Exercise For Life__PEACE

Are you still eating the leftovers from Thanksgiving? Are you full up to your neck? I bet that conversation around the Gobble Gobble table got pretty intense. Here we go! You haven’t seen some of your Outlaws for years.  Now you know WHY.  Wow! You mean to tell me you had to sit at the table and have a grateful Thanksgiving dinner with UNGRATEFUL A… people. They never contribute to the dinner except for criticism. This is the same crew if a family member dies they got all of these, “If I Were You” but they never want to contribute to the cause. All that tension builds up over the years and when a real volatile situation occurs what happens. You go out and release the Beast instead of initiating PEACE. Sooo here’s a Brain exercise to help you lose some of the UNGRATEFUL LUGGAGE you have toted around for years. Stop saying PEACE OUT. Start saying PEACE IN. In order to initiate PEACE, you learn to control the Beast within. Deport the people out of your life that doesn’t supply you with constructive criticism or explicit advice. DEPORTATION ANYONE!

So today on this Cyber Monday and many more Mondays to come we will begin our new exercise of ringing out the OLD and bringing in the NEW. Run and get your paper. Make sure you have a good pen or pencil so we don’t run out of lead or ink and become frustrated. Sometimes it is the little things like this that can break your train of thought. Sure the conclusion of your story is about to go south.   Are you ready?  What we are about to do is take the word PEACE and make an acronym to give some of our viewers the CONCRETE INFORMATION needed to help them build on their life skills of PEACE. Here we go!

P-Purpose: I am on a mission Baby! What is your Plan? If it is about FERGUSON, Justification is where we stand. (Raison D’ etre)

E-Excuses are not allowed for the Execution of a young black man.

A-Abolish the laws that do not exonerate the innocent and the deceased.

C-Complex information/abstract English left several persons to their own devices to figure it out which rendered a major defeat.

E-Examining a volatile crisis can very easily IGNITE the Beast and EXTINGUISH THE PEACE.

What does your PEACE represent? Once you spell it out you can exercise those words into your life and practice new life skills.  Over on the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART, we process our information differently.  Some of us need a jumpstart to get us going in the right direction. A PICTURE IS NOT WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS especially if you do not have the rights words and the wrong information is given. This is WHY we get all the social rejection. We don’t get the picture especially not the WHOLE PICTURE.  Where In The World Is Carmen San Diego?  Where Is Waldo? I Spy. What are we looking for? Is there too much clutter to see what the PICTURE represent.  What happens when you cannot follow direction? Who is Carmen?  Who is Waldo? Who really is Michael Brown?  What happens when a person is left to their own devices. Can you draw the right CONCLUSION if it is not laid out CONCRETELY and EXPLICITLY?  What the opposite end of the spectrum did was INTENTIONAL and now we have FERGUSON. Did the Grand Jury get the right PICTURE?  Who does the Grand Jury Resemble?  Who IGNITED the Beast and EXTINGUISHED FERGUSON PEACE?

On the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART, we do not wish to be EXCLUDED.  It is hard to get the WHOLE PICTURE.  More power to you if you got a thousand words out of your PICTURE. Look what can happen to the PICTURE when you are misled. You will not see EYE TO EYE. When you look through your lens and view your PICTURE.  It takes a person’s life experience, exploring their environment, and developing friends/relationship.  Did we encounter a totally different PICTURE which affected our Decision Making Process?  It is the way one learns that will help a person not just retain information but help them understand the outcome or consequence of the situation. Wrong Words=Wrong Actions causes major INFRACTIONS. Refresh your memory and see what is the major struggle with people who are diagnosed with NLD (Nonverbal Learning Disability).

It just took one more thing after that TURKEY DINNER to take the E out of PEACE and made us EXPLODE.

Continue to build on PEACE.

To all my listeners, the music in the background is by Undisputed Truth.  The Song rolling off your tongue is Smiling Faces Sometimes. Sho you’re right! Check out the hands. Beware of the handshake that hides the snake.  Smiling Faces tell lies and pretend to be your friend. Beware of the Pat On The Back. It might just hold you back.  Sometimes people who are unworthy of the Pat On The Back already know the deck of promotions is stacked.  Hanging out at the studio today is a Brother who threw down and gave you a big 911 Alert in the first paragraph of his Article, The Walmart You Don’t Know, Charlie Fishman.  Whew! Marking it Up with a BIG YELLOW PEN caught my lens. Yes, IN-DEEDY! This song is dedicated to all the folks who are too D. Greedy and has lost respect for the middle class,  the poor/jobless and NEEDY. Before I get into my Low Down Dirty Shame conversation with Charlie Fry, who is Fast and always in the presence of good Company, let me send a special SHOUT OUT to Sir Lawrence Knight of The Round Table.  Sir Lawrence is chowing down on some KCMO barbecue while on his break.  Sir Lawrence gives one hell of a REWRITE and this Brother is not fake.   Hold up! It has been a while since I seen my buddy Charlie Fishman. Charlie got some PIPELINE answers.   This article will shine the light on some unanswered questions for one of The Knights Of The Round Table.  SIR ED A LOT wants to know if anyone is advising the POTUS on the KEY issue of Lets Go Get STONE PIPELINE.  Joe Cocker, the man singing Let’s Go Get Stone, would probably agree anybody playing Let’s Make A Deal has more than their share of drinks.  Bain and Co. were in boot camp trying to learn how to deal with the Smiling Faces.  SIR ED A LOT ears have perked up. I can hear SIR ED A LOT saying, “Naw! The company whose boss thinks that Corporation Are People.” My thought if Corporation were people you would think a corporation could sue for being taken out of the box for being an old company. How many OLD COMPANIES has Wal-Mart taken down? How many OLD PEOPLE have Wal-Mart taken down inside the company? I know OLD PEOPLE can file AGE DISCRIMINATION.  That is why I like the song SMILING FACES.  Smiling Faces tells lies and don’t tell the TRUTH. Smiling Faces tell lies and I got PROOF.  This song goes on to say your enemies can’t do you no harm.  When you know where they are coming from. Don’t let the HANDSHAKE or the SMILE FOOL YA! Take UnDisputed Truth advice because they are only trying to SCHOOL YA!  A dangerous hit from 1971 calling out the brothers who are burning up the AARP cards of today.

Can a CORPORATION/COMPANY file AGE DISCRIMINATION? Since CORPORATIONS are people stated by the BAIN BUSTER himself. Let me see if I got this right. Vlassic was a classic who got their A.. kicked for the price of 15 minutes of fame. Consequences were high on their bailout which was the name of the game.   Vlasic took a beating and was put to shame.  Lovable Bras, a company since 1926,  got reduced to an A cup. That was pretty D.. vicious.  Wouldn’t you say to PULVERIZE a company with  88 years of longevity is pretty D.. malicious?   Levi Strauss was no longer the boss.  Hooking up with Smiling Faces got them tossed.  The quality of their merchandise will go down in history as low-cost. The honeymoon was over and 75 years of dignity lost.   A company well rooted since 1887 got involved with BIG SMILEY and landed in bankrupt heaven. Huffy got stuffy and the bicycles got served.   Do you think The SQUEEZE was layered on and Huffy got what they deserved?  It’s a crime Huffy is singing Prince song, 1999.  HUFFY’s last bike manufactured in this country was at that time.   Who is next on the block to get KNOCKED OUT. What! You mean to tell me another company who is 75 years old whose product works without a doubt. Shut Up! I’m shocked it is MASTER LOCK. Carolina Mills was rocking a deal. Another 75-year-old company BIG SMILEY thought was over the hills.  Dial does a lot of business with Wal-Mart.   Dial will lose their smile and realize it may not have been smart.  Losing  28%  of business could break Dial’s heart.   Is it just me or can you see?  SNUFFLEUPAGUS SMILEY BABY is knocking off all the COMPANIES and ASSOCIATES flashing AARP. Hey, I thought you said these were the MOM and POP stores being taken down by BIG SMILEY MART.  These are serious BIG OLD COMPANIES. Can I have SIR KORNACKI and SIR CHRIS H. help me out on all the BIG COMPANIES taken down and left with frowns?

