Emergency Manager Law and there is NO D… Fire). Sam Brombeck (needs a new calculator). Are you getting my DRIFT?

While my field of vision weakens there are so many people in the world who kept their eyes on the WETHER/CASTRATED BREW and the CIRCUMCISED CREW. It took the no good, shiftless, irresponsible, worthless, incompetent, no count, weak A.., BS haters to point out the characteristics of people who are strong and are true leaders. You can recognize the people who are doers and achievers vs the people as Howard Fineman would say, “Feckless.” How Pretty! Now we can see the DICK CHENEYS of the world. Behaviors (weather) are not good or bad points out what defines you as a person. Your behavior points the finger at who you will endorse or whose Amen corner you are in. It is the CREME BRULEE of who your A.. hangs out with so you won’t get caught up in Scandals and get creamed. The scandal has its star. Christie TV is scandalous. Here it comes the lecture of the year. My brain is sitting on a skateboard. I’m the star of Porgy and Bess. When the Doc walks through the door he will deliver my benediction. Has my brain outlived my body? Indeed! Indeed! Whew! I got some War Wounds on me. Well, I haven’t reached 80 yet. Who will be the first to reach 100? The girl’s chances of making it to 100 are 1 in three while boys chances are 1 and 4. I don’t recall my brain climbing Mt. Everest at 40. Our cognitive brain function will take a nose dive in the last years of our lives. Why are women worried about their weaves, nails, body, and fashion? Why are the guys tripping off their nipples and taking selfies of their Anthony Weiner? Guys, stop hanging out with Vladimir Putin. Chaboni yogurt is cool. Let’s give recognition to our mental functions (decision-making, memory, reasoning, problem-solving skills, and how fast our globe connected to our neck can take in and put out information). Is that why Beyonce is singing Oh! Oh! Oh! All The Single Ladies? I am not putting the weight on the women along.

Men on the Republican side needed to take the Foster Friess Challenge and distribute those aspirins to Todd Akin (Ex Congressman of Missouri), Richard Murdock (Indiana State Treasurer), Paul Ryan (Congressman of Wisconsin/Chairman of the Budget Committee) and Richard Black (State Senator of Virginia). These are the Generals who initiated the War on Women and their minds are definitely on a BUDGET. Have we reached the last 30 to 40 years of our declining mind? Are we about to set up residence in the Nursing Home or at AARP Condo?

Yeah, baby, we are pressing the skinny jeans to the curve. Working out the body while our mind has derailed in hell. How much knowledge can your mind bench press? Shut up! Is that your mind sitting over on the bench? Will you be able to get back in the game? TIME TO WORK IT OUT! Put the Drugs, alcohol, and fast food down. Drop the anger off at Dieffenbach Trash. Lakeside will tell you to just sail along and it will be a Fantastic Voyage. Get up off your A.. and do the Lakeside Stank. While you are at it go out and get some of those Sudoku mental puzzles to challenge your noggin or the Big Book Connect The Dots. Somebody up in the House of Representatives is not representing and they sure in hell haven’t connected the dots.

We could have gotten a better answer from Congress other than NO if these BRO’s had used their minds more. They took the MONEY CHALLENGE, not the MIND CHALLENGE. It didn’t allow Congress mind to adapt. Depending on how we use our noggin this baby can be modified to improve. Well, since Congress don’t believe in science look for a decline in noggin activity. If the GOP, Republicans, and the Tea Party take the Black to Brown to Beige Challenge we just might see some brain activity. What a challenge! 🙂

If you can’t party with the P Funk creativity we can throw in Jimmy Fallon and Michelle Obama who can concretely show you how to Stanky Leg it out. Get rid of those old poisonous habits that are sucking the life out of your brain. James Brown would tell you to Get On The Good Foot and make some daily changes. Sing Aretha Franklin song, You Better Think, before you make some crazy impulsive decision. While you are at it take the Stylistic advice. Stop, Look, and Listen. Think of your brain as a Clock, reset it.

From old to new it’s me and you! It can be done by incorporating your ideas and life experiences that have passed. Apply them to TODAY this MOMENT in TIME. I love doing it with oldies but goodies songs, movies, and stale old white folks who can’t move on. 🙂 Free your mind and your A.. will follow. Well, in this story it means to take a nap when you are tired. If you can hit the refresh button on the computer hit the refresh button on your noggin and breath in and out. Those moments you take in a lot of information keep it SSS-Short, Sweet, and Simple. Lay off with all that multi-tasking. Focus on one thing and work your way up the ladder. You climb a ladder one step at a TIME. Try skipping some of the steps and see what happens to your monkey A… Found out multi-tasking is unproductive. Did you slip and fall and break everything you stood for?

Remember the movie Happy Feet. The penguins were jamming. Find the songs and movies to make you feel like you are Waiting To Exhale or Stella Got Her Groove Back. If you leave your brain on CRUZ control you will end up like TED CRUZ, brain cell death. There is a decline in brain activity when you set it and forget it. Always go back and check on it.

We can crank up the volume with exercise and move the same old-same old thinking up to complex thinking magnified. Work out baby, for MENTAL BRAIN HEALTH. We don’t want our mental processing compared to a downhill fiscal cliff that will hamper our decision-making, reasoning, critical thinking, and planning which will implode in our minds. So here’s to all the unadaptable people who will lie and say they have gotten too old. Changes in thinking can upgrade the mental load. Moving our minds FORWARD will take a while. We can do this.