I have a special request coming in from MO-EISHA aka LIL MOMO. Girlfriend said she has waited up all night for JARON to come home. JARON stepped through the door and she took one look into his eyes and it was all over. LIL MO MO ran into the bedroom and gathered up JARON’s clothing and next she was the star of WAITING TO EXHALE. You think LIL MO MO cared about going to jail.  She ran outside and threw his clothes on the ground and transformed into Madame Torch. Girlfriend was ready to KICK MO A.. all the way through March.  JARON broke for the door and you can finish the story with GONE WITH THE WIND.  He left his wallet, his iPad, and the rest of his gin. LIL MO MO sat on the couch and pulled out her bottle of Champaign. JARON is the BROTHER who must be totally insane.   She is the Queen of her Castle without the hassle.  LIL MOMO, a lot of people can relate to this song.   Especially when love goes South and the Brother is dead wrong.  You heard it first live.  Kickin Mo A..,  you are hanging out with the Gate Sweeper at 1600 New Constitution Avenue to the sound of BACK STABBERS by the OJAYS. They smile in your face all they want to do is take your place, “The BACKSTABBERS.”

The TRUTH is in the EYES and the EYES don’t LIE. Yes, we are down to jealousy, misery, envy and you can’t see behind Smiling Faces.  Look what happens to people who can’t read facial expression. My friends on the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART really become frustrated. The manifestation of one’s behavior breaks into the song and dance mode of I Feel Like Busting Loose.  Jump on board and ride the tracks with Chuck Brown and the Soul Searchers.  Expressions are deceitful,  emotions are displayed, and cannot be identified by people on the opposite end of the spectrum.  Guess what?  Take it to the bridge but don’t jump off. Go ahead and get into the grind and bust loose.

Charlie Baby Fry has captured the Smile turned upside and the little man backed into the corner.  The Wally is bouncing off the walls and putting a SQUEEZE on the Vendors. Little Man is about to get PULVERIZED.  Charlie gets the REWRITE of today and the Last Word. BABY! On the opposite end the of the spectrum the words are Rolled Back and Clearance out the door. Sho Your Right!  The companies and the vendors are tight-lipped. The associates are tired of being shoved around from place to place. Forget about the tight lips.  Transfers to other stores are at record high.  The Associates, especially the ones 40 plus, get it.  There can only be so many age of 40 plus associates offered maintenance or door greeters.  It is getting very crowded at the door.   The Vlassic jar of pickles has moved from the shelf and have heard this song and dance before.  Who will be left to pull off BLACK FRIDAY?  It’s quite difficult to redesign oneself or re-invent the pickle when you are limited to products.  Yes, aging is pure vinegar on the body if one does not age gracefully.  For D.. sure I will not look like Joan Rivers at the age of 81. This was Joan’s quality of life and it worked for her. R.I.P.

Keeping the customers focus on quality and not quantity will reduce a company down in size. If you take the customers over to the medical side of the chart it will change their mind about bigger is better. What the customer will find there will not be a BIG OPERATION, either way. The risk is too great. The least invasive procedure first.  Last but not least the most aggressive procedure.  BIG SMILEY hands are no longer invisible. The most aggressive procedure has taken shape.  Flour has gotten on Wal-Mart’s  hands to reveal who has helped accelerate the loss of American Jobs to low wage countries.  Who has kept low wages within their company to reduce the quality of life of the people? Quality outranks Quantity any day. I will take you over to the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART and show you no person in this zip code wants to be set up for FAILURE.  No one in this zip code would INTENTIONALLY demean, demoralize, ruin another person life by reducing a person to a job level just to force them out of the company.  I presumed resignations and retirement are voluntary. We will go to break and put Marvin Gaye’s What’s Going On and make sure you have proof you are not being deceived by your Company. Taking it to the streets with the Transformers and breaking it down with the beats of the DECEPTICONS. Live at 1600 New Constitution Avenue,  Kickin Mo A…The Gate Sweeper.

Be careful make sure you don’t cut yourself. It’s going to take some TIME to clean up this gigantic mess. Have you ever seen a mirror this large? I wonder what happened to make it shatter. The reflection of so many images that were not held accountable.  All the lies and cover-ups told to save the image of the CDC and the APA. This feel likes a huge bowl of alphabet soup. What does the APA have to do with this story?  Hold your NARNIES I am getting there.  Did anyone get cut? There were so many cuts. Would you like to take a visit to the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART?  Why are we going there? The Opposite End Of The Spectrum did not hold up their end of the bargain plus they are the ones carrying the Ginsu blades. I will let my dawgs explain it to you.  Who is running the Opposite End Of The Spectrum? The REAL CRAZIES who needs to be examined by the  NATIONAL INSTITUTE  OF MENTAL HEALTH (NIMH),  which is one of the many agencies connected to NIH (NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF HEALTH).  Both NIMH and NIH received many stab wounds from the REAL CRAZIES.  Now we can compare and contrast the two agencies alongside the other alphabet soup the APA (AMERICAN PSYCHIATRIC ASSOCIATION). These agencies got some war wounds to share.

Have you ever heard of a mental health epidemic? The last TIME I recall nobody on this planet broke out with Schizophrenia, Aspergers, Bi-Polar, Nonverbal Learning Disability, Autism, and the other exceptionalities. Did you know Oprah is asking questions about who has ADHD? Do you think she is trying to figure out what the REAL CRAZIES  diagnosis would be?  By the TIME she gathers that information she would have started her third network. Anyway, none of these syndromes/mental disorders are contagious.  The way people react toward people with this diagnosis you would think this is EBOLA on the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART.  Has anyone with special suits come out?  Sure, if there is a disturbance by a person who has a mental disorder the police comes out suited up,  armored tanks, and ready to kill. Whoever did not get hit by a stray bullet can be arrested.  What did we learn about people who have mental disabilities? Only 4% are actually violent. When a bad incident occurs you know who has to take the blame. This is not a solution.  It is ab-so-lute-ly mistreatment.

Did you hear the layout of questions? Yes, I did. What an educational moment! Where did it start on the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART?  It starts from home to school.  The conversation has not been initiated properly nor has this topic on mental illness reached out to certain communities. There is so much shame and guilt felt.  The budget cuts left no room for integrating children with unique abilities into the mainstream. Many Children were stigmatized.  After the massive budget cut, the children were placed in separate self-contained school. Excessive suspension and expulsion was not a solution. That’s right, your kid is about to get documented up and ship off to prison. An arrangement was made from SCHOOL TO THE PRISON PIPELINE.   What happens to the middleman?  Are we prepared if a mental epidemic breaks out? How many psychiatric units are available to treat an outbreak? Are there any psychiatric units available with proactive/productive programs to actually treat the person, respect the mental disorder, and communicate effectively. No, Melissa because after the budget cuts the only solution left is the prison.  Has anyone come up with a plan now that we know jail is not an effective treatment program for people with mental disorders?  How sad! Find me some top psychiatric treatment centers that are not for the rich only. I sincerely hope people who have mental challenges will not be given their medication, released from the hospital and told take all the medicine. If they wake up in the morning they passed the SUICIDE TEST. Come back and see us. Only to be shipped off to prison to die on lockdown. I got to find some New Wave Physicians.

Since mental health affects the person or persons for many years you get more medication, counterproductive treatments if any, a jail cell and no monitoring.  Will it be a healing process? What suit will the person with the mental disability get the opportunity to stare at? I guess Orange will be the New Black.  Is this quarantine? Is there any hope for the individual to ever receive a get out of jail card?  What is the survival rate of a person with a mental disorder in prison? What is the survival rate for this person if he ever gets out of prison?    The mirror was under so much pressure and no one has stepped up to take responsibility.  Do you remember the story The Truth About NLD And Who It Can Resemble? Twenty plus years have gone by for me and I find it very hard to trust the decisions of the APA (American Psychiatric Association). Hey, I know this plight has been an uphill battle. Let me ask you a question? Do you trust the CDC? So who do you resemble? Are you looking at me? I’m  I looking at you.  Your fight has just begun. Trust is so hard to restore when you disregard a human life.  We are now leaving the Mental Health Side.

The REAL CRAZIES have been here.  This is the mark of ZERO because ZORRO doesn’t write this bad. ZORRO helped people. ZERO did ZERO. Even my girl RUTHIE was UP ALL NIGHT writing her dissent on the havoc the REAL CRAZIES are causing.  Do you remember the show UP ALL NIGHT?  RUTHIE produced the show.  COUSIN  POOKY is going to be mad because he got off his couch early.  POOKY found out the REAL CRAZIES are running the same old game of yesteryear which activated his drinking. Don’t worry POOKY will be out POLL DANCING  today. It’s all good. He always had a crush on RUTHIE.   Has he had a crush on RUTHIE the person or RUTHIE the DOG? Get the F… out of here. Did you just drop the F. BOMB?  You better be glad I did not tell you what NARNIES are. WORDPRESS may try to shut me down. I’m keeping it decent. 🙂

Where is TRICKY RICKY?  No one has mentioned this CHARLIE MANSION need to be locked down forever crazy. My girl, Beyonce song FOREVER YOUNG. DANG! Who wants to be FOREVER DUMB? This Brother here is DANGEROUS. He can’t remember anything. TRICKY RICKY has no answers. He is a big TIME science denier. TRICKY RICKY got 230 kills under his belt and never questioned the innocent of these people.  Did you see the look on his face when he was PRETENDING to be a CONTENDER DOPE-FUL?   TRICKY RICKY is rocking the list big TIME. This dude is like DOCTOR DEATH before Halloween.  Visiting TEX-AS is like singing Dr. John’s I Been In The Right Place but it must have been the wrong TIME.  He took Dr. John’s Mack The Knife and turned it into Jack With The Knife.  TRICKY RICKY prefers something more LETHAL. What type of Serta mattress does he sleep on? TRICKY RICKY sleeps on the same bed Uncle Fester of Adam’s Family slept on. The SPIKE BED and this is not a SPIKE LEE JOINT product. Do you think TRICKY RICKY found another way to get his thrill on? AB-SO-LUTE-LY! This EBOLA crisis is on TRICKY RICKY’S watch of kills. Whooo! I’m glad I am not running the campaign ads. Talking about CREATIVITY! My brothers and sisters on the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART would not have to ever worry about flexing their minds and coming up shorthanded. I got this covered.

Next TIME the REAL CRAZIES try to mess with JOEY B. and his family they will answer to COUSIN POOKY and me. We know who is trying to roll JOE because he is rocking the flow. All of a sudden this ad appears on JOE’S son. It changes nothing. To add to the list of BS and TEX-AS dirty laundry, since you went looking for WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION I guess it found you. See what happens when you use GAIN detergent. You GAIN something you didn’t want. You do not swim against the TIDE you RIDE THE TIDE. Change your detergent, keep it sterile, and help save lives. TRICKY RICKY, step out and take responsibility for the broken glass. Tinted mirrors will not hide the mistakes, miscommunication, and poor judgment of your FECKLESS A…The lights shines DEEP IN THE HEART OF TEXAS. WHY?  TRICKY RICKY is truly RECKLESS.

You heard the word popping up in every conversation.

It is easy to Diminish FEAR through education.

Listen up, it TIME for you to know the TRUE DEAL.

FEAR is only False Evidence Appearing REAL.

Don’t feel alarmed because your name is listed on a medical chart.

Regular visits to a doctor would have been sho-nuff smart.

So now you are scared, stressed out, and it has rattled your cage.

Let’s pray whatever the diagnosis,  it has not begun to stage.

Are you SHAKEN?

Reduce your intake of salt, avoid sugar, lay off too much bacon.

Don’t be mistaken.

The EBOLA situation is here to alert and awaken.

Do you find it hard when the TRUTH is placed upon your head?

A LIE was more acceptable considering you are not dead.

Can you believe all the people who are in total shock?

Visit your clinic on a regular basis so you’re not afraid of the DOC.

Roll out the calm, handcuff the frightened and undermine all the mass hysteria.

The nation’s plate is full shuffling between the crisis of ISIS and diverting from Syria.

Gather all the TRUTHFUL information and tune into the KNIGHTS OF THE  ROUND TABLE.

So if a surgeon general is absent the media is keeping you from becoming blind, crazy, and disabled.

Are you SHAKEN?

Do not panic, become unglued because you have not been forsaken.

Don’t get hung up in the chronic BS of FRIGHT NIGHT or you’ll get taken.

Stop listening to the suckers who haven’t kept it real and are faken.

I can think of a lot of medical issues that can cause pure alarm.

When you’re not getting your checkups you did your D… self-harm.

Who denounced science and got caught up in all of their LIES.

Denial is a crime and you’re out of alibis.

The TIME  has come to look inside your heart.

When the ticktock stops, close down the medical chart.

Who informed you there is a medical epidemic?

The lack of education of one’s mind is purely systemic.

Are you SHAKEN?

Reality is on the scene for Life’s break-in.

Faced with the TRUTH now you feel threatened.

A foundation built on LIES only weakens.

Is Doctor M.E.D. In The House?

I haven’t forgotten about the story you shared with your brother. I don’t mind sharing. I think this would be a great life lesson for the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART. In my day it was called TOUGH LOVE. Every child did not get the same program. For some odd reason the elders I was surrounded by could read your behavior. In my TIME the elders or the much older generation was highly respected and you listened to what they had to say.  The elders would state every child cannot tie their shoes.  So if the child couldn’t tie their shoe you would either look for another way to help them or get a different shoe.  Assume nothing, ask the questions and teach everything.  The elders would always say, “Every child cannot look and hold cheek and tongue.” This meant give eye contact, smile, and hold back their words. There was a strong sense of Mother’s Wit/humanness and the elders put out a lot of love and Time.  The frightening experience would be the elders would tell you something and it would appear to always happen.  Look out Nate Silver, Nate Cohn, and Sam Wang! The elders possessed an intuitiveness of Confident. Know yourself, Be Sure of yourself and Be really proud of yourself and this would help you climb the ladder of success. If you thought it was all about your IQ then you were wrong. The higher you climb the ladder of success one day you could wear PRADA and dress to impress. Going straight forward with IQ leaves you empty, scripted like a robot and staring down the throat of boringness. Would you like to be accompanied to the next Christmas party by the Untold Story Of The Prince Of Darkness?

On the opposite side of the spectrum, it is called Emotional Intelligence. Yeah, baby, all those people out there packed around their HARVARD, YALE, PRINCETON UNIVERSITY degrees along with all the other IVY LEAGUERS who were regarded as an expert. Hey, don’t get me wrong. I love the IQers when they can mix it and wear grey stuff.  Why was it so hard for all the Brilliant IQers to not have the decency or common sense to be a real D… human beings with feelings and emotions? What is wrong with kicking it with your friends and causing a commotion?  One cannot always be socially appropriate.   How in the hell did these people ever get promoted to the top of the class into high-powered position?  For some reason, they don’t know when to fold their deck of cards. Who committed an act of treason? Bite the bullet baby.  Who will be tough out of luck? We got real human beings coming on the scene. Dance with Mr. Stiff  Starch Shirt who never appears to cry. The next time Putin ask you out I’m quite sure you will think of a lie.  Contender Time!

JOE is definitely not out of date. Whooo! Did you see the BLING BLING in JOE’S eye?  We get this and we know WHY?  The way the Mack steps out the car and you know he enjoyed the ride. When loose lips fly people can truly relate. What bounces off of JOE’s lips it isn’t synonymous with HATE.  This Brother is representing the United States. Confidence is pouring all over the place.  JOE has chosen to throw his shoe in the race. Did you think EI (Emotional Intelligence) was trendy or just a waste?   IQ leaves a person very black and white. Time out of your job, leave the conversation behind, go grey, and have a date night.   Brother Bernie is a man who definitely gives credit where credit is due. Bernie has made it clear if you bash the Commander-in-Chief make sure Bush and Cheney get sued top with a cherry and jailed too. Bernie will let you know if you haven’t got a clue. The crisis with ISIS was dropped by the whole shoe. That’s right Boo, Bush and Cheney have the stench, poison and all of the residue. Sooo what do you think is true? I’m convinced there’s a hell-of-a-lot of evidence so our nation never needs to wonder or filter through the suspense.   Elizabeth comes on the scene as the wrecking ball bank crushing queen machine. She has a true heart, very spirited, and almighty self-esteem. Elizabeth comes off as the mom and nanny of next door. Pay attention to her glide and strut across the Senate floor. If Elizabeth weighs in it would make a huge dent. Her soul does not rock the leisure of ENTITLEMENT. In the Blue Hall Of Fame, there are many contenders with EI (Emotional Intelligence) game. Step up to the plate throw your hat into the ring and let the world know there is no fear and no shame.

Jonathan altered the game on the street. He said it was stupid to say I’m In It To Win It which only reveals the person true agenda. Winning is everything to the person and Emotional Intelligence goes on hiatus. What is so wrong with showing you care?  The IQ puts the person back out in front to once again get picked off while the analyst is saying there is no stronger contender than Hillary. The contender could use the other half of the equation. Will the nation arrive at the destination of another Iron Lady? Who really has the appeal of a grandmother? Who really takes on the face of the Iron Lady? Can you be a true leader without the combination of both? Will the people be able to relate?  Strong-willed is cool. I’m quite sure it would be nice to lean back in one’s easy chair and see the twinkle in the contender’s eyes and feel the calmness of chamomile tea every once in a while.

DR. M.E.D. this is where it gets really kind of sticky. When the Brother on the street looks just like Tricky Dicky. When charm and charisma float through the air. When you are In It To Win It and you really don’t care.  Did you peel back the banana hull to see if the person was sincere?  Was the person using their IQ advancing as the player of the year?  Lack of Emotion without Devotion just another grand old scheme. Trust was stolen, hearts were broken and only lies left to be redeemed. We have been down this path before and yes it was an ugly scene. The question is always asked, “Are you better off than four years ago?”   Many changes were made. The balance of IQ+EI  gave the nation hope. When you are looking through the lens of faulty perception you are dangling from a rope.   The opposite end of the spectrum has the opportunity to choose.  Struggling with Emotional Intelligence On the Flip Side Of the Chart can be the beacon of light to show a great leader who lacks this characteristic of EI will determine what they can lose.

I knew a young man who had it all. IQ, EI and straight up GQ. In this moment and TIME, he could have been  Eric H. or Barack O. I remember when he first got in trouble and he went to jail. I thought his incarceration would buy him TIME to get his act together and stay out of hell.  Well, this is what I was told. You spent your money and it will not redeem my soul.   Stop trying to cover up my dirty sins.  You keep reminding me of all of my wonderful qualities and traits. You just haven’t learned I can’t  hardly wait. To rob people of their dreams for believing in me.  As I looked over my shoulder I realized what a rotten person this Brother turned out to be.  He lived for danger, excitement, and intrigue. Hide your stash there goes your weed. To all the folks I just want you to know do not connect the last sentence to Barack O.  I could not understand for the life of me why this Brother had everything and he let it all go. He pointed it out I wanted him to change. He was happy being ruthless and running a criminal game. Life provided this Brother with all the skills to conquer and lead. Instead, he used his skills to make the hearts of those who trusted in him bleed.  Why didn’t this Brother want to succeed? He said it was his choice and he was quite pleased. The greatest lesson I had to learn was to peel back the hull and stop getting burned. Showing love and all the concern one must let go because you have exceeded your term.  Is DR. M.E.D. Trenches

I listen for many years to the media hype and BS. I would constantly think about if it was only some kind of way to reach these people and let them know the Sh… you are reporting is what we are living. Get your A… from behind your desk and get into the TRENCHES and find out the TRUTH.  Well, I guess some of the media found that out with Ferguson. The story is not flowing like you are reporting it. What comes next was absolutely wonderful. Thank You, FACEBOOK, TWITTER, INSTAGRAM, PINTEREST, and the many social network sites. Now I could reach out and express how I felt about the tired butter glazed A.. that sat on the couches too long and called themselves the media. I was so sick of that old George Will and Corky Roberts set up. The Knights of the round table who couldn’t tell if it was day or night. There were three letters in the alphabet I really did not care if my children learned and that was ABC. I thought George Will was the most prejudice, insensitive commentator ABC ever had. Now George Will is RECYCLABLE to FOX NEWS.  You know what is disturbing to me, I don’t want to ever see that frozen look on any commentators face like Corky Roberts had in fear she may lose her job if she challenged George Will.  Fox News Media outlet never gets from behind their desk and seek the TRUTH.

Mika Brzezinski ain’t no way  Rachel Maddow, Melissa Harris-Perry, Joy Reid, Krystal Klear Ball, and Karen Finney would let Joe Scarborough get away with the comments he gets away with on the Morning Show. Don’t you become a Corky Roberts?  Let Joe Scarborough know this is not  Scarborough Country. Get in Joe’s grill and get out and into the TRENCHES  so you don’t look so passive or despondent. James Brown said It Is A Man World but he was like Ike Turner’s brother. ABUSIVE! Here we go with the Knights of the round table whose A… need to be checked at the door by one of the above commentators. Bill Kristol got to go. Get an update. To MHP this is my answer to the Angry Black Woman Comment. The jokes are no longer funny nor cute. What female commentator will try to stroke one of the men who come off like a total A… hole? That would be you, Joe Scarborough. This is the only part of the MSNBC format that I don’t like. It is not because these guys are Republicans but are total A…  While it is on my mind Mashable came out with a really good article on Sunday written by Heather Pool. Check out 35,000 Feet: Where Sexual Harassment Can Still Get A Pass. No! Ray Rice does not get a Pass Regardless if he told the TRUTH. Social Media or TMZ  put a big dent in Ray Rice career. Why do you think people hate the TRUTH? It does not make a ship sail smoothly because one tell the TRUTH. People prefer a LIE or MIT.

Where is Jane Skinner? Jane Skinner is the wife of Roger Goodell. I haven’t seen here come out and stand by her man or does this signal a different viewpoint.What Is Happening Now With Jane Skinner? How is it earthly possible to live with a woman who doesn’t know anything about domestic violence?  Don’t you find that a little strange?  She was a commentator for FOX NEWS and you mean to tell me this subject has never come across her desk in all the years she was on FOX NEWS. If Jane Skinner had gotten out in the TRENCHES and learn about the abuse that women have gone through for many years maybe Roger Goodell wouldn’t be scrambling for help.  Roger Goodell could not find one African-American Female On The Road To Recovery. Shut Up! Is it just me?  Do people who become so filthy rich detach themselves from the outside world, turn a blind eye, and say their money will make it go away?  The rich sure don’t resign from their jobs, do they? I wonder what kind of answer Ann Romney would give on domestic abuse. Hey! I’m just saying.

Roger Goodell is the poster child for breaking the cycle of TOO BIG TOO FAIL. He failed miserably. Get into the Trenches with me. He wheeled all the power and made money for all of the Billion Dollar Babies.  Goodell is not along. J.P. Morgan and Chase, Goldman Sachs, Bill Simon, Lee Scott, Mike Duke (RECYCLABLES of Walmart), all the governors, senators, congressman, judges (Mark Fuller especially)  and a host of major players who keep their jobs and refuse to resign or step down. What a culture! Why can’t the cycle of abuse start at the top and not at the bottom?  Can we just get started?  What messages does this send to women and children?  Is it okay to beat the hell out of a woman and child because people like  Roger Goodell made money for their owners and they are fully vested in their culture?  I guess in this case old habits will die hard. These habits need to die.

Civilization has evolved. Abusing women and dragging their bodies around is very uncivilized. Beating children until their body look likes a grill rump roast doesn’t fly. INTENTIONAL behaviors had been inflicted on many women and children. Who tried to mask the behaviors?  What happens when denial is part of your game plan? How much psychological damage is done? How many years will it take?  How much trust can you put into a culture which only has the players and top money dawgs interest as their first priority?  In the African-American community mental Illness, domestic violence, rape, child abuse are very hard topics to talk about to people.  I am African-American and I will gladly spin out a story on what happens when you start talking about Mental Illness.  Get into the TRENCHES with me for now.

 

 

 

Expendables Vs Recyclables___V.I.P.

Who decided a life could be used only once and discarded?  What gives a person the right to think their life is more important than yours? Would you sacrifice your life to become disposable flesh to watch the person you love flourish? Do you feel it is necessary for you to risk giving up your hopes and dreams to support a person who has no regard for your life? Do you think you are a throwaway? Are you not good enough? Do you feel you are no longer needed? Do you think your friends, family, or spouse are more valuable? Have you ever been told you are replaceable, your services are no longer needed, or you have served your purpose?  Can you believe huge corporations have the mentality they can get anyone to work for them because people are a dime a dozen? You have become EXPENDABLE. The boxing gloves are on and the punches have begun to roll. I hear you loud and clear. It can make you sick but to live the blows and punches are even worse.

Let’s take a look at the opposite end of the spectrum. Whatever a person can salvage and use more than one TIME should be good for the environment.  Aluminum, plastics bottles, newspapers, steel cans, glass, cardboard, mixed papers, and computers are the most used items which have valuable components that can be changed and made into other useful products. One needs to be careful not to get ahold of an item to later find out it can present a great health risk. Plastics bottles can also be harmful to humans. Have you purchased a sports bottle or a sip and go cup?  Not to scare anyone but the controversy has to do with a chemical called bisphenol (BPA) that has been used for many years in packaging foods and in other plastic items.  Research has found that BPA acts like estrogen in the body which can possibly increase the risk of developing breast cancers/cancers, heart disease, diabetes, and reproductive problems. BPA has been banned from babies sip and go cups, packaging infant formulas, and their baby bottles. Have you noticed the new drinking GLASS bottles with screw on lids covered by thick plastic?  You know the ones in all the pretty vibrant colors. Hmmm! The bottom-line, if the FDA said it ain’t no good for babies, it ain’t no good for me. I will say this, the FDA has failed to use their judgment appropriately on items which are toxic and can contaminate our bodies. It is another punch in the face. Get ready to police yourself and use common sense. If you are running low on common sense, just ask a person you can TRUST.  Have you taken out the garbage today? You must learn what is trash. Do some snooping around. Find out and learn what is good for your body, the environment, and what are RECYCLABLES.

Did you know people can become RECYCLABLES?  RECYCLABLES become less human every day and are very dangerous to our society. People who say and do whatever they want, defy laws and make public service announcements saying they will keep their jobs and will not resign or step down are RECYCLABLES. Who will rock the cradle of the mill-billion dollar industry? RECYCLABLES is never held to the same standards as others.   The AFFLUENT syndrome is called AFFLUENZA. Remember Judge Jean Boyd who decided to give Ethan Crouch 10 years for killing 3 people on a drunk driving charge. Her reasoning was Ethan Couch would never understand because of his rich lifestyle. Too rich for jail.  Our justice system straight up failed. Can you believe this Sh… when you can get away with murder because you are too D.. rich? Let’s not forget about the case of  Robert H. Richard IV du Pont who raped his 3-year-old daughter.  On April 2, 2014, Cris Barrish of The News Journal headline article stated, Judge, said du Pont heir “will not fare well in prison.” What the Fock! Superior Court Judge Jan Jurden did not make a superior decision. The Justice system failed again. Gloves are on and the punch is thrown. Total miss! The judge’s brain was in a head-on collision. Her not so superior decision came straight out of hell. Robert H. Richard IV du Pont was sentenced to participate in a sex offenders treatment program. His little girl’s life was destroyed. RECYCLABLE with an extra cancer-causing agent (Mr. BPA himself) gets off because he is too rich. A federal judge in Alabama appointed by yesteryear George W. Bush is facing domestic violence charges. Mark Fuller has been stripped of his courtroom duties but he has continued to receive his $200,000 annual salary. Do you think that Congress will do their job and impeach Mark Fuller who holds a life TIME position on the bench? Who will be brave enough to make him an Expendable? Hey, you could ask for his resignation. Ray Rice knockout punches didn’t start in the elevators. He has a host of followers wearing boxing gloves in the NFL. The punches are thrown at a high rate speed and several cuts are above my eyes. Gets someone in here quick to keep the blood out. It will distort my vision I will lose the fight. Where are you, Harry Reid.? Outside the arena, punches are thrown left and right. I’ll jump on stage with Martha Reeves And The Vandellas and sing Nowhere To Run Nowhere To Hide.

The powers that determine where the RECYCLABLES are repositioned is MONEY. The RECYCLABLES lose their ability to put themselves in another person’s shoes because they get the opportunity to CHOOSE from a long list of INTENTIONAL BEHAVIORS. How serious are the RECYCLABLES problems when money talks and BS walks? They can’t see the seriousness of their problem because money is blocking their view. The RECYCLABLES has CHOSEN the characteristic and trait of ANOSOGNOSIA. Don’t forget the RECYCLABLES think they are more valuable than you. The BIG DADDY DAWGS has demonstrated to the world how it is done by kicking the videotape under the bed and Recycling Roger Goodell. Hey! Roger Goodell is not along. Big Banks and the SNUFFLEUPAGUS of the BIG BEHEMOTH CORPORATE COMPANIES RECYCLE their CEOs and continue to pay them big moo-la. This strategy has practically demeaned and destroyed the middle class. How many folks are out of a job? Who dictates whether or not they keep their job? Why? The money dawgs establishment plays shuffleboard with the lives of their money makers and money shakers. When trouble knocks on their door a concocted syndrome, aka AFFLUENZA is used to get the RECYCLABLES off the hook. The latest concept is TOO BIG TO FAIL/TOO BIG TO JAIL. Maybe we can ask the governor big pimping the Rolex watch how it feels to be an EXPENDABLE. There are holes in the red carpet and VANITY, IMAGE, and PRIDE (V.I.P.’s) have been caught on tape with their drawers down. Teddy Pendergrass left us with a great song. It TIME to get the mill-billon dollar babies on stage to sing I think I bet of let it go. Looks likes it is gonna be a TKO. You think it made you sick. The WOMEN aren’t taking it anymore.

On the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART, you are viewed as an EXPENDABLE. Society stereotyped people with extraordinary minds, unique abilities, and scrutinize their mental processing. On the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART, people with the neurological diagnosis have a very difficult TIME understanding the seriousness of their problems because they are not given the chance by their peers. Act out or behave in a different manner and you will not get the results as the AFFLUENT. Intervening with treatment is bypassed. Off to jail, you go or you get killed. You are not on FACEBOOK. The real world has de-friended, punished, and isolated you. The luxury treatment goes to the BIG MONEY DAWGS with the fake syndrome. Say My Name, Say My Name! Okay, AFFLUENZA! Every behavior is viewed as INTENTIONAL if no one takes the TIME to understand a problem exist or learn how to deal with the behavior.

When a disease or a syndrome is found, doctors failed to treat the person and choose the disease or syndrome. You can win or lose by treating the disease/syndrome. Wouldn’t you rather get more wins by treating the person? Doctors get caught up in their numbers. Whatever number I am on the chart my body doesn’t need to be perfect or compete with the person whose body number is a runner or a ballerina. I want to aspire to do the things in life that makes me feel whole. Being able to tie one’s shoes, not having so many social blunders, not being views as a behavior disorder or a violent and dangerous person because people failed to understand the behaviors. These are all great achievements on the FLIP SIDE OF THE CHART. Given a chance it will keep many people from Rockin’ the EXPENDABLE LIST.

Back in the day, it was TINA TURNER who got the opportunity to walk away. I absolutely adored TINA TURNER  but I was certain I could not take the beat up. We tend to want what others have. Are you willing to make the sacrifice?   My daughter loves RHIANNA but she did not like RHIANNA’S scars. Her friend loved WHITNEY HOUSTON and AMY WHINEHOUSE but she can’t figure out who blew the candles out. One of my NANA-WHO-BOOs loves BEYONCE. I bought her a Bee broach for back to school. She pinned it on her backpack. She saw the tape of Ray and Janay Rice. It has struck a nerve and the questions are pouring out. I will leave it there. Showing the video has widened the lens and the playing field’s grass doesn’t appear to be so green.

RECYCLABLES show up TIME and TIME again. The MONEY that is generated by the RECYCLABLES makes them UNTOUCHABLE, UNBEARABLE, and it is hard to respect any of these institutions. The punches are coming in from every direction. What happened that our lives are at the top of the EXPENDABLE LIST? Why aren’t the RECYCLABLES being held accountable? Has the justice system turned into RECYCLABLES? The boxing gloves are everywhere. Coming to the stage let’s give a big round of applause to the OJAYS singing their 1973 hit FOR THE LOVE OF MONEY.

Tan Is The New Black

Every channel I turn on I see the TAN SUIT. I hope by now you have changed your suit. You know who you are.  Sure this is personal. I cannot believe all the people who missed the TRUE meaning of the TAN SUIT. Okay!  People did not get upset when H.W.B. aka CAPTAIN SOCKS wore the TAN SUIT. R.R.,  the actor, rocked the TAN SUIT and there was no rest and recuperation for the nation. B. C., the saxophonist blew the suit out and NO he did not come Before Christ. Standing behind the podium in the TAN SUIT rocked the HOUSE.

The power of Nonverbal Communication revealed itself front and center.   Either you could read the TAN SUIT or totally missed out on the message.  Just think if you were one of the persons on the Flip Side Of The Chart and you could not read the intonation of ones voice tone (pitch), facial expression, hand signals, metaphors, and you most certainly could not read their outfit.  Sure everyone was in an uproar. A black man wearing a TAN SUIT representing who. Exactly! From Black to Tan to Beige just gave a sneak preview of the next or future Commander-and-Chief and how INCLUSION is key. In this case, it was quite upsetting to those who looked upon the podium and saw a White person may not get another chance to do their dance.

Let’s step back to 1962 when Elmer Bernstein wrote the song Walk On the Wide Side. Believe it or not Brook Benton song Walk On The Wild Side. Just in case you are not familiar with Brook Benton he is the black cat or black dude who sung Rainey Night In Georgia.  White folks don’t be upset if you never made a special request.   In the preview of the movie, a black cat comes strolling down the sidewalk and this song is playing in the background. Along the way, the black cat faces off with a white cat.  The black cat takes the white cat down. Hmmm! This movie wasn’t received too well back in the day. It was a lot going on and it would be a movie that is very acceptable now. Yes, Joan Fonda, Anne Baxter, and Barbara Stanwyck would have felt right at home in this era.  It would be an everyday occurrence in the neighborhood instead of a movie. Just to update the preview of the movie for today,  a calico cat can take the place of the black cat. The calico cat can give the white cat a run for its money. Not because of the color of the cat but because 99% of calico cats are female. So now we have a woman getting her chance to dominate THE CHAIR.

Yes, you did push the buttons and you Walked on the Wild Side.  For a moment I thought massive seizure activity was on the rise.  Someone decided to change the colors on the X-box and PlayStation Game. The box does have a warning label for rapid color change.   Change is a killer for the Adjustment Bureau. I hope you know your TAN SUIT did not represent the cool and sandy beaches of Italy. Tan is The New Black for representing immigration. Tan is The New Black for Inclusion throughout the nation. Tan is The New Black that has struck fear into the hearts of those who cannot accept this situation. Tan is The New Black that has landed on U. S.  soil for Emancipation. Tan is The New Black.

I flick through my channels and I found you amongst all of that positive energy.  The large rocks had engulfed you. How did you feel with all that positive energy circulating around your body?  It probably felt like YOUR SPACE dot COM. I see you ditched the TAN SUIT.  Don’t be so hard on yourself.  The people need to know WHY.  The people understand a lot more than given credit for.  The people understand you are dealing with a destructive force that has emerged from the Bermuda Triangle, aka the Devil’s Triangle. White Clouds emerging out of nowhere.  We’re not talking about toilet paper.  Finally, something white is linked to big TIME evilness.

The TAN SUIT is powerful.  The message it communicates is from Black to Tan to Beige generates what the next Commander-and-chief will facilitate. No person or persons should ever fear or be impeded by thoughts that one race ranks supreme over another. It matters if you are BLIND, CRIPPLE, and fall under the category of DISABLED. Your voice plays a part of the balance to help keep our nation stable.

Of course, I was paying attention.  I notice a young man wearing a tan sports jacket and a blue shirt. He was representing. Yes, I thought Luis Gutierrez looked great. I wonder how Julian Castro and his brother Joaquin Castro look standing behind the podium in their TAN SUIT. Whew! Double your pleasure double your fun. Two contenders behind the podium, LAWD! You know who will be dead and done. Tan is The New Black. I have many friends who are decent human beings. When I am asked if they are white or black my response is they are really cool people and “decent human beings.”  Sooo what happens to all the black folks?  They are joined by the New Black which is Tan. We all come together, vote,  and take a stand.  Stereotyping hopefully will be diminished. You know who will move the nation forward and be in command. Your suit told the story. It was not hard to understand. Immigration is Key and should not be judged by any man. See There! Look what happens when you can’t read Nonverbal Communication.

School has started already!  Back to school night has passed in some areas.  Did you pick up your package?  Let me see it. This package looks a lot thinner than the package you received last year. Man! Education has been gutted.  All the schools closing are unbelievable.  I don’t see it. What are you looking for?   I am looking for Your Procedural Safeguards for Children and Parents. I tell you what if they did not give you a booklet you can go online and look it up. Every state has their own Procedural Safeguard Manuel. The laws vary from state to state.  Since we are in Missouri you can visit dese.mo.gov/site and it should come up.  Google has a PDF on Special Education Rules and Regulations. Also, visit the PDF Notice of Procedural Esc.18.net. You did say you were moving to Texas in 2 years.  Google’s PDF A Guide to the Admission Review, and Dismissal Process is what you need to look up.

It is Back To Life. Back to Reality. SOUL II SOUL put it out there. However, do you want it? The process starts here and now.  Life begins and school never ends but the lives of our children, family, and friends are being shortened.  Are you ready to start advocating?  Parents who are coming into the school system for the first time the bottom line is if you can get on FACEBOOK/TWITTER and talk about your drawers, I’m quite sure it is TIME for you to learn about educational laws. For all you parents who have taken a fancy to alcohol, drugs, casinos, and clubs, it is TIME to straighten up, get up off your butts, your child’s education cannot be snubbed. For the parents who struggled with the educational system, your child’s behavior, getting an INDEPENDENT EVALUATION, or cannot decide whether to return your child to his/her public school placement, check this out. Addressing a child’s program of social/emotional is absolutely no gimmick.

The school was not their pick and choosing. So it rubbed off like manure.

Dreams of becoming an entrepreneur should not be flushed down the sewer.

ICONS, SUPERSTARS, larger than LIFE was the pick of the day.

Please do not let MENTAL ILLNESS, GUN VIOLENCE, and SUICIDE  (without intervention) lead the way.

Procedural Safeguards are for every life that walks this earth. It runs the scope of Robin Williams wittiness. A phenomenal actor and comedian whose mental processing and right brain creativity spun on an axle at light speed. When Robin would speak he would finish the next 5 thoughts ahead and the words would fly off his lips.  Robin’s thoughts were straight shots and there wasn’t any rerouting of his information. There was a clean flow of non-stop major transformation.  He hit the target every time bringing his fans, friends, and family so much joy and laughter.  Robin Williams had so much to give and so much to say.  In this life, we must learn to pace oneself and not give too much or all of oneself away.  To the family of Robin Williams, I will Proceed to pray and may God continue to Safeguard your family and children. Why? Robin Williams extraordinary mind is the beginning of his swan song to mentor and opens a door for the next generation.

Giving RECOGNITION to the questions of What Hurts Enough?  It is this day in TIME when you will reflect back on the ICON and the dash to the distance was short. The race that was run was a sprint and not of a marathon. Many candles were blown out but not by the wind.  MENTAL ILLNESS, GUN VIOLENCE, and SUICIDE without early DETECTION and INTERVENTION swept away our family, friends, and next of kin. It is the hurt when you look down upon your loved one and you ask yourself the question, WHY LORD?  Where did it all go wrong? Was there any other Safeguard? How do I Proceed here on bending knees? Everything is at stake. The moment I closed my eyes I could hear WHITNEY HOUSTON sing I Was Not Built To Break. You realize the ones who have gone before you must be given the respect and credit that is due. It will be hard to forge ahead and try to Safeguard Who.

Procedural Safeguards was given to protect a nation that no longer wants to go to war. It is the uncharted territories of Where to Proceed and not to travel a bridge too far.  I could hear the word of INCLUSIVENESS stretching across many seas and many shores. Why should assistant be given? A true leader tries before he closes and barricades the rest of the doors. In his mildest tone before his voice elevates, the tiger will roar. It was meant to extend a hand and Safeguard for Who.  A country who needs to arm themselves, fight their battles, and make a decision that is long overdue.

Procedural Safeguards are the Blueprint for the loss of our great educators, Icons, Singers, Actors, Politicians, Sports Industry who lost their way through the use of substance abuse, MENTAL ILLNESS, GUN VIOLENCE, and SUICIDE. Procedural Safeguards lay the groundwork for requesting and seeking help for diagnostic assessments and intervention. It is not just for children in school but any person who needs help. It is Time for us to learn the process, understand the process, and not let due process slip away. It is your right to Proceed ahead, continue to advocate, and fight for your life today.

We must never forget to Give Recognition to the UNRECOGNIZABLE. It was the life of Eric Garner, Michael Brown, Trayvon Martin, Hadiya Pendleton, Jordan Davis, Renisha McBride, Alfred Wright, and so many lives that were taken and never got the opportunity to go the distance. The children’s lives of Sandy Hook ran a very short distance. It was shorter than a sprint. All the babies killed by GUN VIOLENCE left bloodstains of great resentment. The lost and pain will always remain. We have heard the cries of Enough is Enough. To the world, I say a working strategy of getting tough will serve the purpose of producing positive results.

Once again I’m standing in the stone garden.  Walking through the garden I notice a huge monument. As I approach the marble grey monument I notice the carving of little babies holding stone petals in their hands. My hands began to tremble as my body descended toward the earth. As I positioned my body against the stone I dug my fist into the dirt.  A cool breeze ran across my face. My body felt listless. The great stone was the only support my body had. Any person rolling into the stone garden probably would have thought I had passed out.  Then it happened. I began to look at the details on the stone. In the upper right-hand corner, I notice the carvings of olive branches.  As I placed my hands on the stone there were grooves with open slits carved in. Wow!  This was a piece of art. There it was. The words on the stone:

In the darkest hours on the coldest nights, you have not forsaken me.

From the blistering sun to the earliest of dawn.

My mind and spirit are now free.

To the balmy night’s stars shining brightly.

Our children are not alone.

You protected us, safeguard with trust, We have arrived at our new home.

Proceed On.

I assumed the mother’s name and her three children were listed on the stone.  It took me a minute to gather myself. As I rose to brush the dirt off of my pants I notice deep etchings in the stone. It read it is not your fault.  I didn’t want my mind questioning the words on the stone.  I knew it was Time for me to proceed on. My legs felt so wobbly and cramped. Upon leaving the stone garden I notice the dash to the distance was short. I did not see many marathon runners. Many images begin to flash through my mind as I could hear Michael Jackson voice singing GONE TO SOON. I stopped for one moment to catch my breath and when I looked back over my shoulder it was if I could see Michael with his pantomime pose extending his hands and tilting his hat singing, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. I know Where to Proceed, I understand Who to Safeguard, I realize Why.

WHOOP! WHOOP! Kansas City I’m so glad you came here. Who are YOU!  Y’all will find out. I wanted to start early.  Wow! you are having too much fun. Shanice is carrying the tune I Like Your Smile. See what happens when you do your job. The Do-Nothing Posse don’t like your style. Hey! I see you are cool with that. Whew! You have been cracking on the brothers. You showed the world who are the rats. You did your job too well. When you woke up in the morning you were determined not to fail.  There is so much music rotating around in my head. My head began to swell.  I started singing the Jackson 5 Enjoy Yourself. Does this ring a bell?

It was Tax-Free Weekend and I needed some BIG TIME HOPE. I knew when I roll up on the job it would be on like rope-a-dope. Float like a butterfly and sting like a bee. I filed everything including EEOC. This is what happens when you do your job. Home Office gets pissed off and turn into a lynch mob.  I understand why you are laid back, calm and very cool. You can’t see what is happening to you when you are angry and acting a fool. That’s exactly what they want you to do is get mad and come unglued. DANG! If the question is ever asked, Did anything change? Hell to the ye-ah! It went from bad to worst. What The Ha Hell are they trying to do?  Stop trying to put GRANNY WHO BOO in a  hearse.  Just to let you know I am a grandmother and this is the name my grandchildren call me.  All because you have done your job so well,  this is what becomes of the situation. The company finds ways to strike back.  It’s another form of retaliation. Snoop and Dr. Dre you are on. It Ain’t Nothing But A G Thang Baby. You think I’m going to let WAL-MART drive me crazy. It’s like this and like that and like this and ugh!  I will chill until the next episode. To MSNBC this is WHY the BIRTHDAY BROTHER has to be smooth and not explode.

Evelyn Champaign King would sing SHAME. It is a low down dirty SHAME. The Legend from Australia would bellow out SHAME. You would think The Legend was confronting Tony Abbott ( Prime Minister of Australia)  once again. The Legend is not going for anyone who will not speak out against the banks. Elizabeth Warren is in and Hillary Clinton would be out. It is a SHAME if WAL-MART don’t think I  haven’t notice the following:

1.) Closing the service desk at 10:00 p.m. instead of 11:00 p.m. and leaving all the trash, claims, and 50 to 60 carts of  returns. Who’s counting?  Hey, the other shifts are on a register all day. Why?  WAL-MART is not being a job creator. Bernie Sanders would say, hire some D.. people and share the wealth. Where are the Veterans? How many has been hired?

2.) Not having people scheduled  appropriately for TAX FREE WEEKEND. Excuse me! We do not have people on a regular day. Why? There is NO PLAN TO HAVE PEOPLE ON OVERNIGHT.  Think about it. Would you really try to have additional people overnight when an associate  has decided to hold WAL-MART accountable  and have an outside agency peep into their drawers.   Sure it is all about cutting total store hours.  Who is WAL-MART really looking out for?  Whose story would that be?  Were there ever any hours designated for overnight?  Would WAL-MART fly under the radar and cut store hours for profit? How much pressure would it put on each  shift to force many of the associates out especially the associates who made $10.00 or more an hour? What about the associates whose pay are maxed out? Well, you don’t have to worry about the BLACK, BROWN, or TAN. It would be our last stand.  Oh, we can’t leave out 40 plus and elderly.  How much change and frustration will they be able to take  at that age of trying to find a new job. Let’s rile the base and give them more red meat than they can eat.  Sooo everything can be blamed on the BLACK CSM. Shut Up! No! Get out of here! I don’t mine being mirrored after Inspirational__You. It lets me know I’m handling my cool.  When you get angry you become the ignorant A.. Fool. Tis a toast on your birthday! You have taken us all to school. 🙂

3.) Why would I notice the picture has been taken down in personnel of the Assistant Manager who said I could not do my job?   Are we to assume  he doesn’t work there until he can be recycled to another store. Hmm! I wonder WHY he is still working in the store up until the 8th or 9th of August?  Why does this Assistant Manager has the opportunity to go to a market store?  You think if this had been a BLACK BROTHER he would have the OPPORTUNITY to be given another position or a Tap on the shoulders.

4.) Why would I notice the 11.8 million dollar CEO was not a DISRUPTIVE INNOVATOR  and was pushed out by the 9.6 million dollar  man who had already picked an ASIAN successor. I wonder how many people will be resigning on the  9th of August or transitioning into other stores? Strange when I look back at the months April-July  there seems to be a correlation between the time I received the focked up evaluation and a strong period of getting rid of associates. Even the CEO, BILL SIMON is on the out. At least he will remain a consultant.  Is there a bigger plan in the works to transition WAL-MART associates to all go part-time.  Hmmm!

5.) Why would they put the new assistant female manager by herself on a tax-free weekend and not schedule a co-manager to help her get through one of the busiest TIME in WAL-MART season? Is it me?  Am I seeing another Hater-aide pattern developing against this manager to one day becoming a  Co-manager? Remember she is a FEMALE.  Don’t forget about  the ONLY Black Assistant Manager that was put overnight. They brought in a WHITE female Assistant Manager to balance out or hide what they had done to the BLACK ASSISTANT MANAGER. This is the manager that got left by herself  on TAX FREE WEEKEND. Who comes to her rescue? The Dark Night with his BLACK and SHINING ARMOR to help a sister out.  Don’t you think this was really  decent of the Dark Knight?  The LEGION would say, “SHAME” trying to kill 2 birds in one stone.  “SHAME.” I just love  the LEGION. He is a real Australia media celebrity.

Ted Kennedy’s mane would fluff up. The Lion’s roar would bring excruciating pain to the Brother or the company who wasn’t  willing to set up appropriate accommodation for the disabled. Ted’s paw would reach out and extend itself into the air.  A mighty thrust of wind would strike down the BEHEMOTH COMPANY out of  Lion’s despair.  Now a Brother who is Hated so much couldn’t even go there.  Why? Big Eddie said it on his show. The Brother is Black.  Are you tripping?  What have you been smoking?  Tell me it is not crack. We are not trying to put the lens of the camera’s eye of the Canadian Mayor. There will be no stereotyping because the U.S. has crackheads, whack-heads and government criminal players.

Just off the top of my head, I could see the changes because I’m not angry. Thank you Inspirational__You. The analysts were all horrified to see you get stigmatized. It was a SHAME how they tried to constantly penalize and never wanted to apologize.  Are you really surprised? The opposite end of the spectrum did not think you were residential. Who tried to destroy your credentials? Get a piece of the Rock. It wasn’t Prudential. Now, who looks Presidential.

So it is Time to move forward.  We need to keep in step. When I heard you were coming to town I jumped to my feet. I grab a glass of sparkling water and I was dancing doing the YEET. My son stops by with his sandwich in his hand eating on some baloney.  He said hold up mom this week we’re stepping to the SCHMONEY. I know this may sound crazy. Smooth Operator once again showed the world who is lazy. Not one bill was pass as he laughed and laughed.  Who looks absolutely amazing?
